I met you in the chat room a while ago. It was an amazing experience, because recently prior to that I had come across your work on the internet and admired it very much indeed. I was surprised when I realised that there you were in the chat room in Avalon......hehe, a strange coincidence. I love your portraiture, it's stunning.
I have always painted and sketched for as long as I can remember.....but I have lost my inspiration in recent years. It is a great source of disappointment to me that I don't paint anymore, yet I can't seem to find the spark within for some reason. I hope to correct that, and I will continue to be inspired by great artists with a sincere message like yourself, so thank you for sharing your work with us, it's beautiful.

Yes, Alex Grey. Interesting guy, truly amazing art. I spent 3 days following him around when he was in Australia recently. I did not quite resonate with a few things he said. He advocates the use of drugs quite allot even synthetic drugs. When asked "do you drugs to create good art" he replied "yes, I dont have time to meditate." If this is the case I will need to throw my art carear out the window cause I dont use any drugs - I dont meditate much although I should.

Also when asked about 2012 he said the whole 2012 thing was rubbish. Um, I have been researching the whole 2012 thing for 7 years now and I feel that people who say its all rubbish are people who have not looked into it - there are so many aspects to it. A bit like 911 - the only people who believe the official story are those who have not bothered to look into it. Other than that, nice guy, awesome art.

For some reason, (I think because yours is quite complex, with several separate figures per painting), your artwork reminded me of an artist whose book I used to have called, "The Ultimate Alphabet" by Mike Wilks. In it he did a separate painting for every letter of the alphabet, with many images for each letter/painting... every figure's name in each painting started with the letter "A", for example. Thanks to all for your amazing contributions here. And thank you Meggings for your post here. Yes, my gran is just an ordinary little lady, who decided to focus on forfulling her great dream a little later in life... she also only started running later in life. After raising 6 children and an abusive husband who ran away. South Africa was also under heavy sanctions at that time so it is Amazing that the USA supported her so. We can ALL forfill our dreams. No matter what the obstacles we face. Perhaps it is our duty to our soul to do so.
