Thousands of military personnel face unemployment

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) is to slash 7,000 civilian jobs as a first step towards targeted plans to cut civilian personnel by 25,000 over the next four years.

The department's permanent secretary Ursula Brennan is due to send out letters to staff explaining the move.

The news follows last October's controversial Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR) which outlined measures to slash thousands of personnel, scrap the Harrier fleet and Nimrod spy planes and retire the UK's aircraft carriers.

The Guardian newspaper carries extracts from the letter, which states: "In the SDSR we planned for ... a 25 per cent reduction in the cost of civilian personnel by 2015, bringing the size of the MoD civil service down to a total of some 60,000 civilian posts.

"As part of the package announced last week we need to make further reductions in ... civilian manpower. For civilians, we will be extending the earlier planned reductions, coming down to a total of 53,000 civilians by 2020."

The Government has recently been accused of "slashing" the Army after it confirmed the regular force would be cut to its smallest size since the Boer War of 1880.

This follows Defence Secretary Liam Fox's announcement that the Government plans to invest £1.5 billion in the reserves over the next decade, in an effort to build up the Territorial Army (TA) as the regular force declines.

In a Commons address on July 18, Mr Fox said that he envisaged a total force of around 120,000 with a ratio of 84,000 full-time regulars to 36,000 part-time TA.

This compares with a current regular Army of more than 100,000 with around 14,000 reservists.

Only Government agencies are laying off personnel.

Well, apparently so, you might think from the propaganda that surrounds us, in fact, we are on the slope of a fearsome future. Consider the benchmark that is provided by the Georgia Guidestones requiring a global population of five hundred million entrapped in coastal cities. Furthermore, feed that population with bio engineered food and sustain their health with Pharmaceutical medicine. I've learned over the years to be careful with first/initial responses because it sometimes isn't what you think you are looking at.
People should be reluctant to join the military if we really want to stop wars and become victims of war.

The heads were removed by the first corporate special forces on the scene to "hide" the impact of the weapons from the "regular" grunts moving up with the US front line. These electromagnetic/scalar weapons are also vehicle based. The technology is used every day worldwide on the mobile phone network. It's how the mobile phone works. Cities throughout the UK are now "masted" with grid patterned antenna's covering the population areas. Each mast has two standalone boxes alongside. One is for the complex data electronics and the other is for the power. The concern here is, in my opinion, my experience and expertise tells me; that amount of power is not needed for simple mobile phone technology, no matter how clever mobile phones become. Then there are the biological weapons, aids, swine flu and even a "bubonic plague" experienced in the Ukraine. Post mortems on the dead were cancelled when the bodies of the earliest, when having the chest cavity opened, were found to have a bloody boiling biomass of reactant bacteria, so active, the temperature of the rotting chest was 2, 3, 4 times that of normal. Ebola is now rife in Uganda. Ebola is man made. All these man made diseases are designed by Black Op corporations for the elite, usually in Europe and sent to the US for manufacture. Clearly the greatest weapon used already is mind control. If you have a television then you are under their influence, whether you watch it or not, the fact it is in your home demonstrates fear.

Another, wonderful weapon being used is that of holograms. Yes, rather cool, and demonstrated for us by the Elite patsy Al Gore during his promotion of the fiction of global warming, I believe in Japan. Consider the quality or impact of that presentation portraying a visual entity in the room before an audience, clearly impressed and now transpose that into flying objects, celestial bodies or anything, use your imagination. The technology exists and it is being kept secret or rather, not main stream yet.

So what do we have? We have the prospect of seeing holographic alien aircraft appearing over a location, scalar driven city antennaes zapping the indigenous population and the belated rescue and clean up by sympathetic believers spurred by corporate governments militia, saving the day. You will probably see this in film shortly. Or shortly after the event and portrayed as a documentary. But the technology actually exists. The technology is owned by the Black Ops corporations. And all governed by secret non disclosure clauses in equally secret contracts.

By the way, for those that disbelieve any of this I have just commented. My experience has involved me working alongside this same scalar technology inside financial institutions within the UK. When the power cuts come, and they will, only the financial institutions and the government agencies will have power. The remaining or replacement population, (probably Muslim)*, will be forced into the micro-chipping regime or perish.

Phil Schnider Got his hands badly burned and his fingers melted off when he got into a fire fight with grey aliens in 1979 when he was building underground bases for the US government.

The description he gives of the greys weapon closely matches that of an electromagnetic weapon, and his injuries reflect that too.
