Thanks The One...I was beggining to think that the craft on the tether incident were possibly 'Space Critters' of some sort, but now I'm back to square one.
The pulsating caused by some propolsion tech, is also possible, given more credence by all the links to Sirious and 'mer' people ,also the the 1938 'dig'
