These are very interesting and wonderful. I have done a lot of meditation over the years, although I have taken a break of about 7 years (a break which is now ending as I have been moved to again begin the practice).

For many years it was my practice to meditate for long periods daily and to go on meditation retreats of 7+ days monthly besides. I was visited by Kuan Yin one time after a 4 day meditation. She assisted me in healing my kidney energy, and her compassion was amazing. I have not seen her since directly, although I regularly have contact with various ascended beings. The thing about this is that these beings are not beyond me in any way... that is, that I am an infinite being too. There is some thought that these beings of light are simply the other end of the spectrum from the beings of darkness. That is... they are one end of the spectrum of duality. This may be related to the Buddhist recommendation to take the 'middle path'. Have you considered that these beings are, in the end, simply a part of the matrix we are experiencing?
