The first part of the interview with Stacy Herbert is on the looting London rioters versus the looting London bankers and draws some interesting comparisons. There is also a discussion with Prof. William Black on the lack of justice in the banking system which gets referred back to the London riots at the end. Prof. Black says "When your most elite most powerful members of society adopt a strategy of what Bastiat the famous French economist - very conservative - called plundering then, as he said, they will develop a morality that doesn't simply permit plundering but valorises it and when that happens the moral structure of the society will inevitably deteriorate. In the upper classes that leads to polite looting, in the under classes it leads to street looting."
