A Request for Healing

My brother came to see me this morning. He has learned he has prostate cancer. Thankfully, this is one of the less aggressive kinds of cancer, and he has a wonderful attitude about it.

I gave him a Reiki session, and he'll come back each week for that. He is taking Essiac and feels better, we think from the burdock. :)

If any of the Avalon healers would like to send him healing energies, he and I would be so appreciative.

I told him about the community of healers at Avalon, and he gave his permission for me to ask. I have a photo of him if anyone needs to see an image, just PM me and I'll send it.

His name is Curtis. He's a joyful person, a bit lazy, always the clown. When he was a tiny boy, he would surprise our grandmother by telling her about the healing wild plants. She knew what they were for, but no one had taught him, he just knew. My family has Cherokee blood so I guess there's a healing heritage there.

He is a healer himself, but needs help with this one.

Thank you so much - as it happens, I have some pau d'arco herb! Pretty providential, eh? I bought it for someone else's need, and had some left. As I recall, it's a bark or maybe root, so should still be potent.

Dan, I think he would be very receptive to any healing we can send to him. He asked me to give him level 1 Reiki attunement so he can give Reiki energy to his family, so I know he believes and knows about the human energy field, etc. He is actually more deeply spiritual than I am, and always has been... just a part of who he is.
I'm a bit overwhelmed right now, still processing it...

I've got a relative who was diagnosed with lung cancer a couple months ago. She swore she would never do the conventional western treatments...Until she was the one...Three months later it's like watching a slow motion train derailment.(And not so much because of the cancer) I'm so glad to hear Curtis has the natural healing tendencies, please help him stay in that energy center.

John is a faith/psychic healer who lives in Abadiania, Brazil. He has an amazing record when it comes to healing, and a worldwide following. www.johnofgod.com A trip like this, for me, would be an affirmation of healing. It would get Curtis out of his comfort zone and mix with others who are also on a healing/transformation journey. There is another option. There are some who live in Abadiania and offer to take a picture sent to them in front of Joao in spirit. Joao will then either prescribe herbs, or will put a cross on the back of the picture, which indicates he wants the patient to visit him in Brazil.

It's odd you bringing it up -- Curtis and I were talking about hemp Sunday when he visited. Thank you Star, for the healing love and the crystal info! I have a great many so probably have at least one of the most common ones. I am attracted to crystal healing and using the stones, but it's not my area of expertise -- you must've known that!
It's funny, I felt the urge a couple of weeks ago to get some of them out and put them on my dresser. Getting ready, I reckon. :) I used to keep them in little piles on my dresser, arranging them intuitively. They are beautiful.

I'm saddened to hear of your brother's diagnosis, I will send a flotilla of healing thoughts and energy to assist Curtis and his body in overcoming this dis-ease.

In this thought based existence the idea of envisioning a healthy reality that's free of illness can prove to be a beneficial comrade to any disease sufferer. If I may, can I suggest that he looks into visionary techniques that focus on the patient imagining themselves already cancer free. From what I've read this stuff really works. I also agree with others in regards to Hemp Oil, solid evidence over the past decade has indicated that Hemp Oil really is a cancer killer (plenty of videos on youtube.)

hey DH - thanks for your encouraging words, and healing thoughts for Curtis. I'm heading out to the health food store at noon today to pick up hemp oil for him. Fresh flax oil has been my darling for several years, but I'd never used hemp oil except to make patchouli-poppyseed soap -- hippie soap :)

I am figuring a way for him to hear Gregg Braden. I have noticed men seem to resonate with him more. I think I can find an iPod for him to borrow.

I'm still waiting, a bit impatiently, for my iPod to arrive.

So I guess it is illegal and may be hard to acquire, or you would have to find someone to process some for you. If you can get in touch with Rick Simpson he may be able to give you advice if you wanted to go that way. It is very effective.

A big thank you to all who have helped Curtis. He just left from his 2d Reiki session with me, and was quite taken that so many Avalonians sent him healing energy and thoughts. He did feel quite a lot going on in his body over the past week, and knew it was Avalon folks because I told him he'd likely be aware of all the energy.

Thank you Ktlight! I will look at that link. I agree that keeping the body in an alkaline state is very important -- it's the thing that enabled me to recover from lyme disease.

Just to update everyone, Curtis has decided to have surgery. It'll be tomorrow morning (Tuesday 9/27). I think we made a lot of progress, but he decided this option is the best one for him, all thngs considered. Being the clown that he is, he's going to enjoy his convalescence and soak up all the goodies he can!

It means so much to me that you all have sent your love and healing to help us.

Have you heard of using Cayenne pepper and Vitamin D3 for curing cancer?? Couldn't hurt for him to start taking those as they are all natural. I'm not sure where the post I have read this is actually but there is lot of information on this and how much to take for curing it is like 20,000 to 30,000 no more than 40,000 vitamin D3 per day and the cayenne i can not remember buy i will try to find the link I read this on and have him to eat a lot of broccoli and tomatoes also all these four things was what It said in curing cancer??

Update on Curtis: The surgery went off with no complications, and the doc anticipates no problems. He's in the hospital, probably joshing with the nurses and his wife, and will go home Thursday or Friday.

Yes it does. I am using this method as we speak. It takes fairly extreme doses ( for me 2 1/2 tsp 3 times daily) to get PH to 8 or above which is the target needed and it needs to be held for 4 to 5 days. Main side effect for me is headache. I should add that I am taking it with lemon juice, not maple syrup to get a dose of potassium to balance the large dose of sodium.

EDIT: I just went and did a search and found that maple syrup contains quite a lot of potassium too... so I will swap to that mix now for the 3 remaining days.

BIG hugs to you both!! Thanks so much for asking about Curtis. He's absolutely fine now -- he had the surgery to remove prostate, and chose an excellent surgeon so all came out well. He came up for reiki a couple of weeks ago and we are working to get his energy systems back to tip top.

Markoid and Starsha did some excellent energy work for him, and I'm so grateful for that, and all the healing vibrations from the folks here at PA. Words fail, so, from my heart, thank you all!

My brother came to see me this morning. He has learned he has prostate cancer. Thankfully, this is one of the less aggressive kinds of cancer, and he has a wonderful attitude about it.

I gave him a Reiki session, and he'll come back each week for that. He is taking Essiac and feels better, we think from the burdock. :)

If any of the Avalon healers would like to send him healing energies, he and I would be so appreciative.

I told him about the community of healers at Avalon, and he gave his permission for me to ask. I have a photo of him if anyone needs to see an image, just PM me and I'll send it.

I do distant pyschic energy work and do it on skype so if your brother is open to it all he needs to do is connect to me on skype "jonno_shore" and mention "healing" and I'll see what I can do... I prefer connecting when people are aware the energy is coming and are open to it. http://www.healingshores.com (not fully up and running yet other than landing page...) but has contact details I can send a brochure which has some testimonials on it if he needs to have a read etc. I also know quite a lot about cancer from the research I did for my late father 4+ years ago, so he may like to connect just for that info alone...
