the cia and nsa moved their headquarters to th mountains over a year ago, they know rising water is coming. water will take down everything including electricity, if your on dry ground good, if not without a boat you are stuck.

Interesting.. It appears that the Pentagon was evacuated today due to the earthquake...... Even though it may be temporary, I still think that is rather significant.
