For the first time, a spacecraft far from Earth has turned and watched a solar storm engulf our planet. The movie, released today during a NASA press conference, has galvanized solar physicists, who say it could lead to important advances in space weather forecasting.

Interesting I did not know an organisation could gain membership to this forum....... looks like we are slipping into a face book style system.. still we have over 1000 guests most of the time so fair enough if you want to post on the site.

Having said that , thanks for the link it is much appreciated. It is always good to compare official sites against you tube vids and the date codes to see if info has been doctored...cheers

they turned on a few services to auto load news to the forum. Earthquakes and NASA are the only ones I know of...
