These are so good to listen to when you are looking to let go of all your desires. Where you just let your thoughts go where they may. I can actually feel parts of my brain cracking from all the unneeded stress from "thinking" all day. Each breath I let out is great for the Pineal.

These original sound frequencies were used in the early Gregorian Chants, such as the great hymn to St. John the Baptist, that were lost centuries ago.
