A friend of mine sent me this youtube link asking me what I thought about it -if I thought it was a hoax (put together well) or for real?

The last 5 minutes of the video are of a distressing dialogue between a former area 51 employee and Art Bell.
I posted the link as a reply to another post in disclosure.
Has anyone posted another thread on PV w/ this video? Has anyone viewed it? I am new to PV. Thought I would ask you experts.
