Now I am posting this because I too have discovered such matrix like shielding over the moon and sometimes in other locations. I was not aware others knew about such things already. This is real and it is not pixillation. It seems to be some sort of energy shield that grates a surface like structure, but usually during daylight is seen as normal, but as the light adjusts, the shield becomes visible at certain angles.


This also works just using a 10+ MP digital camera and holding it up to the screen tilting the lens slowly from a 90 degree angle to a 45 degree angle. This will also allow you to see many structures focused because the camera will re-focus the fuzziness of the photos. It does take a few hours to get good at it. Don't expect results in 5 minutes.

They don't look like ruins to me. Everything seems to be too perfects.
These are either new buildings or a hoax.

Uf, very skeptic about it. First of all it looks that at least one file is DEM file which ruins everything, every theory. Then, every digital lab, part of any space agency, use a different protocol to process pictures, custom made algorithms for pixel processing and you just can't say how the original photo was looking before the process. increasing the contrast bumps the dark and light values to their extremes so entire group of pixels become the same shade value. Knowing also that the restricted bandwidth for the data transmission also destroy a part of data, I wouldn't put even the finger in the fire and claim this are structures or some kind of cover. As Bryn ap Gwilym say, it's too perfect, so first impression is that this structure is a part of post process and not original color value or it's variant.

I don't know what I'm looking at, or don't understand what I'm seeing. Is there someone who could explain this?

Sometimes I wish these videos would include a little voice-over to explain what we are seeing.

Why do those little squares, rectangles and bars represent ruins? The question is not mean to be critical or antagonistic. It's sincere. Help?

If we would just be able to see what they have in their servers.... I think we wouldn't need any retouching techniques, because by my opinion there is photographic testimony of buildings, space ships, ruins, rests of civilizations, biological life etc, etc...
Suspecting this is a bit crazy to deal with small chunks of video which are maybe released just to spread disinfo. All, this can be said also with one word - bastards.

I have studied these photos in detail several years ago.
What the photo shows are almost certainly hundreds of acres of all sorts of agricultural production, roads and buildings.
I remember Bob Dean stating in one of his interviews that there were supposed to be between 500,000 to 2 million humans living in underground cities on Mars. If that is the case then where are they getting their food from? I believe this is the evidence for that possibility.
