Wow! I have polar bear cub like this from my childhood in my bedroom! I remember though that at the time i was not allowed to play with it so i had an ordinairy brown bear who is very much cuddled with, he sits beside the white one :grouphug:

Chopping wood on mountain bike! I see you’ve about perfected the art of multi-D living where multi-tasking is but child’s play. ;)

Side note: The few times I chopped wood it was more like boink-boink rather than chop-chop. The rest of the time was wrestling out the axe from the log.

I reasoned that the tree knew his final end was somewhere on a compost with the other ashes. I did consider explaining that he’d get to nurture veggies gardens by next spring. Instead, I left the axe stuck in the stump and I went in for Ben & Jerry’s.

I spent many years with Rinpoches and Lamas in the Dri Kun Kagyu of Tibetan Buddhism. A lot of practice of various meditations and teachings. In the Buddha meditations one dissolves the affliction or ailment into its pure form to the Buddha.

This is my 1244th post on this thread, so I guess I just passed the 1234 mark without noticing, an appropriate place to be for what comes in this next instalment. It get a bit complicated I’m afraid… I had to read it through more than once myself, so good luck with that :)

If like me you have always considered theology to be the ultimate in weird metaphysics, then here is some indication as to what it’s supposed to be all about. The trinity is the central mystery of Christianity, i.e. not supposed to be understood but taken on faith. However, when you see the method behind the high strangeness, you understand that it simply doesn’t work: it reaches a dead end in what Wolfgang Pauli calls ‘Platonic infertility’. As previously, I am presenting the material of Remo Roth here, with comments of my own as I go along. Just as a reminder, Remo Roth is a former pupil of Marie-Louise von Franz, who was Pauli’s analyst and Jung’s colleague, so he is in a privileged position to explain and overcome the difficulties encountered by the two men in the field of synchronicity.

The Medieval Platonist Scotus Eriugena’s idea was of a creation (natura) having active and passive aspects: creating (creans) and created (creatum). You have first a non-created creator and a created creator, respectively God the Father, the transcendent origin, and God the Son – the one coming into the world. This second person thus embodies the creative force in Ideas – which amounts to stating that Ideas are simultaneously abstract concepts and material objects. The third combination is of the created with the non-creating, i.e. the corporeal world. Again there is an apparent paradox in equating this materiality with the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit. It is the paradox of divine immanence: ‘God has created Himself in the world’. We do it all the time ourselves. Whenever I make a post, I create myself in that post. We call this soul, and this is precisely what soulless Artificial Intelligence (a hot topic these days) does not and cannot do. Hence the title of Remo Roth’s book is The Return of the World Soul, and that is the force that will save the world because AI is powerless to resist it.

The problem with this trinity is of course that there is a fourth term here: the uncreated non-creator. Scotus is at a loss what to do with it and, says Pauli, since he is in a Platonist mindset of a static, unchanging cosmos, for him it is a goal of theosis (deification) that melds with the first person. I would add: you see the ‘fall’ from spirit to matter in two steps, but the path to redemption is like a ladder with a rung missing. I see the Christian view of redemption through Jesus on the cross as an attempt at taking us back the way we came. But this is contrary to the symbolism of the cross as shown in Pauli’s diagram below. Basically the system is bust, and why it is bust is because it is a static description of a dynamic (Hermetic) system. The circle should be a spiral.

Alternatively, here is an analogy of my own. You might see this two-tiered setup as being like a double door to a public building, designed to keep an ideal temperature on the inside despite wild fluctuations on the outside. The doors going in are jammed, so you can only get in by slipping past as Jesus is coming out – which is difficult unless he leaves both doors open at the same time, and that is not supposed to happen. In other words, there is an impassable barrier between spirit on the one side and matter on the other. Agape’s story of beautiful spiritual beings who have been mired in dense earth matter for millions of years appears to offer a perfect illustration of the dead-end that this situation leads to. Hence that narrative hopefully has less to do with the reality of the cosmos than with this particular NeoPlatonist understanding of it; and therefore the solution to changing the narrative would lie in the Hermetic alchemical understanding that I am describing.

Understandably then, when Jung tried to mend this quaternary system by putting a new interpretation on this fourth term, Pauli was unable to follow him. Given that we are talking about a last-minute theological fix, one would not really expect it to work. When in 1950 the Pope decreed the new dogma of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin, Jung latched onto this idea as a possible fourth term. The 19th century dogma of the Immaculate Conception, or Virgin Birth, came about after the Lourdes episode, while the dogma of the Assumption, whereby upon her death Jesus’ mother Mary was assumed (ascended) bodily into heaven, followed the Fatima visions. Jung was enthusiastic because he saw it as a way of introducing the divine feminine – which is ultimately where all this is heading, but we still have some distance to go. In this way, Mary as a human moving up into divinity would unjam the doors and return them to two-way operation (rather like you can reset a cat flap :))

When I say this is a static system, I mean that no one is actually going anywhere. Any movement is totally circular and nothing changes. God the father is just the eternal God. Jesus represents a singular point in time and space rather than an all-pervasive Christ consciousness. And so does Mary, a singular woman in death and in childbirth; but this also raises the theological issue of her birth: she really needs to be immaculately conceived herself, but then so does her mother, her grandmother and so on in an infinite regress. There is really no point at which humanity switches off and divinity kicks in, but the process is nonetheless not seamless. My double door analogy anticipates the proposed solution inasmuch as it posits an intermediate realm of coming and going. But it cannot be a static, hierarchical model of the portal to some government or judicial building which the man in the street only enters in unusual circumstances.

Pauli’s criticism of this model runs as follows. The Virgin Mary is a ‘concession to matter’, a ‘countermeasure to the devil’, ‘strongly disinfected matter’: being without sin, her dark side is overlooked. Being the opposite of the Empyreum (place beyond Heaven) of Platonic ideas (Jesus, the created creator), as uncreated non-creator she is to be seen as the absence of ideas, in other words ‘as evil, or as the Devil in Christian terms’, Pauli states. Hence only this ‘disinfected’ idea of the female principle has access to the Empyreum. This is the aporia or impasse of Christianity: either it ignores the divine feminine altogether (the Protestant approach), or it finds itself confronting its demons (the Catholic approach). Either way, the divide remains between the superior masculine spiritual element and the inferior feminine material element. This has led to much of the violence in our historical past (but not necessarily in earlier times).

The problem can be understood in terms of the qualitative aspect of numbers. Mathematics deals with the quantitative aspect of number: any number n has a ‘successor’ n + 1. Thus 1+1=2, 2+1=3 etc. Qualitatively speaking, unascertainable, non-energetic unity becomes duality, duality plus unity produces a trinity symbolized geometrically by the triangle. This is where the two systems diverge, because the fourth term cannot be derived by adding the previous numbers: 2+3=5. 4 can only be derived indirectly as we shall see. Adding to Remo Roth’s analysis here, I note that you can obtain a qualitative 4 more directly by combining unity and trinity, but only by omitting the intermediate term of duality. This amounts in the model described in my previous post to introducing the Virgin Mary/Devil term by dropping the second person (Jesus) term, in other words by replacing Christianity with Satanism. It would help to explain how this pseudo-introduction of the feminine leads to its negation, whether through rape and abuse of females or, by a further negative twist, the same done to males.

According to Remo Roth, every successor should contain qualitative aspects of all the predecessors. In other words, bipolarity includes oneness, and trinity includes both. The specific quality of this third term is therefore energy, the flow between a positive and a negative pole. So the qualitative next term will combine trinity energy, bipolarity and oneness as well. 1-2-3 is a special case because not only does it add up to six, it multiplies to six (1+2+3=1*2*3=6). Geometrically speaking, a single double triple (triangle) is the Seal of Solomon (or Star of David), which is not particularly Jewish and was a powerful symbol in Pauli’s dreams. The (phallic) triangle pointing upwards meets the (vulvar) triangle pointing downwards, symbolizing the marriage of male and female energies.

What this means in terms of the feminine is that you now have a complete trinity of mother, daughter and spirit/energy that has interaction (intercourse) with the male trinity: this is the creative coniunctio, hierosgamos or holy wedding. It is a two-way process that remains for me to describe in another post, although it is actually nothing new to villagers.

The problem with Jung’s quaternity can be seen in geometric terms. In Flying Saucers, Jung says “4 is the natural division of the circle”. Roth shows how this is incorrect: 6 is the natural division of the circle, which neatly divides into six radii. The right-angle cross is only derivable by first using the ‘male tool’ (the compass set to the radius) to mark off the 6 equidistant points on the circle forming a hexagram. After that, the ‘female tool’ (the straight edge) is also needed to draw the Star of David as an intermediate step to drawing the cross of the square. Hence in qualitative terms, four comes after six.

I would add the relationship between the hexagram and a square is a little more complex since the hexagram is the outline of a 3D square, i.e. a six-sided cube. Hence a quantitative four and a qualitative six coming together add a whole new dimension. This I believe may be seen as the geometrical equivalent of the quantum acausal leap that can affect an individual and the entire world, the individual soul and the world soul. The quaternity is therefore a valid alternative to the Seal of Solomon provided we consider the fourth term as being expandable into a trinity. An example of how this works would be the distinction between spacetime (3 dimensions of space + 1 dimension of time) and timespace (3 dimensions of time + 1 dimension of space), which together imply a total of six dimensions. I will look into the notion of timespace in another post.

It can be seen from the animation, in partial contradiction to the above analysis, the right-angle cross is in fact directly derivable from the circle, or better still, derivable in conjunction with the circle. What is also apparent from this animation, however, is that that the straight edge is used first. What we get to see, then, with this asymmetrical figure is a battle of the sexes: which one has precedence? The feminine influence can be countered in two ways. One is by reversing the figure into the familiar satanic goat’s head symbol. The other is by associating the upward pointing star with the masculine spirit principle. The figure below is a masculine one: where is its feminine version I wonder? In other words, the pentagram is in many ways a debasement of the star hexagram – not in itself but in the ways it is used. You might see how the hexagram would come under attack, say by placing it like a target on the chests of a whole population for extermination. Similarly, the pentagon seeks to trump the hexagon, when you think that a truncated pyramid is a hexagon, but placing a capstone on it reduces it to a pentagon. The notion of completion here is the opposite of perfection; more like the closing of an open system.

The qualitative fifth term is the child of the fertile sacred wedding: in alchemical terms the infans solaris (solar child), or the quintessence – the fifth essence. This is a sort of subtle matter that has the ability to multiply (multiplicatio), i.e. send out from this intermediate world radiation capable of ‘transmutating the whole surroundings and even the whole universe’.

When the feminine principle comes into balance with the masculine, this means that spirit and matter are no longer in a hierarchical relationship of above and below, I guess they revolve around each other, forming a torsion field. In terms of consciousness, the mind/matter split can be resolved in its corporeal aspect through the skull brain/belly (gut) brain pair as described in earlier posts. It seems to me that these two seats of consciousness surely meet halfway in what is elsewhere called the ‘heart brain’ – hence speaking or acting, or thinking ‘from the heart’ is done when the two are balanced. Remo Roth does not say so in so many words, but he does mention the heart chakra.

This is the particular point for which new forum member David Allen provides startling independent corroboration with reference to his spontaneous cure of severe heart disease. Thanks to eaglespirit for putting us through to David Allen and welcome to David to the forum and this thread.

Just read your reply and WOW WOW WOW. Unbelievable! I haven't yet checked out the links, but wanted to reply about your comment on Remo Roth. In the understanding from downloads, here is what I have come to learn:

The brain and the gut are both emitters of unique and different energies (space-time for heart and time-space for the gut). The heart, with assistance from the circulatory system, along with electromagnetic energy, harmonizes the two into our experience.

A huge "a ha" moment for me! I never equated the reversal of my heart issue with any of that information I had received. This makes perfect sense to me. Like I said, I have an understanding of quantum and multidimensional physics, yet the information is deep within, and certain triggers allow me the ability to remember. Your comment about Roth allowed the received information about brain/heart/gut to come to the forefront of my consciousness. I am new to this process, but when it happens, it appears remarkable and miraculous to me.

After visiting a local market and seeing there a charming Tibetan woman selling at least equally charming jewellery, I wanted to read more about Tibet and the first book I got happened to be about Tibetan thankas (https://www.google.be/search?q=tibetan+thangkas&client=firefox-a&hs=ee0&rls=org.mozilla:nl:official&channel=sb&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=77xjVI6fOYyN7Aa6r4CYCw&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=610). That was definitely an interesting read. The book explained the use of the thankas and explained every bit of the composition, which is quite regular. The colours and amount of time it must take to much such vivid drawings, I learned, has nothing to do with a love for art or aesthetic appetite but is merely an act of worship (says the author, sorry no name now). At first I was a bit confused and maybe also disappointed about that (the thankas are - to my eyes - artistically powerful). It was as if there was no depth in the people's experience, but there is, theologically, as the thankas are religious tools. It reminds me of believers who do good to please God. For the love of God...but what if it weren't for God, would these people still do good and make colourful art? I think they would.

If like me you have always considered theology to be the ultimate in weird metaphysics, then here is some indication as to what it’s supposed to be all about. The trinity is the central mystery of Christianity, i.e. not supposed to be understood but taken on faith. However, when you see the method behind the high strangeness, you understand that it simply doesn’t work: it reaches a dead end in what Wolfgang Pauli calls ‘Platonic infertility’. As previously, I am presenting the material of Remo Roth here, with comments of my own as I go along. Just as a reminder, Remo Roth is a former pupil of Marie-Louise von Franz, who was Pauli’s analyst and Jung’s colleague, so he is in a privileged position to explain and overcome the difficulties encountered by the two men in the field of synchronicity.

The Medieval Platonist Scotus Eriugena’s idea was of a creation (natura) having active and passive aspects: creating (creans) and created (creatum). You have first a non-created creator and a created creator, respectively God the Father, the transcendent origin, and God the Son – the one coming into the world. This second person thus embodies the creative force in Ideas – which amounts to stating that Ideas are simultaneously abstract concepts and material objects. The third combination is of the created with the non-creating, i.e. the corporeal world. Again there is an apparent paradox in equating this materiality with the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit. It is the paradox of divine immanence: ‘God has created Himself in the world’. We do it all the time ourselves. Whenever I make a post, I create myself in that post. We call this soul, and this is precisely what soulless Artificial Intelligence (a hot topic these days) does not and cannot do. Hence the title of Remo Roth’s book is The Return of the World Soul, and that is the force that will save the world because AI is powerless to resist it.

The problem with this trinity is of course that there is a fourth term here: the uncreated non-creator. Scotus is at a loss what to do with it and, says Pauli, since he is in a Platonist mindset of a static, unchanging cosmos, for him it is a goal of theosis (deification) that melds with the first person. I would add: you see the ‘fall’ from spirit to matter in two steps, but the path to redemption is like a ladder with a rung missing. I see the Christian view of redemption through Jesus on the cross as an attempt at taking us back the way we came. But this is contrary to the symbolism of the cross as shown in Pauli’s diagram below. Basically the system is bust, and why it is bust is because it is a static description of a dynamic (Hermetic) system. The circle should be a spiral.

Alternatively, here is an analogy of my own. You might see this two-tiered setup as being like a double door to a public building, designed to keep an ideal temperature on the inside despite wild fluctuations on the outside. The doors going in are jammed, so you can only get in by slipping past as Jesus is coming out – which is difficult unless he leaves both doors open at the same time, and that is not supposed to happen. In other words, there is an impassable barrier between spirit on the one side and matter on the other. Agape’s story of beautiful spiritual beings who have been mired in dense earth matter for millions of years appears to offer a perfect illustration of the dead-end that this situation leads to. Hence that narrative hopefully has less to do with the reality of the cosmos than with this particular NeoPlatonist understanding of it; and therefore the solution to changing the narrative would lie in the Hermetic alchemical understanding that I am describing.

Understandably then, when Jung tried to mend this quaternary system by putting a new interpretation on this fourth term, Pauli was unable to follow him. Given that we are talking about a last-minute theological fix, one would not really expect it to work. When in 1950 the Pope decreed the new dogma of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin, Jung latched onto this idea as a possible fourth term. The 19th century dogma of the Immaculate Conception, or Virgin Birth, came about after the Lourdes episode, while the dogma of the Assumption, whereby upon her death Jesus’ mother Mary was assumed (ascended) bodily into heaven, followed the Fatima visions. Jung was enthusiastic because he saw it as a way of introducing the divine feminine – which is ultimately where all this is heading, but we still have some distance to go. In this way, Mary as a human moving up into divinity would unjam the doors and return them to two-way operation (rather like you can reset a cat flap :))

When I say this is a static system, I mean that no one is actually going anywhere. Any movement is totally circular and nothing changes. God the father is just the eternal God. Jesus represents a singular point in time and space rather than an all-pervasive Christ consciousness. And so does Mary, a singular woman in death and in childbirth; but this also raises the theological issue of her birth: she really needs to be immaculately conceived herself, but then so does her mother, her grandmother and so on in an infinite regress. There is really no point at which humanity switches off and divinity kicks in, but the process is nonetheless not seamless. My double door analogy anticipates the proposed solution inasmuch as it posits an intermediate realm of coming and going. But it cannot be a static, hierarchical model of the portal to some government or judicial building which the man in the street only enters in unusual circumstances.

Pauli’s criticism of this model runs as follows. The Virgin Mary is a ‘concession to matter’, a ‘countermeasure to the devil’, ‘strongly disinfected matter’: being without sin, her dark side is overlooked. Being the opposite of the Empyreum (place beyond Heaven) of Platonic ideas (Jesus, the created creator), as uncreated non-creator she is to be seen as the absence of ideas, in other words ‘as evil, or as the Devil in Christian terms’, Pauli states. Hence only this ‘disinfected’ idea of the female principle has access to the Empyreum. This is the aporia or impasse of Christianity: either it ignores the divine feminine altogether (the Protestant approach), or it finds itself confronting its demons (the Catholic approach). Either way, the divide remains between the superior masculine spiritual element and the inferior feminine material element. This has led to much of the violence in our historical past (but not necessarily in earlier times).

The problem can be understood in terms of the qualitative aspect of numbers. Mathematics deals with the quantitative aspect of number: any number n has a ‘successor’ n + 1. Thus 1+1=2, 2+1=3 etc. Qualitatively speaking, unascertainable, non-energetic unity becomes duality, duality plus unity produces a trinity symbolized geometrically by the triangle. This is where the two systems diverge, because the fourth term cannot be derived by adding the previous numbers: 2+3=5. 4 can only be derived indirectly as we shall see. Adding to Remo Roth’s analysis here, I note that you can obtain a qualitative 4 more directly by combining unity and trinity, but only by omitting the intermediate term of duality. This amounts in the model described in my previous post to introducing the Virgin Mary/Devil term by dropping the second person (Jesus) term, in other words by replacing Christianity with Satanism. It would help to explain how this pseudo-introduction of the feminine leads to its negation, whether through rape and abuse of females or, by a further negative twist, the same done to males.

According to Remo Roth, every successor should contain qualitative aspects of all the predecessors. In other words, bipolarity includes oneness, and trinity includes both. The specific quality of this third term is therefore energy, the flow between a positive and a negative pole. So the qualitative next term will combine trinity energy, bipolarity and oneness as well. 1-2-3 is a special case because not only does it add up to six, it multiplies to six (1+2+3=1*2*3=6). Geometrically speaking, a single double triple (triangle) is the Seal of Solomon (or Star of David), which is not particularly Jewish and was a powerful symbol in Pauli’s dreams. The (phallic) triangle pointing upwards meets the (vulvar) triangle pointing downwards, symbolizing the marriage of male and female energies.

What this means in terms of the feminine is that you now have a complete trinity of mother, daughter and spirit/energy that has interaction (intercourse) with the male trinity: this is the creative coniunctio, hierosgamos or holy wedding. It is a two-way process that remains for me to describe in another post, although it is actually nothing new to villagers.

The problem with Jung’s quaternity can be seen in geometric terms. In Flying Saucers, Jung says “4 is the natural division of the circle”. Roth shows how this is incorrect: 6 is the natural division of the circle, which neatly divides into six radii. The right-angle cross is only derivable by first using the ‘male tool’ (the compass set to the radius) to mark off the 6 equidistant points on the circle forming a hexagram. After that, the ‘female tool’ (the straight edge) is also needed to draw the Star of David as an intermediate step to drawing the cross of the square. Hence in qualitative terms, four comes after six.

I would add the relationship between the hexagram and a square is a little more complex since the hexagram is the outline of a 3D square, i.e. a six-sided cube. Hence a quantitative four and a qualitative six coming together add a whole new dimension. This I believe may be seen as the geometrical equivalent of the quantum acausal leap that can affect an individual and the entire world, the individual soul and the world soul. The quaternity is therefore a valid alternative to the Seal of Solomon provided we consider the fourth term as being expandable into a trinity. An example of how this works would be the distinction between spacetime (3 dimensions of space + 1 dimension of time) and timespace (3 dimensions of time + 1 dimension of space), which together imply a total of six dimensions. I will look into the notion of timespace in another post.

The figure below is a masculine one: where is its feminine version I wonder? In other words, the pentagram is in many ways a debasement of the star hexagram – not in itself but in the ways it is used. You might see how the hexagram would come under attack, say by placing it like a target on the chests of a whole population for extermination. Similarly, the pentagon seeks to trump the hexagon, when you think that a truncated pyramid is a hexagon, but placing a capstone on it reduces it to a pentagon. The notion of completion here is the opposite of perfection; more like the closing of an open system.

The qualitative fifth term is the child of the fertile sacred wedding: in alchemical terms the infans solaris (solar child), or the quintessence – the fifth essence. This is a sort of subtle matter that has the ability to multiply (multiplicatio), i.e. send out from this intermediate world radiation capable of ‘transmutating the whole surroundings and even the whole universe’.

When the feminine principle comes into balance with the masculine, this means that spirit and matter are no longer in a hierarchical relationship of above and below, I guess they revolve around each other, forming a torsion field. In terms of consciousness, the mind/matter split can be resolved in its corporeal aspect through the skull brain/belly (gut) brain pair as described in earlier posts. It seems to me that these two seats of consciousness surely meet halfway in what is elsewhere called the ‘heart brain’ – hence speaking or acting, or thinking ‘from the heart’ is done when the two are balanced. Remo Roth does not say so in so many words, but he does mention the heart chakra.

The brain and the gut are both emitters of unique and different energies (space-time for heart and time-space for the gut). The heart, with assistance from the circulatory system, along with electromagnetic energy, harmonizes the two into our experience.

A huge "a ha" moment for me! I never equated the reversal of my heart issue with any of that information I had received. This makes perfect sense to me. Like I said, I have an understanding of quantum and multidimensional physics, yet the information is deep within, and certain triggers allow me the ability to remember. Your comment about Roth allowed the received information about brain/heart/gut to come to the forefront of my consciousness. I am new to this process, but when it happens, it appears remarkable and miraculous to me.

My long time friend and surfing buddy is in need of all of your powerful Healing Arts. His name begins with a P. He has had some type of a long term possible fungal infection which is very painful and causing his hands to bleed and crack. Hypochondria can make things worse...I am known by my family as a hypochondriac and I am not proud of it...they say I am like my late grandmother in that way (who had sun in Virgo)...as the doctor put a very long and thick needle in my arm (which was very painful) my heart rate went up dangerously - just like it used to with grandmother (awwww, love her so much <3)

Its systemic, P was part of the rescue and relief efforts after Hurricane Sandy. He was at Breezy Point New York and on a couple of the small islands. He said he was exposed to a blue substance and no one can figure out what it is, and that his condition started right after he got back from Sandy, but it has worsened in the last year.

I wasn't here to see it or any of his posts that have been removed...not happy that he has been banned, but me and Paula (and a few others) did warn him about it, to be careful...Ed is my friend, we have chatted a lot on Skype, he is a good guy mostly, with a dark side and weaknesses, like we all have...he has this strong ability to sense deception (and other things)...his delivery isn't always wise...just like sometimes myself and all others are not wise...not saying that he is always right or that I agree with all of it...but he does have that ability...this is why some people do not like him...it is one of the reason's why I do like him...as a friend, he will tell me "the truth" as he sees it, about me, but with compassion, at the right time...I trust that about him. Any field of study can become a path to higher knowledge, and the current astrology paradigm is based on the moment of birth, and measuring the planets of the solar system. Probably because the moment of conception was never recorded in the past, nor hardly ever today.
If a society were to evolve where all astro charts were based on conception, no doubt there would be many many correct conclusions drawn from that.

Before I studied astrology myself I once had a chart done, with a written report, and also on the same day had a palmist read my palm and he gave me a written report about my personality. The uncanny thing was that not only did they both say the same things about me, but also in the same order. That gave me a major AHA! Moment.

It's good that you are not a hypochondriac. How am I going to get out of this now? hehe. Well, quite a few times it has happened where I felt something was wrong, told people close to me before I went to the GP what I thought and felt that it was or could be, and they were like, no...like for example, I got nutrient blood tests done and I said to a family member, I bet I am deficient in vitamin D because...and they dismissed it like I was thinking that I had a problem that I did not have...a week later, tests results came back that confirmed a Vitamin D deficiency, and the response was like, oh, you really do have that! (also my Folic Acid was too high which indicates B12 deficiency like I suspected that I had beforehand...)...but I do also have moments that are hypochondriac, worried about my health...and I did not expect at all a severe reaction to antibiotics (and never had one before)..health (and food), I am almost obsessed with it...I have a degree in nutrition, love to cook and eat, help people with their diets when they are open to it, and am now a bit overweight (due to hardly being able to exercise in the past 3.5 months due to post viral fatigue...)...I want to work in natural health and healing one day...

There is the nutrition that is not physical, as well...like love, compassion, forgiveness, and appreciation...it's something that I am usually quite aware of and very sensitive to...I can feel when others are being hurt and how...we all do have responsibility, though, for ourselves and how we treat others...I am really not a believer of "we are always totally responsible for ourselves and how we feel" and "what others say is all about them and nothing about you" because I see us as all co creating (not sole creating) and that we are all connected...I am a believer of "we are responsible only for what we are responsible for"...sometimes we blame ourselves and others for things that are not ours or their fault...but, I do see that different beliefs can help different people, it might work better for someone to think/feel "I am always totally responsible for myself in all ways"...and for someone else, that's just not a belief that would fit with how they feel and see things...

We all have unique systems. Fortunately, I drew the long straw for a healthy body. Along with the mind, it (body) reinforces the message to head off trickster ideas before they manifest onto physical plane.

My spirit points in directions that keep thoughts and actions working in unison. My job is to listen and change what needs changing before it takes on a version that depletes my reasons for being.

Vanity and desire for quality life are strong motivators, too. And pain of any kind for self and others. That’s why continued awareness of where, how and why contrary thoughts and feelings think it’s cool to take center stage.

Great day today. Went for a longish drive to show our visiting friends how beautiful this country is. Sitting in a car with two forensic scientists can be entertaining.

I just want to drop in the village and say hello to everybody. I wish I could participate in the daily community chatter and healing, but I have been focusing all my time and energy in my Tolkien project. I've been visiting Avalon several times a day as usual, but I've been taking a stance as an observer. I've noticed the drama in the Maurice thread, and I'm honestly surprised that this kind of discourse occurs in a place like this. Why is it that all of us Truth-seekers bicker to one another on such mundane subjects, when we are all on the same side? I see more harm than good in petty quarrels when it comes to bickering about silly issues, when we could be spending our time more judiciously.

That is why I'm happy to see this thread continue to be a warm place full of loving people who put aside their debating hats and focus on daily affairs. :)

Here and Now, I am over-wintering on a small farm in the Ozarks, Missouri (That's Missour-uh, not Missour-ee ;)). I've been organic farming in various way over the last couple years running far away from the Matrix. I've been gardening my whole life, but I'm at a place where I'm following my dream to buy my own land and build my own intentional community/organic farm whose mission it is to seek Truth, heal the weary, and fight for sovereignty.

It's difficult to break away from the Matrix, especially when you are of my generation. Not in a long time have young people been exposed to such draconian laws and heavy debt than my generation, and it truly is difficult to navigate through life and carve out our own niche.

Thankfully, through remarkable synchronicty, I ran into a woman at a Small Farm fair last month. We were both selling our produce, and we got to talking. She told me that she was fighting cancer, and that her husband works 300 miles away, in another state, working at Chrysler Motor Company to pay the bills. The company moved, people were laid off, and he is fighting to keep the job so he can retain the health insurance benefits all the way to retirement. All the while they are operating their small farm trying to scrape a simple living.

I offered her my assistance on the farm to help out, basically for free, to help them out. It seemed to work out perfectly, because I've been looking for a quiet place to finish my Tolkien research. So I left the farm in upper Missouri to over-winter here. The remarkable synchronicity was that this woman's name is Sam Wiseman!

Now I'm here in the Ozarks lending my skills and experience in keeping their farm going while they are battling her cancer and taking care of her dad who has dementia. It truly is a sad story. I've already turned her attention to the healing benefits of Cannabis oil and provided information, and I hope that she eventually tries it.

Anyway, I am rich in spirit and mental fortitude, but very poor in physical health. My Lyme Disease is kicking back in, which usually does in the winter, and my bones are weary due to the arthritic effects. I feel like an old man waking up every day and feel soreness and a heavy heart (literally). I have two tooth cavities with no money nor insurance to help.

But I will keep pushing on and not let these physical limitations keep me down. I know that I'm on the right path, and I know that my heart is in the right place on the farm helping these people.

I am at a point in my Tolkien research where I feel confident that I have analyzed his works more than anybody else on this planet. I plan on turning all of my notes into a book, because I see this as the best medium in getting the Truth out. I need to do this and feel that this is going to be the most important thing I do in this lifetime up to this point. There is a huge burden on my shoulders to get this information out to people, and it doesn't help that my target audience is all the people who are completely oblivious and clueless to the nature of our reality.

Basically, I've attempted to study and digest all the conspiracies, occult symbols, and alchemical and astrotheological esoteric themes that Tolkien spent decades studying, and conveying them in such a way where the average person on this planet will understand. It is a lofty goal, but it is part of my mission.

Now I'm here in the Ozarks lending my skills and experience in keeping their farm going while they are battling her cancer and taking care of her dad who has dementia. It truly is a sad story. I am at a point in my Tolkien research where I feel confident that I have analyzed his works more than anybody else on this planet. I plan on turning all of my notes into a book, because I see this as the best medium in getting the Truth out. I need to do this and feel that this is going to be the most important thing I do in this lifetime up to this point. There is a huge burden on my shoulders to get this information out to people, and it doesn't help that my target audience is all the people who are completely oblivious and clueless to the nature of our reality.

Basically, I've attempted to study and digest all the conspiracies, occult symbols, and alchemical and astrotheological esoteric themes that Tolkien spent decades studying, and conveying them in such a way where the average person on this planet will understand. It is a lofty goal, but it is part of my mission.

Do keep me updated on the Tolkien project. Have just made the decision to take that road and finish the one novel that haunts me for so long. It takes to Tolkien as well as Potter and I was initially very preoccupied (sorry dash doesn't work either) with avoiding all resemblances (time consuming) and now it's a story with it's own rights. Just like there are people that resemble each other in hair colour or other features. There is uniqueness even in resemblance but what's more important is to give the voice it's way and see what it has to say (and that part was too long delayed, I was't listening, for which sincere apologies).

So now I've decided to investigate Billy Meier and his ET connection in a more serious fashion.
After my first UFO sighting (1994) I was scared out of my wits, and it left me sleepless for nearly a week.

I'm sitting in front of the wood stove in the soft warmth of the crackling fire having a mug of hot cocoa. Continuing on my journey into astrology I'm currently exploring the South and North nodes in signs and houses.

This week I'm working with P again.(lol) He went out and bought some high food grade castor oil and has been putting it on his hands twice a day. He says there is some improvement. There seems to be an emotional and spirit shift too. Thank goodness, difficult to work with a grumpy old guy.:)
We are done with replacing windows and are installing new doors and continuing on with the new wood floors for the next couple of weeks.

I wanted to put this in the astrology as a know yourself tool thread but a) :confused: someone suggested in the last replies that it continues here (so no more replies there then?) and b) it ties in to what you say here, Calz.

For astrology there are some very fundamental questions I'm finding answers to, to do with the root, and logic of meanings assigned to astronomical observations, and as such, the elimination of arbitrariness. I have a few findings already but I'll save them for another time.

With respect to understanding how meanings are assigned, I've decided to dive into the subject and looked at a few charts, currently using (fairly random) online chart (with text) generators. As far as I can see, there is/was (?) an astronomical alignment of some planets (I think Neptune and Uranus) from the end of the seventies all the way up to 2011 that makes for an appearance of a text bit in several (verbalised) birth charts announcing that "you will be part of a major change in your society", "rebellion", "new orders", "end of old values and traditions", and so on.

So, it seems that over a stretch of time people were born with such an element, and that these people (the first part) are now grown adults, and that the situation for them to carry out this task must now also unfold.

Perhaps this culmination of events has to do with that. Just a thought.

Thanks for this link. I'm familiar with some of the contributors, like Unity, and Science of Mind.
Today I prefer the kind of mysticism which includes the larger universe, or at least mentions the fact that civilizations besides earth are out there. Anyway, this is the gist of Avalon. Like you, I'm often overwhelmed by the negativity that is out there in other forum threads, but then I remind myself that many newcomers to this field of cover-ups and conspiracies are truth seekers rather than peace and harmony seekers, which is why they are willing to enter the deepest crevasses of the rabbit hole. Personally I only have the guts to do so when I'm in a really high place spiritually, and leave right after I feel I've
pushed myself to my limits. Then I take a breather and remember that something sacred, exquisite and beautiful also exists, and that I can recharge my batteries there. I’m processing the beliefs of loss. Not only from personal decisions that’ve altered my life or the death of loved ones and ones closer to that transition now in my life, but also actions applied to break the spell of illusion.

In less than a week after I stepped way from that financial cushion, the universe asked, “How committed are you to Truth?”

I squeaked, “Most moments...95%.”

And got thwacked. It’s an opportunity to step out of fear. And one step closer to the removal of the false security system.

It’s too new to share. I’m processing. And honestly it’d be easy to latch on to fear even from kind encouragement. It was a major decision and I ran with it. I’ve done the fire walk. By comparison, that was child’s play.

By the time I share it, it’ll seem so, so small. I’ll wonder why I even wrote this post. Maybe it’s to diffuse energy because I’ve hit the next stage of rational mind chatter. So thank you, All.

I’m one of those that feel we can no longer keep our feet in both the new and old earth. Some stay to help while they clear their illusion that we are not already pure frequency.

More and more create steps to leave the lock-down system which is a concrete representation we no longer need the heaviness of 3D plane. Every physical swipe of what keeps us in heavier vibrations makes one’s energies lighter and then poof! (metaphorically). We graduate out of soul containment of karmic beliefs that grief, anger, blood shed and fear is life.

At the end of the day, that's what it all comes down to, right?

In my view, most would be a basket case by now if they've gone through what I have gone through and experienced all these years. One of my sister's who is a psychologist once said to me that if she ever finds herself in a life or death situation, she would want me there to get through it and that about sums up who I am and what I am.... a survivor.

I don't know about you but the world I know is a very surreal one where it's pretty much a given that whatever ones expectations are on any given thing has a good chance of going down a rabbit hole that's full of unprecedented surprises. I think that's the secret of my success.... knowing that things are never as they seem and that one has to always be flexible enough to make whatever changes are necessary to accommodate whatever it is that has changed from how things were before. That just when you thought you had everything all figured out, the universe will pull the rug out from under you where everything that you thought was upright is now upside down.... where once again, you're right back at Point A again where the whole thing starts all over again.

But solong as one sticks to their own TRUTH, as that's always the best policy to follow, you have an anchor to hold on to to keep you grounded no matter what life brings you at any given time.

It’s all just words, and we probably have different definitions. When I read your post these are some thoughts that came up for me because they’re beliefs I’m green bagging.

There’s no going back to Point A. (no need to believe in that construct any more)
There is no spoon, I-I mean rug.

Yes, I've done two outward bounds. One in Switzerland, 1994, and the other was December, 1990, with Stuart Wilde, in Taos, New Mexico. It was called, "Warrior Wisdom”, a seven day intensive with only four hours of sleep each night (if you were lucky). We were divided into groups of 10. There were 10+ groups.

Some activities were: blind fold stuff, falling from tree into arms of the group, fire walk, sweat lodge, snakes, lecture, group meditations, and the “warrior skills” we learned where each group then took them to the market place to practice.

The hardest one for me was each was dropped off on a mountain that had plenty of woods to spent time alone. We were instructed to bring no technology of any kind including a wrist watche. No food or drink. And you had no idea when they’d come to pick you up. The other instructions were to dress warm and no wandering around because the night time and cold may disorient you.

The only activity I didn’t choose to participate in was to climb the telephone pole because I had just finished the tight-rope. I hate heights higher than I am tall. You climb the tree and the walk across to the other side. There’s a rope that you use as a guide, but you soon learn that it’s way, way too short. The metaphor is to ‘let go’. At that point I became aware of the wind through the mountains and how my jelly legs made the cable go all wonky. I freaked but wouldn’t quit.

I’m not proud of myself, but I sat on the wire and walked my ass and hands across the cable. At one point, I asked the tribe if I was almost to the end. I must be right? And by their remarks I knew better. F! I wasn’t even half way across. The instructor said I could come down if I’d like. H-no! My goal was to ring the cow bell. I did. Thought it’s was another challenge to stand back up to reach it.

How you get down is you “leap”. The instructor swings you slowly down, down, down.

B-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l! My heart busted open. I busted out in sobs. I hugged myself all the way. Hours later, the whole back of my upper legs were different colors of black, blue, red and yellow. It was a lotta weeks before the soreness and bruising was gone.

Below is the keep sake for everyone that participated to the end. I didn’t realize that many dropped out. Our group finished because “we were all one tribe”.

Saw firefighters pass by on the way back home. The first one had brandweer (firefighters) written on it backwards and the one following it had it right.
Sibling stopped by at 17:17.
A leaf dropped from the tree as I was cycling under it and I mistook it for a harder object so I ducked a little. I did not stop however and I found that the leaf had nested itself in my steer area. I rushed to grab it before the wind would take it. I think it's a letter. This comes a few days after reading Paula's beautiful feather story (admit I was hesitant to ask what's up with all the feathers because everyone has their own way, I guess).
When I was young, my parents (and perhaps yours too, it's quite universal) told me that I should use the opportunities in place because in their time it was not possile, especially with regard to women. Women did not have much choice but to take care of the house and so things related to that kind of life have gotten a negative connotation in modern times, it seems. This while children's overall happiness is deterioratig in empty houses where mother and father either both work (too much) or one of them has left the building. This has been a very important factor in my life as I was sure that I would not have my children go through this absence if it is inevitable and at the current crossroads, it is as I already have an occupation.
They'd like me to chase my dream and they would feel sorry for standing in the way of it if I didn't but it's not like that. They are not obstacles and I would never blame them like that. In fact they are more enthusiast about the idea than I am now and the roles may get reversed as I will probably disappoint them by putting it all aside. I want to be there with them, here now, not when all this is over. Okay. It looks like I made a decision.

I figure that for astrologers it must not be pleasant to always get the same tedious questions, especially the ones concerning the validity of their practice.
I try not to judge, rather I like to understand.

This was one of the roads I walked:

- by interpreting the interpretations of planetary positions and movements as a language in itself. Seeing them as metaphors. In Ptolomei's Tetrabiblos this is how the introduction is made. By describing the character of planets (cold, moist etc) and then linking that to the character of the genders ( (fe) male) and so on. If Venus is relationships and the Moon is emotion then let's just in speech replace the one word with the other. Instead of saying someone is very emotional, we'll say: oh, they must have Moon in...Cancer? Scorpio? And for a boastful attitude we would replace boast by Leo and voilà, we understand Planetish. For someone who is very creative, we could suspect sun in Gemini or Gemini ascendant (?). Then we could check the birth chart and see that indeed, there is Gemini activity.

That would not be all too different from taking a bilingual dictionary and looking up creative which in Dutch would translate to creatief and in Planetish, Gemini.

But this road seems to lead to a dead end, because that birth chart was there when this person was twenty and you observed the creativity after which you were able to make that translation. That same birth chart was also there when that person was 1 month old and not actively being creative for you to observe.

That entails, features were there before we could see them. At its earliest we could only know after observing the planets, at birth! And even then, there is parametry, causing some potential of a birth chart to not be fulfilled.

This reasoning is based on the assumption that birth chart information is fixed. Planetary information is not corrected retroactively. I say this because a while ago, when I wasn't looking at planets that closely and just reading the explanatory text, I generated a birth chart in different online generators which consistently mentioned a trait that was going to expand with age. That was before I grounded. Now, this bit of information is nowhere to be found anymore. It's almost as if, not only I have changed, but also the birth chart? That shouldn't be possible. I would like to assign it to a typo but - like I said - I several times generated a report in different areas with the same data and always got that one trait in the list and I remember it very well because that was not what I wanted to be. And now it's disappeared from my birth chart...Odd.

Well, text has gotten too long, will reserve the other ideas for some other time.

A great strike is planned to take place in Antwerp (pension cuts, need more jobs, etc.). Weeks ahead headlines were warning people for a messy strike with possible deaths (following the chaos in Brussels where cars were put on fire, only towards the end, as well a spontaneous internet donation fund resulted in over 10,000 EUR collected for one of these car owners to get a new car (by the people, for the people (http://deredactie.be/cm/vrtnieuws/binnenland/1.2141753)).
But why write such things when this is obviously not what you want happening. The mayor of Antwerp has increased security, applying police surveillance and preparatory area scans for hazards.

I wish people would be more careful in letting themselves be stirred up by these messages. Have been talking to a labourer, and they are particularly vulnerable for labour union mantras, as well as a clerk (there still is a class difference) about the subject. Although there are probably more clerks that think this upheaval is not all too necessary, everyone is angry now, because the politicians are not showing themselves flexible towards revisions of the budget plan. And it's more than just about "why do the rich not pay" (favourite labour union mantra & classic attention divertor) which also applies (to some extent, the rich do pay and many have left the country simply because the government is not flexible in revising, for instance, taxes on labour where employers end up paying double salaries per employee. One for the employee, the same amount goes to the government. One after the other, companies have left the country, Chiquita, General Motors, Ford, the list goes on. This is not a small thing. Huge losses of income and damage to business potential and all the while Parliament just keeps yadda yaddaing on, to in the end come up with magical solutions such as 1) shall we now have double last names (such as the Spanish) 2) shall we change the name of the Province of Antwerp to Midden-Brabant...).

I've just been reading and watching videos about this man and his methods. That's pretty exciting, though I have never liked the cold at all! Well my bithday was Nov 18, called Dixhuit Brumaire (fog) in French and i knew it had something to do with the French revolution; as i checked it up it was the day Napoleon seized power through a coup and became a dictator. Years ago, I was at my parent's home. They were using their microwave oven. My mom opened the microwave door as it was running (like many people do). The instant I realized the microwave oven hadn't turned off, I slammed the door shut.

I put the microwave oven into the workshop and cut the power cord right off in the middle to make sure no one could ever use it again. They weren't too happy with me. ;)

Needless to say, I myself have not had a microwave oven for eons.

Today I prefer the kind of mysticism which includes the larger universe, or at least mentions the fact that civilizations besides earth are out there. Anyway, this is the gist of Avalon. Like you, I'm often overwhelmed by the negativity that is out there in other forum threads, but then I remind myself that many newcomers to this field of cover-ups and conspiracies are truth seekers rather than peace and harmony seekers, which is why they are willing to enter the deepest crevasses of the rabbit hole. Personally I only have the guts to do so when I'm in a really high place spiritually, and leave right after I feel I've
pushed myself to my limits. Then I take a breather and remember that something sacred, exquisite and beautiful also exists, and that I can recharge my batteries there. We put ours next to the bins outside on a sunny morning in 2005, I believe. It was fully functional.

Some pain coming now as the novacaine wears off. Coupla advils should take care of that. No work today but I should be fine for tomorrow. Darn work is piling up! May have to hire someone again to help me catch up...

Must say things have sure turned around for me in a hurry. Still trying to establish that causal link, to truly see my hand in it, my effort being manifested. It's been a very hard year, but it has been worth it I think. Reluctant to say more...

Villagers may remember how I went through a similar tooth drama earlier this year. Lots of pain, which I managed to control a bit with oil pulling, but it still become steadily worse. The cavity was deep in the bottom of the root, and the tooth could not be saved.
The extraction was over so fast that I ended up bitching about that Barbdos dentist charging me $130 whereas in Costa Rica I could have had it done for half that amount.
Our house guest told me at dinner last night that he had a tooth extracted this year as well...in the US, and had to fork out $850.
People come here to have their teeth done over, and even with flight and hotel they still pay less than they would in the US.
Maybe I will market my cabins towards dentist patients...just an idea.
All I can say to people is come to Costa Rica, even if you have to beg, borrow and steal to make the transition.

There's no other information included, such as date or photographer.

Going by the djellaba (cloak), I would say, yes, he's Moroccan. The fez (hat) too confirms it. I estimate the picture taken at the end of the 19th C. but could be early 20th C. too. So then, this man is Moroccan, Berber and Jewish.

Coincidence has it that Fez is the first city I think of now, when I try to think of a current jewish community of Morocco, but I think there might also be communities in the other large cities.

Now, why is the case of this man so interesting?

Well, there is no (longer a) jewish community in the Northeast of Morocco (Berber region) let alone there be jewish Berbers in this area, at least none widely reported. What happened?

I've talked to some Berber elders and they still recall their jewish neighbours from back then. It's an interesting story.

The closest point is Ceuta (still existing, and under Spanish rule) but from there on the exiles spread along the coast line, all the way to Melilla (to the right, still exists today, and under Spanish rule. Very pitoresk, went there, beautiful). And that's where their new lives started. A miniature Andalucia, if you like, especially in the Spanish protectorates, Ceuta and Melilla. The Berber muslim elderly report that their neighbours (in the interbellum) were both christian and jewish. When one neighbour made pastries they would knock on the other neighbour's door to give them their share. Children all playing together on the streets. Schools had all these friends of different religions mixed, the mothers knew each other, visited each other. Entire neighbourhoods.

It would be interesting to measure the duration of this period. Just guessing by the historical data we could start at 1492 and stop at 1948.

The state of Israel was created and representatives were sent to the jewish community in Morocco (not only in the Berber region) to motivate them to return to their homeland. Most of the jews in the Berber region left. It is reported that some berber jews left their businesses and homes to their muslim friends and neighbours.

And that's that, the end of the Berber jews in Northeast Morocco. I wonder.

Many writers are pretty backward-looking with respect to the tools of their trade, and in many ways rightly so. But it is a rearguard action. You find many still preferring the pen, and you also have the battered typewriter brigade. It has to do with the relatively slow pace of writing compared to other forms of communication. It mustn’t be rushed. However, there are pitfalls. If for example you are a contemporary writer devoted to the book form, you come up against the well nigh insuperable hurdle of finding a publisher, and if you do, you are hidebound by editorial policy, which is by definition an obstacle to free thinking. This is where the Internet comes into its own: the mainstream publishing industry is becoming as much an irrelevance as the mainstream press or the mainstream in general.

So I tend to look to the advantages of new technology. One area where the keyboard is mightier than the pen is that it is ambidextrous and so sets neurons firing in both brain hemispheres, which sounds to me like a good stimulus for rounded thought. Since most people are right-handed, most pen-pushers engage in a mostly left-brained activity. If you are not sure this would have an effect on what you write (not sure myself actually), recall how for years, writing left-handed was a big no-no, stamped out by schoolteachers on whose recommendation? Interestingly, it is a feature in the development of the modern alphabet from ancient scripts based on pictograms that many signs are rotated through 180°. Or consider how in the Middle East, the focus of global conflict, both Arabic and Hebrew are written from right to left.


Perhaps we need a little more ambidexterity.

Yesterday I was working on the transit mappings for a Capricorn and I got to the current Mars and it warned for head aches if one was prone to them. This afternoon I talked to that Capricorn and he basically told me to shut up because his head was bursting (oh, Capricorns can also get moody, but I don't have to explain that to a Capricorn) so I went and made him a lovely cup of coffee with lemon, learned it from the Swiss woman on the mountain, always works (try it).

And although these exercises are not yet giving me the great insights that I'm waiting for, there's a big Deus ex machina in all this thinking that came soon after reading Araucaria's last metaphysical ponderings and it ties into astrology, I think. But I need to write that down carefully so as not to lose the reader.

I live at 1060 m (3150 feet) altitude here in Costa Rica, with the average temperature 23C.
And during the winter months even the coastal temperatures are never higher than

The twin process
More metaphysical ponderings for Violet :)
Following on from my earlier post about the Seal of Solomon here http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=900618&viewfull=1#post900618 . This post has been a whole lot harder to put together, but it should be easier to read, at least I hope so. As always, my thinking is not so much architectural, i.e. constructed to a prior plan, as organic, taking on a life of its own. It turns out most of the technical stuff I had intended to include has dropped into the background as I added my own input. We are trying here to get beyond the theory to specific manifestations in 3D reality, and on to the practicalities of making this bird fly. But the theory is there for anyone to check out, which is why I have been supplying quotes and page references.

The manifestations mostly seem negative, but only until they are brought into consciousness through what Remo Roth calls the ‘twin process’, whereby through observation, the bipolar energy makes the unascertained ascertainable and transforms potential being into actual being. This is something that Freud understood still less than Jung. Freud is very good at describing the influence of a (dysfunctional) parent, and by default a father, on their child, leading in turn to a neurotic child and future dysfunctional parent. There is no way out of this repetitive victim-perpetrator scenario until you factor in what I have called the Chloe effect, namely the feedback influence. The basic it-takes-two-to-tango process is incredibly simple and kicks in just as soon as the newborn baby has figured out how to execute at will that little grimace that sends its parents into ecstasy. But of course, we are not starting from scratch with a newborn baby.

The system appears broken; what we are trying to do to mend it is to apply the process to itself; in other words, to observe the observation process and bring into consciousness the rise into consciousness. This amounts to showing how the system is not broken at all but has actually been working all along. As with yin and yang (the black spot in the white, the white spot in the black), the conjunction of these two masculine and feminine energies leads to what Remo Roth calls an ‘exchange of attributes’:

The godlike masculine principle – in a neutral language I would call it spirit-psyche – transforms into the divine feminine, matter-psyche, and vice versa. (Remo Roth, The Return of the World Soul, II, 52)This spirit-psyche (male energy) can be divided into an outer and an inner component, respectively physical energy and Jung’s objective psychic energy. On the other hand, since Matter-psyche (female paranormal energy) cannot be divided in this way, it operates on a ‘psychophysical’ level. Thus, whenever it is brought into play, it can affect either the mind/spirit dimension or the physical world. Alternatively, it can also create (or even be used destructively) in the intermediate realm, the unus mundus. Matter-psyche is the middle term in the twin process, whereby unobservable matter/psyche/spirit ‘transforms into matter-psyche and re-transforms into spirit-psyche with a completely new quality’ (II.57). In other words, this paranormal energy is what takes us from the metaphysical, nonascertainable potential being, to ascertainable being. The rational, causal mind in 3D reality advances through irrational, acausal leaps and bounds; problems arise when from the 3D reality perspective this process becomes ‘out of sight out of mind’.

The power of this description lies in the fact that since it covers both the ideal situation of fully functioning human beings living in harmony and the less than ideal situation we have at the moment where this process is being interfered with, it holds out the means to get from where we are at to where we want to be. Roth offers two situations where the process is interfered with. The first I have already described: the act of will involved in provoking particle decay, whether for producing electricity or bombs. Thus the neutron prior to radioactive decay is not a physical but a metaphysical particle; only the outcome of the energy process has actual being. This process is unobservable: no act of will is involved. I would add that whatever is going on at CERN very likely falls in this category as well: not just the alleged secret activity there, but also the as-advertised research.

The second type of occurrence is in ‘people who are forced to observe such spontaneous events, even against their will. They are compelled into the altered consciousness I call the Eros ego, and in this way they become able to look directly into the unus mundus beyond physical reality’ ((II.60). Roth cites UFO encounters and abduction scenarios as instances of this. In an earlier post, I suggested that something similar happens to concentration camp prisoners. This may also be extended to Milab and other survivors, and is why witness testimony is at once crucial and to be heard with caution, i.e. being obtained through a deliberate process malfunction and therefore requiring appraisal through the properly functioning process.

Notice that notions of good and evil are largely irrelevant here, the difference lying, on one level, between the spontaneous but ever so gradual exploration of the Eros ego and a compulsory crash course in the subject, and on another level between perpetrators and victims, who are both dealing externally together (the former deliberately, the latter unwillingly) with an issue that has to be resolved internally. ‘Go within’ is no New Age slogan: it is simply a) an acknowledgement that the entire dual mechanism lies within each of us, just like the two legs we have to walk with, b) a conscious acknowledgement that the repressed/unconscious status of that knowledge is the cause of our problem, and therefore c) the remedy to that problem. I’ll come back to this issue at the end of this post.

I would add to this that Christian and other mystics operate in a similar manner when they abandon their will to the will of their God/supreme entity. You then have a continuous spectrum of deprivation of willpower due to external aggression through to surrender of willpower due to a supreme act of will. The question then is where to draw the line; there will be many cases offering a mixture of both, either with apparent victims actually consenting at some level (soul agreement), or apparent mystics who are actually victims, having been forced to abandon their will to the will of God knows who and blinded to that fact. The question then becomes whether to draw the line at all: it could be argued that as observers on this planet, it is our job to exercise free will – not, I hasten to add, for our own selfish benefit, but for the higher good; for me, this is what it means to be grounded – the default position being that I am exercising free will at all times, including when submissive, though possibly in ways I don’t like and need to change or improve. The healing power of the here and now, as practiced by the Village, relies on a very Daoist principle reformulated as I recall by Paula’s Dad: ‘Act like a woman, think like a man.’

However, we also need to define what we mean by will, otherwise it is itself a metaphysical notion. And ‘woman’ and ‘man’ in the above formula are also metaphysical notions until we examine them. Remo Roth makes clear that will is part of the masculine Logos ego, ‘based on thinking, extraverted sensation and will’, whereas the feminine Eros ego is based on ‘vegetative sensation and feeling, which is completely without will’. He goes on,

Expressed in Pauli’s physical symbolic terminology, the ability to observe accidentally makes such an ego behave as some sort of a radioactive nucleus. Such a ‘conscious radioactive nucleus’ could observe singular quantum leaps spontaneously happening in the unus mundus, and incarnating into our world. (II:64)What you have then is a masculine attribute – the will (to observe) – and a feminine one – the ability (to observe) – and both essential for getting anything done at all. Hence, as I see it, the will corresponds to the masculine energy term, and the ability to observe to the feminine energy term. How two opposite forces can combine effectively is known to science, aptly enough, as a couple (torque). If you have a cross-shaped tap/faucet, equal and opposite forces exerted on either side will open it and release the flow, and opposite equal and opposite forces will close it. This is what I imagine the (reversible) swastika originally symbolized.

Somehow these two forces became separated. This is equivalent to trying to generate a flow with a single force, e.g. by taking a hammer to your faucet. It may work for a time to some degree, but at some stage, you will need to replace the hardware. When ‘man’ decided there was going to be no ‘woman’ in him, he had to make up somehow for his miscalculation in thinking that will without ability was in any way more powerful than ability without will. In other words, instead of loving acts and the act of love, you get misogynistic violence and rape: the hammer action. And on another level, you get people seemingly going in exactly the opposite direction to yourself. Discernment is required to distinguish between the normal process, where balance is achieved, and the misguided process, where balance is unwanted.

Coming back to ‘Act like a woman, think like a man’, we see how these two notions ‘man, ‘woman’ are metaphysical, i.e. in a state of being/not being. If we care to look, what we see (potential being becoming actual being) is various mixtures of the two. No dumb blonde is entirely brainless, no man completely macho. In other words, the formula can be expanded to ‘Act like a woman who thinks like a man, think like a man who acts like a woman’. And of course it can be expanded indefinitely, simply because the ‘twin process’ is an ongoing process that cannot be stopped, even by regressing to some putative initial Adam-and-Eve stage. The present position would seem to be that we have a faucet that is becoming totally seized up from eons of misuse. The only way forward is to apply proper force with unprecedented intensity, which means more of everything. The tendency is to feel that the feminine has been lagging behind, and so greater emphasis on that is needed in order to restore the balance. This is only half of the picture, and on its own is potentially dangerous inasmuch as it leads to a woman acting like a man. For it may equally be claimed that the masculine has also been under attack: the general dumbing-down of the entire population is an attack on the masculine principle of mind/intelligence, an ‘unsexing’ in the opposite sense to Lady Macbeth’s; in other words, they want men thinking like their wooly-headed idea of women. This is why we also need to smarten up.

Despite the fact that complete balance between masculine and feminine is the driving force in the cosmos, the fiendish ‘intelligence’ at the top is actually only maintained through backhand recognition of that fact. The biggest secret is the disingenuousness of claiming to be offering a viable alternative while actually doing the exact opposite: neither alternative nor viable. The key to understanding energy vampirism through pedophilia, pedophagy and all the rest lies in realizing that this is not just any energy, it is the female energy still helping to drive the process. Hence buying into this clever male-only trick is a totally dumb thing to do, because the alpha male can only pretend to operate in isolation. We can burst his ego by stating that he is at best a beta male if not a total fraud. Trying to separate male from female is like cutting a magnet in half: you only end up with two complete magnets, and a new north pole that was actually ‘south’ of the new south pole. If you don’t ‘believe’ in magnets, it is really not very smart at all to carry on making more and more of them. :)

Since observation is the key, will is the readiness to observe, i.e. the spirit/mind component, namely the project or planning stage of observation. Hence we say to ‘contemplate’, meaning both the viewing and the planned viewing, or to envisage/envision, meaning both to visualize and to consider as a future possibility. In other words, will is to potential being as observation is to actual being. Separation is a pretty dumb thing to attempt because it being a twin process, it is going to backfire. In other words, draining female energy is inevitably going to have a backlash, naming the draining of male energy by that energy source. Male energy means consciousness, physical materialization. Hence, if UFO contact/abduction is the Eros ego outcome of the use of force (will), then this unconscious observation is bound to rise into the experiencer’s consciousness and into our 3D reality. The whistleblower is one who regains control of his/her will or masculine energy. That can only be stopped (up to a point) by mind control, debunking/injecting disinfo, and murder – this would be the rationale for such responses, the secrecy behind the secrecy, and for the effectiveness of disclosure as a remedy. While it is difficult to tell exactly when the dam will burst, it is clear that it had a built-in leak that would only grow worse.

Another feature of the process is ‘multiplicatio’: ‘seen as subtle mater radiating out of the intermediate world (…) and penetrating and transmutating the whole surroundings and even the whole universe’ (I:146). Applied to ideas, Pauli interprets it as ‘the synchronistic spreading of similar ideas at the same time in human history’ (I:158). This reminds me of two notions: the ‘meme’ meme, and Rupert Sheldrake’s morphic resonance. The sacred wedding or hieros gamos would therefore appear to be the process that drives morphic resonance into producing memes.

We see this happening negatively on a large scale and in a flagrant manner with Hitler, who drew this female energy through mesmerizing huge crowds of swooning German women, and channeling that energy to his victorious armies. There came a point however when he stopped making speeches and his armies started losing battles. No coincidence there, not even a meaningful one: simple cause and effect – I guess the women had stopped listening or at least were no longer hysterical enough. The turning point was the Wannsee conference of 20 January 1942, when the ‘Final solution’ kicked in and Hitler switched to a backup supply of female energy in the shape of the meekest of the meek, Jewish women and children – no doubt the wearing of the Seal of Solomon was intended to further this process. What went so wrong for him, I suggest, was that some (enough) German women were made of sterner stuff and stood up to the dictator, i.e. exhibited manly virtues. Take for example Marie ‘Missie’ Vassiltchikov, whose Berlin Diaries describe her long-term involvement in the plot to kill Hitler, much longer in fact (over a year) than Stauffenberg, who was a late recruit. Incidentally, she gives an interesting account of what probably happened. On the day of the assassination attempt on 20 July 1944, Gottfried von Bismarck-Schönhausen told her repeatedly, ‘”It’s just not possible! It’s a trick! Stauffenberg saw him dead.” “They” were staging a comedy and getting Hitler’s double to go on with it.’ That would certainly explain how Hitler’s ‘suicide’ is disinfo and his alleged postwar survival just takes us further from the truth. The man was already dead. (Alternatively, all these stories are true, and we are dealing with a case of ‘multiplicatio’ as a multi-headed monster). Meanwhile, or maybe consequently is a better word, the manly vice of obedient aggression was sufficiently blunted in enough of the fighting men. Why did the Normandy landings go so horribly wrong for Hitler? Because on D-Day (6 June 44) Rommel (who was also plotting against his life) was back home celebrating his wife’s 50th birthday bringing her a pair of shoes – the right place to be (self-demobilization) and a fitting gift: after all the jackboots, it was time for woman to walk tall.

The big thing here is that nobody actually did anything much. While many of the plotters paid the ultimate price for achieving very little – they may have killed Hitler, or maybe just a lookalike, or maybe just injured one or the other – lot of little things happened

Jung’s typology
Finally, the twin process involved in bipolar consciousness may be seen in terms of Jung’s feeling/thinking/sensation/intuition typology. These four are presented in a cross diagram, with the main function at the top, two auxiliary functions to left and right, and the inferior function at the bottom. In other words, whatever your strength you have a corresponding weakness. This reminds me of the quaternity, with a trinity and an ill-defined fourth term, which here would be the inferior function. (It also reminds me of Ulli’s recommendation to study and imitate your opposite astrological sign.)


In science as well as in psychology the most common type is the extraverted thinking type. By definition this type’s inferior function is feeling. According to Jung the inferior function is very dangerous, as long as it is unconscious. One of the main tasks in life would be to cope with this. If one does not try to integrate the inferior feeling, it begins to poison the thinking function and the person concerned becomes completely power- and will-possessed. Further the negative feeling and the emotions attached to it begin to heavily disturb thinking. According to my experience this results in the typical sarcasm or even cynicism so widespread among scientists.
Based on these observations I define the Logos ego or Logos consciousness as the following typology: extraverted thinking as the main function, extraverted sensation as the first, intuition as the second auxiliary function, and repressed feeling as the fourth. (…)
All mainstream scientific research is based on Logos; one cannot do science with the help of the feeling function. Further, intuition is mostly like a mistress: one needs her, but does not show her in public. (…) scientific research is by definition one-sided. It does not include the feeling function, and intuition is devaluated. (Roth op.cit., II:19-20)The Eros consciousness is the exact opposite configuration – a second ego, something Jung only begins to envisage as ‘a second psychic system coexisting with consciousness’:


as a psychotherapist and healer I realized that there are many people who are marked by exactly the opposite typology. I call this consciousness the Eros ego and for a long time defined it as follows: introverted feeling as the main function, introverted sensation as the first, intuition as the second auxiliary function, and thinking as the inferior function. (…) The difference between extraverted and introverted sensation consists in the fact that in the case of introversion perception is accumulated with the contents of the unconscious. The introverted sensation type has therefore to be careful about how many perceptions they can stand. (II:20)

I imagine from this that if you do the typology test, as many forum members have done, your result might be the net balance of these two, or it might be simply your dominant function silencing the other. But that is just speculation on my part. What is less speculative is the inference that, despite the need for greater assertiveness of the Eros consciousness, its inferior function is also very dangerous, as long as it is unconscious. Since the inferior function is thinking, the danger is heightened by the fact of thinking being the extraverted, perhaps most readily communicable, form of consciousness. Hence we can see the prevalent dumbing-down in two different ways. From the male conscious perspective, it is an integral part of the deliberate attempt to downplay the feminine aspect; from the female unconscious perspective, it is the inevitable consequence of being cut off from the male aspect.

My last two lives.. second last was in Louisiana, so no winters. Last was on a planet with no real weather and.... no clothes.

This whole seasonal weather thing does not work out for me, it puts me out of equilibrium/balance, regarding flow. I've spent this life both bemused and irritated by clothing.

So much snow on this page...how can you stand it? I'd take you on an island tour in Barbados but some clothes would be required. The shops all have signs there which say: "No scantily clad persons allowed" So, bring a shirt.

M has been pushing me pretty hard to get into a holiday spirit that she recognizes. Not feeling it. At all. She wants me to think of some things I enjoy. Cook something. Be crafty. Sing some songs. Start new traditions.

Really, I am not a good Cancerian any more. I don't like to cook, my house is not homey, my children are just about grown and do their own things, not really needing much nurture. Which is handy, because I'm out of nurture right now. And we all know how I feel about marriage at this point.

So, Christmas decorations? How about....no. I know I will begrudgingly get the boxes out. Eventually. I can't convince a 15 year old that Christmas is a pain in the ass. I know, I've tried.

Mike has moved on, it would appear. Tried to sneak his gf into Thanksgiving and the girls threw a fit. Oops. Sucks for him, I reckon. Still won't let go of me though, so he messes with my head and twists the danged dagger in my heart once in a while. I tell myself that shows me where I need to work. Not really in the mood to do that any more, either.

I'm pulled along, kicking and screaming, into the Higher occurrences. Experiences while sleeping, experiences while awake. If I hadn't just taken a vacation, I might say I need one. But since I did, who knows what I need. I don't.

Thinking about y'all. But my Here and Now doesn't really do much for anyone else, so I've kept it to myself.

For myself, it's one holiday at a time.

Recently, I’ve uncovered and released scripts/filters/contract of the ‘responsibility meme’ that was designed to keep me on the family karmic wheel. It’ll be interesting at the family gathering this Thursday, the Thanksgiving holiday.

Families, particularly dysfunctional ones (like mine) don’t like it when someone refines health choices, decisions and beliefs. It messes with the dynamics. It nags them at an unconscious level of how they don’t enrich their lives. I'd even wager the idea that with time speeding up, they loose more and more ground.

This season, I’ll bring no fuel when narcissist sister asks, “So, what’ve you been up to?”

“Not much. How about you?” I'll reply as I uncork a bottle of Beringer White Zin.

Yes, time alone sounds heavenly, which is why I push so hard to get the girls to their Dad's. Even though they don't relish the idea. And yes, there is an aspect to the holidays that is quite ridiculous. And yes, there are times I can feel that the contract has been fulfilled. Actually, sometimes I think it was broken prematurely and sometimes I think that I am moving into something that necessitated the freeing up of the part of myself that was tied up therein. And yes, the girls have to accept that there has been a change, and sometimes that is traumatic and difficult. Nevertheless, change is the only constant. Helping them to accept what they cannot change, while trying to accept what I cannot change. While it changes. Ha.

There was a time, during that supermom phase of life, when staying in my pj's all day and lollygagging around was a treat. A once in a while resting and restoring event. That was healthy. Probably not so healthy when that is the norm and getting out of bed and out of the house is a rare occurrence.

Just when I think I have adjusted, Mike will say something like "I was really looking forward to seeing you, you are my best friend." Oy. Or...I will hear all about this new girlfriend, every aspect of their relationship. Every aspect, yes. He is really not that happy with her. He thinks I didn't nurture him enough, so what did he get? Someone from another culture who will wait on him hand and foot out of duty. But nurture? Nope. Gave up passion for duty. Of course, I reckon as he looks back on it he sees I did nurture him enough. Because according to him, he put out feelers for us to get back together and I was too closed off at that point to see that was what he was doing.

So, day by day, I cope. I get some distance. I begin to get through all that. And I start to get some momentum, some equilibrium. But, then these things start to happen that shake me up. I debated long and hard whether to give an example of this. In the end, I decided it would be fine because y'all aren't going to think I'm crazy, and you aren't going to ostracize me, and you are likely the only people who would understand. The other day I was connecting with non ordinary reality. I was thinking of the existence of good and evil, the duality, and the One in which they exist.

And I began to see something. Do you know what that feels like, what I'm talking about? Like, dreaming while awake, I guess. I saw four robed individuals. Black robes, hoods on. Dark space. One had a dagger and blood was dripping from it. He traced a shape on the floor. Then picked up a cup with two handles, held it high, and began to pass it to the others.

Had it not been for a friend listening to me describe this as it happened, I really don't think I would have known what to do. As it happened, I figured out that I had a connection to one of them. A young woman. I don't know how I connected with her, but as I did she looked up. Hands bound. And all I could think to do was to bring strength to her. I wanted to bring light into the situation, it was very dark. But couldn't figure out how to.

The floor began to shake. The walls. The ceiling. The candles went out and it was very dark. I still wanted to bring in light, but did not know how. And one wall cracked. In streamed light. It was the black of night, but in streamed a light. As the walls shook, and the very ground shook, the light filled the room, and three of the hooded men were frightened. They became frantic, grabbing up whatever implements they had arranged just so, and threw them into black velvet-looking bags with drawstrings.

All through this, the young woman was not phased. She never looked up. She was not frightened. She was untouched by falling debris. She sat in her center and was so danged strong in her faith. The men led her down a hall and left her sitting as they ran out a door into the night. She was sad, went to the young animal who was still breathing but weak, and put her hands on it. A young deer. The deer would survive.

The young woman stood at the doorway, not wanting to go out into the night. I sent angels, and four went. They accompanied her home. Her family was quite happy to see her.

This is hard. No, as my friend reminds me, it is not complicated. I guess. It just happens, so what is complicated about that? I do seek to understand, I do ask about a million questions. And blessings and appreciation to those who bear the brunt of those, having full lives and families of their own.

But dammit, it is hard. It is mind boggling. And flipping from one reality to another, or being aware of both simultaneously, or forgetting all about one in favor of the other, or pushing myself into one or the other...being motivated to seek out more...it's hard.

Is it any wonder I feel crazy sometimes, or overwhelmed sometimes, or I just want to hide in my shell sometimes? I have to push really hard to be present in this reality, to remember that my kids want a normal ole Christmas like they've always had and make myself provide that. When honestly, I just don't want to.

I don't want to come into the Village and muck up the path. I haven't even wanted to use my thank you button for fear I would leave a little of my crap.

I'm really sorry this is so long. Truly. Thank you to those who reached out to me. But be careful doing that, hahaha, because then look what happens.
