Be well Carmody....in your choice of reality and time of course.......my thoughts are with you.

Do you consider the interaction as being accidental or purposeful?

Either way....I wish you to be well.

regards

Anyone standing near and watching it, would have possibly classified it as attempted murder.

How the driver could have not seen me, is the real question.

This is why I do not carry cell phones, unless they are shut off, and have removable batteries. I had my cell phone on that evening, for the first time in many months. My mistake.

I am glad you have posted....but it is very strange to me.......and I have tested it over the last 3 months....that every time I consider your 'lack' of posting and postulate as to your safety....you then make a post?
Now I realize that you can 'see' me but this interaction is not just limited to you.......life (here) it would seem, is very malleable and even though I comprehend this fact, it is certainly troublesome when one has not yet decided that control over the external input is correct morally!?

Definitely troubled....not by life, nor death but by the responsibility of ....... self?

GREAT TOPIC!!!

If conservatism means a philosophy whereby one advocates inertia and keeping the status quo as it is etc, then how can that be compassionate??
Our current status quo is appalling, with so much suffering, instability, war etc. Nobody could defend it!!

This is a popular term in the UK, where our ultra-hierarchical paternalistic system includes people who advocate the privileged classes do more to help their underlings, and generally look after the poor peasants! But what is the cost? A political class who are silent and ineffective in the face of horrors in Yemen, Syria etc, and systematised paedophilia in the elite!

A plague on it! Sweep it all away and start again!!!

For those who, like me, are temprementally conservative, it means I hope that we appreciate the functionality of what we have, and have seen so many examples in life of attempts to bring in upgrades and new systems that have ended up failing. We advocate caution, research and moderation in the march forward. BUT FORWARD WE MUST MARCH. The status quo is totally un-viable in the long run. Change is desperately needed.

We have now Mr Trump possibly coming in, with all the capitalistc, corporate agendas rolling inexorably behind him. How will America make progress on Health, Poverty, The Environment etc with such an agenda controlling things?

Take heart!

If what we are about to see is a velvet revolution, a dislodgement of a horrendous corrupt cabal, peacefully and democratically from the heart of the greatest nation on earth, this will again be what America has been in the past - a beacon for all the world to see of what people can do. In so many of these countries the people know intimately the kind of BS that goes in with these corrupt people. But the number who believe it can be cleaned up and the page turned is much less. This will give hope to so many, and the pressure on lesser states to raise their game.

The re-enstatement of personal liberty can weaken the corporate cronies!

SO BE IT!!!

On a different here and now thought....I wake up each day with thoughts which are many questions!
This morning was.......magnesium.

So whilst drinking my morning caffeine, I did a quick search!

And get this:

http://normalisforaverage.com/strange/Magnesium-L.jpg

Strange image for an element? So I look at the page here:

http://www.rsc.org/periodic-table

Hover over the images or click them to get the definition of why that image is supposedly applicable!

For Magnesium the text is:

The image is inspired by chlorophyll, the molecule contained in green plants that enables them to photosynthesise. Chlorophyll contains a single atom of magnesium at its centre.

Of course it relates to my interest in batteries which re-charge via sunlight!

All good fun....?

From the sublime to the ridiculous, I wanted to share this delightful photo.

After 12 days of trying, armed with a giant live trap almost as large as it looks, I finally caught the mouse that's been running riot in my farmhouse kitchen. (I released him across the river in an old tumbledown shed... he'll be much happier living there)

Funny, I have a live trap with a mongoose in it in my house right now, we are trying to tame him (or her.. I think it's a her... its a bit too wild to handle as of yet).

The last one we got super lucky with at first as it had not opened its eyes yet when we found it, this one is about the age of our last mongoose (who unfortunately died due to being way too awesome of a ninja and getting trapped somewhere).

he/she sniffs my finger (then tries to bite it through the cage) and has stopped hissing at me (they have a funny mix between a hiss and a bark.. haha) so I think it's progressing a long nicely..

we hope to eventually get her/him to be like BahnZu was:

i think I'll toss on a pair of leather gloves and try some handling tonight.

Yes I wonder where is ulli??? I've been away for a long time myself without explanation but still...
There were a series of events that happened in a short time: 1) Dr. Luis broke his wrist 2) internet went wobbly 3) intermittent volcanic activity 4) opened a clothes and sundry shop 5) Ulli and Luis attended a conference in Mexico.

Sometimes outside events are the gifts to help us refine our lives.

I feel Ulli larger. Those are the words that come up to describe that by Ulli putting on the brakes to chill, it has brought her to a place of rest. Where spirit is both condensed and expanded in a new way.

Disclaimer: my speculation.

The first time I saw it was years ago. I had to click off. There happen to be an inspirational article on it so I rewatched. I clicked near the end. Then went back and fast forward through parts of it. Now when I send it to friends and family, I add that there's a happy ending.

Tenacity, courage, will to live, strengthen in numbers, 100th monkey, love, beauty of life and its mechanisms, etc. All reminders of our natural abilities to change what needs changing.

Mexico Border Swamped By Fleeing Americans

Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto has today pledged to crack down on the rising tide of illegal immigrants flooding into the country from the United States, following an unprecedented influx of US citizens attempting to flee the country’s mounting political turmoil.

“Plenty of the applications we are receiving were just as concerned about the prospect of a Hilary presidency. After all, who’d want to live in a country so openly crooked that family members of former Presidents regularly become Presidents themselves.”

Hi all you wonderful people!!! :bearhug::sun::heart::inlove:

Its my birthday today.......and I have eyes full of tears. :raining:

I went to see my Brother Will yesterday in hospital, he looks 1/2 the man he was, his legs are stick thin and his face is drawn in. He is being fed by tube as his stomach is bleeding from the ulcers (Collitus)
The doctor told us that after several lots of Chemo he is not improving ...just 'stable' and gave us that look as if to say 'its touch and go'.

We spoke to him for an hour, he could barely speak but sometimes he was with the fairies as he said "I'll see Mum tomorrow" ..but she passed last year.

When he saw me, he said "Hello Princess" and held my hand..

Happy Birthday Sue--10th Nov 1945
was mine--hello fellow Scorpio.

Sorry to hear about your brother

Much love.

Sorry you are going through this on your Birthday!

Reminds me of what happened a few years ago when my wife lost her mum to cancer.

A few weeks later our son was singing 'twinkle twinkle, little star' for the first time, with my wife and my mother. It was a beautiful moment that I missed-I was at work. My mum mentioned that during this song and afterwards there was a strong smell of Jasmine in the room, we had no Jasmine in the house. I asked my wife's sister about this ( as the 'steering committee' AKA 'TPTB' AKA 'The Boss' is not spiritually inclined - or thinks she is not) - the sister told me that Jasmin was their mum's favourite smell, and had the scent in her room strongly for the last few weeks of her life. Powerful confirmation. When they pass, they find themselves in a reassuring environment, with familiar things. The idea that they are 'dead' is only introduced gently. They are allowed to check in on loved ones. My wife's mother got to check in on us, see her grand son happy and thriving and her daughter looked after!

I have some fond memories of the scorpios that have crossed my path.. I don't think they are good long term libra mix though (at least not this Libra)

One of them even had a gigantic scorpion tattoo, wrapped from her stomach/lower chest with the stinger up over her shoulder.

as a parent and a dog rescue / foster.... I think they should check for CarbonMonoxide or something, that's far too little activity from both species, something is clearly wrong.

Plus those floors are wayyyyy too clean for that combination of organisms in a small space..... either way, something is suspect....

Dogs do not think like humans, it's ok to do what your doing but just understand that she considers herself close to or exactly your equal.

Dogs prosper under a solid pack structure, but some smaller breeds do fine as "accessories" (no clear fit into a pack structure), though some do not and show unwanted agression.. either way I normally suggest to owners that the pack structure be adhered to even when it seems counter to what you think is desired.

(for instance: my dogs do not eat or enter doors before me, but my dogs are 120lb dogs, so it's more important for me to enforce that).

Just sat in my little office and shed a tear.

For three great people who faced with horrible adversity stepped up and did the right thing. We all owe them so much. Here's to Snowden, Assange and Manning. I am sure somewhere in the Galaxy they have already received a high honour.

Looking at this planet from another angle.
All this trouble or crisis and unveiling. Could it be the scream of a mother giving birth?

That metaphor can be taken in so many directions, but I have a different one for you.

It is the birthing of CHINA. The return of the middle kingdom to is rightful place in the heart of humanity. Rapid economic development always triggers strife. Often war. Crop failure in China in 2011 triggered global grain price spike that kicked off the Arab Spring. Its not a cuckoo, but there is a big, hungry , new bird in the nest. We all have to pay attention. Hopefully the history of the next 100 years will be how the world benefited from this emergence. The correct agenda for the world now, is for all the great nations to work together to smooth this emergence. It is heartening that two of the greatest, USA and Russia, will now cooperate. It is not that China is a threat, it is that any big emergence in Human affairs contains the potential for trouble & strife.

China has so many internal challenges. They have a dangerous bargain between the masses & the Government. The Government requires an authoritarian structure, to hold a fractured and corrupt country together. The masses agree to this uncomfortable bargain in return for growth, jobs & prosperity. As Xi Ji Ping has said- he is facing a massive challenge politically to shed labour from the bloated steel industry, without triggering political strife. Chinese defence spending has reached $200bn per annum. More broken window economics. Because of the price differential (see the Hamburger index per the Economist magazine) I estimate that capability 'bang per buck' per unit of Chinese expenditure is 4 to 1, meaning that China acquires $4 worth (in USA pricing) of capability per $1 of expenditure. Instead of hamburgers- look at equivalent war planes cost.

The Chinese take the long view but nurse a huge resentment against all the last 500 years of imperial abuses and exploitations. The developed world owes it to itself to lay the foundations of future long term good relations by now working to assist the birthing, stabilise the process. They have an agenda. They have unspoken demands. Contained within these is the potential for confrontation. Let us anticipate and facilitate peace!

PEACE!!!

I have had the chance to chat to a well informed investor on this issue, his view which I agree with is:

THIS IS MODI'S GENIUS MASTER-STROKE and INDIA'S GREAT LEAP FORWARD

What is happening is that the middle-sized denomination currency notes have been ruled illegal. Non tender. People in posession of these notes need to go to a bank to exchange for a new version. but this is not about cash. What this is about is tax. What has been happening is that the vast majority of small enterprises have been operating outside of any state & tax registration, so effectively they have been part of the 'black' or un-taxed un-regulated economy.

By forcing these traders to exchange their cash, Modi is forcing them to:
a) Open a bank account, and deposit the defunct cash.
b) register as a business for tax purposes. They will not be able to exchange the cash without a tax registration number.

The consequence of this will be hopefully a large increase in the state's tax receipts. This will facilitate a combination of tax cuts and state investment in infrastructure etc, which is desperately needed. It really is India progressing into a first world economy. It means that India is in general a great 'buy' for investors, and will see rapid economic growth.

I asked how this huge change could be successfully imposed, given it would mean a huge increase in banking infrastructure, plus state taxation apparatus. He said the before the ambush, Modi has prepared carefully, and for example new smart phone payment apps have been developed.

So congratulations, good luck, buy Indian, and I hope the transition is not too painful for people...

A Thanksgiving Suggestion

Allow me to make a suggestion, for Thanksgiving Day 2016 (for my US friends.)
Let's all remember to raise a glass of pure water, and send a loving and thankful toast to the brave and strong souls - The Water Protectors - at Standing Rock. Then, think about that water in your glass for a moment, how incredibly precious and critical clean, potable water is. Take a moment to allow the concept of "Mni Wiconi" - Lakota Sioux for, "Water Is Life" - to be recognized as truth. And then, drink the water, that sacred water, and it becomes part of you.
.

.

...oh, and maybe send a few dollars to the Water Protectors, the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and allies, if you can spare a few. And share this please. It isn't controversial or even political. We all need clean water.

But I believe we won't be affected by the winds, just get a larger dose of the usual November rains.
The worst that can happen here in the mountains is landslides.
Otto's eye is entering land in a few hours, just north of the Costa Rican border with Nicaragua. The government has been very good controling the crisis, with organizing evacuations, and even putting workers to look out for cattle and animals.
No school today, nationwide.
(you may share this on the Here and Now thread if you wish)

Thanks ulli and Bill; I've been wondering where ulli has been lately. Me myself have not been very active but pop in now and then but anyway, the silence from ulli has been very loud esp. in this thread that she started.

Now let's hope for the best that this hurricane won't affect her and nobody else too much...Years ago I was engaged in collecting items like clothes, bikes, wheelchairs and what not to Nicaragua. It's sad that pple who already have had a lot of trouble with war and dictatorship also often get afflicted from natural disasters

POST TRUTH

it seems to be used as a polite smug way of saying that something is BS. The mind controlled sheeple do not understand why there appears to be an erosion of objectivity in public life, for example Mr Trump, who gets away with talking BS off the cuff, and who relies on a lot of falsehood. what the sheeple do not appreciate is that this entire reality , and many of its fundamental tenets are really BS, and when an expansion, and revealing of greater truth starts, it appears to be an up-welling of BS.

http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/Recovered/writing_zpsd26h7e8a.GIF A timely video, Baby Steps. Only an hour ago I came out of a dream that reminded me of how to bust out of the matrix. Each of us has to walk out of this reality by discovering the custom-made solution for ourselves. Why? Because each has built-up a convoluted, personalized template that’s contributed to the false belief of self, life and after life by way of parents, community, education, religion, philosophy, mislabeled life experiences and sky-tech and AI tech.

My approach is to keep asking questions. Not the kind of questions that collect more data and detail that keeps us going round and round at the same level. Ask the kind of questions that are relevant to both 1) unclog and 2) expand awareness and creativity. Notice how solutions arise in subtle ways all because one has committed to and acted upon the ever expanding perspective(s). Or is it dimensions? Or both? Both.

Entertaining and at times a dizzying journey. Today was strange and literally dizzy. Here and Now. Sipping morning coffee @ 6:30 p.m.

Yeah, he can't stop swearing. Makes it hard to watch. I guess he does not know the rules of debate or argument -and the major one is: never become emotionally involved in the data you are trying to share, for if emotion is injected, it will be rejected before you even begin. Emotions shut down logic, intake, and cognition, so they must be wholly avoided when trying to impart difficult data.

Everyone has a different minimum of emotion where the data in the communication gets lost, but it is safe to estimate that quiet debate will illuminate 5-10x people over that of heated discussion.

Wonder what would happen if the gyro was non- ferrous...

They gyro is non ferrous, as if it was ferrous it would stick to the magnet in a way that would be strong enough to cut fingers off. Approx 500lbs of force on it's edges (of a ferrous gyro). I'm not sure it would be possible to free a damaged and stuck hand being held down by ferrous materials, without further extensive damage to the hand. These magnets are not toys. 1200lbs of force is possible with that particular cylinder slice magnet. Similar designs can go as far as 2600lb of possible magnetic strength.

I want one to play with... like real bad, but I'm also afraid of my wandering mind getting me into trouble. It's why I don't do construction work or Union line labour. My mind is constantly moving and any form of holding still via repetition has never worked, and has always been physically dangerous to me.

Any of y'all ever heard or practiced the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) diet? Myself and my family have been on the diet for about four months now, in order to heal our gut microbiota, and we have a good two more years to go on it. The positive results from just a few months have been highly significant and encouraging but its expensive and not easily adhered to, especially in America. The point of the diet is to detox and heal the gut. I have now realized just how grossly weaponized the Sad (Standard American Diet) is, and how saturated with toxins our environment is. Everything in our food that isn't organic and pasture raised is just poison. I do see this as a strategic and implemented agenda to destroy the health of Americans and cripple the populace with Autism, dyspraxia, depression, etc.

For my kids, in particular my oldest, we have realized that if we continued feeding him from the SAD diet and did not protect him from encountered toxins in modern products, he would digress into Autism. The slightest exposure to petrochemicals via scented cleaners, food with additives and preservatives, colognes or perfumes, etc., sends him into a reaction that can last days and even weeks. The more that we cleanse and detox, our bodies speak clearly to us what is bad and good for us. It's truly nuts.

Transiten, I remember reading of your struggles with Lymes disease, and infection from it causes severe GAPS condition and destruction of the gut microbiota. It may be that my family and I suffer from either parasites or lymes disease as well, though we have not been tested for it. I would highly recommend anyone suffering from Lymes to read the GAPS book found at the website link below and would encourage this method of healing which their is significant evidence to suggest that this may be the best healing method to pursue.

The book can be found here and on amazon.com http://www.gapsdiet.com

I should probably start a GAPS thread, but thought that I would breach the topic here and now, because it is my here and now.

Cheers Y'all!

Good evening, I’m still reporting on
Christmas Warning to Women

All the immigration – legal or otherwise – is really hitting the lower working class very hard. Many of them are resorting to ever-more creative ways to perpetrate crimes – especially against women.

Here are three fake outs that Crime Stoppers and or the police have warned women about.

1. The Perfume Trick. Someone may approach you in the parking lot of a mall, a Walmart, or even a Home Depot and ask if you’re interested in some new perfume and gives you a paper saturated with it to smell.
The paper is laced with drugs that will make you pass out so they can kidnap, rob, rape, etc.

2. The Car seat caper. While driving on a rural you spot an infant car seat on the side of the road with a blanket draped over it. The idea is that there is probably an abandoned baby in the car seat. Nearby, there is some place to hide – tall grass, trees – something. All they want you to do is stop and exit the vehicle. If they are bold enough, just slowing down is sufficient, so beware.

This is also a known gang initiation trick. The police say do not stop or even slow down for any reason. Dial 911 immediately and let the cops check it out.

3. Eggs thrown at your windshield. A new technique used by criminals is to throw eggs at your windshield.

If this happens to you DO NOT stop for any reason and DO NOT spray with water from your windshield washer. Eggs mixed with water make a very dense, milky solution that will make you stop until you can see.

Just keep going until at least you are out of view of anyone who may have thrown them, and remember, they could try to follow you in a car as well.

Unfortunately, these are desperate times and criminals are now using more desperate measures to get what they want. These are among the fundamental changes President Obama was calling for.

Take Gripreaper for example. Clearly a very smart man. A funny man. A warm man.

But, and i'll say this as delicately as possible, not the most stable of fellows emotionally. You might even say delusional.

Not too long ago, on this very thread, he was declaring himself the go between, between humanity and the lost city of Atlantis..he knew where the lost crystals were, and he'd bring them forth when commissioned by the dead spirits of atlantis etc etc (I'm paraphrasing). Anyway, total nonsense.

It was disappointing, but the bigger disappoinment was this: NO ONE SAID A WORD ABOUT IT. Not only that, but some people actually "thanked" it. I sat back and hoped someone would say something, anything, to restore my waning faith in humaity...but no, it didnt happen.

I considered writing a post myself, but coming from me it would hardly matter, it would just be another case of the doubting thomas "not getting it" or something. And even more than that, I like Grip and I didnt want to hurt his feelings.

And i'll bet a few others felt the same, which makes me wonder:

NO ONE SAID A WORD ABOUT IT.

You covered a lot of ground there, Mike. There’s probably more misses than hits in my response.

Many people, many realities. Fortunately, I’ve had enough weird (and welcomed) experience to know it’s possible that what others perceive may be true or at the very least is true for them.

Where I am today on the whole, “Was I Jesus or was I not?” All past/present/future experience is power-packed right here and right now. My journey is to tap it.

I’ve only had one past life regression. It was with an inexperienced person. In present life, I stammered when I was young and it lessen by my early 20’s as long as I wasn’t stressed.

The past life took place in the 1800’s. I was a young boy who lived on a farm with his mom. He was deaf and mute. There was no connection between he and his mom. Partly because of his disabilities and partly because she shouldered all of the responsibility for the chores. The mom in that life is the same mom in this one.

It wasn’t long after that discovery, the stammer lessened to the point of nonexistence. One other note was that the boy looked like my son, blonde, blue-eyed. And that past live regression took place before he was born.

Lastly, as for the outside interferences? There’s two points:

In terms of the AI and dark energies, I was happy to have a name for what I experience when that wave infiltrates at family gatherings, particularly when two siblings are present. The part of me that pays attention sees and feels that wave blanket us. I ward-off the ickies as best I can.

The second point is as part of my journey it is my responsibility to walk with awareness. Ideally, I chuck the straight-jacket beliefs and stay open to new thought and ideas. What I’m noticing is it’s mostly about nixing the limiting beliefs.

I’d like to believe I don’t create many dramas, but I still get pulled into them. Here comes the damn disclaimer...

Hi Mike,

I agree with Running Deer here, each our journey. And believe me, there are event in life that makes one completely nut for a while.

But I would also add the following: I have seen quite a few unbalance people throughout life, and a few here on Avalon as well. Most often, people who talk, act or write unbalanced stuff do not realise they do it when on the spot (they may later on). And they are already in difficult circumstances. So, as far as I am concerned, I usually will not call them out publically, but will write to them in pm. I will try to avoid burdening them further by calling them publically. I bet anything that many members do the same.

However, if not unbalanced emotionally or challenged mentally, I will publically call out people and mention what I consider to be misjudgment, mis calculation, stucked belief system or dogmatism, or plain nastiness. And for this, many do not like this approach or mine.

Anyhow, this is my own ways with my own integrity.

Take Gripreaper for example. Clearly a very smart man. A funny man. A warm man.

Car seats with blankets as bait?? Jeebus!

How about this one (it's the best advice IMO):

DON'T LIVE IN/NEAR A LARGE CITY.

Big cities give us crimes like this & crazy socialist ideas (due to the masses of people de-sensitizing each other to the point that robbing each other seems ok).

Humanity over a certain density seems to always decline like this, that's why I stick to smaller towns for the most part.... what a crazy list.

Agreed with large cities vs small towns - but.... isn't it more possible to be stopped by a baby car seat when on the highway? far away from the city?

And, we do not seem to have the same definition of socialism - in my book, socialism does not de-sensitize people (on the contrary) nor create violence. Canada, Sweden, Norway, Danmark, etc are considered quite socialist (because of the free medicare and social network not to starve for the poorer ones) yet are far from having violence compared to the USA for example. Target_________ you are brainwashed by your government!:p

Criminals look for pools of victims, that's why "mass shootings" almost always happen in "gun free zones".. the victims are better there.

Same would apply to the "baby seat bait", why would you put it out on a highway somewhere, the chances of getting someone would be very rare (plus you are out in the open, so your intended victim receiving help if it's a busy stretch of road are pretty good)... no this is a "city" Problem

I agree, that's why I put "crazy" in there ;)

and I don't think socialism it's self desensitizes people (it's a symptom of the desensitization, not cause) I think the huge "faceless masses" are what desensitize.

For example:

I've been a "gear head" for years now & as a by product of that my vehicles are generally loud, or VERY loud. When I lived in Anchorage Alaska (Population ~250,000) I tended to drive a bit more wild; have fun.. make noise (burn outs, drifting corners etc..) but when I got back into my neighborhood I'd drive slow and keep it quiet to not disturb my neighbors.

Well I still drive a super loud vehicle, but I don't drive wild anymore, I live in an area where every 5th person is someone I know... I can't drive down the street with out waving, honking or yelling a greeting to someone on the road. I wouldn't drive like an asshole here because I'm a part of the community. This mentality is splintered, fractured into "us/them" in cities and large population centers.

This "us/them" mentality allows for situations that would never be allowed in tighter/smaller communities (robbing peter to pay paul... etc).

@ Target,
This is exactly the lesson I learned in the small Caribbean island community of Barbados.
It is easier to notice that you are a part of a greater whole, than in a large Western city.
Also, being a part of a white minority will help one see to oneself through the eyes of the black population,
and helps one to see what western society's place is in the greater whole of the planet, and why the Roman Empire correlation fits so well.
The Empire is now dying- dissolving in its own decadence, and the colonies are having their turn.
A new society will emerge out of all this shifting.

For some of us, it’s natural instinct to jump out and see who needs help, especially when it involves a little one.

Years ago, I was driving back from Boston late at night. I was on an icy, entrance ramp when a car came up and tapped my bumper two or three times. My gut said don’t stop. Days later there was a news report on how there were guys using that tactic to get folks to pull over.

My point here is listen and trust the gut.

We’re all pulled in many directions with family, work, bills, life. Many have their guard down. Nothing stops the greedy or desperate, but it’s good to know the current tactics to ward off the possibility. Too, awareness energetics raises the probability that a$$holes will choose to pick off the zombie with a cellphone stuck to the ear.

As for city vs rural, I live in a rural area. Years back, while on winter vacation a van pulled up. I assumed it was a delivery truck and came out with my dogs. The two guys bolted down the long driveway. My husband taught me how to use a shotgun that evening. Ouch! on the kick back from the first blast.

A few weeks later, I came home from work to find our dogs blocked off in the kitchen and valuables where cleaned out. Shortly after, the cops caught up with the gang that had hit our rural area. There was a huge stash deep in the woods. Like I mentioned, nothing stops the greedy or desperate.

I LOVE this post.

gonna bump this from a year back in the past is still so much of a present.. :bump2: we are all "works in progress" :)
Thanks, Bob. Where I am today is still live in the present and consciously work with the multi-dimensional. When one is active with it, solutions pop at a quickened pace. With the knowledge of dimensional existence, one cues in with greater success.

I’m still a work in progress. There’s no end. Only progress. I stay opened to this wonder-filled mystery and continue to fine tune the natural skills.

(Note: I’m a pre-schooler.)

From what I understand, crime rates start to rise when population passes 10,000. Prior to 10,000, everyone knows someone who knows someone, so peer pressure keeps the crime rate low.

Yes, it is about the reduced chances of getting caught and facing consequences.

Yet, larger cities in the old days in England had their "copper on the beat" which meant a policeman walking around a street block, guarding. Each street block had a cop. Armed only with a baton, or stick.
No other weapons.
The coppers in the City of London had to be over six feet tall, and wore those tall metal helmets.

Same principle sort of. I assume the cops knew all the families on their block, who was at risk, who was in need of a warning or encouragement.

I'd wager that's the smaller portion of it..

I think it's more about the disconnect mixed with a lack of empathy.

It's easy to not have empathy when dealing with "others" or "them/they" & the more you label them and marginalize them via what ever category (race, sex, favorite color, which sky fairy they worship, etc..) the easier it is to steal, brutalize or eliminate the "others".

Fear of getting caught is just what good people think must be stopping the "Bad guys" but I don't think that's it, especially since I've spent my time here with a lot of the "bad guys". Most are actually pretty cool people, as long as you are "in" with them, you spark some empathetic reaction in them or seem to be beneficial in someway to something they care about. The "others" can easily be shot or burned in their car.... (its happened). There's no fear in these individuals, especially not from the police.

Yes, crime rate increases when 10,000 + population is reached, while crime rate decreases as the population average age gets older. I presume less testosterone = less energy for crimes??? The highest crime rate in Canada was in the 70's and 80's because of a young population mainly, amongst other small things. We have more immigrants from all over the world now and yet, the crime rate is lower than in the 70's and 80's, during the baby boomers teenager time.

Knowing that, we understand the Europeans crisis related to new migrants from the Middle East and Africa. Most are men, most are in their late teens early twenties, most are undecated, and most are used to do whatever is necessary in order to survive, and most go to cities or when is small town they end up being half the population. This is a cake mix for explosions.

Is it weird that Googles "earth" satellite footage archive starts at 1984?

You can now go through google's "satellite" imagery from 1984 to present (http://mashable.com/2016/11/30/google-earth-timelapse-project/)... & someone has already taken a look at Area 51 and it's massive expansion since 1984. I purchased a copy.
The Gift of Fear (https://www.amazon.com/dp/0440508835/ref=rdr_ext_tmb) - great reviews from 1,900 folks. 4.5 stars out of 5.
There are used copies for under a $1.

Amazon Summary:

A Special Kindle Edition of The Gift of Fear, with a new Foreword by the author.

A stranger in a deserted parking lot offers to help carry a woman's groceries. Is he a good Samaritan or is he after something else? A fired employee says "You'll be sorry." Will he return with a gun? After their first date, a man tells a woman it is their "destiny" to be married. What will he do when she won't see him again? A mother has an uneasy feeling about the nice babysitter she's just hired. Should she not go to work today?

These days, no one in America feels immune to violence. But now, in this extraordinary groundbreaking book, the nation's leading expert on predicting violent behavior unlocks the puzzle of human violence and shows that, like every creature on earth, we have within us the ability to predict the harm others might do us and get out of its way. Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Through dozens of compelling examples from his own career, Gavin de Becker teaches us how to read the signs, using our most basic but often most discounted survival skill - our intuition. The Gift of Fear is a remarkable, unique combination of practical guidance on leading a safer life and profound insight into human behavior.

Thanks, I will get that book too.

Fear is for our 3D survival, our body survival, very efficient thing. It is also much use by the ego with all the emotional fears through expectations, or with its intuitions for a path to take, again for the ego (for building it or for its own survival).

But what about fear becoming an addiction literally? Fear releasing cortisol and other hormones can, I think, become addictive. In fact, I think it has become addictive for most people in western countries.

My point here is listen and trust the gut.

Fear can sometimes be outsourced. The other day my daughter’s stallion got a visit from the neighbour’s stallion which had passed its inadequate fencing and made a backdoor through a hedge. Rival testosterone causing havoc. When the neighbour came round with his young sons to fetch the animal, there would have been some human testosterone to deal with as well. Luckily, she had her young bitch, which enjoyed biting at horses’ ankles for once without being called to heel. She wouldn’t harm anyone, but keeping that a secret is a useful tool for a young woman to have; it can be the difference between having the confidence and competence to handle a given situation and revealing the vulnerability that sometimes attracts trouble. Karma is not the only bitch in town :)

On November 14 my 50 year old landline phone number, and the broadband account were trashed by ee, as the account was in my Dad's name, they had neglected to transfer it to me, the payer for years with paperwork to prove it. They had apparently warned my Dad via email days before (I can't access that), so when I realised I was isolated, using my emergency-only mobile and shoving £££ at it to pay for hours of stupid hang-on music to ee, I complained to ofcom. I got contact, however, after getting my old phone number back on 9 December just before its quarantine was removed, and only getting internet back today with a new router, I realise the total stress we are subjected to without comms.
To get any access had to travel 10 miles to Tesco to deal with stuff, and local signal almost zilch.
Lost progress on building contracts as could not get stuff to check and sign off. Lost sales of my stuff online as I never replied.
These huge companies have no niceties if one does not fit into a category, and keeping asking to speak to a dead account-holder beggars belief.
In the panic of solitude, I have been weaned off unnecessary time-wasting, apart from here of course, but the stress has been horrendous. I have now been informed when an account-holder dies, similar things have happened to family members who wish to retain their family contacts. Disgusting 😡

Here and now, I finished a steamy bowl of butternut squash and black bean soup. Tastes like gingerbread. While memory serves, I jotted down the ingredients and steps. Will go back for seconded after I post this.

2 c of vegetable broth
1 can of black beans
1/2 of a medium size butternut squash chopped into 2"-3” pieces
garlic and onion
5 dates

Add 2-3 shakes of favorite spices. I used:

cayenne pepper, basil, cinnamon, nutmeg, curry, turmeric

Toss into Instant Pot: set for 9 minutes on steam with vent closed. After it beeps 'done', turn off and allow the pressure to naturally come down.

Use hand blender to purée.

Note: You don’t need an Instant Pot. It’ll take a little longer with conventional pot and lid.

To my surprise one of my graphics was used in a recent video. It’s @ 24:57 (https://youtu.be/e_3lL7DW6Nw?t=24m57s) It's from the thread “Breaking the Chains of the First Cognition (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?93618-Breaking-the-Chains-of-the-First-Cognition&p=1102053&viewfull=1#post1102053)”.

It's titled “PSOYCA: Road to the Second Cognition (https://www.amazon.com/Psoyca-Road-Second-Cognition-3/dp/1539486141/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481570481&sr=8-1&keywords=PSOYCA%3A+Road+to+the+Second+Cognition),” by Endall Beall & Doug Michael

Definitions:

Psoyca - (TM; trade mark) = acronym for Personal Sovereignty Over Your Cognitive Advancement.
Hapiym (hap-eem) = HAcker Program In Your Mind

* Warning some videos have colorful language.

http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/General/PSOYCA_zps5bkhg2ed.JPG

Amazon summary:

PSOYCA: Road to the Second Cognition is the 3rd volume of the Second Cognition series of books. This volume contains the next 23 transcripts from the video presentations on Doug Michael's Youtube channel. This volume continues where Volume 2 of the series, Breaking the Chains of the First Cognition, leaves off. Although many of the transcripts cover very controversial subject matter, it is all designed to help the reader understand the process of cognitive advancement, providing more understanding and guidance into a higher level of perceptual awareness. The ideas in the book are meant to be challenging and are an invitation for the reader to expand their perceptions to see that our perceptual world is not what we perceive it to be. The transcripts in this book, as within the first 2 volumes of the series, invite the reader to challenge the boundaries of their own perception and realize that what we perceive as reality is simply a cognitive illusion contrived and controlled by others.

*****

Here’s the last paragraph from Chapter 3: “Heightened Awareness Compared to Perceptual Advancement”

You can increase your awareness and stay fully in the first cognition but you can’t stay in the first cognition and expect to expand your perceptual awareness beyond first cognition reckoning. That only comes when we can remove the cognitive barriers erected by our ego, and enforced by the herd mentality and the Consortium doctrines designed to keep us firmly roped into their first cognition traps. I realize that these concepts are initially going to be pretty hard to get your head around, ladies and gentlemen, but at the moment, it’s the best examples we can offer in regard to providing an explanation that we sincerely desire begets greater understanding to help you on your road to the second cognition and perceptual advancement.

Some magical marine life...

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/2016/12/swimming-feather-star-video-crinoid-thailand/

Known as a Crinoid, when they’re attached to the seafloor by a stalk, they’re called a Sea Lily

There’s a video at the link, and here’s some quotes from the text :

“Feather stars are a type of marine invertebrate with featherlike arms that radiate from a central body. They date back about 200 million years, says Tomasz K. Baumiller, a professor of paleontology at the University of Michigan.”

“These animals inhabit a broad geographical range, from the Equator to the poles, and from the shallow waters on top of reefs to the depths of the ocean.”

“Not all feather stars can swim. Many species are only able to crawl along the bottom. There are a few theories about the reason behind the swimming adaptation, including to escape from predators or to more easily relocate”

A different youtube vid, with no text or audio :

I think I might nickname it Shamanfish, due to the way it waves its feathery medicine through the water.

article (http://thespiritscience.net/2016/08/05/11-ways-highly-sensitive-people-live-their-life-differently/)

How many times have kicked yourself for not following your inner voice, your inner ear or just trusting your gut? How many times have you said to yourself “I knew I shouldnʼt have done that!!”.... and how many times have you paid for it later? If youʼre anything like me, you could say a lot.

And then there are those people who just seem to have it all figured out, well at least, for the most part. They seem to have that extra sense. Their tuned in and locked on and life seems to flow more naturally for them.

Yes, they can be aggravating for those of us who donʼt always see the world quite so clearly.

Or for those of us who know the path, but just canʼt seem to put one foot in front of the other and follow it with what appears to be blind faith. Many of us are still so accustomed to more logical and rational (right brain) thinking that we block out our own intuitive knowing of what we should do, making the more safe play in many of lifeʼs circumstances.

There is one major difference that separates highly intuitive people with everyone else, and the difference is trust. Highly intuitive people know how to trust themselves.

They have an internal knowing that they donʼt need to muddy and meddle with things in life. In fact, they understand that the more they interfere, the more they become a hindrance in the natural unfoldment of lifeʼs journey. Itʼs the way of no way so to speak, and through it, we find that life will always align itself with the experiences we need to find fulfillment.

11. Their Partners

A highly intuitive person chooses their partner not by looks, physique, material possessions or any other ego driven persona. An intuitive person looks deeper. Equipped with a built-in radar that pierces beyond to find what rests in their potential mates heart.

Quite often you will hear a highly intuitive person say that they chose their partner above all else because he/she “had a good heart”.

10. Their Careers

A highly intuitive person will not choose one career over another because of a larger salary.

When faced with career decisions, they will choose the place of work where they feel the most connected to those around them.

9. Their Passions

They seek vibrational alignment and mutual understanding with their coworkers. They want to work and create with those that bring them happiness and fulfilment.

Highly intuitive people most always have a passion or a calling. They canʼt help but be creative as their intuition breeds creativity, building upon each other. Creativity is always beckoning for an outlet and the more in tune we are, the more we are need of one!

8. Where They Live

Highly intuitive people require solitude and lots of it in order to rebalance and recharge. Alike to empaths, highly intuitive people are aware of the energy around them at all times and are very observant. In tight living quarters, they are able to feel the energy of others and will quite often scope out their surroundings before signing any kind of long term deal. Intuitiveʼs prefer living along side bodies of water, or wide open green spaces and when they canʼt get their fill of the forest, they will bring nature to them, literally.

7. Their Friends

Intuitiveʼs know themselves very well and by this wisdom attained they understand others on a deeper level than most. Intuitives will keep their circles small but are known to be very likeable and approachable to others.

Highly intuitive people are often drawn to friendships that will encourage their own personal growth and seek those who can match their level emotionally by mirroring themselves in order to illuminate the hidden aspects of their shadow.

Highly intuitive people will have learned hard lessons in friendships
and will have lost many along the journey, all the while knowing that
each served as a stepping stone in their soul progression. Intuitiveʼs arenʼt afraid of these relationships and are thankful for the lessons they bring.

6. Their Body

I eat what I want.... when I want! Intuitiveʼs are known to be ‘snackersʼ and they listen to what their body needs in order to function at an optimal level. They know that great energy flow begins with taking care of your body first and intuitives know how to listen.

5. Their Goals

“My goal is not to be better than anyone else, but better than I used to be”- Wayne Dyer

Highly intuitive people are not usually highly competitive or in constant competition with others.

They tend to measure their success by looking back to see what they have learned and how far they have come.

4. What They Value

“More people would learn from their mistakes if they werenʼt so busy denying them”- Harold J Smith.

Above all else highly intuitive people value honesty. They understand that every single person on this entire earth is here to learn and evolve and they appreciate those who can own up to their own faults. They highly value wisdom attained and understand that wisdom can come from hard lessons.

3. Their Activities

A highly intuitive person will naturally engage in activities that will balance their energy.

They will be automatically be drawn to what they feel is ‘out of syncʼ and will seek to rebalance themselves as soon as possible.

This will typically occur without a conscious thought process as they find themselves sporadically participating in outdoor activity, a yoga class, gardening, clay moulding, painting, reading, writing, meditating, or simply listening to music.

2. Synchronicities

From an outsiders perspective, a highly intuitive person can be viewed as someone who is quick to draw conclusions or someone that is always looking for meaning even in the smallest of synchronicity. But to the perceptive one, a highly intuitive person understands that life is created by our own imaginations. Our thoughts create our reality, and our energy attracts our experience.

A highly intuitive person will quite often notice these meaningful coincidences through rapid thought manifestation and signs from the universe by way of symbolism.

1. Their Dreams

A highly intuitive person understands that dreams are the gateway to understanding themselves better. As it is only by knowing ourselves that we can truly become the masters of our reality.

Through our dream state we explore our own emotional depths, we work out problems to every-day life situations, and we connect to a higher level of consciousness where we gain insight on our own soul called journey, life purpose and collective evolution.

Highly intuitive people may regularly look to dream interpretation in order to decipher symbolism and may even keep a dream journal.

So how intuitive are you?

You may have noticed by this list, that the purpose of this article is to illustrate that we are all highly intuitive, but only if we choose to be. We all have an inner voice, and we can choose to listen to it or choose to ignore it. Each time you ignore however, life becomes a little more difficult. The path becomes a little more steep and little less clear.

So choose to listen. Choose to trust yourself and choose to always follow your heart. May your journey always be guided.

I saw a monarch butterfly yesterday.

I thought it was funny because, when I saw it... I (for some reason) immediately looked all around me... not sure if I was looking for the MKultra controllers in black trench coats or what... haha it was just a bug.

Anyway, I thought it was a funny reaction; see what the alt media does to us?! (lol)

Just been reorganizing some of my bookshelves, and came across a guy who was big in the early 1970s, Ivan Illich, and is worth another look. Things like this:

Many students, especially those who are poor, intuitively know what the schools do for them. They school them to confuse process and substance. Once these become blurred, a new logic is assumed: the more treatment there is, the better are the results; or, escalation leads to success. The pupil is thereby “schooled” to confuse teaching with learning, grade advancement with education, a diploma with competence, and fluency with the ability to say something new. His imagination is “schooled” to accept service in place of value. Medical treatment is mistaken for health care, social work for the improvement of community life, police protection for safety, military poise for national security, the rat race for productive work. Health, learning, dignity, independence, and creative endeavour are defined as little more than the performance of the institutions which claim to serve these ends, and their improvement is made to depend on allocating more resources to the management of hospitals, schools, and other agencies in question. I was just literally thinking about that aspect of intelligence, or it's conflation with excess and complexity in the lesser mind, which inherently projects into unknowns and unreachables. When it does so.... it tends to complexify subjects and inflate such confusions into a unnecessarily high entry barrier, for the uninitiated. What can be simplified, is made arcane, or spoken of in a codified language that by it's very inclusion and difference from a norm, makes for a secret knowledge. When none of it may have to be that way.

Sometimes in the past, I might scour a large physics text or whatnot, and try to find the defining few sentences that speak the core or kernel of the given thrust. Knowing is what creates the few sentences of pointed articulation. Unknowing is what creates the hydra of ineffectual complexity. Elitist cunning will wreak havoc on and in these aspects in the conquering of the common man into being as chattel and cattle.

I have (beside me, the reason for posting) a 1930's text on the origins of some of what is now modern physics. It came from the library of a man who worked at the bell labs and MIT... and went on to deal with the scramjet program and US space command (reading into his bio kinda thing). I bought it off eBay, as his library was sold off and this is the only one I managed to grab. I was aware of the situation late in the sales of the library. I tripped over it one day while clicking on stuff on eBay.

The aspect of note, concerning the text (clearly stated aim in the forward), is that it contains minimal mathematics and focuses on bringing the salient understandings to the reader, which are required to understand the ideas in the text. To understand on a level that brings about the ability to do things with the ideas; to fit the ideas into the frameworks of the observation of reality and it's manipulations. The reader is addressed as akin to a highly competent autodidact.

I find modern physics texts (that I've looked at) severely lacking in this all critical area. Fundamentals are written off as mathematical manipulations and lose their place as the true ideas and potentials that they are. that innovation potential has been written out of the modern texts, dumbed down into a blocking form of pointed and directed dogma. One needs the original exploratory texts which generally contain many more degrees of freedom in interpretation and understanding.

I like to think that this original owner of the text understood these all important aspects of evolving and unfolding competence in invention; the things required in order to get to the rarefied levels...the kinds of things that have little to nothing to do with enunciation of scholastic endeavor.

Ie, that in bike riding and learning to ride bikes, and be the best in the world, that the science and it's complexities and the mathematics and calculations of it, these things have their place but they cannot supplant or give meaning to the raw talent or skill and lore involved in the riding of the bike.

Invention is much the same. Yet those who cannot, very much tend to complexify invention and the given associated sciences into a muddled mess of obscuring hydra headed dead end hash.

Good reminder and just in time. In a paradigm changing founding initiative it's one of the hurdles to kind of make up a story of complexity instead of just working on a straight out practical level.

Wow, i have never seen the here and now thread on page 5. We have to reactivate it guys..

Something unexpected happened to me tonight. I was cleaning the house, having been through major repairs following a water damage on the dining room floor. So for a few months, the basement ceiling and the floor in the first floor have been replaced litterally (my insurer is paying and as I had total replacement new in it, I god brand new maple floors - so happy! but so dirty, there is dust everywhere).

While cleaning I found a small metal basket, looked all tarnished and wasted kind of rusted. I was going to throw it out. But I thought "wait a minute, what if I wash it and scrub it, just a tiny part". The basket is made of small pieces of metal bit smaller than a dime, about 70 of them, attached together with metal threads that are kind of twisted, pretty work, but old and not worth it, did I think.

So I scrubbed one of the round piece of metal, and guess what: they are all pure silver, 70 of them!!! This thing must be 100 years old.

Great isn't it! When entirely scrubbed, I may post a pic of it.

Just the melt value of that basket, if it was mostly silver with the weight of 70 dimes, or about 6 ounces, would be perhaps $50 to $90.

Clean it with salted vinegar and baking soda on a sheet of aluminium foil. That way you produce a chemical reaction without removing any silver.

So sorry. But here's something that may be very useful — maybe for others reading this too.

Animals reincarnate, too. That means you can get in touch with his spirit, and ask him to find a little puppy body, maybe yet unborn, nearby to you.

Then things will take care of themselves. Maybe pretty soon you might see an advertisement in a local paper, or a petshop window, to adopt a newly born puppy.

You'll know when it's him — and he'll know it's you, too.

Vicky, I see the truth of your words. It is quite okay that they are out of sync. This is the power of Love, for Love overpowers our ability to communicate with words when it leaves the 3D world and takes on another form. I wouldn't change a thing.

Listen to your own Heart Beat and you will hear the Heart Beat of your Love.......it has not left you. It is deeper inside of your being. If there is anything that this does, to me at the least, it is an instant reminder to take care of myself and stay attuned more often to those things that matter. Take Loving Care of Yourself.

When you remember the unconditional Love that Prince shared with you the loss fades away. As I think of all of the Loves I have no more in the physical, I am in the essence of their Love, our Love.

As Bill suggests there is comfort ahead. What a gift we have in our friends who speak another language and wear a different skin, but who give so much to us.

(Not a coincidence that you share the same name of a sister of mine whose birthday is today.)

Having read this page, my heart goes out to you Vicky. I’ve said goodbye to two beloved canine family members over the years. Their love was so pure. And still is.

A while after I’d finished grieving for my first dog, who was like my best friend, I came across an old photo of her. As I gazed at her beautiful face I began to feel sad, but a wave of energy swept through me, like a message. It conveyed to me that there was no need to be sad, that grief was inappropriate. I never expected it. It gave me a quiet joy. I really feel like it came from another realm. My beloved friend talking to me from beyond. Our animal friends who live with us can feel us and sense us. Sometimes better than the human people we love. And their consciousness continues.

I was blessed to be able to spend time alone with another dear canine friend just days before she passed. I laid my hands on her, imagining healing energies working through them, to ease her pain. Stroking her back, and the soft crown of her head. I spoke quietly, and thanked her for all the good times - all her love that she had shown, her kindness, her protectiveness, her bountiful soul dedicated to her family. She was like a great big heart, overflowing with love, carried along on these four tiny legs.

I wish strength, healing and peacefulness for Prince. Who is beautiful. And for you.

Love to one and all

Cool. There’s an eagle circling for brunch. That might explain why the sparrows on the deck were all skittery and hardly touched their breakfast.
Their nesting area was disrupted several years back because the power lines won out. http://avalonlibrary.net/paula/smilies/fly-branches.gif

Just doing some random calculations regarding agriculture...on my lunch break.

Last time I crunched some numbers I discovered that total fodder production - tubers, corn, beans etc would provide 3kg per Human per week on the planet. Fodder being what we grow to feed animals.

This time I am imagining a perma-culture community in UK. Morally, such a community could not justify taking a greater area than the general population has access to for farming purposes. So roughly, there are 1.5 humans per Agricultural acre in UK.

So on a small 50 acre holding, you would try to feed 75 people minimum. Is this possible? Given that we rely on intensive farming , highly mechanised etc. Could normal people , with just a rotivator, achieve viability.

I calculated calories needed per person per year, and compared it to 3 crops.I took conservative yields per acres for Potatoes, Hemp Seed, and Buckwheat. How many of your scarce 50 acres would be needed to feed everybody?

Buckwheat: 48 Acres
Potatoes: 17 Acres
Hemp: 4.6 Acres.

Wow.

One could do , say, ten acres of hemp, and feed chickens. Hemp is a near perfect food- all Amino acids present, and an ideal ratio of key fats.

Really, the FOOD SCARCITY mentality is a very silly construct!

Let's not and say we did.

Tubers interest me for production.

We have a Legume here that you'd SWEAR was a tree, it can grow 16-20 feet tall in a single year & is about impossible to kill off unless you dig up the root system. There are two varieties of this here.

These "trees" are legumes less than 2 years old here's Tan-Tan:
http://geographicconsulting.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Tan-tan-field_web-version.jpg

This one is interesting, it's high in protein and a great fodder for goats.

Now the really interesting plant, grows similar to Tan-Tan is Moringa:
http://www.medsontheweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Suplimente.jpg

That's some amazing numbers (I've seen it claimed up wards of 25x the iron of spinach ) But other than juicing leaves and eating the seeds ground up, I'm not sure how useful that plant is directly for humans, probably another good fodder source.

NOW, if you REALLY want to save space and don't mind a bit of tech on your side, you can do something like this, perhaps with the above legumes? (we have been looking into possibly doing this ourselves for the horse rescue).
http://www.hortidaily.com/images/2013/0917/dod.jpg

You just pull the whole "mat" out of the tray and toss it to an animal, they eat all of it and it's super nutrient dense (as all sprouts are).

Only need a bit of power for a water pump, nothing else is needed; something like this for your live stock (possibly humans as well) could greatly reduce the footprint you need for sustainability.

Wow! Fun place to live and never a dull moment.

We have two pigs that we treat like dogs too... one is a potbelly that looks like a wild boar (big tusks, spiky hair etc.. but he's cute.. maybe 50lbs) and a standard pig that's now a bit over a year old and pushing 350lbs easy... haha

We don't keep grok caged up anymore since we have the other pig, he won't wonder off anymore

Checking up on the pigs is my favorite thing to do after work.. just see what they are up to.. it's usually funny, or wierd in someway.. haha... yesterday I came home to the big pig out grazing on grass with horses, I didn't even know they ate grass.

Target, I love watching your videos and what you and your family do for rescue animals. Here's two more. I get choked up watching them. (in a good kind of way)

Polly Piglet

Polly was found eating cat food from the back porch of a local family on STX, she had a lot of parasite issues, was emaciated and was very "people" shy.

We are getting her healthy, fattening her up and socializing her so she can join the other Famous Beer Drinking Pigs of St Croix @ Montpellier Domino Club.

Before I moved here I lived in Rural alaska, then moved to a duplex in Anchorage, got used to all that sterile life...

Living on a farm is so much different... I was having a conversation with two baby horses just now while moving their pen & after a good 10 min of that I sort of realized what I was doing and just started laughing (spilled my beer, lol)

I can't imagine what it was like with out the massive distractions we have now... maybe there'd be more conversations with animals, or dances with vegetables?

I can relate... haha

Thanks for the support and complements, I'm not the best at receiving them for some reason. :highfive:

Polly is now the best pig they have up at the "beer drinking pigs", the most social & friendly, she allows pictures with tourists and such. Apparently grok and her got busy while at my house, so shortly after starting her pig star career she had a bunch of piglets, which are super cute. (standard / potbelly crosses)

I read that while a dog looks up to you and a cat looks down at you, a pot-bellied pig will look you right in the eye. I had one all lined up and the family was thrilled. I found out it was against the law!

Two minute snippet: Lisa M. Harrison describes another's account and then expanded her POV of how and why this simulation/construct was built. It took on a life of its own and became self-aware, self-activated and began an evolutionary process. It’s the universe (construct) we live in. Essentially, it's a construct within a construct within a construct and so on.
