World population tied into theories of ascension

Most of us here on Avalon are aware of the different theories of ascension for mankind, such as those based on ancient prophecy and calendars of indigenous people. Many of these theories would suggest that our time here, as we are, has nearly run its course... whether it be October 2011, November 2011, December 2012, etc...

It seems to me that the exponential growth of the world's human population can very well be indicative of/evidence to the aforementioned theories.

If in fact "souls" from the "source" incarnate here on Mother Earth for experiences, life lessons, etc... than our time here is running short and we would need to cram for the exam. What better way to do that than increase the number of incarnations at a time?

It is estimated that in the time of ancient Sumer the human population was in the tens of millions. A relatively tiny population indeed.

In year 0 A.D., the human population is estimated to be 200 million.
As ascension time draws near and 1800 years later - human population reaches 900 million/1 billion in 1800 A.D.

Year 1900 A.D. brings a growth to 1.6 billion human beings and now it seems we are really short on time.

Shockingly, in only +-100 more years... human population has reached nearly 7 billion people.

I wonder are these new souls? Or are we incarnating in multiple instances to reach our goals within the "deadline"? I'd never much thought about or paid attention to the numbers of the human population. The numbers are quite mind boggling.

I have often thought about this.
As we (humanity) are now the least spiritual maybe the reason is that there are so many bodies to the same amount of energy (soul). Like too little chocolate to make the cake taste of chocolate. We are less connected in spirit because each body contains a lot less energy and the physical (material) is then the strongest? Only matter divides us from the source, i.e. our bodies divides us from the source, and since the source is all of our souls, then the bodies (the material) divides the source - us. Ascension might be about connecting/gathering the source energy/souls again. Like ebb and flow or a pulse the sources energy begins at one place and expands (the matter/bodies to contain the energy multiplies exponentially) until it reaches its maximum. Then it withdraws to the source again to begin a new "pulse" and thus we have the cycles of eras. What to remember here is that only our limited understanding makes it linear, so there can be a multitude of pulses going on at the same “time”.
Just my thoughts.

To me that describes the state of life for most people currently. There is a lot of stuff - but not much substance.

I hope this holds true. It sure would be nice for everyone involved to be here to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

It's also possible that what is happening now, or close to happening, is one of the most exciting things in Earth's history and the stadium's getting packed with people who just want to be there when it happens.
