I was leaving the grocery store this morning and saw the security guard chase down a shoplifter running through the lot with a basket of goods. He caught him and allowed him to keep a few items which included a loaf of bread. I see the elite intentionally changing laws to facilitate the erosion of society.

Inversion, this came to mind from a few months ago. No doubt, we'll see more of this as the prices continue to rise, only it'll be out of necessity. I'd encourage people not be heroes from protective Momma Bears and Poppa Bears feeding their hungry families.

I got attacked by a huge bird today. One of those white ospreys. Nasty looking son of a bitch.

I never saw it coming. It approached from the back. I felt a thud on the back of my head and then a sting as it dragged it's talons across my scalp. Still didn't know what happened until I saw it fly in front of me and land on a street light...where it proceeded to stare me down for several moments before flying off.

I scrambled to find a rock to throw at the thing but I couldn't find one. So I just cursed the evil looking creature as it flew off. For about 30 seconds I was as angry as I've been in maybe 5 years. I wanted to punt that thing into a million little pieces

I have no idea why it attacked. Surely it didn't think it was going to fly off with my fat ass. There are a few nests in the tress bordering the parking lot here. Maybe that was it. But then again, I've walked in those areas numerous times without anything like this happening. What a weird thing to have happened.

Maybe Hitchcock's film "The Birds" was prophetic.
Maybe the disruptive technology-- geoengineering, 5G, chemtrails, geomagnetic pole reversal etc. etc. is making the animals crazy too (you can bet that's all having an effect on humans.).
Or maybe you just never walked past its nest at this time of year before, when there might be nestlings or eggs waiting to hatch, or perhaps a nestling had fallen to the ground near you.
Otherwise, that definitely does seem to be unusual behavior.

Do you have bad luck with animals? You keep getting in fights with them lol.

This happens occasionally here but I've only heard of it with owls. One lady got messed up bad and had to go to the ER. Apparently it's because lots of birds (esp here in FL) get injured, rehabilitated and then lose their fear of humans. Also some people actively feed these predators which 'they' say not to do.

Somewhat on topic - I remember reading somewhere that birds (crows?) can remember and recognize human faces. There was a study being done using crows and when they were released in the wild they attacked all the scientists. Surely I'm misquoting this, even as I type it I call BS. But I seem to remember reading that somewhere.

Yeah, there is probably a nest up there with an egg in it. He probably figured that you were planning to make an omelette from it. I have had birds fly by and give me warnings to stay away. They were so close I could feel the air pressure change from their wings, but they never touched me.

Ospreys are endangered birds so it's probably good you didn't find that rock.

That's interesting, and I did consider that it might be a sign of some sort. Right before it happened I was really feeling sorry for myself. I was having one of these pitiful woe is me moments. And then....wham! It did sort of feel like the universe was trying to snap me out of it. And I've been slacking with my writing these last few days, so maybe I do need to heed that creative call and get back in the saddle.

On the other hand, my sister was telling me that when she went to get a very small tattoo removed recently, there was a sign at the tattoo place that suggested people use umbrellas when they arrive because of recent bird attacks. Which is very bizarre. I think Nat is correct about the 5g and electrical pollution etc. Maybe the birds are agitated and confused. Not sure.

I'll assume it's a sign from the universe for now. Unless it happens again!:) Then I'll be forced to assume some black magician is messing with me lol.

A Few Animal Connections:




When I was seventeen, a bird pooped on my head. Little did I know one year later I’d hitch-hike across the state line with only a brown paper bag filled with clothes and a couple of books to begin a new life. My first job was right there at that card shop where the bird christened me.



I was out for a walk at a ranch in Nicasio, California. There were about ten California Condors feeding on a carcass. I watched until one looked up. I spread out my arms in slow motion and sent from the heart center. He did the same back. Twice we communicated in a powerful silence.



The landlady’s horse was grazing at the other end of the field. I sent him a stream of heart-hellos. Without skipping a beat, he ran full speed towards me, shook his head and whinnied.

I think there's just something inherently graceful and kind about Joe that the bird sensed, and it behaved accordingly.

Oh yeah absolutely. I think the memes are hilarious. The only reason I blocked them was because I was at work and my phone was blasting off left n right. The way these guys are, they wouldn't care if I was in a meeting with the president. They'd keep sending them.

I believe Google Adwords killed the web. Google Adwords incentivized sites to peddle SEO optimized garbage. Sites who aren't are forced to optimize for email capture so they can market directly to you. Search results now show "news", ads, and SEO spam instead of surfacing information.

You ought to be able to search something on Google and get an answer to your question without signing up for some newsletter. This is why I created 12ft.io.
How does it work?

I was at the doctors office today and I made a joke about getting older and injuries are popping up whereas when I was younger injuries weren't as much a problem. But I'm not complaining.

I think I'm still too young to talk about 'back in the day' but I am noticing the changes of my body as I age. I gotta admit though, life is so much better than ever. I think I'm at the happiest point I've ever been in my whole life. Content is the better word but you get the idea.

It's been a lot of work to get to where I am. I don't know if I would be here without my physical disabilities which is an odd thought. Those problems forced me to evaluate life and what I want out of it: I can't live it like I was told I would. I wont go get an education, I'll never be an astronaut and I wont be an NFL star. ****, I can't get a job without vocational rehabilitation.

The mental stress is compounded by the fact that I look good and if you see me out and about it's because I'm not stuck inside due to epilepsy or cluster headaches. People think I'm faking it, or grossly exaggerating. It's like a crazy-making amplifier. There's 3 different occasions I almost fought over 'friends' saying I'm exaggerating symptoms. I wanted to at the time but tails started tucking when 'Tyler' showed himself.

Anyway, I think these things forced me to meditate and just follow a path of general wellness. To be honest, I struggle on that path because the life of debauchery is a few blocks away and I can hear the Siren's call constantly. But I've wrecked my ship so many times I'm better at avoiding her drama.

Today as I left the office I tried taking a u-turn in a spot I wasn't supposed to. This (rightfully so) pissed someone off that was waiting for lanes to clear so they could take a left. Long story short they pulled a really ****ty move where they cut me off in a nasty way and could have caused a wreck. Strat of 10 years ago would have been livid, pull up to the side of the person, cuss them out and show the finger all the while fantasizing about slamming their head in my trucks door.

Strat of today thought nothing of it. I could feel a tingle in the mind of annoyance but I just threw the thought out my mind before it had a chance to fester. Not only that, it's as if God has granted me the gift of appreciating not being a psychopath. Later in the day I was eating dinner and thinking how nice it was to be in an air conditioned house, eating chicken and rice and the day went swimmingly. Had I not have acted the way I did then my truck would be dented and that would haunt me for some time.

So I think I'm on top of my game right now. I am jedi. I look forward to another sunrise.

I heard snap-crackle-pops on my walk today. On my return there was another series of snap-crackle-pops. I was about to pass by when I saw a rotting tree smash into another rotting tree. I high-tailed it out of the way while the high winds spread the wood dust and pollen through the woods. At the same time a car took heed when I signaled to stop. Down came the rest of the rotting branches and covered our side of the country road.

To top off the walk, a chipmunk scurried across and hid inside a rotted out branch on the side of the road. He'd poke his head out and run back in, while we chattered back and forth. Alas, Little Chipmunk had a longer attention span than me. I bid him good-bye and went on my way.

There is so much negativity in the world today! Just thought I would share a positive thing that happened to us today! A group of young children deposited 6 cookies at our door! All perfectly sealed. It said "Kids Kindness' Day - May 29." Then says "Enjoy the delicious cookies and perform a random act of kindness today" Yes, they were delicious! Keep in mind that a lot of my favorite novelists are women but that being said, I love all of Louise Erdrich's book including her newest, The Sentence.
The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt.
I read Cloud Atlas some years ago, but it still is a favorite.
Anything by T.C. Boyle, Michael Chabon, or Margaret Atwood (though the last may be too feminist for most men to get into).
I loved both series A Discovery of Witches, and Outlander.
Nick Hornby whose books also were adapted for some great movies like "About a Boy" and "High Fidelity". Re Michael Chabon, I've loved all his books save one, which is largely autobiographical, "Moonglow".

Reading was such therapy for me as a child. We lived in the country and there were no kids for me to play with. My mother belonged to the Doubleday Book Club, and I read Gone With The Wind when it first came out. It's one of the gifts she gave me. It’s a simple process of imagining that you’re breathing in and out through your heart, as if your heart were your lungs.

Close your eyes and imagine that you are just dropping into the heart, and dropping into your breath

Let the breath breathe you. No pushing. No forcing. You should find that gradually your breath slows and deepens.

And if you can just take a momentary pause at the end, particularly if you exhale, you find you might drop further into the breath.

And again, after another minute or so, can you pause a little longer for a few seconds after that exhale. And you should just feel yourself dropping into peace. Dropping into bliss.

And particularly if you can feel any sense of just surrender or love. Could be love of anything: love of nature, love of a particular tree, a pet, a child, a partner, a state of being.

It will really help you to become more, more coherent. Because what you're doing with this breath is you're making your heart field much more coherent. That means that all of your body systems become more coherent and therefore much healthier.

It increases the coherence between the heart and the brain because the heart sends more information to the brain than the brain does to the heart. And that actually improves your memory as researched by the Heart Math Institute. Improves your memory and your cognitive function. So this is win-win-win. It is a beautiful exercise to do.

And then if once you're used to this, and you know do this for a few days, whatever and then another element you can add into this is to imagine that you're breathing in brilliant sparkly white light. You’re breathing in light because this is what we create with and just imagine that you're dropping in, dropping deeper and deeper into that bliss that love, that gratitude, that light.

This will do amazing things for you in terms of health and just the way you move around the world because we're broadcasting that frequency now to the world.

It raises your consciousness. It expands your heart field and that's what you're broadcasting out to other people.

And if you can do this just a few times in the day two or three times in the day, this will gradually become your default practice. Your default state of being.

I wrote an article recently on medium about the latest Jordan Peterson controversy, and some kid commented today by calling me a "4chan edgelord".

I assumed the kid was accusing me of being a far-right rabble rouser or something so I responded pretty quickly and aggressively. And then I forgot about it.

Then the kid responded later by claiming it was actually a compliment. I didn't believe him, but in that moment it did occur to me tbh that I don't really know what 4chan is and I don't really know what an "edgelord" is either

So I looked it up, being the extraordinarily unhip guy that I am. 4chan is pretty much what I assumed it was, or at least what it's reputation was what I assumed it was - a haven for rabble rousing white guys with far right leanings. And an "edgelord " is basically a provocateur who is trying to get attention for attention's sake only.

So it appears I was correct in my initial reaction. But some part of me is wondering: is there a world in which that truly is a compliment in some way? It might be important to know before I respond to the guy again. What say you Avalon? I'm so far removed from popular culture that I really don't know lol

For context, the kid's original comment was "aw sh!t, a 4chan edgelord has discovered medium."

And after looking at his profile page and noticing he has only written one article in 5 years, I wrote, "aw sh!t, some bum with one article has discovered his keyboard."

And he replied, "why you mad bro? It was a compliment?"

@Mike in the above post. It crossed my mind that perhaps the young guy you are responding to is just tired of hearing all the leftist stuff lately and is glad to hear a response by someone he presumes is what he thinks you might stand for and be quite genuine.



Maybe you could reply by letting him know who you really are, someone that looks at a situation outside a label of left or right and just your personal perception of what you are seeing around you. Then see how he responds, he may learn something about you that causes him to pause and take note.

What is 4chan?





4chan is an imageboard website that is mostly used by young males. Official demographics state that the most popular age group are those between 18 and 25. However, there are multiple personal accounts online of teens who use 4chan.

It was originally created as an answer to Japan’s 2chan and used to discuss anime. However, it now has boards ranging from video gaming to adult content that is easily accessible by all visitors to the site. 4chan is also a source for many internet memes as well as political movements and hacktivism. As a result, it has been at the centre of many controversies in the media.

I got a bald spot on the back of my head. It is perfectly round about the size of a silver dollar. Otherwise I have a full head of hair. Don't know exactly when it happened but I noticed it about six months ago. I wear a hat now, and I hate hats, to hide the bald spot. If I leave without my hat, which is often since I hate hats, I will go back and get it no matter how far I got before I realized. At work, when I take off my hard hat, which is very rare, my co-workers often exclaim how thick my short hair is while showing me their balding heads under those helmets we all wear. Sometimes a co-worker goes unrecognized if they walk by without their noggin protectors...

So I know the feeling, Mike. There have been a few times when I had just got too far from home without my hat to go back and felt like the day dragged by while being exposed so unflatteringly.

(Then a buddy at work suggested I grow my hair out, and lo, the bald spot is almost completely covered now!)

Hey Ernie, that sounds like alopeica maybe, or some kind of autoimmune thing. I see people like that occasionally, with otherwise full heads of hair, that have small dime or quarter sized bald patches here n there.

Sounds like you solved it by growing it out. You've got great hair man, so I wouldn't worry too much about the grey.

My hair sucks. It used to be great. It was so thick and wavy that the barber would actually have to thin it out before even beginning the process of cutting it. The good old days!

When I see people my age and older that still have all or most of their hair, I always think it's sort of a shame when they keep it short. They don't realize how lucky they are maybe. I've got a friend like that, has something resembling a buzz cut, and I just wonder...why?? I've known him since forever, and the kid hasn't lost a single hair. I have a weird sense of smell. While making dinner I opened a container of chicken broth and it smelled god awful. Like sour, rancid, vinegar. It was horrible so I didn't put it in the food. I opened a new container to confirm that broth isn't supposed to stink like that and sure enough it didn't have any particular smell. I kept the other container and had 2 people smell it and they looked at me like I'm crazy for saying it stinks so bad. But I mean it was truly awful, it made the entire kitchen smell but when others stuck their nose right up to it they couldn't smell anything. Weird.

I have a weird sense of smell. While making dinner I opened a container of chicken broth and it smelled god awful. Like sour, rancid, vinegar. It was horrible so I didn't put it in the food. I opened a new container to confirm that broth isn't supposed to stink like that and sure enough it didn't have any particular smell. I kept the other container and had 2 people smell it and they looked at me like I'm crazy for saying it stinks so bad. I watched the vid (despite qualms about the platform; will go delete their cookies soon), and was much heartened to hear his clear and true description of how attention and intent work. Really, really nice.

I have practiced sending love, and sometimes power, for a while now. Even longer than that, turning away from the opposite of love. Just thought of a tune (like tuning an engine or an algorithm) to ‘sending love’: intending that the person or subject themselves do/activate love. The idea feels like I connect better..... It is the answer, there is no fight to win, no one to defeat, humanity has already won.

At the gathering, attendees greeted each other with “Welcome Home.” Social media battles over their presence were no worry; there was no cell service. Handwritten signs exhorted people to pack out trash, camp at least 100 feet from streams and stay out of ponds to protect endangered boreal toads. Campers showed off water filtration systems, temporary bridges and slit latrines, covered in lime and soil and serviced by Rainbows who — in the lingo unique to the community — “plugged in” to that camp job, or “focalized” on it.

A longtime Rainbow and unofficial guide who goes by Circus Maximus said he plugged into fire watch at the 1998 gathering in Arizona and was back, after living abroad, for his first in 10 years. He wanders the camp, reminding people that personal fires are discouraged, and that a shovel and bucket of water must be near all communal fires. (The Forest Service said conditions this year did not warrant a fire ban in the area.)

“When it comes to that sort of stuff, it’s not a police force,” said Maximus, wearing a black cowboy hat and carrying a Pulaski fire tool. “It’s a please force.”

The gathering is organized around large camps and communal kitchens that serve coffee, tea and food. No money is exchanged. At a trading post, kids and adults bartered for jewelry, stones, glass pipes and Snickers. A painted rainbow was being erected over the “Granola Funk” stage in the meadow, where a musical, a gong show and other performances would take place. At the Christian-themed Jesus Kitchen, one attendee said the nondenominational gatherings had made him a believer.

“I’d never seen Christians do it the way these guys do it,” said Gavin Boyd, 25, a carpenter from Fort Collins, Colo. It was, he said, less orthodoxy and more spirituality.

Below him was stirringly gorgeous meadow, cut by a flowing creek and new paths trod by campers. At the start of the trail, a sea of vehicles were parked atop a field quilted in Mules Ears, which resemble mini-sunflowers. Mountain bluebirds occasionally flew by. What couldn’t be seen were the recently-born elk calves that might be disturbed by the commotion, said Larry Desjardin, board president of Keep Routt Wild, a conservation group.

Desjardin circulated a petition last month urging the Forest Service to halt the gathering, calling it a serious risk to wildlife, soil, water and trees. But Desjardin said he also saw something more disturbing than a threat to nature, comparing the event to far-right extremists’ occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in 2016.

“Everyone is a public land owner. That’s something we should all be proud about,” he said. “But there’s a lot of entitlement with people saying, ‘I should get access anywhere and anytime I want.’”

The Forest Service, in a nod to the concerns, closed off a large section of the forest south of the gathering.

Maximus, the longtime Rainbow, said similar objections surround every gathering.

“Oh, I’ve got a really important reason why you shouldn’t do it here. Not in my backyard!” he said, describing the complaints. “Our goal is to do everything we can to lessen the impact and stay here and replant and restore things.”

Nearby, Rainbows sang a Simon and Garfunkel song around a fire, and culture clashes seemed far away.

But they had been front and center that morning, down the road from the parking area. There, a magistrate judge from Denver presided over a makeshift federal courtroom in a dirt lot. The defendants were about 100 people who had been ticketed for misdemeanors — a tactic Rainbows liken to harassment.

“Have you ever been in a more beautiful courtroom?” judge Michael E. Hegarty, flanked by security officers, said to a group on the other side of yellow police tape. He wore a black robe; many of the defendants were barefoot.

Several there said they’d been pulled over for minor reasons — an air freshener hanging from the rearview mirror, a bike rack blocking the license plate — then cited for possession of marijuana, something they figured was allowed in Colorado, where recreational use is legal. It’s not legal, to their dismay, on federal land.

Shortly before, a gathering participant who said he was an attorney told the group that it was a “kangaroo court,” and that federal law enforcement used the event as “training” because “we are docile.”
“They’re just trying to do their job,” Hegarty said of law enforcement. “You guys are trying to enjoy nature and fellowship with one another. And that’s all good. And sometimes those things collide.”

Julie Bray and Shanda Johnson spent two days at the gathering, before its official start. It was the Texans’ first time, and they described themselves as unprepared for the nighttime cold — and for the laws. When a federal cop pulled them over and asked if they had cannabis, Johnson said, they confidently said, “Yes, it’s Colorado, yes!”

Now they were at the court, and they planned to leave after their proceedings. Still, the gathering lived up to their expectations, they said.

“I read an article, and it said there was a group of people from different walks of life — hippies and bikers and Jesus freaks, and I just thought, 'Oh my God, that’s where I want to go!” said Johnson, 37, a massage therapist in Abilene. “But I’m done.”

Several years back, I ”saw” part of a man’s skull had AI metal tech. Then when he got out of the car he put around his ear a wireless contraption. I watched for others with similar AI scull patterns. Some had cell phones and some didn’t but I’d wager they were frequent users.

It was around the same time that I’d ”see” energetic entities hitchin-a-ride. They were different shapes and sizes. For example, tentacles wrapped around a heart. Or an entity taking up real estate space in the lower back. Or rooting itself in an organ or muscle.

Some felt like an energy while others over time manifested into an energetic being. It was easy enough to pull them off/out much like an octopus with suction cups. It wasn’t long before I realized that an energetic began to manifest if the person didn’t keep up with the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual cleaning for themselves.

I no longer put focus on it so I don’t see what drains the life force. On occasion, I’ll catch darkness in an auric field or within a body.

Fill up in the early morning:

Fill up only when the ground temperature is cold. All service stations have their tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground the denser the gasoline. And when it gets warmer, gasoline expands, so in the afternoon or evening your gasoline is not exactly a gallon.

Fill up slowly:

When your filling up don’t squeeze or trigger the nozzle too fast mode. The trigger has three stages, low, medium and high. You should fill up on low mode, thereby minimizing the vapors you’re creating while pumping which causes less bang for your buck.

Fill half tank:

Don’t let the tank run dry. The more gas in your tank the less air occupies the empty space. Gasoline evaporates faster than you can imagine.

Fill before or after fuel deliveries:

If there’s a gasoline truck pumping into the storage tanks, do not fill up. Most likely the gasoline is being stirred up as the gas is being delivered. You might pick up dirt that normally settles to the bottom.

I don't know if it's clever or not but I do tend to keep my tank filled, I try to stay above half a tank. My thinking is that sediment sits at the bottom of the tank so if you're constantly driving on a tank with little gas then it will clog the filter more quickly than if it were full.

I've considered this myself, though from an overall health standpoint rather than potential anti cancer benefits. I haven't actually researched it, just thought of it. I have a very close (Muslim) friend who lives in Egypt and I was surprised to hear that they fast on occasions other than Ramadan. I'll ask her about it.

I'm sure it varies per person but her diet isn't the best. She eats lots of carbs (koshary, french fries, bread, etc) and lots of sugars because after fasting she makes lots of baked goods.

I've been somewhat working towards OMAD. I'm intermittent fasting on a 18/6 schedule. I feel great!

A few eating tips: I wash grapes and store them in mason jars in the freezer. It makes for a nice frozen treat and it's cost effective. The same for apple cider. I freeze it in small portions. I add distilled water because now it’s too sweet for my taste. Oranges are another fruit I keep on hand.

Small changes over time nets lasting results. It takes time for the body to adjust to a new way. Many uncomfortable symptoms are part of the detox phase. Detox is an important part of the process. If you go right into a fast all that toxic material comes out of the stored fat around internal organs, under the skin and visceral fat such as gut and butt. It can be a shock on the body systems.

The first couple of times that I did a 13 day fast, I experienced full body pain, but I knew the end was near when I only felt it in back of my thighs. It was bad enough that I couldn’t sleep. So rather than break the fast, I dissolved an Advil in some water and I’d take a teaspoon of it. IIRC I only needed three applications over a 12 hours. It was enough to help me get through those first 3-4 days.

Education helped me keep going. I researched on-line and purchased books. I still read some of them to help reinforce my goal. I understand more each time I re-read the material because I’ve lived it.

The two most important things for me are: 1) I define how I want to walk the journey 2) be flexible. For example, I eat whatever when I’m with friends and family. Since April, 2021, I’m experimenting with the breatharian lifestyle. The most extreme breatharians require no food or liquids. As mentioned elsewhere, I’ve custom fit a way that works for me. I’ll know if/when it’s time to change things up.

I'm so blessed having a friendship with Constance. She sent a video I've watched 3 time now that I would love to share with everyone. The video connects many dots for me and has given me REAL hope for the future.

I have been working on my ego for a couple months as I'm able to notice more and more when it rears its ugly head. This video has helped me quite a bit in that area.

Thanks Mike, the video is helpful. I’ve cut out 95% of the negative news. Too, I’ve factored in that it’s week three of road construction with machines that are non-stop beeping, backed up traffic with the occasional frustrated honker. And depending on which machine, the ground vibrates.

There’s also work happening on the property. The roofing crew are professional and friendly, but I’m on the second floor so there’s no getting away from the banging and the disruption. It’s been so hot that the roofers took several days off and other days they’ve shortened their hours. There was a three day stretch of extreme heat and humidity. Then two days in the high 80’s/30C and then back to an eight day stretch of 95+F/35C and soupy condition which finally broke yesterday. I don’t have air conditioning., so lots of cool down showers and big a$$ fans.

My life is solid in comparison to many. The last couple of days, I caught myself not wanting to be here and twice contemplated how to exit. That voice is not mine which is why I wondered if there’s tech being used on us.

I’ve walked through fire more times than I care to count. I’ve proven to myself that I’ve got moxie and a fighting spirit. Seems that it’s taking longer than usual to catch a second wind.

I missed most of the broadcast and plan to listen to it when the back-up is added tomorrow. What I did catch is where Kim reported on how things are changing and clearing up. She also mentioned how some of us may be tired. I can relate. If I don’t want to nap, I end up falling asleep right where I am.

Over the course of two nights and an afternoon nap, the same dream played out as if I were writing out chapters. I woke in the middle of the first night to use the bathroom and noticed that I was still creating the dream sequence. I fell back to sleep to continued in it.

Also this week, family members and friends that’ve passed were in some of my dreams. And out of the blue, people I’m no longer in contact with pop up in my mind, while others I sense drop by my place. I chitchat for a few seconds, thank them for the visit and they’re gone as fast as they came in.

And the most welcomed happening a few days ago was after a nap when I sat outside on the deck. I had a sense that something was different when I looked up at the sky. I could’t put it into words how it was different. It was brighter but the brightness reflected more of a knowing that something either changed or IS changing.

The timing was important because I’ve been feeling discombobulated. I’ll wake confused about where I am and wonder if here is a secondary address rather than my main residence.

there has several times been a freshness in the air that I have not noticed before, and I live in a busy suburb near a very busy 6 lane street. These days my attention span is on par with a gnat. So when I catch waves of what’s coming and as you’ve stated ”beauty and tranquility”, I’m RE-charged.

Same also with the wind. It’s been the saving grace through the heat and humidity. It’s one of the reasons why I don’t use an air conditioner. I blast fans all night and close the thermal curtains during the day and run air purifiers in every room.

This afternoon, I reviewed the section on “Breath of Life,” from Man’s Higher Consciousness, by Hilton Hotema. It was on the condition of aging. It’s caused by: 1) bad air 2) bad water 3) bad food. People concentrate on food and water but not enough thought goes into the quality air and deep breathing.

The Man Who Planted Trees (French title L'homme qui plantait des arbres), also known as The Story of Elzéard Bouffier, The Most Extraordinary Character I Ever Met, and The Man Who Planted Hope and Reaped Happiness, is an allegorical tale by French author Jean Giono, published in 1953.

It tells the story of one shepherd's long and successful singlehanded effort to re-forest a desolate valley in the foothills of the Alps near Provence throughout the first half of the 20th century. The tale is quite short—only about 4000 words long.

The tale is narrated by a man who remains anonymous throughout (although it has been suggested the narrator may perhaps be the author Jean Giono, there is no evidence for this). The story begins in the year 1910, when this young man is undertaking a lone hiking trip through Provence, France, and into the Alps, enjoying the relatively unspoiled wilderness.

The narrator runs out of water in a treeless, desolate valley where only wild lavender grows and there is no trace of civilization except old, empty crumbling buildings. The narrator finds only a dried up well, but is saved by a middle-aged shepherd who takes him to a spring he knows of.

Curious about this man and why he has chosen such a lonely life, the narrator stays with him for a time. The shepherd, after being widowed, has decided to restore the ruined landscape of the isolated and largely abandoned valley by single-handedly cultivating a forest, tree by tree. The shepherd, Elzéard Bouffier, makes holes in the ground with his curling pole and drops into the holes acorns that he has collected from many miles away.

The narrator leaves the shepherd and returns home, and later fights in the First World War. In 1920, shell-shocked and depressed after the war, the man returns. He is surprised to see young saplings of all forms taking root in the valley, and new streams running through it where the shepherd has made dams higher up in the mountain. The narrator makes a full recovery in the peace and beauty of the regrowing valley, and continues to visit Bouffier every year. Bouffier is no longer a shepherd, because he is worried about the sheep affecting his young trees, and has become a bee keeper instead.

Over four decades, Bouffier continues to plant trees, and the valley is turned into a kind of Garden of Eden. By the end of the story, the valley is vibrant with life and is peacefully settled. The valley receives official protection after the First World War. (the authorities mistakenly believe that the rapid growth of this forest is a bizarre natural phenomenon, as they are unaware of Bouffier's selfless deeds), and more than 10,000 people move there, all of them unknowingly owing their happiness to Bouffier. The narrator tells one of his friends in the government the truth about the natural forest, and the friend also helps protect the forest.

The narrator visits the now very old Bouffier one last time in 1945. In a hospice in Banon, in 1947, the man who planted trees peacefully passes away.

The problem is that they’re using technologies that do cause physical disturbances in our energy fields when they fire them up. They have been disappearing one by one. What I did not mention, is that before I was injured in such an intractable manner that would sidetrack my normal day and my mind's stated purpose for that day.

I was in a mental trance, purposefully, using my healing powers to send energy to my wife. I was going to heal her. I kept my mind on her all morning. Every few seconds I would summon higher powers to do my bidding. I kept it up for almost four hours.

I am convinced the accident was to sidetrack my healing.

When I got home my wife was feeling much better - she even went out to the store, which she rarely feels good enough to do these days.

Had I been able to continue my day, I might have been able to get her over the hump of her illness. As it was, I managed to give her a good day among many horrible ones.

How can I wake up my friends and family? I'm going to answer this question that I get all the time. And it's an answer that sometimes people don't like to hear but I'm going to explain why I think it's true.

In evolutionary astrology way back in the 90s when a guy named Jeffrey Wolf Green founded this type of astrology which is a type of astrology that I practice. He stated that 70 percent of the population lives in a consensus state which is basically a herd mentality. These are the literal NPCs (non-player characters) of the world. They don't form independent thought. When they want to know what their opinions are on certain topics they just look to the external world.

These kinds of people will tend to get the most offended when you present them with certain views that go outside of their paradigm because their beliefs actually represent unconscious security needs. They unconsciously gain security in trusting the mainstream media, celebrities, the experts, the government.

They basically can't really think for themselves. So they seek security and outsourcing their opinions to the outer world. and moving from this consensus herd mentality to the next stage which is an individuated state is actually often a traumatic process because instead of trusting the external world like you always have the government, the authorities, you actually have to learn how to trust self as an inner guidance system instead.

And in order to do that you actually have to decondition and undo a lot of what you thought was true about yourself and the world in the process. So this is a really alienating and lonely process by design. Because in order to discover who you are, you actually have to separate from the herd to begin with.

And the thing is you can't actually force people out of this state. It has to come from an inner calling so it has to come from them realizing that there is something different inside of them that can't be explained by the expert, science, celebrities, and government. And in my view it really takes a certain ripeness of the soul to even want to go down that path because it's not easy. Most people will actually refuse the call of their individuation again and again and again because their unconscious security needs to stay in the unknown the known rather of the consensus is so strong.

So you don't want to like hate them for that it's actually a necessary stage in their own soul's development and this is why trying to wake up family, friends and others in general is almost always a failed project. And really how I feel about it the best thing you can do in these times is focus on your own soul evolution. Find something unique about you that you can bring back to the world.

And the reason why I'm saying that is because it is the most highly individuated and spiritualized people who actually create the next consensus. So you want to know how much liquid light you can hold? How much hum can you handle? How much vibration can you take? How much sound? Can you be a whisper? Can you fade into a whisper?

Because how much hum you can handle, and in this moment it’s going to be a pretty good gauge of how much liquid light you can take on. And if you feel like you need to take on more than you can, then you need more capacity. And that doesn’t mean that you need to build yourself up bigger. What that means that you need to drop more stuff off. This is not about being bigger. It’s about being emptier.

I watched the vid three, four five times. The best female world climber at one point climbed upside down. Wow-wow! The students with dexterity and speed using the calculator and the young lady counting money. The man saved his friend from an alligator by jumping in to scare it away. The football toss contest where the student nurse won $100,000 towards her tuition. The long jumper who jumped 16’/4.9m looked like he running on air.

Tonight I have been feeling so very sad because I identify as part of the collective where many truthers are trying to stop the Jab. The other theme is finding treatment for the injured played against those who think the possibility of recovery is nil. Ok so as soon as I hit send the damn thing flew by me! to the balcony window. I opened it and I am now hoping it is really really gone!!! lol
So weird when it was in the bathroom it did not fly past me to go out the door. I would have heard it - as I did this time.
Usually flies are not playing hide and seek either but buzzing all around trying to find a food or a way out. I have heard that the veil between worlds is thinning - I was also playing with the idea of it passing through to another layer in time & space.

I’ve already spent more at the gas pump than I did for the whole of 2021. When I compare the first eight months of 2021 vs 2022, it’s up by 41%.

When I compare the electric/heating bill from January to September of 2021 vs 2022, it’s only up 2.7%. No doubt, it’ll change once I turn on the thermostat this fall.

My grocery bill is down by 60% due to lifestyle changes, though the food I purchase has increased.

I got stung by a bumblebee years ago. I went to step and felt the sting through the sock. I didn’t squish him because my instincts took over. (Tai Chi)

It was hard to tell if he was going to make it. I didn’t want him to suffer. I thought if I put him in the freezer for a tiny bit it’d slow his metabolism enough to numb the pain and help with recuperation.

I wanted to add this because it's an issue. IMO any mug or sports bottle you can't get your hand into to clean is a problem. The digestive enzymes in your saliva will get in it and multiply giving off odorous gases. For some reason I stopped seeing sports bottle in store with the glass like inner coating. Glass is idea for mugs/bottles because it doesn't leach plastic or metal. Coffee thermoses wouldn't be a problem as long as you don't drink directly from it.

A good cleaning source is a combination of vinegar, baking soda and a little water.

New Honda commercial in the UK. Very important that you understand: There are no computer graphics or digital tricks in the film. Everything you see really happened in real time exactly as you see it.

The film took 606 takes. On the first 605 takes, something, usually very minor, didn’t work. They would then have to set the whole thing up again.

The crew spent weeks shooting night and day. The film cost six million dollars and took three months to complete including a full engineering of the sequence.
