I asked the author, the electrical health expert, Sam Milham about any danger to the health of humans relative to driving in newly produced electric cars. His technical evaluation of the EM output of the Tesla electric car was that he called it "very dirty".

Most importantly I'll measure and record all of the field strengths in my personal spaces.

Is there any problem with investing in a temporary rise in stock prices and then profiting from the sale of those stocks? Not in my life. I'd probably invest in those things I know have a human return. Wait.....I've been doing that for most of my life and directly so these last 6 months, lessons included, some time lost, some gas money wasted....but I know what I've done.

The reason I write about these products, like the electric car, the cell phone, wifi, etc. put out for sale is that almost all, if not all, products sold to the public, for more than a century by now, have been sold with the full and complete knowledge from the manufacturer that the products were the initiators and cause of many diseases.

My exasperation is that many of those products can be made with little or no resultant harm to the consumer. We now know many of the parameters needed to test these products for health safety, so there are few barriers to producing them.....just the will to engage in the discovery that reaps the healthy reward.

The makers of all industrial products knew this, from the work of the chemists who create the products from lead based paints, the pesticides and herbicides, all fda approved (but not necessarily healthy) food products, and on....

I doubt that Musk does not know about the dangers of putting people in a highly charged EM field. If he does not know of the science, he is at the least negligent in his duties to provide a safe product for his customers. He knows, just as all the others know the cancer creating properties of their products.

I'll do my own measuring, then share the output, then question the device's accuracy, question my findings, contact many professionals and question their output and carry on. At least I'll constantly get closer to the truth and at the same time pay attention to my perceptions, my senses and their telling me if I can perceive the threat without the devices in hand.

It has always been the bane of a species to disconnect from their evolution as advanced and growing beings of awareness when they have been tempted with new conveniences, often accepting those intrusions into their lives that limit their very necessary connections to nature, without investigating just how intrusive or harmful those new conveniences may be.

Blame the universities, their teachers, their parents even, the corporations, the temptations, the governing whores who serve the beast all you want. The loss of humanity rests squarely on the shoulders of those who use their brilliance to ignite the destructive forces of their imagination. Nature has nothing to do with it. Yes, the devil truly is in the details. Just ask any deep project scientist. They made up the phrase, all in their own cute, metaphorical little, perverted language. They have seen, not the face of God, but the devil itself. It signed their paychecks and paid for the lives they have.

What's the difference between the disturbed psychopath who gets off on torturing animals and the scientist who creates the weaponry, the one who orders its use, or the one who pushes the button, who presses the key, the stroke, that vaporizes a body? It's the same creature, except for the scale and eons of karma to be paid by the grown up adult with a degree, two, three or more. History is littered with the bodies of those who thought that brilliance was service to the science.

The whole of humanity is not visiting the stars, just a few are. Humans haven't evolved because of them. 90% of human civilization is populated with those who's brains are blocked to the Way.  Their brains are hardwired to enforce the social programming indoctrinated since birth. Unlike you they cannot break out of this programming, because they have not yet experienced the necessary revolution of mind.

These programmed people take social institutions and rules very seriously. Society is full of games programmed to keep peoples' minds occupied so they will not revolt. Wayseers are the ones who call their bluff.  

Since Wayseer minds are free to reject social programming, Wayseers readily see social institutions for what they are - imaginary games.  Wayseers comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable. Helping those who are lost in these games and refuse to help themselves is a calling of many Wayseers. The Wayseers are an ancient lineage. Now case in point, next door to Washington, D.C, the Fairfax Country Public Schools announced children were not be permitted to return to school five days a week as normal. Only providing a two day a week or an all online option. Parents and students are rightly outraged.

New York City has announced it’s going to adopt a similar plan for the fall leaving all the working parents there in a complete bind. And kids, of course, left wondering if life will ever be the same for them again. Now adding parents stress and confusion, Governor Cuomo said today that he may not let schools reopen at all.

There are some creating false paradigms for the fall. Here right in our neighborhood the D.C. area Fairfax County, which is one of the most well-funded, elite public school system in America, offered families a so-called choice for this fall. Either zero days in school for their students or two days. It would fail American student and it would fail taxpayers.

A surgeon or hospital worker in an infectious environment is one thing, but those who work in hospitals know they cannot wear masks for long periods of time without suffering consequences to their health, and that is well known.

What IS new is the technology which will now give Big Brother the ability to monitor people at all times on the streets, in stores, even in their homes.

Which is the real reason why they are making social distancing mandatory--because they need exactly 6 feet between each person to be able to more accurately identify them.

Military and law enforcement experts have explained this quite clearly.

Is that just a coincidence?

All their plans will come to fruition if gullible people don't start connecting the dots and giving up on their cozy illusions about what kind of people our so-called "leaders" really are.

Unlike cream that rises to the top in milk, in our culture the people who rise to the top are the psychopaths and sociopaths and narcissists, because they are ruthless and twisted and they don't give a damn about others, but they are good at pretending to be real leaders so they can get what they want, and their greed knows no bounds.

Speaking of breath work, Tai Chi is a slow moving meditation. People may not be aware that each movement is done using a single, slow breath in and the next movement is a slow breath out. So the slower one moves, the greater the benefits.

The same for each movement when you step or balance on one foot. As one gets older they lose their sense of balance and tend to look down because they’re afraid they’ll trip. Tai Chi helps with balance, body posture, keeps the body systems aligned from muscles structure to bones to organs, flexibility, and a lot more such as building Chi/Qi, i.e. life force energy, bio-energy, bio-electricity.

I'm not making you go to bed at 10 o'clock at night. I’m not making you stop smoking or stop drinking or stop watching movies or stop watching the news. I don't make you stop sleeping on the couch in the middle of the day. I don't make you stop eating junk food.

I don't make you do all those other health behaviors that would be really good for you like going for a walk and spending time with people that uplift you and doing things that bring you joy.

I’m not insisting that you do those things for me. So why are you insisting that I wear a mask to help protect you? Why is your health my responsibility?

As the months pass, my tolerance level starts to diminish. So now:

Here is a short story I sent to an acquaintance who now fills some official capacity in her duties to serve a union already deep in the process of cleaning its very dirty house. This playhouse was left with a thick layer of film, a muck if you will, that will require a community of help to remove.

When thoughts manifest...

A friend was talking with me about some things...
When I get calls from him too late at night
He's usually a little stoned or a lot drunk. Yet.....

After this and that he was on about
How far some things have come in such a short time.....
At first I didn't make the connection.

He said "We went from a fat, thieving, controlling alcoholic pig,
To the pig made into a thin, coked up, speed freak..."

After a long pause, as if to send a picture, a very different picture, he said,

"Then to the one we have now, the very different one, serving in the position."
I got it.

Divine Intervention.

That's what we call it...

Whether I stay in the union or go to another income/career

I asked him once before, in a kind way, to call me when he is a little straighter and a bit more grounded. For the most part he has been....
But that didn't last long. I didn't expect it to.

It's like an old grandmother who lives to be 108 and she's had a
Drink of sherry or wine every night for 88 years.
And, no worries mate, she's doing just fine.
She's 108!

Of course Granny likely dialed it all back 80 or so years ago, so as not to be huggin' a bowl again. And likely so, she hadn't been churched up too much in her early years to stop all together, enough to see the benefits of keeping her imbibing up as well, to know that those daily, little early evenin' drinks would have as much to do with her spirit as the spirits did for her body.

The good thing is that when this friend calls now he's more often clear than he is swimming in some influence.
Who knows why or what that's from.
It doesn't matter, more often than not.
Really, it doesn't if I only listen..........and I listen well.

All of this talking and writing I do...
I would never have done anywhere as much if I didn't get to listen....
The listening that I get to hear, from friends and more than a few strangers....along with all of the authors and experts who share,
Well, now there's some stories to tell...........

The blessed thing is, amongst my friends, there are a few
Whose insights and sharing is not affected by the spirit of those things that
We all, at times, do or have done to take a mental break, to numb ourselves, to slow the roll of the time and space that adds the challenge we came here to enjoy.

In this friends case
I'm not surprised when I find myself taking notes, even if they are just mental....

With his words came the inner visions of those two
Very different people, In so many ways.

It all went from no F'n way, this union life without promise...
To there is at least a chance...

Even knowing that so many of those still unionized as if it were a disease, were left darkened by the knife cutting the many colors of corruption deep into their skin....tattooing the truth that cannot easily be removed.

These are the stories that the Recording Angels, Dharam Rai, write in bold highlights...

The true accounts, the ones we know of as reward or pain, that they present to every one of us,

in just a second or two or three..as we leave and pass from this life,

long enough to judge ourselves...every last one of us...

The seers say these things are written on our foreheads only to be seen by the few honest ones amongst them.

You'd think we were wise enough to know this about ourselves, when we do the things we do for others, with others or to others.

Yet now.....hmmm....there are real possibilities.....even if just a little...
That is all we can ask from just one person,
Unless that person knows that they are not at all alone.

Sometimes the solution, an uncommon intervention,
Finds us.

My reaction to this friend's clear perspective about being in gratitude, was all "Divine Intervention".

This is the phrase we use with each other when it is natural to call in a solution that we may have very little power to create......or so we think.....

No matter how powerful, influential, insightful, hard working and direct we are, we naturally expect some relief from the obstacles that those without hearts and souls have placed in our timelines. The change in this local is not much different than the bigger ones we now face.......

The truth of the average person is a truth of unrecognized capacity and brilliance, of the courage that is the potential, untapped reality we are all born with. We seem cynical only when we too forget to move on and into the solutions that are always here waiting to be created.



My friend once told you that he had heard good things about you. From my view that's true. I've seen you make a real difference, even as any hope for a change is tempered by members own past silence and acquiescence to greed. Despite the challenge you jumped in amongst the snakes still around and we appreciate you for it all, knowing that we likely won't ever know what you have to do just to keep a contract, ASA or not, fair and up to the intent all involved agree to.

Unions are full of snakes at times and greed makes too many involved the slitherin', sidewindin', rodent loving rats that some are. In some western states productions hire snake handlers for the real snakes that pose a danger to crews. In reality there also should be another type of snake handler to handle all of the two legged, back biting, ankle nipping, poisonous F**ks that don't even rattle before they bite into ya'.

Despite your answer, saying "That's because you don't know me", I'll go with Divine Intervention, even as I know there's more likely some attraction going on there between you two...and that too is a very natural intervention. Who knows where the divine comes in, or leaves unacknowledged...

In reality it could have just as well all gone to hell, the union having had paid years into those illicit accounts whose only reward is self-destruction.

Or, it could have been lifted up, somehow, in some way we can't see.

A just outcome cannot be denied to those who make the call...

A call we put out there, that we all put out there, listening.......

An institution has the ability to destroy all of Earth through nuclear warfare should not regulate personal self-defense.

The Psychological Manipulation of Universal Masking

Yesterday a local doctor made a public statement that those of us who do not support mandatory universal masking can not claim to support medical freedom, and that when we refuse to submit to noninvasive “protections” such as face coverings, we lose all credibility and public respect. She refused to acknowledge my scientifically entrenched response to her statement, despite engaging (and many times belittling) almost every other person who responded to her question.

It's easy to shut down open dialogue when you rely solely on emotionally charged generalizations and ad hominem attacks, which is what she, and so many others, have attempted to do from the beginning of this Covid19 situation. By marginalizing those you disagree with and dismissing them as uncaring, negligent, and, as she put it, proponents of "oppositional behavior", you make it easy to ignore the fact that the scientific evidence and supporting data are simply not on your side. It’s a play straight from Saul Alinksy’s famous far left manifesto, “Rules for Radicals.”

“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.”

Instead of having a conversation about the reasons why someone may or may not support universal masking, we hear the following:

“You want old people to die!”

“You care more about money than you do about keeping people alive!”

“You are selfish! How do you call yourself a Christian?”

“You don’t support mandatory masking and social distancing? How do you sleep at night!?”

Despite leveling these attacks to anyone and everyone who disagree with them, most people, the good doctor included, don’t actually want to engage with those who offer a reasonable explanation for not supporting universal face coverings because, as I will lay out below, there are very valid reasons to oppose the practice. Acknowledging this fact undercuts the intended result of social and cultural intolerance directed towards any idea outside of the approved narrative.

Those of us who are not dutious to the current universal masking policies and recommendations do not, in fact, want grandma to die. Instead, we base our position on both the science behind these recommendations and the future implications of long term compliance.

For example, we know that cloth face coverings are completely ineffective in preventing viral transmission, and can actually increase your risk of bacterial respiratory infection. We know that viral particles that are exhaled gather on the OUTSIDE of masks instead of the inside, enhancing the risk of cross contamination and viral transmission, especially considering that viruses live drastically longer on cloth than they do on skin. We know that face coverings increase the instances that a person touches their face and/or covering due to readjustments, releasing increased moisture buildup and because face coverings increase nasal drainage which can be another mode of transmission all on its own.

We understand that cross contamination is a real danger when face coverings are not donned and doffed or laundered properly. We take into account the negative health effects of facial coverings on comorbidities (increases tachycardia, induces hypoxia, increases co2 reabsorption, may stimulate feelings of anxiety/claustrophobia due to inadequate gas exchange, ect).

The World Health Organization has spoken out against universal masking for these exact reasons, and OSHA has stated that only those employees deemed to be high risk or in high risk fields should be masked. The science is very clear that universal masking is contraindicated, yet those of us who choose to rely on science are demonized and cast to the fringes of society as public enemy number one.

Many of us are asking how, and more importantly, why, this happened in an otherwise seemingly reasonable society that respects an individual's right to bodily autonomy, especially considering that numerous studies have indicated that Covid19 has a similar if not slightly lower fatality rate than the seasonal flu and we don’t mask during flu season.

As a lover of history, I am reminded of a formula for social coercion used by and discussed at length in Adolph Hitler’s “Mein Kampf. Some of the key components of this formula were:

1. Keep the dogma simple and make social changes slowly over a period of time - only 1 or 2 points at a time.

2. Be forthright and powerfully direct. Speak only in telling or ordering mode.

3. Reduce concepts down to stereotypes which are black and white.

This is for your safety.
Masking and social distancing saves lives.
We are in this together
The virus is the common enemy
We must sacrifice to defeat the enemy


4. Speak to people’s emotions and stir them constantly.

Ohians will do the right thing.
If you don’t mask, you don’t love your neighbor.
The devil prowls the earth looking for bodies. So does this virus.
Congregating in a church setting is not Christian like behavior right now.
If you break the rules, you risk lives.


5. Use lots of repetition; repeat your points over and over again.

6. Forget scientific reasoning, balance or novelty.

A higher prevalence rate with a decreased mortality rate means the virus is more dangerous.
We don’t have that data, but we use that data to enforce emergency orders.


7. Focus solely on convincing people and creating zealots.

If you don’t mask, you don’t care about the health and safety of your neighbor.

I am in no way comparing Mike DeWine to Adolph Hiter, but rather highlighting the social coercion tactics that have been used to induce compliance and create social friction between the consenting and the non-consenting across the ages. It is a matter of psychological manipulation laced with fear that can convince a society to shake off their freedom and embrace a fallacy that leads to chains.

For many, a mask symbolizes unity with one another and a weapon against the universal covid19 enemy. But for those of us who understand that the face coverings do not protect us from this virus, we are left asking what their intended purpose could be.

Are they meant to be a visual trigger for a subconscious fear?
Are they meant to create an urgency and demand for a covid19 vaccine that would otherwise be rejected?
Are they meant to create an artificial barrier between a previously highly social society?


I don’t know. But what I do know is that they will not protect me or protect you from Covid19, and therefore they’re useless. And I simply can not comply with a recommendation or a mandate that doesn’t do what we’re being told it is intended to do, even if that stance turns the public ire on myself. And I hope that, before you demand that I “Don my mask, don my cape”, you contemplate exactly why you’re willing to stand on the other side of science to do so.

For some, it’s virtue signaling, but for many, they truly believe they are contributing to the greater good, and I commend you for that. I just hope that you remember that, I too, believe that I am fighting for the greater good when I stand in defiance of what I believe to be government overreach and manipulation by refusing to wear a mask. We can both do what we feel is right in this situation and I promise you that if I see you in the store wearing a face covering, I will simply smile at you in passing without ever questioning your moral compass or social obligation. I simply hope that you can do the same.

I'm actually relieved that the subject of masks is a feature on this thread, which is where so much of the discussion among Avalon members takes place.
I don't get into discussions that much--I'm more focused on sharing information that I think needs to be seen by as many as possible, members and non-members alike.
But lately on the forum there has been such an overabundance of that in ratio to discussion, that it seems unbalanced.
The subject of masks is one that I can't can't help but feel is not emphasized enough, because it's such an overwhelmingly in your face (if you'll pardon the pun) obvious sign of the overtaking of our way of life by the controllers.
The last over the top factoid that I heard was the other day on the last Dark Journalist episode at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZlzfNdx9E4... where it was reported that Australia's Prime Minister has made it illegal for parents to hug their kids in the privacy of their own homes.
I don't know if this is actually true (though DJ is usually pretty careful with his facts), but at the rate the madness seems to be escalating, I guess I'm not actually all that incredulous.
Although it's the kind of thing that I think would have seemed extreme even in the early days of Nazi Germany.
I haven't seen that reported anywhere else, and if someone can verify whether the story it's true or false, I would appreciate it.

But even worse imho in that it will be so far-reaching, is that it may be mandated in many parts of the world that kids in school will have to wear masks.

Yes, my main concern is psychological and health damage to the children. One or maybe both mask threads no longer show up on the main Avalon page. Guests may not know how to find them. No doubt there's time constraints with family and work obligations.

An impassionated plea from someone who is talking about the lockdown in Victoria. We are under curfew here in Victoria from 8pm to 5am and we cannot leave the state because all borders are blocked.
This is the first time this has ever happened in the history of Australia. I understand why this soul is so spirited. I have been hearing reports from many people saying that they have been hearing and seeing planes flying in and out, non-stop from Tullamarine Airport. Some people are even reporting that they are hearing planes flying over their homes for the first time ever. It is unusual activity, given that none of us can fly anywhere and that 90% of all commercial passenger planes have been repurposed for cargo.

People have also been reporting numerous roadworks from all over Victoria, they are mostly being conducted at night.
The premier of Victoria, who is pure evil, stated months ago that every last man, woman and child must be vaccinated from COVID.
And now, we are also faced with facial recognition technology to be used to monitor social distancing. Ha! They plan to roll it out in shopping malls, sporting areas and schools. A local news report said (predictably) that it was here to stay.

What was missing from this is that we have been declared a state of emergency (with only 4 hours notice given to 5 million Victorians) and under this act, our homes can be taken from us if the state requires it, random telephone calls and door knocks are being made to check that we are at home, we can be detained in our homes indefinitely if it can be proved we have the virus and there is a hotline to dob our neighbours, family and friends in who are not wearing their masks outside or not adhering to the 1.5 metre social distancing requirements.

The hotline is being treated here as a bit of a joke however because police can take up to an hour to respond to emergency call outs. The hotline has not been received favourably by my fellow Victorians. You can stick that hotline where the sun don't shine is a favourite Aussie catch-cry (I'm being polite here - use your imagination for what is really being said) but we shall see as time passes what evolves.

If we don't have work permits, we cannot travel any further than a 5km radius. If we are caught outside of that area without a permit, we can be arrested and detained indefinitely.
What I am also hearing from people here is that nursing homes are bribing the loved ones of residents with money and payment of funeral costs to say that their loved ones died of COVID, even if they haven't. Thank god for those true blue Aussies (translation good hearted Aussie folk) who are speaking out and refusing to take the money.

The government want to break our spirits, our hearts and our minds but there are folk rallying and it is time for us to get highly creative and to put our heads together to overcome this challenge.

Established (sorta) in VA, nice weather and people so far, though a lot less friendly than the islands in ways.

Its a very densely populated area with a lot of expansion ongoing, seems like an exciting place to be.

And there is an amazing Pho place a block away (that im currently having lunch at) with around a 1 min commute to work... I guess is the new urban style work/live set up? My apartment complex is almost "all inclusive" when the verity of deliverable services are taken into account.

I googled the average price of a gallon of milk in US and it’s approximately $3-$4 (£2.27 - £3.02). It’s been years since I’ve purchased it. I use to separate a gallon into smaller containers and freeze them.

Schools across the country are now telling students they are not allowed to wear pajamas to homeschool on camera.

Let me just restate that i just want to i just want to say that again for the record in a country that is based upon people standing up to undue authority and saying you do not have that authority. You don't have the authority over me to do that.

We live in the United States of America. The only reason this place exists is because at one point in time a bunch of people got up together and they made their voices heard loud and clear and they said, ”No. I'm sorry. You don't have that power over me.”

We're supposed to accept after hundreds of years of that being the case saying no, no to slavery. It’s wrong. It should be done away with once and for all. We have been on alert to evacuate do to wildfires for 2 days and just recieved the alert to leave.

I know we should just leave, but there's a catch. We can't load up 14 donkees, scores of sheep and I can't leave them. Our neighbor and we decided to open the gates when leaving, so I'm waiting to see fire.

It's difficult having two days to load up everything you want, then deciding what's realy important to take.

Yes, on two sides. We have trees almost a hundred feet on just our three acres. I can't imagine the house surviving if one of those trees goes. there's a lot of dry brush outside of our property that I don't have any control over.

my neighbors loading as many animals onto his trailer as he can right now. my daughter offered to pick up seven of our feral cats and kennel them, but We know how bad that would stress them. We have one tame cat we're going to take. they're used to climbing the ladder into the window and coming in the back door, so we will leave both open and I'm building kitty mountain now.

Also, letting 14 donkeys and 60 sheep out onto the road everyone's trying to evacuate wouldn't be helpful, that's why I'm staying.

Yes, that's my sense of things as well.

My son and I lost about 85%-90% of our "things" in an apartment fire. The old TV inners were on fire. I grabbed my son and he held onto to his teddy-bear. The TV exploded as we ran out the door.

My experience was beginning anew is a good thing. And the material things matter less and less.

That was some powerful mojo dear friends! Thank You! We're still here but nothing has changed. It's going to be another long day but the weather conditions are more favorable than the past 3 days.

Approximately 2 hours after asking for prayers the wind completely stopped and it cooled off much quicker than the past 3 days. You could even feel the cool moisture on your face.

we've been up most the night so we're going to water everything down then put the sprinkler on our roof and get some sleep if possible.

I just wanted to let everyone know that all of the animals have been moved to a safe location.

The conditions continue to improve and even though the fires are still burning there isn't any wind, so they're not spreading nearly as fast. This has really given the firefighters a leg up.

One thing I continually work on in life is my ability to communicate effectively. I think one of my problems is I'm easily annoyed so I just give up. I can't debate people so I generally resort to "how much do you want to bet" and people either lose money or shut up cause they realize they're talking out of their ass and I'm not. This isn't an option online and it's a shame because sometimes I want to help people but I can't because of my inability to convey a message.

I bring this up because of my headaches. I want to help others with my condition but I just don't know how to get people to listen to me. There is a large cluster headache group on facebook and there was recently a several day, online seminar featuring multiple doctors. In short, if you have this condition you're ****ed. It varies in severity but regardless it is never pretty. The pain is indescribable and the psychological toll it takes is bad. Meditation wasn't mentioned once. Some folks advised taking xanex to remain calm.

Through years of consistent mindfulness practice I've managed to dramatically reduce (somewhat eliminate) the negative psychological effects. Now, this is where I have a couple flaws, it presses two of my "buttons" or pet peeves: I don't think people know what the **** they're talking about when they speak on meditation and I suck at clearly explaining myself. To some extent I must be full of ****, since through mindfulness one develops a calm mind and since I'm becoming annoyed then evidently I'm contradicting myself on some level.

Anyway it's sad to read/hear what these folks are going through. I've been through all of it and I absolutely know a healthy way to navigate through the mind **** that comes with it. It's the old saying of, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink." It's messed up to see the degree of suffering going on. There was a guy in Finland who couldn't get o2! It was illegal, he even tried to get welders o2 and they wouldn't do it. What the ****? Everyone says American health care sucks but I now call bull****, you'll see multiple accounts like this on those forums. Canadians were resorting to private practices for o2.

I won't pretend to know for certain what the root cause of the headaches are but I do think it goes back to my teen years. I think I was stressed too much and I blew a fuse in my mind so to speak. One thing I do know for certain is that my temper would increase the pain during the attacks. It's hard to explain but as I would lay there in pain my mind would race at the speed of light and all the thoughts were negative. I'd think about the things people would say about my headaches, especially my (at the time) doctor, hereafter referred to as Mrs. Numb Nuts (MNN).

MNN annoyed the **** out of me. She wouldn't know bedside manner if it slapped her in the face. I tried to explain to MNN the severity of the pain over and over. One time she said it's not so bad because she's had a patient in her office during one of their attacks. Yeah well you're ****ing stupid MNN, like all things in life there is a spectrum and obviously that was a light attack. MNN said if I'm having multiple attacks per day and at that severity of pain then I should go to the hospital. Well MNN, despite me talking crap about other countries health care that's where ours falls short: That **** ain't cheap.

When those kind of things are going through your head during the attacks - for whatever reason - it seriously amplifies the pain, it brings it up from a 4 to a 7 so to speak. I swear I could actually feel something happening in my brain. I now believe it was the release of a particular peptide.

Now that I am a better meditator than before, I can allow these thoughts to float away without grabbing on to them and I can remain calm. Therefore, the pain will not be affected by my psychological state. This also gives me the ability to focus on the pain, which can put me into almost a trance like state, changing my perception of the pain. It cannot be eliminated but through changing of the perception one can turn the "volume knob" down. It's a fascinating thing really. The pain reaches a point where one starts writhing in bed and when you're there you have 2 options: if you can manage to use mindfulness then you may have a chance to make it or you are ****ed, plain and simple. This is why one should meditate (practice mindfulness specifically). You at least have an option rather than the walk through hell. And the stronger the mind the higher the chance of avoiding that walk.

I wish there was a way to demonstrate the effectiveness of proper meditation. I get annoyed at people too easily and I kinda feel like a dick bag about it. I roll my eyes every time someone says they meditate by laying down and listening to music or dance naked with prayer beads chanting "yolololo" or whatever the **** they read on psychopath.com

Though I can appear to write quite strongly about the situation , Im not emotionally involved with it.

I was a bit succinct the other day. What happens is that an idea is planted and the media – meaning the mainstream and conspiracy media – blow it out of all proportion. Something becomes a mental reality in preparation for becoming an actual realization, just as a blueprint tells you what is going to be constructed. Here and Now, I’m in a holding pattern as if the next few weeks will reveal so much more than I already know.

Here and now it 14.44 as I start this, feeling calmer than I was. I have peace for a very few short hours between the environment bombarding me on all sides with noisy neighbours and general urban noise. I struggle to be a spirit level inside a bouncing ball. It’s not where I want to be. Urban, polluted, even if can find woods to walk in for some fresh air for an hour or two a day. I’ve been trying to change it for over 20 years. My environment. Nothing but obstacles. It never flowed. The path of least resistance was staying put. I've wanted to be in a permaculture, self sustainable, conscious community for over 30 years. Why aren’t I?

I have had to learn patience and a lot more. Not easy for an Arian.

Today I hit the wall. Screaming point. I could not quieten my mind or settle my energy. A ‘frequency’ had me in it’s grip.

Then I recalled a notification yesterday that a channel I subscribe to, had uploaded. I saw Kaypacha’s smiling face in my mind’s eye and opened youtube and sat down to listen. I took deep breaths.

He’s at his best here and described in so many ways, how it is for me here and now and for a lot of us, no doubt. It helped me so much today I thought it worth a share.

I am enjoying so much wonder and have been practicing transposing all information. I like this signature quote much more this way:

here and now I am no longer afraid that if I observe anything I just do not appreciate, it will be cemented by my gaze. It takes attention only to what LOVE feels like to become a lover. As I love on everything with as large a dose as I may muster, my field becomes ever more beautiful. It starts close in and spreads. This is science IMO.

People seem always to be acknowledging that everything they love is somewhere, dependent on something but never here. The lamentations without transposing what we choose, is our down fall into pain. The biggest biggest lie is about "someday"... that everything we could ever want is just not HERE and NOW. This is backward. WE bring the love before it ever shows form. I can testify by my experience that this works. Rage and frustration will just not change our state unless we transpose it to love... consciously. If we grasp the technology of manifestation we can be neutral about all appearances.

The choice to become a lover means that love will be everywhere and I imagine something that is just so POSSIBLE, that we all are in love and beloved NOW. LOVE IS revealed everywhere in tangible ways. To choose to be a LOVER is 100% practical.

Hi Strat, I ran a quick search. There’s a boat load of vids: how to get rust off of vinyl siding (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=how+to+get+rust+stains+off+vinyl+siding).

I’ve also added a few quick tips off the internet.

1. White vinegar and lemon juice — which contain acetic acid and citric acid, respectively — can help remove rust from vinyl siding. Since they're natural ingredients, they're also safe to use. For your cleaning solution, mix ½ cup white vinegar (or lemon juice) with ¼ cup baking soda and 1 gallon of warm water.

2. How do you remove rust stains from vinyl?

Instructions

Spread a thin layer of baking soda over the rust stain. ...
Wet your rag with vinegar and rub over the stained surface.
Rinse with water and repeat until the stain has faded away.
Make one final rinse and wipe with clean water, as vinegar can be very odorous and unwelcoming in a home.

It feels like things are beginning to stabilize a bit. Not just me, but in general.

So today I was leaving to go pick up some food for lunch and I was taking my dog with me so he can go for a car ride. I was just outside the front door, turning the door key to lock it when my dog went bonkers and flew at another dog walking by my house. I had him on a leash and so when he ran at the other dog it almost sent me to the ground, causing me to accidentally rip the key out of the lock at an awkward angle. Now the door lock is broken and I have to drop $130 on a new lock. I can get it cheaper, I know, but certain things I don't buy cheap. Also I love the Latin saying, "It's expensive to buy cheap."

He's a good dog, but he goes absolutely bonkers around other dogs. I've read dog training books and implemented their strategies with a high success rate but this is still an issue he has. He's great around other people and he's not aggressive around dogs but he just absolutely loses it. I plan on hiring a trainer soon.

In the south there really are racist and violent groups that are quite visible: they advertise their presence. How come antifa doesn't target these folks? Cause they're cowards. Antifa groups will label average and random people as Nazis, claiming someones rhetoric (or lack of towing the line) demonstrates that certain people are 'literal Nazis.' Instead of using roundabout, backward, heavily flawed 'logic', with more holes in it than Swiss cheese, why not target the folks blatantly flying the flag of racism? Target KKK meetings. How about targeting the Outlaws MC? They do not hide who they are and are easily identifiable. Many of them have 'SS' bolts and Swastikas tattooed on them. They openly advertise where and when they have meetings. Anonymous has targeted them in the past, so why not antifa?

NORTHBROOK, Illinois, October 27, 2020 (LifeSiteNews) – A Catholic parish priest has threatened to call the police on a parishioner if she shows up to church service not wearing a mask.

Fr. Christopher Gustafson of St. Norbert Parish in Northbrook, Illinois, told Colette O’Regan in an Oct. 15 letter that her stubborn refusal to wear a mask during Mass was “disruptive” and “intransigent.”

“I find it necessary to enforce prevention of your entering and remaining in the church until you comply with the protocols asked of all, including the simple request of wearing a mask,” he told the 48-year-old mother of seven in the letter obtained by LifeSiteNews.

The priest went on to tell O’Regan that he would use legal force to keep her out of the church if she refused to wear a mask.

“As we spoke of recently, your failure to comply has consequences – spiritual, but also sadly, legal. The church is private property, and unless you comply, your continued disruptive and intransigent behavior will prohibit your entry to and remaining on the premises.”

“Civil authorities have assured me of their readiness to enforce the law in this regard,” the priest warned the woman.

Cook County, where the parish is located, has no mandatory masking policy. The county’s public health guidelines issued in July urge, but do not demand, that “everyone should wear a cloth face cover in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.” The county allows for exceptions to this policy for children under two and “anyone who has trouble breathing.” The Archdiocese of Chicago, where the parish is located, goes further than the county, telling the faithful in guidelines issued in May that they are “required to wear masks during any services/ceremonies.”

I'm constantly trying to find healthy ways to spend time that aren't boring. This is very difficult. The latest thing I've come to is mountain/trail biking. Trail riding is more accurate for FL since there are no mountains here. Anyway my initial foray has been interesting.

I spent $60 on a used, barely working flea market mountain bike. I don't know anything about bikes really but I'm a mechanic so a broken bike is relatively straightforward and easy for me to work on. I had to adjust the rear wheel as it was very wobbly and then adjust the rear derailleur because the lower gears were coming off the sprocket. I was too lazy to fine tune it before I hit the trails I just wanted the damn thing to work at least a little bit. I figured I wouldn't shift too much and the extra effort needed would just equate to more exercise so no biggy.

Well I survived but the ol $60 bucket of bolts barely did. I was happy that the shifting was somewhat acceptable but the trails were more harsh than I figured they'd be. The handle bar itself started to loosen so that was 'interesting'. Also I suck at mountain biking so I wont ride those trails again until I have a helmet, it was a very sketchy ride at times.

All in all though it's a lot of fun. It's a healthy way for my competitive spirit to kick in too. I was passed by a guy who really looked the part of a mountain biker and I thought "Oh **** no you don't" and it really pushed me to kick it up a notch. I like that.

I will say though on a bike, like in a car, you lose all appreciation for the nature that is all around you as apposed to walking. You have to maintain an intense focus on what you're doing so you can't stop and smell the roses so to speak. Still, I love it so far. I plan on working on the bike tomorrow and hitting the trails again next week.

Here's a brief video of the place I ride at (this isn't my video). The whole loop would probably take 45min to an hour to complete. This is the beginning of the loop/trail, it starts out fairly slow as seen here but it gets brutal at certain parts. I didn't ride the whole loop because again, I'm new, don't have a helmet, riding a broken bike and I don't want to paralyze myself.

Off topic but quick question: I know some insurance companies connect to the OBD and track your driving habits, adjusting your rate accordingly. Were there any issues with the car rental company monitoring your driving habits? Obviously if you rent a fast car you want to open it up a bit.

ODB2 is pretty much gone at this point, it's all CANBUS or better (basically a network in your car), so they can track even better, but only if you "sign up" for it on those older ICE cars, my car just tracks everything and reports back to the mother tesla ship... heyyyyy modern living!
We need a thread to debate the pros/cons of driving newer vehicles vs older vehicles. I've thought about this often. Not an overly important topic but I mull it over from time to time. I'll make said thread later.



But to answer your question, other than the Sheriff that pulled me over I had no issues with the car or rental agency.

Here in France, where on Friday the thirteenth we remember the terrorist attacks of Friday the thirteenth 2015, we have been in lockdown for two weeks now. Some strange figures: two weeks ago we were level with Spain at 1 million covid cases, two thirds of which came in October. The last time I checked, Spain was at 1.3 million, France at 1.8 million… something like 5/6ths of the total covid cases since January have occurred in the last six weeks. Therefore, if we are talking about the same thing as last spring, the overall figure for deaths should be at around 33,000*6 = nearly 200,000, when the actual figure is around 42,000.

Unsurprisingly, 60% of French people admit to having taken liberties with the lockdown restrictions. I shall plead 5th amendment is it? and side with the 40% :) in order to look at what is going on here. The procedure is as follows. You fill in a signed dated form called an Attestation sur l’honneur, ticking a box corresponding to what you are about: business, shopping, exercise, caring for someone etc. If you are stopped, you are questioned by police, only doing their job, I totally get that, but basically taking issue with one’s honorability.

The problem is that you may have a valid reason for being on the road, but if in doubt as to the patrolman’s reaction, you want to err on the side of safety. Better go look after an old family member, even if she’s dead, than say a young family member living alone, equally in need because she cannot change a fuse/unblock the shower/do the things a man about the house usually does. Or maybe there is work going on that was interrupted by the shutdown such as will cause major problems. You get my drift.

What this means is that honest people are learning the skills of deception – not in a negative way but in the way those resistance fighters we revere for helping to overcome the Nazis operated. It may well be, for all I know, that the government has everyone’s best interests in mind, but what remains is that the ordinary citizen finds him or herself in a wartime situation of resistance to an occupying power in the form of the police.

When you expand this phenomenon to millions and millions around the world, what you need to factor in is the psychic aspect: people don’t need to ‘wake up’ or anything like that: the sheer weight of numbers of ordinary folk with healthy reactions will slowly have changed the mental landscape of humanity. Ultimately it doesn’t matter what Trump does or is: he is… trumped by this demonstration of inexpugnable democracy: one person one vote.

Back in the day, the Irish weren’t allowed to carry weapons. So hidden in plain sight was the shillelagh walking stick. This one below is made of blackthorn.

I like the idea of a hook because as demonstrated in some of the videos you drape it over your arm. I mostly hold the cane on my walks rather than walk with it. I live on a country road, so when there are no cars around I practice the twirls and movements. It’s only recently that I started to bring it into stores. Again, I carry it rather than use it as a traditional cane.

The light colored cane (below) is called the “Boomer Walking Cane (https://canemasters.com)” as in the baby boomers. It comes with grooves for easy two hand grip or grip the bottom to use the hook as part of self-defense. Crazy storm here - high winds and hail. All the animals were afraid (as well as the younger kids) so we had to run around and reassure everyone. :)

The winds were blowing every which way. And then suddenly it just stopped - eerily calm.


About two weeks ago we had a tornado warning. Had hail the size of ice cubes. Weather has been very unpredictable. (I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt outside 3 days ago.)
