Luxor is an awesome place...so awesome indeed that after my one week holiday there I rented a flat for six months right next to Luxor Temple it was an eye opener and I'd reccomend anyone who has the time and money should do it...Once you get past the tourist trappings (beware there are loads and loads of them!)..you get to the core of the place. I won't spoil it for you by saying more...go and see for yourself!

I was also lucky enough to visit Egypt, 15 years or so ago. Luxor was also my favorite place, even better than Cairo. I have a crystal in the Nile right outside of Luxor.

Wow,Im a bit late to comment but..I dont know if I would of liked being subjected to the disneyworld type narration in that night visit to Amun Ra's temple (in the 1st video)..What a place though.Wouldnt want to get caught in there back in the day!
