I have never had my astrological chart done. My birthday is in a couple of days, and this is something I have been wondering about.

Questions:
1.) If someone knows nothing at all about astrology, would the chart be of much value? I mean, if I can't interpret it...

2.) What all is required? Birth date, place of birth, time of birth.. (I think I remember those are needed) anything else? {edit} I see the answer by finding a free online site}

3.) Since this info is in public records, and anyone could probably look anyone's info up, is there any ...um... psychic vulnerability or any other reason to keep details from public view? (You'd think that if these charts even contain dates or periods of high and low energy - for example - that a nefarious person might use that against another.)

4.) What's a typical, average range of price to get a chart done?

5.) How would I find someone to do it? I know I could find someone, but how would you go about finding someone trustworthy/honest/thorough.. (I'm really not even sure what adjectives to use.)

6.) What about doing a chart (http://alabe.com/freechart/) online for free? Is the real work the interpretation of the chart (so the chart itself would be of no value, alone, to me?)

7.) How important is time of birth? I could go digging for a birth certificate, but I think I recall it was around 1 or 2 in the morning. Is it critical to dig that up?

8.) (don't get mad at me) Is this just silly? It seems silly, but I keep hearing people talking about this, and the person who introduced me to both Kundalini Yoga and the work of Dr Michael Newton and Dr Brian Weiss talks about astrology as if it is quite real and helpful. Again, I wonder what value there is for those who completely rely on others to interpret the chart, so I wonder if there is any value to a complete newbie...

Plus... when I did the free chart, is is very vague in many places, and the specifics are completely wrong in just a few instances. But... honestly, most of it is quite accurate. It still leaves me wondering how many people can read the same words and nod their head. So, what do I do with it?

Thanks in advance for any insights! Don't feel like you have to answer all of these questions, if you have insight on any, fire away.

Dennis

just lovely
You're right, Astrid. That was a lovely intro to the von Gray band. It made me think of Sarah Jarosz (I have posted this before, forgive my attraction to this hauntingly beautiful, simple tune):

You need your time of birth to know where your ascendant is placed in your birth chart.

Dennis astrology is a rabbit hole worth looking into. I've gained a lot from it.
I'm new at astrology too, but I just started reading what the planets, signs and houses represent. Then I studied ancient astrology also. Now I'm learning about the degrees. I started with the basics; sun sign, ascendant and moon. I plant, do healing work and make herbal remedies by the moon a lot. Astrology is fascinating and a continuous process; it's a vast discipline and very interesting.

I have friends in traditional circles and always listen to the stories the elders and medicine people tell about the stars. Also have a friend who is a Sangoma priest that has read everything Credo Mutwa has written or been written about him.
Whenever my friend talks about the stars I listen. Credo Mutwa knows a lot about ancient astrology.
Every time I talk with an astrologer I learn something knew. Ulli and Carmody know a lot about astrology, when they post something I pay attention.

Today I went back to work after a week of holiday. Spent that week meeting with my family and friends and I've discovered that there are a lot of people awakening in so many levels. I discovered that a friend of mine is interested in UFO and Egypt misteries and we never talked about that.

I had a long talk with my father about my recent feelings and thoughts. I often feel like a Padawan when we talk about that kind of stuff.

I decided that I want to visit Egypt as soon as posible, those pyramids are calling me :)

P.S: It's my first post here so I want to send a greeting for everyone, nice to be here with all of you.

P.S2: My bad, this is about phisical reality and I've gone non phisical. Sorry about that. To be ontopic I'll add that today is a nice Spring day here in Mallorca, sunny and comfortable, sadly I've to stay in office until 6 pm :P

Hi, Mikelodium! It's nice to meet you :) There isn't really an "on" topic around the Village here, the topic changes from individual to individual and anyone who wants to jump in is welcome. Besides, even your non physical relates to the physical imo... For what it's worth, there has been a lot of talk around here lately about family and friends waking/not waking up...a source of encouragement or sometimes a source of frustration ...

For all of you wishing for warmer weather it must have all come here. Yesterday was 73 degrees Fahrenheit, quite warm for the first day of April in the Inland NW. Loved the video of the baby sheep hopping around on the bed Astrid. I'm going to look at another goat today, a mini-lamancha with ears. Too good of deal to pass up. Well low and behold, the apartment on our friends property we're moving to now, our good friends, are getting a divorce. What timing. Couldn't plan this. I guess I'm going to start raising rabbits too, Giant Flemmish, as well as acquiring a few more chickens. My friend has been keeping a rooster for me named Elvis. But, she had to separate him from her other rooster the other day because he decided there could be only one. Him being the bigger of the two. I guess it wasn't fun breaking the fight up. Still don't know if I got this job or not but pressing forward anyway. What a nice beginning post Mikelodium. Nice to meet you.

and moving toward the use of robotics. Little consolation for such soulful and majestic creatures.

It has been reported that the program will come to a close beginning in 2017, when the mammals will be replaced by robotic mine-hunters such as the General Dynamics Knifefish.[1] http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Knifefish_(robot)

Thanks, Nora. I removed the dolphin post. I struggle with inform vs. cause fear and pain. That visual of the dolphins is still in my head this morning. I know they are using the hydroacoustics and other sound technology on humans. With the rage I feel, I need to hang a sign on my door: “For your own safety leave now.”

The whole ‘sh!tbirds playing god thing’ is wearing on me. The more I know, the more I wished I didn’t. But in the same breathe, I’d choose awake. I’ve got to remember to use that energy to raise my vibration and help counter the sh!tbirds.

About the struggle between informing versus causing fear and pain...it is mine too.
And sometimes, if Im not careful, I tell too much...not so much here on the forum, but when I'm out there.
It is partly due to my Aquarius Mars...

look at which sign your Mars is in, as that is the area where you need to practice restraint.
Unless you are in a battle where you want to protect the lives of others,... Mars would come in handy there.

My Mars is in Libra. I have no tolerance for injustice. There’s a place inside where I fear for the one that stands opposite me. I took physical action only once and came within inches. I thank God the love one read ‘said anger’ and was quicker than I. Long enough for me to step back. No weapon, just automatic response with a well placed Tai Chi strike to the mid-region. Which also was a wake up call for the importance to continually discharge, recycle, and refine energies.

There’s a lot of inner rage this past week. Which means it’s time to ramp up contemplation and physical activity. Probably, I’m hooked into the collective unconscious stuff, too. Today’s garbage pick-up day. Phew, glad that.

Hi 1inMany! Thanks for your reply, sometimes in some internet forums people go a little harsh with off-topics. Glad to see that is not the case :D
I talked with my father a few days ago about people awakening and who is not etc... He told me that some persons are not even close to be prepared to wake up, because everyone of us are in a different stage of the awareness path and they need to experience another things before, in this life or in another lifes.

I hope I make myself clear, I'm not used to write in english in a non-computer related topic.

Nice to meet you! ;)

Mars in Libra is actually the right balance to Libra's natural tendency to hesitate,
which they often do, being perfectionistic...

With Mars in Libra all fear of making a mistake is gone,
and Mars will help a person to be the fearless judge, the one who wishes to protect society against
perceived predators....
and thank God Libra's main quality is their perception;
their ability to "see" through people, spot liars,
or they'd all be locking up the innocent.

I've been allways skeptical about astrology, but since not long ago I've started to open my mind to a lot of things that I usually negated in the past.

The truth is that I've been ever a fighter for modernism. People anchored in the past drive me nuts! And sometimes, specially when i feel depressed, I ask myself if I was born in a wrong epoch.
I can't tell you if I'm a time traveller or if I came from the future (is that a literal statement or a metaphor?) but I feel that I'm here in this world more for learning than for showing or teaching, but who knows? :P

Nice to meet you ulli!

There are many things to learn in this world, especially about what happens when one becomes spiritual, and discovers the connection between one's own mind and synchronicities in the outer world.
So most important of all is to learn this...
how that inner world of each individial's thoughts and emotions is later reflected on one's outside.
Once that has been realized, it is time to work in groups, and find unity of vision,
and then use group focus to make that vision real.
So to get here one has to unlearn a lot of the crap one was taught in school.
It can get complicated.

But the struggle is worth it.
When you have reached the ability to function harmoniously with others in a team,
and have overcome your Aquarian impulse to contradict them,
but use patience, waiting for your turn,
then it's only a matter of time before you will get out there as a leader
and start sharing your own vision, and others will help you make it reality.
Your only enemy in the end is your tendency to get distracted.
That's what you have to watch out for.

Haven't watched the video yet, but if you have an exact birth time then your 29 Libra Ascendant is Libra and not Scorpio.
There is such precision in this that even 29 degrees and 50 minutes would still manifest Libra behavior, like the discipline of taking care of oneself by practicing Tai Chi. Scorpio Ascendant people are much more bent on tackling the world and others, than Libra Ascendents although your Libra Mars would give you a dose of that, more than your Ascendants proximity to the sign of Scorpio.

If there is one error in the mind of the public about astrology, it is about the "cusp"...as if there is a blurred area.
There isn't. The first degrees of any sign are even more indicative of a sign's influences than the later ones.

For instance take two Cancerians, both born on July 19th, hence near the cusp of Leo.
One of them has Mercury and Venus in Cancer and the other in Leo. The second Cancer will then be the one who goes around saying " I'm more like Leo's, because I was born near the cusp of Leo" when in fact it is those two planets they have in Leo which give them the Leo traits.

Meanwhile the other Cancer never mentions the cusp, as they fit all the Cancerian descriptions perfectly.
Anyway, this is not from books, but from experience I have gathered with clients over the last thirty years.

Took the day off of work, spring break for the kids, slept in and now a delicious coffee and company (the village--good morning!) the sun is shining, the chemtrails have not yet greyed out the sky, the boys and the dog and I will be heading to the park (while the girls away on some girly vaca).

I feel like $457,024,000,000,000,666,000,240,000,007.99 (that's a million bucks, adjusted for the coming hyperinflation)!!!

Help girls finish packing, then off to dog Park, then Maybe some meditation, and definitely some laundry (kinda like med) while watching the rest of the 4th Kind--I can't believe that Hollywood/movie stars made this movie, the actors involved, the footage they allowed in it, and that it's "popular" on Netflix...I started it awhile ago but it agitated V...even in her sleep, anyone seen it?

The 15% deviation in the seeming accuracy of astrology, when put to the test, is probably due to it being half natal and half inception. ie, when does the egg become fertilized, and when does the soul enter the fetus? all of that, as compared to actual birth, measured against the 9 month gestation of human children.

The differences in that amount to the same perceived (rigid scientific analysis of one aspect of astrology) error in astrology, which is 15%. That fertilization to birth varies as much as 15%, which is the same reported error in the scientific studies of astrology.

Astrology is 85% accurate, in some overall ways, in the context of scientific analysis. In other forms of analysis, it is accurate to the minute.

In scientific drug trials, for example...85% is enough to get 100% of all known drugs approved. That such a study would be considered by all authorities and investigative methods/bodies to be correct and authoritative. Binding, even.

I just finished reading the post on Brockbrader which has in it his confession of raping a 12 year old girl
and lying about being in the Middle East at the time....

I had watched his interview with Kerry Cassidy, and was suspicious of him right away...and dug around to get an idea of his birthday...
and seeing his chart (without exact birthtime, only date of birth, so I did a midday chart)
I came to the conclusion that he was a sexual predator.

But I would never have dreamt of sharing those impressions on the forum,
nor would I ever be willing to testify in court against someone based on an astrological reading.

Because a chart only gives an idea of tendencies, not the final act.
Penetration is a Scorpio keyword, but penetration is not always an indication of predatorial behavior,
as even surgeons penetrate, using knives....
but here it is legitimate penetration, at the request of a patient, and even healing.

Motive is everything, and motive can't be gathered from a chart reading....
one needs knowledge of the overall behavior patterns as well as environmental circumstances of a given suspect.

Is 1:30 pm, Providence, RI enough information for you to help me with my ascendant? Thanks in advance.

I have never had my astrological chart done. My birthday is in a couple of days, and this is something I have been wondering about.

Thank you for putting it out there. All of the questions you raised, I could say with certainty, are running through my mind as well. I got suckered. There is a store here in town that is all about spirituality, so I finally decided to stop being anti social and I went in to talk to the owner yesterday, and although I'm friendly, I usually don't open up like I did with her to people. There was relief in just talking with her for me, for once in my life. She pointed me in a direction, to gather with a few others locally which I intend on doing. Thanks you.

My birthday is around the corner and I to have been trying to understand a few things. There is clarity in your words ulli, Thank you.

Hopefully the clouds go away and I can enjoy the sun today

Went out for a Monsanto corn muffin at the local coffee shop, everybody had the same idea. They were all out. Grrr. Got the bran one. They really ought to call it sugar muffin with a bit of bran for coloring.

This site has an ascendant calculator (http://www.cafeastrology.com/ascendantcalculator.html). Mine is Libra is 29:44 degrees but if I plug in 3 minutes later, it’s Scorpio. So I read both, and Libra fits best.

The astro birth chart @ cafeastrology.com (http://www.cafeastrology.com/) gives a lot of information including the circular chart that you click on for further info.

I'm waiting on astro.com. They want me to add to my email list before I get the read out. I deleted them before because I kept getting junk mail.

I went there and there was my whitecrowblackdeer name. And when I put in my email, it said it didn't match. So I just did another with my real name, and I had to give my email. It came through my spam mail and it's the same as what's on the screen at their site. The circle one. I have trouble reading that kind. I wanted it spelled out for me. I have one from them a long time ago. It was in paragraph form.

Paula I have both mercury and mars in the late degrees of cancer. Eweee I'm sensitive. Plus in the 12th house which makes for an interesting aspect with the family. I spend time in nature whenever I can and remind myself to not take anything personally, well not too personally anyways. Most of my planets are in fire, earth and water -very little air. But I do have Lilith in the early degrees of Gemini in the 10th house. Which I have been reading up on lately. Lilith is in Gemini until the beginning of next year. A lot of astrologers don't look at Lilith because it's not a planet. http://www.astro.com/astrology/in_lilith_e.htm astrodienst has a good short discription of the Dark Moon Lilith.

I got out my chart, with all this talk of astrology. I'd forgotten how many planets I have in the first two houses.
House one: Saturn, Mars.
House two: Venus, Mercury and something with a circle and dot and circle with x (moon's nodes?)[No, moon is in fourth house]
All the others are in either eighth(Uranus, Pluto) or tenth(Jupiter, Neptune) houses.

I have a tape somewhere of my interview with this astrologer who did this chart. I remember her drawing me a representaion of my chart. She drew a circle with all the planets on it. Then she drew a line attached to the circle, with the other end of the line being Uranus. She said I go round and round until something fires the Uranus connection that breaks me out of my fixation/confusion/obsession. Made sense to me. It is Sag's arrow(ascendant) bent by Piscean influences into a circle. At least that's how I interprete it. I need that spark of intuition that Uranus is known for to break me out of this natural funk.

Thanks, Nora. I'll check out the link. I tried again. What I didn't know was that I was logged in from a prior time. My educated guess is that the names didn't match. I used WhiteCrowBlackDeer before, so couldn't send to the new name. This time, I was able to send by creating a new or guest account called a "Short Horoscope: Personal Portrait".

What I didn't know was they store my file and there's pdf to download and other charts. You just click on any section and they automatically use the stored data as long as you are logged in. That's pretty elaborate. I like cafe astrology.com (http://www.cafeastrology.com/) because it's easier for me to follow being a novice.

Hi Ulli,

I figured out what was wrong. I was logged in under WhiteCrowBlackDeer and didn't know it. So when I tried to send to my real name and email it wouldn't take it. It's like Mercury retrograde day for me.

UPDATE: I logged out just to test my theory out. You have to use your email address. They say there's no one by that email address. Sigh. I've fallen through the cracks. That's a good thing. In the meantime, there are more important things in this world...

That circle with the dot in the center is your sun...the main part of the chart.
So you have sun in the second house, plus Venus and Mercury...which is good for making money.
Saturn near the Ascendant, in Capricorn...leadership potential, if not downright bossy.
Mars in Aquarius, too many irons in the fire, due to too many interests.
Venus opposite Pluto...intense stuff goes on in your relationships, but we already know that.
(Have to be careful what I say here..., but you know me, Ernie....I mean no harm)

I have been feeling child-like lately...intensely, and those of you here that know of me and my story fairly well know I've been through a few life challenges in the extreme in this lifetime and have come out the other end smiling with a radiant heart and I am ever so grateful.
BUT...there is something beautiful going on that I am feeling in new and innocent ways ...daily now, and using the word innocent and approaching the age of 60 is rather interesting, to say the least.
Whether there is a general and powerful "re-birth" rhythm going on all around of a higher ways and means on Mother Earth that is bringing this sensitivity to this feeling to new heights, I dunno...but it sure is making me smile in a giggly kind of way : )

The body is the barrier, or ripple point. Where the ripple or splash off the mirror begins. Reflection inward or reflection outward.

It can be into the animal, the small view, by the ego.

Or, it can be the bigger ripple, the view by the higher self.

To mirror the ego into understanding the connection to the outer, the larger, the infinite ripple.

Both are connected to the body. One is inherently smaller and trapped, the other is infinite.

You know, I just watched a good movie. It's called The Natural.(Robert Redford) It's all about an aged baseball player trying to get back in the game. He was shot when he was young(corruption involved) because he was a promising young player.

Years later he decided to get back in the game, he so loved. He overcame another attempt on his life, more corruption. And decided to play the game with all he had!

Good ending!

I feel we are at our last a bat bats, we're losing 2 to 0, but we have 2 men on base.

You come to bat thinking, I am injured, just got out of the hosptal, etc., they're out to get me, the aliens have controlled our whole life. You come to the plate get 2 strikes on you, then hit a foul ball.

The bat breaks, the one he had made from an old ashe tree that got struck by lighting when he was a boy.
You call the bat boy over and tell him to pick you out a good one. Well the boy did, it was a bat that the old mentor(player) had showed him how to make.

Good ending of course!

I am sure you have heard this many times before, the game of life is not easy, it's what you make of it with love, courage, and integrity!

Aren't we capable
of cleaning up our own mess!

Problems, actions, solutions.

Yes, I hear about a lot of problems.

No action and no solutions. I'm guilty to.

There are so many good people that do good deeds everyday. Don't be modest! It would inspire us all to do something positve, just in a small way!

When i was in Boyscouts they said to do a good deed daily!

Count your blessings!

Dennis was right, Oil of Oregano is amazing. I have 5 bottles now, haha. We had a documented case of the flu, and no one else in the family got it. I have not been able to accomplish this in all my life. I even told our doctor about it, and he's going to look into it too. He is one who believes in medicine only when it is absolutely necessary, and is interested in the actual cures in nature, and saw this work first hand. He also believes Tamiflu does nothing. He's awesome.

So, here is a very pressing next question, for Dennis or for anyone else. Have you found anything that absolutely works, without a doubt, like that Oil of Oregano, that works on stomach virus-flu issues? I don't mean something like "drink ginger tea, it helps nausea" unless it knocks the socks off nausea, like OoO.

Except for one person, I didn't know anybody in this new area of SW Colorado. I met one person who helped me for a few days. Then I met another person that helped me for a day. Then I stayed with my first friend for 3 days, then I met her husbands friend, the mechanic that will fix my car and I'll be staying with him for ???

I only have one contact lense and that's a priority on my to do list. I just got the electricity sorted out for my RV yesterday. There are a lot of repairs that need to happen to live in it even temporarily: hot water heater, faucet broke, etc.

K is my friend I'm staying with. He was taking car of his parents who just went into a nursing home. I'm sleeping in a hospital bed in the living room.

I have a huge ton of Light to bring into this world: my body of literary work and educational programs. I intend to get my bearings and get it done.

I'll find some links to my work and post them later when I'm on my computer.

I am attuned to my lifes mission, I came to this area for this person and a deep sense of soul resonance and purpose.

Talking to my friends here is really helping me cope right now. I cry a lot, but not as much as in the beginning. Just staying with the process...breathing.

Thanks for being here with a heart and an ear.

Love,
Michelle Marie

Hi Michelle Marie,

I don't know if you are going to be in your area long enough, but you mention you've got teacher certifications right up through college. This is a good time of year for substitute teachers. It's getting hard to find subs. Is that a possibility before school gets out? It'll give you a chance to get food and gas money ahead.

They're going until the end of June around here because of so many make-up days from all the snow. I don't know around where you are, but many schools systems have grants from the government for summer school, too. If you didn't keep up your teaching certifications, they'll still hire you because of your teaching experience. They'll just apply a different pay rate.

Good luck,
Paula

Yes, Paula. I'm working on that. In order to work I had to get my eyes...I had lost all but one contact and I was going around with one eye.

I also need transportation. I'm staying with a friend who is a mechanic and he is going to tow my van to his shop in NM this week. I should have it back within a week, I hope!

This encouragement is good!! Thanks...(keep it up!!) LOL

Also, I got onto the DOE website for Colorado to see what certification requirements are to sub in the public schools. This is always a process that takes some time, but I don't know how long yet. I have to get fingerprinted at the Sheriff's office and get my forms and credentials in. In between trying to handle basic necessities, I have been exploring these options and getting contact names.

There's a charter school that does not require a teacher certificate, so once I have a car, I can pursue that one.

Any prayers and suggestions help. Thanks SO much.

Love
Michelle Marie

Here and Now...

I've downsized to where everything I have fits into my RV and my van. I have computers and books that I wrote up the wazoo!!

Just found out my water pipes broke in the RV. Although I finally got electricity, no plumbing. Other plumbing issues include broken hot water heater, and two broken faucets. An RV mechanic told me yesterday to drive it over to his house in NM. I'll need to arrange for someone to follow me and bring me back.

Funny, I just though of this, both my van and my RV are going to New Mexico for repairs. Maybe I should move there.

Both vehicles will be gone from where I'm staying for awhile.

The good news is, I can see! After losing my stocked up contacts in one of my rapid 6 moves over the last 1.5 years, I had borrowed contacts that were my same/close prescription for all that time. I lost one and went around seeing out of one eye for about 5 days. I got new sample ones yesterday when I got my eyes tested.

On April Fool's day, (it could have been any day!), I asked how to take a bus in this new town. This couple pointed the way. I went where they said, it was quite a ways, found a bus stop and waited...and waited. Then I called this bus company. This stop is only for nights and weekends. WTF! I finally got on another bus on the other side of the street that went to anywhere and found my way. It was frustrating, but when we toured the local college Fort Lewis, I was wondering what the message was...I had just spoken to a new friend that day also who I had discovered worked there.

Yesterday, I went to a local middle school and dropped two of my books off to the counselor (Clothing of the Soul, and the Value of Love). This is an interesting connection. He has also started a non-profit for teen leadership. My gut feeling is that to pursue my own work, publish my books, speak somewhere (I don't know where to begin) and spread the word that I came here to relay: the Truth about Education AND Truth Education.

Pray that the books get published and read: they are here to raise consciousness. (www.smile4love.com)

The last two days wore my body out due to transportation challenges. I'm resting and getting caught up on inspired work today.

 I'm in a difficult transition stage, but I've worked hard to bring in the Light of Truth through my writing. It's time to get it out there.

Love to all,
Michelle Marie

Alot of stomach flu around here each winter. An old wifes remedy is to swallow several white peppercorns if somebody close to you is vomiting... I must say, this seems to work. Every time one of the kids has been sick the last couple of years, I´ve swallowed lots of white peppercorns, and stayed healthy. Before that if someone vomited - the whole familly would be sick.

.. and so I stood on the sidewalk a few feet away from me is an old restaurant Viktor’s place it was there before I was born… and suddenly before my feet rolled small ball size of a large hand a strong blue color with few patches and when I watched it roll slowly I asked myself where it came from? Maybe I can throw it back ?... I moved a few steps across the street and saw sharply down hill kind of a driveway covered with small sized river sand ... Hm.. just from where did this entrance came from? Where is the river that was always flowing a few ten meters below this street? I knew that is there but it wasn’t in the same spot. Below the driveway was a child playing and he was preparing to go up to pick up his blue ball... So I abandoned the idea of throwing it back .. To finding the ball and continue to play is part of the game …was my thinking. The sun was warm, a spring day, cloudless and was enjoying the day, after a few cold weather months and you could feel this happy energy around you. I turned towards the road and watched as everyday life goes on, ... a few people on the sidewalks, a few cars, … The sun was shining to my face and after a few moments of calm observation of surroundings the sun was gone, as if it disappeared puf, gone like it was shut down or something like that... the light of the day faded, feeling like full sun eclipse ... it was not as dark as night no it was another light or dark … as just before the night. Surrounding disappeared from my attention and in calm I thought ... Well, that's it (finally?? ) ... It has begun … or ended? Now we will see… So I stood there and seemed like a minute ... the sun appeared again and with the sun and all his glory and warmth and energy also another planet next to him and a little further another planet, and then another one, and another one in the distance, and another one .. They were different sizes some close and some far away all blue grey color. So there in the sky we watched a few 20 or more planets visible from here and it was like as they were thrown in to the sky and someone messed it up there. I thought.. well that was fast. Slowly, I began again to perceive my surroundings again and the people around me ... And so.. the view changed. There was no panic ...

I was once a 12 year old little girl that was raped by 30 year old man who should have known better. At the time I thought he did this because he loved me, that is until I understood it had nothing to do with love... it did not take me very long to figure that one out. The "thread" (title) was in a "funny" way an answer to a question I asked... I guess I should be thankful, in a weird kinda way. I'm still very, very, very happy that the title has changed as it was hurting my eyes.

Here and now reading George Washington Cable's "Old Creole Days". In his time, on the lecture circuit, Cable was more popular than Mark Twain. It was due to his abolitionist views that he was later blacklisted from literature reading lists in universities. And that is why Cable's books aren't widely available or studied today. If you can get your hands on any one of his books, do take the time to read it. An incredible writer and fascinating look into a part of American history.

Thank you, Villagers, Much Love,

Alot of stomach flu around here each winter. An old wifes remedy is to swallow several white peppercorns if somebody close to you is vomiting... I must say, this seems to work. Every time one of the kids has been sick the last couple of years, I´ve swallowed lots of white peppercorns, and stayed healthy. Before that if someone vomited - the whole familly would be sick.

I'd be very interested to learn the mechanics of this one :)

But I know it probably works because all you guys on your various dietary trips are doing me a power of good while I just carry on more or less as before :)

"Gold To Me"

You look like gold to me
and I'm not too blind to see
you look like gold

you make me wanna sing
with all the joy you bring
you look like gold

like the rays down from the sun
when a new day has just begun
you look like gold

I've been fooled before
but now I know
I've made the mistake in the past
but now I know the difference
from gold and brass

not the kind of gold you wear
but the kind that can feel my care
you look like gold

some shine when the day is new
but fade when the day is through
but you look like gold

I've been wrong before
but now I know
I've made mistakes in the past
but now I know the difference
from gold and brass

you look like gold to me
and I'm down on bending knees
you look like gold
and I just want you to know
to me you mean so much more
than all the gold
you look like gold

Here and now, biting down on half a clove of raw garlic,
trying to knock over a tooth issue, which might be the cause of this
weird no saliva thing i have had for a few weeks now. Or it might be
an added complication.

7th bodies, still, transiting my 6th, it had to be something, so looks like
this is my "something" MMS+ DMSO, garlic and a host of other weird and
wonderful remedies,

But all is fine.. today was a stunning Autumn day here, my car is all fixed,
she had a wee touch of death, which turned out only to be the water pump,
so she lives to ride another day.

My alpha training biofeedback session today was truly otherwordly,
each week, im pushing higher and higher. Today i was noticing two points
on either side of my head get closer and closer, then they became one and
a doorway opened and i was just floating there for a good 20 mins.
I have been able to reach new heights by experimenting with
my breathing, finding the exact right rhythm, to activate my brain waves into the
right patterns, very cool.

Tomorrow i have a very special visitor dropping by to see me, very excited

Love to all

Hi, friends....
Was busy all day yesterday, so I haven't had a chance to watch the videos yet....
Also I meant to share this site, but got interrupted...it was still on my clip board.

I do believe most of us fall into this category, so we might get something out of it.
(And araucaria will withhold his comment about labels for at least one week, ok?)

When people have suffered from repeatedly being misunderstood
and finally someone comes along and says there is a whole group who are just like you,
it does bring comfort and healing...

But then comes the second wave ...and this consists of mostly con-artists
who see an opportunity to capitalize from such labeling,
and that's where the new problem arises.

Interesting *theory* regarding 5th dimension for your discernment ...

_____________

Mysterious Loud Booms & 5D Earth

by Stuart Wilde - March 31, 2013

Linda Moulton Howe video (4.57 mins) taking about dimensions that overlap each other in an ekpyrotic universe. This theory is very interesting and from what we have seen in the inner worlds the over lapping dimensions is correct, or substantially correct. It is postulated that the loud bangs that are being heard round the world are a by-product of the overlapping process. In our lingo we’d say the celestial is folding over 3-D. Stuart Wilde www.stuartwilde.com

Source: Philosophers-stone.co.uk

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLI4XLkVsGE&feature=player_embedded

From Wiki: The ekpyrotic universe, or ekpyrotic scenario, is a cosmological model of the origin and shape of the universe. The name comes from a Stoic term ekpyrosis (Ancient Greek ἐκπύρωσις ekpurōsis) meaning conflagration or in Stoic usage “conversion into fire”. The ekpyrotic model of the universe is an alternative to the standard cosmic inflation model for the very early universe; both models accommodate the standard big bang Lambda-CDM model of our universe. The ekpyrotic model is a precursor to, and part of some cyclic models.

The ekpyrotic model came out of work by Neil Turok and Paul Steinhardt and maintains that the universe did not start in a singularity, but came about from the collision of two branes. This collision avoids the primordial singularity and superluminal expansion of spacetime while preserving nearly scale-free density fluctuations and other features of the observed universe. The ekpyrotic model is cyclic, though collisions between branes are rare on the time scale of the expansion of the universe to a nearly featureless flat expanse. Observations that may distinguish between the ekpyrotic and inflationary models include polarization of the cosmic microwave background radiation and frequency distribution of the gravitational wave spectrum.

At least one doesn't leave a lot of subconscious baggage behind ...
Like people do who live in the western, more mind-oriented world.
Peruvians and most other Latinos have their instincts and emotions intact...so it is easier for them to be spiritual, once they break out of the mold of the Church.

I was just thinking about this. The formation of, the base of, the exact flow of the mind, the parts that become the undercurrent of the mind..the parts that are the unconscious of thought formation.

The mind of the child.

Why does NLP work?

Simple.

Never speak to your child as if they are a child.

Speak to them as if they are an adult with less information.

NLP cannot work if there is no base for it flow unrecognized within.

NLP, for the larger part, does not work on me. I was never spoken to as if I was a child.

If you fail to treat your child as "a child", you are not robbing them of anything.

If you give them the atmosphere and connections of 'a child', a dreamworld of an environment, you create the basis for the prison to be.

Awareness comes early, if you allow it to happen. Don't program your children for mental slavery and failure.

Intelligence is a creation, a building, an unfolding, it is not specifically inherent.

I hate it when people say "let them be kids". I hear "do not equip them to be adults".

Playing and having fun and being silly should not be reserved for children.

Withholding information (& worse, lying) serves no one, to consider it protection is one of hose horribly toxic ideas that got us where we are now--with an impending ****storm about to hit a bunch of ill- equipped "adult" children.

To speak to children as if they are adults with less information, you automatically are confronted with your own programming, which is steering you to address them in a childlike way in many times.
So, to commit to this and make the choice to always address them as an adult, you eventually both grow up :)

Children are in many ways the best teachers one can find.

Make it 10, the guitar was awesome, though all this talk of stat rape makes me a little self-loathing of the feelings invoked by all the images of gorgeous YOUNG females...:o

When guys use the word "gorgeous" to label young females they are being subjective,
and are basically driven by an instinctive desire to clone themselves,
and hopefully with the best-looking, most attractive vehicle they can find,
so that evolution can move forward, advancing towards more beauty and attractiveness.

Raising kids properly means teaching them about their instinctive hormones at an early age,
before those hormones kick in.
Little girls need to know WHY they want to make themselves as cute as possible,
and little boys WHY they have a need to show off, put other boys (competitors) in the shade.
Not sure if such a future has more gender confusion or less....
but then again, all confusion is nothing other than a challenge to seek out clarity.

Once this unconscious behavior is known beforehand
then perhaps consciousness will be raised, better choices can be made,
more self awareness will play a part in one's actions,
and everyone can make wise choices about family life,
and not have more kids than they can later afford to educate.

I took these of myself in the (gay-owned) hair salon I go to, and they are meant as satire. Let's see how many people will find them offensive.

How about when women choose which images to use to exemplify "beauty" (in images such as the ones in the video)? The "fairies" and "sprites" and such are all mirrors of the women (or men) that create the image?

Are we programmed to be attracted to specific features? Or is there a "natural" beauty that attracts us?

Which means we can enter into a dialogue.

I find your question really interesting, because it means we can examine our cultural programming.
Western culture stems from Greek and Roman standards.
Although I find it quite puzzling why so many Japanese women want to have large eyes,
and why is the first question in Barbados when a baby is born, how light is the skin.
Does this mean all those people acknowledge that they have been programmed already
to subject their style to Western standards?
Because they think/fear/know that a baby boy with very dark skin will be given less opportunities in life?

What kind of a life is it, that won't accommodate the best anyone has to offer, but sets such standards of "beauty"?

Ernie Nemeth

I've never spoken to anyone as a child, including animals. This has surprised many people in the past, even myself. Sometimes I'm surprised to find that someone I was treating as an equal (everyone) was relating to me in a very different way than I was to them, whether it be because of age difference, experience or knowledge. I've been shocked more than once when forced to realize there is a difference that was assumed that I had not been aware of.

One of my pet peeves, due to my extreme sensitivity, is the person with the sparkling eyes, who, while they never acknowledge it overtly, is talking down to me because they assume they know something I do not and thus feel rightly superior to me. It is so obvious to me, that I cannot be in their presence for too long without getting defensive and combative.

Happens a lot here at Avalon...

So a blanket sorry for my automatic defensive responses in such situations seems appropriate. I am not always aware of the reason for such out of character responses, and then I feel really bad without knowing the cause.

OK--I'm trying it now...I think I shied away from that feature as I ASSumed (again) that it meant the WHOLE chain was automatically there (and un-cut-downable), and I always would rather be considered a "cherry-picker" than the dude that has a post that takes 15 finger flicks (I'm usually on my phone) to scroll down through!

Exploring your thoughts--I found it fascinating when my black friend said that he knew a lot more racist black folk than white (he grew up in private schools and continues in on in a "white man's world"), especially the African ones (a generation or not even away from actually living in Africa...and the darkness of the skin was the go-to insult.

On the flip side, there is always an attraction to different--we call it "exotic", I prefer darker (than white) skin myself--definitely out of fear of white women :p -- or perhaps like you say--my olive skin tone (Sicilian genes), mirror of myself.

I am intimidated by women taller than me, and as tall is pushing it.

And not to be insentive--the trigger is "youth"...though to me it is not "pre-teen", whatever that is anymore...thanks to growth hormones in meat girls look 18 at 12. And out of fear (not to mention family/step daughters/sisters/etc), my bar is definitely a little higher than the "norm", in that "ideal" to me is the early 20 look, just past what is "scientifically" called the peak, which used to be 18(ish)--shifted up from 12-14.

Remember that all this talk is super-easy for a comfortable-with-his-sexuality not-ugly white 35 year old man to spout off about--I mean no offense to anyone and know that I am someone who only gets pleasure from someone willingly, consciously, sharing with me...I would never TAKE, and the idea repulses me so much and I cannot relate to it all, so I throw sometimes throw around words or ideas that may trigger bad emotion--for that I apologize and will do my best to be conscious of everyones feelings.

Anyway, lunchtime over and no time to edit, so forgive any incoherence--I gotta tend to the cracker factory for a bit...will sneak back when the boss aint looking.

I have a sister that was second runner up in the Miss Universe pageant. To this day, she continues to judge everyone by how they look, dress, or how many letters after their name. She’s in her sixties, but is stuck in a time warp of a self-centered teenager. Don’t know if it’s self-loathing or self-importance. Definitely a challenge to be in the same room with her. I certainly hope you have not perceived me "speaking down to you".

I speak down to no one consciously. I expect most on this thread are in agreement.

I have unusual eyes ... whether or not that consitutes as "sparkly" I have no idea.

Ernie you have gifts beyond the masses. Yes that means suffering if you let it happen but it doesn't need to be that way.

The villagers here (and now) have always been by your side and as perceptive as you are you should never doubt that.

Yes???

I had an apology post but didn't push send, so thanks, Calz, for putting this out there.

Ernie, I would never want to bring suffering or (fill in the blank here). If I have I apologize.

Hugs,

If you have stacks of precious metals then you are better prepared than most (assuming you have lotso food and water).

Clif High has some really good interviews (wujos) about bitcoins ... had not heard about them before that and that is really a shame as those who have investment background, savy and eyes to see what is coming down fincially could hve reaped a fortune (caveat being there would be a marketplace going forward to award such fortune).

Bottom line is bitcoins are our best weapon to flip the middle finger to the banksters.

Dramatically more rewards for those who are savy and marketwise ... but the banksters suffer regardless.

When guys use the word "gorgeous" to label young females they are being subjective,

I meant to reply to this earlier.
Just musing about my beliefs here, ok?
To me the afterlife is not a place where all complexity disappears,
the qualities and virtues we know on earth will still be experienced, but just more so.

Hence the feminine virtues of delicateness, and refinement exist there, too,
just as do the masculine virtues of courage and strength.

But the polarity is different...not ego-based and desire-driven...
There is no need for reproduction in a world of eternal life, hence no hormones.

So instead of sexuality and sensuality and painful separations building up desires,
it is a world of unity;
a gentle world where souls can really exchange their energies openly.
In fact, in my view the afterlife is a bit like our Village.

Had a run-in just now with Samsung Canada. They would not accept my serial number as valid. I wanted to register my tablet. They have stolen my money for a movie and I wanted to straighten that out. I was thinking about the attraction to youth (even in the semi-healthy, totally legal sense--you don't see too many 40+ models)...and that speaks to your mirror idea, attraction to self. And mostly: fear (denial) of death.

The other kind (I'm not trying to bring up) has to do with power/domination, inhuman. Discernment is required here, I'm not talking bout that.

Ultimately I think, "attractiveness" is very diverse, as this vehicle is a physical reflection of your true self. So the forms can be different, and different things appeal to different people.

In fact, I'd be surprised if you couldn't correlate "true" characteristics of a person with their physical features--kinda like astrology. Except no one ever knows that "true" nature, except a really aware self (and no one can from "the outside"). Not sure if that makes sense...

I don't think there's a feature you are particularly attracted in another person that's really not just a representation of an aspect of their spirit.

Interesting the way things are going around here. So much illness back to back. Not all have been contagious. Just one example of several is that Mike got into some poison ivy with all his work outside. This is not good, because if he even so much as touches it, it gets into his bloodstream and becomes systemic, which it did. K and Chris are having troubles, I won't ask what and K isn't volunteering anything. Em is walking around yelling at everyone like she's really angry, but about what... which is mirrored exactly by Little One. And I have been needing lots of extra sleep.

Today I called and left a message for Em's school principal to call me back. Mrs. B. has been using her desk as a pulpit again. And this is getting old. After mulling it over a bit, I'm just going to have a casual conversation with him, asking him to ask Mrs. B. to tone it down. If that doesn't work, I feel a war with Mama Bear starting. I've been trying so hard to stay clear of this, and it's like the weird and volatile energy that I sense, and that has brought changes and illness and moods, is tempting me. Don't know at this point whether it would be good to stand up and be heard or just let it go, as I have been doing for months, and keep encouraging Em to do the same, as I have been doing for months.

Thank you for the reality check, astrid. It's not just at my house, apparently. Some comfort. This, too, shall pass...

Much Love,

Ulli I read the Highly Sensitive Person a long time ago. at the time was reading a lot of Castaneda and Bartholomew among other works. Recommend the book the HSP to anyone, especially now since there is so much going on with the Machine, Haarp, chemicals in food and dealing with so much electronic debris in a dense physical reality. I've been having lots of trouble with computer, electronics.... too and vehicles.

For 2 days I slept well and upon awakening I felt like I could drink a whole carafe of coffee -just in a drag all day. Last night fell asleep around 4:00 am and woke feeling great. Right now feeling a little ungrounded -working in the garden off on all day. Perfect weather for it. Nice cool Spring day here in the forest. Weeding the yard and preparing the garden for seeds and sprouts.

The Iris are blooming purple and yellow beautiful.

21030

Had a skype conversation today with a good friend. During the whole thing (long conversation) something was tugging almost a nagging me -this is reminding me of something or someone..... Afterward I took White Tail for a short walk and then I realized.... the conversation felt like and reminded me of Bartholomew.

Here's a short excerpt from Reflections of an Elder Brother Awakening from the Dream (hope no one minds that it's channeled information)

"The solution to the dream is to awaken. Just keep going by the sweetness of your awareness down to that place in your physical body where there is no dreaming, but rather a seeing of light, a feeling of silence and presence of love. Go there over and over. What happens, my friends, is that this part that has never slept and has no form begins to move closer and closer, enveloping the ego-separated dream. The resulting blend produces no loss, only awakening."
"Understand, you have all dreamt a different dream, and together you have dreamt one dream. If you want help within the dream, I am not the best guide because my job is to help you awaken past that dream world. To talk about the dream characters -- how to heal a dream character or how to bring one back who has left your dream -- is not my purpose. You see, I would say that one dream is like another is like another. And there are those who can provide dream-help within the dream-state. But if your desire is to remember that part of you that has never slept or dreamt, then we are in rapport, and I may be able to assist."

I find it quite interesting that all of a sudden the big terrible event has somehow gone from the middle east (as laid out quite plainly in the illooney naughty plans for many many years) has shifted to korea.

Could be that ... as world wars go as orchestrated by the sh!theads that be ... perhaps this is simply another front.

The "plan" is to have all these things happen at once so that the planetary population will be as despondent as possible and miss "higher vibration opportunities" ...

Yes exactly! Because is so subtle, and needs to be in context and thoroughly understood. You can't say "big ears" any more than you can say "Libra". I'm thinking delicate curves, precise angles, position on face.

The difference being astrology is often used in the behavior (usually other than you) based on external factors. Position of something external (cosmic stuff) correlates with observable moods/behaviors.

This pseudo-science I'm imaging is impossible as only YOU know honestly for sure characteristics about you, no one can observe that...so no one can develop one that's not "pseudo" unless they are excellent (perfect) telepathically and completely honest and "get IN to" thousands of individuals and map it all out.

As far as the nazi pseudo-science, did it make semi-accurate generalities (like a half-arsed astrologer)?

Even though the humor might not suit all tastes, that comic I linked to (Get Your War On) was so educational to go through, as David Rees (very shocking & sarcastic--though he shows sensitivity and caring if you get into it) started in response to our foreign policy after 911. He takes a brutally honest look at the implications of the crap that was spouted off by red-white-blue crazed Americans.

Just a couple pages in, North Korea (crazy axis of evil member) is introduced (in 2002). A decade later...same ****, different toilet...reading through those you will see how this tactic hasn't changed in decades. He uses the exact same cartoon often, substituting the key words:

For example, the second one he did was something like: "remember when we declared war drugs, and now there aren't any drugs anymore, the war on terror will be just like that". Then a couple months pass, and it's "remember the war on terror...Iraq will be just like that". I messed it up (i am struggling navigating on the phone) but you get the point.

The one thing that has always shocked me is how the language never changed. The terms used in Vietnam (hearts & minds, I forget now but there's a ton--we'll get to see them all again soon) were used in GWOT...it's like they're spells or something

Persons’ characteristics and physical features is a fascinating and vast topic. One can tell a person's constitution, their lifestyle, personality, which organs are in a weakened state, you can tell how relaxed someone is just by the flexibility of their hands. You can tell what's lacking or an over abundance in which foods and drink. Who's a meat eater vs who is not. One who over eats diary or sugar. Who's got too much fat and cholesterol in their system, etc.

* In diagnosis, it’s important to consider many parts to the whole not just one characteristic.

Here’s one area: The vertical and horizontal lines on the forehead represent how critical, intelligent, sensitive and nervous one is. Take one example of lines on the forehead from the four examples. I’ll just raise the two extremes: one unbroken line = steady health, consistent life energy, whereas “Flying bird” broken lines = extreme personality, continually changing or unstable health.

Two books on the subject which include photos.

Book One: “Reading the Body: Ohashi’s Book of Oriental Diagnosis,” by Ohashi with Tom Monte.

“Long before there were x-ray machines, CAT scans, and blood tests, traditional healers used noninvasive methods to ascertain personal health, talents, and character. From their understanding came a deep appreciation for the unity of the mind, body and spirit. For the Oriental diagnostician, the body is the physical manifestation of the soul. Body and soul are one. The body is both a symptom and a symbol of the spirit.

Oriental diagnosis is the art of seeing beneath the superficial to the profound; of revealing the inner truth. In the book, I will talk not only about your health, but also about your inner nature as it is revealed in the physical characteristics of your body. I will help you gain insight into your true nature. you will look beyond old prejudices, guilt and misconceptions to see a deeper, more fundamental you.

All people are searching for answers to life’s most important questions: Who am I? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses? What is my direction in life? I will teach you to read your body like a book in which are written the answers to these questions.”

This one book alone covers just on the individual features of the face:

The Forehead and It’s Lines
The eyebrows
Eyes
Eye bags
Nose, bridge of nose, nose itself
Philtrum
Mouth
Teeth
Tongue
Ears

Some other areas:

Back
Hands and arms
Feet
Skin
Hair

Book Two: “How to See Your Health: Book of Oriental Diagnosis,” by: Michio Kushi

Areas covered in Part Two for Visual Diagnosis of Specific Conditions:

One - Mouth and Teeth; mouth and lips, gums and mouth cavity, tongue and uvula
Two - Eyes and Eyebrows; eyebrows, eyes, eyeball, iris and white
Three- Nose, Cheeks, and Ears; nose cheeks, ears
Four - Forehead
Five- Hair
Six - Hands and Nails
Seven - Feet
Eight - Skin Diagnosis

Some due to their own leadsership yet clearly what the USA has imposed on them since before I was born (my father fought in the Korean war ... poor guy).

So ... you have a child king with a finger on the button ... hmmm ... that's not good despite most NK threats amounting to nothing over the years.

Okay ... but what about the universal energies that are making many crazy??? Is "he" immune???

I know you haven't been in the moon for astrology, but Pluto in Capricorn is going retrograde on the 12th of April.

A lot of planets are in Aries right now and we have new moon in Aries on the 10th of April.

Maybe the more adept cosmologist and astrologer will kindly share some of their knowledge.

Here's a bit I found on Pluto

In the natal chart, Pluto tends to operate even more Plutonian when it is retrograde. It is far more intense, it possesses a higher degree of concentration and it, therefore, gives greater insights into the subconscious. Because of this intensity, the individual can see much more than normally possible and it is easy to become suspicious of the motives of others.

The powers of regeneration are far greater when retrograde. People with a natal retrograde Pluto have a tremendous ability to overcome major illnesses that might otherwise cause permanent disability. Remember, retrograde motion is always directed toward inner activity such as the psyche or psychological patterns that affect the physical body. Direct motion, on the other hand, is directed towards external circumstances.

Under any Pluto transit, we feel pressured to eliminate and release the old, outworn, outdated and obsolete in our lives. When Pluto is transiting retrograde, we are urged to let go of attitudes, thinking or communication patterns, security drives, rigid emotions; a time to undergo an internal form of house cleaning.

It is a good time to research into our own Souls in order to determine exactly what we do or do not need. Because Pluto retrograde imparts an intense power for investigation, we should use this time to assess what reoccurring patterns in our lives make us feel out of control, where and why do we continually give our power away, and under what circumstances do we react so defensively that we elicit attacks from others. Pluto retrograde marks a time wherein we should seek to gain greater control over our personal life; Pluto direct is better for gaining control over professional and financial areas..... Read on for dates of Pluto transits this year. http://www.lynnkoiner.com/astrology-articles/pluto-retrograde

You gave me the first chuckle of the day.
Here is one for you:

http://www.cartoonstock.com/newscartoons/cartoonists/jco/lowres/jcon173l.jpg

Just seen this, after writing the post below:

Here’s a thought I woke up to this morning for some obscure reason.

Supposing Nostradamus downloaded, as he says, his prophecies from his crystal ball with someone like Dolores Cannon at the other end, and supposing someone like Dolores Cannon uploaded same from Nostradamus’ own published work, then who wrote the dam’ things?

The conventional answer would be that both were tapping into the Akashic records. The question then becomes: what are the Akashic records records of? Answer: there are no records as such, the Akashic is making it up as it goes along. Which is exactly how I responded to Observer’s holographic model. In the novel I quoted, the one subject experiencing everything is also operating the machine, which is not just a playback device but a recorder as well. Ultimately there is only me pretending/dreaming that I am a We, and the machine is part of that too.

Just now I saw out of the window what looked like a van driving into a neighbour’s back garden (not possible). What had happened was that a van had parked on the other side of my house and its reflection had passed through two sets of double glazing on the way to the neighbour’s. I do not feel the actual van is any more real than its reflection. It is actually a very boring delivery job that has absolutely nothing to do with me. (It could be highly important to the addressee.) What I am experiencing in my own very personal here and now is the entanglement of two images seemingly fifty yards apart. The relative ‘reality’ of the one and the relative ‘unreality’ of the other is something literally ‘neither here nor there’. Both are ultimately unreal, possibly reflections of something more real, and so on in an infinite regress. My only reality is this thought, the realization that I am dreaming and/or dreaming that I am realizing.

War drums beating in the Far East may be a reflection of war drums beating in the Middle East, which may be a reflection of war drums beating in the heavens. They have no more to do with me than the content of my neighbour’s delivery. When I was a kid, we used to have an abbreviation, MYOB, which meant mind your own business!

The world is full of busybodies with big egos :)

"And for those who are familiar with Dianetics and Scientology terminology and processing of finding that little thought -- known as a "postulate" -- they had which generated the ensuing circumstances that made that little thought come through as true in their current reality... whether that thought occurred to them when teenagers, 5 years old or 10,000 or 1 billion years ago... same results in the "Here and Now."

So, araucaria, your little thought generated a revival of Amzer Zo's January 2013 musings.
Would he ever find out?

Do nothing? We could continue to play with thoughts.
Titles like The Silence of the Lambs could become The Silence of the War Drums.

...and I had had another thought, about 20 minutes ago..
it occurred to me to record this morning's birdsong here, and share it with the Villagers...
Just then my husband woke up and said "The birds woke me up".

Yes we can carry on thinking, of course, but I meant not to spoil the experiment by telling Amzer Zo. Connecting with my earlier post, the radio has just been playing a piece I have been working on lately, Beethoven’s last piano sonata.

The work is one of the most famous compositions of the composer's "late period" and is widely performed and recorded. The pianist Robert Taub has called it "a work of unmatched drama and transcendence ... the triumph of order over chaos, of optimism over anguish."[4] Alfred Brendel commented of the second movement that "what is to be expressed here is distilled experience" and "perhaps nowhere else in piano literature does mystical experience feel so immediately close at hand".[5] An amazing thing happens on his way into the cosmic sunset (at 6:30 in the second movement below, although rather tamely in this recording): in a 3rd variation with heavy syncopation he starts channeling a boogie-woogie-type shuffle:

Mitsuko Uchida has remarked that this variation, to a modern ear, has a striking resemblance to cheerful boogie-woogie,[2] and the closeness of it to jazz and ragtime, which were still eighty years into the future at the time, has often been pointed out. Jeremy Denk, for example, describes the second movement using terms like "proto-jazz" and "boogie-woogie".[3] http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piano_Sonata_No._32_%28Beethoven%29

In connection with birdsong:

The final movement, in C major, is a set of variations on a 16-bar theme, with a brief modulating interlude and final coda. The last two are famous for introducing small notes which constantly divide the bar in 36 resp. 27 parts, which is very uncommon. Beethoven eventually introduces a trill which gives the impression of a further step (i.e. dividing each bar into 81 parts), though this is extremely technically difficult without slowing down to half-tempo. Playing a trill and the melody with the same hand like this is indeed one of the harder things to do but very satisfying when no one is listening.

and just before I came back to the computer right now, this is what had transpired at my end:

I was in the laundry hanging up clothes, and suddenly had Beethoven's 9th symphony
the choir Ode to Joy in my head...
and even though it is an incredibly popular piece I was still wondering how that got inside my head so loud and clear...

Both my parents were Beethoven fans, and played sonatas on the piano, so I took it as possibly a message from them,
having just before read the Matthew messages on PA, and thinking about communication with the dead.

Right now a squirrel is making a racket on the roof.

When I was young, I’d hide by the side of my bed and have a good private cry. I had no idea why or when it’d come. At the end, there was the rapid, short breaths, the yawns and a calm that made me sleepy. I’d feel that tickle in the belly. In a dizzied state, I’d look around, repeating, “I’m alive, I’m alive.” Those were the only words to describe it back then. Floating, and I didn’t need to question it.

Through my teenage years and early 20’s, it happened the same way. I’d try to hold the experience by repeating, “I’m alive, I’m alive.” Now, there’s vocabulary and a lot more knowledge about the topic. So, people have a better chance to quicken their perceptions if it’s their inclination or life plan.

For me, it/life is in the body template which is not only on the physical plane. For less than twenty-four hours, couple of months back, I walked around the with a freedom I’ve never experienced. It went beyond understanding that life is a hologram. This ‘I’ was the actor on her life stage that wrote her whole script anyway she wanted. There were no extras in my movie. Only the one’s from my script. That’s all this is/was.

I could only laughed at how could I have ever though that I was this body in this game of life. One realization was: what an absolute...foolish...notion to live life so seriously and with oodles of self-importance. Priceless. Freeing. Lottery Winner.

Drats, I integrated back into the body template. But I have knowledge from the experience; another tool for my power bag. When it gets too heavy I remove all contents and add back only the essentials. I'm a Light Traveler. We all are.

It is funny how some stories spell freeing oneself for some, and spell something else for others. The ending of One Flew over the Cuckoosc nest spell freedom for some. For me, it reminds me of a family story. One of my uncle who had been sent to the Seminary to become a priest, being a bright one, and came back to my grand mother's home entirely depressed, silent and withdrawn (from letters found by my dad, he was probably raped in the seminary). My grand mother did not know what to do, she was living far up north, far away from cities. She trusted doctors and was proposed to have him have a stay in the psychiatric hospital in the city.

All she learned months later is that he had broken windows trying to flee away from there, they had caught him back and had lobotomized him. Without the family's permission. When my grand mom learned about it, it was too late. He never came back normal nor could he ever work and ended up his life in a group home. In the fifties, all hospitals in North America were doing stuff like that to patients in mental hospital and the province here was a mecqua for CIA experiments (see Dr Cameroun and the Allan Memorial hospital - now Douglas).

Hard not to believe in conspiracies when it happened in your own family 60 years ago, imagine what may happen now with the high tech.

“One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” was my wake up call before the wake up call movement. Though, it was a while before it took complete effect. I was more focused on the bad guys than the one that got away. Which now for me its the most important part. The only part.

Every time I watch that video, I get tingles from the top of my head right down to the bottoms of my feet. My heart races. If I accomplish nothing else in this lifetime, I am complete. I know there's more. Exciting.

@Ulli, more entangled thoughts. Last night I prompted the friend I've been sharing my coincidences with to tell this story about his parents. When his mother died, he discovered that hearse that took him and her the 100 miles back to Paris was the same vehicle and the same driver as had taken the two of them on a similar trip on the other side of town when his father died 18 months before.

Edit: Thanks for the Uchida version - better than the one on wiki. My favourite is probably Barenboim.
The boogie-woogie bit starts at 15:56.

Stories like your friend's abound in my own life.
It's been one jaw-drop after anther for at least 40 years.

Desire for higher consciousness brings it about,
and with higher consciousness comes the life of coincidences,
where totally different rules apply,
which appear to have nothing to do with the so-called normal world.

That's why just talking about higher consciousness is a healthy thing to do,
as it gets the energies to flow in upward spirals.

And talking about coincidences or synchronicities is even healthier, as the energies really come rushing in then.

One MORE such thing I know about...

The greater prison is the prison of self.

Here is a paragraph from Bahai history and Abdul-Baha's
comments about his 56 year long imprisonment,
which had ended when the Young Turk revolution brought about the release
of all political prisoners of the Ottoman Empire:

"We are glad that you are free," I said.

Again the wonderous smile. "Freedom is not a matter of place. It is a condition. I was thankful for the prison and the lack of liberty was very pleasing to me, for those days were passed in the path of service under the utmost difficulties and trials, bearing fruits and results.

"Unless one accepts dire vicissitudes he will not attain. To me prison is freedom; troubles rest me; incarceration is an open court; death is life and to be despised is honor. Therefore, I was happy all that time in prison. When one is released from the prison of self, that is indeed freedom, for self is the greater prison.

When this release takes place, one can never be imprisoned.
They used to put my feet in stocks so,"
and he put out his feet before him to illustrate and laughed as though it were a joke he enjoyed.

"I would say to the guard 'You cannot imprison me, for here I have light and air and bread and water.
There will come a time when my body will be in the ground and I shall have neither light nor air nor food nor water,
but even then I shall not be imprisoned.'
The afflictions which come to humanity sometimes tend to center the consciousness upon the limitations.
This is a veritable prison. Release comes by making of the will a door through which the confirmations of the spirit come."

What is order? What is perfection? My goal is to rid self of perfection. This choke collar. Perfection means one way. One unattainable, never-quite-reach-it-way. Partly because ‘what is perfection?’ I’m too busy defining. Not life(ing). Not rock skipping over ponds.

No reflection on your point of view. I do understand your larger message. I’m pissy. Must go eat protein... Must break free of this duality.

As within so without

I'm battling a tooth infection it seems
Which I had no pain from , but is the Primary
Issue causing my lack of saliva production.
And as this has been going on for some time
was getting worse and with tooth infections there
is a danger of heart complications I decided to make a
radical ( for me ) call and get straight onto antibiotics
First night and I have saliva again . I can also feel the
battle waging within. I find this all a fascinating turn
of events given that I am never ever sick and the external
happenings . Also given that this was a sneaky stealth
attack no notice ( pain ), and has come up from below
( gums) to create havoc on the surface

What was i reading about that huge fleet of subs that
one of the koreas has .. Biggest in the world ??

Call me crazy , but In my universe everything has
meaning and can be read like you would a dream .

Hence me seeking measures that I would not normally
resort too, I'm also doing a 3 day fast with colonics to
starve and flush out the " enemy " .

Call me crazy , but want if ??

I did notice today also a timeline shift as though I had
been knocked off one line onto a new one. My usual
routine was shifted abruptly and with not much notice
it threw me off . But as the day progressed I noticed how
completely different the energy was from the day before
I even looked different .

Curiousier and curiouser

But lately been contemplating "statements" tht have been in our lexicon for a while and have effects on our consciousness....

"perfection" is a word with lots of associations...I'm thinking of this statement as a different way of thinking instead of "choas" always in reference to our world...

Perfection to me is harmony/balance ...I'm over the chaos....

Thanks Nora,
I didn't know that about retrograde Pluto.
It really fits me, and explains
why I had so many illnesses that took me to death's door
but were followed by nearly miraculous recoveries.

Calming down some, now. Did a bit of meditating then slept and slept some more - no dinner. Ears still buzzing but I can live with that. Headache is gone. Had to allow my ego to vent. Went for a walk late at night and listened rather detachedly to its rantings, the destructive script I'm so familiar with by now it barely affects me any more. Just crazy thoughts, of no real value and of no merit.

I am hung up on another matter though, that is sapping my convictions - the realization that there is no God. At least not like I was trained to believe in. The real God loves all of us equally - good or bad, service-to-self or service-to-others types. To God there is no difference, and that is a God I was not introduced to in my formative years. Such an encompassing God is almost a travesty, a sacrilege - in my way of thinking. And if this is the real God then that God cannot care at all about what happens to me, as I define my ups and downs, at least. I don't know, this makes me really sad, and it makes life even harder to bear.

Who am I praying to, then? Why should I pray? There seems to be no point...

I cannot seem to find a fit with this Greater God of utter detachment and full inclusion. Why should I struggle to support the side of good if the bad is equally supported by The Creator? Where has my thinking gone wrong here? I cannot find it...

Life is becoming harder to put up with in this state. I'm reluctant to pray to this bigger God - and so I do not pray any more. What's happening to me? Where is my anchor? Is this part of that damned implant I called for? Who am I without my God? Can I even live like this? Can I find a reason to go on struggling?

I don't like this state of mind at all. My God was everything to me. Now I am alone...

Too bad, so sad. I've lost the best friend I ever had.
I lost my youth, and now I'll never know the truth...

God has been sending me messages to spread the words "He" gave Neal Donald Walsh in "Conversations with God"...I thought it was sufficient to read to my babe a bedtime, but perhaps I was meant to share with you (Ernie) as well...if you haven't read it, you should--and if you have, perhaps re-read it?

The other one that keeps creeping on me, an urgency from the universe to get the message out--is Arthur Young...though I am not yet sure I am supposed to expose to him, nor which of the messages of his I can find needs to be spread (I am thinking one of his "theory of process" lectures, but I can't seem to find the one I liked best).

To expound on that a bit Ernie: I was listening to interview NDW had with some MSM interviewer, and at the end they were like, OK Neal, you have 30 seconds, what would God have to say the viewing audience...he replies: You've got Me all wrong.

It's a good thing you came to that realization--and maybe reading that book will do you some good...peace bro

When you're always chasing rainbows
And you might not know which way the wind blows
You say, your lucky day is comin'
Until that day you're just slummin'

So you wait and you wait but the signal don't change
Watching TV daily there is no sign
You read your horoscope
But ah, it would appear there is no hope

So what? Who cares?
Gotta put a handle on your fear
A man comes and a man goes
And he always leaves alone

Only the strong survive
You better wake up from that fantasy, yeah
It's time to open your eyes
Don't be afraid to see what you might see, yeah

The years roll by and the you're feeling cheated
And you fight back hard but you know you're defeated
They let your hair grow, get a sports car
But you know, you won't go so far

It's too bad, it's real sad
You lost the best thing you ever had
You had some hope, you had the youth
And now you'll never know the truth

Only the strong survive
You better wake up from that fantasy, yeah
I think it's time to open your eyes
Don't be afraid to see what you might see, yeah

Oh, only the strong survive
Don't ever let it get you down, down, down, down, yeah
Oh, I can't sympathize
If you expect to stick around, 'round, 'round, 'round, yeah

So what? Who cares?
Better put a handle on your fear
A man comes and a man goes
And he always leaves alone

Only the strong survive
You better wake up from that fantasy, yeah
I think it's time you opened your eyes
Don't be afraid to see what you might see, yeah

They say now, only the strong survive
Don't ever let it get you down, down, down, down, yeah
I think it's time to open your eyes
If you expect to stick around, 'round, 'round, 'round, yeah

Only, only strong survive
You better wake up from that fantasy, yeah
I think it's time that you opened your eyes
Don't be afraid to see what you might see, yeah

Only, only strong survive

Thanks Donk, had forgotten. Read all his books twice. They were the first that made me realize I can hear God directly. Let's see if I can channel...

The God of your highest understanding barely begins to scratch the surface of this, the highest of truths. Like in mathematics, the final finite number is but an infinitessimal bit in comparison to the infinite. This you know well, Ernie.

As your understandings grow so does your understanding of Me. You will never understand Me until you are ready to be me. That is your goal, is it not?

That is the goal of all finite beings, whether they know it or not. One day, in a time far from now, you will look out my eyes and realize all that has been hidden.

Until then you must perservere. Your learning is your life.

I was interrupted, so that must be all I'm to reveal, here, now. I've wrote two books in this manner, without any revisions or mistakes. Unfortunately, my ego was still prominent in those days and the words don't seem to inspire anyone but me - never had anyone give a good review...

Again, thanks Donk. I needed that reminder.

Your choices define you, Ernie. You are forgetting that prayers do get answers,
and many have seen amazing turn-arounds just as they asked the universe to oblige them.
And it does, again and again.
Anyone can tell the universe what they want, and if they are sincere they will get it.

There has to be a God to set up a system so marvelous that it connects
as many as 7 billion people to all the energy fields available which then respond to prayer and grant wishes
with utmost measure and perfection.

It's also about knowing the consequences of our deeds,
about what we wish to create, and flowing with a universal direction.
In an endlessly diverse universe those who are uncomfortable with joy
will also find the environment that suits them.

Define yourself, and if you can't, try and follow someone who has a better idea than you, at least for awhile.
Once you have returned to your sense of identity you can then project your imagination forward
to some imaginary entity so good and so high and so awesome that it can only be called God.

Been raising eyebrows to poular statements made in our culture..one tht has always rubbed me the wrong way..is " out of chaos comes order"

Let's change statements!

Out of chaos comes order..out of order comes perfection... Awww tht fits better :-)

What is order? What is perfection? My goal is to rid self of perfection. This choke collar. Perfection means one way. One unattainable, never-quite-reach-it-way. Partly because ‘what is perfection?’ I’m too busy defining. Not life(ing). Not rock skipping over ponds.

Words... there's where most of the problems lie. My wish is that whatever one shares, each takes from it what works towards discovery. Minus the duality.

No reflection on your point of view. I do understand your larger message. I’m pissy. Must go eat protein... Must break free of this duality.

So here, CD7, I’ll put it back: “Out of chaos comes order..out of order comes perfection... Awww that fits better :-)”

Aww that fits, too!

I have a feeling that you meant "perfectionism"

Perfection means perfection...and in my imaginary world such a word has a place, for sure.

I like using little sayings like "everything is perfect when you think it is perfect".

I find this most helpful...as it gives me an instant sense of wholeness and completeness.

I'm not saying that it's a cast in stone type of thingy,

but I can look out of my window at any given moment and really appreciate the perfectness out there.

Here is a Wingmakers' quote...
given as a statement from God (AKA First Source):

First Source Transmission 1

My Central Message

I convey this message to you whom I have stirred with the sound of my voice.
These words are my signature. You may bring your doubt, your fear, your faith, or your courage;
it matters not, for you will be touched by the rhythm of my voice.
It moves through you like a beam of light that sweeps – if only for a moment – the darkness aside.

I dwell in a frequency of light in which finite beings cannot uncover me.
If you search for me, you will fail. I am not found or discovered.

I am only realized in oneness, unity, and wholeness.
It is the very same oneness that you feel when you are interconnected with all of life,
for I am this and this alone.
I am all of life. If you must search for me, then practice the feeling of wholeness and unity.

In my deepest light I created you from my desire to understand my universe.
You are my emissaries.
You are free to journey the universe of universes as particles
from my infinite womb with destinies that you alone will write.
I do not prescribe your journey or your journey’s aim. I only accompany you.
I do not pull you this way or that, nor do I punish you when you stray from my heart.
This I do as an outcome of my belief in you.

You are the heirs of my light, which gave you form.
It is my voice that awakened you to individuality, but it will be your will that awakens you to our unity.
It is your desire to know me as your self that brings you to my presence so perfectly hidden from your world.
I am behind everything that you see, hear, touch, taste, smell, feel, and believe.

I live for your discovery of me. It is the highest expression of my love for you,
and while you search for my shadows in the stories of your world, I,
the indelible, invisible light, grow increasingly visible.
Imagine the furthest point in space – beneath a black portal,
cast in some distant galaxy, and then multiply this distance by the highest numeric value you know.
Congratulations, you have measured an atom of my body.

Do you realize how I am unfathomable? I am not what you can know, or see, or understand.
I am outside comprehension. My vastness makes me invisible and unavoidable.
There is nowhere you can be without me. My absence does not exist.
It is this very nature that makes me unique. I am First Cause and Last Effect connected in an undivided chain.

There is no supplication that stirs me. No prayer that invites me further into your world
unless it is attended with the feeling of unity and wholeness.
There is no temple or sacred object that touches me.
They do not, nor have they ever brought you closer to my outstretched hand.
My presence in your world is unalterable for I am the sanctuary of both the cosmos and the one soul inside you.

I could awaken each of you in this very moment to our unity,
but there is a larger design – a more comprehensive vision –
that places you in the boundaries of time and the spatial dimensions of separateness.
This design requires a progression into my wholeness that reacquaints you with our unity
through the experience of separation.
Your awakening, while slow and sometimes painful,
is assured, and this you must trust above all else.

I am the ancestral father of all creation. I am a personality that lives inside each of you
as a vibration that emanates from all parts of your existence.
I reside in this dimension as your beacon. If you follow this vibration, if you place it at the core of your journey,
you will contact my personality that lives beneath the particles of your existence.

I am not to be feared or held in indifference. My presence is immediate, tangible, and real.
You are now in my presence. Hear my words. You are in my presence.
You are within me more than I am within you. You are the veneer of my mind and heart,
and yet you think yourself the product of an ape. You are so much more than you realize.

Our union was, is, and will be forevermore. You are my blessed offspring
with whom I am intricately connected in means that you cannot understand and therefore appreciate.
You must suspend your belief and disbelief in what you cannot sense,
in exchange for your knowing that I am real and live within you.
This is my central message to all my offspring.
Hear it well, for in it you may find the place in which I dwell.

Excerpt from Chamber 23 –
One of three written elements from the body of work known as the WingMakers, ascribed to First Source.

It's funny you should mention this because I am currently going through the same thing. I can't say I have 'realized' there is no God, but I am definitly leaning that way right now! Actually have been for the past few months. I used to be a practicing Catholic but my ideas on religion have done a complete 180 and now I'm questioning 'God'. I no longer pray to anyone. God never answered my prayers before anyway, so no loss there! One the one hand it can feel depressing but on the other totally revigorating! Strange feelings in strange times.

I give up. There will be no complete catching up. When the village is humming, the village is humming.

Ernie, I would never be so arrogant as to say I know exactly what someone else is going through. But, man, I'm coming close here. I used to have heartfelt conversations with God, before I realized that who I thought I was talking to wasn't "God." I don't know who to pray to either, and not praying at all is very empty for me. Who in the heck does a person pray to, when "God" doesn't exist? That is my question...

I am glad for you that you can meditate and find whatever peace that brings, seems to bring peace to many people.

You are definitely not alone in this struggle, although I guess that isn't actually very helpful...

Much Love,

I went for a country drive. When I'm in that kind of mood, I like to go slow. So I pull over when I see someone coming up the road. For two out of three cars, I ended up pulling over right at their driveways, one just before and other just after.

Synchronicity's sweet.

I asked myself, "What’s different this week from last week?" I spent less time on dark news that I can do nothing about. And spent more time in free flow reflection and silence and walks in nature and squeaks on my flute.

Hi Everyone, was just about to hand the computer over to my little one but felt compelled to share.Ten or so years ago i feared for my eldest childs life, i was terrified and felt completely alone, ive prayed to "God" since a small child and this time it was virtually a prayer without words, completely from the heart.Instantly above my daughters head appeared black, slender hands and forearms, the arms were neither male nor female and on each one were colourful fitted bands/bangels.In amazement i looked and turned away and looked back, they remained for a prolonged time so i then slept knowing she was being watched over. I dont know who my prayer "went to",and yes after being led to Avalon my concept of my "God" has been shattered too, it can be lonely especially when you stop going to church because you cant anymore.I regularly see a catholic woman whose prayer group i used to frequent and i am now "fallen"- person non gratia.
I have other things to add but am being "pestered" now for computer time! I address my prayer firstly to the Creator of All That Is, then i pray to my Guardian/Angel- I continue to pray as i know we are really not alone,

I used to love pageants. My dad played in the band, or whatever it was, at the Miss Oklahoma Pageant every year. It was a blast...that and he played the Ice Capades, so they were my favorite outings. Well, okay, and the circus because I got to sit with the band so I was very close to the activity. Well, okay, until I started accompanying him to clubs. Haha.

Then I grew up and became fond of women's issues. I wouldn't let my little girls watch a single Disney movie after I did a research paper on the dysfunctional adults, which always left the young Disney girls in a position to be rescued.

But today, Em came home with a flyer, given to her by the school counselor, for a young teen girl self esteem workshop being held tomorrow. I always encourage my girls to go to these, because any reinforcement for them in this regard is welcome. Em really wants to go, but it is being held at a church out in the country. I called to see how religious this is going to be. Come to find out, it will not be religious at all. Just using the church building.

The person hosting this is a teen girl in some pageant or other for Teen blah blah something. Here's the cool part, though. This girl uses pageants as her platform. She really wants to have a voice, feels strongly about helping people, especially young girls. And the way she figures it, if you are a "star" (movies, music, whatever), and you say something, people listen. But she believes a girl shouldn't have to show cleavage or put on a ton of make-up to find her voice or to be heard. This teen girl doesn't want any "mean girls" to attend her workshop, and is doing this in secret (not telling her friends) because she knows they would either make fun of her or show up and ruin everything.

This is exciting. This means that maybe there is one other person within an hour of Em that "gets" it.

Thought I would share :)

Much Love,

astrid

I just watched Ancient Aliens and the Book of Secrets on H2. I don't watch that much TV anymore!

It's not about the 2 shows, just the commercials in it. One was showing the ASPCA about abused dogs and cats. I know we all love our dogs and cats! Shown many times on this thread! They want $19.95 a month to help support them.

But can I ask you this, another commerical comes up about Childcare.com about all these under privelaged kids in foreign countries starving, and sick. Asking less than $360 a year. What would you do, if you could swing that amount of money? $28 something a month.

The world is full of busybodies with big egos :)

I need to add something here. When I say mind your own business, I don’t mean close your eyes to any abuse going on around me. Any abuse is basically a form of interference in the first place, and I would describe the whistleblower as a busybody with a normal-sized ego. The danger is in discovering false positives. If for example a girl in your neighbourhood has maybe learning or other difficulties, and her father is a little strange, you cannot go drawing hasty conclusions. Lots of us are a little strange. All you can do is the equivalent of swallowing peppercorns to alleviate someone else’s vomiting.

Hi Roy!

Here in Spain commercials length are a shame, its something like 20 minutes of whatever you are watching and 15 minutes of silly commercials trying to sell you a bunch of crap that you don't need at all... Come to Spain and watch Extended Lord of the Rings movie on TV (If you dare! :P)

I downloaded 3 seasons of Ancient Aliens and now I see a chapter per night without commercials!

Peace.

I think this is good advice. There are lots of attempts in the world to polarize the masses, and the only way one can counter that is to actively search for one's own path, which in my view ought to be a golden middle.

I have been following the Jimmy Saville case which is so awful and disgusting it gives me the shudders, but at the same time I have a feeling that in this clean-up some completely innocent people might end up getting dumped simply by having had a minor association with members of that huge pedophile ring. Still, I'm glad this is coming to light now.

I'm curious if this investigation will go all the way, sweep right through the palaces of the world and the sick goings-on there.
I met many young people while living in England, very much victims of their upper class parents life styles, and really damaged. Kids who had to spend nights alone in those drafty private schools after other kids had been collected by their more normal parents, while their own parents had forgotten on what date term ended, and could not be reached.
Many of those kids ended up as addicts, and became really lost souls.
I remember being at a finals ball in Cambridge one night, and seeing lots of syringes on the floor in the women's toilets.
Sometimes I wonder if I shouldn't have been a little more of a busybody, instead of minding my own business all my life.
Such a fine line there.

The car that runs on compressed air...

From NextWorldTV

"Genius!

The Air Car runs on compressed air, creates zero pollution, has very low running costs and will only cost about $15,000.

The emission is "ice cold, completely clean, highly breathable air."

French inventor Guy Negre claims it can reach a speed of 60 mph.

Refilling the car will, once the market develops, take place at adapted gas stations to administer compressed air. In two or three minutes, and at a cost of approximately 2 dollars, the car will be ready to go another 125-175 miles.

Imagine: the movement is powered by air alone, and the car may even develop to the point where it runs it's own compressed air generator, making it completely self powering. The prototypes are strong, lightweight and practical.

At the 2013 Geneva Auto Show, Peugeot unveiled a hybrid compressed air car that they say will be on the road by 2016!

Just imagine if one day soon we may be able to drive completely clean cars that cost almost nothing to run!

I was just now looking at several astro sites for the chart of Kim Jong Un....here is the most interesting one.
I have not read it all, just glanced at his chart, Ascendant unknown, Moon in Pisces, but without a birth time it could be anywhere within a 12 degree area. Since he had Uranus in Sagittarius there is a strong possibility of a right angle between the two, making him extremely prone to sudden mood swings.
The other factor I don't like is that Mars (in Libra) and Pluto (in Scorpio) are only a few degrees apart, although Mars in Libra could soften him somewhat, as it makes him prone to hesitate before rushing into any totalitarian fit.
Pluto won't reach his natal sun for a couple more years, but then we can expect some intense energies.
Before then Uranus will square his sun, another mile stone in life, which will most likely give him some setbacks.
Will get back to y'all with the exact dates for both events.

My beautiful daughter was selected to go to a regional beauty pagent, when she was 16 in Cincinnati, Ohio. USA

What a learning experience for all of us!

If I knew then, what I know now. I would never expose one of my daughters to this!

Just my humble opinion. Take care, my dear!

I really don't know about the self esteem thing. Sometimes it builds you up, sometimes it tears you down.

Please think twice before you expose them to this exploitation!

Sorry, just coming from a Dad.

I agree, I wouldn't have any of my daughters in a pageant. Matter of fact, I will not include every pageant contestant in this generalization, but I would wager none of my girls would be friends with them either, as a whole. This is a little workshop on how to feel beautiful without the whore look (sorry), if you ask me. And Em never, never asks to do anything outside of school except read. I think I will stay there with her, too. My point was kind of that this girl who is holding the workshop wants to reach out, and good for her in the sense that she can use a system in place to do that.

Let me tell ya, haha, that after being a cheer coach for years, pageant and dance moms don't have anything on cheer moms. And the participants can go either way. K has always been kind, compassionate. She had a hard time of it since the cheerleaders by and large were self-centered brats, and they were her friends. One time K wanted to have a slumber party for her birthday. Actually, every birthday. But I only did it once. And that one ruined it for all the requests to come, haha.

We are going to this thing to get out of the house together. M is in the city, Little One with K, so it's just us chickens. Are we are flying the coop for the first time in months.

Much Love,

oh, a funny side note...I think this event is being held in the church that Mrs. B. attends...so that's why I think I will just hang around while the girls do whatever they are doing. ;)

Might I just add...nope. I doubt it is a coincidence. Of course, that's just me. My experience has taught me some things about myself, and the way energies in different places feel. I never realized it before. And it surprises me that "just" a website on the internet can carry or transmit energies somehow. But I swear, it can.

Thank you for sharing, Samsara.

To his passage through this world and into the next, the Ancestors are with him as always. He is from Nigeria, so - if he is not from the North and therefore Muslim - I will assume his spiritual path is Ifa or animistic Christianity and share accordingly. They were working over time in my neck of the woods apparently

I mean, imagine the initial planners first meetings sitting around some table discussing:

Ok, we need to deliver X (for purpose Y) from the air, bonus if we can completely block out the entire sun.

Samsara, I'm sorry. My energy is offered for comfort and for ease of his journey, in any way I can help.

Ol Roy, you make me laugh. There is nothing to forgive. Cheer coach...well, I did that only because it was presented to me that if I did not (or some other parent did not) step into that role, my daughter would not be able to cheer. Honestly, I did not want her to. At the point in time when she decided she wanted to try it, I was in my women's lib phase. The idea of any daughter of mine doing something as degrading as cheerleading, when she was perfectly capable of playing the actual game the "girls" would be cheering for, sent me reeling. That is how I felt. I was in my Super-Mom phase, though, so anything my family needed, I killed myself giving them.

My daughters were each introduced to different sports and activities as early as three. Swimming, as I recall, was first. Then came gymnastics, then T-ball, then soccer, then dance, and then some type of music. I can't even remember everything any more. You know, I thought I would help my girls realize they could do anything boys could do. I never thought, in a million years, one would choose cheer. I was beside myself.

But, in the interest of fairness, I decided to let her try it and hope she wanted to quit after one season.

Nope. Turns out cheer was as athletic as any other sport or activity she had tried. She also loved being thrown in the air, eek. The learning curve for me was huge, as I wasn't even on the same planet as the cheerleaders in high school. And, darn it, she was really good at it. (sigh) I still forced her to do other things, and turns out she is a talented artist...we found other talents.

In the end, the cheer moms cut me up and ate me for dinner after about five years. You just can't please them. That's that. A lesson in detachment, a lesson in how to be okay with myself even though I was "different." The masses are evil (laughing here-that was a joke).

Much Love,

As you make progress in building your spiritual body you will find that those kinds of disruptions will lessen.
The main thing is to know what you wish to see, for yourself, for your family,
for your nation, and ultimately for the world as a whole.
The other side has an incredible number of spirits willing to assist you in establishing your dream.
Just hang in there, dear Donk. I went through a phase like that, but it was just that, a phase.

Thanks ulli--I'm getting somewhere. In that 4 or 5 hours at the dogpark I met the coolest old man, he helped my boys fish and spoke of many things (mentioned he had 6th sense and brought up Area 51 underground bases) most of all the history in the area. The park attaches to the neighborhood I (and he) grew up--turns out he was the dude on the next block from folks whose house had burnt down a couple years ago (you always hear about the only house in the hood burning down!)

He showed me so much about local wildlife and history--it was so fun--but the best part: the dogpark is actually a large old DuPont estate, a couple hundred acres in the middle of the suburban sprawl of New Castle county about halfway between Delaware's only "city" (Wilmington) and college town (Newark). The DuPonts (the inventors of industrialized chemicals) owned pretty much most of Delaware back in the day. This piece of property was given to or taken by the county when I was very young, I remember it evolving from stables for the county polices horses to a park.

There's a large lake in the middle, with a spill off from one end of it which is like a man made waterfall (I'll try to upload a pic in a bit) the little waterway it forms seems to shallow for anything neither than the single medium sized goldfish we were checking out and a couple tiny sunnies when the dude who was fishing there started talking to us.

My oldest asked him what he was trying to catch (the youngest scampering off sure the dude was a "molester" as he picked up somewhere and likes to say of any old man he sees.by himself). At that moment he said, he was just messing around maybe trying to catch some of the tiny bass he had spotted on his walk up. My son was surprised to hear there could be bass in such a tiny creek that fed the turtle pond just down the hill (someone must have dumped koi/goldfish in there, which is why we got to see out little friend just upstream).

He said the real reason he was down there was that he spotted a catfish. My astute 11 year old was surprised a catfish would be down there and asked about ", and he tells us how it was 2-3 feet long, he saw it in his approach (he was heading up the hill to the lake when it caught his eye) and he knew it was in there cuz he put it there!

We said "what"? He goes "I know I am not supposed to, but I caught two about 3-4 years ago up in a big lake in PA and dropped them in the lake thinking maybe they'd breed. I haven't ever seen them so thought they died but I know I just saw one before you came slide under the rock, I'm hoping to get him out, he (and these little bass and sunnies) must have washed down here." the deepest dark it spot is the other side of the "artificial waterfAll" at the top of the spill off.

"So you guys (my 8 year old had slunk out of hiding after talking so long) are the only ones that know besides my grandkids that there's a big catfish in This place, and I wanna get him back into the big lake." Well me an him talked and talked while my boys caught salamanders and fished under a pristine blue wonderfully sunny sky (being methodically mutilated by disgusting whispy I white streaks one flight at a time)...until my oldest points and says "look I see it!!"

I look to where he's pointing and see the lazy brazen not hungry goldfish I'd been watching, and my youngest goes "oh my god it's huge!"...I'm straining my eyes and ol' joe goes "I'll be damned, see? I wasn't telling stories" and I saw this big ass thing wiggle under the rocks, definitely at least 2 feet. My kids had a blast for awhile trying to scare him back out.

As he was telling of other watering holes he knew of that had a legendary carp or catfish or whatever the locals would catch and release (he said the spot he got the catfish had "the general, an at least 50 year old carp that was 36 pounds last time he heard someone catch him recently) I thought how cool it was that my kids were among the first to know the legend of my lake.

As we spoke of the changes in the area and bigger things (he had once lived in a self sustaining farm in NJ where they had a stream driven power generator that produced more energy than they needed, so the electric companies had to buy from him) we started tackling the problems of the world, and I felt a shock when he said something like "yeah you and me and people like us can't do a goddam thing by ourselves, wish there was some way we could come together."

Like clockwork, the idea got stomped by distraction, as a herd of children came down the hill to come at and fish. Maybe that means something. Maybe us old folk are too late to get together, we each gotta find our own flock of youth to guide to setting things right for there future.

Here & now I'm off to help a friend fix his dishwasher than lunch with one side of the family. My grandmothers companion died today, he was on his way out a long time, so not unexpected, but I had wanted to speak with him about his youth before he got shut in to a home--he designed and built the first nuclear reactors...

This “Human Experiment” video is the the most powerful one so far. I saw it last summer. That’s when I realized there are levels of awake and aware.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why it hasn’t gone viral. It’s a short enough video. Maybe it's time constraints or too painful to watch? Maybe more would watch if the video lead with the published sources where a child that makes a two minute phone call his/her brain is altered for up to two hours, which may cause hyperactivity, ADHD, poor concentration, bad behavior. And where transmitters erected by schools cause brain frying and tumors.

The video is chock-full with atrocities to humans and life at countless levels. Like where the mothers at a peaceful protest were microwaved to make them sick. It caused tumors, personality changes, and suicidal tendencies.

The combined “Human Experiment” and the dolphin one from this past week, where they died a torturous death through hydroacoustics, I stated, “The whole ‘sh!tbirds playing god thing’ is wearing on me. The more I know, the more I wished I didn’t. But in the same breathe, I’d choose awake. I’ve got to remember to use that energy to raise my vibration and help counter the sh!tbirds.”

UPDATE: Yippy! help from Higher: I found this video in three parts.

As long as there is unintegrated stuff floating in the subconscious pool
it will manifest as distraction on the outside.
Not saying this came from you....could be from anyone in your group, or all.

This is why doubt about the higher reality and it's magical effect on the 3 D
must be erased, bit by bit, and replaced with the certainty that all is perfect.
This is what it means to have faith and trust in the highest.
In the end you say: "BE!" and it is.

Yea, and that's why the "lowering your IQ" video from yesterday really cracked me up, because the old saying "ignorance is bliss" does have some truth to it.

Conversely, knowledge has responsibility, and wisdom requires we be the ones who make the change we wish to see in the world, because the masses are lost and asleep, and we are not.

Sometimes I really want to fight this (self imposed) commission and just go get drunk (metaphorically) or hide in a fantasy, but I always seem to wake up to the same truth. If I don't do it, then who will?

Much Love,

Pray to the universe! Can't go wrong. It encompasses everything.

Lots of kids are waking up, and raising awareness.
Many different methods out there:
I'm less worried about the future than I was two years ago.
Just going about my day, with my agenda to empower individuals I discover someone has been there before me.
It's happening.

Yes, me too, I'm encouraged and do see changes, and I don't feel alone. Can't help but feel encouraged when I look into the eyes of a child. I hope I did not leave that impression in my previous post.

MSN network is offline, cannot get to my hotmail account. First I loose my yahoo account and now Msm? Very odd.

Had a run-in just now with Samsung Canada. They would not accept my serial number as valid. I wanted to register my tablet. They have stolen my money for a movie and I wanted to straighten that out. As soon as they decided I had an invalid serial number my link to Msn went down. Even my tablet can't get in.

Can't get into my emails either. It's been three days now

Anyone else have this problem?
Can't get into my emails either. My hotmail keeps telling me wrong password. It's been three days now and I'm waiting on an important message.

"When Michael Palin as Pontius Pilate addressed the soldiers daring them to laugh, he was truly daring them. The soldier extras were ordered by the Pythons to stand there and not laugh but not told what Palin was going to do. "

Seeing this one day later...while drinking my afternoon coffee here,
which nearly ended up all over the keyboard.
Have seen it before ( I believe it was even on this thread) but each time it's like the first time.
I'm so ready to move back to England and revive those innocent Monty Python days...
How I miss them!
Was I not allowed to laugh, perhaps?
In the context of the otherwise serious Village?

...This first one was my introductions to Michael Reynolds, “The Garbage Warrior,” creator of the Earthships.

We follow him through his plight of red tape rejections from big government. Meanwhile, he is lauded around the world because he and his crew goes into devastated areas to rebuild and teach the community members...

I was still so moved by this documentary (Garbage Warrior), second time around. I had to do that little thing I like to do and lay Mike’s words over a picture.
They’re the words of a visionary. The film really brings home how inspiring and hardworking he was through the journey. And just how difficult it can be trying to get everything right with a trailblazing endeavour.

Not as in the "Dark side"as in, I seem to be very sensitive to the light.
Soon I return to Alaska "Home of the midnight sun" so much light. Don't get me wrong. I love working in the garden at midnight. I am blessed to live in two of the most beautiful places on earth. I can sleep when I'm dead as they say.
Peace to the village, and to the universe, out to the porch to sit in the dark, listen to the crickets and the river as it makes its way down stream.

Thank you Paula! I love making pictures and collages. I find it meditative, gazing deeply into images I find beautiful and imagining a world of stories around them. Sometimes, if I’ve not been able to get out in the park, last thing at night I’ll flick through pictures of trees and then they’re what I see when I close my eyes.
Youtube has a little option now where, when you click the share button, it lets you pause at a specific time in the vid and create a link with that time as the start point. It is a magical invention! I’ve become very fond of it.

Good Morning, Village :)

Sierra!!!! How wonderful!!!! And yukondiva, I've been wondering where you've been. I've also been wondering where Jake went...well, lots of people pop in and pop out, I think about the ones who aren't popping in, thinking about them.

Last night I couldn't sleep. I was so wrapped up in discovery, I was enjoying it so much that I couldn't get myself to sleep. I was peeling back the thoughts and being authentic. And thinking about the ramifications of who I am, my natural state of being. And how I can tell what is mine and what is old programming running. And how emotions work, and which ones are Mine and which ones are old programming, which ones are authentic. It was really awesome.

Today is full of potential. Three weeks of illnesses, maybe we have hit the end. Em had a stomach something or other Saturday night and all day yesterday, Sunday. She is worried about school, truancy, yada yada. I'm sure that only aggravated the situation. Sending love to her as she sleeps.

Sending love to All this morning :) So much....

Hi! Everybody,

I've been gone a few days, but I'm going to catch up this morning. It's hard to keep up with my life, let alone keep up online! LOL

I'll upload some pics and really catch up with where I've been in a few minutes here...

But some good news is: my RV is at the home of an RV mechanic, my van was delivered to a car shop on Saturday, and I got new contacts so I can see out of both eyes.

I had a frightening bad experience that left me upset Friday, and I was tired of having so many bad experiences, one right after another. I spoke out my feelings to the Universe and said: NO more!

Then, my car started and didn't have to be towed, I got an email saying that I'd be called into service soon (alluding to a career opportunity around my true life's work), and I just felt different. I got several calls from friends yesterday and one gave me a reading. They all helped me to clear the energy of my previous relationship that was no longer serving my highest good.

I was crippled with having no home, no car, and I was visually impaired. Two out of three solved by tomorrow: car and eyes. I also have a temporary place to stay that has Internet. I'm sleeping in a hospital bed in the living room of my friend who was taking care of his parents who went into a nursing home. He is being very sweet to me and taking care of me during this time. Angels show up!

Thank you all for being there. Now I'll catch up and then see about uploading the cloudship pictures that I took a few weeks ago...

Happy Monday!

The video is chock-full with atrocities to humans and life at countless levels. Like where the mothers at a peaceful protest were microwaved to make them sick. It caused tumors, personality changes, and suicidal tendencies.
