The woman who insisted to be a witness for my insurance company, following what happened with that car (remember: if you can't see, then don't drive), has stated to them that she saw nothing.

Oh man, Violet, so sorry. http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/Recovered/kiss_zpsfihsylcv.GIF

2015 was a strange year for bike and car activity for you. Here’s part of that post, If you can't see, then don't drive, from November 8, 2015 (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=1017742&viewfull=1#post1017742)

Got hit by a car again. Minor tissue damage. Be picking up my repaired bike soon. It was just like the last time. Might look at the astronomical configurations for both days. And naturally I am starting to get fed up with cars not seeing people at a zebra crossing, of all places. If you can't see, then don't drive.

And this one from Feb. 12, 2015 (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=932321&viewfull=1#post932321), where the driver hit you and continued to drive over your bike. Unbelievable.

I got hit by a car. I'm ok, but it was very weird. I was riding on the pavement (bike road shared with pedestrians) and I was facing this car as we were moving slowly towards each other from opposite directions. Behind me was a gas station which the car was manoeuvring to, but at the same time the car was visibly slowing down from a distance. I couldn't make up if it was going to mount pavement, enter the gas station or maybe return, or stop.

It seemed as if the driver was doubting between driving or stopping, barely moving. So, I nodded as a confirmation that "now I'm going to cross this part" and as I ride by, the driver decides to drive anyway and hits me.

That's weird, and there's a weirder part. We have a collision, but no halt. The driver is still driving, very slowly. Over my bike and soon over me! The front part of the car grabbed my front wheel, one break, and a boot and I quickly smacked my hand on the hood screaming: Stop the car!

The car stops and a middle-aged lady gets out. She's paralysed by fear. She didn't see me, she said. Some kind people immediately came to help and we jointly asked her how it was possible not to see a person moving towards you in the opposite direction. She had just left the hospital. She looked very far away, as if not there at all. And slowly, as she's able to speak more she repeats that she's very sorry and she's going to take care of everything. I said let's just first see how bad it is. Took a bit of manpower to get my bike from under the car. And I had totally forgotten that I had stepped out of my boot, which got stuck, and was walking around with a purple sock and an odd boot.

Dear Dan,

Thank you so much for posting this movie.

This is the most profound movie I have seen for a while.

Definitely one of my favourite movies of all time!

Thank you so much again

I just read the OP and skimmed the first ten messages, then I skimmed the last 2 pages, and it seems that the purpose of the thread has become nebulous. What's happening here and now perhaps should not include the report of what I did in the last few minutes, but what may have helped the cause of progressive nebulosity was the OP statement that, despite wanting people to report here and now stuff, anything goes. The OP also says this experiment (this thread) soon found that the here and now reports seemed to make the posters feel cameraderie, or closeness. And that's something I was looking for when I joined Project Avalon.

If the thread rules were to report only here and now events, then my introduction above might not qualify, unless memories are okay to report as well, since we do observe memory frequently. In that case talking about anything at all would be acceptable too, since we're always observing remembered events even while observing what we immediately perceive.

Maybe the rules should be to report only memories from within a certain time period, say the last ten minutes or half hour or something. Or the rules could be to have an introductory paragraph with each post that could include anything, and then another paragraph of purely here and now. Not that I'm ready to follow either rule just yet.

I said I'm looking for cameraderie. My top priority is to get a compatible girlfriend. The second priority is compatible friends. But that doesn't mean I won't accept new friends before getting a girlfriend.

Let the above serve as introduction. Imagine all of those paragraphs combined into one. Then I can try my last proposed rule: introduction followed by here and now.

Old Acer laptop on an end table (with auxiliary keyboard on my lap) by my south-facing bedroom window, curtains open, below freezing outside, view from the hilltop of the back yard and beyond that the Mississippi River flowing from right to left with patches of probably thin ice going with the flow, a large cottonwood tree in the left lower corner of my window, some sycamores and various smaller leafless trees in the center of the window view, woods on the far shore and the ferry landing just left of the top of the near-side cottonwood tree, power lines barely visible this side of the same tree --- I'm sitting on a wooden chair with a pillow on the seat, a picture on the end table of my recent girlfriend holding her infant son about 30 years ago, the mouse in front of it, a large box on its side acting as a table holding other useful items and memorabilia, the box, one of six, having been picked out by her for sending her belongings back to her, but only 2 were needed, so this one found another use temporarily. I suppose every item in view stimulates memories. Now my attention is on ending this message.

We are at the dinner table here chatting about the here an now, about what we read and learned, about the children, you know chatting in family at the dinner table. We do have our idiosyncracies at times with the difference from everyday world that we can express them here at the table, as all family members have, and everyone is accepting of these, since we are family.

Sometimes it is at bâton rompu or some coq à l'âne (Araucaria, help me here with translation). Oh and sister in law if French, brother in law is British, the other sis in law is Dutch, you see..... and the hostess is German-British-Antillaise-Costa Rican, we do not know anymore lolllllllllllll

I think this is the jest of this thread - well, at least for me.
À bâtons rompus refers to zigzag moulding or flooring, and when applied to conversation it means constantly changing the subject, going from the cock to the donkey (du coq à l’âne): not the same as a cock-and-bull story, which is an incredible and likely untrue story; more like a linguistic slalom.

The reptilian eye, from the money monsters film trailer, is a closeup shot,or macro shot of probably the eye of George Washington on a dollar bill. It's taken from some given denomination of US fed reserve bill. (It's not money, it's not US bills, it's federal reserve notes, private company issuance. Big difference. One should remember that each time they handle them)

How appropriate that in every US dollar we handle there is a reptilian eye, even if it is the George Washington one!!!

Add to this the pyramid, the all seeing eye, with the Novo Ordos Secularum, probably some obelisk somewhere, we are deep in old esoterism.

The village.

Like any village, it is in the background. It is the substratum upon which all else is built. It is the landscape, the buildings, the quirky ambience that differentiates each place for another. it is the biology of the flora and the fauna, of the people. It is the collective thoughts of the combined souls, the conversations secret and public, the arguments and the agreements, the minutia and the big picture, all in one.

It is those who speak out in public, those who only share behind the scenes, in the privacy of a home or private message. it is the generally understood and agreed-upon zeitgeist of belonging and ostricization, of validation and condemnation, it is the highs and the lows, the heart and the mind combined. It is the here and now, built upon the there and then, an evolution of Now, a recapitulation of Then. it is the hope for Tomorrow, the validation of the Past.

All in all, a good space to Be.

I wondered the other evening and checked it out with a real dollar and other US denominations. The Money-Monster one is different from others I googled, including Pre-Federal Reserve Note, Series 19 and 1935 C Silver Certificate.

I called the lady. It didn't sit well with me. The way things turned. Or appeared to, I should say. I didn't call to rant, I just let her tell her story. And I wanted to let you all know that my insurance did not tell me everything about the witness account. I'm glad I called her. This way I don't have to continue with a distorted image. And I'm also glad I called her because she gave me new and positive energy to face this whole thing. I'll write about it later.

On another note I had a few beautiful walks in the medieval part of the city. I was born there, you know, grew up there too, and I don't come there much anymore but I found some things that shone new light on me, as an adult now, and why some things are part of me.

And - what else - erm...I knew I had one other thing. Oh yes, about language, the physical production of sound and how it turns into meaning and how we assign more meaning to sounds closer to us than others. But that's even more of a longer story to tell. It's another bike revelation.

But right now, I'm just a bit tired, and want to start closing the day. Have a lovely evening everyone :tea:

Hello, Folks —

* Bill takes off his muddy boots and leaves Mara the :dog: at the door *

We've just unsubscribed Lloyd, who posted this here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=1039069&viewfull=1#post1039069) yesterday. That post, which started
I just read the OP and skimmed the first ten messages, then I skimmed the last 2 pages, and it seems that the purpose of the thread has become nebulous....raised our eyebrows a few inches. I'd only just seen that, after it was reported to us that he was methodically PMing everyone (everyone) with an invitation to an Avalon Dating Group. That group included the invitation to fill out this 4-page Google form: (this is a non-live captured PDF of the original)

http://projectavalon.net/Avalon_Members_Dating_form.pdf

http://projectavalon.net/Avalon_Members_Dating_form.pdf

OMG. The inappropriateness of this, on multiple counts, is kind of hard to find words for.

We don't usually go into fine details of why we've gently shown someone the door (and we were gentle, too); but while I'll make the usual, brief, formal announcement (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?78116-RECORD-of-MODERATOR-ACTIONS&p=1039430&viewfull=1#post1039430), we thought you guys might have some fun looking at that way-more-than-dreadful form. I can't find the words at all, really. But maybe others can. :)

We do wish Lloyd well. I'm not lampooning him here. Everyone is on their journey, and I wrote him a long e-mail in explanation. But his lack of awareness when joining an established, highly aware online community was rather staggering (I told him exactly that), and the form is such an awful delight, so to speak — scroll down: it gets worse — that we really felt others should have the opportunity to kind of enjoy it, as it were. (He created it all himself; it was not from any template.)

:waving:

Amazing! Really hard to believe that the guy wouldn't know the inappropriateness of this on this forum.

One question:

Is it OK to fudge on my age on this form?

Just kidding Bill! LOL

Good job and thanks for the smile! :)

I found this on the web, it may be within the theme of the day

http://www.wikihow.com/Choose-Your-Horse

1
Consider the following before choosing a horse.

Do you have enough money and time for a horse? Horses are a serious investment.
Do you have the time to care for your horse?
Do you have a place for your horse to stay (such as a barn) or a place where you can board the horse?
Why do you want a horse (such as competition or pleasure)? Is that a good reason?
Are you ready to take on such a commitment? Horses can live for a long time--more than 20 years!
Do you have the necessary supplies? You'll need lots of stuff to care for and ride your horse, including tack, grooming supplies, and feed.
Do you have contacts? Every horse needs a good farrier and vet, and, in some cases, a skilled trainer. Having these phone numbers ahead of time can save your horse's life in an emergency.

2
Decide whether you want a horse or pony.

Some people think a pony is a baby horse, but this is not true! Ponies are similar to horses, except ponies are generally smaller. Though ponies are smaller than horses ponies can seem more stubborn and it is sometimes a better choice to choose a horse with a better temperament then a pony just because of its size. The difference between a pony and a horse is their size, ponies being smaller than 14.2 hands (58 inches) at the withers, and horses are +14.2 hands.

3
Decide on a specific breed of horse you would like to own. Some horse breeds include the spunky and highly spirited Thoroughbred horse, or a gentle giant like the Belgian or Clydesdale. Whatever the breed, be sure to research the breed to make sure it's the one you truly want.

4
Keep an open mind about the color of a horse versus its behavior.

You may come across a horse that is both a breed and color you love, but if the horse is not well behaved, you might regret the choice. If you take home a horse with an excellent temperament, you will likely not regret your choice even if it is not exactly your favorite color or breed.

5. Irrelevant (my note)

6
Think about the future.

Ask yourself, "If I choose this horse and take it home, will I be truly happy and be able to love the horse? In years to come, can I look back on this moment and know I made the best decision?" If the answer is no, don't buy the horse.

7
Meet the horse you're considering buying and spend time with him at his current home.

See him in as many environments as possible, like his stall, the arena, and outside, and do everything with him you'd normally do at home, like tacking him up, bathing him, and, of course, riding him.
Look at his physical appearance. Make sure he is healthy and in good shape. Pay special attention to his legs and his face, especially his eyes, nose, ears, and mouth. If something looks wrong, ask the owner about it. If he doesn't know, ask someone else to look at it.
Make sure he stays calm at all times. If he's nervous at home, where everything is familiar, consider if the extra fear he'll likely experience in a strange environment will be too much for you to handle.
Get to know his personality. Having a smart, kind horse will be much more fun than having a beautiful but spooky or mean horse.
Watch out for vices. Is he girthy? Does he crib? Does he kick at other horses? Carefully consider if you can handle every single one of his bad habits before you put your money - and your safety - on the line.

8
Enlist professional help in making this enormous decision.

No matter how experienced you are, you can always fall for the wrong horse and be left penniless and heartbroken.
Ask an experienced trainer to look at the horse and possibly even ride him. If you know the trainer well, ask him if he thinks the horse is a good match for you.
Get a thorough vet check. No matter how expensive, a vet check is always worth it. Even you don't want to spend $500 on a horse you don't even own, consider what it would be like to spend $10,000 on a horse you do own - and can't sell. Many owners will pay for this themselves to get a horse sold.

In French, you have a horse - un cheval - and the uncastrated reproducing horse - un étalon. When, in the daily language, to talk about a men as an "étalon", this is precisely the parts you are talking about. It could have been an extra question added. lol Therefore the horse reference. Seen in that way, the horse chosing process becomes yet funnier.

I suspect it's simply because your forum name, Flash, was further down in the alphabet than Lloyd was able to get to, before we cut him off. Apparently he was working through member names in sort order ... the numerical came first, than the alphabetic from A towards Z (but not getting past 'F', it seems).

I do not know if I must take it as a compliment or an insult but, well, I haven't been contacted for the dating site!!!??? Does that mean that I am not cougar enough? Oh, it must be the money factor, sorry Harvey! lolll

Lloyd was working his way through the forum username alphabet. He'd just finished sending to all the 'A's. (That's why Adi and avid (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=1039456&viewfull=1#post1039456)told us (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?30405-Here-and-Now...What-s-Happening&p=1039456&viewfull=1#post1039456) they'd already got a PM from him)

Edit: Ooops... that's already been explained twice :silent:

Horses shouldn't be much different in need than children. Better be prepared for the seriousness you are asking for. If your wage hardly support yourself, don't burden your offspring with your wealth.

Since my last posts I have had two emergencies. My husband's car battery died, and I had to drive to the village with the jump leads, and also after receiving the call for help from him my phone battery died. So tomorrow will be an energy recharge day. Strange, how these things happen all at once.

12:16. I am back at work. Have just taken my Furrbaby to the vet for an operation :( I was in tears before we took him as he had not been himself. No cuddles, no purr's. He wanted to be left alone and to hide under things. I was talking to him explaining what we were going to do (To take him to the vet, that they would make him go to sleep for a little while they worked on him. That i was sorry that the above had to happen as i know he will not like it but it needed to be done because he was unwell and i want nothing more for him to be in good health and happy) And he purred for me. I have just finished eating an unhealthy lunch and can already feel my stomach protesting. Unsure if the unhealthy food or stress is the reason - probably both. :(

I can confirm that Lloyd took the A-train, as I got a pm from him as well.
Alphabetical order is not random. If you are looking at last names, you might get a surfeit of Spaniards called Fernandez or Garcia, and a shortage of eastern Europeans with unpronounceable names. If you are looking at first names, you have no chance of finding Miss Right if she happens to be a Veronica, an Yvonne or a Zoe. The question is always where to start. Probably the last place to look for a life partner is a discarnate Internet forum, especially one more attached than most to non-physical matters and hence more at ease with this discarnate element. Most people end up with someone they have actually spent time with, usually doing something involving a shared interest and with opportunities to begin socializing, such as work or leisure activities. The well tried and tested solution seems to be ‘think locally, act locally’. I hope Lloyd’s search is fruitful; this is intended to help him reach that goal.

My wife had an old spinster great-aunt who in the 1930s started exchanging letters with a man about to sail for Vietnam. War intervened and he was away for ten years. When they finally met up, she wasn’t interested in marriage, if she ever had been. If she had been really serious, she might have looked for someone closer to home. Sure there was a man shortage back then, but ‘someone closer to home’ was still half the planet. She seems to have been into cyberhugs way ahead of the concept.

Setting up a worldwide dating group is a generous thought, but I feel it is a common reaction to think that one’s personal issue is applicable to the whole world. This is a potentially dangerous attitude to have when any great influence can be wielded. We saw how far this can go when little George W. inflated his filial issues with Daddy Bush into a global war on terror, the ultimate patriarchal archetype ever since Zeus/Jupiter found a violent solution to his Oedipal issue with his father Cronos/Saturn. There is far too much global thinking going on.

Edit: I see Lloyd's status is given as 'Banned': has this term been officially reinstated?

This rather clever Gif shows the orbits of our planets around the sun, (heliocentric model) and how they are perceived from earth. (geocentric model)
https://45.media.tumblr.com/fbde47a13ba6693ce245f95a4ba8d528/tumblr_o0k7mkhNSN1uk13a5o1_500.gif

The extra wiggles are the retrograde movements.

Now imagine it as a moving spiral. The whole group of planets as a spiral, zipping along a 'line', centered on the sun.

http://www.slate.com/content/dam/slate/blogs/bad_astronomy/2013/03/04/sadhu_helicalmotion1.jpg.CROP.original-original.jpg

Now, in that 'viewpoint', add in a wave, like a wave on/in an ocean, and it impacts each planet, and creates secondary waves as it impacts each planet, like ripples from a pebble being dropped in a pond. You can see how the waves interfere with one another, and how they impact each other's source point, the pebble, or in this case, the given planets.

http://41.media.tumblr.com/13d5bf57786aaea9dabf52e6c835f2d9/tumblr_n9or4eZFeP1sgxbrro1_400.jpg

So, you've got the main wave which impacts the 'already vibrating pebbles' and creates wave-fronts, which interact and interfere with each other.

Then add in the wavefronts created by the planets as they move in this high speed spiral motion, along that line:

https://people.rit.edu/andpph/photofile-c/schlieren/bullet-schlieren-4a.jpg

Then consider what happens on the planet earth, with all those interfering and oscillating actions of those 'aetheric' waves, and then consider the planet itself, firing off like a reed in the mouth of a horn, and how those vibrations create or enable the ley line and vortex line grid of the planet earth. Gravitational/temporal/etc oscillations and their standing wave patterns, is what it is.

It will fire off or resonate along the geometric perfected resonance points or angles...geometric averages due to angle and whatnot. The platonic solids as lines of resonance. Each involving different energy types and patterns.

http://www.crystalworlds.com/newsletters/images/earth_grid1.jpg

And that is astrology and the grid system, in it's origins.

Hi Carmody
In your first gif image, looking at the right geocentric model, you could well make a crop Circle on some other planet, with that pattern and basically they could match it to here and our solar system :sun:

That is real personal-scared-geometry ha!

I have not been to Thailand personally but my partner has been. His description of how people drive there was incredibly scary. No wonder the accident! :(

Saw my furrbaby last night - High as a kite and not wanting to be there. He thought he was going home and looked devastated when we stopped and he realized it was not home :( He did ok overnight - he did start to get a fever so they replaced the IV and he came good. Not eating tho :( Will find out later if he can come home tonight or if they want him there for another night. Only saw where they worked when getting him out of the carrier. Instant gasp / cringe reaction - and i do not consider myself squeemish ;( Poor bugger is going to have a cone of shame too :( :( I promised him i would not laugh! Advised my partner to smack me if i do! (Told the Fonz he could scratch me if i did too!)

I got a PM from Lloyd. LOL! Don't worry MPennery, he didn't get around to your initials yet. PM'd Bill and he linked me here. Lloyd's are like Aardvarks:

The aardvark (/ˈɑːrd.vɑːrk/ ARD-vark; Orycteropus afer) is a medium-sized, burrowing, nocturnal mammal native to Africa.[2] It is the only living species of the order Tubulidentata,[3][4] although other prehistoric species and genera of Tubulidentata are known. Unlike other insectivores, it has a long pig-like snout, which is used to sniff out food. It roams over most of the southern two-thirds of the African continent, avoiding mainly rocky areas. A nocturnal feeder, it subsists on ants and termites, which it will dig out of their hills using its sharp claws and powerful legs. It also digs to create burrows in which to live and rear its young. It receives a "least concern" rating from the IUCN, although its numbers seem to be decreasing.

When we moved from the city to our farm here in Sadieville, my husband (a very proper Englishman) was confronted by a local who wanted to "pull hay" off our land. Since we had not purchased a tractor, I was quite interested. I asked my husband his name and he said "Loo id". I said, "what?? his name is LOO ID? No, not possible. He said that he barely understood a word he said, but he was quite certain that his name was "Loo ID". Hubby said that he had written down his name on a scrap of paper, but he couldn't find it. Days later I am doing laundry and in the case of any spouse of a "diy-er" it is always wise to check the pockets, lest a random screw ends up jamming the transmission of the washer. Much to my amusement I find a scrap of paper, written in a shaky scrawl.. It read " cull me. Lloyd Jones. I want your hay". Alas, in Kentucky, Lloyd is "Loo Id" In Missouri, Lloyd is "lurid". Dialect. Whatcha gonna do?

The letter, the one I got from the insurance company, and that led me to believe that the witness had withdrawn, had a little more depth to it than they made appear. It states that the witness did not see the accident, and I'm thus advised to accept the suggested proposal for lack of evidence. It is true, the witness, though present did not see the onset of the accident but the aftermath, she told me. She came with the intention to offer first aid after it happened, this is both what she told me on the spot as well as the day I called her. She also told my insurance that accidents always happen on that corner. Someone's dog had been hit tragically on that zebra crossing. Everyone knows this, she said, it's always like that.

My insurance company and the other party both share the opinion (how does that sound) that I was driving in the wrong direction, yet I checked, and there was no prohibition sign. The witness, who's been living there for some time, says it's nonsense, all bikers drive in both directions, "everyone knows that". I asked her if she thinks the traffic code confirms that, because it's not because everyone does the same thing, that it's right. And she said she was very sure because about one decade ago it wasn't allowed and then they changed it, and her husband used to always complain about that change. He was opposed to it. Now, I've enquired at the city council and the local police myself, and I'm waiting for the results of that.

She also suggested to my insurance company, a clerk who was also at the scene and who might have seen more than her, since he was there first. My insurance company did not tell me about a potential new witness, nor did they call him. I contacted the man, so I know. Basically, they just want to close the file and move on, this was their attitude since the start, they have put little to no effort in this and when I asked them if they went on the scene to investigate the location , they bluntly told me that they don't need to because they have Google Maps. So, I pay insurance so that a lazy bum can surf to Google Maps...Amazing.

My insurance company chooses to do nothing with all this information and just dismisses it because,...well probably because it's the easiest thing to do and after all, she didn't see anything, and even if she did, "you were driving the other way". I feel a bit powerless but also curious as to what the ultimate truth about this particular crossroad is.

I want to get to the bottom of this. I drive these roads regularly and I'm willing to accept that I may have committed a traffic error but it has to be proven, there has to be some logic to it. If me and all bikers are driving in the wrong direction, and we are very many, how come we don't know? I'd think we should be informed about it, somehow, there should be a prohibition sign, a clear warning.

Both witnesses maintain their full willingness to provide all information that they can.

I have to be somewhere now, so I have to stop writing. I hope I can continue tonight or so. Eitherway, lovely weekend a tOdOSSs/-dassS!

if I were you:

1. I would get the facts straight as to the driving directions in that corner from the city. If you can drive in both direction then:
2. I would get the clerk's witness sign a declaration, that could be turned out into an affidavit later on.
3. Then, I would send this to my insurer and threaten them with lawsuit for moral damage and for payment
4. I would get the payment and change company

- take note of everything that is being said, like the google map thing, right after each call and not the time of the call and the name of the clerk. Be absolutely sure that they do it and your conversations are taped. You have to protect yourself.

It seems obvious they do not want to pay and you must have a light nice voice that is not too imposing, so they will push it. Take it from someone here who has taught into many insurance companies.

Good luck

TigaHawk--

If I read your post correctly about your furrbaby, he's gonna' have to wear a plastic cone around his head--ugh! If so, here's a suggestion that I used for my Baby Dog.

I wrapped a large-ish piece of foam rubber in a soft cloth and secured it around his neck so that he couldn't lick his wound. He didn't seem to mind at all--not the way he minded THE CONE. He could hear normally (so it seemed) and comfortably lay his head on his pillow.

A rolled towel might work in place of the foam.

Blessings to you and your baby.

Peace Love Joy & Harmony,

That is why, whenever possible, my formal communication is written. The Maps statement was a written one, which makes it all the more easy for me, just in case.

Right now, and because I'm applying this rule, I still have to wait for the results of my written enquiry to the city council and traffic department as to the exact rulings. I could also call them, which would be much faster, but as you say, I would have to start making recordings to be able to refer to that afterwards.

I inspected other bike paths today and found a couple of these signs:
http://projectavalon.net/forum4/attachment.php?attachmentid=32606&cid=1&stc=1
Positively sure that I did not meet one of these on that route.

Also consider that I was already rightfully on the zebra crossing before the car came from my left to manoeuver up onto a main road, only looking to his left in doing so. Zebra crossings are holy places and you are traffically considered very protected and in your right here.

And what if I was not a biker but a pedestrian? Would it have been ok then? To only look to your left before turning off right and grabbing the pedestrian you overlooked?

So, yes, dumping the insurance is already on the agenda. First things first.

In reply to your suggestions:

1) Indeed
2) Very useful
3) I have to be careful here, I can't afford a lawyer and I doubt I will be appointed one for free. So, if I make any threat or claim, I have to be very sure of what I'm saying.
4) I'll drink to that.
& Thanks!

In Feng Shui spiral staircases are considered energy "vacuum cleaners", I read, they suck out the energy of that particular area:

Spiral Staircase Dangers
https://www.msfengshui.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Spiral-Staircase-Bad-Feng-Shui-200x300.jpg (https://www.msfengshui.com/blog/spiral-staircases-in-feng-shui)
When working with home builders, I always recommend against designs with a spiral staircase. Even though they are an efficient use of sometimes limited space, the benefits simply don’t outweigh the dangers. Potential buyers conscious of Feng Shui will see a spiral staircase and simply walk out.
Consider a spiral staircase to be like a corkscrew digging into a particular section of the Bagua (https://www.msfengshui.com/feng-shui-bagua) in the home or office. Please also keep in mind that each section, or Gua, of the Bagua represents a part of the body.
As an example, a spiral staircase in the middle of a home, or Health Area (https://www.msfengshui.com/feng-shui-bagua/health), will figuratively dig into the heart of the Bagua. I have found that those living in such a home frequently have health issues related to the heart or blood pressure.
Many spiral staircases are made of metal, which only exacerbates the digging effect. The same goes for any staircases (spiral or otherwise) with metallic coloring, whether they are gold, silver, bronze, copper, etc.
Any staircase with the color red is morbidly characteristic of blood flowing down the stairs. Circulatory issues are common with residents of such homes.
Another problem related to most spiral staircases is the empty space between each step, preventing Chi, that natural flowing energy, from rising to the upper levels. Rather, energy only flows down — and painfully so.

Wow Ulli. How modern Monet's couch looks. Can Bacon function in that mess? And how does Laurie Lipton keep her floor so spotless?

Questions that will never be answered, lol...

Every member of my family has their own version of a 'studio' in their life. It comes from both parents, who both have had their own space of similar, er, motion and expression. both static and alive. cluttered and clean. depends on who is viewing it. A tenancy to move toward bacon's space.

In a messy studio i see the visual clutter informing the inspiration for the art. Funny that coming from a Cap/Virgo/Virgo, but one gift of such an astrological outlay, such as this, is seeing the earthiness inherent as a place I can always go back to for comfort, especially when I saw myself getting bogged down in research or interest.

The one benefit of many available to knowing geomancy, fung shway (8 sides), and vastu shastra (108 sides in vedic) is knowing the human interaction with physical objects, sounds, colors, patterning and the weight of objects upon expanding/inspiring movement or restricting/constricting it. It was always valuable when dealing with working in construction, and so many other things. I could see constriction in the occupants or excess in their lives, things that usually were problems...and knowing this I could avoid them.

Yes, the corkscrew energy of spiral forms is always a big no in building. I saw this demonstrated once seeing a house where the 2 youngest children had nervous disorders and, not coincidentally, spent most of their time in a downstairs playroom accessed only by a spiral staircase. I sent the owners a letter and never got a response, but there were probably others who sent in the same query for them to at least investigate the theory.

As another example:
I did work on a house for a young couple I did not know. For the short time I wasn't working I could hear the young, 4 or 5 yrs. old, just treating his parents like crap. I didn't like the tone he used with them, i was put back by the weakness of the parents. It was hard listening to him berate them. When i quickly looked at his bedroom in the bagua of the house he was in a dominant position. Also, whenever i was around they would only speak in Hebrew, and when they thought I couldn't hear them they spoke in English, because they are americans. I love language but their overuse of referring to me as goyim and the tone they used to refer to me in relation to the work, describing the work only in english terms, gave me a bad feeling.

The best thing of all about that placement, seemingly a very bad one in relation to the parents and the child, was the day I finished my work. By then I had been told that the owner was most likely going to try to cheat me. When the time came to get paid the owner and I sat down to discuss the work i did, to his satisfaction of course (by quality and time), but I was leery of the possibility of him trying to be dishonest.

As we began to talk the young son entered the kitchen and was asked by the father to come and sit on his lap. To my surprise and re-assurance the young one said "NO! I am going to sit on his lap (mine)'. This took both parents by surprise, but it was an assurance that I would be treated well, which is what happened. When I left, check in hand, I thanked the little angry boy by telling him he was very honest and kind for such a young man. I thought "Keep kicking ass, young man. It is correct in this time, in this place to do so. I hope your parents grow up soon."

I had later learned that a friend of mine had previously been cheated by the couple after the work he did there, and I know him to be one of the best, 100% honest also. In going to a mutual friends house, an interior designer, and relating the story of my experience working for the couple who she knew, this friend confirmed what my perception had been. She, the most soft-spoken and kind, considerate person in her field said "Do you mean that the devil hasn't picked those a%$holes up yet?" No, I told her, he's waiting for the son to move out.

Like all sciences they are clues, not absolutes, to insights that sometimes are very worthwhile. Know them and then let go and allow yourself to work out the humanity in it all.

Well, that was fascinating, hey it's me. Now I'm wondering if one could use a spiral to drain bad energies into the earth...

I've been practicing Ho'oponopono with my high self. It is astonishing the openness that occurs, the willingness to do better, the awareness I've been missing of how... the kindness like gentle winter sunlight, hearing, "I am you, you are me. Remember."

It was something I read of Meggings, and Delight somewhen in time that triggered the idea...

Thank you :)

Sierra, by the way my childhood mountain friends the Sierra Nevadas. I wonder if we would want to do that to the earth? That's a good question. Could we also drain bad energies from the earth by driving them thru a spiral upwards? Hmmmmmmmm.............

Yeah, Ho' opono pono.....removes the time I spend/waste defining the darkness.....I am doing well in this area, thanks to the heart of people, things like this forum..the reminder of worthy, and worthwhile purpose and enjoyment.

A friend of mine came today. As I was telling him how much I lack discipline for work these days (rebuilding my company and working on a start up - no pay yet), he told me that he had observed me for years and that he would not be surprised if I had ADD.

He is very ADD himself, diagnosed. And quite bright - an old work supplier of mine, we know when working with someone how they are - and he could see all the same symptoms in me.

He had been prescribed a new drug for ADD by his doctor. He made me take one pill to see what was the effect on me and see if it suits me.

I am literally running the marathon between my kitchen and my living room - and typing at what seems 1,000 words a minute

I think I will either reduce the dosage, or get rid of it altogether lolllllll

"I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. 'I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again,' he explained. Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world."

The intriguing message of love and forgiveness using ho'oponopono below was spread widely over the Internet a while back. Many who have read this message have found it to be incredibly inspiring, but question whether the story is really true. The author is highly respected Joe Vitale, an inspirational speaker, prolific author, and one of the main individuals featured in the popular inspiring film, The Secret.

Joe Vitale personally verified the story about the humble Dr. Len – which he also originally found too good to be true – and has gone on to work with Dr. Len and co-author a book with him about ho'oponopono healing. "
Simple Steps to Healing: Ho’oponopono -
I Love You, I'm Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You," by Dr. Joe Vitale

Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients – without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane?

It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.

However, I heard it again a year later.

Ho-oponopono is still the best way I've found for dealing with my anger - along with understanding as well that nasty demonic forces have latched themselves onto family I live with. Reminding myself of this during really tough patches let's me continue with the ho'oponopono.

But the formula given by Joe Vitalie in RunningDeer's post above has been a stumbling block for me, and I found that changing the ORDER of the word/feelings enables me to use it. In real bad moments I cannot start off with "I love you" for it would be false to that moment. This internal dialogue has helped me again and again. This below moves me off the stuck place of great anger towards the ones I live with.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I petition Divinity to remove from me the old memories and data I am holding on to, that are keeping me from seeing you in your perfection.

I love you.

Thank you.

For those stuck in deep winter:

Use with an audio system that has a subwoofer, for best effect. In my case, my PC set up has a 600 watt subwoofer (I know...it's a bit small, could be more potent), and full sized floorstanding speakers.

Something to meditate by, on those cold winter nights. It really helps the winter blahs.

Note, use an ionizer, as it brings in the requisite negative ions that a storm would bring.

Thanks Carmody, I will check what it does, that medication (Vivanse) for ADHD - would like to know what your suspicion is though.

This morning, I woke up as if I had been drinking heavily yesterday: with a headache, and more precisely at the forehead, and still more precisely at the third eye level in the forehead. That is where it hurts the most. I bet anything that this stuff kills the pineal gland. I wonder how much time it will take me to clean that up from one pill.

However, in these resting times I am doing (or lazy depending on the point of view), I realized that I kind of refused to live with stress in the last year, and therefore I do not do what is stressing, and work still is (hum... a transformation to happen here). The cause here maybe in parts my health, I have to become more resistant to stress. I also realized that while I am doing not much, I am in fact doing pretty much. I am developing substantially in other ways.

I now need to work.... prepare work so that in 6 months I have some revenues. While not stressing (the hard part) - my biggest learning also has to do with self security lately, knowing that the universe won't let me dry without anything to live on, it will provide if I have to live and be of service. The second chakra is doing overtime lol.... because of financial insecurities. I am slowly coming to a different feeling about this too however. Hoponoonoo lolllllllllll

Violet, your herbs suggestion is to be put into practice. Thanks

I also wonder if that happened to my daughter, the pineal gland shut up, she was so space out with ADD and having learning difficulties because of dysphasia (partial aphasia) that I had her take ritalin and later another medication for 4 years, so that she could jump start in learning at school. Which she did. But i wonder what it dit to her brain wiring.

Carmody, thanks, I will definitely check the effect of this on the brain, but i will not find out I presume for the spiritual abilities development on the internet.

Hopoonoonoo: to me, the first step into healing one or others is to realize I need healing, then realize I am responsible for my own life and own creation, then realize I am responsible for absolutely everything around me as a creator - this is hopoonoonoo, this last step, and then love my creation and forgive the ill created.

But, as Carmody says, it does not stop there, it goes much further and the root cause has to be addressed too. And it is a LOT of work, taking LOT of courage.

Good Day, AllInMany :) As I opened the window shades this morning, I realized what a symbolic movement that is. Each day I make a decision whether to do this, usually I open them. And as I stand there, three levels to peel back, I realize what a magical and symbolic gesture this is. That is actually three decisions, three gestures, or a potent decision in three movements. Each one takes time and patience, because of the way everything is rigged to work around here. First pushing aside the curtains, very gently or they will fall. Then the first shade which provides enough darkness, and when open provides light, en"light"ening the space. Then the third, which is a shield from the external, insulating the room from the extreme temperature. But as I rolled the third shade, I realized that this last movement is the removal of a final barrier.

As I roll the third shade and pin it in place, I feel warmth. I finally see the sun in all its beautiful consciousness. I feel it, its warmth radiating in through me. I place my hands on the window, which by looking at the thermometer I see should be cold, and it is warm instead. I hold my hands to the thin glass. My palms are outward, a sign of openness to receive. And I do, indeed, receive.

I open my eyes and I see that the sun is shining, but I do not see the warmth. I watch the stillness on the other side of the window, symbolic of the veil that gives the illusion of separateness, yet with my hands pressed against it in a hungry need for connection I absorb the energy of the sun. I am a rose.

I am aware that inside I am empty. Empty in the sense that while I contain flesh, and there is blood flowing through me, at the same time there is nothing inside. The body is a shell, and the shell disappears, and through it all flows a limitless vast potential waiting to be manifest.

And Here, and Now, I sit. Grateful for the growth I have experienced...so much growth, and at the same time I understand that I understand nothing.

Inhaling the Sun, as it exists through me and into the Earth. And exhaling the Earth, which is also exhaling the Sun.....

Grateful, I Am.

Strange stuff, and one can be excused from the table longer than normal, as the process of cleaning the underbelly lasts about 5 minutes in addition to doing the regular business.
That includes the warm air drying part.
Here is the control panel.

Remember my reports of never noticing earth tremors when they happen around Costa Rica?

Well, things have changed, and drastically. For the last three days we've been getting strong ones and feeling the swaying of the building, and then there is that awful noise factor.
They are less than 4 on the Richter scale, but are happening right underneath us.
We are in the actual epicenter.
This has had a strange effect, in that my sweet tooth has woken up.

Been listening to the latest video by the incredible Dr. Joseph P. Farrell and his feat at dot connecting.
He makes a lot of sense.
The next step would be to bring astrology into the picture.

But my heart wants to make light of the weather woes of the people north of us.
So here is another snow event

To clarify, wall street is speculation on non realities and has no physical output of any kind. They produce nothing. Just fluffed up air.

Wall street is pure parasitical leveraged manipulation ----- of actual systems of real function and real output.

Which has no real basis in fact anymore,a s the manufacturing base in the western world, specifically that of the USA has disappeared (in comparison to it's 1950's level). Now wall street is just fantastical 'fluff on fluff'.

Where the flea (wall street) on the dog's tail.... is wagging the tail.... which is wagging the dog.

As it begins to come apart as it has no real function nor real connectivity, it is fluffed up again.... by the federal reserve system, the banks (financial sector).... and the body politic. As it does that, it drains away and mis-directs and thus destroys what is left of the manufacturing base.....who is the producer of real products.

Just like religion, humanity is leveraged and driven by a thing that has no basis in the hard realities.

Nothing has motivated or stimulated counter-action as much as the "too big to fail" meme, in my view.
The world is responding with "oh, really?!"

Indian billionaires of the younger generation have a different outlook than their Western or Chinese counterparts, and I keep getting surprised by what's coming out of India.

So if Monsanto is now going down, followed by big pharma companies, how long will it take to get the military drone manufacturers to follow?

Wait ... what???

I hate hot topic issues and this would be the very last thread to bring this up ... but ...

Where in the world did videos being "faked" come from???

From the source you linked:

In making the videos, Mr. Daleiden and others have been accused of setting up a fake company called Biomax Procurement Services, creating fake identities and claiming to be part of a legitimate provider of fetal tissue to researchers.

The state attorney general, Ken Paxton, said in a statement: “The fact remains that the videos exposed the horrific nature of abortion and the shameful disregard for human life of the abortion industry. The state’s investigation of Planned Parenthood is ongoing.”

Okay ... *perhaps* laws (that shift in the globalist wind at will) were breached to do some undercover reporting???

How does that discount what was exposed?

The Center for Medical Progress uses the same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws. We respect the processes of the Harris County District Attorney, and note that buying fetal tissue requires a seller as well. Planned Parenthood still cannot deny the admissions from their leadership about fetal organ sales captured on video for all the world to see.

Both sides are wrong, as both are taking those issues to the extreme in every way.
All extremes only create their opposites, as the pendulum has to swing back at a certain point.

And this world right now has reached a point where the only thing left to do is reconciliation all around.

No ... the point I am trying to make isn't right or wrong on the issue itself.

Look at the *evidence* of what is happening.

As always with these people follow the money ... it really isn't much more complicated than that.

I heard the issue was that fetal tissue is for sale, not baby organs. No baby organs for sale. That sale of fetal tissue is legal, and Planned Parenthood follows the laws and procedures. Apparently a lot of scientific research and development use fetal tissue.

I'm not that well informed on that whole abortion issue to comment further.
A friend sent me the article and I though I don't normally read the New York Times, I thought it was worth noting that when a debate gets so heated that people make up faked videos to prove a point then the mess gets too deep for any cleaning up effort to ever be successful.
And this is happening all over the US with nearly all debated issues. Examples of the divide and conquer agenda.

I just read a children's book. It was given to me by the illustrator. She told me, when she gave it to me, how when she was working on it, she had a stroke. While she was recovering, the writer died, and after a while the writer's husband decided that the book should be finished, and so he wrote the rest, and my client finished illustrating it. So, I read the book to my boys tonight, and at one point I started choking up, and tears just streamed down my face until the end, when it really hit me what the artist had said when she gave it gave it to me.

How the hell was this ever a thing? I spent hours looking for every piece of evidence they have, which basically amounts to none... Not one article or video ever explained away the Coriolis effect, weather patterns spinning in different directions, toilets flushing opposite directions, and the moon looking inverted all based on if you are in the north/south hemisphere.

The fact that this ever gained traction is pathetic & makes me a bit worried about the "alternative community".... if this ISN'T COINTELPRO then I'd be shocked.

Well, there's some small part of my life I won't get back & my faith in humanities intelligence is yet again shaken.

Here and Now, it has come to my attention that my avatar is misunderstood. Or it can be. I have used a rose in my avatar on and off for years. It is truly a beautiful flower, and I have always loved roses. One time I had a row of rose bushes that lined my backyard fence. I used to spend hours just touching them. And taking in the sweet scent.

I thought I had explained this particular go round with the rose avatar in my post, days ago. The experience with the window and the sun. "I am a rose," I said, I thought, I experienced, I was reminded.

This reference goes back to a very powerful dream experience I had, it must be two years ago by now. Everything was traumatically stripped from me, my children, my belongings, my memory, my identity, and I was trying desperately to call my husband on the phone to have him take care of my children. And in the end of the dream, I was repeating this phrase: "I am a Rose, and You are the Sun." It was as if this was a lifeline, and if I forgot it I would....I don't know what. There was just no other choice than to hang on to this. I repeated this so powerfully in my being, that I woke up in a panic and in a sweat, still reciting this. And it has never left me.

Now. The purple. This goes back to another dream experience I had. In real life, I have a very old purple sweater. It is my security blanket sometimes. I can wrap it around myself a couple of times, haha, and I have had it since before I even joined forums...so...6 or 7 years now. There was a snippet of another powerful experience, where this sweater was wrapped around my throat, neck, and upper body so tightly that I felt I was choking. I was fighting pretty hard to free myself, but could not. I talked through this experience with a friend at the time, who helped me get rid of the panic. Upon realizing that purple is Higher Self energy, I agreed with the assessment that until I submit to my Higher Guidance system, I will be in a struggle like this.

The white in the rose is inner, if you will notice. White to me has become a very spiritual color. My favorite candle to work with is white. I do use others, but I love the white. Things that are spiritual appear to me as white and kind of glimmery, most often. And white is a color theme that shows up in the most spiritual memories. I won't say more, but I could. Anyway, the white is the inner, tender, heart-part of the rose. And it looks, to me, almost as if the Outer is opening to show the Inner. A birth, of sorts. A birth of the Spiritual, very sacred, part of Me. And opening up. A bringing forth, or uncovering.

Layers and layers to peel back, so many meanings in each mundane action.

I'm taking a fishing break now. Much Love left in my wake, I hope.

Edit to add clarification. This is pretty personal stuff. I share because... while I am not responsible for what others understand, I do feel it my responsibility to clarify if I am repeatedly misundertood.

Here and Now, it has come to my attention that my avatar is misunderstood.

Edit to add clarification. This is pretty personal stuff. I share because... while I am not responsible for what others understand, I do feel it my responsibility to clarify if I am repeatedly misundertood.
Roses and purple. I didn’t know there was negative connotations attached to many things until I signed on to the forum.

Where does one draw the line between self-expression and another’s space? If your intentions are sincere then it is what it is…a rose, the color purple, a beautiful avatar, and a heart felt personal expression/experience.

I do understand your need to explain. It can be exhausting. I like butterflies and owls. The associations are transformation and wisdom.

1inmany, I loved the purple rose with the white emerging energy. Purple is a very pure form of energy especially in the human magnetic field. Wore almost nothing but white for years, before others did it for some other reason. Didn't read any other interpretation on this thread about it, but I don't need to. I felt your choice was a definitive choice to move on, despite the beautiful face of yours in the previous avatar.
Blessings, Sister. Have an enjoyable time!

Today I found a great garden center. It's huge and a bit tucked away, so I had never seen it before. Had plants and grasses that I had always wanted; bluish green.
I have three gardeners now, so there is some amazing progress.

This place below is not my own, but still, inspiring.

Here is an article by Tom on Jupiter and the North Node of the moon transiting in Virgo for this year. http://newparadigmastrology.com/2016-the-year-of-purification/
It's very good.

He also has a three hour video out about the Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune T-square, it costs 5.00 dollars or free if you subscribe to his website.

Look at the houses and planets in your own chart to see how this all influences you personally.

I will miss Flash -hope she comes back, I think she is an integral part of this forum. She's so intelligent and makes me laugh.

Well after the last couple of years of my life, I take it easy sometimes. Healing. Gentleness and softness -have become my mantra.... I come and go on the forum. I log on and read some of the posts to see if I can even hack it, which is more often not. I've had to stick to the lighter side of things. Sometimes I can't even think of a reply or find anything that's fitting for a thread or post. But recently I found a couple of articles that fit into threads. Yeah! I saved them and will post them soon.

I will really miss Flash! I hope she comes out of retirement some day! Seeing the bidet panel made me glad we just use good old soap and water with a wash cloth! I am techie challenged. I laughed after reading Flashes info on buying a horse. Thirty years ago I bought a horses ass! It is all good now as he has passed on and I talk to him and remind him of our struggles every now and then. We were kids so we needed each other to learn and grow. In the end we ended up forgiving each other and being best friends. Life is good!

well, it does make perfect sense. It's just a bit twisty is all. More layered, actually.

In modern form, it would be 'All the faith he had had had, had no effect on the outcome of his life.'

The single comma does help one figure out the entire sorry mess.

The interesting thing is that the sentence is not forbidden, nor incoherent, it is merely..... tricky to navigate.

In English class, the given teacher would try to steer a person away from using such arrangements as they are considered to be, er, unwieldly.

My favorite is still the dictionary of English slang. A big tomb with a few thousand rice paper thin pages of dense text....and it has 17 pages on the word 'f**k'.

Me too.

All the faith he had had (long time ago)
had had no effect on the outcome of his life (subsequent events)
As if earlier faith ever does.
Faith is about here and now, in the now.
Anyway, the grammar is correct, the pause, or comma, being between the first two hads and the last two hads.
I'm sure Carmody knew that but got his knickers in a twist once he started thinking about the time factor.

And this also makes sense, with a bit of punctuation: Tom, where John had had had had had had had had had had had the examiner’s approval.

It’s photoshopped using soft airbrushed tool. There are repeat patterns and the same image is overlayed. The skew tool is used to alter that second or maybe a part of a third layer slightly with a change in opacity to give it more dimension. IMO it's a really bad fake.

South End Baptist Church, Presbyterian Church, I'd have to dig into some of my history books to know the differences. From this end of the world we probably just refer to passionate (American) churches as Bible Belt offshoots(*), but to Americans it must be more obvious or easier to discern.

Wow lotusblossom, congratulations! Well done, and done!

I've been cruising Facebook, visiting people from my old church I have not seen in over thirty years. Blast from the past. The kids have kids now, and some of the kids have kids. It is astonishing to me to see the descendants look like the children I knew back then, and look like their parents. Makes me curious what my kids might have looked like, had I had any (uh oh, the hads are back).

Though one couple kept showing up in pics, and not until she posted a thirty year old photo did I realize who they were!

Or is it? Ever heard of that brand of beer?

It comes in a 4 pack, and its a little pricey. But see, i'm one of those fools who thinks if a brand is bold enough to charge you 12 bucks for 4 beers, they must be onto something...so i'll buy the stuff, for better or worse. New word, before I forget it.

Chameliroate

(Chameleon-ameliorate)

Lets see how this one travels.

why are such things, as simple words like that important?

well this one encapsulates a complex idea set into one (current) meme based word, that has run through society and human life for millennia.

How it takes complex representational considerations to illustrate what politicians and controlling agendas from whenever source, what such- may seem to do.

Chameliorate. To wrap in the flag, to posture with sympathy for one position, to hide (wrap, color, misrepresent, etc) a lie in favorable terms to the person/group that is the target of the data, and so on. What salesmen do. what politicians do. What lawyers do. What corporate heads do. to move things in the direction they want, hidden agendas in what looks like favorable representation, and so on.

Obama, or whomever, gets on the telly ....and tries to Chameliorate the given situation.

Most likely you could do it from home ... (man that would be nice)

It is my observation that for recruiters logic is rarely the most prevalent criterion.

The chameliorous recruiting manager chamelioratingly lauded the prodigious applicant and went onto chameliorating the application procedure by the chameliorative choice for the third worst applicant. Chamelioritave choices must never be chamelioratively apparent.

It's kind of a negative depiction, as the flesh does not er, 'feel good'..about that entire process (contrary to the flesh's design). Since the flesh drives thought, we get these negative depictions. But that is indeed a near depiction of the full literal meaning of my given name. At least half of it (name). (dimensionally, astrally speaking, it's a bit of a messy place, and people are a bit, er, broken up.. in some cases, so the skulls on sticks is not so bad of a simile, in some ways) (and the green light is incorrect, but, whatever)

When the astrology and the genetics are tossed into the analysis, the **** gets quite serious.

Then again, the question still remains -- what exactly is this place, anyway?

We have to orient and put our underwear on in the morning, just like everyone else. As my mother would humorously deliver the FYI on that one, reminding that the yellow stain goes in the front and the brown streak goes in the back.

Funny you would bring that up, as I didn't forget from when you mentioned it earlier on in the thread.
Because just today my husband was asking what happened to that stain remover he kept in his bathroom under the sink. He is too embarrassed to have the maid see his underwear.
So I had to confess that I had taken it to the laundry room, having run out of stain remover there.
Which in turn made me think of your mother and her very practical advice.
Which then bounced from my head to yours, hence you felt the need to mention it.

About that question "what is this place anyway?"
For some it's a short-lived classroom experience, for others it's a short-lived jail experience. Emphasis on short.
And for others, still, it's an even shorter dance hall experience...
Anyway, the choice is ours to make. But we forget that, and so it's easier to blame outsiders.
Choosing freedom, or servitude...it's all good.

Basically put, there is no shortage of answers in the world, only the lack of cognition of said answers.

Clarity is, by necessity of the in-situ reality... a forced or driven condition; it comes not to the animal body of man which as avatar -can be polluted.... it comes to the intellect which resides within. An intellect that must grow into the understanding that it must strive, in all areas, including that of the vehicle or medium. It's that quantum thing, where observation becomes and is as integration, as coupling. Thus the recognition of the medium and or vehicle and it's contribution or deficit, is entirely connected to the intellectual musings in formation and flow. Raise yourself, raise your view and understanding, raise the world. Even the bible tells you fix the self first. Jesus (according to one version) went out to the desert in order to fix his ass ---first. Only when he had self corrected, dd he dare to venture into the idea of sharing.

Thus, the broken and damaged banging around in a controlled box that they are not aware of....really is not going to get very far.

ulli

Internal dialogue, being an intellectual rather than an emotional exercise, will eventually hit a sound barrier.
But if this intellectual striving has the right momentum, it can get through. Integrating the inner voices will bring tha Aha! experience.
After that, all that's left is to let others know that they, too, can do it.
Until all the great cultural blocks of the planet can get past their wars and debates and dialogues, and find that collective Aha.
That is to me what this crazy era is all about.

One of my husband's favorite chicken dishes is made with sautéed onions, sometimes garlic, two jars saffron, boneless chicken thighs, two entire bunches parsley (no stems, the longest prep part, thrown in the pan after everything else is cooked), served over couscous, with a green salad.

We find Trader Joes has the cheapest saffron around here.

I have just come across material that indicates that a beautiful soul who influenced me greatly was likely murdered. This news saddened me. And then I wanted to share some of his work with others, for I have not noticed him mentioned in the world. Since this is my "what's happening", I thought to share it with you guys.

His name is GURUDAS (a name given him in India). He worked with Kevin Ryerson in California decades ago and put together really useful books on flower essences and gem elixirs, how to make and use them for healing that greatly influenced me. Wanting to find out what he's been doing since the 1980s, I went to the internet, and found this below.

Gurudas was Ron Garman, and I learned that after writing his four earlier books on vibrational healing, he researched and wrote a book called TREASON: THE NEW WORLD ORDER. Here is a brief overview of the book: http://www.theforbiddenknowledge.com/hardtruth/treason_new_world_order.htm

And here below I copy material I came across on a YouTube page while looking for talks Gurudas had given. But first I reference a Jeff Rense interview with Gurudas that I have just found. Mr. Rense said he had never read such a well-researched book:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huUx4ioYQmA

Chapter XVIII in this book is titled 'Murder as a Political Weapon in America'. On January 11, 2001, Ron Garman was found murdered ("suicide") in his apartment, shortly before he was to publish his second book on this topic. His computer, including the one and only manuscript for his new book, was gone. One week after his death the computer suddenly reappeared in the apartment, but the manuscript wasn't there anymore...

A memorial service was held in his honor on January 23rd at Keaton Redwood Chapel of Marin in Novato, California.
...

"Ronald Lee Garman (1945-2001) a.k.a Gurudas (Baba Muktananda of India gave Gurudas which means "servant of the guru" his name.) Gurudas, was a pioneer of herbs, flower, and gem essences. After working as an alternative health practitioner specializing in homeopathy and radionics for several years, he began his work in essences in 1979 and in the 1980s he founded his own elixirs and essences company, Pegasus Products. His book, 'Flower Essences and Vibrational Healing', was published in 1983 and is still a best seller and the foundation for much flower and gem essence research and development.

Gurudas sold his business in 1987 in order to focus on his writing career. His next book was 'Spiritual Properties of Herbs', followed by 'Gem Elixirs and Vibrational Healing', Vol. I and II.

Moving into a rather different field from alternative medicine, he then wrote 'Treason? The New World Order', a criticism of the abuse of government powers and the curtailing of personal freedoms. Over 100,000 copies of his books have been sold worldwide.

Following publication of 'Treason: The New World Order' in 1996, Gurudas appeared on hundreds of talk shows where he spoke about the book and the increasing government power at the expense of the individual. After his death it was said he had been working on a sequel and that he had been murdered by government agents in order to prevent its publication. Gurudas left contributions in his will to more than 20 charities."

***************

Gurudas said in an interview:

I believe that enough people will awaken in time to prevent the New World Order police state, and that we as a people can continue moving closer to God's love and grace. The human race has today reached a critical turning point. We, as a people, will soon undergo great advancement in our spiritual evolution, or there will be a sharp collapse in consciousness. I pray that God's grace will continue to shine on our country and that the vision of freedom and morality the Founding Fathers so sacrificed for, will once again be restored in America. What is ultimately at stake here is whether America, and indeed the planet, will continue under a hierarchical society, where few rule the many, or we can exist under Divine law in a truly democratic republic where we are all equal before God.

A little more backstory for Chief and the situation he is in. He owns the lot next door to me, where he has a shop that he's stayed at off an on since we've lived here the last six years. He also owns a house about six miles down the road, that his daughter and her husband lives in. He just got back out of the hospital last week, and was unable to get up for the last several days. Finally he got so fed up with whatever shenanigans they had going on, and he walked the six miles back to his shop only to discover that not only had all his money disappeared while he was in the hospital, but they had let the lights and water get turned off at the shop. He was walking slowly up and down his driveway, because it hurt too much to sit. That's when we started talking and shooting some bull. Lotusblossom strained all the broth out of some leftover potato soup, as he can't eat solid food but he's getting there.

The old dude is in pretty rough shape, and I can't imagine how his kids let him walk away like that. They haven't even been by to check on him. It beggars belief. So we fed him what he could eat, and I shared my beer with him which got his kidneys going, and gave him my castor pack and put him to bed. He went back to the shop after getting some grits in him this morning, and came back for a few hours this afternoon. I'm guessing he will be back along this evening, and my wife will probably make him some chicken broth.

So yeah, any prayers for Chief will be welcome. He has been influenced a lot by Native American spiritual beliefs, the kind you get by living on a reservation not the kind you find on the internet. He won't be too long for this world, so any peace and comfort send his way would be most welcome.
