45K - I didn't see that coming - sounds like some notice of termination or the like. Which I gather is rather appropriate.
I believe they are referring to Calzie's tearing up of his membership card at the other place.

Are you serious?? I thought they were referring to Calz' decision to throw away his wedding ring.
OMG, that is such GOOD news! I just went and checked, but not without putting on protective clothing.
It is true!!! the blue boy now has a blue name!!!
Calzie, let me give you the biggest hug ever.(((((((((((*)))))))))))) You are a star!!!!

That other place has gone to Hell in a handbasket in recent months. About 50 people have quit in the last few weeks, all old members, with no small amount of hurt and betrayed feelings. The founder of that place has flipped a 180 behavior wise, which has a lot of people speculating as to the purpose of it all. It went from a sleepy, peaceful place to a place of aggressive, jack-booted moderation in a very short time period. Quite the hullabaloo.

Thanks for clarifying this for me, PL. Could M be a victim of mind Kontrol, too?
I feel bad about everyone who was treated unjustly, though.

I'll drop one small hint (not the kind of dropping ulli shared ... well ... naw).

One can’t help but take notice when folks like Seikou-Kishi unsubscribe.

Some of the most celebrated directors of modern times cut their teeth on music videos. Fast cut, kinetic, colorful, digital.
Orson Welles was afraid of boring the audience. One of his solutions was to make the actors to walk faster. Wonderful, a genius with insecurities and simple solutions.

I had the most amazing astrology reading from Ulli! I had one previously done in 2000. This one is so spot on! I was told in 2000 that I had Sagittarius rising. Ulli pointed out that most of the software programs do not take into account daylight savings time and are not accurate. Ulli told me I was a Pisces Scorpio rising! That made a lot of sense to me! The reading was so accurate on my life in general. What was very important to me is what oppositions and forces I have ahead of me this year.
I was born as healer, and bring it to everyone
Comparing my brith planet with the planets at this moment. A 150 degree angle from Uranus and Neptune. Higher knowledge is coming my way. Higher dimensional knowledge is being exchanged. And Neptune is exactly on my mars right now. Neptune is the veil that divides dimensions here and in the astral.
With Neptune on my mars there are sometimes aggressive forces in play.
Mars is the planet of action and decision making of will. Will is the next thing to do. My mission and m agenda is being undermined. Neptune is trying to block me. Neptune comes into this pattern every 165 years. The next two weeks the influence will be slight until the 3 times it is exact.
Ulli said this can be fortunate or unfortunate if you understand occult laws. I need to Search Neptune conjunct Mars. The Final exact will be at the end of February next year. By March of next year I will be clear of this conjunction.
Now I am off to do my homework and learn about the transit of this conjunction!
I highly recommend anyone who has a real interest in Astrology to get a reading from Ulli!

I dig the shovels and it speaks to me, Paula. i saw those and got eager to get into my garden and get some work done.
A fun story.... My grandfather, who is plus 90 and ill (prayers are requested; he is in great health mentally, but his back has deteriorated, two vertebrae have disintegrated, and he is in immense pain and has refused surgery which is risky at his age, and is undergoing steroid shots) is my greatest benefactor. He has taught me so much about hard work and life, He was a head pilot on a B17 in WW2, and as a kid he took me up in his Belanca Decathlon for tricks and loops (scared the bejesus out of me). He has bred beagles since he was 11 for field trials, and taught me the sport behind it. As a kid I would work for him and he would have me shovel all the beagle sh!t from their pens. I swear I have shoveled more dog sh!t than any person on this forum. The first time I did it, the ammonia from the accumulated dung nearly made me faint. Suffice it to say, i see a shovel and think happily of the days I spent with my grandfather shoveling beagle poop. So it goes....
ROFLMAO
Hilarious Playdo,
Lost my drink through my nose when I read your post.
Me too, but I thought more in the lines of gardening and shoveling horse manure.
Still quiet twilight in the forest....too quiet. Must mean the moon is almost full or we're having earthquake weather here in SoCal. Probably both.

My paternal grandfather died when I was 17. He was then 89. He lived with us; three generations plus servants all under one roof. My mum took care of him, even though we all had been scared of him.
Yet now that I am gardening I can feel his presence, sometimes even more than my parents'.

Mornin, Village.
I sit and listen to the nature sounds, here and now. Watched the sun come up. Am reminded that the cycle continues, when I do this. Everything is cycles. Trick is to enjoy the moment while knowing that what passes through it is never ending. Not forgetting that this moment is a gift, it is a special reminder that life is in this moment.

Em's 16th birthday has come and gone now. And K's 24th. Big birthday month around here. And Little One will soon be 7. When I think about his age, the funny thing is that I always think back to how young he was when I found the village. Man, I sure was a different person back then.
Who/what I am is ever unfolding. More connections are made all the time. Sometimes I can even go with that, haha.
Much Love,

In the vast number of cases, far more 'butthurt' than desired or even being functional...needs to be allowed to exist, before action it taken. If not, there will always be some party or individual who will blow up the situation all out of proportion, and accuse moderation of being heavy handed and be screeching about conspiracies and whatnot. It's the 'can't win for losing' scenario, in the form of moderator and forum operation headaches.
On the bright side, if this sort of individualism did not exist, this would be a dead closed system, and would not exist at all. It would be dumber than a stump, or a rock. It would contain no awareness and no potential for awareness. It seemingly sucks to have sand in our collective vaginas, but the alternative is to not exist at all. So chose existence and forevermore be stretched between cow and pain (well, at least at this particular part of the given reader's existential path).

Not necessarily MK’d, maybe ‘love-bombed’ :)
A spot of historical background may be in order for those who have forgotten (myself included to some extent) or never knew.
M(alc) the TOT forum founder was banned from Avalon not once but twice, first as The One, then as The Other (well not quite, actually it was Blue something :)) Not everything Malc does is his own work:
I was merely referring to the fact that Malc on ToT has copy pasted a part of my post #38 and posted it there as if he had written it himself which I find kind funny and a bit.. weird.
This, as I recall, is the sort of thing that Malc does and is one of the reasons why he is no longer a member here.
If he’d been in industry, he would have signed a non-compete clause to prevent him from basically stealing Bill’s concept and cloning his site. He was on the attack from even before Day 1, touting members myself included to visit his new site. OK, he uses the same vBulletin forum software, so TOT is going to look like a mirror site regardless of content. You have Greybeard opening a similar thread to his Avalon thread: again OK; but a Here & Now thread, Ulli’s concept without Ulli, or a “Futuretalk” subforum, lifted straight from Bill and Kerry, not OK.

These are my personal recollections, which lead back to this must-read official administrators’ report, which takes this whole thing way beyond such relatively insignificant details:
http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?63121-Findings-and-analysis-of-the-Avalon-Hack-attempt-for-all-members-to-read&p=726871&viewfull=1#post726871
With this background, I can state a preference for the ‘wandering villager’ over the ‘prodigal son’ terminology. Given that you have a large, successful original site and a much smaller satellite receiving both banned and other Avalonians, and at this latter site, with its greatly reduced readership, you have an internal split between the banned, who – especially if they are attention seekers – will be both very disgruntled at getting shunted to this tiny clone site, and unlikely to mix well with members who are free to come and go and are just doing their thing injecting positive energy regardless of where they are. So basically, I see the wanderers as having been away on Village business and deserving a warm welcome back after doing a great job. If the other forum is not doing so well for it, that will be because the founder belongs to the former group, not the latter. Now he would be a real prodigal son if ever he truly repented and came home.
This morning's meditation:
I identified three states of being. A, B, and C.
A) coming from a unity (or herd) consciousness into self identity development (first decade of life)
B) coming from self identify into unity (herd) consciousness (second decade of life)
C) coming from self awareness to unity awareness. (After spiritual awakening)
And each of these three states attracts a specific universe response.
If A is continued in adult life it has the most potential pit falls as it means that one's soul might be lost. Extinguished forever, trapped by entities that feed on unhealthy ego energies.
B) is less so, as the individual is at least giving/offering something to the greater whole,
but can easily become a victim if the herd is one of lemmings
The PTB allow this type of consciousness...it keeps the consumer society running, and is easily controlled via the MSM.
Which leaves C.
C is the best and only option if one wants to exist forever, with one's identity intact.
It is also the loneliest path as well as the most excrutiating, short term, because the A and B crowd can't fathom what is going on, and delight in probing one with needles.
Especially hard for one like me who wants to avoid martyrdom at all cost.

Mikelodium,
Along with the Village, I'm intending the best and highest outcome for you, happily scaling Mont Blanc when you are done healing.
Speaking of healing, does the Village remember my asking for help for my next door neighbor whose house burned down? He was critically burned at age 83, and made it out of ICU in record time. I heard last week, he has been doing very well.
They've cleared the land next door, cut down the burned timber. I suspect we're in for a dusty noisy summer...
Thank you. :)
Well, some insight on many things:
1. Many many thanks to this wonderful team that Avalon is. I have a whole team helping me with finding work where I would oups, will be most useful. Many thanks to DeDukshyn who trusts me, by telling me precisely where to look, many thanks Araucaria who is putting directly his hand into my currilum vitae with his great wisdom and know how.
Many htanks to Ulli who follows me with her astrological insights, and to Running Deer who sends me good words and some intuitions and Dan33 with his good words through exchanges in Spanish.
And of course, to my friend Nat'lee who is both here on the forum with me and there in daily life. And my dearest friend Flashlight (lol, Flash, Mini Flash and now Flashlight) who is a new member here and has been a constant supporter of me throughout my life. To Mazda too, a forum member, who never writes but always read and is a very long standing friend as well, protecting my energy and making sure Mini and I are surrounded when needed.
With all of you, I have no doubts in my heart, I will get something where I will be of upmost help while loving what I will be doing.
Having 2 jobs interviews this week, and maybe one more later on.
----------------
The other side of nature: my uncle, one of my mom's 2 brothers, died on Friday. So it will be family meetings through a difficult experience for most.
------
Good luck Mikelodium, we are all with you too. Everything will be fine. And maybe you will discover new things to do yet more exhilarating, who knows, but I am with you during surgery.

Someone or something is sending me pennies on my porch. Every morning I get up and have coffee with my cat by a large red oak. I look to my left and down and there is a penny in almost the same place each morning -for about a month now. I've started asking who are you and what do you want.

For this past year, I have been campaigning for an Innocent Barbadian young man to be let out of Prison, and now his case is
coming up at the imminent meeting of the Privy Council, so I am asking you all for your prayers, so that the right thing be done.
At his time of trial, he was offered a Plea Bargain of 9 years if he agreed to say he was Guilty. Unfortunately, he could not lie in Court,
so he told the truth and pleaded Not Guilty, (trusting that Justice would be done) and has now been in prison for the past 15 years, whilst the perpetrators of the Crime were released 6 years ago. The others have now Sworn Affidavits that Jeffrey Joseph had nothing to do with the Fight, that resulted in Accidental Murder, as he had expressly gone to be the Peacemaker as he knew both sides of the Men involved, but unfortunately he was labelled as 'One of the Gang' by by-standers who sadly could not differentiate between the Attackers and the Peacemaker. So please, please can you pray for the Release of this innocent man, who has done far more years than he would have been sentenced to if he had lied and said he was Guilty. Jan Lewis of the Prison Library, who knows Jeffrey well, as he has been working with her in the Library for the past 6 years, can testify that Mr. Jeffrey Joseph has done wonderful things for the other inmates whilst in Prison and has won many NIFCA Silver and Gold Awards having written Plays and Acted in the Performances at Ilaro Court and NIFCA etc. He has also been coaching the other inmates in Mathematics and Responsible Social Behaviour and is an excellent role model for the other Prisoners.
His mother comes in every year from New York for Mother's day at the Prison, as it is the only day of the year she can Hug her son, I am truly praying that this year she can not only hug him, but she can have his company for her whole visit, and his 2 daughters are also eagerly awaiting the release of their father, so they can spend quality time with him and create a proper relationship that has been difficult for them while he is in Prison.
Please can we Release Jeffrey Joseph from Her Majesty's Prison - Thankyou for your help in this matter, many blessings to you all.
from Christy
PS Please forward this email to your friends and prayer groups so we can all pray that finally Justice be done for this innocent man, so we can all pray together for his Release.

Ulli, can you please let us know the outcome?
Someone or something is sending me pennies on my porch. Every morning I get up and have coffee with my cat by a large red oak. I look to my left and down and there is a penny in almost the same place each morning -for about a month now. I've started asking who are you and what do you want.
Simple (and silly) answer is someone (or something) wants you to share your thoughts ...
... but my advice is free so who (or what) knows :)

Here is something that will make you smile :) ...
This morning I was on the bus and there were two babies not far from each other. One was a dark skined girl around the age of two who were wearing short dreads. The other baby was a blond boy around the age of 1. The blond boy touches the girl's hair with a suprised looked. They both ended up touching each other and laughing. When the father of the boy was getting off at his stop, the babies were holding each others hands and didn't want to let go. The parents had to force them to let go.
A sweet baby love story on a monday morning. This is also proof that a person doesn't become racist at birth. I will remember this for a long time :)
Ulli, can you please let us know the outcome?
As long as Christy lets us know, I will do my best. I'm curious myself.

Full moon. Makes me skip 3-4 hours of sleep in the middle of the night whether I want to or not. I use that time to discover more of how to tap into those regenerative Source juices. I make up for lost time by sleeping in.
Today, there’s an 8:15 a.m. knock-knock. I thought it was my neighbor downstairs kicking around with it being Sunday and all. As it turns out it was my ex-hubby to say let’s go for breakfast while he gets his transmission fluid changed and tires rotated. I’m rushing around with the thought, geez the business must be thriving with the garage opened on Sunday.
It wasn’t until 45 minutes at the local diner over pancakes floating in syrup and butter, a side order of home fries and a second cup of coffee that I learned it was Monday. Great breakfast. I broke all those rules about a colorful, healthy balanced plate.
On Friday, I wondered where’d the four days go? Today, I asked where’d the weekend go?
It’s May. Winter’s but a far, far away memory. Only the dirt and the litter's left to eventually blow away from the 10’/3m piles of plowed snow.
Yesterday’s first lawn mower hair cut. Freshly cut grass smells lingered through those full moon night awake hours. Still waiting for the crickets. Until then I play nature sounds by my bed.
Today, it’ll be a fast pace walk with all that coffee. The last cup was two months ago. My body really, really likes that coffee, though the shaky fingers and hands don’t.
Window’s open, screen’s down, 18”/.5m away from where I’m typing. Bird smells and flutter wings tickle at my ear. They make quick in-and-out-hits on the windowsill for brunch.
Wind chimes now remind me to center and ground the body-whole. Tap into those regenerative Source juices. A shot of 10-20 seconds.
If there’s a message I’d pass along, that’d be it. 10-20 seconds of free, 100% all natural stuff that’s already inside…just waiting for a shake, a vibrate and you’re good to go. No time commitments. Anytime in the 24/7 give it a shake, a vibrate.
I’ve got bird friends that remind me, wind chimes, tree branches that sways, a song on my walk, a retuned smile, even a red traffic light helps me recall.
“Center and ground the body-whole and you’re good to go, Pauler. We’re all in this together, Pauler. Thank you, Pauler.”
“Much appreciation back,” I say.

Alas. Must be a new breed of young-uns’. No honorary greets and serves with 'hon'.
But, yes, the kind of diner where the smells linger all day on you, your clothes and car. Even after a shower the smells live on because you forgot to air out your sneakers.

Yes, go for it Mini!!
Believe it or not, a friend of mine just became a member with username "Flashlight". She was laughing while taking the name, and me too.
I did tell Mini that she would pass for having a mommy hang up, but she did not want to chose something else. Maybe she felt the need for protection at that time?! unconsciously.
But yes, she can change if she wishes (could be the sign of a relief of responsibilities).

Since our friend Shane has come to prominence recently – Hi Shane! – I thought I’d take a look at his posting history. His very first post on Avalon is eminently quotable:
I spend the majority of my time observing people. As part of my job noticing slight changes in disposition or attitude is something I have to focus on. it has been beautiful to witness the changes in people (as well as myself of course) as the energy we are experiencing becomes more intense. With any great change, there are bound to be a few "growing pains" as I am sure many of us have felt, or witnessed in others. I find it important to consciously flow with the changes and not fight against them. In my opinion, if we can do that, we will see the change (in ourselves) that we desire. I remind myself daily to embrace the energy and learn from/with it, being sure to continue my own "work" on myself and not rely entirely on the new energies. Viewing this energetic wave as a helpful tool and my own conscious awareness as the catalyst for change.
With all that said, these are wonderful and exciting times, and I look forward to watching it all play out.
Some beings are here to help intensify the energy and show (by example) how to utilize them in the best possible way. Although it's good to have this help, it is most helpful when we also take responsibility and embrace the energy with open heart and mind. It is beautiful to witness so many doing just that.
Good Morning Sleeping Giants.
Shane also dropped in on the Here and Now thread, here:

You may put it like that, I can take it. :) We are all just a flock of mostly self-organizing mountain sheep grazing unfenced pastures. We have our individual bells that produce harmonies and rhythms to keep us together and in step; it’s easy with one’s nose in the grass to wander off until one’s given tinkle falls out of earshot and is noticed by its absence from the overall music. Actually, the bells are the shepherd’s technological fix, but I’m sure that’s how it must work naturally as well.
Thanks, my friend.

Gemini - May 31, 1930; not to shabby for 85 in a couple of weeks.
One of my stays at George Lucas’ SkyWalker Ranch, my sister, Wolfie, my dog who wasn’t on a leash and I walked along in the cul-de-sac of the guest houses.
I signaled an RV to stop while I ran over to pick up Wolfie. I waved a thanks as the RV slowly went by. Clint Eastwood waved back with a big grin.
Two more encounters that same visit:
He was out for a run while I biked in the opposite direction. Friendly waves and hellos were exchanged and that was that. Except for how fast my heart pounded. Make my day… {insert 'blushing' smilie}
My sister and I ordered lunch from one of the restaurants there and picnicked at the pool. He was swimming with his kid that was about two or three years old while his wife caught some sun rays.

Great news, Juan, y muchas bendiciones para el proyecto Montessori. Fantástico.
About Clint Eastwood and his movies, especially those he directed himself. He was always a favorite of mine, and I identified with all the roles he played. My spiritual development went alongside his, from Dirty Harry, where you take the law in your own hands when you can no longer trust the authorities, to High Plains Drifter which had some other-dimensional elements, and then the introduction to the idea of forgiveness which until then had been lacking in my life.
Oh, and Pale Rider...I was on Baha'i Pilgrimage in 1986 in Haifa, Israel, when I went to see that one. Unusual thing to do for a pilgrim, but I knew what I was doing. It was sort of a culmination of my own quest at the time.
A man of integrity, for sure.

Btw, if you ever get a chance, get the books Gone to Texas and The Vengence Trail of Josey Wales, both by Forrest Carter. Gone to Texas was the book from which The Outlaw Josey Wales was made, and its wonderful, but The Vengence Trail of Josey Wales is simply superb.

Outlaw Josey Wales was where the old Indian showed up at the end, right?

For me, its Unforgiven. One of the best movies ever made. Not to mention The Outlaw Josey Wales.

I don't think actors, as people, can be judged by the roles they play, whether those roles are good characters or bad ones.

Hm, I don't know. If the judgment is linear, maybe not, but I think (and this is me thinking in "If I were") that an actor - for good role translation - would best choose roles that he identifies with in some way. Even if just in what-if-terms.
I think this is the right place for this. THis is a little change over here. Our school montesori project is a reality. EjoyWLjNj7XR-uw

Congratulations! Your Montessori project looks better than the one we have around here. More playful. I understood that independent working and responsibility are high up the agenda there, but the local Montessori school looks more rigid than the rigid Catholic schools we went to, and this is back then. Of course, I'm judging from a distance (and by their uniforms), I don't have first, or second-hand experience.
We chose Freinet. I find it works out well. Best so far, and we've done experimental, comparative analysis.
There's also Steiner and...what's that other one? Dalton? Why did you choose Montessori, by the way?

It is not only Montesory but the main thing we choose from Montesory is the learning trhough the sense/experience (touching mainly). We say we are learning to learn and the emotional part of it is the keystone. Chirldren can choose what they want to learn first thing in the morning, no teachers but guides. Children plant vegetables, cook bread, in those processes they learn many diferent things like even maths... No exams, no schoolbooks, no homework...
Thanks so much Ully.

Very interesting article Carmody. It explains why dyslexic chilren having difficulties with the written word have no problems with the spoken word. The separateness in the brain of each ability woud be the cause.
It also explains why dysphasic children (a kind of aphasia) have problems in both, the written and the spoken words/sentences. Although these abilities would be separated in the brain, for dysphasic, it would show of broader Spectrum of disease/inability of the brain.
But, the most surprising to me personnally is that I was telling people for a good while that my daughter could not be programmed because of her dysphasia. She does not use the usual parts of the brain for expression and written language. Usual programmation techniques, based on habitual normal brain functions, I thought, may have much less impact on her.
So, in conclusion, to program someone through the linguistic, one must use different types/wording/stratégies if the programmation occurs in the written language versus the spoken language.
I now understand better how the commercial advertising for many cars work. YOu have the noise or no noise at all, a nice environment in which the car goes on and on, no words at all that are spoken, then a few written words. They address the visual mind mainly.

Now there's one big billboard I saw hanging out last month, can't retrieve it online, it was for a spacious family car, something like: makes you spontaneaously want to have babies. Very blunt...
Hollow car slogans are equally frustrating: "because the city is a jungle", "because life is a sport", "just like heaven"...

Sorry, Flash, probably deviating.
After having had a look at the artistic contributions on the Avalon emblem I had the following inspiration.
How about a Village emblem?
We are humble Villagers and don't have as large a pool of artists as Avalon can draw from,
But we could still do a fine job, methinks. And if any other Avalonians wish to contribute I personally would feel honored.
After three weeks or so there will be a final selection, followed by a Village Feast.
I would like to see cottages, and a river, and cottage garden, also have some protective imagery, as well as our explorer spirit present in the emblem.
Should we perhaps have a mascot?
All up to you all to decide.
Go for it!!!!!

We all know that sex sells, and those in the advertising professions are having fun going to the limits.
When I was a child they always had the most daring swimsuit-clad smiling models sitting on car hoods at car fairs.
At least now the advertisers try to be a bit funny, compared to then.
But when it comes to marketing, and especially to males, (and we women know where their brains are situated, wink wink),
nothing much has changed.
And I doubt if it ever will.....

The best thing about surgeries is how the pain is less and less each day,
and watching one's strength returning.
Just stay detached and observe your body doing its thing during the recuperation process.
YOU are not your body.
The Villagers are with you, surrounding you with a comforting shield.
I would know how a surgery would feel like, still have the long scar in the middle of my chest as a reminder.
All the best to you Mikelodium, you are indeed in our thoughts.
Speaking of surgery (albeit on a lesser level) just learned that my wife (yes still legally there) took our newest family member (of the canine variety) to get *chipped* despite my strong opposition.
Guess she has a greater fear of a dog getting lost than getting cancer.
Wow ... it really never ceases to amaze me the power of the matrix over so many people even now.
Almost 20 years of married life and I might as well be talking to the wall ...

Well, I was going to add that part but I was already deviating from the dyslexia/dysphasia standpoint.
Okay, now it's relevant :meeting: we had a car fair recently, the annual one, in Brussels. Right after that, in a radio show it was said that they had done some test into the "sex sells" concept (I'm careful not to use the word research because I have to go dig for the exact source). The results showed that putting hot studs in a car fair had (even) better results on car sales to (yes) heterosexual men. I think it's an evolutionary thing, with competition, impressing, and there are females watching.
Either way, in 2012 (http://www.standaard.be/cnt/g2e3l7mm4) the (then) Minister of Equal Chances, Milquet announced she was going to do away with the babes on car fairs (Not happened, btw). If we apply the Equal Chances principle, it should not allow the studs to take babes' places...Unless the Minister makes an exception, of course, which - looking at the current one in office, Mrs. Homans can't fully be excluded. She's known for past erratic suggestions (see: should we have separate daycare for children from working and non-working parents), although it would conflict with the right-wing conservative ideology from the party that delivered her.

Hi Mikelodium:hug:,
It's healthy you recognize feelings that you're experiencing. Feel them. Release them as they come up. You may even notice them come and leave just as fast. Then the mind will get bored with it. Then poof! Mind’s on to something else.
With confidence, I’ll bet you a bag of nuts that you’ll look back and ask yourself, “Why’d I put so much energy into that?”
It’ll also be one of those corner stones that when you’re facing a different unknown, you’ll have an experience to pull from your power-bag to remind, “Oh, right. I went through it with flying colors and can do the same now. Why expend so much time with worry?”
What I see is Mikelodium tending to his mushrooms and in his body-strong participating in all indoor and outdoor activities.

Houman is putting lots of things on autism on this thread http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?40941-Horus-Ra-as-the-Archontic-Alien-Parasite-A-follow-up-interview-with-Maarit&p=959169#post959169
There is a video about Dr Wakefield, a British guts specialist, md, who has been ruined for talking about (not even against) vaccines. The later reports were that he forged his research and that he would have admitted to it. I doubt that he did forge the research very very much - his advice works. I do think however that he has been ruined and later forced to sign an admission.
Houman presented this video here. This is almost the exact story Mini Flash and I went through, including the diets and relearning techniques. And we did more than in the movie for cures and thérapies. You will now understand why I am so proud of her and her college admission - and why I think some people who think they are lightly autistic may in fact not be. I know the signs.
Here the movie and my comments below written on the Houman thread
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_P2u45pDX00
from Flash:
I started listening to Hear the silence movie, where the mom start researching why her child has autism, looks at pictures, looks at videos, realised that he reacted at such and such a time, after vaccination, and I could not keep listening.
My daughter reacted with lots of spasm at her first vaccination at 3 months old, and I did not realised what was going on, I brought her to an ostheopath (it is written in her file) Then, later on, she said her first word on time, had bright eyes. By 21/2 years old, she had followed the North American regimen of vaccination. She was not speaking much, had 2 standard déviations below normal (this is a lot) gross motor and fine motor skills impairment and had lost eye contact.
By 4, she was diagnosed with severe receptive and emittive dyspahsia (a kind of aphasia) plus the gross motor skills impairment and a potential autism. By 7, she was refused in a school for Learning disable because they thought she was autistic. I went to the school directed and begged her to take my daughter in, saying that if it does not work, I will take her out. It did work, she was able to go through schooling.
In the meantime, I was doing exactly like that mom, researching the internet for cures, over and over again, throughout the world. I found many thing, made a ten years plan and checked at the cost, while divorcing, having the dad accusing me of making it up. The cost was very high. So i tried to see what I could do to make such expenses for thérapies and decided to go free lance to make as much money as possible, to pay thérapies. Made a lot, brought her all over, followed my plan (in part based on Jenny McCarthy's group of parents) with some déviations for lack of money. It was sooooooo tough. And lonely. Against all the medical world. Against the dad who did not want to spend much. But with soooo much love, anything for her.
And it was soooooo tough on her, so difficult. She went through hell, accepting to do what i asked, which was way over what normal children are demanded to do, because of extreme brain stimulation. She did it because she loved her mom and did not want to disappoint me (even if without eye contact). She still have light problems, but only her and I know what she went through and what little remains in impediment.
And now, I realised this could have been all avoided if I had refused the subsequent vaccines, after seeing the effect of the first one. I do feel very guilty.
I know I am boring with my story, but you would not imagine how difficult it is for the child in that situation.
When they finally can talk, at least mine, she would tell me in which kind of jail she was, how she felt like being behind her own body jail bars, looking on the outside, not able to be with it (this is now how she expresses the feelings). Those children suffer a lot.
And it is tough for moms too.
I Wonder which kind of karma those in the pharmaceutical industry, making the vaccine, researchers doing the research and signing incomplete or false data, the salesmen knowing it is not sure research, the administrators who hear the gossips, all those people who do F. .. NOTHING, how will their karma be? How will they pay for their lasting cowardness? And for the Rumsfeld and others owners, karma is a bitch.
That woman in that movie did exactly what I did, and I did even more.

Project Avalon SteamPunked... Series 1_1
This belongs here because it's a kinda funny and sort of a parody of that design style. It's a montage of found images on the web .... they are the usual kind of things one finds in SteamPunk fantasy and Sci-fi digital artwork. It seems like everyone is tweaking the same images to fit their compositions so it's all rather boring in that respect but nevertheless, SteamPunk and its derivatives are where its at now on the design scene so put this montage together for P.A. Had this posted in the "motif" thread here for 2 minutes before I deleted it.

Nice, Roisin. I caught it before you took it down. My favorite part is the man in the hat with the auric field. The monochromatic style helps to highlight parts of your montage.
I'll add the link here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?81602-A-new-Avalon-motif) in case people want to see your and others' works.

Steam Punk is pretty cool and if I were younger I would be making steam punk jewelry and belts now
instead of gardens with wheel chair access.
(Hey, how about making steam punk wheel chairs?)
But somehow I have become serious, maybe too serious, and having a hard time staying light.
It's time I do something about that.
Roisin, would you enjoy the idea of doing a Village Emblem for us that has steam punk elements?

Yelloo, and gud morning! Our last day of sun, tomorrow is a rainy days...We'll have the annual school celebration (there must be a more concise name for this in English). Kids are going to perform and the school is having an exposition of the children's artworks.
Oh yes, the art project. How did it go? :star:, like so. Wonderful kids! 3-4 yo. The teacher had been preparing my visit by telling them a few days before what I would be there to do. So, when I came to class, she asked the kids again, to look at the calendar and see if they remembered who I could be. And one kid shouted: Mondriaan!
Wonderful. :clapping:
I'll admit that I remember only a fraction of the end results as I was so overwhelmed by these children's energies, their playfulness, and probably some more adjectives that we adults wouldn't be able to determine anymore (Release your innerkid). What also stuck with me, was the ease with which they work. They get the tools and poof, they're busy. No deep analysis, no caution for logical mistakes...It's a flow and they don't block it. Doesn't mean they don't think, sometimes they paused, looked at what they had, demanded new colours. One kid painted a couple of continents (he could also name them) and a plane. Another kid made a stunning color pallette. I drew the teacher's attention to that remarkable combination of colors and she said it runs in the family. She also said the children were never so enthusiast for painting as today :sun: which made me shine like the sun.
We must still finish the composition though: we're going to take all the kids' cubist tidbits and make a larger canvas, maybe two. I hope we'll get it done by tomorrow for the exposé.
Oh, Ulli when you mentioned mascotte, I suddenly found a gekko (plastic miniature) on my desk. Do I own these (I thought to myself)? Not mine. Maybe the gekko was trying to say that he would like to be the mascotte...:dog:
Well, there's another weekend. But first :coffee:

Is this still the stream of consciousness thread?
I hear birds outside. The cats are "sleeping" with their ears pricked up and turned like little satellite dishes towards the windows to hear them. The television is on but muted. My book is open next to me, waiting for me to return to it. The sun is shining. We only get about 12 - 16 weeks of halfway decent weather here and i'm missing it. I should be outside right now. I love the sun. I live for the sun. I am sad that I live where we have 15% sunny days in a given year and the rest clouds. Avalon is my sun proxy.

It is and always will be. Plus it allows for mutations.
Worse than not having sunny days is when one has lots of them and loses the appreciation.
That's what has happened to me many times.
Appreciation is easier when there are contrasts.

Hum, yes, contrast
This appreciation of sunny days was lost to me when I lived in Mexico. In fact, I did my middle day nap, like most Mexcans, and one day, I just intensely dreamed that I was seeing through a window a huge mountain literally made of very white snow. When I woke up, I told myself "just a Canadian can have such a dream lol" I was missing the cold and the snow lol.
(Like the time I dreamed I was a fur trader from way back, and my then husband, who was European Turk told me "only a Canadian could ever dream that " )lol.
----------------------------
Had one interview with a head hunter yesterday. He clearly told me that it is age that scared the interviewers. He said most of the time, when receiving people with a big cv, he interviews them and knows it won't work with his client, either they are too stiff, too caught in their views, want to direct things and will ruffle some feathers, etc etc. He said that it is because he spoke to me on the phone and my voice and quick thinking convinced him I should be met. What he told me confirmed my suspicions. Lesson: I have t speak to the recruiters, whomever they are (head hunters or companies recruiters).
But, it went well, he decided I could match his Customer's needs and sent him my cv with recommendations.
I have the second interview this afternoon and right after I am going to my uncle burrial. I am happy it is not right before.
Thank you all for sending me good vibes. I appreciate it. I will still need it because those are only the beginning processes.

I'm glad to know that your fur trader dream was not a prophetic one.
Most of our dream imagery comes from stored memory, in my opinion.
Except that one time when I was in a helicopter over Argentina with Margaret Thatcher...
years before she was even Prime Minister.
Haven't had a premonition dream like that for decades.
I guess it only served the purpose of showing me that one can move beyond the space/time universe when sleeping...
For seven years I had no idea what it meant, but when the event happened in April 1982
it blew my mind and expanded my belief system beyond that wild dream.

I've been working on an emblem for the Village that's somewhat reminiscent of that village image in that video but in a completely different style. The village has to be close-up enough to be able to identify it as such as opposed to a cluster of houses/village seen on the edge of a mountain way off into the distance. Don't want people to have to squint to make out what's out there but a waterfall is a real "must" for an enchanting landscape. Mountains too.... in the background including a dramatic sky with airships flying around to keep within the steampunk context. :)
But the scene has to be infused with spirituality too. It's got to be uplifting and not dismal and gloomy in any way, shape or form. So color will be integrated into the composition too.

A family in New York began visiting shelters to look for the perfect pup. After a few weeks of searching local shelters, they found a puppy that they fell in love with - Theo. He craved human friendship and attention. Three days after coming home with them, he joined Beau for his daily nap. Beau's mother took a picture and now they are warming hearts around the world.

I saw it as a synchronicity of Love that we are all supported by the Universe. A sign we are connected. Not that I need it (or maybe I do) , I'm aware of it -taking notice, thanking and acknowledging the Power that Be. Jeffery's release is awesome -beautiful bittersweet as it is. Humbling.

Thanks for taking the time, Nora. I noticed that car 13 just a bit before reading your thirteen. Adding to the sync list. 13 is a long story, cut short: wherever I go, some 13 (and capricorns too). There's a thin line that between meaningless coïncidence and meaningfulness (which may also take the form of a coïncidence) that I walk, always pondering...Which one is it?
For Jeffrey to be released on that day is no doubt "meaningful" in itself, and perhaps also matching the numbers, 13 is also the number of death and endings. It's the end of a long and painful experience. And notice that the plea was dated 5th. Number 5...I buckle up. Driving in a car that could swing either way.

Good morning Village,
Surgery was a bit longer than expected, almost 4 hours. But I think all went ok, I'm not suffering too much pain. Waiting for the doc to come to tell me if I can go home or I need to stay at the hospital one more day. Crossing fingers...
Hugs!
That is great news! (that it went ok!)

Drinking coffee with a cat sprawled out next to me, pressed up against my leg. I can hear birds again, and the sound of the pool pump trying to clear the winter debris. The wild dewberries on the hill have been staked up, the organic vegetables are sprouting in their pots, and the trees are budding with little leafbuds. Spring is finally here.
Lately when listening to my favorite musical artists (music is my first ... no, second love, after the sun) I have been noticing a great many themes in the music which I never picked up on before which all have to do with PA-type stuff... I'm particularly fond of this song (always have been).... (which I didnt' realize was titled after a famous Heaven's Gate speech/writing until now but probably should have)

Yesterday, I tried my hand at rock balancing. I went back today with my rubbers so I could get right in the middle of things. I made about eight more. It’s tricky walking about because it’s slimy-slippery. The one from yesterday still stands minus the top rock.

My job interview went well yesterday. I have to tests to pass and we will see, but they seem to want me. It is insurance sales, but hey, why not if it allows me to live and if it is done in an honest way. The team I would be with seems good.
I am now waiting for Dedukshyn contact in a few weeks.

I went to my uncle's burrial yesterday, met few of my cousins on that family side and we decided that we had to do something so see each other. Most are getting to be white hair... sigh.
My mom was there without my step dad, her 20 years time life companion. We asked where he was, and he was in hospital, having had an heart attack the previous day. He is 83. My mom was sad for her brother, and worried for her companion.
I will go see him in hospital tonight, my sister tomorrow and my brother later. And maybe Mini Flash will go tomorrow too, he is the only grand father she has known and is a very good grand father to ther. My mom is soo tired and worried that we are worried for her, we will take over a little taking care of her loved one. She is that tired.

I like the design, too, Roisin, although perhaps a bit Wagneresque.
I actually live in a village in a valley surrounded by mountains
in a zone where there is lots of rain.
And even though our mountains are not quite as steep
there is always this deep-rooted fear of landslides.
Which was my first reaction to the picture.
So that's when I remembered landscapes I have known, of rolling hills.
But there is less drama there. Might not be a bad thing....
Just musing.
I love the shape of the cottages though. A lot.

Are you talking about the surgery experience? If so, it was better than expected, less pain and I feel less incapacitated than expected too. There was one thing I didn't expected at all, the urinary catheter... that was in fact so so horrible, and painful when extracted
I'm a bit worried about the rehab process tho... But hey, I believe its gonna be fine, it's been less than 48 hours since the surgery and I'm pretty autonomous with crouches. I can stay sited for a while, then move a bit around the house, then lay down on the sofa... in fact I did my breakfast this morning with little to no help! My father just made the coffee :P
Patience, patience, patience... My new mantra, i guess :wizard:
Hugs!

Ok ulli, will create one that hopefully will match up to your description wrt "mountains" which in this case will hover somewhere between mountains and hills. I know what you mean on that and the less steep ones can be just as beautiful as the Himalayas or the Rockies too. So we're not so much looking at the rolling hills in a Grant Wood painting and more like the mountains of Scotland which are really more like foothills.

Yeah, and the cottages are what's most important as they reflect our own creativity.
The outside landscape represents the elements we are subjected to.
And since our vision is of a gentler world I was hoping that the elements would just be a leedle less challenging. ;)
The problems the Villagers have to face stem from either natural illnesses,
or from evil empire. So there has to be a shield, of sorts. A dome, or bubble.
And fields, representing organic food production.
What I had in mind was more like the Asterix and Obelix stories where the villagers were tough folk
who could take on the entire Roman army after having taken a sip from their home-made magic potion.

It is windy outside. It doesn't sound like passive wind just blowing about, it sounds like the winds of change, blowing in a new season of life.
One of the cats is chasing "nothing" all around the room and pouncing madly at it - very out of character for her. Now another cat jumped from the window sill to see what cat number one was doing, and startled her so badly she jumped straight up into the air. There is energy in the room we can all sense.... and now suddenly I hear birds but no more wind...
An interesting day already.

I wished the ladies in my life a Happy Mothers Day. This includes a friend in Colorado, my X with her son and my Mom. I am looking for an indian reservation on the East Coast of Florida that I saw in another water type flood dream. I can't quite remember the spelling of the name. It began with an 'r' and had a 'p' 3-5 letters in. That is the first water dream I"ve had in some time. I have been having them for years however. The building will be flooded, the neighborhood whatever. I'll always be above it either observing or rescuing people. So I"m contemplating the resurgence of more flood dreams and being shown two indian reservations that may not actually exist. The reason for that may be that I've recently started reading a nature symbol book by a medicine man because I"ve been noticing consistent patterns the last year especially with birds, breezes and energies. Now the now is to move to another now that includes cooking breakfast.
I'm on the East Coast in Southern North Carolina experiencing the bands of rain associated with Tropical Storm Anna that is only moving at 3 mph and keeping things low key here.
Happy Mothers Day to all Moms.
I'm thankful for my mother, she means the world to me.
Where would this world be without good mothers?
The mother is everything-she is our consolation in sorrow, our hope in misery, and our strength in weakness. She is the source of love, mercy, sympathy, and forgiveness. He who loses his mother loses a pure soul who blesses and guards him constantly. Every thing in nature bespeaks the mother. And the mother, the prototype of all existence, is the eternal spirit, full of beauty and love. The word mother is hidden in our hearts, and it comes upon our lips in hours of sorrow and happiness as the perfume comes from the heart of the rose and mingles with clear and cloudy air.

Very interesting video regarding illusions and most probably how we can be manipulated - explaining as well the necessity for heavy programmation through media for manipulating the brain - , note that schizophrenics see right through the illusion
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbKw0_v2clo
link to the thread on schizophrenia
https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=104&v=QbKw0_v2clo
The most interesting here is that maybe the dysfunctional brain of schizophrenics is is fact dysfunctioning in our environments because of impairment in the reorganisation of the information received by the brain, in fact, they would end up with raw data and not be able to organise it. Which in turn could be very rich in true information, if we could tap into their views and translate it in workable information. They have the raw data it seems.

Took the day off today and hung out. Rather than walk in 90F/32C temps, I did the drive-by into Burger King. Ate food I most never do and washed it down with a medium size Sprite which was large enough to take a bath in.
I figured Sprite was the better choice over Coke. But it tastes like the smell of a cross between Spic & Span and Pine Sol. Similar ingredients? Here & Now waiting for the heartburn medicine to kick in.

Ouch. I will not give up though. Coming back isn't easy, I feel clumsy, vulnerable and awkward at times, but tell my-self, post anyways....keep going. Love and be inspired.

Last night was special.
Took my first child (18 year old son graduating high school within a couple weeks) to see not only his first rock concert but also his very favorite band ... Rush.
This was akin to a lifetime dream for him and it was so very much fun to be able to share that moment with him (and his best friend who we invited).
Doesn't get much better than that on the prison planet.
Here is the song I enjoyed the most (they didn't play my favorite ... The Trees) but this was outstanding and this vid isn't of the band in concert but rather some awesome eye candy (I love thunderstorms so I may be partial ...).

One other thing from a song they played ... a snippet of a few lyrics that resonated with me tonight even though I had heard the song so very many times (Roll the Bones).
Sometimes you simply have to surrender to the Universe ... and these few lyrics brought that out for me tonight ...
Why are we here?
Because we're here.
Roll the bones.
Why does it happen?
Because it happens.
Roll the bones.

Here's just a concept.... based on what you're talking about above and just wanted to give you some idea on how the bubble idea will sorta look conceptually-wise.
What we're trying to do now is refine on what you want this motif to look like. As for the style of what I'm showing here, this graphic is only very simple mock up of elements placed on a canvas and nothing more.
When it comes to a bubble or a dome, you have to keep in mind how important the perspective of the buildings and everything else is seen in the layout. You can't have an over head birds eye view where you're looking down on the layout of the community and have a bubble or dome too without losing important detail. Nor can you have a worm's eye view either.... it pretty much has to be at or near straight and level.
To give you a better idea on what a dome would look like, here's the graphic for that tv show "Under The Dome". As we can see, with the exception of the barn and the church steeple, we really can't make out too much detail of that town.
http://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/s--47t1PIns--/18v7sdtdosqitjpg.jpg
But here's a graphic ad for that show but once again, it's highlighting the limitations of that concept. (the one on the right is the one I am describing in my first paragraph of this post)
update: Here's another one I put together to see how many houses and and how large they can be within the constraints of a bubble. (note: talking about image directly below)

Just now a pair of tits brought their nuptial dance to about a foot in front of (slightly above) my face, so close that the slightest move to bring them into view chased them happily off.
Talking of hands Ulli, this is the time of year when I have sore hands after digging the vegetable patch – only this year the digging was done back in November. Either I am crazy (very possible) or this suggests a time-based or memory component to pain capable of overriding the immediate physical sequence. I don’t recall having had any problem in November. Probably just crazy…
I’m not sure about this under the dome symbol of Roisin’s: in Stephen King’s novel, it crystallizes all that is wrong in the world. Funnily enough, I referred to it only last week. http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?81835-My-experience-of-meeting-Bill-Ryan-many-years-ago&p=958325&viewfull=1#post958325

Nora, I’ve often thought of you this year and how you were doing with the lost of your significant other. The stages of acceptance are a strange experience. As painful as it can be early on, you’re numb by comparison a few months later. It’s strange how we learn to adapt and accept, though it doesn’t seem like it in present moment. At least it was that way when I’ve experienced it.
They say factors outside ourselves such as stress at home, a job loss, a move or death of a loved one is enough to cause chaos to the psyche. But five deaths in a year, one being a significant other, I can’t begin to imagine.
You’re a caretaker of family and friends on many levels, makes me want to say please continue to take care of yourself. I know you do. I know, too, that you’re one strong spirit woman that touches lives in so many dimensional ways. Thank you for signing up at this time.

Recently, I went through my small box of photographs that live way, way in the back of a closet of seasonal gear, blankets and sleeping bag. Most of the people in that box have passed or are left in my past and that includes me.
What struck me was how hard I was on myself. A combination of expectations, perceived imperfections, wrong this, wrong that, young, not so young.
If I condense it to a single descriptor it’d be unrealistic expectations mostly born out of others’ point of view and me buying into them. Fortunately, I didn’t let it stop me.
Reminders here and now:
Embrace change. Carry on with refined versions of growth. And a different kind of path from the many is perfect for me.

The photographs represent slices of my life. The first part is how many loved ones have died, i.e., son, parents, sister, significant other, in-laws, friends, etc. Whole histories and life goals with them have been wiped out.
Photos of Michael, my son, and his dad are in that same box. Michael’s dad still holds his ashes hostage. He’s waiting for me to pay for half the burial. Even though he gave nothing but $25 a week child support and very little time and love with stringent conditions attached.
The second part is that I always walked away from the cliques, the financial security, the homes, the material possessions.
Freedom triumphs controller bastards.

I passed a milestone birthday today! LOL! 50 wasn't so bad! I don't feel twenty but I don't feel over the hill just quite yet! I am guessing it is a mind over matter type thing. And my daughter painted the most beautiful, vibrant, alive painting for me. I am very blessed and very thankful to be alive and well! I love you villagers and dear friends. I wished we lived closer.

Trying to sleep but can't. The antibiotic creme on my injured foot is burning...and there is a sharp pain.
Oh, I forgot to mention, I had a fall today. Tripped over some stringy grass and fell really hard.
Hurt shoulder, hip, wrist and foot.
Was also carrying a small eucalyptus tree when it happened.
Could have been worse, and I still consider myself lucky.

Hopefully the medication will work soon as it is a little miserable for her and she is anxious to get outside to plant a few carrots and peas in her small garden :) Love and best wishes to all.

Castor Oil Health Benefits (http://www.homeremediesweb.com/castor-oil-health-benefits.php)
Where and How to Buy Castor Oil
Castor Oil is best purchased from a health food store, since the oil that can be found in a supermarket may be meant for industrial use only (which is not safe for human consumption). Look for cold-pressed or cold-processed oil only and confirm it with a naturopathic doctor before taking it. The color of the oil should be a very light or pale yellow.
What is Castor Oil?
http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/Recovered/product_castor_oil_zpsetv9i4pl.JPG
Castor Oil is a very pale yellow liquid that is extracted from castor seeds (Ricinus Communis). It is an anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant oil which has been used for centuries for its therapeutic and medicinal benefits. It is believed that most of castor oil's benefits are derived from its high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids. Although it has a strong and rather unpleasant taste, castor oil is used in cosmetics, soaps, textiles, medicines, massage oils and many other everyday products.

What are the Benefits of Castor Oil?
Castor Oil has been used both internally and externally for thousands of years due to its many wonderful health benefits. Since it can strengthen the immune system, castor oil is considered a great remedy to treat the following major illnesses and ailments:
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Parkinson's Disease
• Cerebral Palsy
• Hair loss
• Pain from Arthritis and Rheumatism
It has also been found to help with many everyday problems such as:
• Yeast Infections
• Constipation
• Gastrointestinal Problems
• Menstrual Disorders
• Migraines
• Acne
• Sunburn
• Athlete's Foot
• Ringworm
• Skin Abrasions
• Inflammation
Castor Oil is also commonly used to induce labour, so pregnant women should always consult a doctor before using it.
Uses of Castor Oil
Arthritis Natural Remedy
The anti-inflammatory properties of Castor Oil make it an excellent massage oil for relieving arthritic joints, nerve inflammations, and sore muscles.
• Make a small pad by folding a small piece of unbleached cotton flannelette into 3 or 4 layers.
• Dip the cotton pad into Castor Oil and place it on to the affected joint or muscle.
• Cover the pad with a plastic wrap.
• Place a hot water bottle or heating pad over the plastic wrapped cotton pad. The plastic wrap will prevent the water bottle or heating pad from getting oily.
• Leave the cotton pad on for 45 minutes to an hour, once per day.
This Castor Oil pack can be reused. Simply place it into a plastic ziplock bag and refrigerate it until it is ready to be used again. It can be refrigerated in a ziplock bag.
Constipation Remedy
Studies have shown that Castor Oil is a very strong laxative, which makes it very effective against constipation. Therefore, simply take a teaspoon of castor oil in the morning. You can mix the oil with orange juice, cranberry juice, prune juice, or ginger juice to take away from the bitter taste without affecting the laxative effects. However, do not take it continuously for more than 3 days. If symptoms persist for longer than 3 days, consult your physician immediately.
Ringworm Treatment
Ringworm is known to be a stubborn condition to treat, but one of the active compounds of Castor Oil (Undecylenic Acid) has been found to be very effective at treating this fungal infection.
• Spray Castor leaves with some hot water and coarsely crush the leaves.
• Soak the leaves in pure coconut oil.
• Warm the leaves to a temperature that will not burn the skin, and apply the leaves over the affected area as a poultice.
• Leave on the skin for at least one hour, or optionally overnight.
• You may wrap the leaves with unbleached cotton fabric to prevent the oil from staining your bed sheets.
Repeat the procedure every night before going to bed until cured. However, if you notice any redness or discomfort around the area, discontinue this remedy.
Skin Problems
Successful studies have approved the use of Castor Oil for skin infections and other skin problems such as sunburn, abrasions, acne, dry skin, boils, warts, stretch marks, liver/age spots, athletes foot and chronic itching and inflamed skin.
• Dip a cotton ball into Castor oil and apply it onto the affected skin in the morning and at night.
• Alternatively, for larger skin areas, soak an appropriately large piece of unbleached cotton cloth in Castor Oil and wrap the affected area overnight.
• If the area is very small, soak a Band-Aid in Castor Oil and cover the infected skin overnight.
For stubborn fungal infections that affect the skin or nails, it is recommended to soak the affected skin in Epsom Salt for 10-15 minutes to soften and disinfect the skin before applying Castor Oil. This can help speed up the healing process.
Stye Treatment
The anti-bacterial components of castor oil have been found to be effective against styes (oil gland infections on the eyelid). Simply apply a very small drop of the oil directly onto the stye 2 or 3 times per day.
Wrinkle Treatment
Castor oil is a natural emollient that penetrates the skin and helps stimulate the production of collagen and elastin which can soften and hydrate the skin. Therefore, it is a wonderful natural treatment for wrinkles since it restores and rejuvenates skin's natural youthful appearance by making skin smoother, softer and pliant. Dip a small cotton ball into the oil and apply it on wrinkled skin before going to bed. Use only a small amount of oil when applying it to the skin near the eyes.
What are the Side Effects of Castor Oil?
Castor oil is normally safe if used in moderation. However, pregnant and lactating women and people with intestinal blockage, acute inflammatory intestinal disease, appendicitis, or abdominal pain should not take Castor Oil without their doctor's approval.
Note that precautions must be taken when taking the oil internally, so you should always follow the directions on the package and consult your doctor or naturopathic professional before consuming it. A typical recommended dosage for the oil is no more than one-half to one full teaspoon per day. Overdosage of Castor Oil may result in diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or cramping.

Here and now... well, just a few minutes ago, my doc scolded me... Because today I started walking with just one crutch and apparently it's a big no-no. So back to the "two occupied hands" routine :P
Almost no pain, and I sleep very well too. I hope all goes like this until I'm 100% recovered!
Ulli, sending hugs and energy your way!
Peace :)
A very wise man once told me to soak all the organs in castor. A mistake often made, according to him, was only using the poultice for the liver or the kidneys etc. He suggested one cut a large enough piece of cotton to cover the entire chest and abdomen area and, like Paula said, soak that cotton in castor, lay it on the body and apply heat (I use a heating pad). Then, he suggested one leave it on for an hour at least.
He promised the deepest sleeps from doing such, and he was right! I'd fall asleep like clockwork every time and wake up an hour or so later more refreshed than I feel most mornings.
Its a slow healer. Not an instant miracle worker. He called it a "multiplier of power". However, it can only multiply the power you already have in you. But over time its very effective.
This man went on to explain why the oil is holy and so on, and I was intrigued. So I used it. I still do. Once or twice a week I soak in the castor oil and I feel a real difference.
P.s. anyone have any good natural remedies for skin tags???

Hi, Mike, I copied your post and ordered a bottle of castor oil. ( to PurpleLama)
There are a lot of suggestions natural and otherwise. Here’s a bunch of links and 2+ minute 'before and after results' video - Skin Tag Natural Remedys (https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=skin+tags+natural+remedy&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8).
When I was twelve, I used a fingernail clipper to remove a big wart off my wrist. I ended up clipping off bits of it over a couple of days. I was too young to know to sterilize the clippers. Fortunately it didn't get infected. The visual still gives me shivers. Damn vanity thang. I was desperate. I had a crush on Billy Burke.

Two things, Cayce recommended using wool flannel and not cotton for doing the packs, some thing to do with the conductivity of the wool. Its really soft, not scratchy at all.
Castor oil is probably the best thing to use for skin tags, as well. Soak cotton ball or a small piece of the flannel and tape it on, or use an ace bandage to hold in place. If anyone is interested in doing the abdominal packs, ask me and I can give you the Cayce instructions for using them.

One thing, Mike. After using the pack over night, you should take a couple of big spoonfuls of olive oil. The CO packs cause tissue to release built up toxins, and taking the olive oil keeps them from making their way back into the liver.
That's cool Paula! (Both the vid and you using the oil)
My skin tags are much smaller and not so irritated looking - there are 2 right below my left eye. I got them after a long period of time where I rarely slept. I'm certain it had something to do with it. I tried the nail clipper surgery but being in such a sensitive area, it hurt like hell. I could have endured the pain, but I sort of intuitively questioned the wisdom of what I was doing....I had a feeling it was a mistake.
I tried apple cider vinegar for a few weeks with no success. I'm excited about giving the tea tree oil a shot. I think I actually have some lying around somewhere.
Re the poultice: I put the castor soaked cotton on the abdomen and chest, cover it with an appropriately sized piece of plastic (from grocery bag usually) and then lay the heating pad on top. It keeps the heating pad from getting sticky and messy. Usually I'll lay a big old encyclopedia on top of it all to encourage the process
Mr. Purple, thanks for the tip! I've already ordered the wool from the Cayce distributors. I think the cotton i use is much too thin anyway. I'll use the olive oil too. And should the tea tree oil fail me on the skin tag front, I'll give the castor a shot. I'll keep ya updated

Stretchy plastic wrap works great to cover the flannel, or even just a ratty old towel that won't hardly dry you off any more. Cayce recommended covering from the ribcage down to the pelvis, covering the entire abdomen, so the flannel from heritage will be roughly sized to do a solid double layer. The flannel is never cleaned, when not in use keep it folded up in a small glass casserole dish, you can then preheat it in the oven at the lowest setting, and storing that way ensures many years of use.

The Trees) but this was outstanding and this vid isn't of the band in concert but rather some awesome eye candy (I love thunderstorms so I may be partial ...).
vvsw_Jq4UcE
One other thing from a song they played ... a snippet of a few lyrics that resonated with me tonight even though I had heard the song so very many times (Roll the Bones).
Sometimes you simply have to surrender to the Universe ... and these few lyrics brought that out for me tonight ...
Why are we here?
Because we're here.
Roll the bones.
Why does it happen?
Because it happens.
Roll the bones.
Fantastic! I took my oldest to see Rush a few years ago when he was about 18 - it was spectacular. I have been taking my youngest to see shows with me since she was 8 and saw Alice Cooper with us. We're going to see a few shows later this month (she is 12 now). Music is the best thing ever, next to love. IMO.

I’ve been watching the video Bill posted in his latest newsletter sent out by email yesterday.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvwHHMEDdT0
gvwHHMEDdT0
The wonderful lady is the animal communicator Anna Breytenbach. Bill has been explaining a case of healing humans (actually a forum member he calls Jane), and has added this on to show how the same approach also works with animals. I think this process can be turned around one more time, because what is achieved with this killer black leopard originally called Diabolo goes potentially far beyond the quoted human instance to include the bigger picture as well.
This animal is a really intractable problem even for a family used to frolicking with lions and tigers. It bites the man once at the first opportunity, sending him to hospital for a week. This means that his communications skills, which are highly effective in ordinary cases, fall way short of what Anna is able to bring to resolve this issue. Of course, she does not turn Diabolo (now Spirit) into a household pet: he still wants as little as possible to do with humans, but that’s OK, because that includes doing us no harm.
The difference between the two levels of communication may be something in the order of the difference between healing the type of issues faced by the average Avalonian and healing the type of issues faced by someone like David Rockefeller, Dick Cheney or George H. W. Bush for example with the attendant dangers they raise for human survival. If we are to find a solution to the world’s problems, we have to work on the basis that these leading cabal figures are ultimately a pack of killer black leopards in need of some serious listening and understanding such as shown in this video. We have to get this done because in addition, we have no safety fence to protect us and if anything we are the caged ones.
How do we make progress in this direction? One presentation by Anna indicates the tool that we are already using to some extent and need to make more effective. She has access not only to individual animals but also to their collective consciousness. I can only explain how she succeeds where others have failed with this animal by imagining that she is able to reverse this process and give the individual animal access to our human collective consciousness. Otherwise the animal would just tell her, “I have no issue with you personally, but please don’t interfere”. If this is indeed what is happening, then it has one huge implication, namely that our human collective consciousness is pure and strong enough to settle a major issue with the animal kingdom in roughly 2-3 minutes of heart-to-heart discussion. I have no doubt that the word has got around among the big cats, so subsequent occasions will be that much easier, just as a few cuddly lions may be the start of something big. The second huge implication is therefore that the rogue elements among humanity are totally bypassed by this process, reducing them to unrepresentative anomalies. But of course that doesn’t mean they can be simply bypassed altogether: the rogue elements have to be tamed, as do the rogue elements in each of us.
One huge implication of this incontrovertible fact is a lesson taught by Spirit the leopard. It is that its power had not only to be recognized but recognized as something positive and admirable. Souls who claim to be more aware certainly recognize the power of “the powers that be”; they generally don’t accept it however as being positive and admirable. Other citizens can be defined as less aware because they fail to recognize that power; however on the plus side, they do not share the negative slant put on it by “conspiracy theorists”. For them the devil doesn’t exist; they are governed by people nearly as ordinary as themselves. To that extent, we say that they also fail to recognize their own power. So what Spirit is telling us is that the correct response is recognition of the power but without the diabolization.
The second huge implication of the need to tame our own rogue elements is the observation that any blame is going to be attached in the wrong quarter; accordingly we don’t attach blame, we identify the source of original ill-treatment, whether real or perceived, and put a stop to it. It is not always a big deal on the face of it. It never occurred even to the outstanding big cat lover in this video that a leopard would be thinking, “I don’t like being called Diabolo: please find me another name”. Maybe this can be transposed to the bigger picture: “We don’t like being called “the bastards in power” (choose your favourite expression): please find us another name”. I gather the reptilians are very susceptible to this sort of thing. Maybe we should humour them.
The third huge implication is to do with the mechanism of interspecies communication in its effect of instant mutual understanding. On the one hand, the individual is already plugged into the collective: there is no hierarchical structure to climb; speaking to Anna is the same as speaking to the top authority. On the other, there is a collective of collective consciousnesses: hence one leopard communicates with one human, and their two species’ collective consciousnesses instantly mesh, simply because they are both part of a greater life consciousness. This means that our improved communications with all life forms in nature (including all kinds of aliens) help to activate this greater life consciousness. It would seem that full completion of that process is what is required to overcome the problems on this planet at this time.
For the final analysis is that the rogue elements of humanity are something more, or other, than a bunch of raging predators that would be responsive to this process. It may well be true to some extent that there is a cosmic “evil” force at work; however, this is precisely how it defines itself as not only inhuman, but anti-life and anti-consciousness – a force that has opened up a gap for itself in the universal living consciousness. This is the gaping wound that all this healing is designed to close, when consciousness is again seen to be whole and nothing but the whole. Why it is not necessary to believe in any such cosmic evil force at all (and ultimately necessary not to subscribe to it) is because its sole attribute is non-existence. When the life force finally realizes that itself is all that is, the ghosts of non-existence, including within ourselves, will simply fade away. It is not for us to say who if anyone will be beyond repair and carried away in this inevitable process.

Hello village and villagers!
This is a hell of a segue from castor oil packs...
OK, boys and girls. You may need some clean underwear after this. (And you're saying, "Yeah. Right. A kickass balalaika player?")

[This was posted by someone on Faceboog, and the comments (mostly about the audience of cadavers) that went along with it were priceless.]
I probably should not have played the video (several times!) before going to bed. This ain't yer daddy's Nachtmusik.
Castor oïl pack made him play like that! WOW! What did it do to you and your guitar Dennis? lol

Araucaria, really really good analysis, thanks.
Anyone born in November/December of 1957 and also August/September of 1958 would have had Pluto at 2' Virgo.
Just letting them know that this week Saturn will form a right angle to their Pluto, from 2' Sagittarius, and Mars will do the same, from 2' Gemini.
All others will feel the Saturn/Mars opposition, too, but not quite as intensely.

OMG!!! Listening to this guy I almost can't sit still and can't help laughing and almost cry at the same time! This is what i needed just now, having a minor dip from Lyme complications after 2 busy days almost feeling cured, back with Gothenburg and my computor.
Mercury is slow retrograding on the 19:th, old friends and themes popping up; I toured in the 80:ties with the guy who started "The Balalaikas of the South Mountains" in Stockholm, but without balalaikas...
The train crash in the US also reflecting MercuryRx communication collapse. Don't sign important papers now but take a close look, organize and get rid of old one's. That goes for internal work also.

I have been thinking about these issues a lot during my stint at Avalon.
Coming from the idea that the self perceives stuff that is mostly a reflection of what has not yet been integrated into conscious self understanding.
So the "evil" elite scenario needs some analyzing, to see what is proven evil, and what is not.
And if they might have some valid excuse for being deceitful.
I still don't know all the answers, but one thing is for sure...we cannot lump all of them together,
and simply divide the world into victims and predators.
That would be an over-simplification.
When considering the power of the Here and Now, there would never be a need to project power outside of ourselves, anyway.
Power, sex, and death all belong to the same principle in astrology, namely Scorpio and Pluto. Also the 8th house.
The main key word that combines all three is "transformation".
Everything exists, permanently and eternally. And also everything becomes transformed...
and change is the only constant.
My guess is that the elite know all of this, and when they put on the pressure,
they do so to give an opportunity for transformation.
Of course, some do so unconsciously, but would that make them more evil?
It all depends on how we interpret evil.

I've been away for so long I don't remember how to insert a quote...blame it on MercRx. Also i can't insert it now that I deleted the quote because it didn't look Ok and my post won't go away so i now must post this and then go back to araucarias post, write down her quote on a paper and then edit my post and write the quote down again....
Well well, Mercury Rx also means doing things over and over again....

Well I copied araucarias quote instead and now my comment:
That was some analysis! Made me think of Gandhi who was on the brink of being assasinated but the man was stopped by a guard. Someone had taken a picture of the "murderer" but Gandhi didn't want it to be published since he stated then the man would have a much harder time to change his ways if his picture would be spread all over the world.

Evil is a Platonic abstraction; all we have are concrete instances of things we’d like to change because we are more comfortable without and ‘good’ results when we do so. But often we can’t help ourselves and have to rely on someone’s empathy. Androcles pulled a thorn from the lion’s paw; the lion felt a marked improvement, and when next they met, at the Coliseum, the lion understood that Androcles would be more comfortable without being eaten, and he decided he didn’t feel hungry after all. So what is evil? I’d say lack of empathy.

:blushing: Well thanks araucaria; I know how to push the Quote button but should I mark the quote with blue and click on the brackets and or delete the text i don't want to quote? "Trimming" the original post, do you mean delete everything except the quote?
By the way, some month ago i read a thread posted by a Swede about the immigration of fugitifs in Sweden. I didn't have the energy to reply but many others did post valuable comments. I was rather shocked by the perspective of the "poster" and likewise by the interview Henrik Palmgren made on RedIceCreations. Where did that thread go? I can't find it????

Make sure you keep everything between the [ and ] at the beginning (poster's name and post #), and the content of the final brackets; what you keep or jettison in between is up to you. :)

Then so much of what we are all doing is so wrong. People are crucifying each other nineteen to the dozen all over Facebook, the press and the Internet. It has to stop.

Well now araucaria! I thought you were a woman! And funny thing is when i was on divinecosmos a guy there thought i was a man due to my "communicating style" (no pics there) I take this as a positive sign for sure

This one is a painterly version of ulli conjuring up The Village within an illuminated globe of light. :) Her avatar for this forum is the inspiration for this one.
This is a work in progress... still have to work on the The Village in the bubble. Also am working on other concepts for this motif.

Dear Araucaria,
Your response to the story of Spirit is most eloquent and needs no elaboration. Thank you so so much for sharing this perspective! I also share your concluding vision -
"This means that our improved communications with all life forms in nature (including all kinds of aliens) help to activate this greater life consciousness."
We all emanate from the same Source.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Piercing the surface to expose what's down under,
And as the farmer plants seeds for food production,
I must weed out my lies and self deception,

Today, couple of miles (2 km) from where I live a helicopter hovers. It’s where they’ve chopped down acres of trees to erect towers and run power lines that go on for miles in both directions. The job is a work in progress.
I’m still waiting to see if any eagles come back to make claim on their demolished habitat.

Wow, FABULOUS! You KNEW I was going to like this one. How could I NOT??
When you work on the Village, I would like to see greenery, cottages rather than multi-storey houses,
and slightly bigger windows.
Birds in the sky and a cat, or even a leopard/cheetah, if possible.
Hope I'm not asking too much.
But really, well DONE!!!

Hiya, Village. Every time I visit my Here and Now I see everything has changed, and yet everything is the same.
Hi SabreToothMom, nice to see you :)
Sitting outside enjoying the nature sounds. Enjoying some peace. And a beer, which is always nice. Noticing lately how I had allowed my mind to take me over and really focusing on getting that under control. Man, I have to stop setting down what is important when other things distract me.
Listening to all the conversations going on. Experiencing right along with ya. I never really leave.
Much Love,
Oh. Btw Roisin. Very nice artwork! Liking that last one...

Clock 8.
Engaged the washing machine.
Our resident robin and blackbird keep stimulating each other's song through exchanging ever stranger and more elaborate tweeting patterns.
Otherwise, quiet outside. Sunny, cool, no damn stripes in the sky. A "banking holiday".
A ringdove is waddling through the high dandelions on the lawn, relaxed.
Haven't shopped for food in weeks. Don't really know what this one here runs on...
m/off.
PS: Got a cryptomailbox here (https://tutanota.com/). Instant, no waiting like elsewhere.

Goodmorning! Sun is shining, birds are tweeting both in a tune on radio from 1700 Peru and in our common "patio" wood doves whohooing, no blackbird just yet they wait until later. I'm off to my allotment where a red robin use to sit really close waiting for me to dig up some goodies :sun:
Clock in the village post says 6.50? But on my computor it says 8.50? Hello slow Mercury, explain that? Not corrected for Swedish summer spare time? By the way, that's a stupid thing, the cows don't like it, the kids don't like it and back to winter time it suddenly gets dark early in the afternoon and the natural travel of the Sun doesn't like it either just messes up our natural relationship to nature.
Ha ha now on radio they just mentioned "cow release" in the spring when the cows are let out to feed on grass:flower:
And now my father called to tell me it's a program on radio called "Gökotta" about all the different birds singing (it's only the males though) in spring. Gök is Cuckoo and otta is early in the morning:yawn:
