Thanks for all your wonderful replies. It truly means a lot to me and Val.

I just wanted to publicly thank my daughter, Elysia, who, although she has two small children to take care of, took the time to be with me in my time of need. She also called me numerous times for updates and emotional support. I almost cannot believe how well we raised that remarkable woman! May God bless you and your beautiful family for all the years to come...

Val is not out of the woods yet. There has to date been no exact cause of her illness, except for deep pneumonia that was probably a secondary infection. She is responding to treatments but is still far from being allowed to go home. I am so glad she is in hospital with the very best of care. This is not the type of illness that is at all treatable on an out-patient basis - which is the way it has been treated for the past four months. Another bunch of specialists are lining up to treat her and try and determine the cause of her illness.

They are taking out the IV in her neck today and they will get her mobile - out of her bed for her first walk to the chair a few paces away. They don't want her muscles to atrophy. She also just started eating again - that's always fun. Her insides are completely empty so it hurts starting it back up again.

All in all we are happy with her progress but as for the prospect of being healed...we'll have to wait and see.

Dealing with a very difficult situation at the moment.

For several years now, someone close to me has been enduring chemotherapy. The doctors involved incorrectly diagnosed her as being clear years ago, even though her body was telling her something was wrong. Many months later they corrected their mistake and identified the cancer, at which point it was stage 3.

Had it been caught earlier, as it should have been, she might have opted for only alternative treatments (high dose intravenous vitamins etc.) But being given, suddenly, such a late stage diagnosis she felt overwhelmed and thought maybe it required something 'tougher' via mainstream medicine. So she placed herself in its hands.

She lost her long feminine hair. They took her breasts in a double mastectomy. Her womb in a hysterectomy. Drugs and more drugs. Now, years later, her body completely exhausted, the doctor has told her she may have a rare and even harsher form of breast cancer than she had before. She called me tonight, in agony. She has pain all over her body like a burning sensation and pins and needles, 24/7. They are not sure what is causing it. And she waits, living alone, going to work to pay her bills and getting further into U.S. medical debt, to have more tests and hear more results.

Through all of this, I reach out to people who are her family, and they don't really want to know. She asked two days ago if I would fly to her country to help pack up her belongings, if she makes the decision to stop treatment, as she told me in tears that if the diagnosis gets worse she is not sure she can cope with any more. I emailed members of her family two days ago. No one responded. One even said earlier in the process things like “we're not even sure she has cancer.” Despite having been sent medical documents and a photo of her in a hospital bed, looking gaunt and frail, like a concentration camp victim.

I know they don't have the tools to deal with it. Being between them has literally given me grey hairs. I do what I can to let go of what is not mine. But sometimes it still makes me sad, when people deal with their own guilt by attacking the messenger, and abandoning the person who is ill.

Western medicine, in certain ways, does not deal with illness well. And Western culture, in certain ways, is not well equipped at facing death - or situations that remind us of mortality. Of course, It depends on the individuals involved. Some are stronger than others.

My sincere thanks to everyone who offered prayer, meditation or healing towards the situation described in my post above.

I want to share with you that I heard from the lady today. She had more energy than when we last spoke and told me that a doctor who ran tests with her on Monday said the diagnosis may not be as bad as they originally feared. She also told me that she had had an unexpectedly good-natured conversation with a family member today, with whom communication had previously been difficult.

I believe in the power of prayer, and I am grateful, from the heart, to all of you who were able to offer your intent towards her healing.

Yesterday night the hardest with a 70 something friend dying in Miami after fighting for his life for 3 weeks. But this morning I woke up with a helicopter flying on top of my home giving blessings by the archbishop all over my city. From 8 am to 10 am it flew all over and it was wonderful following the live feed. I do not know whose idea it was, but it was genius. It had been done all over the world in other cities during this Holy Week. I am not a practicing catholic, but a blessing is a blessing and very welcomed !

Face Masks, Grocery Shopping and Big Box Store


As the weeks pass, the shelves get barer and barer. Out of curiosity I went down a few aisles: picked over pickle jars and only the unpopular can vegetables were available. This week even the can lima beans found new homes. I didn’t bother to check the toilet paper aisle.

There’s a scant choice of potatoes in steamy plastic with holes just big enough to catch a whiff of mold and bags of greens stamped with soon to be expired dates. There were plenty of big old, gourds from last fall’s harvest and expensive exotic fruits and vegetables that were too close to their sell-by-date. All torturous territory for allergy sensitives, wheezers and EpiPen users.

There’s an airy quiet. Customers have withdrawn into themselves. The masks add another layer of non-communication. Lost smiles. People caught off guard if you send a head-nod-hello. Some instinctively look away. Others reciprocate with a few muffled words. I pretend I hear them and send an affirming nod their way.

This morning at the local box store, I surprised myself when I belted out through the face mask an exaggerated, “Have a good weekend,” to a young lady greeter as I walked out the store. She laughed. She understood. That priceless, impromptu encounter still lingers.

The passion and skill of the musicians to me, in my limited knowledge of music, seems breathtaking. So sexy, so earthed, so real.... A powerful expression, I feel, of what was activated by that first big incoming Aquarian wave in the late '60s, expressed well into the 70's.

I do feel that the second very major wave (birth pulse) is upon us now....!

The pause of this current crisis, the eclipse of what was firmly entrenched, has created a crack which is allowing unprecedented Light to pour in upon the planet, bringing the gifts, stimulation, upheaval and temporary chaos that higher vibrational energy brings.

I think our situation in densely populated Northern New Jersey is a little less bleak than yours Running Dear.

The shelves, for the most part, are still well stocked although some cleaning products, hand sanitizer and most famously, toilet paper is NEVER to be had? Did the manufacturers stop making it? Just over a year ago, the Marcal Paper Products factory burned downed in Elmwood Park. I live up on a hill and had a good view of the spectacular blaze from several miles away. I joked "there's going go be toilet paper shortage." Little did I know how correct that would be. I gave toilet paper to three different people and now one of them is calling me for more. I am beginning to feel like a black market dealer.

Since the quarantine, I've twice been at Wegman's, an upscale innovative supermarket. They seem to implement policies in response to COVID-19 long before others do. There first time I went there and bought 30 cans of cat food (I usually buy this amount) and the check out clerk had to check if there was a limit. When I went back last minute, lots of products had signs with a limit of how many you could buy (usually 1 or 2).

The Supermarket I went to yesterday had a sign "No Mask No Service." It feel lifeless and sterile without seeing facial expression, as if we were all wandering around in Burkas.

I live in an apartment building and and approximately one third of the residents have Spanish as their first language. When the quarantine started, they were, in general, the most lax about wearing masks, wiping down surfaces, etc. Now, suddenly, they seem the most paranoid, covering their hair when walking in the halls and lunging back into their apartments if they see anyone else. I guess they get their news from different media which is on a different timeline when it comes to creating fear and paranoia.

The governor of our state closed county and state parks and advised going to local parks (which is completely counter-intuitive, since local parks are more crowded and people go there more to socialize than exercise.) I decided to go to New York state to hike, only to find a county park closed. Fortunately, there was a state park. As I passed on hiker, I asked from a distance "how are you doing" and they replied "MUCH BETTER, now that I am here." It felt amazing not just to see so much beautiful nature, completely unaware that the world was in Lockdown, and to have a few short conversations with strangers.

I was really hoping to go to some of the botanical gardens in the area as Springs moves in. Crossing my fingers that they will be open.

Here in the northern NSW area of Australia life seems to be going on, almost as normal. I understand only about 50? cases of covid have been found in the Byron/Tweed shires, with perhaps only 1 person in hospital, despite a dedicated covid clinic having been set up last week. (I don't watch the news so my figures are a little loose). Life is different compared to before because almost every Australian state made the dramatic decision to close its borders to any interstate visitor and so here where I live in my small town we need a permit (easily done) in order to drive to Queensland, 30km away.

I understand the whole country is in 'lockdown'. We're each meant to only go out for essentials, to have no visitors at home etc... Big fines $11,000 etc but police seem to have little interest in policing at that level. In the whole of Australia, maybe 10 fines have been issued. Australians are taking this seriously and are doing their part.
Personally I've felt only a little inconvenienced and in truth if i want something there's generally a way to get it.

Most shops, apart from essential ones, and a few rogue ones, are shuttered. Yet there's still plenty of people getting around, albeit far fewer than i'ver ever witnessed before. I notice as the days pass - we're into week 4 - that that hushed, almost fearful type silence has abated.. Now the days are feeling more like cruisey Saturdays rather than deep Sundays.

I'm acutely aware of how lucky I am to have been born here in this wide, spacious, wealthy country. Within days at the start the Federal Government released massive amounts of money to support people who were suddenly without work and income. The unemployed receive $500 au a week to live on; landlord power to evict etc has been frozen. Businesses receiving free loans and subsidies to keep employees on even as they are not working.

Food wise, the local big supermarket continues to have noticeably bare sections of shelves - flour, canned goods, yes toilet paper etc, rice, pasta.. little stock of these but if you shop early you can get some, albeit at a limit of 2 per person.
Coles and Woolies (the principal large food stores of this country) early on instigated a special shopping hour from 7-8am twice a week for the frail and elderly of the community. These ones don't have to fight to get what they need. It was an admirable, sensible, compassionate move.
But food wise here we have an abundant supply with flourishing local farmers' markets which are still continuing, more popular than ever before.

The mood on the street..? To me a tremendous sense of both respect and compassion is prevailing. People are super kind and thoughtful, making eye contact, moving aside to maintain the 1.5m recommended social distance margin, saying hello, neighbours saying "are you okay?" etc. The moving aside... I'm not sensing fear there but rather, the desire to not alarm or scare or impose.
I'm not being trite when i say that to me it feels like we are remembering how important we are to each other, how welcomed any form of social contact is.
Few are wearing masks but more are than before as that debate continues to be played out prominently.

Here in Australia I recognise we are not faced with what so many other places are facing. To me there's no doubt something unprecedented is occurring, on all levels. There is great opportunity present. For some this is the gravest crisis and tragedy. My heart goes out to the ones that have had to pass over all alone, the children and women stuck trapped in unsafe homes, the ones going out of their minds with worry about how to survive, even to where to get their next meal from.
I know that the only solution, to me, is for me to stay very focussed on .... the sun behind the clouds.
I feel like divine intervention is occurring... there is much assistance streaming down upon this planet.
Fear, anxiety, worry stops ones ability to feel this uplift...
More than ever nature and meditation and spiritual practice is imperative.

In truth, i do feel this is the time we've long felt was coming and have prepared for. Interesting tho', that no-one predicted that THIS would be the form it comes in!

I’ve been working off my year old toilet paper stash. About a month ago, I went to replenish it only to discover both the grocery store and Target (a big box store) were out of stock. My reserves are fine for now but if it looks like the shortage will go on longer than a half year, then now is the time to consider alternative methods such as baby wipes AND cloth toilet paper.

About six weeks ago, I discovered a lot of my on-line staples were either back ordered, out of stock, or no longer available. What was available had increased in many instance by 20% across the web. Last week, one item doubled and other stores were out. No doubt, this will be the norm for awhile. Orders that typically take 3-4 days, took 3 weeks to arrive.

I feel so blessed today, I have Spring flowers blooming all around me, I have
a big yard, and it was such a beautiful sunny day, with a beautiful blue sky, I spent the whole
day outside, working in my yard, watching the blue birds feeding their babies.

Even repaired a couple of bird houses for the nesting birds today, will put a fresh coat
of paint on them tomorrow. Had a while left to clean up my garden shed, and found
scraps of word, limbs that had blown from the trees a few days before, so I had myself

So much about this global 'pandemic' situation is rife with inconsistencies and possible corruption, I would have to write an essay of a post with a ton of links to cover everything I have read and watched in recent months... Doctors claiming they are pressured to say patients have Covid-19 or coronavirus, or died of it, when they know it isn't true. People being diagnosed as 'positive' without testing. Test-kits being possibly faulty anyway. Hospitals getting more funds if they claim they have more coronavirus patients. Nurses reporting that Covid-19 patients are being mistreated and left to die. Other nurses claiming their own hospitals are conversely empty, while non-Covid patients are being turned away. Doctors disagreeing on what the virus is anyway. Vaccine-makers standing to profit from the threat. Government Covid-19 advisors with links to Bill Gates' money, while Gates stands to make himself and others more money from pushing lockdown and vaccinations. Politicians or big businesses with their own lockdown agendas to infringe on people's freedom.

It goes on and on. I stopped myself from writing more. It's hard to write even this much without wanting to post a ton of links and explanations to go with them.

If there is financial incentive to inflate the numbers, and also political pressure to do so, how are people supposed to know what is really happening? Hard to know whether to be more concerned about a virus or the effects of people lying about it.

Here and now the birds are singing outside my window. Sounding beautiful. I don't think they mind that I don't wear a mask. I get more love from people's dogs in the park, who sniff me and don't seem to write me off (as easily as some doctors might right now if I sneezed from dust up my nose.) The dogs seem fairly relaxed. Much more than their owners, who are nervously maintaining social distance.

I can understand it. They are being told there is a death plague. And NOT to question it. Not to question what it might be, whether the numbers are distorted, or whether or not the lockdown is justified. They just think as instructed by government and the media.

In January I was concerned this may be a virus, possibly a bioweapon, that could potentially devastate anyone affected by it. Even then though, I wondered if China (as well as the media) could be trusted to be honest. Several months in however and I'm beginning to wonder if even people who wilfully jump off a skyscraper into a pit of fire will be diagnosed as having died of Covid-19.

I suppose if people successfully overcome this then it's possible something else will be unleashed. By devious plotters in this dimension or another.

I'm tired of watching the effects this is having on people's emotional and financial health.

Think I might get myself a giant fluffy bunny and some rescued dogs. Move to the woods.

But don't mind me. I'm just drained from walking my local streets. I live near two commercial streets. Every time I walk out my door and see all those businesses shut down, and think of all the people losing income, scared for their futures, some being exposed to more abuse at home because of quarantine, etc, it breaks my heart a little bit more. I know people who've lost their jobs, business etc, and also some who are furloughed because of lockdown. I know people personally who say they know of someone who has been diagnosed with coronavirus. One reportedly died, though whether it was due to Covid-19 or another cause I don't know. The other went into hospital for an unrelated operation, was diagnosed with coronavrius, and has been moved through several hospitals. I can only imagne how hard that is on the family.

Then I go on facebook and see people (not everyone) bashing anyone who dares to question the official narrative. People are so easily turned against each other.

The holocaust, JFK's assassination, Gary Webb's Dark Alliance, Erin Brockovich etc, etc. People are so used to reading about or seeing movies about conspiracies that have happened. (I'm not saying all 'true story' films are accurate.) But when it comes to the present day they are quick to bash others for suggesting that due to greed for power and money, others might actually be conspiring to keep things from being the best for everyone. When people conspire and the intent is selfish, we tend to call it conspiracy. When they conspire and the intent and outcome are beneficial for the greater good, without resultant suffering, we call it collaboration.

Fearful or agenda-driven people have conspired (knowingly or otherwise) to make the term 'conspiracy' synonymous with groundless paranoia. It is an abuse of the English language. If people get stuck in investigating conspiracies without nurturing a creative response then that can drain their spirit. But that is a very different thing to the research in itself being without justification. We cannot effectively fix a problem, if we are unprepared to look at all possible causes. Including ourselves.

I bring it up because it's something I've seen discussed on social media lately. How the term 'conspiracy theorist' is so troublesome. I'm guessing it's come up because more people are being accused of being one, thanks to the coronavirus situation.

I long expected 2020 would be a powerful year of change. Transformation. But it is not pleasant watching the cognitive dissonance come to the surface in a lot of people.

I take solace going into nature. Where the energies of transformation are flowing more smoothly in some places. Even before lockdown began in London (UK) and human activity and pollution was reduced, the birds' song sounded different. Beginning around March. In the most pure and beautiful way. Some people will think that's an imagining. Others will know exactly what I mean.

I hope the birds are singing for you, wherever you are. Members and readers.

After researching for ages, and reading/watching some recent links from here, as those things are banned on social media, I am much calmer. I need to be near outdoor ‘germies’ daily to maintain my immune system, I was never designed to be in a sterile environment, or to wear a mask.

OK, I have copd, but I am coping with it, I make my own colloidal silver solution, and can use it for many topical, internal and respiratory issues. I use vitamins regularly, and am so tired of contradictory ‘rules’ which are being forced upon us due to ignorance and potentially corruption.

The U.S government is a vast criminal enterprise--including its judicial system. No more than a fraction of those involved, are aware of that fact. Any country that has to be on a permanent war footing for the sake of its economy and to preserve the reserve status of its currency, is overtly criminal. Forget a secret government. Whether the virus is part of a greater plan, originally aimed at the Chinese, or not...I can't tell for sure and it is almost incidental to the greater global screw over that has been going on for years. Since the buffoon was elected, my licensed accountant whose sole focus is foreign accounts with the IRS hasn't been able to get through. What does this tell you? The agencies that are held up as evil, are often underfunded and employees can't do their jobs. (but by all means, those who decry socialism, keep blue pilling it. Feed the propaganda that the federal parasite craves)

The department of public health at Harvard U is a crumbling decaying edifice. The ones dedicated to medical private enterprise, on the same grounds, are bastions of marble and a great architectural beauties to behold. Says something. Crumbling and underfunded is for you. There is enough politicized plausible deniability around the issue of the virus, that 'the truth' will either never be known, or it will be outgunned. It is a worthless pursuit to think going through any judicial process will solve any problems, regardless of what they are.

As I don't live in the U.S. I have chosen to shelter in place but realize, again...regardless of cause, that the govt here can't endlessly support the millions of unemployed and the country has to carefully resume operations in a coordinated intelligent way...soon. That is just the way it has to be.

But, make no mistake, this virus isn't a hoax and, like the Spanish flu, could produce strains that cause much more damage in their subsequent waves. So, the conspiracy angle -that local and state governments are somehow aligned with evil forces to strip you of your rights, is incorrect.

You may not agree with what they are doing and who would blame you? But...the intent is not evil--not on their part. These people are not out to get you. They are trying to mitigate a disaster. If there is a plan, it's not a top down conspiracy. It's configured differently.

It is so bad, so bad, that you don't want to pull relatively minor politicians and functionaries, who are garden variety corrupt, into the larger weirder thing that might be going on. If there is a plan, it is part of a geostrategic and global macro dynamic.

I stepped away from the forum for 2 1/2 months. The last straw was what I read on one of the many hate threads. I’m unable to post an exact quote because it’s since been revised. He wrote: “Q”, and those that promote and those that follow “Q” should be lined up in front of a firing squad and shot.

In fairness, I agreed with most of his OP.

There’s a reason why the Here and Now thread has over 6,350,000 views. Many of us need a few threads where we’re able to kick back. This is what is going on with me, Running Deer. I may never see my withholding tax again and it is not a problem I ever had before the IRS was gutted, post 2016. It is affecting my immediate income. For those who have the luxury of losing close to 20% of their prior taxable income, while their future income is imperiled....Great. Good on them. Things have gotten worse, not better. I outlined why. I also described the U.S. as a vast criminal enterprise, neither right OR left.

Dear Friends, if we're talking honestly just for the moment, I wanted to share that having read some of the last few posts, I felt for a short while that I'd been punched in the stomach, and hit on the head.

This is not an exaggeration, or whimsical hyperbole. I actually felt sick.

But it's not a criticism of anyone. I regard RunningDeer/Paula, AutumnW/Jess, and Dennis Leahy all as personal friends. (It was Dennis who wrote the "firing squad" post, which I just searched for and found: none of the mods had any idea he'd written that, and nothing was reported at the time.)

I love all three of you. You're marvelous people, some of the very very best there can be.

I feel sick because the mods have been working night and day — almost literally — to upgrade a free resource that we offer to everyone here out of nothing but commitment to be the best we can be — for you guys. No-one works here for the pay, or the perks. Tommy has been almost without sleep for days and days. Literally.

I can't speak for the other mods. They might share how they operate, if they want to. But in everything I write to anyone at all — bar the rare times I get temporarily frustrated with someone who's being an idiot! — I bend over backwards to be kind, appreciative, empathetic, and (where possible) I add little dashes of humor. I'm built that way. I can't be different.

And it's folly to wish that others might be any other way than how they're built, as well.

But again and again and again, I think how differently we each might express ourselves if we were all in the very same physical room, able to look in each others' eyes; and feel how the other is feeling, and maybe why.

It'd be almost impossible for any of us to hurt or offend anyone at all, because it'd never be anything other than a gathering of friends, with 99+% in common, and maybe the occasional small difference.

Watching this conversation above, and sharing my thoughts with the other mods, I wrote to them just now:

That's such a total mischaracterisation. But in various places and from quite a few people, we keep on hearing variants of this. I've posted numerous times, again in various places, a reminder that we have over 90,000 threads on every topic under the sun and further. It's a vast library to explore, an enormous buffet to feast on whatever one wishes for as long as one wants.
The threads I'm not interested in — or think might spoil my day! — I usually just don't read. The world is suffering enough right now for anyone here to be adding more to all that. So I [usually!] sit on my hands if ever I catch myself being tempted for a moment to be unkind.

Many are under stress right now, including those who are pinched (or worse) financially. On the subject of kindness, there are some very unkind things happening out there (at the hands of governments and authorities) to some very decent, innocent people. And one thing I deeply admire about AutumnW/Jess is that she rarely complains about (or even mentions) her own predicament, which I know is substantial.

Income can make a great deal of difference to someone who's long-term disabled, and I can imagine what it may be like to live with a maybe sometimes faint but ever-present background whisper of personal anxiety, knowing full-well that if I get this damned virus, I may die.

So a great deal of understanding may be in order here. None of us are really in any position to judge one another at all, and I'm certainly not doing that here. Everyone reading this is a friend, and I've shared my own feelings here exactly as I would with friends. I wish nothing but the best for everyone on Planet Earth. But yes, we may be in some trouble right now.

I hear you RunningDeer. Before anyone gets the jitters, I won't be making any more looooong posts like this here on this topic. I just thought to respond to AutumnW, since she quoted me. However it is political in nature, for those who want to skip it. Or skip to the cat video at the end.

I wrote this before seeing Bill's post, so nothing here is in response to what he wrote. Just to what AutumnW wrote.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to protect people from a deadly threat, if that is in fact a politician's intention. But people taking what seems like the same action can be doing it with very different motivations.

Personally, I am not qualified to say exactly what this virus is, or how many cases have been misdiagnosed, how many patients wrongly treated etc. It does bother me when I hear (from medical professionals) about patients being given the wrong medication or put on ventilators when they shouldn't be (which is harmful), or just neglected. Mishandling of patients can and will lead to death just as disease or any potentially lethal virus can. The artificial inflating of the death toll (to include people not tested or who died from other causes), which has been documented by even mainstream media, only adds to confusion. It could be a while, even years, before this situation plays out in terms of both health-effects and the economy. It may be very hard to determine the actual death toll. Hopefully I won't die of it, but who knows.

This is how I see a lot of people interpret 'conspiracy' in this context. Whilst I won't claim to know exactly the thinking and intent behind the above quote, I will say that my own view isn't so simple as to think that if there is conspiracy it is a vast, highly co-ordinated effort that works through government at every level with all participants being aware.

If certain conditions are put in place, through funding, incentives, political and social influence etc, then human nature will do the rest. America for example is vast. With different states having their own local government, and different local cultures or experience. Politicians are not identical. (Nor is the virus threat-level in every country or state.)

In any country or state in the world you have the risk, probably higher in some places than others, of a mix amidst the workforce of decency, corruption, and incompetence (or inadequate ability.) People also just make mistakes – no agenda necessary. Amid those who are decent, some won't fully understand the nature of the forces working against their good intention.

In short, whilst some conspiracies to inflict harm for profit / control are the result of collusion between outside business interests and those in government (national or local) who are persuaded or incentivised to play along, it doesn't require everyone in government to be knowingly involved. In the world we have, market forces and human nature have long created the conditions for people to perpetuate self-serving competition, complicity by silence, opportunism and sometimes wilful blindness.

Personally I feel wearied by the left/right paradigm. Capitalism versus Socialism. I don't feel it's adequate to move humanity forward. I see people get caught in trying to choose, stuck in the idea that this choice is all they have.

Some people like aspects of more 'right-wing' theory because it supports individual sovereignty, freedom from big government, a free market etc. Except the reality is it not really 'free' because it becomes monopolised by those with the biggest clout who, as part of regular operations, think nothing of buying political influence or applying economic intimidation to hold and grow their power.

Other people like more 'left-leaning' ideology because on the surface it is about wealth distribution, about caring for those less able to take care of themselves, about putting collective humanity before personal profits. One problem with that however is that if you invest too much power in government, you risk and often get the same corruption in those at the top that you were aiming to avoid.

Some wealthy capitalists are decent and generous. Some socialists are truly good-hearted. But some in both camps (the political left and right) are vile, self-serving, and corrupt to the core.

That's people for you.

If I had been forced to vote in the UK's European Union referendum (the choice to leave Europe) I would have, laying aside the other pros and cons, voted to leave based on the one principal that in a corrupt world I do not believe in more and more centralisation of power. It concentrates control in a smaller minority that is further from the larger numbers of people who wish to hold it accountable. However... because I could see how tied into the system people were, some of the actual ramifications (never mind lofty principals), I could not bring myself to vote, because I saw the damage that leaving would do and the fear it would create.

Like with many elections or votes, it didn't feel like much of a choice. It was also used to divide the country, and pit regular people against each other. A lot of 'remainers' arrogantly painted the 'leave' camp as ignorant, racist, and backward etc. While some of the pro-leave political voices were far from trustworthy. It was the usual campaign-time mess of misinformation, aggression and competition.

There are elements of capitalist principals that make sense and elements of socialist ideology that are important – in each case it depends on how they are interpreted / applied.

Most people are so focused, by necessity, on trying to stay alive and protect their family that (aside from how we 'vote' with our money and treat people daily) the ballot box seems like the best chance to create change and take responsibility. Sometimes it really does make a difference.

To AutumW personally : I appreciate your intelligence. We probably agree on certain things fundamentally. Like wanting people to have choice, to be provided for and not sidelined or undermined by governments that are supposed to protect them.

I see people who feel Trump has let them down. I see people who feel Trump has looked out for them the way previous Presidents didn't. Personally I see things he's done that I support and things he's done that I question or can see ill-effects of. But I don't take it as one man. Trump, or any other president, doesn't get to that position without powerful backing. Like anyone in his place he will have advisors and saboteurs close-by, and the usual circus. He's not someone I would choose to babysit my kids (if I had any.) But that's not a necessary virtue for the job he's doing, which is not (contrary to how some see it) necessarily the most powerful position in the land. In my humble opinion.

As for the IRS, that requires a whole different conversation in order not to be superficial. But I hear what you say, and I am sorry – truly – for whatever pain is being inflicted by your current circumstances. As I outlined in a post here months ago, someone close to me has been dealing with serious cancer treatments in recent years and she was personally very scared, dealing with some difficulties that she felt Trump's policies were responsible for. But the healthcare system, and her situation, is also too complicated to squish into a nutshell.

Anyhow, I'm mindful that this isn't the thread to get intensely political. With long-post chats about different socio-political-economic perspectives. Just didn't know where else to put my reply.

This thought being unmistakably synchronized by others this morning, reverberating in simple conversation and emails- a confirmation of concept ...and the just-waking notion that in each personal and emotionally held declaration there is an effect of distinction and division, yet we possess the ability with will to prevail, to envision, to see one another, pushing through separation, merging in empathy...that it takes an ongoing awakening in the flesh of this existence to recognize what is unfolding, as all of us are swept in the flow.

I grew up closely surrounded by politics of national and international scope and have tried in my adult life to remain as removed as possible, interpreting every image, word and action as a door and seeing that descriptors and titles serve to classify and divide, bearing a flag for those beyond bounds to take sides and choose tides.

On a personal level, somehow, despite my best efforts to live in absolute simplicity, invisible, I am found again and again surrounded by the same people and elements, yet from a different vantage each time...despite every doggedly deliberate choice, still facing the exact saga from only a slightly altered perspective.

I awoke this morning attributing this apparently inescapable cycle to being woven into the fabric of someone else's design... and fascinated, wondering is it only while caught in the catalyst of such an undesirable medium that purpose emerges?

Dealing with a very difficult situation at the moment.

For several years now, someone close to me has been enduring chemotherapy...

This beautiful woman passed away last night.

We became closer during her treatment, which took years. And the journey wasn't easy for her. At times it was hell. Her strength was remarkable.

I wanted to thank everyone here once more, those of you who spared a thought or a prayer to help strengthen her connection to source. She spoke to me days afterwards, and sounded brighter. The most beautiful thing was communication became better with a family member that it meant the most from.

Prayer is powerful. I'm really grateful to you all. She can journey in peace now. Free from the body that was bearing too much of a burden.

I am crying, or numb, or crying with grief. But I am so, so relieved that she is free of the body that no longer served her.

APPEAL FOR THE CHURCH AND THE WORLD
to Catholics and all people of good will

In this time of great crisis, we Pastors of the Catholic Church, by virtue of our mandate, consider it our sacred duty to make an Appeal to our Brothers in the Episcopate, to the Clergy, to Religious, to the holy People of God and to all men and women of good will. This Appeal has also been undersigned by intellectuals, doctors, lawyers, journalists and professionals who agree with its content, and may be undersigned by those who wish to make it their own.

The facts have shown that, under the pretext of the Covid-19 epidemic, the inalienable rights of citizens have in many cases been violated and their fundamental freedoms, including the exercise of freedom of worship, expression and movement, have been disproportionately and unjustifiably restricted. Public health must not, and cannot, become an alibi for infringing on the rights of millions of people around the world, let alone for depriving the civil authority of its duty to act wisely for the common good. This is particularly true as growing doubts emerge from several quarters about the actual contagiousness, danger and resistance of the virus. Many authoritative voices in the world of science and medicine confirm that the media’s alarmism about Covid-19 appears to be absolutely unjustified.

We have reason to believe, on the basis of official data on the incidence of the epidemic as related to the number of deaths, that there are powers interested in creating panic among the world’s population with the sole aim of permanently imposing unacceptable forms of restriction on freedoms, of controlling people and of tracking their movements. The imposition of these illiberal measures is a disturbing prelude to the realization of a world government beyond all control.

We also believe that in some situations the containment measures that were adopted, including the closure of shops and businesses, have precipitated a crisis that has brought down entire sectors of the economy. This encourages interference by foreign powers and has serious social and political repercussions. Those with governmental responsibility must stop these forms of social engineering, by taking measures to protect their citizens whom they represent, and in whose interests they have a serious obligation to act. Likewise, let them help the family, the cell of society, by not unreasonably penalizing the weak and elderly, forcing them into a painful separation from their loved ones. The criminalization of personal and social relationships must likewise be judged as an unacceptable part of the plan of those who advocate isolating individuals in order to better manipulate and control them.

We ask the scientific community to be vigilant, so that cures for Covid-19 are offered in honesty for the common good. Every effort must be made to ensure that shady business interests do not influence the choices made by government leaders and international bodies. It is unreasonable to penalize those remedies that have proved to be effective, and are often inexpensive, just because one wishes to give priority to treatments or vaccines that are not as good, but which guarantee pharmaceutical companies far greater profits, and exacerbate public health expenditures. Let us also remember, as Pastors, that for Catholics it is morally unacceptable to develop or use vaccines derived from material from aborted fetuses.

We also ask government leaders to ensure that forms of control over people, whether through tracking systems or any other form of location-finding, are rigorously avoided. The fight against Covid-19, however serious, must not be the pretext for supporting the hidden intentions of supranational bodies that have very strong commercial and political interests in this plan. In particular, citizens must be given the opportunity to refuse these restrictions on personal freedom, without any penalty whatsoever being imposed on those who do not wish to use vaccines, contact tracking or any other similar tool. Let us also consider the blatant contradiction of those who pursue policies of drastic population control and at the same time present themselves as the savior of humanity, without any political or social legitimacy. Finally, the political responsibility of those who represent the people can in no way be left to “experts” who can indeed claim a kind of immunity from prosecution, which is disturbing to say the least.

We strongly urge those in the media to commit themselves to providing accurate information and not penalizing dissent by resorting to forms of censorship, as is happening widely on social media, in the press and on television. Providing accurate information requires that room be given to voices that are not aligned with a single way of thinking. This allows citizens to consciously assess the facts, without being heavily influenced by partisan interventions. A democratic and honest debate is the best antidote to the risk of imposing subtle forms of dictatorship, presumably worse than those our society has seen rise and fall in the recent past.

Finally, as Pastors responsible for the flock of Christ, let us remember that the Church firmly asserts her autonomy to govern, worship, and teach. This autonomy and freedom are an innate right that Our Lord Jesus Christ has given her for the pursuit of her proper ends. For this reason, as Pastors we firmly assert the right to decide autonomously on the celebration of Mass and the Sacraments, just as we claim absolute autonomy in matters falling within our immediate jurisdiction, such as liturgical norms and ways of administering Communion and the Sacraments. The State has no right to interfere, for any reason whatsoever, in the sovereignty of the Church. Ecclesiastical authorities have never refused to collaborate with the State, but such collaboration does not authorize civil authorities to impose any sort of ban or restriction on public worship or the exercise of priestly ministry. The rights of God and of the faithful are the supreme law of the Church, which she neither intends to, nor can, abdicate. We ask that restrictions on the celebration of public ceremonies be removed.

We should like to invite all people of good will not to shirk their duty to cooperate for the common good, each according to his or her own state and possibilities and in a spirit of fraternal charity. The Church desires such cooperation, but this cannot disregard either a respect for natural law or a guarantee of individual freedoms. The civil duties to which citizens are bound imply the State’s recognition of their rights.

We are all called to assess the current situation in a way consistent with the teaching of the Gospel. This means taking a stand: either with Christ or against Christ. Let us not be intimidated or frightened by those who would have us believe that we are a minority: Good is much more widespread and powerful than the world would have us believe. We are fighting against an invisible enemy that seeks to divide citizens, to separate children from their parents, grandchildren from their grandparents, the faithful from their pastors, students from teachers, and customers from vendors. Let us not allow centuries of Christian civilization to be erased under the pretext of a virus, and an odious technological tyranny to be established, in which nameless and faceless people can decide the fate of the world by confining us to a virtual reality. If this is the plan to which the powers of this earth intend to make us yield, know that Jesus Christ, King and Lord of History, has promised that “the gates of Hell shall not prevail” (Mt 16:18).

Let us entrust government leaders and all those who rule over the fate of nations to Almighty God, that He may enlighten and guide them in this time of great crisis. May they remember that, just as the Lord will judge us Pastors for the flock which he has entrusted to us, so will He also judge government leaders for the peoples whom they have the duty to defend and govern.

With faith, let us beseech the Lord to protect the Church and the world. May the Blessed Virgin, Help of Christians, crush the head of the ancient Serpent and defeat the plans of the children of darkness.

pH scale runs from 0 to 14. There's a power of ten in between each one of those numbers. Like the Richter scale of an earthquake. So every time you drop one number it's time stamps of 10 x 10 x 10 x 10. Or every single time that you take in the soft drink especially a cola of any kind, you are one hundred thousand times more acidic than if you drank the same amount in pure water at a seven. In fact it will take you 30 two glasses not of pure water but of the coral mineral water to actually neutralize each and every cola that you drink. Now I don’t one the last time that you had a
cola was but I'm sure you didn't run right over and take you in thirty two glasses water to neutralize that. And yet that's what we would have to do.

The people say well I don't drink colas. I drink Seven Up or Sprite or Root Beer something else. Great instead of being a hundred thousand times more acidic you're only 85 thousand times more acidic than pure water is. So soft drinks are actually killing a whole generation of our people.

People say well wait a minute, I drink diet. Well whoop-dee-do. Actually that's the worst thing that you could probably take in. You’ll notice on our screen up here you'll find that artificial sweeteners specific specifically aspartame and Splenda are more acidic than the actual drink itself. And so the next time that you actually partake of a diet drink you are creating more problems than you’re actually overcoming by taking in a diet.

But you know you could take everything that I just discussed here the lactic acid the soda pop, the artificial sweeteners, the white flour, the white sugar and put them all together, all together they don't reach the acidity level that stress does. Stress is the most acidic producing thing that is in our lives and yet people think that they're handling stress very well.

How you doing?
I'm fine. I'm doing great. You know my wife divorced me. My dog died. I wrecked my pickup, but I'm doing just great.

No, if you can see the chemical changes that are taking place within your body like I do, you would realize that this stress has dumped you into an acid pit and now you've got to get out of that or you're going to suffer some health problems.

Okay well keep all of this in mind as we go along. Because if I were to take a drop of blood out of you and put it up on the screen and look at it through a dark field microscope this is what I would see this is pure alkaline blood.

Remember I said it has a very narrow range that you have to maintain that with. If you look at this, these are erythrocytes (red blood cells). Their job is to carry oxygen to all of the other cells in the body. And so if they are loaded with oxygen on that membrane and all of the other 76 trillion cells get their fair share of oxygen, again your metabolism is high, energy level is higher, your immunity is extremely strong, but as you start dropping down in that pH scale and become more acidic, an interesting change takes place in these red blood cells. And they begin to reload (?) together. They stick together.

How soon as this happens, a change also takes place in the amount of oxygen that they can carry. If I were to take one of these low blood cells out and measured the amount of oxygen is carrying on this membrane along with one of the free ones that we saw in the previous slide, we would see that these reload (?) erythrocytes are only carrying twenty percent. Twenty percent of what the normal red blood cell can carry.

Now that means that you've cut out eighty percent of the oxygen going to your the cells of the body. Remember that one-fourth of your blood supply goes to your brain. Therefore, as soon as you drop down and your body becomes reload (?) acidic, the brain is one of the first things to suffer. That's why you feel muddled in the afternoon. You would kill for a four o'clock nap. It’s mainly because you are depriving your brain of oxygen. So this is one of the first things we look at and are able to tell.

What’s something else? Well, immunity is extremely strong as I said before. When you're off the line your immunity is very high when you're acidic, it's very low. We know that a hundred and fifty different kinds of diseases or chronic conditions are the direct result of calcium deficiency.

You say, “Wait a minute. What's his calcium?” Well calcium is the largest buffer within your body. It’s the most alkalizing mineral that we can have. That’s why our bones are made of mostly calcium. So immunity is affected as we drop in the calcium level, therefore dropping in the pH level. So we take another little blood sample and we look at that and we say, “Well look this person is acidic. Look at these blood cells.”

Now you can see a red blood cell up here just for comparison. That’s a brand new one. It hasn't had a chance to get acidified yet.

We make new red blood cells at the rate of about two billion a minute but they only last for about 120 days. So this is a brand-new little baby right here. Now right next to it, you can see two white blood cells. But white blood cells under seven different kinds of them have major immunity jobs throughout the body. Now they should be two to four times the size of that red blood cell. Obviously these are not. So as you become more acidic these white blood cells shrink in size and they become inactive.

Now you can have a blood test again and they can put it through the machines and say, “Oh you've got plenty of white cells. No problem.” Yeah, but if they're inactive, your immune system is depressed.

So when you become alkaline, now look at the difference. Here's an alkaline blood system. Look at the size of that white blood cell. Now it's huge. It’s active. Your immunity is strong.

Okay so another big thing about in the body acidic and staying there. There are certain conditions that will be extremely exacerbated if your body remains acidic. One of those is Candida. Candida is a yeast form that lives in our large intestine. Now it belongs there. We need it. It has a lot to do with the finishing products of digesting carbohydrates. But if we end up for some reason getting a lot of antibiotics such as we've gone through an operation or whatever, we’re dealing with skin conditions as a teenager, if we have a lot of white flour, and white sugar within our diet, if we are extremely stressed, all of those will allow that Candida to escape from the large intestine, travel through our bloodstream, and then set up a home someplace throughout our body. Usually in a weakened part where we either genetically weak, we've had injuries or that type of thing. And then it begins to reproduce because it turns from a yeast form to a fungal form. And now it steals food from the other cells. And it gives off toxins that stimulate our pain receptors.

I’m experiencing a lot of deja vu and snippets of dreams sometimes from a couple of nights earlier. Most of it is too quick to recall, but I know it’s being processed.

I’m also getting flashes of things that happened 40, 50, 60 years ago, and catch myself saying, “Where did that come from?” I see it with new eyes and understand why I labeled the false as true and deserving of consequences and pain.

My sense is it’s history coming to the surface to be understood and released. There’s no emotional pain attached to the stories. I experience peace and lightness and clarity.

"On May 12th, Anthony Fauci testified before the Senate that reopening the economy too quickly could lead to “suffering and death that could be avoided [that] could even set you back on the road to…economic recovery.”

On May 23rd, Anthony Fauci appeared to reverse course when he told CNBC that the stay-at-home orders could end up causing “irreparable damage” and “I don’t want people to think that any of us feel that staying locked down for a prolonged period of time is the way to go.”

This about-face triggered tweets of exasperation. Then I saw Amazing Polly’s tweet that what Fauci did was an example of the “Alice in Wonderland Technique”.

I’ve heard of Alice in Wonderland – but a technique by that name? This sent me down a rabbit hole for which I’m grateful, because for the past three years, I’ve been talking about the “psychological civil war” being waged against us, not knowing that the orchestrated gaslighting we’ve been subjected to is a scaled-up version of what was originally developed as an interrogation technique.

In other words, what we’ve been being put through is literally torture and the technique described in “Alice in Wonderland: The Power of Applied Confusion”, a chapter starting on page 129 of a manual entitled, ‘EDUCING INFORMATION – Interrogation: Science and Art’, published by the National Defense Intelligence College in 2006, citing a 1963 torture manual entitled, “KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation Manual, Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual,” based on CIA research, much of it conducted through the MK ULTRA program but some of it going all the way back to the 1350s, to the work of Nicholas Eymerich, Inquisitor General of Aragon, Spain.

In this video, Richard Grannon does a good job explaining the details of this torture technique that I feel could help us to cope with the madness of COVID-19. When we know that it’s called Alice in Wonderland and that it incorporates Gregory Bateson’s double-bind theory of Schizophrenia, scaled-up to the level of a global psyop, it can help us release ourselves from its thrall.

Grannon explains:

“You bring the person to be interrogated into the room, and you have the three interrogators immediately to start to badger them…with nonsensical questions. The pitch and the tone and the pacing of their questions will not match the subjects which they’re covering. Often times, the subjects that they’re asking the person being interrogated about are nonsensical. They go nowhere, they mean nothing.

“The purpose stated in the interrogation technique is not just to obliterate the normal. The purpose is also to replace that which is normal, with the mindbogglingly bizarre. So the person goes into a state of deep trauma that is so awful, they would rather give up their secrets and return to a reality that makes sense, than have to continue with more days [of this]. It takes days for them to crack, usually.”

To me, this describes the antics seen in the unrelenting #FakeNews, the Mueller Investigation and the fake impeachment, concomitant with things like #MeToo and the transgender putsch that have become the themes of this era.

Christine Blasey Ford, Jussie Smollett and the media crucifixion of Nick Sandmann were illogical orchestrated psyops designed to badger everyone into agreement, in order to just make it stop.

We’ve known that this was unconventional warfare but knowing that it’s called the Alice in Wonderland technique empowers you to identify it when it’s happening, to help you distance yourself from the fragmentation that it is attempting to induce.

Grannon likens the psyop currently being unleashed upon the global populace (he recorded this last October) to 9/11, which he believes would be much harder to pull off today, with so many people carrying smartphones at all times.

All Americans were rightly sickened and revolted by the brutal death of George Floyd. My administration is fully committed that for George and his family justice will be served. Small business owners have seen their dreams utterly destroyed. New York's finest have been hit in the face with bricks. Brave nurses who have battled the virus are afraid to leave their homes. A police precinct has been overrun. Here in the nation's capital, the Lincoln Memorial and the World War Two Memorial has been vandalized. One of our most historic churches was set ablaze. A federal officer in California, an African American enforcement hero, was shot and killed. These are not acts of peaceful protests. These are acts of domestic terror. The destruction of innocent life and the spilling of innocent blood is an offense to humanity and a crime against God.

America needs creation, not destruction. Cooperation, not contempt. Security, not anarchy. Healing, not hatred, justice, not chaos. This is our mission, and we will succeed 100%. We will succeed. Our country always wins.

That is why I am taking immediate presidential action to stop the violence and restore security and safety in America. I am mobilizing all available Federal resource is civilian and military to stop the rioting and looting to end the destruction and arson and to protect the rights of law abiding Americans, including your Second Amendment rights.

Therefore, the following measures are going into effect immediately. First, we are ending the riots and lawlessness that has spread throughout our country. We will end it now. Today. I have strongly recommended to every governor to deploy the National Guard in sufficient numbers that we dominate the streets. Mayors and governors must establish an overwhelming law enforcement presence until the violence has been quelled. As we speak, I am dispatching thousands and thousands of heavily armed soldiers, military personnel and law enforcement offices to stop the rioting, looting, vandalism, assaults and the wanton destruction of property. Those who threaten innocent life and property will be arrested detained and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I want the organizer's of this terror to be unnoticed, that you will face severe criminal penalties and lengthy sentences in jail. This includes Antifa and others who are leading instigators of this violence.

America is founded upon the rule of law. It is the foundation of our prosperity, our freedom and our very way of life. Thank you for posting RunningDeer. I was following Trump's press briefings daily at one point, but recently have had my mind on other things, including processing my own grief.

To all :

I noticed a comment today, in a recent post elsewhere, from an English environmental activist whose work to rebuild ecosystems is something I admire. Included in the post was this :

The person describes how they moved to the USA...

“...during the Trump election when this country voted in a racist, narcissistic, incompetent who manipulates with fear, who cages children and instigates violence.
There is such violation of basic human rights and values here it's enough to leave you breathless. The first month of lockdown was the first without school killings in years...but make guns illegal? No - our rights mean we can own guns, not wear masks, ensure that we keep Covid alive - and maintain dominance and superiority over anyone not white, straight and male...”

As a small, white-skinned, female from the UK, with enough finance to live in a 'nice' area, I've met people who find it surprising that I support the right of U.S. Citizens to keep and bear arms. To own and use guns.

Yesterday I watched several videos of the current riots in the U.S. In one video (linked below) two white men armed with heavy weaponry were outside a store, standing with two black men (who were also armed), helping them defend the property. All four men seemed reasonable and calm. They did not seem ignorant or antagonistic. I don't know the history of any of the men seen in the video, so perhaps they are not the best examples of my logic, I don't know. But the segment captured in the video tells a story that's simple enough. How in moments when the police cannot come to your aid either in time or at all, to help defend you, your property, or the innocent people around you, if you are not equipped to defend yourself you will probably be less well off.

I also saw another video (different location) where looters attacked a woman outside what may have been her store, beating her to the ground. Her husband came out to help her and appealed to them to stop, but he and his wife were outnumbered. The looters were larger in size and in numbers. I couldn't help but wonder, if the armed men in the other video had been close by, could the attackers have been scared off.

The UK's mainstream media is always quick to show examples of school shootings. I don't know if I've ever seen them cover what must be the multiple cases, I will guess greater in numbers than the tragic school shootings, where people successfully fend off attackers with guns. Many such stories probably go unreported to the authorities, let alone to or by the media. I read one story about a woman in the U.S. (before 2020) who fended off an entire gang because she had a gun. Did that woman need to be a highly-advanced spiritual being to justify owning a gun? I doubt it. It enabled her to defend herself successfully. I found that story because I searched on the topic. But how many cases like it go unheard of, I can't help but wonder.

At events like riots, where the streets are in chaos, larger guns can not only reach further and make a louder statement, they can also been seen from further away (to act as a deterrent.) Which to my mind, to some degree, counters the logic of some gun critics that only small handguns should be permitted.

Recently a privileged white Englishman criticised to me, somewhat righteously, Americans owning guns. I said to him, what if owning that gun was the best chance you had of preventing your house being burgled, your children being attacked, your wife being raped? He went quiet. There is a disconnect in many people's thinking.

I respect if they would rather be attacked than cause harm, or rather be killed than be a killer. But I'm not sure the psychology is always rooted in that kind of spiritual strength. That is likely why that man went quiet in response.

Even if you personally are not afraid of death, would you really rather be harmed or dead than be equipped to defend your family?

I can also understand the view that if you raise your frequency high enough you will avoid harmful folks altogether. But it isn't enough, in every case, to prevent violence or the determination of some dark agendas. It is also not genuinely the advanced attitude behind some of the righteous criticism of gun-owners. Some might pretend it is, but vibrations speaks louder than worthy sentiments. I am fairly sure many gun critics would be very grateful if they found themselves saved from attack by a responsible, armed bystander.

Forbidding the average citizen from having guns leaves only potentially corrupt government forces, or morally bankrupt criminals to possess them. Unlike a lot of law-abiding citizens the criminals would have no hesitation over sourcing them from the black market.

All too often I see people going to one extreme side or another. Like “Trump is evil” or “Trump is perfection incarnate.” Or “Guns should be banned everywhere” versus “We should all have guns to overthrow the government” (despite the fact the government will always have bigger, nastier weaponry.) There is an absence of middle-ground.

One reason I spend so much time, which I have thankfully had, on focusing on a 'free energy' world is because I believe the elimination of poverty will make obsolete many of the causes of street violence. So I fuel that healing vision by focusing on it to draw it closer to the present. Some people dismiss what they regard as a Utopian fantasy. But it is not a delusion to look at developed countries and see that the higher standards of living lead to less of certain kinds of crime, physical or metal ill health. It is also true that our meditations and their frequencies, what is in our hearts not our words, help determine the kind of world we draw into being. It's a complicated, potentially tangential subject that can't be done justice in one paragraph.

In summing up - it is all to easy to sound 'righteous' by saying you denounce “Trump the racist” or denounce violence and hence guns. The reality we live in is far more complicated. And if this were my store, (linked below) I would have been grateful to have men outside protecting it, when the police were absent or overwhelmed.

Everything looted on both sides...not his.”

Either comment may be true. People will see whatever truth they wish to see. The world is a strange mix of things.

At least 11 local news stations in the United States were caught airing the same scripted segment about Amazon, and their role during the COVID-19 pandemic. The segment played like a commercial for Amazon, even touting the company’s ability to “keep its employees safe and healthy,” during this difficult time, despite the fact that many workers have been organizing to protest against unsafe conditions and lack of hazard pay.

The segment is even narrated by Amazon spokesperson Todd Walker, who promises an “inside look” at an Amazon fulfillment center.

“Millions of Americans staying at home are relying on amazon to deliver essentials like groceries and cleaning products during the COVID-19 outbreak… For the first time we’re getting a glimpse inside Amazon’s fulfillment centers to see just how the company is keeping its employees safe and healthy.. While delivering packages to your doorstep,” Walker says.

The trusted local news anchors who introduced the segment didn’t even identify Walker as an Amazon representative, but instead made it appear that he was one of the station’s reporters. According to some journalists who refused to cover the segment, Amazon sent the video around to a long list of news sources with instructions on how to introduce it.

Zach Rael, a reporter at ABC’s KOCO 5 News, tweeted a copy of the script and said that it was mailed to him by Amazon’s public relations team.

“No. Let us go inside the fulfillment centers with our own cameras…” Rael tweeted.

Thank you for the welcome. In the last five years or so, I started an alchemy company and got dragged into the criminal underground of manufacturing cannabis concentrates. As long as Donald Trump remains in the White House, they feel powerless and diminished and panicked. They cannot be happy. And everything they do, their overriding goal is to remove Donald Trump from office. And that’s exactly what they’re trying to do now. That’s what these riots are about.

The most privilege in our society are using the most desperate in our society to seize power from everyone else. Got that? That’s the sum of it. The most privileged are using the most desperate to seize power from the rest of us. They are not seeking racial justice. If they were seeing racial just, they wouldn’t be denouncing their fellow Americans for their race. Which they are. It has nothing to do with it. What they are seeking is total control of the country. And it goes without saying that none of this has anything to do with George Floyd.

Eliminating the police does not mean eliminating authority. There is always authority. There are no vacuums in nature. The only question is whether or not the authority is legitimate. Whether or not the authority is accountable. Whether or not you can do anything if the authority abuses of power. In the absence of law enforcement, the answer is “No”.

It means thugs are in charge. The most violent people have the most power. They can do whatever they want to you. That’s the reality. Everyone obeys the violent people or they get hurt. The mob literally rules.

That probably sound like a nightmare to you because it is. But the people pushing this idea don’t see it as scary because they don’t fear the mob because they control the mob. That’s the key and they see violence as an instrument of their political power. With mobs in the streets that they control, they will finally get what they want. It's mind-boggling. But what's even more perplexing is how it isn't mind-boggling to some folk.

People trying to save their businesses and cater to customers, I totally understand. It's the number of customers who agree (that “mannequins will make social distancing less awkward”) that make me want to hunker down in hermit mode. Or maybe I'm just looking for an excuse. Or accompanying them to the football game and cheering on cue, without exhaling any germs. 'Chippy' could be equipped to spray himself every hour with covid-busting disinfectant, oozing it imperceptibly from his metal pores. Perhaps sneezing now and then, before flashing “Just kidding” from the green screen on his chest. Chippy would be programmed to never make you feel uncomfortable. Who needs human company when you can have an A.I. bot to distract you from examining your own shadow? Reliable Chippy. Think I'll take the other pill. The reality where people get their hands dirty digging in gardens, and talk to one another with poetry, and soulfulness, and unpredictable humour. Thank you for the welcome. In the last five years or so, I started an alchemy company and got dragged into the criminal underground of manufacturing cannabis concentrates. Then I left that world and started working as a software engineer, while working with one of the most intensive occult organizations in the world. I'm currently on hiatus with them because I have more Life Work to accomplish before I can continue forward in my Initiation. I am still making music. I am still seeking truth, which essentially means approaching any narrative I'm accosted with with healthy skepticism. I am very intrigued by the way that people on this forum have shifted to match the skepticism that I share with regard to the political climate. In fact I am surprised, but it is a joyous surprise.

I'm working with electromagnetic technology now in my career, and I can assure people that 5G does not pose any health risks - in fact our cellular data networks are becoming less dangerous as technology improves. I may open a discussion on this. The technocracy, on the other hand, is not acting in our interests. Social media is and always has been a massive data mining operation which grants the owners the ability to measure, predict, and manufacture our reactions to events in the world.

I also want to say that I am interested in dialogues with folks here regarding spirituality - especially as pertains to creating one self as an extension of their authentic being.

I post on a sundry of topics on the Here and Now from heart to health. I use to create threads with specific themes, but over the last year the division and volume has increased. I plain don’t have it in me to deal with the hassle.

The times have quickened. I want to be a part of getting the word out. Guests and other members either don’t or can’t view the “Q” thread because it’s in the “member’s only” section.

I scrolled back and counted two political posts from Fox News: one of which I added a double commentary, the other was President Trumps’ speech on the George Floyd protests. The other Fox News post was the salon owner, Shelley Luther jailed for not apologizing to the judge that she was selfish. That post was a three for one, the problem and the resolution.

Four posts out of the 3,620 on the Here and Now thread comes out to .001%. I didn’t include the posts where I’ve added links to other sites and threads all to do with this quickening of news, health and emotional welfare of us all.

The trend is new because the escalation of violence, the lock downs and all the ways they’re using to keep us from touching, feeling, talking with one another. It’s created an urgency within me to offer information and more importantly help quell the propaganda, the stress and the fears.

It’s not uncommon for me to step away from the forum. It’s what I do to keep balanced. It’s never one reason. It’s many that I usually don’t express because ultimately I’m responsible for what I take in and how I process it. Which is the reason why I schedule cave time.

Those posts were informational in nature. I don’t have control of who brings what type of energy into the Here and Now. I do like rural living. Retired from Northrup Grumman.

An old story from TJ Davis who I met in Charlottesville. TJ was raised by Edgar Cayce. Edgar and TJ would work the garden at Virginia Beach. If TJ could correctly identify the nature spirits they would go fishing. If not, they worked the garden.

Same here... at the moment, I'm kind of undulating between 3 and 5d; like a sinus wave.
Yesterday, I had to lift myself out of the 3d swamp, and went to a park, where I spent time
with trees (lots of twins and triplets there, never noticed that before), and a long time with my
bare feet on/ in the grass, and in due time, I was reacting as happy as the calf in the
video... good thing the park is huge, so no-one took notice of the "grown man in tears and laughter on the lawn".

Coming home, I found this video. Kind of fitting, isn't it.

The video also might inspire to not have a schnitzel or steak in the future.
