I had NO OTHER PEOPLES work up or videos up without direct permission from the video maker.. only a few examples on that really .. like the Fukushima theory Finnish scientist video (mirrored with permission) and the Sakurajima volcano videos (also mirrored with permission).

The rest of the videos are mine, therefore no one can claim a copyright against.. and nothing was objectionable or in violation of community guidelines.. but some how this went through WITHOUT ANY KIND OF NOTICE BEING SENT TO ME AS WHY…

I do not know which I am accused of.. I lost 712 videos today with no explanation from youtube.

This past month, has been the worst month in my life… hands down.. no holds barred.



Youtube allowed patrioticspace to upload (and keep up) videos with clearly illegal taped phone calls.. youtube still allows videos organizing CLASS ACTION SUITS AGAINST ME.. for stopping trolls from uploading and ruining videos they illegally stole from me. Youtube allows threatening videos , harassing videos against me (dutchsinse).. and then they terminate my account for WHAT? I still do not know.

More than likely youtube is going to say the websites he visited are proprietary for them and thus by posting images and clips from their pages via a webcam Dutchsinse is thus violating their copyright and those sites may have a point. I doubt Dutchsinse has an agreement to post stuff using their software and sites. From a truther pov it's disgusting, but from a business pov it really is understandable.

These sites more than likely sell advertising and want people to visit them as they are the ones paying for the site. Do I think they even knew about Dutchsinse's work? No, but it's the excuse that is probably being used to stop this educational and informative service that Dutchsinse has provided.

Dutchsince has been in heated arguments with other you-tubers. Much hate being spread around (and put in video uploads). I saw one and was shocked at accusations flying around. Seems to have started over something he said in a radio interview which I did not hear. A bit of digging with the info you put here guys and it looks that first of all the Dutch and the other one has to talk a bit, and then will be more clear what is going on. So, I will be patient and follow the events to start to see the bigger picture.

The copyrite issues might be about the dispaying of the various software aplications as he does. All those maps and the radar and satelite images could have rites protection under law.

There is probably a great precedent setting legal case to be had from this if some good and charitable lawyers would step up.

I don't buy into the copyrights issue, it was never specified because the claim is hollow. The fact, that his account is terminated, just underlines, that he was uncovering something really important. Because dutch isn't as popular as Alex Jones, they think they can get away with shutting him down for no reason, well, we should make his name known!

This is sad news. I, too, hope he's ok because I can't get to his web site. I think he was right on the money, a relentless investigator. I found him when he posted about the venting that was going on in California AND I have a niece an hour from Tokyo; I valued his information. Now, this is just intellicast privacy provisions, but I would be the other sites that Dutchsinse uses have similar restrictions. Whether you like it or not, think anything on the web is a free-for-all does not negate the rule of law and those businesses having the right to protect their source, advertising opportunity via people visiting their site etc..

Again, I think this is unfortunate and I doubt intellicast has a beef on their own with Dutchsince, but that is what will be used to justify taking down any videos that use other businesses proprietary information. It's a loophole TPTB are using. The alternative is to simply bombard the internet with the information, but the risk is a lawsuit which those who choose to break privacy rules will find they cannot defend and will be bankrupted. We can of course tell people how to verify said information themselves, but there is the chance that fewer will understand or bother to do the work.

Unfortunately he has been shut down, and his website appears to be down too. In my opinion Dutchsinse provided a invaluable service to those of us who wanted to stay in touch with the earth changes and use our own minds and intuition to determine what is happening on our sphere. He was like a very good neighbor, always watching out for the other guy. I feel that he has come under extreme pressure and threats.... my prayers go out to him and may he be safe and know that we have his back!

As for infringing on advertising from USGS or other earthquake sites, I went on and there are no ads. This simply is shutting down of information. Censorship. That is a very good question!!

There is indeed a real risk of YouTube being shut down to prevent video reports of events around the world. We have fallen yet again in the trap of complacency (I think is the word) of becoming addicted to a centralized service provider that can (and apparently does) control what we get to share or not.

An alternative is vimeo (http://vimeo.com/)

Other alternative is to download the clips from Youtube that you think are important and store them, in case they need to be distributed later.

If you Google:

share large files free

you should find many online services that allow at least some temporary free space to share big files such as video files. It's a less than perfect solution and not a match for Youtube but I strongly think you should invest the effort to at least test out these services!

Also make local backups (on your computer) of stuff that you have online. At least for the most important stuff. Set monthly reminders to do that and burn a DVD or CD with it. I sure hope Dutchsince was careful enough to do that with his videos, but after reading his comment that "I have lost 700+" videos, he probably did not have backups.

It's very important to educate yourselves on this matters when waters are still calm :)

Dutch brought this on himself. There are a dozen factors at work here. He's used the free services of Youtube every day and this takes staff to monitor and allow. It's a free service and a great one for all of us. Then, suddenly when a few videos are found to be in violation of one copyright infringement or another ~ taken off for copyright issues, he's being censored by TPTW and then he tells everyone his friend was shot and injured due to his own posts on said Google/Youtube and he goes public and has an interview with Kerry on Project Camelot accusing Google/Youtube, by implication and innuendo, of great harm doing (i.e., shooting people in retaliation), as a "warning" to him and how his life is threatened. This free service was just taxed to the limit of endurance.

Dutch is semi-famous due to Google/Youtube's generosity in allowing him to post videos everyday and this is how he repays them? He may need to rethink his position and stop beating the horse he rode in on ~ this is to be expected when one bites the hand that feeds you. Nothing more and nothing less. A little cooperation goes a long way in not provoking others IMHO.

Yes, Dutch is up and running again without missing any beats. He calls himself Dutch - something else. I read about it on a link on Facebook under the Galactic Federation of Light, A friend of mine is posting his stuff but I don't have the new name ~ he is too negative for me but just run a search on Youtube under "Dutch" and you will find him again. Not to worry. There is a way around every obstacle if we look for it. By being negative ~ we are manifesting whatever we focus on ~ so it's time to clean up our own thoughts right now. DHS comment page smears dutchsinse for life, now his domain pulled today 9/13

luckee1′s note: I am in Serbia so it is already the 14th of September here. I got this this morning in the news tips.

Ok, everyone, we must get all his videos backed up. They already took down his blog page, they had once already taken his you tube channel down, though it is back up again.

When you click on his blog link, a godaddy ad is there offering the domain name.

He explains what is going on:

Even if you do not agree with his arguments; even if you think he may think NASA and all the gov is correct in their assessments and this guy is just blowing smoke, he still has his Free Speech, we must support him in that. If you are thinking, ‘So, what does it have to do with me?’, just remember that you are going to be as gagged in the future. Will you be the next one this is done to? Who knows? But we all need to support him. Hopefully there are hard copies of his blog.

As we approach the tenth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, the safety and security of the American public remains our highest priority. While threats remain, our nation is stronger than it was on 9/11, more prepared to confront evolving threats, and more resilient than ever before.

While there is no specific or credible intelligence that al-Qa’ida or its affiliates are plotting attacks in the United States to coincide with the ten year anniversary of 9/11, we remain at a heightened state of vigilance and security measures are in place to detect and prevent plots against the United States should they emerge.

Homeland security is a shared responsibility, and everyone plays an important role in helping to keep our communities safe and secure. We remind our federal, state, local partners, and the public to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to local law enforcement authorities.Labels: 9/11, Napolitano, Secretary Napolitano

There is a Youtube account or Accounts under the names Dutchsinse and Dutchsince that is saying that the HAARP Facility is causing weather modification and in turn causing tornadoes to kill of US Citizens! He even has videos about the Joplin tornado. I have reported him to youtube several times as he has “Forecasts” of HARRP rings as he calls them…so he can warn his viewers of when our government is out to cause weather modification in order to depopulate the United States of America….could Some one at Homeland please check into this as the “followers” on his channel actually believe this and as a wife of a retired Air Force person, this rhetoric is what is going to get someone hurt or even killed…Comments Are calling FEMA Detention camps! And not to trust FEMA if they show up at your door! I am disgusted with this and he has over 100,000 views and people really are falling for this and I have tried to tell them to stop and then they call me a “shill” or “troll” or an government Agent??? This is not the type of behavior we need in this hostile climate! Thank you for looking into this matter.
