FYI:

Japan is considering the possibility of creating a back-up capital city in case a major natural disaster, like the March 11 earthquake, strikes Tokyo.

A new panel from Japan's Ministry of Land and Infrastructure will consider the possibility of moving some of Tokyo's capital functions to another big city, like Osaka.

Japan is located on the junction of four tectonic plates and experiences one-fifth of the world's strongest earthquakes and geologists have warned Tokyo is particularly vulnerable to powerful earthquakes.

It is feared if a massive earthquake like the March magnitude 9.0 quake struck Tokyo, it could destroy the country's political and economic base.

Now take this a step further and I wonder if they have a secret deal with China to rent the maintained empty cities that have been built by the Chinese for some strange purpose.....

Am sure the Chinese would be more than happy to have a high tech educated labour force under there control.... especially an old enemy .... Mmmm

I am sure the Denver facilities must be up and running (likely for some time now) for the usa gov to flee to.

If we are indeed to have some sort of "event" in a couple months that would effect global coastlines then you can count on it (and I expect the Japanese have long been prepared and that story of "initiating" plans is bogus).

Yep these are some good posts team avalon, it runs along the same lines as the us government asking for bids on 140 million MRE's to store in the mississippi area along with 7 million bottles of water and gasoline. And so the question goes and why are they doing this?????

Just prep as much as you can for yourself and others if you have the means and then forget about it and live your life. There are things happening all around us , all we have to do is pay attention to the details and the puzzle will come together. It's not that hard .
