obviously something is happening its ridiculous to try and deny the proven facts. Whenever there is an alignment of any kind with the mass called Elenin something happens on the earth in the natural disaster category.

the Hopi ( if im not mistaken) had the prophecy of the red star and the blue star (elenin).. i dont remember the hopi name for them. theres something to the ancient races and their studies of astrology. I am a Buddhist, but ever since I joined Avalon, I have come to regard labels such as 'Christ', 'God', and other religious title as just terms and does not necessarily refer to the preconceived concept of that particular word. Language creates separation. If it is the truth, words alone can never define it. I have since found truth being taught by other spiritual sources apart from my own 'religion'! Maybe we can look pass those terms and the message can then make sense to us.

However, most people are used to religion talk. When we use statements like 'everything is energy and pure consciousness', they shut off. It is too unfamiliar to them. Which side of earth will be facing the sun then? I believe that one is a hard one to answer. We know what dates but you really can only speculate on what side even with all the information available. What if the earth stops rotating as some say it will? or if it still rotates? I've read it will take 40 to 72 hours to for it to leave the path between the earth and sun that means the whole earth will experience it if the earth is rotating......

At the time of writing (July 31, 2011) we are at the beginning of the fifth day of the Ninth wave and then also rapidly approaching its end and the completion of all of the Mayan calendar on October 28, 2011. There are three more days (over a time period of three regular months) yet to go as the effects of the Ninth wave intensify in accordance with its high frequency of transformation to unity consciousness. While we may all have ideas of how this final transformation is going to take place no human knows the exact details of what is going to happen. We are sitting in the waiting room of the cosmic doctor and we do not know how He or She is going to treat this patient.

This little comet Elenin has attained an immense amount of attention on the Internet and is sometimes associated with more or less dire predictions. All that we really know about it is however that it is synchronized with the end of the Mayan calendar on October 28, 2011.

As part of this the Ninth wave, also called the Universal Underworld, brings a cosmic context to human life in a way that has not previously been the case. Human beings are in other words in the Universal Underworld about to become citizens of the universe, a consciousness shift that has led to a heightened interest in all things extraterrestrial. Polarity shifts in consciousness take place in synchrony at several different levels of the universe - cosmic, galactic, heliospheric, planetary and human - at the times of shift points in the Mayan calendar. The Ninth wave that we are currently in is carries the polarity shift that creates unity consciousness.

1/ Committing to consistently let divine guidance rather than our egos decide our actions and the direction of our lives.

Hence, the Cosmic Convergence is really about providing an opportunity for us at least to commit to irreversibly bring about a shift in consciousness polarity in ourselves. While it may be difficult to immediately live up to such a commitment it will if it is taken seriously have powerful consequences On the benefit side a thing to ponder is that in order to receive the appropriate guidance into the new world it is possible that such a profound commitment to unity consciousness is indeed necessary.

In the Cosmic Convergence it is for us to surrender to whatever will be required from us. To live up to our commitment, the presence of the comet Elenin will give a natural connection to the cosmic dimension in this event and at the same time add to our experience of a common destiny of humanity. It will be in this large scale context that we need to make the commitment to be part of the polarity shift to unity consciousness. Every person who makes a such makes a great difference and spreads the light and the hope to those around her. This may be all the more needed if indeed the times will be challenging to our comfort. The Cosmic Convergence, September 23-26, 2011 is meant as a solemn and humble event allowing people of unity consciousness to connect on a very deep level wherever they are on our planet.

I feel this is really the last chance of humanity and that the day of reckoning is here. I feel that a commitment to the polarity shift to unity consciousness is not only a passport to the new world to be born, but also the only hope for the world to survive. The dark filters have been ruling humanity for millennia and provide no way out. If human beings do not make such a commitment we really have no reason to expect that the world will survive. I thus want to encourage everyone to do their utmost to spread this message and encourage others to solemnly make a commitment to shift to unity consciousness. We are the ones that we have been waiting for. And it is entirely up to us. If we are looking to see our greatness, we should see it not in denial, or at all cost avoid anything that may cause fear, but in the courage to face squarely what we have done to this creation as it manifests on this earth. The Ninth wave indeed brings a field change on the cosmic level that we may become part of, but it will not happen without a deep and serious commitment from the heart of our souls.

Every video, person or group that is telling us the world is about to end and even setting a date on it is doing nothing but trying to scare people (especially the younger ones) with fancy videos containing melancholy narration, pretending to speak with authority or "knowing" something that others do not. Why do they do it? For attention, for "hits", for money, for fame and whatever else is lacking in their lives. When it transpires (in time and it always does) that there was nothing in it, what have they lost? Nothing; they simply go on to the next big prediction and start prattling on about that instead. Think before you activate your fear sensors.

Which is more likely? That out of the thousands of predictions that HAVE NOT come true, this particular one is going to be it or that it is also another empty set of baseless words trying to attract attention. Where is the evidence, where is the proof (other than just words)?

Sept or Oct 28th are both dates I dreamt about - it was just one dream, not sure which date - just that it was the 28th and in the fall, and that it was some date that was earlier than 2012 which struck me as odd. In the dream there was some earthquakes and rocks falling from the sky. It was weird, scary, and overhyped by the media at the time, but in the end it was OK, not the end of the world or anything. Until now the idea of rocks falling from the sky and earthquakes being part of the same event made no real sense. Not saying thats what is going to happen, maybe it was just a dream about reading this post and coming to this conclusion haha. I'm sure it will all be fine.

I think, more than anything, the coming changes, whenever they happen, signify the start of our adolescence in the transformation of our current global society into a galactic society. Well, at least we'll know the truth of the situation relatively soon. Whatever happens I'm still preparing to be as self reliant as possible. I've spent this year growing for seed. I should have enough by the end of the year to be able to give most of the people in my village a pack of veg seeds enough to feed a familiy with some basics. I have 3 sacks of parsnip seeds amongst several other species.

Well, at least we'll know the truth of the situation relatively soon. Whatever happens I'm still preparing to be as self reliant as possible. I've spent this year growing for seed. I should have enough by the end of the year to be able to give most of the people in my village a pack of veg seeds enough to feed a familiy with some basics. If it gets so bad that we need to be self-reliant then we're going to have a rough trot with it for the next decade or so, we'll have fallen into a rut that will take some effort to get ourselves out of. The trick of the transformation that is to come will be to make this transformation while still keeping the basics of civilization running (food, economy (to an extent), water, electricity).... It is doable, but requires that we not fall into the fear trap, and it requires STRONG leaders who will provide actual LEADERSHIP - THAT is what people will be looking for in the coming years - a mother/father figure...

Lets just say.... that this could be a part of the dis-info movement, and although some of the information may be correct, the date could be completely out.

If nothing happens on those dates, such as that of Sept 26, and the final Oct 28, it could significantly affect the credibility of information warning us of December 2012, and previously strong subscribers of this piece of information based on these dates, will have put their guards down somewhat or even dismiss the entire 2012 deal forever without giving it a 2nd thought or further investigation.

That will indeed be a sad thing because being prepared, is better than being not, for no one can tell what is going to really happen then. Hence those being prepared has a better chance of getting through it should anything happen.

It depends on what you mean by "prepared".

I, for one - and I have explained this in a previous post, I don't remember the thread - do not believe in "2012". Never did.
Like I said in that other thread, if anything momentous, of a kind not seen so far in human history, does happen, it will be a consequence of so many people's mental and emotional investment in it.

Yet I take good care to grow the seed of my personal "heaven" into a majestic garden of Eden every single day of my life. Always have.
I don't mean this as an overextended metaphor for the practicalities of daily life (although I do not neglect them), in the sense of "chop wood, carry water", as noble as they are in themselves.
No, I mean, quite literally, the "heaven" that each one of us is preparing - or failing to do so - from within. The glorious interior landscapes and their gradual exteriorisation.
It is a personal path, as everyone's path should be, in my opinion.

So, I think what's dangerous is to await the Deus ex machina, or to count on a physical date to bring on some sort of collective blossoming.
We are Deus, each one of us: his sight, his hearing, his touch, his Heart.
And we are, whether we want it or not, the machinae of our own individual "salvation" or "doom".

In other words, I am (getting) as ready as I ever will be. "2012" has nothing to do with it.
It is path that I embraced long before I ever heard about it.
I am sure the same is true of many others.
