I'm thinking that they're reconsidering their one child per family program....
The "Can't procreate without govt approval" is not new.....Isn't that where the word **********. (fornication under concent of king) came from during the Middle Ages?
The elites want to get rid of the masses....doesn't that say it all? Like they're the ones who should live while everyone else dies....Again, they think that money makes them better people. Like I've said, I know some homeless people that could put them to shame....

The word Fornication Under the Consent of King, (the initial of the words) Before a couple could get married they had to have consent of the King. It was mostly so the King would have first choice of concubine or allow the marriage. it's how some of the maids in "waiting" were selected. The Queen's maids had to be pleasing to the King's eye and such.

From what I recall that word is from Fornication Under Carnal Knowledge and it was used as a short way in their registers of saying that you had been sexually involved with a minor.

When studying physics we used to call it "the fornication utilisation constant" and our unit of measurement was RCH's (red............. hairs) about 90 microns

With this we could work out the distance travelled during an average fornication so long as we applied certain variable like environmental conditions etc

On a more serious note the global sterilisation by TPTB has been in full force for the past 30 odd years to my knowledge through the introduction of specific chemicals into the food chain... the main problem in countries such as Africa is the food chain has broken down before delivery so the introduction of disease had to be enacted to speed the process up.
