Are the UK riots and US "flash mobs" being created by COINTELPRO agencies?

About one week ago, I came across with this discussion on ATS, whether the riots in UK are being created or supported by agent provocateurs of American COINTELPRO agencies, like CIA or NSA. The odd move of British PM, David Cameron, hiring an American adviser, which sparked several criticism by UK law enforcement authorities and the flawless timing between the riots in London and the "flash mobs" in Philadelphia, strongly suggest an Illuminati agenda.

Thanks Ktlight this vid is expressing similer views that I felt about the riots causes , i think it maybe TPTB way of cracking down on the social media problems from their

I suspect it isn't america, it could be the chinese.
They have had a huge loss with the yahoo going on in libya, so they lost face.
Someone is pulling strings there is no doubt, this was not just spontaneous.
