So, You are being told that Muammar Ghaddafi is another Saddam Hussein
There is so much mind blowing truth here it is amazing. Learn some real history and what you can
do to UN-SLAVE yourself.
Some of what Ghaddafi did;
All Libyans receive a portion of the sale of Libyan oil - Directly to their Bank Accounts.
Max income tax in Libya is 12%.
Banks do not charge interest in Libya (Islamic Bank Model, not the Rothschild Slave System).
All Libyans have a home. Ghaddafi vowed that his parents would not get a house until everyone in Libya had a home. Ghaddafi's father died while he and his wife were still living in a tent.
There are no mortgages on houses in Libya.
Should someone wish to farm, they receive free land and seeds and animals.
There are no Electricity Bills in Libya.
All Education is Free in Libya.
Everyone gets Free Medical - Even the Protestors ...
Each newlywed couple receives 60,000 dinar gift from the government.
Gas in Libya is sold at the outrageous price of .12 cents per liter (bigger than US quart).
Automobile purchases are financed at zero interest.
Ghaddafi completed a massive water project to irrigate land to free Libya from dependance on Imported Food

My note: Well, this is certainly reason for Americans to go to war against such outrageous freeedom and financial arrangements that actually benefit the people. Heaven forbid, yes? Must bomb and call in NATO immediately. We can't allow such things. I found this of interest and thought you might find it good to know, too, among all the lies we continue to hear from media news.

You know I'm an American and I love the people but it just makes me sick to see our government the way it is. "I looked in the mirror and what did I see? The monster staring was staring at me"....

Divide our population number in the U.S. by 13 trillion dollars (conservative costs of present wars) and you will get the cost per person. The government could have just given it to the people and no more economic problems. After all what he gave to the banks and the big corps. was our money anyway. Common good is not so any more....

It's all about the oil. It always has been and always will be. Ghaddafi has been an asset to this country for many years, behind the scenes. We have oil right off Alaska so you would wonder why we don't drill there? When the "environmentalists" scream about leaving the area alone, look behind those faces and see who is funding them. There is no reason for the U.S. to require oil from the Middle East. There are powerful interests at work here, to the detriment of those countries. What a travesty.

This thread here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?29131-The-Truth-About-Libya-Mind-blowing-video..&p=295174#post295174) in Avalon also speaks of this, and includes a video as well. Here is part of my response on that thread:
The entire process of this "revolt" has been sickening to watch, especially as they have begun to murder each other in abject confirmation of the nature of their bid for power and inherent qualities as a "movement" based upon the "people's" best interest. Ghadafi not only served his constituents in a manner more benevolent than all Western leaders, but also helped countries around Africa and even groups in America economically much as Cuba and Venezuela have helped surrounding countries. I didn't see much about this in the vid above, but Libya had gold that its debt-free currency was based on, Ghadafi wouldn't let the ptb control the country at all economically. Everything said here about the currency war going on now is absolutely true. No propaganda. "Libya was debt free".
More than that, the Great Manmade River is one of the greatest accomplishments of any modern civilization. It is a prize for pirates, as is the oil flowing beneath the surface. Giving Libya to these "Rebels" is implementing Western/Globalist/Ptb control over N. Africa as well as creating a debarkation point for further adventures upon the African continent with a ready-made source of water and wealth. What an irresistible prize and target for the pirates, taking what was a spiritual and conscious movement on the part of afflicted people in other Southwest Asian and N. African countries, using the media to "create" a rebellion in Libya and then bomb the living hell out of the people to force submission to an external power structure bent upon coopting the impetus of the "Arab Spring" utilizing the traditional tools of money, divide and conquer and violence.
The Libyan people's situation will worsen now, not get better. Watch and see.

Kinda makes you wonder, why all those rebels were happy, dancing in the streets if they ever had it that good.
You ever heard that saying ''I would rather rule in hell than serve in heaven?''
They believe they will be in charge and anything goes.

Well the love for power is a definite motivator that for sure. Ghaddafi should have made his people feel more empowered he might have stayed in power longer.

So the big question is... if Gadafi and Libya were an example of how we can leave in peace and harmony, with a stable economy that works for everybody when nothing is missing and serves it purpose, but now it's almost gone....
What else needs to happen, for us to change what it's wrong and damaging all of us and our planet????
They have the guns but we are the numbers.
It really makes me feel like s^^^t. :ballchain:
I want to have superpowers to sort this thing out today.

He wasn't their problem, the fact that they were offered a better deal by his enemies is the problem, in my opinion.

you know this whole thing in Libya, reminds me of Blackwater, shadow armies, and mercenaries. Who knows who is to trust.
Also i don't think it was about oil only. They want to keep Africa poor and starving, and that manmade river, was meant to be able to divert water to all of the Middle East, and as far deep in Africa as it could, to fight droughts and increase food production.

Well, Ghadafi had bad relations with the Western pawns in the middle east like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the others that have served ptb interests over the decades. In fact, in the 90s, he renounced Libya's membership in the OPEC nations and officially joined the precursor to the African Union, the Organization of African Unity. He created the Manmade river for the good of his people, who are concentrated on the coastlines. The water is being pumped up North from under the desert to the South. He made cursory amends with Southwest Asia and OPEC when he decided to embrace the West a few years ago, but it has obviously been an uneasy truce that has now ended in the worst possible scenario for him in an official sense.
It is a difficult proposition to be a leader of a country such as Libya where you have to do what you have to do to gain and consolidate power amidst snakes and lizards, religious extremists and an entire world apparatus that has been plotting your downfall for decades. The disinformation around this event has been so thick that, at this point, there's no telling what truth is. I don't doubt that he has engaged in many negative things, Libya did choose to serve Western interests by taking prisoners and interrogating them for the US and other western countries because they couldn't. I'm sure he's had to murder and maim in order to consolidate the tribes and take care of infiltration issues.
So I suppose in the end we all get what we deserve. BTW, I agree with you about what the ptb intend for the continent. Nothing good.

Aside from gift for the newly wed, taxes on water and electricity, and portion of oil sales deposits, all of the above is true about Iraq until 1988, an embargo imposed on Iraq caused a great stress on low and middle classes.

From what I can see David, Al Iraq needed a man like Saddam to keep the various ethnic groups from attacking each other.
There are something like 15 ethnic groups within the borders and that is no mean feat to keep the peace when some of them are keeping alive old feuds and are friendly to enemies of the state, such as the Kurds with Israel.
PS, thanks to you talking about kibbeh and hummus, I had to call in on my Egyptian friend at his restaurant in Perth yesterday, the Levant.
I love the middle eastern foods, music and the culture.

Yes my Lord, there are so many nationalities in Iraq, Saddam was doing good things for Iraq, but he was crazy about nationalism, he didn't care about religion at all. He was a strong man backed by both CIA and KGB. He quickly climbed to the top of ranks in Ba'ath party, which was created by a Christian man from Sirya by the name of Michel Aflaq.
Kurds like to associate with Israel, because they they consider Arabs as an enemy.

It is a propaganda war just as much as it is a bullets and bombs war. BOTH sides are guilty of atrocities and injustices. Both sides have very effective spin-doctors.

What are rebels anyway?? I could find a group of "rebels" right here in Canada, fund them and feed them with promises of riches, power, and Propaganda, arm them, garner support from the masses and turn them on our military - not like our military is particularly scary -"Stop! or we'll do a peacekeeping mission!" and make everyone believe it was needed to fight the evils of the "Harper Gov't". Anything is possible with Time, Money, Lies and Sheeple ... just sayin ...
