From the comments on youtube I see "Belgian Airforce Major General, Ret. - Wilfried De Brouwer" is in the documentary
Article (translated with Google + some manual corrections):
NASA can stop searching for Belgian UFO
BRUSSELS - The Belgian Air Force and NASA may close its files on UFO sightings from one in Belgium in 1990. The unidentified flying object, which became world famous, appears to be made by a then 18-year old Belgian. Who confessed on Tuesday the Belgian TV channel RTL-TVI aviation experts that he had turned a wheel in mind with its object, which consisted of painted styrofoam and four lamps.
The man, whose only first name, Patrick, was announced, got help from some friends in making and photographing the 'UFO'. The photo was one of the sharpest pictures of alleged UFOs in the early 90's, when thousands of Belgians were reports of such sightings.
The Belgian air force carried out the inspection flights even UFOs tracking. "It's too easy for people to trick, even with an inexpensive model," said Patrick on RTL-TVI.

The then famous UFO in Belgium, which eventually consisted only of a piece of Styrofoam and four lamps.
So this Major General and the whole Belgium airforce is now to believe they chased a piece of Styrofoam a couple of times.
It must have been a magnificent 'model' since it was faster than their jets ...

This was just posted on Youtube today even thought it's dated, it was new to me. Another person has posted it today on Avalon, too. Since it's a duplicate posting or one of them is ~ Mods may want to remove one of them. It's okay to remove mine, if you'd like ~ as long as the information gets out there, I have no problem with it ; )

Thanks operarator.....Thats woke me up.What a load of Rollicks ......The Belgian airforce sent up two strike jets to chace a piece a of styrofoam..they must be getting desperate..
I didn't realise foam registered on three seperate radar instalations in three different countries. three different sysems , and could fly away from the jets at impossible speeds.
Why is the model not in the shops, remote controlled model makers would have a field day LOL and he could become wealthy.......
Sounds like a psyops story to rubbish it to a new generation in the Low countries......or some one having a sick joke......Not impressed....Steve....HUm BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
