Find the source of bleakness, analyze in context and out of self, and it shall dissolve.

Emotional discord is always a position in perception. It is both self created and part of life's flow (our personal astrology and that of the world's flow in and out of us). We can be in and out of responsibility for it's origins and flow, but some aspect of self is always involved. For better or worse, it is we who make it or break it. Emotional calm is always a prerequisite and precondition for dissolving the given issue. If it does not dissolve, then it's origins can be deeper than the analysis has looked. To find root causes, to not treat symptoms. Since our intellect is based upon the fundamentals of emotional body origins, we will many times find it beneath the words, beneath the 'mind' of ego.

Many thanks Carmody, I have to look at the aspects of self involved. Yesterday, my daughter had a problem (small one) with the school director. She ask me to speak to him and be loud. I answered no, I would be diplomatic. She then said "how come you used to be strong and sometimes a fighter, and now you are almost always soft" to which I instinctively answered "this is my true nature" and I felt it very deeply.

I then realised that I had been a fighter because I had to, for survival, and still could be if needed, but this is not my true nature. My inner nature is quite soft, becoming a fighter was difficult for me. I think this is a part of the aspects of self that are involved in my difficulties: remaining too far away from my true nature.

And yesterday, when I was in my true nature, I was pretty calm emotinally, disappointed but cosy within myself and calm. Today is another story, survival has kicked in. Ego has kicked in I bet.

Thanks Carmody, you really are giving me food for thought and a path to look at.

By the way, I just want to state that I was very aware that Carmody's post was not adressed to me. But as you can see, it nevertheless was. lol

I decided to drop the master degree since it would bring nothing in terms of my primary objectives.

I am revising my whole stratégies.

I thought of horoscope and Wonder why I am not hooking to it, to realize that I would still be, not only on a per day contract basis, but on a per hour basis to put food on the table and I do have problem to live with that kind of stress. If I had moneys coming from somewhere else, I would probably do it.

Then I thought of being a "life coach", I certainly would not be worst than most, may be hopefully better, I do have the studies for this. This is what my meditation friend who has the PhD in the field I was studying and is a psychotherapist recommended me. But still at an hourly basis.

So I made about 10 job applications yesterday and will go on that way. My target: an easy enough job to put food on the table and have time to learn astrology by night or do some life coach stuff. I just hope that my age won't stop hiring me.

And of course, I have to take care of my thyroid stuff, seeing the specialist next week to discuss what was found earlier on and what to do.

Had to make myself watch these videos. @ 1:00 in the first video, the young lady explains knock out is when you hit them, it’s like they go to sleep.

Can’t help but wonder if the authorities look the other way in preparation for the next phase of control, i.e., problem, reaction, solution. Or justification for the cameras and auditory technology. With the video proof, why aren’t they arrested?

It crossed my mind that these kids are encouraged and paid like internet trolls.

I never grow tired of that one, Wind. Good reminder of what we listen to. Dr. Emoto's experiment came to mind. I have a liter size jar filled with water. I posted a sticky note facing both inward and outward that says, "I Love You" & "You are Loved".

Masaru Emoto was born in Yokohama, Japan in July 1943 and a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University's department of humanities and sciences with a focus on International Relations. In 1986 he established the IHM Corporation in Tokyo. In October of 1992 he received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Subsequently he was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology. The quest thus began to discover the mystery of water.



He undertook extensive research of water around the planet not so much as a scientific researcher, but more from the perspective of an original thinker. At length he realized that it was in the frozen crystal form that water showed us its true nature through. Water from clear mountain springs and streams had beautifully formed crystalline structures, while the crystals of polluted or stagnant water were deformed and distorted.



Distilled water exposed to classical music took delicate, symmetrical crystalline shapes. 



When the words "thank you" were taped to a bottle of distilled water, the frozen crystals had a similar shape to the crystals formed by water that had been exposed to Bach's "Goldberg Variations"- music composed out of gratitude to the man it was named for. 



When water samples were bombarded with heavy metal music or labeled with negative words, or when negative thoughts and emotions were focused intentionally upon them, such as "Adolf Hitler", the water did not form crystals at all and displayed chaotic, fragmented structures. 



When water was treated with aromatic floral oils, the water crystals tended to mimic the shape of the original flower.



Sometimes, when we cannot see the immediate results of our affirmations and or prayers, we think we have failed. But, as we learn through Masaru Emoto's photographs, that thought of failure itself becomes represented in the physical objects that surround us. Now that we have seen this, perhaps we can begin to realize that even when immediate results are invisible to the unaided human eye, they are still there. When we love our own bodies, they respond. When we send our love to the Earth, she responds.



For our own bodies at birth are more than 60 percent water, and the percentage of water in our bodies remains high throughout life (depending upon weight and body type). The earth's surface is more than 60 percent water as well. And now we have seen before our eyes that water is far from inanimate, but is actually alive and responsive to our every thought and emotion. Perhaps, having seen this, we can begin to really understand the awesome power that we possess, through choosing our thoughts and intentions, to heal ourselves and the earth. If only we believe.

Kate is nicely twisted. At the end of the record, when the stylus sits in the 'run out' groove, it makes the sound of an old rotary dial telephone. The sound the dial makes when it goes/spins back to it's starting position. So, at the end of the record, it sits there and constantly dials, but gets no connection.

On fretless bass is Michael Manring, whom I've been lucky enough to see live (with Michael Hedges.) It was Michael Manring's CD, "Thonk" that was the background music for my drive from Duluth to Rochester, MN, following the ambulance my wife was in, being taken to the Mayo Clinic for brain surgery. I had held up well through the emotions of the previous day - a day that had included her first emergency brain surgery in Duluth, but something in one of the Michael Manring songs reached deep inside of me and broke me down. By the time the song was over, I was crying so hard I could hardly see the road.

That memory just popped into my head while listening to this. (BTW, she's fine now.) :~)

I note that the response to "Sly'n'Robbie" (da riddum twins) who played on the Grace Jones album, is another album where the producer spent over one month on the bass track alone, to perfect the driving beat of that song. sly and Robbie can pull that off, live, all day long. it is that drive, that beat, which is what gives the song it's depth of grabbing people.

you might say that we are combining the ideals or projections that stand within tantric sex and illumination ( all the way to ancient dance and ritual gatherings) via that channel... with the more esoteric/sexless ideologies of illumination. To ground the human in all ways, as illumination appears on the scene. This was noted and illustrated quite nicely in the film Baraka, for example. All the myriad ways, combining with one another.

Which Brings you to groups like DCD. Dead can Dance - their very Raison d'être, seemingly...to combine it all into one.

My point is that people wonder if humanity is changing, if it is moving in the right direction. Is there a sign, oh Lord, a sign? Yes there is. it's right there, as clear as it can be, in the reflection and expression of self and connectivity...that is music.

Some music is frozen, as those who listen reflect and meditate to/through/with it identify with it's specific type of involvement and projection. Country, classical, opera, some others, all frozen into a specific state.

Well Mercury has not gained speed yet so some disinformation still lingers, but as far as i know some stores don't accept cash and it might be difficult to get cash from the "desk" in some banks so you must have a card with a chip to get it from a "bank automat" as we say in Sweden. This causes problems for elderly pple and young pple aslo who don't have any card....

I have changed my mind, to a large degree, as of recent, in the past few days. As in how to get past this logjam. We are nearing the time, I think, to move forward. Since that is going to be tricky and it is going to require some form of acting, on the part of many. I advised some form of actual active activism in the Free energy field.

Contrary to Wade, I feel that it would be the right thing to choke 'Godzilla' with too many people, as opposed to fear Godzilla and do nothing. ie, to not have a few, which can be controlled and blocked... but legion moving toward and into free energy. Die the death of a thousand cuts-forever, or the thousand die the death of trying, so the billions can live.

Along the way, enlightenment occur and the scarcity mindset will dissipate simultaneously (passing through one another), or humanity will die off. I like to think that humanity will choose life.

So many free energy attempts and projects...that it simply clogs the technology blocking gearworks. That Godzilla gets blocked up from the excessive levels. Even in the best case scenario, that is what is going to happen. Godzilla is not going anywhere until Godzilla is made to leave.

Wade seems to want people to loose the scarcity mindset before free energy is attempted. I agree. But there is a point he is seemingly not addressing. which is the alchemical standpoint, where the alchemist and the transmutation are one, where they both happen at the same time.

That a series of motions toward freedom by greed minded/self oriented individuals can end up in a path of freedom, proper mindset, humanitarian thinking, and a lack of scarcity.

The outcome is virtually guaranteed, but the path (and the walk on it) is fraught with dangers. Dangers... Questions and answers which will create the new paradigm, simply via the attempt.

The proposal of coming to a conclusion and awareness beforehand (Wade's proposition) is contrary to all understandings of what a journey is.

Until people force it, it will not happen. The deep desire for inertia is deeply held by what holds humanity back and by extension, this hold is expressed into humanity. In the same way a boss can color his entire workforce, the desire for inertia and control by this so-called Godzilla..colors and contorts us.

I agree with Wade that he should pursue what he is pursuing but I also agree that those who read what he proposes also move forward with their free energy ideas, and give it away, at all times and ways, whenever and whatever they can. seven billion people will not do things his way, seven billion people will do things their way, and that is all there is to it. They must arrive at the beginning and then travel their own journey - and that is how it works.

Of course, a major fire has been raging all day, in front of my house.

About 2 hours ago (8 pm PT) I felt very weak. I couldn't really articulate or continue to stand. I sat and drank 3 glasses of water. I reclined and then felt a pull to go into deep contemplation. This used to happen a lot, I would fall asleep. I would feel it coming and knew I was going down. There were pressing concerns which kept me from meditating (food in oven) at that time, so I just had to keep on doing regular earth stuff. I still feel very disjointed... like most of me is not here. I am going to lie down... bbl <3

Between my computer at work and home ... there are a number of images I cannot see even though I am the one posting them. Part of that no doubt to do with the firewall at work but I think a computer's operating system (version or even browser) has something to do with it as well.

I have changed my mind, to a large degree, as of recent, in the past few days. As in how to get past this logjam. We are nearing the time, I think, to move forward. Snd that is going to be tricky and it is going to require some form of acting, on the part of many. I advised some form of actual active activism in the Free energy field.

Contrary to Wade, I feel that it would be the right thing to choke 'Godzilla' with too many people, as opposed to fear Godzilla and do nothing. ie, to not have a few, which can be controlled and blocked... but legion moving toward and into free energy. Die the death of a thousand cuts-forever, or the thousand die the death of trying, so the billions can live.

Along the way, enlightenment occur and the scarcity mindset will dissipate simultaneously (passing through one another), or humanity will die off. I like to think that humanity will choose life.

So many free energy attempts and projects...that it simply clogs the technology blocking gearworks. That Godzilla gets blocked up from the excessive levels. Even in the best case scenario, that is what is going to happen. Godzilla is not going anywhere until Godzilla is made to leave.

Wade seems to want people to loose the scarcity mindset before free energy is attempted. I agree. But there is a point he is seemingly not addressing. which is the alchemical standpoint, where the alchemist and the transmutation are one, where they both happen at the same time.

That a series of motions toward freedom by greed minded/self oriented individuals can end up in a path of freedom, proper mindset, humanitarian thinking, and a lack of scarcity.

The outcome is virtually guaranteed, but the path (and the walk on it) is fraught with dangers. Dangers... Questions and answers which will create the new paradigm, simply via the attempt.

The proposal of coming to a conclusion and awareness beforehand (Wade's proposition) is contrary to all understandings of what a journey is.

Until people force it, it will not happen. The deep desire for inertia is deeply held by what holds humanity back and by extension, this hold is expressed into humanity. In the same way a boss can color his entire workforce, the desire for inertia and control by this so-called Godzilla..colors and contorts us.

I agree with Wade that he should pursue what he is pursuing but I also agree that those who read what he proposes also move forward with their free energy ideas, and give it away, at all times and ways, whenever and whatever they can. seven billion people will not do things his way, seven billion people will do things their way, and that is all there is to it. I have taken one of the QT workshops, and I can attest, the basic technique is indeed very powerful and is more effective ate bringing about immediate physical changes than any other system I have experience with.

One example, I have a friend who once had a facelift. While operating on her, the surgeon had cauterized a blood vessel under her cheek, subsequently killing the blood vessel. She had a spot of necrosis, dying flesh, come up on the side of her face. Revisiting the surgeon, she was told that the necrosis would be allowed to take its course, and the dead spot would then be cut out entirely. What happpened was, visiting me at my store, we went into a more secluded portion of the store and I treated her using the basic QT technique for about 30 minutes. I got a call from her a few hours later, saying that when she left my store she stopped to put gas in her car before driving the hour and a half long trip home, and while she was pumping the gas blood started gushing from the rotting hole in her face, and by the time she got home it was a completely normal looking scab. When I saw her again about 2 weeks later, the scab was gone, and no scar was discernable, and this person wears no makeup of any kind, so she was not covering the scar.

I have lots of these stories.... if you have a chance to work with a QT practitioner, do it. It will help your physical condition tremendously, I would think.

Sometimes I feel more energized than before, but then again usually coffee is the only thing that keeps me in a normal functional state most of the time... And I only drink very little coffee daily due to my nervous system.

Me also, i've been extremely tired the last 4 days in spite of sleeping 8 hours a night...also reflected in my chart. I woke up at 2.30Am could not sleep and watched the videos with the Quantum Healer, fell asleep at 5Am and woke up at 10. There's a lot going on in my life..strange feelings..not all bad...i think it's In The Air for all of us coinciding with our ailments.....

You could be quite right about his fondness for speed in relation to memories from before birth.
It is reflected in many of his physical games that he plays, not much to our delight :)

He is a Scorpio though, born on November the ninth in 2007 at 12:58 in The Hague (Den Haag), Netherlands.
If there is one of many experts here who'd like to check his chart for fondness of speed, we could verify.

Anyway, about the answers:
My partner and me have developed the strategy to stimulate an inquiring mind, instead of trying to quench his thirst for answer with information which we haven't really confirmed ourselves.
We often tell him that we don't know the answer to a question, but how we could set out a proper search to get that answer.
Often we tell him that humanity hasn't being able to find the proper answer for this question and we tell him about the different groups that exist that do claim to know this answer and what they believe it is.
Basically, we try to teach him that beyond certain aspects of being able to calculate risks, the future to some extend, the ability to make plans to get to a certain outcome etc, that we know in fact very little and that we are as kids in that respect.

So, I was able to tell him with a metaphor of a bouncing ball against a wall how light reflects on a mirror, but with the other questions especially that last, I haven't bothered to pollute his mind with the very little that I think I might know about the subject other than that it is our attention that determines for some part where we are (in the physical or the different realms that we enter in dreamland)

I thought immediately of Marianne when she talked about every drop of water containing a crystal, and how each crystal speaks with every other crystal on the planet. Quite interesting from that aspect, both the concept and that Marianne was just talking about the love notes on the water.

To be honest, I shy away from "love is the answer" messages usually...at least from the love and light crowd, which I feel are off balance. So, I'm not offering it from that standpoint. I wonder, myself, if she is correct about love being the highest vibration. Certainly fear is a low vibration and love would be a higher vibration than fear...but...I honestly do not know if love is the highest. I hope this finds its way to those it will speak to.

I found another use for Castor Oil today. Somehow I got a patch of poison ivy on my hand yesterday and this morning it was itching like hades. At a loss for what to do, I saw my castor oil and decided to try it out. I rub it on the patch of irritated skin and the itching stopped immediately and the patch has disappeared entirely. Castor Oil: strong stuff!

So last night I was hemming and hawing about how to introduce castor oil packs to a chemist (pops) who likes to read scientific journals debunking alternative treatments, when I saw this post. Gave me the idea to just apply a small amount to one of his rashes as a topical treatment, like any of the other creams he's been using. Told him to hold the towel on the rash for a few minutes, then wiped it clean with a towelette. This morning when I asked him if it helped any, he said it wasn't itching as much... maybe we can try a full abdominal application next weekend.

The thread “Human-looking ETs secretly in U.S.?” reminded me of someone I saw yesterday when I was leaving the market. And it’s the third time in 4-6 weeks that I heard myself state matter-of-factly, “He’s an ET”. It was in the same shopping mall though different stores, and the first meeting was in the parking lot. They were unusually tall or it’s the same one, with big, round, cloudy-blue eyes. Expressionless, and I didn’t pick up feelings. Often, I’ll read someone’s general state through their aura. I see/sense gray with the Tall One. I’ll see dark surround someone, others I’ll see the range of colors, but not gray. So I don’t know what that means. If push comes to shove, I’d say neutral.

With the Tall One, I make unassuming eye contact and continue on. But by mind communication, they were aware that I was aware, they were an ET. Or the other way around, they confirmed that they were. Hard to say? What came first, the chicken or the egg. Or imagination?

The place that I bring Wolfie for a walk is a spot off to the side of the same shopping area. That’s where I have felt for about a year, year and half, that if I were to met one, it’ll be there. Up until this morning, I never put any of this together.

On another note, but am open to possible connections:

I feel like I can no longer call where I live a rural community. I learned that one town over there’s a brand new Walmart. I gotta get out more often. (thought, not there.) There are lots, and lots of chemtrails. Not only are there a lot more small planes, but there are loud and fast moving jets. The ones where they’ve passed and the sound is way behind. And more helicopters that make wide sweeping circles. And a couple of nights ago, they were out about 9:00 p.m., not much higher than the tree line. I understand there are scheduled drills on the east coast. Maybe that’s part of it, but it’s been going since before early spring.

I would very much like to Carmody and we are doing the best we can, though we are stumbling around as to how.
It is already happening though, since he isn't as open to receive telepathic messages as he used to. He makes use of if still, when sending a message, but nowadays, when my girlfriend is trying to inform if he's doing alright, for instance when he is visiting his grandparents, she often gets a static, where 2 years ago, she could always reach him.

Since last week when he found out that I can't do it, we make it more a subject to talk about at the table when having diner, to get his understanding about it up.

The most important thing is that he learns that it is very OK, but also that it is a rare trade and many people will scare away from it when confronted with it, or ridicule it.
It would not surprise me that despite our efforts he will lose interest in it for the duration of his teens, hopefully to pick it up again when he gets into his adulthood.

With stuff like this, you can't be too cramped up about letting it exist, because he'll certainly feel the pressure from it.

Just back from the Adirondak National Park (NY State).

I had a calm and nice stay in the camp of one of my old friend. Saw a bunch of geese on the lake near my friend camp. This afternoon, we went to visit a friend of hers who had a real Adirondack rustic house. All made of lumber, deer antle for ceiling lamp, etc.

On the way back, it was dark, I was driving fast enough completely alone on a country road in the woods when I came all of a sudden to a complete stop. There were deers crossing the road, saw my lights, froze, I stop at about 10 feet of them. One crossed, the second crossed, the third got out of the wood and crossed, I waited for a while for my heart to stop pumping and to see in any other one would cross. The rest of the way was rather slow.

The house we visited was bit like this one: (now that I think of it I should have taken pictures of the place, it was filled top with antiques, completely build with a kind of pine that does not rot, very nice, very filled)

I have changed my mind, to a large degree, as of recent, in the past few days. As in how to get past this logjam. We are nearing the time, I think, to move forward. Since that is going to be tricky and it is going to require some form of acting, on the part of many. I advised some form of actual active activism in the Free energy field.




There does seem to be several obvious "cracks in the matrix".

OBummercare is unravelling daily (... and according to those in the field who have looked at the website's code it cannot be patched ... it would take starting from scratch and that could be another 3 year project).

Not just the website. The real nightmare will begin when the system itself actually goes active in 2014. Stolen Identity on steroids ... doctors going overseas en mass ... and so on.

That was one of the keys for the illooney naughties to take the next step.

Some hospitals charged the insurance companies $120,000 to set a broken arm. So the insurance companies fight back by hacking into the hospital sites.
The corruption is as you said, parasites within parasites...true gang warfare.

Ever since the notion of Obummercare has come along I have never thought of it as a legitmate "public healthcare system". Aside from the rare Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich there are no benevolent people in government at a federal level trying to actually "serve" the people.

A shockingly common concept was brought to light (though obviously missed by the masses) when Nancy Pelosi stated that they needed to pass Obamacare (or the "affordable healthcare act") in order to ***see what was in it***.

Only then do I get my contractor's license. This is in contravention of Canada's human rights law, where no one is to be singled out due to race, creed or color. It is an unfair practice run by a private consortium that has somehow managed to muscle its way into our lives. The insurance industry is the biggest scam in our lives, singling out individuals for fleecing, while propagandizing their unfair practice by demonizing a certain class of individual.
For example, "bad drivers" - the biggest scam of all. But it is nice to get cheap coverage and blame high premiums on bad driving, as opposed to bad luck, which in most cases is what it really is. The other really good propaganda message from the insurance companies is the amount of fraud perpetrated by account holders. Here is the latest from Little Grandmother. I'm torn sharing this. I'm in a vulnerable place at the moment, and criticism is coming from several angles. So I hope like the dickens that anyone this doesn't resonate with will please simply excuse this interruption from the here and now. I'm really being nudged to share it, and I've learned to listen to the nudges.

I thought immediately of Marianne when she talked about every drop of water containing a crystal, and how each crystal speaks with every other crystal on the planet. Quite interesting from that aspect, both the concept and that Marianne was just talking about the love notes on the water.

To be honest, I shy away from "love is the answer" messages usually...at least from the love and light crowd, which I feel are off balance. So, I'm not offering it from that standpoint. I wonder, myself, if she is correct about love being the highest vibration. Certainly fear is a low vibration and love would be a higher vibration than fear...but...I honestly do not know if love is the highest. I hope this finds its way to those it will speak to.

The funny thing is that I tend think so deeply, but I actually feel things even more strongly. I guess it's some kind of a deeper knowledge which goes beyond thoughts... I agree with Sam. A friend of mine has spent lots of money on traditional doctors and medications and alternative methods including homeopathy and acupuncture. He's had it since the 1980's and resides in Connecticut less than 40 miles from Lyme, CT.

Thanks Paula, i've browsed the Internet for about everything ever written about Lyme and read some books. The denial about chronic Lyme is almost total in Sweden. Although there was a radioshow this summer even touching the story about the woman in Lyme who started the "disclosure" and found the Md who made the research, they still don't go "there" - that is Chronic Lyme - although just about every taxidriver in the area where i attracted it (east coast north of Stockholm) where its' called "Roslagssjukan" "The Roslags Disease" know about pple who have long term severe sympotoms from non-treated Lyme. If you get penicillin within 12 weeks the spirochetes have not spread but after that they start to morph so the immune system cannot find them and the final state is a cyst that can lie dormant for years and then start to hatch when the immunesystem is lowered.

Also you don't necessarily get Lyme the first time you get a tickbite since your immunesystem can handle it. But if you are weakened for some reason and get more bites Lyme is a fact. I treat myself with F-scan frequencytherapy (developed and enhanced from Hulda Clark Rife machines) prohibited in the US but not in Europe. I have avoided Colloidal Silver since i learned that it works like conventional antibiotics in the sense that the spirochetes morph and hide as soon as they detect this "enemy". You cannot kill the bacteria any other place than in the bloodsystem so they hide in the tissue, skeleton, eyelobes and plaque in the colon. Magnesiumsalt bath is said to be able to crack the cysts open and then you can try to kill them. I take tons of supplements since the bacteria wreak havoc with minerals and the connective tissue.

I even try distant Quantum Touch healing and at the moment i don't know if it will help.

Thought processes are slower than feelings as there are any number of options to consider,
while feelings are only two-fold; good or bad, comfortable or uncomfortable,
just like instinct (which is in charge of survival), where the options are fight or flight..

The thing with thoughts is this:
By seeing a larger range of options, a menu of choices, one can weigh options carefully
and decide on the best plan of action.
Not so with feelings on their own, which just say yes or no.

A kid who decided (decisions mean thought) to save up their weekly pocket money for a bicycle
can either give into the feel-good temptation of buying an ice cream with that money instead,
and therefore never get that bicycle.
So for anything that is more than a whim discipline is required,
feelings need to be ignored, and that only works via thought processes, like reminders.

But on the whole, all three (instinct-feeling-thought) need to be active.
Feelings provide enthusiasm and are not to be sniffed at.
Without enthusiasm there can be no action.

Ah, Ulli, something I can finally bite into. And thanks for dropping by my page.

This dynamic of mundane versus esoteric has had me stumped for so long. And with the work on energy modalities, most notably yoga and reiki, it has become a morass of conflicting experiences and understanding and focus. Until recently.

Recently I have come to understand a very important and fundamental component of our life here on earth: that I am my own guru. It is this forever-old dichotomy that leaves most of us perplexed and unconvinced. And in that very confused state, whether we acknowledge it or not, we fall back on the tried-and-true conditioning that has kept us prisoner for so long. We retreat to our familiar strongholds that are easily defended without the need for comprehension or even a functioning philosophical precept. It is a packaged contrivance that all can buy into and easily defend by dint of numbers alone, never mind the infinite set of examples that support its basic tenets. But they are a contrivance none the less and are therefore not true.

To counter this preponderance of evidence that wrestles every experience into submission with preconceived reactive measures requires a superhuman effort barely worthy of consideration because of its ineffectiveness. Yet isn't that statement part and parcel of the mindset we all inherit as conditioning in our early years?

Is it true?

Hardly.

In any circumstance, at every moment, each of us has access to the truth. It runs just below the dialog most of us consider to be our rational selves working on current issues in our lives - the mind talk. Yet if you listen, you will hear another voice that undoes all the so-called rational thinking and lays in plain sight, the plain truth. Often this voice is not what we want to hear - it's not part of the script. So often we just ignore it (we are all well conditioned ignorers). Still, the voice, if we are being honest, is far more compelling than the loud and often wild clamor of our usual thoughts.

The voice is so foreign that it can be misunderstood as delusional thinking. Yet just as our usual thoughts always find another to blame or a fresh excuse to vindicate our actions, the voice always brings it back to you. And now i will watch "Everything for Sweden" Swedish Americans coming to Sweden competing to meet their relatives. They find Sweden to be Paradise on earth and call it their real home etc but of course they never go to the grey suburbs with high unemployment where most of the immigrants and fugitives are "piled up" and shootings and burnings occur now and then.

And now the Americans are riding a bus with a countrymusic dance band and the musicians stops to pee just next to the road. The Americnas go:jaw: In the US you'll go to jail for doing this they say!

It's rather moving actually as they start to read about their ancestors sitting outside the house where they were living before emigrating to America, fascinated to discover incredible similarities in profession and character and all of them start to cry...

I vacillate between reading the experts’ material and listening to the inner Wise One. The intellectual part of me gets to doubting. Which is one reason why I toss out to the Universe and I get confirmation signs. And the experts often come my way as synchronities.

The leaves are gone from the trees, the last few driven to the ground in wind and rain over the weekend. Winter is late arriving this year.
I still have a big pot of herbs in a protected spot on the southern-facing deck, dill and parsley. There's rosemary and watercress, basil, thyme, and oregano inside, gracing the house with their beauty and scent.
I will harvest the dill for lacto-fermented veggies tomorrow, and pot up the parsley for inside.

So, I see there is a new member who started a thread about magick. And I read the invitation to share, read the responses. I realized how cautious I am. I do have opinions on some things, I even have some wisdom on some things. Do I share this? No. Why not? I cannot decide. It might be that sharing attracts green slime. Not literal green slime, but you know what I mean. Maybe if I could build an energy wall around me that was impenetrable, that would be different. But to this point, I have not found my energy wall to be impenetrable. Thus I shy from sharing.

But the thread did get me to thinking. There is absolutely something inside me, some part of my experience, some calling of my soul....something....that allows things to happen in a very natural way. Things that make me weird. Things that I would not say out loud, things that if known would make me a target, things that make me feel very much detached from this world. Things that by the standards of the majority on the planet make me the leper. But to me, they just feel normal. They just happen. I don't go studying on them, I don't go in search of them, and I hate like hell when they are labeled. Old baggage there, I assume. it is more that they reveal themselves or I stumble onto something or realize that I have been doing something all along that people really don't understand.

And you know what? The more I release Mike, the stronger I feel in this area. Releasing him is difficult, but it is happening. And the more it happens, the weirder I feel. Weird in a good way. Energy I have not felt before moves in. Beings give messages. Something pulls at me.

Onward and upward. Trusting the Universe, trusting the higher ups, trusting myself on the Highest level. The most difficult task to this point, but it is happening. I appreciate all the love I have felt, both from those I can reach out and touch and those I can sense but not touch.

I've been thinking about emotions and energy... And how we hold onto them even if they don't serve us. I'm actually a very introvert person and I have a very hard time talking to others about my deep feelings... Only when I develop a feeling of trust then I am able to reveal my true vulnerable self. I have noticed that I too tend to carry sometimes emotional baggage and it actually brings me down energetically. I'm not a person who cries very often, but I have noticed that when I have a good belly laugh or cry I feel renewed. Something actually happens energetically and it heals... Although unless you come up with specific examples
I can't quite see which of my posts gave you such an idea.

I admit that I might have used the word" they" a few times,
but that is mostly because the essence of this forum is about the perceived plots and plans of a deceitful elite,
who are not being as transparent with us "great unwashed" as their school curriculum lets the young generation believe.
But I also dedicate many posts to the need to first of all achieve inner unity, or integrity.

This thread that Ulli started quite some time ago with many, many posts covering about every aspect of our personal lives and the world around us and our gathering together to do 'higher' doings is going on in a very combined and unseen way from this place where we type and share...these matters that really matter that you brought up in your post is exactly what we are about...and the 'we' includes some that are not here now but are doing the .'higher' work in unison of spirit.. Last night I was sitting on my front porch having a mug of hot cocoa and watching the mist come in through the trees. Beautiful and mysterious. Then it got unusually quiet and still in the forest. I felt the energy shift and stood up looking at the stream near my house. A pack of coyotes, 5 of them came running out of a flood drain toward a field pursued by a large white spherical energy. Just as they got through the fence around the field, they all shifted into tall shadow beings, stood at the fence for a while then walked into the field and disappeared into the trees. The white sphere stopped at the fence, swirled around a few times and vanished. Weird eerie night in the forest. I went inside with the cats and sat by the fire.

The mists have come again, I'm staying by the fire tonight.

Thanks for posting this, cheered me up and just what i needed in this very moment. You never heared it? Got viral some months ago and they even performed in LA..and now on Ellen DeGeneres:clap2: What i like about these guys is that they appeal to all ages and it's not about violence, sex, drugs or being "crazy in love"...Awesome friendly guys from Norway hitting the fan (is this a correct expression?)

Bottom line—eat more greens and less meat to get more micronutrient bang per caloric buck and to suppress your calorie intake.

When a diet is centered around WHOLE unprocessed foods (vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts & seeds) the diet contains a healthy amount of protein. It does not need to be a concern.
FACT: Green vegetables are about 1/2 protein, 1/4 carb and 1/4 fat.
"Well I for sure don't consume my protein via ANIMALS...are you kidding me?" Did you know that ANIMAL PROTEIN promotes every stage of cancer in rates? The amount of ANIMAL PROTEIN consumption in CHINA directly correlates with CANCER incidence? (Read THE CHINA STUDY)
"Which has more protein - oatmeal, ham or a tomato?" The answer is that they all have about the same amount of protein per calorie. The difference is, the tomato and the oatmeal have FIBER and many other nutrients that fight disease. HAM- not only comes from a PIG, an animal that does not have sweat glands- GROSS! But it contains cholesterol and saturated fat. Now- remember...SATURATED FAT and DIETARY Cholesterol cause the number one killer in this country- HEART DISEASE. All animal products are devoid of FIBER!

Good morning Village!

Frosty here! Need to get the faucet covers on (after the fact :))!

Day 14 of yoga! Starting at my age has been a challenge! I love the feeling of stretched muscles!

Off this morning to do shopping for a pre-Thanksgiving family dinner on Saturday. I find the older I get the less I like to cook! Maybe stems from 3 meals a day for 3 children for many years!

Grand parents day at my grandson's school tomorrow. Have to drive in to Seattle! Not looking forward to the city vibe!
