Near ground object displays interesting lights

The object in the clip is very close to the ground and perhaps a few hundred feet from the camera. Slow motion affects were used to help determine the location of each of the lights as they illuminate. This video was filmed last night and a similar display was recorded tonight. Only recently (in past month) have displays been filmed showing the lights in this style of configuration.
