Here is a guided meditation I have created, using different techniques and technologies for optimal effects. Get yourself relaxed and feeling good, healed, cleansed, enter a positive mind set, achieve goals you have, and get rid of stress and worries.

This is a guided and instructed meditation, where I also use some hypnotic techniques for self-hypnosis from my background with hypnotherapy, along with a specific audio technology called Hemi-Sync that on its own puts you into a very relaxed state of mind.

I will be more than glad for any feedback from those who give it a try!

HOW TO USE:

1. Lie down in a relaxed and comfortable position, with eyes closed.

2. Use headphones for optimal results and deeper relaxation. Can still be used without headphones though.

3. Put it on play and follow instructions and just let yourself float into relaxation.

Enjoy, and relax!

I have also converted it into an MP3 file so it easily can be used in any mp3-player device and brought along wherever wanted instead of only listening to it on the computer.

The MP3 can be downloaded here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T21QYWQM

Note the seconds counting down on the right side of the page, that's where the correct download link will appear once reaching 0.

Enjoy

Wow were a spoilt lot at Avalon. That was lovely, really relaxing. I also felt tingling around my crown at one point like I did during reiki attunement. Because I havnt got laptop at the moment I just layed down with my I-fone near my chin! I need to get headphones tho so i'l keep you informed. Is it ok to use the meditation every night?
So far I love it thankyou Lisa x

The sound is what I described in the original post regarding the techniques used, its Hemi-Sync with binaural beats.
Here is some info on that technology:

Glad you enjoyed it and found it useful. Using headphones will greatly improve the meditation, something you will notice when you try it out.

Yes you can use this meditation every night, or anytime you really want. People with insomnia and sleep disorders can benefit from using it at night to induce proper relaxation and sleep.

It is really multi-functional as you can decide yourself the specific goal you want to achieve with it, whether its simply relaxation, getting rid of stress, sleep good, healing, deeper meditation and altered states, use it to achieve certain changes and effects in life such as success and reaching goals, etc.

Enjoy

Edward Alexander thank you so much for this, and you are really good at what you do...i haven't really slept in days and just a few minutes into this i fell asleep.

the message you say at the start of only wishing well to yourself and others is soothing enough to let anyone go to sleep peacefully!

and i love that background noise...reminds me of planes or cars but when you are in a good one and are about to go to a nice place.

Will listen later thanks for the mp3 version...I may have a challenge for you, I had a vision as such the other day about 212 hz , is it possible for you to synthesize a sound at this frequency am not sure if it would be audible ... still trying to interpret the message.... not sure if it is referring to a low sound wave emitted from ring shell projector like they use for sonar or the frequency used by some bats at the upper end of the range....

Thanks to all who have (or will) enjoyed this :)

phillipbbg: I will look into it and see if I can make something in that range for you.

Sorry for not having had the time or opportunity to do this for you yet. But you can download some software where you can create such yourself, one good one is Neuro-Programmer that has lots of functions and features and is very good for meditation etc, you can create your own recordings there with your own custom made frequencies and other effects etc. I think you can do something similar with an older program called Brainwave Generator, though it's been many years since I used that one now, I mostly use Neuro Programmer which I find excellent, and it is the one I made the sound effects in the Meditation audio with.

NEURO PROGRAMMER: http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/

For me this program is so useful and feature rich and have so many ways of practical application that I bought the full version without any limitations, its excellent.

Could you share with us the entrainment map you used in the file?
What combination of the choices of gamma, beta, alpha, theta, and delta wavelengths did you use, and do they change or are they consistent throughout? If they change, what times during the file do they change, and from what to what?

Thanks

Honestly it's been so many years since I made that recording now, I do not longer remember the details of the entrainment map and wavelengths etc. But mostly alptha, theta and delta was used though, and if I remember correctly it starts in alpha and moves over to theta and delta throghout before it moves back up to alpha at the end - if I remember correctly! :)

I purchased all sorts of "self help" guided meditations included the "hemi sync" and similar products from various companies over many years. Some worked better than others but not long after 9/11 and with some of the mind control information that came out I backed off.

Have not listened to this one and not suggesting anything.

Curious regarding you opinion of how this technology could just as easily (probably moreso) be used for negative purposes than otherwise considering the control of corporations the "darker" influences have.
