This is a very disturbing story. Of course the Police and Lawyers will create a false scenario and it will get swept under the carpet as if nothing happened.

When the ''police'' present a clear and present danger to the average individual going about their own affairs, then it is time to start thinking what we are going to do about it?

It's becoming abundantly clear that "poverty and homelessness" is a crime that will be dealt with swiftly and violently. The police chief nor the city council showed any remorse, concern or outrage. These are our community leaders???

They hid behind "we cant comment while the DA investigation is on"

This gets used SO many times - is it even true? Can they really do that?

They have the right to not incriminate themselves, so yes.
