In my opinion, that's a camera jock in the fighter filming the performance of a new drone aircraft. The drone is emanating a jet exhaust, so by default man made. Furthermore, the fighter is able to keep pace which otherwise would not be the case if it was indeed extra terrestrial.

Agreed but maybe it shot off at speed later on.There always seems to be not enough footage on these vidoes.

It didn't look like a chase to me. Side by side laying down the chemtrails....I'd say it's a drone....
