Uploader Filmed this hovering over Stirling city it was there for a wile before I grabbed my camcorder and started filming It just seemed to be sitting there before going down below the trees then moved to the left.

I've seen that kind of thing before many times in and around UK towns, it's often a police helicopter. From where I live (on a large hill looking across my town) it looks identical, commonly showing up at dusk with the same behaviour and the same shape/size of light. That video ends too soon... it would be telling to see it leave the area. For me, this is one for the bin, not enough to prove or disprove, just conjecture.

Why does the timestamp hover about that way it does? Something to do with the speech-bubble maybe?
