In choosing whether to write about slugs, ducks or water, I chose water. Summed up like that they seem related but in my current experience they're an isolated three.

Water. Know thyself, as a foundation brick for knowing (understanding?) the rest. Whenever I ask those questions, I'll have a water dream for an answer. Seas and animals in the sea and, important: mostly not wanting to be there. In real life, it reflects in how I deal with water (there is a bit of love/hate there (love e.g. swim, hate e.g. drink)).

Thank you Paula. Hugs, sweetie. Loving it, yes. Except no internet. Posts on this phone are slow and laborious. Changed environments, so got slammed pretty fast and hard with a chest and sinus ick. Good news too:

One austerity measure has been rolled back (from the ones I mentioned last), namely the one to do with sick family members. There was too much uproar, and some political factions had a conflict over it and all that was enough to annul it.

And so courage is resurfacing. Now that this has been achieved, we're jumping to that other problem: index jumping. Not everything (and everyone, in terms of beneficiaries) is subject to the jump. Renting prices, for instance, are out of scope, so landlords can still raise the rent if they like for this year. But wages are subject to the index jump and so that will remain level (for now, this year). And whether that's just (how many of all those austerity measures are just after all). That discussion is going on right now, higher up, and there is an intention to have that undone too.

Still getting 2-3 storms a week. I’ve lost count but I believe this makes at least 8 weeks in a row.

Woke up to the sound of the snowplow truck. I was in the middle of a dream where someone was running up a steep hill with me. The reason was because I dodged between cars on a busy street by taking big leaps. People didn’t notice because I was quick and it was nighttime.

This woman and I ran like the wind. Without forethought, I shouted to her in the ‘pretend language’. She gave a look of surprised and dotted off in another direction. It was the same language that my sister and I used when we were younger.

Then the scene changed where I tried to allude authorities that heard me speak the language. I was able to lighten my body and spring from place to place and sometimes float.

It’s crossed my mind that the language wasn’t pretend but recall. Perhaps the dream was an out-of-body experience. It matched the ones I use to have when I was younger. If that’s the case, I liked that I wasn’t afraid of the runner and stood my ground.

Sounds like you are moving closer to an awake and connected lucidity in the various 'dream states'. The more fundamental requirement is the loss of the deeper through-functions (consciousness system layer filters), the body fears. They tend to be laid out in the more fundamental terms. When we break, or more relax their hold, then the explorations unfold in a more connected earnest. IME, the recollections encompass multiple formats and experiences, no two being alike, no form of system, no result, no recall being a constant. Meaning, it will not be a singular change point but a gradual one, like statistical function, experience envelopes (individual recollections of instance) as varied as the nature that singular 'human' situations can be.

The repetitiveness in these tracks (Guenter & Star), espec. the first one, is of the same calming nature as the one that makes some electronic tunes sound nice to me (add some speed (difference) for complete picture there).

Repition (not untypical for songs) can be tedious (after repeated listening) but then there is also a soothing predictability and surprises (misleading predictability) which turns the wordless song into a good story.

It recoiled back, all shocked that I was aware of the whole thing, and staring right at it at point blank range (difficult to avoid with it's head in my chest) with no consciousness/unconsciousness barrier.... all while coming out of 'sleep paralysis' (a 'normal' part of the body's sleep cycle).

Of course I was freaked out, as most people are in such situations, but more pissed off and angry. The 'fear' part disappeared in about 1/2 a second and all my focus was on it thereafter. Quiet, intense focus.

Which is all the time that people have in such scenarios, as it is what might be called a 'slip zone' in awareness, where the mind and senses can reach that space or dimensional sensitivity, but as we move to what we like to call 3d 'real world' sense, it fades in a heartbeat.

If they are able to do that to you, those entities, they are able to do it to anyone much easier. What do you do when this happens?

Lately, nothing of the sort too much around me. But the last time something like this happened, (like 8 months ago) I "dreamed" that I was taken aboard a ship, there were gynecological chairs, 2 per room, where women were in, two tall greys, but with rounder eyes and not wrap around, and larger heards, in the background and other humans working with them, at least what I thought were humans at first.

I was excaping from another room, and saw my daughter in the doorway, looking at each other we both new it meant escape, and we both started running down some stairs when I realised that i had forgotten my purse (there is definite dream elements mixed into it). I went back, daughter following me, got in a room where there was a foot in a kind of oven size apparatus, I asked the woman working with it what it was and she did not answer, I insisted and she said "this is just cloning" and I ask what did you do with the soul? I took her by the troat and ask again, and I then I realised she was a clone herself, no souls in. By that time, my daughter dialed on a huge phone pad to get some help. I awoke i my bed. The most traumatising part, i think, is that there were one single drop of blood on my pillow.

My question is how do you fight or do not allow them to do damage to us, how do you protect against these entities or against what i dreamed/lived? Thanks

I've been letting myself slip lately, as we all do. I've just been served a warning to reverse the situation, via healthy eating, better sleep, better habits and to be aware.

Our radar and capacity to be aware is not shut off in us when we sleep, but it does require a rising awareness to get past this spot, which is 'normal' IMO.

...and right afterward, went through the exercise and visualization of defining a 3d time based universe in a 2d captive plain/sheet.

How it works, what would be seen, the fundamentals of it's design and operation. Ie, to look at a 3d quantum time/space universe, from a 5d view (as we might like to call it).

What would that look like? How would it operate? If looking at 'living action', all forms of definition in reality, how would that universe look in a 2d single dimensional plain from a 5d perspective?

Then I looked at it from within and without, I combined the two flows....as a single point of observation.

For..a 3d time-space quantum particle based universe does indeed have an out of time or infinite aspect, a 2d sheet containment/confinement mode... it has at the very least, one 2d infinity mode. and that this mode, this 2d infinite all the same mode... is tied to it's outer/other-space realization of function and shape. It is tied to it's actual external shape, creation, placement, and observation of such. Then, from a single 2d sheet, I defined the entire function and quantum particle, development, flow, etc system.

Basically, I encompassed the entire system and flow, from two spaces (3d and 5d), in one single thought model. All while being in the 3d time/space model. Who says it can't be done.


Then I went to sleep and suffered that episode, where the entity looked shocked when I awoke and was aware of the intrusion.

How strange, as something similar happened to me last night...for the first time in years. My fear reaction took a little longer than 1/2 second, though.
My attacker started out to my upper right, where there is a window in the room, then descended to my left ear, holding my head down , and tried to go inside through the left ear. It was more like a mechanical device, with consciousness, and very mean. Eyes were like the view pieces on binoculars, shiny silver. I woke up screaming. It was very real, and scared me. I don't get nightmares, normally, but this one was one of the worst ever. My immedite thought was to stop reading Omniverse's posts....never even to think about nor mention AIs. Ignoring them is the best weapon.

Our supposed last snowfall was predicted to be a couple inches or so...well, we got 8 to 9 inches and it's still comin' down. It was almost 40 degrees yesterday for goodness sakes.

Our last snow was 1 inch. We have not been spared the cold here this winter, but we have been spared the most voluminous snow storms, thank the Almighty (i think you say it like this in English, i almost wrote thank Allah lol)

Thank you Carmody for both posts, this one here and the one on the Higgs boson particle, i will read carefully a few times.

And yes, Ulli, one of my solution about the spaceships and ETs has been to stop giving it my thoughts and center on other stuff that is more useful to all. Up to now, I am fine. Although I must say that when I was increasing my energy fields, i had wonderful trips out there, filled with love.

One of our job, individually and collectively, is, i think, to increase the energetic field or the humans and maintain it as high as possible and for this, we have to get away from fear or tragédies or negativity. Those who have other jobs, let them do theirs while supporting with énergies.

How strange, as something similar happened to me last night...for the first time in years. My fear reaction took a little longer than 1/2 second, though.
My attacker started out to my upper right, where there is a window in the room, then descended to my left ear, holding my head down , and tried to go inside through the left ear. It was more like a mechanical device, with consciousness, and very mean. Eyes were like the view pieces on binoculars, shiny silver. I woke up screaming. It was very real, and scared me. I don't get nightmares, normally, but this one was one of the worst ever. My immedite thought was to stop reading Omniverse's posts....never even to think about nor mention AIs. Ignoring them is the best weapon.

I can't even tell when people are serious or joking anymore when it comes to posts like these, but if you're serious then I would agree with your conclusion as far as ignoring them.

Buddhists tend to see Buddha or related imagery, Hindus see their own imagery. People who are totally non-religious sometimes just float around and look at things calmly, with no religious overlay, and then come back.

My point is that we overlay our consciousness on top of reality, even before we die. If you obsess over something, you'll create it. Reality is created inside of you before it manifests outside. It's easy to convince yourself that this is not the case, that reality is simply "out there" and you just passively take it while it happens to you. But this is not an empowering position and neither is it true, if you take responsibility for your own consciousness. All you have to do is start trying to take inventory and responsibility for the contents of your consciousness and you will start to see changes. Many people experience synchronicities and take note of them without even trying this stuff intentionally, and they can't understand why they happen.

Lucid dreams are another example. When you are lucid dreaming, it's obvious that everything that pops into your consciousness finds expression within the dream. Even unresolved issues you have in your subconscious -- these appear in your reality as well. That's why it's not so simple to just change your experience of reality like flipping a light switch. But nonetheless it can be done.

Hope you don't think I'm joking, although I have been known to joke at times, these events I described are no joking matter.

Like you, I firmly believe in the fact that what arises in front of us, dream or waking consciousness, is created by our universal self, which some are more connected with than others.
But there is this grey area, when the danger or threat encountered is totally beyond comprehension.
I still haven't reconciled that part yet. I was trying to read the symbolism of the lens eyes, and the left ear connection as well.
My left ear is where my husband's critical voice enters, while we are driving, and we happened to have two pretty nasty misunderstandings while on the road today, which upset me. Which means that the dream was a premonition, of the 24 hour kind. Those happen to me a lot, especially when we have full moon.

Also, not just the lunar phases...but the way the geometric angles between our birth planets and the transiting planets of the moment giving us experiences which might take eons to grow into.
These days Pluto's position is 90' 00" from my birth Neptune, and so I was expecting some inter-dimensional event, and even of the third kind.

Hi Calz, that too is a belief. Does it server you and does it bring you comfort or fear? Do you wish to hold onto it?

I am willing to admit that ultimately I probably don't know much at all, but I have a certain knowigness that I was not forced to come here, but I chose to come for a reason. Well, remember that separate nursery thing for children from poor and middle class/rich families (few pages back)? Yes. This morning it was a small and quick news item, bam, and gone. I had to listen again to check. The first time it was proposed (last month) it caused such a row and now...it's already being implemented.

Day care costs are going up (link (http://deredactie.be/cm/vrtnieuws/binnenland/1.2260392)). People on wellfare for example will go from paying €1,56/day to €5/day. Working families can get back part of this money in filing it with the annual income taxes. Non-working families can't, because they don't work. They'll pay the extra expense, at their own expense.

Basically this is telling unemployed people that: Hey, you're sitting around at home all day anyway, stop clogging our systems needlessly (there are long waiting lists for child care) and take care of your children yourself.

And that's ok if you want that, if that is your choice. But, if you choose to have your kid in day care, for whatever reason, and you are thwarted like this, then we are dealing with a form of discrimination.

I don't know how much benefits are calculated to be gained from this measure, but the social expense is that the gap between income classes as well as ethnic groups is going to get (even) bigger. And that is a sad prospect. Especially if we consider the great (and costly) efforts made by politicians (before these ones) to integrate everyone into society.

This can't last anyway. The very people who voted right wing are now hit in the face by the same wing. The only problem is, they don't learn so easily. Every time comes voting time, they keep hitting the same button...

But not the one, the Holy Wood magician, known as Christopher Nolan? When it comes the human mind, Nolan knows the subject well. Rather well indeed... I liked Inception too, Interstellar didn't struck the right cord with me - emotionally, although it tried (too visibly). Amazing effects though, as always in Nolan's films. Not so sure about the concept it tried to instill, though. In my mind the smaller the budgets his earlier movies had, the more original and innovative they were, but maybe that's just me. Or not. I love movies, but more than that I love to understand the human psychology. If I would have been an academic person, I could have written a PhD about the subject... Ok, too much talking/writing for me today, because I know when excited I just start to blabber too much about some things.

As for daycare, i wish I could have been more with my daughter, having had what is given to daycare by our government for mothers at home would certainly encourage many of us to raise our children by ourselves.

Some studies have shown that kids from poor environment were stimulation is not the upmost worries of parents will develop much better in terms of intellectual and motor abilities. However, other studies have shown that daycare plus constant surveillance in playgrounds make children much less able to socialise than those from previous générations and also less able to lead (don't ask me the source, no time for researching, but I read it more than once in this socialised province we have here)

I'm writing here because I did not want to make a new thread out of this and I think it is probably a better place here to ask for your help.
I'm asking your help to find a session, course, teacher, or online school on how to be an Angelic coach.
I'm following my heart here and my heart told me to take a course to help me in focussing on achieving my goal to start being an angelic life coach within a year from now.
In my path of life, it is important for me to have a structure and to work in a team with another person to help me reach my goal.
In my belief system, I have to get a paper of some sort to have a better confidence in me guiding others.

I've searched over the internet and I don't know where to look because there is so many schools and tools that it makes me feel that I'm loosing time in searching everywhere...
Also, I want something affordable and effective and practical. I'm living in Canada, Quebec, Gatineau so anyone near me have a clue where to look for that kind of lessons?
I can do it over the internet also..... You see, I'm here to help and motivate others on this planet and I really want to start making a difference and have a career that I love and fulfill me.
My soul and my heart are ready to move on and to learn some practical steps to achieve my goal.
Ready to help me help others?

I need a base, tools about angelic coaching...
I have the abilities, awareness and sensitivity, spiritual background, experiences in life but I need tools and the knowhow to give angelic coaching lessons!

As for daycare, i wish I could have been more with my daughter, having had what is given to daycare by our government for mothers at home would certainly encourage many of us to raise our children by ourselves.

Some studies have shown that kids from poor environment were stimulation is not the upmost worries of parents will develop much better in terms of intellectual and motor abilities. However, other studies have shown that daycare plus constant surveillance in playgrounds make children much less able to socialise than those from previous générations and also less able to lead (don't ask me the source, no time for researching, but I read it more than once in this socialised province we have here)

No need for source here :) I read that report as well, about the playgrounds. It also made an interesting remark about how parents are overprotecting their children (don't mess up your pants (by falling in the mud), keep your shoes clean, watch out this, don't climb up there, watch out,...) and in doing so, limiting the children's self-initiated discovery of the environment. Inevitably, it also means less spontaneous movements (motoric).

And sync you there, my messengers have brought me laundry detergent (ran out), so now I can go and do some sunny Saturday washing while listening to the exotic wolf (supra).

It was a really cool party and lots of fun on many levels. I forgot how many bright and enlightened people there are in this clan. And since I have lost touch with my German roots, being with this crowd restored in me a great sense of belonging. The patriarchs were all coffee farmers, and since I was raised on a farm myself it was not too hard to get adjusted here.

But I googled it, and had a look at several sites that came up, and this one looked like the most comprehensive, with a course lasting nine months.
There was one, which was just 24 hours, and cost $225.
Personally, I have never liked courses, nor teachers, for that matter.

I formulate my own questions and then set out to search for the answers.
But not everyone is like me.....

I'm an autodidact to Ulli and really feel like you about school, but for me, I need structure and follow up and guidance because I'm an artist and I get out of focus easily and really needs to go more fast forward ...
Also, in my belief system, you have to get a diploma to show the proof you know your thing when you have no experience in a field... I need to get experience in the coaching field so this first experience will be a course ;)

I will advise about what I have learned: Neurolinguistic CQPNL school and others, maybe Dolores Cannon (the hypnosis side, that could be learned at CQPNL too), meditation with Paul and Learning with him -he is teaching through internet now too, and others.

The moon is in the position of integrating with the tailing vortex that trails behind the earth. That is the witching hour 3am kinda thing, where we are more sensitive to the external energies. The Arenal area will have weather similar to ours here, but the Pacific will be dry and very hot. Those are the normal weather patterns for this time of year. I hope you will enjoy your stay.

There are robins in my yard! I live in the Northeast U.S., on the 41st parallel, and there are robins in my yard eating last year's crabapples. How delightful!
Robins in NE mean spring has sprung (about to). My stomach jumped when I saw one yesterday and the day before.

Last year I stopped in my tracks when about 50 robins were feeding on crabapples. Then as if on cue they all quietly retreated into the snowy woods. My landlady happened come by and I was glad that she was witness to the rarity of the shear numbers of them.

I’ve got two, no make that three ladybugs now itching to get outside. I finally figured out what to feed them. After no takers for cabbage, kale or green drink, they approved of celery bits.

I'm writing here because I did not want to make a new thread out of this and I think it is probably a better place here to ask for your help.
I'm asking your help to find a session, course, teacher, or online school on how to be an Angelic coach.
I'm following my heart here and my heart told me to take a course to help me in focussing on achieving my goal to start being an angelic life coach within a year from now.
In my path of life, it is important for me to have a structure and to work in a team with another person to help me reach my goal.
In my belief system, I have to get a paper of some sort to have a better confidence in me guiding others.

Nathalie, you will always have someone or groups/associations to discredit your diplomas whatever they are, but mostly if they are for angelic coaching. Learning by yourself is good too and cannot be discredited.

I will advise about what I have learned: Neurolinguistic CQPNL school and others, maybe Dolores Cannon (the hypnosis side, that could be learned at CQPNL too), meditation with Paul and Learning with him -he is teaching through internet now too, and others.

No, I don't. To be honest, Nat_Lee, I hadn't even heard of Angelic Life Coaching until I saw your post.

But I googled it, and had a look at several sites that came up, and this one looked like the most comprehensive, with a course lasting nine months.
There was one, which was just 24 hours, and cost $225.
Personally, I have never liked courses, nor teachers, for that matter.

I formulate my own questions and then set out to search for the answers.
But not everyone is like me.....

Yes Ulli, I did that too, and found a lot of courses with the help of Google no offence, but I would like to have a reference from someone who know it personally or who knows someone that did it to have real feed back :) but thank you anyway because I went over the offer and it seems very serious and a good quality course

I really liked the feel of it and I will consider it in my shopping :)

I'm an autodidact to Ulli and really feel like you about school, but for me, I need structure and follow up and guidance because I'm an artist and I get out of focus easily and really needs to go more fast forward ...

I had quite a strange night last night. My parents are visiting and they brought our niece and nephew with them. After we got everyone in bed, parents included, at about 9:00 PM, I sat out on the patio as is my habit, to read, surf the intrawebs and veg out. I poured a glass of wine, rolled an American Spirit, read through the Village posts to the latest one, the last thing I remembered. The next thing I know is that I wake up and its 1:59 AM, and the clock rolls over and its now 3:00, that Magick hour. Daylight savings time totally wiped away the second hour. Anyhow, I wasn't tired or sleepy, I had just settled in, and the next thing I wake up at 3:00 AM. Lost some time there. My American Spirit rollie was 2/3 smoked sitting in the ashtray. I lit it and looked for the slippers that I was wearing. Nowhere to be found. I said God bless the Fae and went to sleep with the morning's dew still wet upon me. I found my slippers when I got up in the morning inside my house by the bed where I was sleeping. Strange. So there was 4 or 5 hours of missing time. So it goes.....

And... soon I will be facing two hip surgery (first one on May 8) and I will need to stop doing mountain sports for about a year... My plans to climb Mont Blanc in 2015 have been delayed to... well maybe 2016.

Hip arthrosis being 36 years old, I can't even realize it yet. I hope all goes ok, mountain sports are my second oxygen now.

It’s blue skies with a brisk wind today and a day last week. I’ve noticed less to no trails on the days that the skies aren’t filled with precipitation. It could be on the windy, sunny days the trails quickly disperse. Either that or they’re tinkering with the recipe so they are less visible.

I stopped tracking because it triggered negativity. And that’s when their chemtrail cootie plan backfired. I pumped up the volume and sprayed vibes out into the four directions. Call me ‘Orgonite Woman’.

Lately my dreams have been so amazingly vivid, they seem to be as real as this current reality is so I know I have been in the astral dimension just instead of my own subconscious. That makes me think... Also I see the number sequences like 222, 333, 555, 777, 888 and other ones now constantly. I think that the more I see them, the more my higher self lets me know that I am on the right path. My mind often doubts it and I do get distracted occasionally and then I always get back on the right track.

Also I seem to be reminded that every day I should practice meditation or conscious awareness at least for a few minutes at a time, because when I do that I always realize that I am not this body and mind with all of it's problems which sometimes cloud the everyday reality.

There hasn't been any snow here for a while, but nature is still a asleep, at least in March we do get some nice sunshine - for now. When the first scents and colors of spring come forth usually in late April, it's always the best time of the year. It would be interesting to see if nature started to awaken faster this year since winter was so short (thankfully).

This reminded me of something I read yesterday: "Life is experience, it is not debate..."

Out of context it may not make sense but I'll add what followed:...it is not forcibly creating something in order to step into it and using up vast amounts of energy attempting to prolong and keep hold of it. Life is grace, flow and ease, to move with the NATURAL expansion of the flow of NATURAL energy in the universe is to be carried WITH THE CURRENT, it is not to swim against it or indeed build barricades to keep it out of our lives.

Some time ago I read about how using hydrogen peroxide could help curing colds and flu, just throwing some drops in every ear hole and waiting some minutes while "the magic" occurs. I tried it completely skeptical (just the way I usually face things I don't understand) and worked as a charm. Now I'm doing it every time I get cold or flu and it works most of the times, going to sleep feeling cold and wasted and waking up almost recovered (maybe a 85% success rate). I usually do this in the bed, while watching a movie or a TV show, waiting for about 10 or 15 minutes with H2O2 inside every ear hole.

As of today, I'm still not sure if it's really working as explained or it's just a placebo. The fact is that at least it works for me most of the times.

I was in some Spanish town a few years ago (Granada, Cordoba? I forget) on the weekend they had their flowery courtyard competition and everyone was free to walk in and look around. Some of them were like Ulli’s picture, but I personally preferred the ones with fewer and larger plants. Actually, that party was organized by a team of relatives, and there was catering. It was held in the country house of a rich uncle, which was nearly the size of a huge hotel. So I had nothing to do with it. My issue was simply to do with the social part, with having to face that many people. With having to speak Spanish.
But it all went well, and I had a great time.
Apart from that your intuition is quite correct, about the frustration, about the resistance, etc. My life is far from easy, although it might look like that at first glance.
But I'm ok with it.

I love that look, too. But here in the tropics and near the jungle it's best to keep the plants a couple of yards away from the walls...to many insects which could be harmful and would make their way inside.
Love that garden path. Nothing beats the soft look of a English country garden. Japanese gardens are my other favorite, but are also more formal.

The spiders are not showing too much anymore. I can still see their webs.

Someone else has taken the stage. For a while now. Because they like my kitchen and because I haven't taken radical measures to annihilate them.

Slugs rule the kitchen when we sleep.

But I found their gates, and I closed them. They were having too much fun and crossing lines they shouldn't. Plus it's hard to make deals with slugs.

That whole size thing has always had me baffled. If you look at a room when it is empty, it seems so much smaller than it does the moment you place a few items of furniture inside, like a sitting and eating area, which then divide it up into areas of activity. There were three more eruptions today, and volcanologists here predict more activity.
I hope not, as CR is at the height of the tourist season right now.
Yesterday 7000 travellers were affected by the airports closing.

Started a new small reno project this morn, got hired on the spot!

Went to a home in Osterville to check out this demo, repair, finish work probability. These are friends of the woman that owns the home where I now live.

Met the wife at the door and we introduced and it quickly flowed into 'spirit' talk and sharing, never mind the carpentry job. Seems she has rather strong psychic abilities and had very young realization of this.

At around age 6 she would not enter her own home with her mom one afternoon. Mom asked what the matter was and she said she felt the presence of a business friend(who lived in another town) of her dad's she did not like and never felt good about and he was there to hurt mom. She was so persistent that mom called the police to check the home first, no one there. They go inside and see him drive by in his car through the picture window. The police stop him and question him and run his id and find that he had been arrested several times for assault and stalking.
She had alot of good things to share as to going ons in the present regarding the changes occurring : )

The husband got with me after I finished the demolition in the basement, about a 1/4 of the job.

His conversation flowed to 'spirit' talk and connections with folks around the world that are on the path of helping good things coming about rather selflessly. He is a merchant marine. Said if he did not travel as he does he does not know if the chances of those kinds of connections occurring so readily and steadily would take place locally and was grateful that he is able to meet up with these kinds of people all over.

I got a double wammy of unconditional givers of love : )

Hello village! :) I have to share... I am still realing from my experience in Seattle today... In fact, I half expect to wake up at any moment...

Some of you already know that I play guitar.. Blues guitar, even,, down-home Delta slide blues, even.. So I had the day to myself and decided to grab mee guitar (and small PigNose amp) and head downtown to play some blues,,, busker style. Seattle is renowned for the local music scene, especially street performers... Believe it or not, this is what I do for fun...

Okay, so I was playing 'Little Wing' (Jimi Hendrix),,, I had mee acoustic guitar.. no vocals just guitar... It felt awesome, I wuz jammin....

This black dude that was walking by made a point to say "Good Song!!" (Older black guy, maybe mid to later 50s,, ish.) He was with a woman and a very young girl maybe 4 or 5... I watched him out of the corner of mee eye as they walked pass. He stopped and turned and stared at me,, I pretended not to notice... His party was still walking,, lol...

He snapped a pic of me, I think.. then he cam up to me and demanded to show me a picture on his phone. This guy was almost in tears!!!! He showed me a pic of Jimi Hendrix with a small girl, maybe 4 or 5... he pointed to the small girl in the pic and said "This is my sister!" He pointed at Jimi amd said "This is our big brother,, Jimi is my brother,, and that little girl right ther,,," pointed at the small girl that was with him,,, "is his grand niece!!!"

You guys,,, when I looked at this little girl in her eyes,,, I ****in saw Jimi!!! No bull ****... Her eyes were slanted in a permanent smil with the thin eyebrows and cheeks... I just kept staring and looking back between him and her.... She even had a wee headband/hat... He gave her a 5 dollar bill and she looked at me... I leaned in and played a bit of sweet jimiBlues,,, she smiled and put the 5 bucks in mee guitar case...

What a great experience, Jake, and thank you so much for sharing it here. I was a Hendrix fan, and once when I was selling handmade snakeskin leather boots in Kensington Maket in London, (my very last job, ever), Jimi' co- musicians, Noel Redding and Mitch Michell, were my clients. After selecting the style they liked I had to take a pencil drawing of their bare feet, which they would place on a white sheet of paper, and I would then draw the outline. At the time I regretted that it wasn't Jimi himself. It felt like an act of worship, anyhow. Must have been early 1969, and London was really buzzing. I once shared here how the stall right next to us belonged to Freddy Mercury, who was rehearsing after work and getting ready to launch his band, Queen. So thanks for triggering nice memories, Jake. And thanks to Jimi (and Freddy) for dropping by here in person.

Got the gardening bug, even if I have to schlepp buckets of water from the river a couple of months from now...these plants will be taken care of.
Here is Sunday afternoon's purchase from a local garden shop...30 plants for less than $50...that's Costa Rica.

I just went to outside with my dog into an unlit area (those are not common here in the city) and I saw some breathtakingly amazing auroras. They were somewhat faint, but yet massive large green beams which filled the night sky. Absolutely stunning. Of course I didn't have my phone with me so I couldn't take any photos.
