This UFO was seen flying over San Diego when the power outage happened. UFOs have been known for causing power to shut down for entire cities and even for military nuclear missile silos. Watch as this UFO hovers over the city

I have seen many ufo's that turn out to be nothing more than chinese lanterns.My opinion this is not a chinese lantern

How do we know the UFO was responsible for shutting down the grid?
We don't know if that was an ET UFO or a black ops UFO, which would make a big difference in determining its reason for being there.
But just because it was there at the time, doesn't necessarily mean it caused the outage.
It could be that ETs saw there was a problem and were there to see if they could help, but were not able to.
Some think that the ETs are working to find ways to help prevent outages and find ways to convert the present grid to one that will utilize zero point technology as it becomes available.
So there are other possibilities and explanations for these kinds of sightings.

Altho officials canʻt or wonʻt say what caused the shutdown, the lights and power look just fine in this vid.

It might not have caused the shutdown and i thnik if it did you would never find information or anyone admitting to it.With the ufo sighted over the facility it was just a posability thats all.

if you were an ET and trying to gently show your presence and get everyones attention, hovering over a city and turning off the power chances are everyone will notice. remember the non-interference treaty is null , now they can show themselves openly, and they are. I 've seen them once everyday since sep 7th when the treaty was voided. we will see mass sightings.

With the ufo sighted over the facility it was just a posability thats all.
For sure The One, UFOs come and go and the armies can do little to harass them. There have been many reports of UFOs over missile complexes or disabling ICBM or shooting them down or total loss of all electricity in some cases.
