I have the same problem...it stirs up something makes summy so restless, and need to be close and he sighs and whimpers and puffs and makes all kinds of weird noises.

But then, at my house--if it's not him, it's something else.

I find the closest I can get to meditating is taking him to park, where he can run around while I do my best to tune into the universe. Silence seems to illude me.

Hi everyone! I was just wondering does anyone have advice on what to do with pets while meditating?

I was started doing chakra meditation about 1 1/2 months ago but stopped after 3 weeks because my dog goes crazy! Every time I start to get really relaxed and and feel like things are happening, my dog just starts barking and barking like someone knocked on my door and makes me *poof* back to reality .I'm not the type who can put her outside for long periods of time besides she just barks to be let in..

I mention this so that one is in touch with the reality of how much of our lives are about the choices we make and the ramifications of those choices. I have my Mars and Venus in Pisces. I will be getting hit by both in the coming weeks. Mars in Pisces is just such a crappy place for it. LOL. Venus is in exaltation and Mars is in detriment. Fortunately, I don't mind lemonade.

Venus in exaltation is somewhat a challenge for me. It makes me a big mush. It is not obvious, but I have to live it. It helps offset the Air detachment energies in my chart. It's all good. I'm the one who chose it.

Monday I will go give myself up at the police station to begin the process. Funny, because when I call the police they refuse to tell me if I have a warrant or not. They say come into the station and find out. What a bunch of aholes, no? Here I am, an upstanding citizen with a modicum of integrity asking for pertinent details related to me and they want to play games instead. It's funny because if I did not think of it that way it would be infuriating.

The loans thing is a bit tricky because of who it is owed to - a very notorious company that never lets anyone off the hook, even when they apply for bankrupcy. They will be a formidable challenge.

The money thing is a non-issue. Jobs lost, jobs found - no big deal.

I just don't want to jeopordize my employment status at this time, as that is an ongoing experiment for me with massive potential far beyond the paycheck or benefits. That is what I feel is under attack and I am ready to fight to keep it.

There are some fun old expressions my mom used to use, and some I remember my Grandpa used. My grandpa used to say, "Aw, Horse Feathers," which I have realized in my houseful of kids is a great replacement for "Aw, that's Bullsh." Horse Feathers it is.

Somewhere along the line, I picked up the expression "than the dickens." This is a quite handy way of expressing an extreme. So if something is really cold, it's "colder than the dickens." Or if something is difficult, it is "harder than the dickens." It is really versatile. Of course, growing up in the midwest, it sounds something rather like a mish mash of nonsense when you say it with proper midwestern drawl. Something like "coldernadickens."

Somewhere in my soul I do not ever have a heaviness, and expressions like this keep conversations and moods light, and I like that. It is comfortable when everyone is chuckling and not getting too heavy. I love it when I can be a dork, because the mood lightens exponentially. Same with playing the part of a hick.

Upon hearing this phrase, "than the dickens," on many occasions, Little One threw it out at me in a way that makes me laugh out loud every time he says it. Which has been pretty often lately.

You see, once in a while we all need some time to just sit. Sometimes we play video games all together and have a good hoot at each other's expense. We were playing Zelda the other night and Little One says, "Look, Grandma! I have the Dickson's Fire!"

I look at M, M looks at Em, Em looks at me, and we all stare at this game. Dickson's Fire? We don't know anything about some Dickson's Fire....

Relationships? OK, here is an example. ( Forgive me I don't have your chart at hand, or maybe not even saved...but just a few guidelines.)

First you learn the energies of each planet. For instance, the Moon governs nutrition, feeding, meal time, mothering.
Say you have the moon in Cancer, it's own sign, in your birth chart.
That would mean you are particularly needy in the areas I mentioned. Maybe even a mummy's boy.
Then you meet a girl who has Saturn in Libra, and this Saturn is exactly 90 degrees away from your Cancer moon.
This Saturn square your moon will put a blocker, or restriction on your needs re being nurtured.
You may want a second helping of dinner, but her Saturn will tell you that you must diet.
Libra is to do with taking care of the self, and especially with Saturn there it can become a regimen.
So when two people have such a right angle between given planets, then I would point out to them that once they are past that first rose-tinted glasses phase of their relationship, this placing can become a real issue.

One can easily detect sexual attraction between two charts as well, like a man's Mars or Pluto conjunct a woman's Venus...(or another man's Venus....which would explain homosexual attractions.)...
and such a planetary placing can cause people to rush into a relationship without checking first if they a mentally or emotionally compatible.
But later on, when the initial attraction has worn off a bit, those other planetary interactions start to happen.

Which is why I say marriage is not only for giving each other comfort (which it should do) but also a chance for spiritual growth. How to get past that planetary compulsion and rise to higher ideals.
Everyone has to learn how to communicate their needs to another, and make some allowances. Find a mid point, where both sides are happy. Happiness was, is, and will always be the goal. Unless one wants to be a masochist.

About the kind of astrology Donk, which you referred to...it is called transits.
Very similar to the comparison chart between two people's personalities.

You take the basic birth chart and then overlap on it the chart of the moment you want to get insights about.
With a bit of practice this is not that hard to learn.
So if you have the moon in Cancer...using the same example as before, and Saturn is in Libra and moves slowly towards a right angle point to your birth chart moon, then you yourself will either decide to go on a diet, or find that your favorite food is not available, or the heating brakes down (Saturn is about coldness) in your home (the moon is about the home), and for the time that right angle is between 89 and 91 degrees that effect will be noticeable.

Well, you will have to start somewhere. Usually it's with the sun.
Im not going to ask you to read Linda Goodman's Sun Signs, but there are many lists of the 12 sun signs online.
So you have a wife and kids. What are your sun signs? Read up on each one.
Leave your own till last, as you probably know them better than you know yourself.
Just read up on the people you are most curious about, the ones you want to get to know better.
You need to dig into your curiosity here, find out your most urgent questions.
Then its much easier to study, as you are already hungry for the answers.

I have freed my weekend and will be doing a lot of soul searching, listening, meditating. Time to go inward. I've cleaned my room. Still need to organize my shelves and files. Once the clutter is cleaned out in my external environment I will do the same for the inner. Candles, incense, a hot bath with salts. My physique does not like fasting but I have an equivalent that works for me. Juice and fresh bread, some veggies.

We'll see where this goes.

I don't go into the river, just sit on a rock by the edge. There are kids who jump from the nearby bridge ...
the water is quite cold since it comes down from the mountains.
But Americans who come down in the middle of winter find it ok, I suppose.
Less than a mile from here are public swimming pools with thermal waters. The warmest pool is 40 C ...100F, and the coldest is around 15 C 50 F. And the main pool is warm, like tropical ocean water. Alternating between the three pools is really fun. We go every Wednesday morning. Google "Los Patios Orosi Costa Rica", then go to images.

you have to admit as the cat fight builds, it gets downright mean and nasty, I was lucky to have 3 peaceful sisters not effected by the moons, but I've had plenty of time to study others. I wasn't so lucky with my wife or t ones to follow, they were sheet slingers...

when I wouldn't fight, they'd invite over friends, now with the internet, they escape to cyberspace to pound on others emotions and get hammered back.

Sometimes I wonder if it's worth giving examples of UFO sightings as I'm sure there are dozens of made up stories. It's difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I'm not sure why but the following alien encounter felt believable, perhaps because this had also been verified by regression analysis. I also liked the fact that it happened in France!

A farmer, Maurice Masse, was up and about early at his property in Valensole, France. He decided to have a quick cigarette at about 6am before working in the lavender fields. He heard a whirring noise above him and expected to see some sort of helicopter - but he didn't see anything in the sky.

Masse walked out into the field and there he saw what he described as an egg shaped object, about the size of a small car, which was supported on six spindly legs. On top of the body there was a raised dome. All in all it was about eight feet tall.

In front of the craft / UFO were two small figures which he took at first to be children. They were inspecting the lavender plants.

As he ventured a little nearer he realised that these were definitely not children. They were human like but had large bald heads and appeared to have no necks, their heads seemed to merge with their torso.

The aliens faces had slanting eyes and lipless mouths. They were both wearing green/blue garments that looked something like a boiler suit and there was a small canister hanging from a belt.

One of the aliens looked up from his examination of the lavender and saw the farmer. A beam of light hit him and rendered him paralysed, though he was still aware of what was happening.

The humanoids communicated with each other by strange sounds. Maurice Masse said of this, "They were looking at me and must have been making fun of me. Nevertheless, their facial expressions were not ill-natured but very much the reverse."

He was then able to watch the beings move back to their craft, with a strange movement. Masse describes this as a "falling and rising in space like bubbles in a bottle without apparent support".

They entered their UFO through a roller-blind type hatch and he then saw them looking at him through the transparent dome. The vehicle took off with a whistling sound and disappeared once it reached a height of about 60 feet.

It took about a quarter of an hour before Masse regained use of his limbs and, with no immediate apparent side effects, he went off to tell his friends and family what he had witnessed. He told them, "The strangers had such a calm and peaceful aura about them, so I was not in the least afraid."

It's interesting that there are similarities to other sightings, even to the UFO Aliens Of Voronezh where one witness described an egg shaped object and a humanoid about four feet tall.

Other witnesses at Voronezh also described the alien's head as being a continuation of the shoulders.

In another alien incident in France a Marius Dewilde tells of how he was also paralysed by a beam of light. In South Africa Danie Van Graan saw small humanoids and they too sent out a beam of light to paralyse him.

Going back to Maurice Masse, after the sighting the lavendar around the landing site withered and died. With Danie Van Graan the craft took off from an alfafa field - again here the crops would no longer grow.

Similarities and also discrepancies exist with alien and/or UFO sightings. One day we will know the answer.

In July of 1965, In Valensole, France, a farmer named Maurice Masse claimed that he saw two children standing in his field. Masse was attempting to find a solution to why his lavender crop had bare spots of ground.

During an interview, Maurice was shown a drawing representative of an object that had landed in Socorro, New Mexico, the previous year. The object had been seen by policeman Lonnie Zamora, who later made a sketch of it. Masse remarked, "Someone else has seen my UFO."

According to the farmer, he was not able to grow anything in the area of the incident for years to come. Neither the Masse nor Zamora case proves the existence of extraterrestrial life, but especially in the Zamora case, there is no doubt that some type of unusual craft with occupants did land, and take off again.

Dr. J. Allen Hynek, who interviewed Zamora on more than one occasion, believes every word that Zamora said, however, offers no explanation for his sighting.

In Hynek's own words; "There is much more evidence to indicate that we are dealing with a most real phenomenon of undetermined origin."

If what Zamora saw was not of extraterrestrial origin, then where did it come from? Why did it land? Who were the strange occupants?

How did you know I need a new pair of running shoes, Paula! Always a traumatic time, shoe shopping. My feet are very hard to fit, and it can take months, even years (literally) to find a suitable pair.

I got holes in my shoes and still looking. hehe

I have freed my weekend and will be doing a lot of soul searching, listening, meditating. Time to go inward. I've cleaned my room. Still need to organize my shelves and files. Once the clutter is cleaned out in my external environment I will do the same for the inner. Candles, incense, a hot bath with salts. My physique does not like fasting but I have an equivalent that works for me. Juice and fresh bread, some veggies.

We'll see where this goes.

I'm actually tossing around the idea of leaving PA myself,
for the simple reason that i can't handle drama.
My energetic development of late has been pretty intense,
and its making it harder and harder for me to be around people.

I feel and see the energetics of the dynamics between
and around people, and what is feeding of them.
And every time i log on i get slammed to the wall .

I can handle it, as i have good clearing techniques, but
it's taking up so much more time to stay clear, so i can
be of any use to my clients. And they are my first
priority these days, that and my own growth, which
in turn serves them also.

I understand that. I've been there several times. One option is just take a long, long break without unsubscribing. I step away frequently. It's the only way I can process and come back fresh and know what's my stuff and what's someone else's.

I hope you reconsider but fully support what's best for you. You've got some new roads coming with your Mom and Dad. You only brought it up once, but it's something that I'm sure is front and center at times.

Always has very interesting people over, and I must say...its getting harder and harder finding people who are still closed to the theories we discuss here.
I talked about Ingo Swann and his work...and found openmindedness. Then people followed up by sharing similar stories of phenomena they had experienced.
One thing led to another and now I have a family of five coming to our house for breakfast tomorrow morning. Less Avalon time. Looking in on recent threads feels a bit unreal...like a dream.

I see young women making lots of messes, and hurting guys all over.

I'm just glad that my kid is beyond teen age, but do worry sometimes about my grandsons.
What kind of advice to give to these guys when they get older.
Like, find a girl you like and stick with her...don't go around experimenting.

not one of my friends have ever gotten a divorce, I share with them what it is like dropping your kids off and having another man be called dad, driving to the closest park, and letting the tears pour down your cheeks, never show sadness or anger in front of your kids. so it is pretty heavy dealing with it, nothing compared to the petty fights that broke us up...

then there is giving 25% of your gross income after the government takes 35%...

so much pain.

my kids grew up wonderful with everything they could ever ask for, but it is a continuous emptiness, being with people but always alone.

both my children are gifted in different ways, and I always encouraged them about it.

as parents that is really all we can do, one a psychic the other capable of teaching through images without saying a word, both Indigos, and neither with tempers, my son has tons of ladies chasing him, but I've helped steer him clear of getting his heart tied up at such a young age, he plans on making a million by 30, buying a home and being set before letting one into his life. (But I doubt it, he already has some hanging around as "friends" who I can see have plans of white picket fences...)

they are my smile and my lights...

but there is no advice to kids, when cupid strikes ready or not, they're goners, and I believe everything is meant to be, so when the time comes grab it and give it all your hearts.


now my daughter on the other hand is not high maintenance, she likes good stuff, but money isn't as important as happiness, she's dating a boy she's known since 2nd grade. The money arguments she is around at home has turned her against it. she is so happy for the little things and makes him return stuff when he went over the line to buying happiness... she's the bubbliest little gal in the world so both are my treasures... and yet both parents have had cancer in the last 2 years after seeing the pain in my kids eyes, I prayed for each at different times, once... and they kicked it... 100%

they just appear at my door occasionally, just to give me a hug, I love being with them.

so don't ask me, ask my kids for advice, looks like they are doing perfect... ;)

Having had only one child and him at age 17 moving to another country, two flight stops away, I don't wish such a day as yours on anyone.
Am getting therapy now, to get healing for my obsessive mother/child issues.
The healthiest thing I learnt is to deliberately shift my focus to things that bring me joy and not allowing myself to wallow.

When things appear as if they are far from perfect, I can then either exercise my creative drive and try and make order, or leave things as they are, and shift my attitude, And reestablish acquiescence.
Either one of those two are healing and help restore my balance...

Life goes on. Life is good. God and cats and especially kittens rule.

It is already in the wrong hands Carmody, how will you reverse the hypnotic flow for good use? We should create the first hit games and fast, you know very well how much cost is involved and how blocked the marketing of for good games would be blocked. I am very scared that we may lose that game with this potential Carmody, potential already a reality, at our doors. It already takes every possible strenght to get rid of the hypnotic state we are in, the risk of being much more engrained in it is just multiply by 10 exponent 10.

When the AI on the moon would start malfunctionning (as some say it is right now), we would get our house AI to keep control tight.

Here and now...my breakfast went well, but just before when I opened the doors to the front the neighbors dog came by asking for food. Then the owner followed to take him back and saw the kitten. She told me to return it to her and I said let it come to you, which of course it didn't want to do. She accused me of stealing her cat. I said the cat chose this house, everything is open, it can return to your house which is next door. Then my husband arrived and told her that she had neglected to feed the animal. She denied it. I then told her that it was evidently starving, worse than any animal is he'd found in the street. She said she had to go away for a few days. Anyway, she grabbed the kitten, and walked away with it...didn't even hold it in a supportive way, and the last thing I heard was the cries of Suzie disappearing to be locked away by those awful owners...and that's when my guests arrived. I was still in an emotional state. Deep pain in my heart...after bonding for a week and seeing it become friends with my cats. Was reminded of a Zen story..the old man and the baby....so there is the ulli drama of the day...anyone wants to comment?

So I didn't even recognize, just gave it my sovereignty. Unable to stop myself from feeding it, giving myself way.

Initial reaction was worst I've had in as long as I can remember, and it went downhill, in a horrifying spiral from there.

Only until I could look at myself through the eyes of the village, could I stop myself from acting further below the standards I expect of myself than I could imagine I could have gone.

Right up til the second I remembered the light Avalon, i was so disgusted in myself i "felt unworthy". then i started striding toward the village...I snapped out of my self deception, saw reality, let myself admit what it really was.

Today was a day of healing. I think I'd have been stuck in my delusion, staying the train wreck course...seemingly everything outside the virtual world was cattywompus...most of all my toxic mindset.

My chest going better, but MMS arrived too late, it had already turned into bronchitis on the verge of pneumonia. I had to take antibiotics. MMS arrived a day later.

question: where did you get your MMS from?
