I submit the following video as evidence as one form of ET communication. It would be great if there were any thoughts how to decode the information. Filmed ~120 feet away near ground. Slight video blur as a result of zoom as the display was very small.

I have no idea Mojo...There are several variables to be decoded here: Change of color, Change of general shape, Change of glowing intensity on individual lights, Change of the rhythmic pattern on individual blinking lights...

It´s pretty easy to decode when it´s just 0s and 1s, just like morse code, but when the 0s and 1s change color, start moving and blinking in different rhythms, it becomes very very complex.

If you know morse code, try communicating with them using a flash light. It´s easier for them to learn morse code, then it is to us, to decode such a complex visual communication.

I will wager there is no decoding required. If ET wants to communicate with you/us, they will use an unambiguous method. Off-worlders are known to use telepathy, knowledge inserts and data transfer with pretty clear meaning, if that is their intention. What this display indicates is more like a frequency sequence that produces an energetic effect on some target. That could be anything from environmental manipulation to something simple like redesigning their ship through a field effect. Their systems are not only very advanced, but use totally different paradigms to us.
