Thanks, Ulli, I enjoyed going through the Tuttart link above. It says he is "an experimental painter" and that is completely apropos to a discussion had within the past 24 hours with someone. I'd said I had no "body of work" with a discernible style that would "instantly identify the work as being mine". WELL WELL, now I am more at ease with this - I need merely call myself "an experimental mixed-media painter" Thanks for that bit of relief.
But seriously like some of this guy's paintings...

I dreamt last night that I was watching Jim Morrison perform stand up comedy..
Yup, that Jim Morrison. Doors, etc. Not exactly known as being a laugh a minute..
It was so lucid. I can actually remember, in the dream, urging myself to remember his set. Of course I didnt. I do recall him saying something about his "hypnotic voice". He was making fun of himself the whole time. It was almost as clear and lucid as if I was watching while awake.
Totally surreal

Morning everyone!
Long ago, I thought the Doors got their name from antler : / not sure why I made that association (no speekee Englis). I like their music, I can readily hear the hypnotic voice sing "let your children play" (riders on the storm). If you break those two down, da-da-da-da-dum, metrical fit.
Thanks for the link Ulli, Very versatile work. Constant and mesmerizing Neptunian glow on the edges. Chose this one as this morning's eye treat:

Got a "Lightroom" (photo developing/enhancement software) license these days.
Now, far from knowing how to use that monster,
took a mis-exposed jpeg of a scene i loved [to have properly taken],
and 'processed' it a bit (trial and error; took over an hour.
A pro will make these changes on the fly, and much better).
And lo! Look at the difference:

WIARTON, ON - Meteorologists were flabbergasted today when Wiarton Willie, the popular weather rodent, emerged from his burrow and was frightened by the sight of the dark, undesirable aspect of his unconscious mind. The large rodent immediately scurried back underground, forecasting an indefinite extension of the cold season of the soul.
“We aren’t sure what was different this year, usually he either calls for six more weeks of winter or an early spring, not unending self-inflicted spiritual torment.” said local weatherman Bob Poplowski. “I mean, there’s no umbrella for that!”
http://www.thebeaverton.com/national/national-in-brief/item/588-groundhog-sees-jungian-shadow-predicts-everlasting-winter-of-the-soul
This was the first time Willie had projected such emotional and psychological importance upon the physical phenomenon of a shadow, leaving Wiarton, and in fact the rest of the country, unsure of what to expect over the next few months.
“I just wanted to know if I should plan my vacation for March or April,” said Peterborough resident Langdon Montgomery, “and now I can’t stop thinking about whether the violent, sexual urges I repress are as natural a part of me as the virtues I extoll. I hope this plunge into the untamed wilds of my subconscious doesn’t last into barbeque season.”

Wiarton Willie may have had a premonition of his cousin, Winnipeg Willow. Distraught brought him to silence and back underground where he morns in the privacy of his home sweet home habitat.
Winnipeg's Groundhog Dies Just Days Before Groundhog Day
Groundhogs might be able to predict the weather, but — sadly — they can't always predict their own death.
Winnipeg Willow, a groundhog at the Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, was all ready for her annual 'Groundhog Day' performance. But on Saturday, just days before her big reveal, Willow passed away. It is suspected she died of old groundhog age.
Godspeed Willow and happy tunnels to everywhere.

About that question "what is this place anyway?"
For some it's a short-lived classroom experience, for others it's a short-lived jail experience. Emphasis on short.
And for others, still, it's an even shorter dance hall experience...
Anyway, the choice is ours to make. But we forget that, and so it's easier to blame outsiders.
Choosing freedom, or servitude...it's all good.

Timing says post this because I’m just beginning on Chapter 18: 'Light and Darkness'. I’m reading, “The Forbidden Religion,” by Aragon, Jose M. Herrou. It’s encapsulates what we share across the forum.
Free copies: Kindle (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1430313889?keywords=The%20Forbidden%20Religion&qid=1454537503&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1) & pdf format (http://theforbiddenreligion.com/recursos/the-forbidden-religion.pdf).
Some passages from various chapters:
...body and soul were created by the demiurge, whereas the Spirit has been captured in the plane of the uncreated and eternal and does not belong to this sphere of creation.
...until one fine day it was decided to remove It (Spirit) completely as a constituent part of the human being, leaving behind only body and soul. The conspiracy was a success: man forgot about the Spirit.
We have already said that man has two paths ahead of him and must choose one of them: the path of the Spirit or the path of the soul, enlarge the self or renounce it, be a reflection of the Unknowable God or of the demiurge. Whoever chooses the path of the soul will be dissolved in the demiurge. Whoever chooses the path of the Spirit will have to face the demiurge and fight him face to face, the only way to liberate the Spirit.
For the demiurge and his creation, it is necessary, fundamental even, that the Spirit remains tied to the soul of man. His evolutionary plan cannot do without the Spirits that are enchained to matter. However one thing is important: the demiurge wants this to remain a secret, for man never to realize that inside of him is an uncreated spark stolen from another world.
The conspiracy was a success: man forgot about the Spirit. And not only in christianity but in all the religions of the demiurge, body and soul are seen as the only constituent parts of man. Not only has the idea of something uncreated inside of man managed to be eliminated, but the idea that there is a prisoner (uncreated Spirit) unfairly locked up inside of him has been eliminated as well. It is better that no-one knows why the Spirit has been imprisoned, since men would start to ask questions and some could even wake up.
All this went wrong and deteriorated due to the disobedience of man. To state that man is to blame for the “original sin” and for the “fall” has been one of the crudest ideas conceived against the Spirit and the True God. Man has been held responsible for the incompetence of the creator and the shortcomings of his work!

Marc Chagall portrays a masterful exploitation of emotive colors, fantastic imagery, unbridled joy — happy and uninhibited expressions of spiritual and sensual passions. He wrote this: “In our life there is a single color, as on an artist palette which provides the meaning of life and art. It is the color of love.”

How How good of you.... This is an appropriate place to discuss
By your standards, I do not stand in this place of our True Self, our divinity, we do not judge, but rather embrace both light and shadow. Nor do I stand in fertile field to plow to personal Christhood.
It’s just this simple for me: sheep do sheep, rabbits do rabbits, dogs do dogs.
I did not see anything but a bit of fun in the video, but you saw beastiality. It never occurred to me to see it that way. I saw a fellow who apparently was "high" on life and saw sunflowers dancing before his gaze.
A reminder, you added this to your post: “My apologies for posting what may seem “crass””
Enough said….
I have experienced that the True Self holds no fear and holds no judgement. Self-examination of the filters we hold is a fertile field to plow on our path to personal Christhood.
You call it seeing with Christ vision. I call it BS. I call it beastiality. My Christ vision and filters see ****ing a sheep and ****ing a dog and a whole lot more. There were non-stop associative entrainments GALORE. It was out of compassion and restraint that I stopped short of the degradation of the women.

With great kindness and love I respond to Paula because I am drawn to speak in defence of the Christ, which is our “true nature” in manifestation in this world. I speak because the Christ vision I spoke of has been labelled “bull****”, yet it is the truth of who and what we are.
We cannot claim our divine nature if we do not know it exists and is possible for us. Thus I speak. I speak because I have experienced Christ vision, and it truly does change what is gazed at. All becomes perfection, despite our mind’s judgement of the situation. Strangers I have seen with Christ vision have suddenly stopped in their tracks and gone silent as they felt the Christ energy.
I have seen higher dimensional levels open up in front of me when in this state. It is real, and it is our heritage and birthright to become the manifestation of god here and now on earth. This is what will change the world.
My earlier post was removed in which I spoke of actual experience and invited discussion of how we see things through our filters. Many people are in process of changing, and this is a fruitful area for contemplation for those who wish to see a new and better world.
I thank Ulli and all moderators who have censured my posts and the video (...that which I saw as a bit of fun, but which others saw differently...) and I hope you leave these words up for others to read. It matters to know that the Christ in manifestation in a 3D human is possible to each of us, and is what we are destined to become.

With great kindness and love I respond to Paula because I am drawn to speak in defence of the Christ, which is our “true nature” in manifestation in this world. I speak because the Christ vision I spoke of has been labelled “bull****”, yet it is the truth of who and what we are.
If you wish, I shall bow out of this thread and not post again, if you think it would be best.
The last words on this is for well over a year through PMs, I've offered patience, understanding, healing, resources, concern for your mental and physical wellbeing. There was also the on-going disclaimers that I cannot relate much of what you experience nor the healing of the dimensional worlds that you partake in.
Plain and simple, to spare you further embarrassment and without fanfare, I quietly removed all evidence of a video that was in bad taste. IMO: it’d bring down the vibration of the forum. That was that or so I thought. No. I’m instructed on self-examination, check filters, judgements and live and let live.
I wash my hands of the mixed message and wish you Godspeed. Note: do not take this to mean leave the 'Here and Now'.

Yup.
The deal seems to be that most of us strive, attempt, and emulate those two items. A work in progress.
When one finally has them, it is mostly that ...... no one notices.
As dominoes go, this falls into the "go to de mountain to meet de Buddhist (to get yeh some cool 'tudes), as dey ain't comin' to you" category.
The human logic of it only seems circular from the outside.

Hinduism is a few thousand years older than Buddhism, and had already deteriorated by the time the Buddha brought his teachings.
To my knowledge the Buddha did not advocate statue worship; if anything, he wanted to take people away from those habits.
Yet human nature being what it is, people needed their physical reminders, and so they carried on just as they had done before. Building statues and collecting relics. Many fakes there, too, as no human being has as many bones as are attributed to have belonged to the Buddha, and are kept in holy shrines throughout Asia.
Fat bellies are a sign of non starvation. The laughing face is symbolic of happiness.
Whoever created those statues had the intent to sway the masses towards congregational worship.

Why are the holy men in such pathetic shape? Because they eat too much rice and curry and sit still incessantly to meditate instead of using (developing) their muscles.

They look kind of silly.
The yogis and monks on the mountain do have a clear strong energy and internal strength which their body mass doesn't display obviously.
But they do get stuck in their minds and become addicted to meditation -seeking enlightenment. I have met a few that do not live in monasteries anymore and brought their wisdom and teachings to others. They do idolize statues and are quite patriarchal in their thinking and ways though. Heavily so. I've always been inclined to think that going within was the best way to meditate and not for any longer than forty-five minutes to an hour a day. Balance and Love.
Here and now I've been reading about midpoints in astrology. Mostly the Sun/Moon midpoint, which is a sensitive point. I'm new at astrology so I started with the Sun and the moon.
Had a couple of ahas of my own though -conjunctions of planets on my midpoints within three degree orb.
Café astrology has a very good how-to-calculate-your-own midpoints page here midpoints (http://www.cafeastrology.com/sunmoonmidpointrelationship.html)
and there is also a site called Teach Me Astrology that will do it for you and gives a bit of an interpretation of each midpoints for the planets, nodes and for the MC & AC. http://teachmeastrology.com/midpoint-calculator/

This Nepalese ultra-trail champion Dawa Sherpa is maybe not a sadhu but he was a Buddhist monk until when he was 13 his Dad died and he went to look after his family. He runs ultramarathons as a hobby and is not particularly interested in winning but often wins anyway. He channels cash and effort back home, opening a monastic school and helping out after the Everest earthquake etc.
And he doesn’t train because he says he gets enough daily exercise as a bricklayer. Makes you wonder (and this goes for meditation too): should you train to do ridiculous ultra-performances by doing ridiculous performances every day instead of just once in a while? We all know that as far as thinking goes, training hard is not the answer: moments of inspiration come through resting the mind and cross-fertilization with other things.

"Fat"ness, wasn't considered fatness just in the Middle Ages. In Western Europe lots of people want to have a visible tan. I hear in Spain it gives you status because a tan means you have enough time to linger at the beach (enough money in the bank). Elsewhere in Europe people just tan because they don't want to look sick. From here to higher up Russia, it can get very white with no sun, and I agree, sometimes that looks a bit scary (see portrait n°...). And yet, it's not a globally shared ideal. In the wider East (Middle and Central) and Northern Africa from history up to this very day white is the beauty ideal. You will read in poems that "she had a face full as the moon and white as milk". Tanned is for the slaves and workers who have to endure the sun in the fields. It's not an active association people make today (I hope), but that's where it comes from. Think of countries like India, China and Arab countries in general.
History also delivers us artwork portraying the locals and their local life in (that's usually how it, photoshoppishly, worked) idealised form. We notice from medieval paintings the general fullness of the people. The heads show fullness by their uniform roundedness. I stress general because thin people (whatever the reason of thinness, and they vary) existed also in the Middle Ages.
Generally you will recall from history class medieval people to look like:

Pieter Paul Rubens' Christ deposition
Overall, chubby people in not always ideal situations.
I found some portraits in Rogier van der Weyden's oeuvre (member of the art collective Vlaamse Primitieven (lit. Flemish Primitives. Again, I'm sure they did not consider themselves that primitive, at least not in the way we understand the word).
This is Rogier van der Weyden's Portrait of a Lady. The lady has no sharply defined jawline (she or Van der Weyden didn't even add bronze contouring to fake it)
https://sp.yimg.com/xj/th?id=OIP.M535c024fb242bc31b752a55cb2f569aao2&pid=15.1&P=0&w=300&h=300 (https://sp.yimg.com/xj/th?id=OIP.M535c024fb242bc31b752a55cb2f569aao2&pid=15.1&P=0&w=300&h=300)
Another Portrait of a Lady with a more defined bone structure.
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/65/Rogier_van_der_Weyden_-_Portrait_of_a_Lady_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg/256px-Rogier_van_der_Weyden_-_Portrait_of_a_Lady_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/65/Rogier_van_der_Weyden_-_Portrait_of_a_Lady_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg/256px-Rogier_van_der_Weyden_-_Portrait_of_a_Lady_-_Google_Art_Project.jpg)
A slimmer lady but what's more?
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f0/Portrait_of_a_Woman_X-radiograph.jpg/180px-Portrait_of_a_Woman_X-radiograph.jpg (https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/f/f0/Portrait_of_a_Woman_X-radiograph.jpg/180px-Portrait_of_a_Woman_X-radiograph.jpg)
A tanned version? Lol, no. It's an X-ray of the same version. It reveals the portrayed lady with a slimmer waistline.
So now, we can wonder about why Van der Weyden, corrected this.
If you were full in the Middle Ages, it meant you had money to buy good food, food that will show on you. If you were thin, there's a great chance you belonged to the working class, and had to pay lots of attention to the careful consumption of whatever scarce nutrition you had.
If the Buddha was not full by nature, then whoever decided to portray him fatter than he really was, might have thought it an honourable thing to do, according to the local perception of ideals.
Lots of love to K
And encouraging hugs for cccme :grouphug:.

http://cultureofawareness.com/2016/01/21/researchers-demonstrate-how-cancer-cells-are-obiterated-by-resonant-frequencies/
Bio-resonance (like my MicroMat) getting more attention
A new cancer treatment is using resonant frequencies to shatter various types of cancer cells.
In his Tedx Talk, “Shattering Cancer with Resonant Frequencies,” Associate Professor and Director of Music at Skidmore College, Anthony Holland, tells the audience that he has a dream. That dream is to see a future where children no longer have to suffer from the effects of toxic cancer drugs or radiation treatment, and today he and his team believe they have found the answer.
Many of us have likely seen or heard of people shattering glass with the sound of their voice. This amazing feat, Holland explains, is due to a phenomenon called resonant frequency. When someone taps a glass, it emits a natural resonant frequency. To induce shattering, a person must match the resonant frequency of the glass with the vibration of their voice, getting louder and louder until the glass finally breaks.

Hi Dan,
Me neither until very recently. Though, I don't know if it's a UFO. It may be because things are changing. Or we're more open to the possibility? Or paying attention in a different way?
Crazy weather here, too. No complaints from me. We've had mostly fall and spring days this winter. Strange to have rain instead of snow. Last week there were two days that almost topped off at 60F/15C where it's typically 35F/1C.

My hearing’s back. The left ear was mostly gone for about eighteen months. And a week ago, the right one shut down to a muffle. I had been treating with them with peroxide, alcohol and over-the-counter products with very little success. So along with acceptance of aging and lipreading, I broke down and ordered a PSAP (personal sound amplification product) which arrived yesterday.
About month ago, I realized that I’d been craving sauerkraut. I’m on my second batch of six quarts. Sauerkraut, a lacto-fermented vegetable, has beneficial bacteria.
But I still hadn’t made any association to hearing loss.
I had a serious sit down and asked what am I missing? That’s when the bottle of “Ultimate Flora” in the refrigerator flashed in my head. Each capsule is delayed released with 30 billion live cultures per capsule and 10 probiotic strains. It took only one capsule and 24 hours for the ear that hadn’t worked to pop open and the other I could hear a bit out of. By day three, I heard pretty good out of both ears.
I decided not to return the hearing devise. I don’t want to jinks it.
(Shhh…I’m owning up to magical thinking hear. Oops, I mean here). http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/Recovered/boff-smiley-face_zpstxx3msnv.GIF

Repost for lacto-fermented-vegetables, i.e. friendly bacteria
It’s way easy to make the probiotic veggies and the beauty is that they store for months in the fridge. Here’s a photo from my first batches and a link to a 6 minute video (http://www.nourishingmeals.com/2012/02/how-to-make-lacto-fermented-vegetables.html) on how easy it is to make:
beet, carrot, red pepper, red onion, garlic & herbs and spices.
broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, red pepper, red onion, garlic & herbs and spices

Here's a 'how to' for sauerkraut. If you're short of money, the mason jars work. I sprung for the pot:

Great story there Deer... Glad you got your hearing back... A little 'magic' goes a long ways. :) I'm going to post a new thread here in the next couple days to share a simple exercise I found that opens up the sinuses, the hearing/ear canals, and the tear ducts... and it can even trigger a sneeze if you do it long enough. It only takes a few seconds of this exercise to make a big difference.
Blessings...

Grrrr. That’s the third time this week the electricity went out. No wind, no bad weather. Last weekend the internet was off and on, mostly off. When it was on it was slowwww. The mind flips to "Are they intermittently conditioning us?"
I’ll keep an eye out for the thread, Valley. I recently learned a new way to unblock ears: hold your nose while you swallow a mouth full of water.
I use to sneeze a lot and usually it was three times in a row. Every room has box of kleenex. I haven’t had to dig into my back-up kleenex stash. It’s no surprise that diet and less stress contributes to no sneezes and no asthmatic attacks.
I eliminated bread in May, 2014 and added an almond/coconut/oatmeal drink, green drinks, a cinnamon/chocolate/whey drink, and a mixture of pure vegetable powders of Moringa (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/powders/moringa-powder/organic.html) and beet, carrot and kale (http://www.thesynergycompany.com) drink.
http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/ii610/WhiteCrowBlackDeer/pso-categoryall-v2_zpszkbokrnw.jpg
Even though I continue to eat healthy foods and exercise, the last several months I’ve been off and on stress eating. I'm mainlining ‘Stop and Shop’ muffins, Ben&Jerry’s and fake food from the drive-in-like genre. (Hope Akasha doesn’t read this.)
By comparison, I have nothing to be stressful about. Waking up is an on-going process. I continue to walk. But there are times when the rubbery legs let me know I’m not as brave as I’d like to believe.
Blessings back...

Hi Paula, Damn! I have never seen any Ufos.
Here in Barcelona we still have spring weather. Strange weather we have.
Hi Dan,
Me neither until very recently.

My internet went down again for over 24 hours. It came back on about a half hour ago. The new carrier arrives tomorrow. The one that was suppose to come on Saturday. Grrrr... Mercury retrograde?
With no TV, I catch the weather on the internet. So I woke to a storm in progress. All the cars in the complex were parked in the storm area. I slipped in just in time for roll call.
Winning full stop.
I'm catching up on my reading: "Penetration - the Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy,” by Swann, Ingo. I might be working backwards to everyone on the forum. It's an old book. I have an upgraded appreciation and understanding for the knowledge I would not have had otherwise gotten in the four years since I joined Avalon. That anniversary was two days ago. It's a reminder to have patience and to go slow when I want to share with the awakening newbies.

Runningdeer, a few things...good to read about your returning hearing. I've been thinking about sauerkraut lately myself, which is kind of strange since I only remember having it once...this kind of thing usually happens to me when my body is in need of something it's lacking. Now, with reading your post, my thought on the matter has been externalized, I interpret this as another push from higher self to get on with buying the stuff and actually eating it. Perhaps you would give me some ideas on what it would go good with now that I no longer eat meat.
Our weather in southern Ontario has been much like you mentioned also. Very bearable winter this far, no complaints from me. Can I ask that our summer be lacking in humidity too...that would be awesome.
Calz, that is a good choice of tunes, my friend. I'm enjoying it now. :)

Hodgepodge post, seah :wave::
I learn over and over again to pay attention to the signals that come in all forms: cravings, serendipitous articles or person, walking in the fruit and veggies isle and they say ‘pick me, pick me’, flashes in my head, etc.
I had concern about not getting enough protein. This book is helpful, “Proteinaholic: How Our Obsession with Meat Is Killing Us and What We Can Do About It (http://www.amazon.com/Proteinaholic-Obsession-Meat-Killing-About/dp/0062279300/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1454952146&sr=1-1&keywords=proteinaholic),” by M.D. Davis Garth.
Check out some of my recipes at the bottom.
I was never was a fan of sauerkraut. The store bought limpy, brownish stuff wasn’t appealing. In the recipe above I use organic green cabbage, red cabbage, red onion, garlic, sea salt, turmeric and curry. I ferment it long enough so that it still crunchy.
I had a consultation with Bill Tara while I attended his seminar. One of his suggestions was to eat more kale. Puke was my initial response. He explained that’s the type of reaction from the body that needs it. We tend to not eat what our body craves and then go binging to fill an imbalanced both a psychological and physical one. Which in turn over time imprints on our personalities, interactions and outlook. “Macrobiotics and Human Behavior (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0870406027?keywords=Macrobiotics%20and%20Human%20Behavior%20William%20Tara&qid=1454951628&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1),” by Bill Tara.
I’m unable to take vitamins, even the pure, expensive kind. It makes me be doubly aware of listening to what the body offers. I got off track with green drinks and the others listed above and no breads and hardly any grains that I forgot about probiotic foods. That and I love sweet junk foods, which can cause an imbalance of “Six Tastes”. Hence, cravings….
Why do we have cravings?
Eat, Taste, Heal (http://www.eattasteheal.com/ETH_6tastes.htm):
“Ayurvedic [and macrobiotic] nutrition recommends including all 6 tastes in each meal, while favoring those tastes that bring greater balance to your particular constitution.”
Six tastes are: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent. The link provided has examples of the foods that fall into the six categories.
Quick example: When folks go to the movies, they order pop corn and soda. In effect, one balances out the other. Imbalance over time takes a toll on the body. Energy for spiritual maturation gets restricted so it’s more of a challenge to bring the body back to homeostasis.

My quick, easy healthy recipes. The links provided from nuts.com (https://nuts.com) will have a short description of the health benefits. Most of the ingredient I use can be stored for an extended period of time. I vacuum pack them. The foods from thrivelife.com (http://www.thrivelife.com) have a shelf life of 25 years. All nutritious foods. Credit goes to Marianne for whey link & Delight for the thrive.com link.
I sprinkle gluten free nutritional yeast (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/leavenerthickener/nutritional-yeast-gluten-free.html) on 'Ancient Harvest Organic Corn and Quinoa Blend' Penne. It’s cheesy and add vitamin B12. I also toss these in to the pasta:
sauerkraut
Ghee (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/indian/ghee.html)
himalayan sea salt
dried onion
1-1 1/2 T of apple cider vinegar
Toss it (nutritional yeast, vitamin B12 ) into pea soup (theres' a basic recipe at that link (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/flours/green-pea-gluten-free.html)). Here's mine:
1/2 c Green Pea Flour (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/flours/green-pea-gluten-free.html)
6c Hot Water (use mason jar to shake pea flour with cold water)
2t salt
kombu and other sea vegetables
shiitake mushroom and other mushrooms
1/4 c organic quinoa (http://www.thrivelife.com/all-products/thrive-foods/grains.html)
2 scoops gluten free nutritional yeast
turmeric & curry
Ghee (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/indian/ghee.html)
celery, corn, onion, broccoli, cauliflower, butternut squash (http://www.thrivelife.com/all-products/thrive-foods/vegetables.html)
I use a Vitamix blender and at times add fruits to the drinks.
Chocolate-cinnamon whey drink:
2 3/4 c water
4 (big scooper) Grass fed whey (http://nkdnutrition.com/products/grass-fed-whey-protein-powder)
2 small scoops of organic cacao powder (https://nuts.com/nuts/cacao/raw-organic-powder.html)
1 t vanilla
1/2 t cinnamon
5-6 organic pitted dates (https://nuts.com/driedfruit/dates/organic-pitted.html)
1/2 T golden flax seed (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/seeds/flax/organic-golden.html)
1/2 T chia seed (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/chia-seeds/organic.html)
Almond, Coconut, Oatmeal Milk
3 c of filtered water
1/2 c of rinsed almonds (https://nuts.com/nuts/almonds/organic.html)
1/4 c coconut (https://nuts.com/driedfruit/coconut/organic-shredded.html)
1/4 c gluten free rolled oats (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/grains/oats/organic-gf-rolled.html)
5-6 organic pitted dates (https://nuts.com/driedfruit/dates/organic-pitted.html)
1/2 t cinnamon
pinch of himalayan salt
1/2 T golden flax seed (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/seeds/flax/organic-golden.html)
1/2 T chia seed (https://nuts.com/cookingbaking/chia-seeds/organic.html)
I divide the almond milk between two mason jars and add a little more water to them because it's thick and my blender is the smallest model.

You’re welcome, seah. Straight up almond milk is really tasty. Use the same recipe but up the almonds to 1c and leave out the coconut and rolled oats. Coconut milk is great too. Substitute out the almonds. Here's an almond video. I use a strainer and a laddle to squeeze it out rather than a bag.
I no longer strain or soak over night because I want the whole almond. I add shredded coconut and rolled oats to keep the cost down. And because coconut and rolled oats provides dietary fiber, lowers cholesterol, stabilizes blood sugar, and they provide protein and minerals.
I picked up a lot of ideas from Green Smoothie Habit YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/blenditandMendit/videos) and switched it up to fit my budget and preferences. This is the basic almond recipe from Jane.

We are going through exactly the same thing, Paula.
Our Intenet saga since moving here has become an epistle I don't really want to bore anyone with.
Signed a contract with a new provider over two weeks ago, and so far no one has even called to announce their arrival to get it working.
Been onto the head office and my take is that there is no one competent enough to get it done.
The service we now use is so slow that I can't watch youtubes without constant interruptions.
Meanwhile here I am, grateful for the rain, and loving every drop that is soaking our dry soil.

The monopolies expect customers to sign a two to three year contract, while the motto of ‘quality customer service’ is only found in the advertisers' byline.
There should be a ‘three strikes and you’re out’ if companies don’t deliver. The customers can opted out without early penalty fees. Or at the very least, hit them in the pocketbook where for the hours of down service, the customers receive credit.
Storms or accidents are one thing, but like the cancelation this morning because they had to go elsewhere for an emergency? To that I say, hire the staff or call in from an emergency pool.
I don't really want to bore anyone with.
In comparison to the real problems that many, many live, I say, “Shut up, Paula.”
The last couple of weeks with the intermittent electricity and internet shutdowns has been an eye opener. I ask myself, if you can’t go with the flow over a a stupid internet, how do you expect to flow with big stuff? My answer is I’m one of those that when things get tough, the tough get going.
So what’s up with this attitude when I don’t have really anything to growl about? At the risk of sounding New Agey, it’s the change in energy that surrounds. The body is adjusting to the newness. My job is to remember not to label. Just ride with it.

If anyone is planning a U.S. garden, Baker Creek in Missouri (www.rareseeds.com) and Southern Exposure Seed Exchange (www.SouthernExposure.com) in Virginia are good bets east of the Rockies. They are both committed to non-GMO seeds and have loads of heirloom varieties. I'm enjoying the idea of saving seed and have managed a couple already.
Okay, I have to post a black jazz video, since Ulli posted the pic above.
This is a mixed-racial band, recorded in the 1930's -- it features Thomas 'Fats' Waller on vocals and piano, one of the most talented and versatile performers ever.
'Royal Garden Blues' was written by Clarence Williams and Spencer Williams, black composers/performers.

I predict that MacDonalds shares will go up on this news.

Meanwhile I was searching for that great scene in Broadcast News where Holly Hunter was doing a 30 second meditation on her terrace before shooting off to work.
And couldn't find it.
And thought 'I bet Paula would be able to find it in 30 seconds flat, with her knowledge of nifty tricks'.

I just got it. Having just read about that new cell tower thingy on ForbiddenKnowledgeTV.
He is not installing a light bulb, he is installing a weapon of mass destruction, and in plain sight.
Why else would they have a drone be filming it?
I think you are getting warmer in your search for the end of the world, Calz.

Drats, no magic today for the Holly Hunter meditation clip. Here’s a free movie link (http://f5movies.com/film/broadcast-news-4081), and one other (https://www.solarmovie.ph/watch-broadcast-news-1987.html) when you create a free account.
Note, I no longer use free movie sites. I’m concerned with viruses and cookies that’ll slow down the computer. One other suggestion is it’s available to rent or purchase @ iTunes and Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Broadcast-News-William-Hurt/dp/B000SW2F44/ref=sr_1_1?s=movies-tv&ie=UTF8&qid=1455216803&sr=1-1&keywords=Broadcast+News).

A bit late on the So White. Busy days. I read Jada's last tweets. They exuded a certain fatigue, as did the video appeal.
It's courageous of her to bring it up. Not being the first one of course. And even Spike Lee has been talking about this issue for longer (as well as several black stand-up comedians). If he can't get an Oscar for something, then at least he should receive some recognition for his efforts in raising social awareness.
I was re-reading an interview by Kauffmann, who was held hostage with Seurat in the 80s in Lebanon. He survived and when he came back he noticed how ironic it was that after those three years of hostageship, so much had changed and yet everything was still the same.
Notice how people smile and feel happy replaying Martin Luther King's 'I have a dream'.
On my list, probably a bit predictable (filtered on skin colour just for the relevance of this post): Morgan Freeman. I think he should just get another oscar and another one, and a couple more...but that's just my opinion. Jamie Foxx, Denzel Washington, women less prominent, or me no longer being an avid movie watcher, that's possible too. Whoopi Goldberg, the facial expressivity; no words, but so much language.
About creativity, and I wouldn't mention Wesley Snipes, because it's just not my type of movie, had it not been he pleasantly suprised me (suddenly) appearing as a poetry narrator on the soundtrack of Il Postino. And I wonder how Freeman would've sounded reading Neruda's poems.
Coming back to Spike Lee, he was lauded as a great inspiration by our local directors Adil El Arbi en Bilall Fallah who recently produced 'Black', a movie about criminal gangs in Brussels, with a love story that faces the challenge of racism: black girl, Moroccan boy, with neither of their clans accepting the other skin color. It delivered them a Discovery Award in Toronto.
And the reason I'm making the link is perhaps similar to why El Arbi & Fallah made the link. The problems that the African-American community faces sound a lot like the problems local minorities (including African, including Turks, Arabs, Asians, bref: the coloured) experience in Europe.
And with Jada's courage I say: it's very bad journalism to sweep it all under the carpet as 'radicalisation' and 'terror', safely tucked away from curious eyes that may wonder: is there more to this story?
But
:Music:
Closing on a beautiful note, the poem as narrated by Snipes and written by Neruda:
Leaning into the afternoons
Leaning into the afternoons I cast my sad nets
towards your oceanic eyes.
There in the highest blaze my solitude lengthens and flames,
its arms turning like a drowning man's.
I send out red signals across your absent eyes
that smell like the sea or the beach by a lighthouse.
You keep only darkness, my distant female,
from your regard sometimes the coast of dread emerges.
Leaning into the afternoons I fling my sad nets
to that sea that is thrashed by your oceanic eyes.
The birds of night peck at the first stars
that flash like my soul when I love you.
The night gallops on its shadowy mare
shedding blue tassels over the land.
(Pablo Neruda)

Hmmm ... well ... I'll take that in stride ulli.
Never have ... nor never will be searching for the end of the world.
I look around and project ... what I see makes me search for those with a more positive outlook and solutions.
Close as I can come to see where you suggest that is from a song (which I love) that I once long ago posted here.
Song from Tool (and won't repeat in respect for Nora's K) had lyrics such as:
TOOL
Aenima Lyrics
Some say the end is near.
Some say we'll see Armageddon soon.
I certainly hope we will.
I sure could use a vacation from this
Bull**** three ring circus sideshow of
Freaks
Spiritual shortcoming on my behalf no doubt ...
To be clear I love humanity and our planet.
To be polite ... I won't offer (here n now) how I feel about those that seem to feel they are justified in controlling both (regardless of which dimension they reside or whether or not they have been here longer and tweaked humanity into this current version).

Been up since 5:30 am.
Two helpers arrived at 6:00 sharp and for five hours we made cement stepping stones.
Day started out freezing...(11' C for us is freezing), and to begin its I had to work with jacket and scarf, like the people up north.
Then three hours later tropical heat returned, with full sunshine, and I ended up burning the back of my neck.
We pressed tree leaves into the wet cement to decorate the stones.
Very pleased with my team of workers.

Show studio intview with Bryan Ferry where he is reminiscing about his friend, the late fashion editor Isabella Blow.
Ferry, a coal miners son, always had a fascination with the upper end of British elite, and like most creative people I've known attempted to breach those class gaps.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lWrTwB5k3BQ
I'm not expecting Villagers to get into this, but just sharing a bit about my own background, my life before waking up, seeing UFOs, studying cover-ups, etc.
Bryan Ferry was a regular visitor to Barbados, where I first met him, when his then wife Lucy introduced us at a party. My first question to him was "When will you produce another Avalon?" (Avalon was my favorite Roxy Music album at the time) to which he replied "you tell me, you are the astrologer"
He would often invite us (my Costa Rican husband and I) for lunch and dinner, and sit in the back of our car humming tunes he heard in his head.
A couple of years before that he introduced me to his LA agent in a match-making effort. It was that fork in the road moment for me...to keep going further into the world of glamour, or not. After two trips to LA I realized that I needed to look elsewhere for love and promptly met my current husband who like me was a Baha'i, and had come to Barbados from Costa Rica as a diplomat, and as a medical doctor was to take care of the ambassador's failing health.
So Bryan showed up in my life during that period of choice, as a catalyst as it were.
Of all the rock musicians I've ever met he was by far the most gentlemanly. Extremely considerate, polite, and refined.
Yet I turned my back on that world, knowing it would not serve my truth seeker instincts.
Still, when watching this interview I am struck by how even these different life paths can still take a person to one place only: a deeper understanding of what our higher selves wish to direct us towards.

Here is another Showstudio interview about Isabella Blow.
This time they are talking to Amanda Harlech, whom I believe I met years ago when she was a young editor at Harper's and Queen Magazine. It was a horrible day as I had just discovered a huge theft from my storeroom, and my nerves were frazzled. Not pleased with the way things for going for me....lots of mess-ups. All part of destiny getting me ready for a big move away from all that.
Anyway, I'm now beginning to see more and more connections between us here at Avalon, and the great creative crowd that researches fashion. After all, fashion, whether one follows it or rejects it, is something we unconsciously are all subjected to.
The moment we get dressed for the day self image sets a standard as to what we wish to show the world as a visual front. We are all persons in the making.
And the more alienated we feel, the more the universe shows us what aliens are out there. And the more we are in touch with ourselves the more the universe mirrors that authentic self.
When I first lived in Costa Rica I felt definitely alien, not even speaking Spanish yet, and that's when I had my UFO sightings. Coincidence?

When I first lived in Costa Rica I felt definitely alien, not even speaking Spanish yet, and that's when I had my UFO sightings. Coincidence?
The same happened to me when I lived in Canada, especially Ontario. Also when I was younger, living in Germany. Back then, it had to do with coming to grips with what my lifelong experience with sleep paralysis was, and coming across Monroe's work and the resultant experimentation. I suppose that was extra-dimensional alien experience.
In Canada, Sirayah and I's nightly walks were like an exposition in alien craft, as well as during the days. Orbs and craft, more multidimensionality, transformative experiences in the spiritual realm.
Being a stranger in a strange land leads to a deeper form of grokking with the omniverse I expect, you're slightly out of body as you traverse daily experience anyway, which would lend energy to any further explorations at higher planes of reality experience.
And I'm quite sure there are many aliens working in the fashion industry. Look at Kanye West's line, and Jaden Smith's Vuitton line.

I dropped my laptop on a tile floor. The interior of it is fine. But the screen has a pretty abstract mosaic of colors on it now. I've sent it off to my computer guy and he is going to fix it for a minimal fee. Very nice of him. I really need to buy a new one. It's almost a dinosaur.... I've become so attached to the darn thing. It's traveled to a lot of places with me through the years. It has a key missing where K decided a few years back, that the keyboard was a set of dominoes or Legos. She tore most of them off and I found them all over in various places and we set them all back in, except one. I just left the keyboard that way. lol

The Lost Tribes of Tierra del Fuego: Far lands and forgotten times
[article here (http://www.bantmag.com/english/issue/post/41/234)]
K’termen, the spirit Xalpen’s baby, is presented to the women by the sahaman Tenenesk. Entirely daubed in red ochre, his body is covered with fluffy goose down.

The Lost Tribes of Tierra del Fuego
Selk’nam, Yamana, Kawésqar
article here (http://www.thamesandhudson.com/The_Lost_Tribes_of_Tierra_del_Fuego/9780500544464)
Martin Gusinde’s photographs are a monument to the memory of Tierra del Fuego’s people as well as an exceptional anthropological document.
During the course of four trips made between 1919 and 1924, from the canals of Western Patagonia to the great island of Tierra del Fuego, Gusinde learned and wrote about the Kawésqar, Yamana and Selk’nam peoples. He also took more than one thousand photographs, all produced using a portable darkroom.
He captured some truly extraordinary images: feather-clad bodies sporting high head-dresses made of bark, wrapped up in guanaco furs, or entirely covered with ritual paint, populating a landscape battered by wind, rain and snow, at the heart of a natural world that Darwin had noted for its wildness.

My outrage regarding what is happening to the women in Europe on an every day basis is off the charts.
... yet so many turn away ... disgusting what is happening.
Perspective One: 'yet so many turn away' because they've lived it or live in fear of it. Rather than the perspective of indifference, they're frozen in numbness. What's happening to the women in Europe serves as a trigger. It’s a 2 fer 1 feast for the energy suckers.
Perspective Two: 'yet so many turn away' because the pain is too much. I got two nano seconds of baby dolphin with the selfie people. I couldn't click off fast enough. Now, I can't get the little one out of my head. As soon as the brain flashes on it, my heart pounds. It causes deep sadness. It haunts until I remember that it's feast for the energy suckers. Zap. I do not consent. F-off. So you can imagine how people with similar temperament are handling the plight of the women in Europe
Perspective Three: For myself, the escalation of pain and suffering across the world accelerates commitment to advance spirit connection. Time spent with discovery of how to drive the body within the spirit is the medicine I bring to the world. (For now, and to name one.)

This woman in Europe visited a couple of other women in Europe. Remember the woman who is like a mother, let's call her Magda, and then her neighbour woman, a gentle lady as well, Anne.
Anne, Magda and me, and the kids (took them too) had some tea. Anne's son was there too. He also has an autism history. He's doing so great in school, it almost brought me to tears. He's specialising to go work in a lab now. And his road has been long and bumpy. He's very lucky to have a mother like Anne.
I didn't want to bring up the recent deaths that Magda suffered in the family, but we talked about good memories in the past.
Everything felt very familiar. The cats were there too. And the moon was still voiding away from Cancer.

I have many albums from the early 60's to the early 90's. Also a collection of 45rpms/eps in great condition of famous early stuff. I don't want to part, the Chess label was fantastic, but my son says it's got to go. i can access these tunes on the web, but the record deck, amp et all take up room. So sell? When you get older, you don't want to be a burden on your children, having to get rid of one's 'stuff', but I love having my books and music. OK - the vinyl goes, along with the peripheral equipment... Bring back windy-up gramophones in case of electronic negativity. LOL

Not the tag along part. For myself, I create here and now on Mother Earth, and it doesn't have to be a 'super-experience'. Without interference through genetic manipulation to events to environment to foods to (well you get the idea), the regular rather than super-sized is plenty big.

I get where you are are coming from, and I believe you misunderstood me somewhat. :) What I wish to create is an experience where I can be myself to the fullest, and my wish for everyone else is that they allow themselves to be themselves as much as possible. When everyone is allowed to be who they are fully, I believe all the conflict and badness will vanish from the world. I believe that is also what you are saying you wish for yourself. :)
Also, my here and now includes the past and the future. The past is where you see yourself coming from here and now. The future is where you see your here and now evolving into, in a sense. The past, present and future are all a projection of what you see are true for yourself here and now. :) Did I manage to confuse you yet? Haha. :D

Yes, I understand your points of view, jounai. Thank you for sharing them.
For myself, all sits in the here and now. I’m experimenting with it as a dimensional experience. A custom-made creation unfolds when I am fully present. If focus is on past and future, then I catch my intellect click in. It brings it to another sphere.
There’s a multitude of ways to play on Mother Earth. What I notice is 'present' can be painfully delightful. The energy is supreme in comparison to when I’m aware of how self (with a lower ’s’) flips to future possibility and what happened. There’s safety there. My goal is to stretch this vehicle muscle so it’s able to withstand the energy surges to where it is the new normal.
Alas, language is limiting. An intentional, flawed design by the tricksters. How much is heard as intended? And how to express when I'm still in discovery? (note: rhetorical questions)
Blessings,

Yes, but it might be for a different reason. The graphic explains me three weekends in a row. The monkey part of me forgot how to use the stop button. I kept running through all the troubleshooting steps.
http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/ii610/WhiteCrowBlackDeer/Insanity_zps5qj40lmt.jpg
This week I learned from a company spokesperson who was on a-walk-about through the community that phone company was performing their magic for high speed internet in the area those weekends. Hence, intermittent to no access to phone services which meant no internet even though my Wi-Fi worked.
Needless to say, a heads up would've saved me a lot of hassle. On the bright side, I caught up with some reading.

Bill's and Ernie's birthday, too? A never-ending birthday party?
Especially since all three are Pisces...as with Pisces the party never ends.
Did you know that when its already late, and well after midnight, and the hosts are yawning, the last people to finally leave are always Pisceans?
I think the planet they originate from is a party planet.
Anyway, that's been my experience.
And I once asked one Pisces friend (he drank like a fish) what he does to prevent a hang-over and he said he drank a liter of water just before going to bed.
They all must have enormous bladders.
Here's one little Schnapps for Carmody.

Happy Birthday to all the Pisces and late Aquarians. Thanks for the thoughts. It is appreciated.
Since I'm here:
My daughter gets married this weekend. I have a busy schedule for the ceremonies. At first I was even asked to officiate at the wedding but in the end they went with some generic minister. All good. I still have to walk my baby down the aisle and recite a poem I wrote, titled My Love. Then later I say a speech. Should be fun. Rehearsal tomorrow. Wanna see the poem? It is somewhere in the poetry thread but I'll add it here, okay?
My Love
My Love for you is eternal
My Love is Life itself.
I give you All in complete trust
For I am complete.
My Love for you remains true
For it is Truth.
I will never abandon you
Or hold you to conditions.
There are no conditions to the truth of you.
My Love for you created you limitless
And that is your value to Me.
You are priceless.
My one true Love I’ve given you
My Love you share among all of you.
My Love for you keeps you safe
And heaps abundance on you.
My Love grants your every desire.
My Love is what you are.
And My Love is One.
My Love sees only perfection.
And only Spirit can see perfection.
My Love has no equal
Nor has it a substitute.
You cannot hide from it,
Deny it,
Or ignore it.
Love is your Source.
You cannot be without it.
You cannot forget it.
For that is your will.
And Mine.
God has blessed you with his Love.
Blessed be.
Blessed be the Love you encounter,
And the Love you reunite with Truth.
My Love is the Love for yourself.
My Love for you is Me.
Happy Trails

Now I see a kid and her pal looking out at the road ahead.

Don't worry - there is nothing you can do to remove the Thanks of others.
(Mods and Admins can do that, not that I ever recall us having a reason to do so ... but Members can't.)
What happens, if you don't have cookies enabled, is that, if you Thank a post, then the list of Thanks by others for that post are cleared, anticipating an updated list with your Thanks added, but then your browser's Thanks update comes up empty, due to the lack of the cookie hook.
Go ahead and try it. Thank a post (this one if you like) when you do not have cookies enabled. Then log out and back in and go back to that post. You should see the full list of Thanks, including yours. (If you don't, holler bloody hell at me ... something's broken.)

2016 is the mutable year…change, adaptable, flexible, flow. The solar eclipse on March 8th-9th will jump start it. The build up and decline in intensity can be felt before and after the pinnacle date.
Patience and flexibility makes for a helpful mantra. It invites the good stuff to present.
This Solar Eclipse in Pisces is a powerful one as it forms a T square with Saturn and Jupiter.
With the square from Neptune to Saturn prevalent throughout 2016, we are already seeing Saturn walls going up - Donald Trump, the possible exist of the UK from the EU.....while Neptune is encouraging us to see our connection to one another rather than our separation.

SERVICES (http://crowdsondemand.com/services/)
Celebrity Airport Greeting
“We will send a crowd – the size is your choice – with signs, ‘paparazzi’, fans and ‘reporters’ to meet you at the airport as you exit security. You will be the envy of your fellow travelers, as you meet your loving fans, all the while they will be trying to guess who you are.”
”…We can arrange a town car service, limousine service or a ride in a Rolls Royce or Bentley as an add-on to this package at discounted rates. Souvenir photos will be sent to you at no extra charge.”
Celebrity Shopping Experience
“Have you ever wanted to shop the way that A-list celebrities shop? That is, with an entourage consisting of security, paparazzi and fans.”
“…As you are whisked between high-end stores (in luxurious transportation of course), you will be greeted at each store with cheering fans, nosy paparazzi and your own security detail. At the stores, you will receive VIP treatment including champagne, cocktails and personalized attention from store managers. Other shoppers will attempt to discern your identity as you revel in opulence.”
Celebrity Fan Experience
“…we will have photographers taking pictures, fans asking for autographs and yelling your name(s). Beware though, when a celebrity sighting is announced, it can attract quite a crowd. You may have hundreds of people taking pictures of you, wondering who you are.”

It is so obvious that the crowds at many political rallies are like trained monkeys. Some of them, the critical ones who start the clapping, cheering at the statements of those they are paid to promote and booing at the opponent of the same employer, are on the par with thieves, manipulating emotion.
In case few know this, having unpaid but emotionally committed members of an audience is not desired by any political party. It is always more effective to hire a group of "audience members/ supporters" who know the cues and who know when the desired effect of manipulating a discourse is planned. From a salary down to paying for a "supporter" to get to the event is all in the method of manipulation, the moral divergence and all for corporate greed, always.
Manipulate the emotions to direct the desired actions and then reap the reward of the desired outcome. Of course that means audience members, at a meeting or viewing the event, are that ignorant and emotionally pliable.
This society and the corporations that guide it have invested everything, outside of the profit their works reap, in creating the depth of ignorance that permeates it's social structures. Same as crisis actors for FF events, this just a peaceful offshoot, a popular TMZ kinda social media encouragement of low self-esteem and endless narcissism. Superficial, shallow facades echoing years of media and academic manipulation. And the funny thing is their lives are so empty that they think the play is entertaining, forgetting entirely that the real fun is getting out and helping others, not feeding some empty ego with a lot of noise.
It would be more correct to arrange a group of robots with programmed clapping and cheers to greet anyone you think needs the stroking that bad, or if you feel that inadequate in your relationship with the intended victim.
I see the same thing on most every audience based tv show, except they don't get paid. It's a corporate success when fools act the way most do in crowds, already trained to bark like trained seals, no insult to the seals. It's embarrassing when older folks do the same. No dignity at all. No class. Very little self-esteem. Directionless, dumbed down and loveless.
Don't clap F'ers. Do something useful with those hands, that voice, that power of yours. If anything I'd lead a group of friends doing something creative and worthwhile....like interrupting the paid show with a diversion to go help the homeless nearby. 'Bro, you're so shallow and annoying that we thought we'd help you with your lack of gratitude. Here, help us in the kitchen, wash the toilets, sit down and listen to anyone here and then we can eat some cake, later. Here's an apron.'
If your loved one is not enough to greet you, you probably should have an intervention, a love intervention, a soul gathering to wake your ass up.
How is it that anyone can be talked into wanting to have anyone else envious of them? What a cheap way to use your creative abilities, reenforcing mindless clap.

Yes, seeing people falling for deception is frustrating and painful.
Yet, that basic search, to distinguish the real from the false, never ends.
The moment one has figured out how some game is being played, especially in politics,
the stakes are raised higher and a more subtle game of deception versus reality appears.
This is the essence of the human dilemma.
