Here and Now...What's Happening?

False data keeps appearing in my medical history. For example yesterday, following a follow up appointment for my recent bypass graft surgery, I noticed the progress notes include "hx of colon cancer," which I certainly have not had. If I had, there would also be history of a treatment plan, other appointments, medications, and so on. There is not. Further, my family, friends, and co-workers would have already heard about it. They haven't, because there is no such history. On top of that, there would be physical evidence of such in my colon NOW, and there isn't.

I have noticed that myself. It used to be a rarity, now it seems to be the norm. I have batteries that are supposed to have a 10 year shelf life leaking before they were ever used. I also noticed it in 2 products that I purchased recently. One was a coffee pot. The last one I had well over 10 years and the one I bought lasted for about 2 months and broke, same with a weed wacker. It was broken with probably less than an hour use. The last one I had that I had used heavily for many years. I suspect this is part of the multipronged approach to destablize. I guarantee you, if I have anything break I will do everything I can to fix the old one, but it is anyone's guess what you are going to get.

We received about 20 inches of snow this week. So……….

8:00 am: I made a snowman.

8:10 - A feminist passed by and asked me why I didn't make a snow woman.

Last 4 days have been absolutely brutal.

Surely I had the flu. Hot/cold fluctuations, sweating/shivering, fever, body aches. Ugh..awful. Even my eyeballs hurt!

The flu symptoms have mostly gone now, but lucky for me it's all been replaced by strep throat. And I'll tell ya, I'd take the flu over strep throat any day of the week. Forget swallowing, it's hard to talk even with this strep nonsense. It's murder.

I've thrown the kitchen sink at it. Used so much elderberry my teeth turned purple. Garlic too. Oregano. Didn't make a dent.

Finally I discovered a pretty easy and cheap way to get a prescription written for omoxicillin online. Picked it up this morning from Walgreens, and already feel better after just one dose.

There's a lesson in there for sure. Sometimes the drug is the appropriate choice.

Massive quantities of Vitamin C works wonders for strep.
I got it often for years growing up before I knew C would do the trick, but the last time I got it was during my 3&1/2 months of hospitalization following my hit-and-run drunk driver NDE.
To say I was already in bad shape is an understatement.
And I was in a panic besides because the team of doctors who were checking up on me every few days and had diagnosed me with strep verging on tonsilitis, had also confiscated all my vitamins, loyal Big Pharma shills that they were, and they gave me a supply of antibiotics instead.
But I had a friend bring me an emergency supply of Vit. C and felt much better almost immediately.
Fortunately, my nurse attendant turned a blind eye when she saw me pretending to take the antibiotics, and I was hiding the bottle of Vit. C under my pillow so no one was the wiser until the second day after my diagnosis, when the doctors came back and examined my throat.
They were visibly amazed to see it looked fine; still the one in charge said, "See, we told you the antibiotics would work", at which point I gave them back the full bottle of antibiotics and with a big smile, showed them the empty bottle of Vitamin C.
They didn't utter another word, but stalked off in a state of high dudgeon and their consequent visits with me were very brief and nearly wordless.
It was one of the more satisfying and memorable moments in my life...:nod:
I hope you try it next time, though hopefully there won't be a next time....(prevention works!)

Hey Nat, a close friend said the same thing to me yesterday. She had success with obscene amounts of vitamin C. And I don't doubt it. I'll keep that in mind if there is a next time.

Thing is I'd lost my will for any more experimentation. I'd suffered enough. I knew the amoxicillon would work, so I went with it. I can't afford to miss any work, so I had to go with the tried n true. I mentioned it here because if you're anything like me you're almost prepared to go to your grave before you take a drug of any kind. Relaxing that self imposed restriction was a eureka moment for me in a way. My self care will always be 98% herbal and nutritional, but I've softened my dogma there a little

Last 4 days have been absolutely brutal.

Surely I had the flu. Hot/cold fluctuations, sweating/shivering, fever, body aches. Ugh..awful. Even my eyeballs hurt!

The flu symptoms have mostly gone now, but lucky for me it's all been replaced by strep throat. And I'll tell ya, I'd take the flu over strep throat any day of the week. Forget swallowing, it's hard to talk even with this strep nonsense. It's murder.

I've thrown the kitchen sink at it. Used so much elderberry my teeth turned purple. Garlic too. Oregano. Didn't make a dent.

Finally I discovered a pretty easy and cheap way to get a prescription written for omoxicillin online. Picked it up this morning from Walgreens, and already feel better after just one dose.

There's a lesson in there for sure. Sometimes the drug is the appropriate choice.

My dog Megan became very ill and I had to make the excruciating decision to release her. Since then, it has been energetically very hard. I have had every kind of emotion of sorrow and loss. All the external things showing the depth of pain people may feel have flooded over with deep deep LOSS. I couldn't bear this state.

Truly I have a space that surrounds me and reaches from the Earth Consciousness to the Unknown God. I call it my Spirit rope but I imagine it like a tube that is not touched by the astral. I sincerely experience miracles of healing in this space. What I must do is talk to God and give God the inky gunk that is my field. Then my experience changes.

The reason I am bringing it up is a revelation. This imagining is a sacred technology of imagination for us FROM us.

I use my vivid imagination and create inner visions. One kind is a imaginary machine. it is a box with dials, buttons and a vacumn hose. The machine has evolved over time. I suck up energy with this device form my field. It WORKS.

My heart has been in agony. I used the suction there in my heart space. THEN I had the revelation. My heart has stacks and stacks and piles of "stuff". I could SEE the space was almost FILLED. It occurred to me that because the heart and the mind connect, this stuff is all that I have accumulated of mind stuff that I did not let go of. The heart seemed choked because my loss of Megan had no room.

I already know there is a flame in my heart. It is always connected to Source. I imagined a bulldozer and started pushing Everything (UNEXAMINED) into the fire. This went on for a long contemplation. Then finally everything was clear and guess what, my heart is like a hypogeum, it is a resonant empty space where I can bring EVERYTHING I feel to the fire. Here I talk to God And God speaks back. The still small voice is not a wordy one. If the space of the heart is kept clear, it is like a chamber that magnifies the voice. Now I can hear so much better.

This is as real as anything could be and I have healed tremendously already plus I am feeling I was gifted this opportunity to break through my heart JUNK which has been obfuscating truth and God's comforting Presence.

I don't believe any story about what is happening in the world of the Spin but I still see it. What I FEEL: the horror of a world that does not FEEL the Presence. SO< my imagination tonight. My space of Divine intervention stretches all the way around my realm which appears as a glowing Gaia and all the God sparks here. Yes, we each have our version of the realm of this place. We have free will to choose for OUR world. I choose that all beings have cleared the heart and have the resonant chamber open and chiming. we can work with this common heart space to let God in HERE.

I cry a bit whenever I remember that Megan is not here. BUT, I immediately give it to the flame. I nurture this flame and feed it with all that I want to give to God to transmute and whatever can happen. The Spirit of God is called a Lord but it does not mean any hierarchy. I know we are each God sparks burning here. I am really glad to know how to amplify the Holy Spirit flame's power within my core. This connection to God is bypassing all middle men and ideas.

It heals everything holy spirit touches. More than anything, I see all of us FREE and Happy as soul sparks are meant to be. Life is challenging. It has loss but God is here waiting to be let in.

And Delights post, I am always so close to my animal beings, and the loss we at first feel with this change when they transition is indeed too deep to describe. Even knowing our beloved animals still are with us in their higher energetic form it takes time,:heart:Dearest Megan. I ,not too long ago, lost one of my donkeys to old age, and her name was Meg with a beautiful "Mother energy". It is wonderful that you are finding ways to fill that space with the devine.


Several people I know have had very unexpected losses of loved ones, even children, or homes or friendships. It is good to be aware of these changes, especially so those experiencing them do not feel alone and that others are with them and there are ways to mitigate the heavy heart that can come along with such experiences.

I do remember you posting a video about using the visualisation of magnets pulling what we no longer need from our self and I have used that many times since, with the direct feeling it is removing those things we not longer need or were unaware we still held within our bodies. I can relate to the sense of demoralization you mention. It's been plaguing me for a couple weeks now.

I was trying to write an article for Medium last week, and my brain was just stalling out the whole time. I spent more time staring at the cursor than writing. It was a mighty struggle. Not only was I was totally creatively impotent, but I was forgetting very basic words. And the meanings of words I've been using my whole life were evading me. I was forced to look them up time and again.

I labored thru the piece. It was like trying to swim in tar. I wrote on and off all day long and into the evening, and when I was just about done I accidentally deleted the entire thing.

Now this will sound strange but it actually makes sense within the context of demoralization: I didn't really care.

The whole experience was so unpleasant that it's left me with no desire to write at all. Can't even think about it. Weird stuff.

I spent time with a friend yesterday, and she mentioned that she was suddenly unable to remember the most common words. It turns out I have been having more than my usual inability to come with words, just suddenly in mid sentence I draw a blank. This isn't unheard of for me, but has been much more noticeable just lately. Once I saw how the rinse and repeat cycles play out there was no need to engage in the world of synthetic design (manipulation). More importantly, it was critical to my psyche that I stopped following the horrors of death, destruction and division.

My practice continues to be how to slow down enough to hear the whispers within, and to question what’s beneficial and harmonious vs what’s distorted.

I follow my intuition and still experiment with ‘less is more’ to allow the body to self-heal and slow the aging process.

I’m changing from the inside out. It’s my contribution to life evolving beyond the game of illusion.

Back in February, high school teacher Warren Smith went viral after being asked by a student: "Do you still like [J.K. Rowling's] work, despite her bigoted opinions?"

The conversation that followed was a masterclass in the Socratic method and critical thinking. In it, he asked a series of questions that forced the student to think critically about the assumptions he was making.

I started to become suspicious when decades ago it became sort of mandatory to always use the word “we” instead of “I”.

Individuality is now verboten.

Thank you, Harmony. Below is a hodgepodge of some of my experiences and what I’m doing to assist the changes.

I’m experiencing many of the physical symptoms that others share across the internet. Mind chatter comes and goes. Poor sleep, headaches, and muscle aches for a short time and then all disappear.

I’m also experiencing a quick turn around in the healing process. What would’ve taken a week or two to heal such as a bruise or cut, it’s gone in a day or two (ish). Another is how creative ways present themselves to simplify what I’ve otherwise done for years.

I got whacked hard during the April 23-24th spring the quadruple solar flare+scorpio full moon. I jotted this down in my journal: "chest pains”, erratic heart beat, body aches, vomited and chilled to the bone, and then it ended as fast as it began.

A few ways that help in my day to day are: deep breathing, go with the flow, stay in the moment and sit in silence. Aluminum is not a heavy metal. So heavy metal techniques will not work. They work half assed but because some of the aluminum will actually bind with some of the heavy metals in the body.

The best way to get at aluminum is through the electrically active supplements that you can take. So vitamin C and vitamin E, and to a lesser extent vitamin A. And vitamin A would actually aid the extraction of aluminum in the area of the eyes and so on. But the vitamin E and C or highly electrically active in different ways. So almost all vitamins are left hand molecules. Vitamin E is a right hand molecule.

The best way to do aluminum detox in my opinion is to use vitamin E that's derived from wheat germ oil or use the oil itself. And then you have to do another component of this, which is the you have to take a pectin; apple pectin, modified citrus pectin and it doesn't really matter much. But you need to get some pectin through your gut so that the aluminum that's bound up with the vitamins will end up being excreted. Otherwise it'll just sit in your gut. It'll eventually break down again and the aluminum will recirculate.

So not a good situation because aluminum is not like heavy metal. Once it's deactivated so to speak in terms of ionic potential, whatever it has that has done that, it's bound to it and it'll be treated as inert. If the stuff that it's bound to is not repellent to the body to the point that the body wants to excrete it, it'll just sit there.

So things like lead if you get them bound up with stuff like IP6 or something, the body wants to get rid of them at that stage. It doesn't consider them to be a neutral substance.

The vitamin C that's bound to aluminum or vitamin E bound to aluminum or considered neutral substances, more or less by the body and there's no real active mechanism to get rid of them unless you provide pectin in the gut. If you use modified citrus pectin, it's modified because they take these long, pectin molecules and chunk it all up to an appropriate size that it can actually interact with the blood and the blood plasma and also draw out these materials that way.

Now if you use IP6 to do this, it's a good chelator but be advised it also takes out copper and zinc and iron so you'll have to especially if you're male, but everybody, you'll have to supplement copper and zinc. And there's no real need to supplement iron in our society. And if you do, you can cause yourself issues because too much iron can cause cancer. Hemochromatosis is the name of it. It is a condition. It's not a disease per se. There is a genetic predisposition but again it's not a disease.

There are other things you can do. For instance, if you eat noncommercial bread, made your own bread with flour that didn't contain aluminum, you could eat a lot of bread and flush your gut that way. The pectin is easier in my opinion and more thorough because of the nature of the molecule. So you need to do that periodically. That periodic aspect of it has to be nearly continuous. The periodicity of it should be low cycle.

A little local thing that I witnessed yesterday that I thought maybe I should share. :heart:

I was driving down a busy highway, in a residential district but still a dual carriageway (a 4-lane highway), and suddenly there was a bottleneck in the traffic. I saw there was a new-ish car stopped right there in the fast lane with its flashers on.

I assumed it was a breakdown or an accident, and as I got closer I saw there were 3 large military-age men close to and under the car. At first sight, they could have instantly passed for Venezuelan gang members. :)

But as I slowly drove by, I saw what was happening. They were all scrambling around trying to grab the tiniest kitten that had somehow found its way on to the highway. It was clearly in mortal danger, and was terrified, hiding under their car.

Then as I pulled away, I then saw that one of them had successfully dropped his soft hoodie jacket over the kitten to save it. The three men were triumphant.

It was a modern-day Aesop's Fable. Don't judge a book by its cover — or a bunch of young guys by their shaved heads, muscles and tattoos.

It's hard to see any detail, but Celente explains that what the photo shows is that even in the deep depths of the Depression, when his family barely had a thing, they were still able to turn out in the most elegant style for the very special occasion. The point he was making was about dignity and pride even among the very poorest people — something that's barely evident anywhere now.

Fast forward to today, when I was driving down a rural road about 10 miles from the city here. I saw several dozen local people, men, women and children, in separate small groups but all walking in the same direction, just impeccably dressed. Every one of them looked beautiful.

The women were wearing lovely decorated hats and colorful dresses, the men had sharp suits and polished shoes, and the children looked smart and perfectly groomed. They'd not have looked out of place in a line buying tickets for a Saturday evening Broadway show.

But these were the simplest rural farmers, just as poor if not poorer than anyone in the US 1930s Depression. When I see these folks usually, they're dressed in drab but practical working clothes that often look like they've not been washed in a month. None of them had a car, or else they'd not be walking, taking the risk of everything being ruined if there was a sudden heavy shower of rain. It was impressive and heartwarming to see.

These are honest country folk (and there are many hundreds of thousands of those in Ecuador) who might have a few cows, sheep and chickens, and grow their own veggies to sell for a few $$ in small stalls by the road. They live in small ramshackle houses that sometimes look just like small barns fit for animals, but they're healthy and happy and just work as hard as they can without complaint. Some of those are local to me here, and I see them often. They're good people.

And when they do wash their clothes, they do so in the local rivers. This is a common, customary thing. Subsistence farmers can't afford things like washing machines.

Yet here they were looking just as elegant as Gerald Celente's parents in 1934. It was clearly a very special day for them, a once-in-a-year thing, maybe a wedding, or just possibly a funeral — but I do have to say, everyone did look extremely happy. :)

I've been away and offline for about a week. I was so touched by all the messages of concern for my absence... (oh wait, that was just a dream). :bigsmile:

At long last it was time to build my new PC. Now I'm up and running again (hurrah!) but sorry Linux users (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?104110-Linux-an-alternative-to-Windows-10&p=1587887&viewfull=1#post1587887), in the end it just had to be Windows 11. Not out of the box Windows though, I used a handy little program called NTLite (https://www.ntlite.com/) to forensically edit the ISO, hence removing the bloatware and just about all tracking and telemetry services I could find. Windows 11 is now super-streamlined, and works like a charm.

Over the years I've built many machines, for myself and others, but this was the oddest build yet. I enlisted the company (and assistance) of a dear friend who I worked with in IT many years ago. Only hitch was, these days he lives off-grid in the sticks. No problem, said I, consider this a chance to get away for a couple of days and have myself a mini adventure. So off I set on the three hour drive to deepest Cornwall. I little realised how 'off-grid' he actually was...

He was limited to gas and battery power (arghh!). That wasn't going to work at all. Fortunately, we managed to borrow a generator from a neighbour, and finagle a 240v converter.

Surrounded by beer bottles and crammed into a tiny corner we soon embarked on this tricky, and quite epic, build.

And being good old England it rained of course. It rained a lot. At one point, water was dripping from the skylight and into the area we were working on the motherboard (if not for the beer I might have been a tad more terrified!)

When darkness fell and we could work no more, and as the rain hammered down on our flimsy tin roof, we cleared a space to eat pizza and play cribbage until the thin morning light.

Beers were consumed, laughs were had. At the end of it all a sparking new system emerged, one I'd been needing for a long time.

I do plan a return visit to my dear, dear friend, who lives in a field in a hard to get to (but beautiful) corner of Cornwall -- but next time computers won't be on the agenda. Who knows, I may even get to see the sea!

Minutes into my walk, a deer crossed the road and high tailed into the woods when she saw me. Then she doubled back and gracefully leaped the tall grasses and electric fence into the field and darted off towards the protected wetlands.

Kismet happened a moment later when I had a flash in my mind of She-deer in the marshes. I saw what looked like a rotted out tree. That is until she saw I was looking back at her. One last leap through the grassy clumps and mucky waters and She-deer disappeared.

The Invisible Rainbow has opened my eye to stay the course with my expanding health choices. I purchased a Digital Electromagnetic Field Radiation Detector (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B79GWYHL/ref=ewc_pr_img_1?smid=A2CAXYNGILHUYF&psc=1). It’s far from a super-duper model. I was relieved to discover things like the air conditioner, humidifier, air filter and water distiller measure in the safe range. I tossed my TV over 20 years ago, so I plan to test my brother’s humongous TV screen in the media room. (Fingers crossed the radiation detector will rouse family members curiosity.)

The worst pollution are the computer and iPads when they’re plugged in. The electric fields register from severe to extreme, so I run them on the batteries and charge at night. Drats! The sauna blanket reads high as well. Though, I’ve weighed the pros and cons and have decided to completely warm it up before, shorten the time and cut down the number days. The EMF radiation blanket I purchased about a month ago was a bust. The detector hardly lowered. I recently came across an article that explains how EMS clothing and blankets aren’t efficient as we’re lead to believe. For instance, as I understand it, when you cover your body with an EMF blanket, the electric pollution is sent elsewhere and it may cause them to localize on another part of the body like the head rather than dispersing into the larger field. Fortunately, I’ve only in the last two years used a cell phone on a regular basis. I reconfigured my wifi to turn off with a flip of a switch, rather than disconnecting wires. I also keep the wifi off for large chunks of time during the day. I download vids/podcasts and listen to them off-line. I also switched back to books rather than Kindle/iPad tech even though they register in the good range when I'm not connected to wifi and bluetooth.

Lastly, on page 380 of The Invisible Rainbow, the topic of Mobile Communication and Children’s Health was so compelling that I sent a copy of the book to my nephew and his wife. They recently gave birth to a healthy baby girl after years of trying. Baby monitors, cell phones, microwave oven and a large screen TV are part of their lifestyle. Fingers crossed they’ll take time to read some of the other chapters and it’ll spill over to other family members as well.

To summarize, the EMF detector help me change a few things and also gave me peace of mind that it’s not as bad in my place as I thought, but I keep in mind that electromagnetic pollution is cumulative. What I mean by that is after years of overstimulation, the body becomes exhausted and cellular metabolism is reduced at all levels.

Ever notice that the people that have the most elaborate dental hygiene routines usually have the worst teeth? And I'm including myself in that group too, btw, so please don't take offense. My teeth arent terrible but they've seen better days for sure. And I'm always experimenting with this or that - anything but what your average dentist would recommend.

All my friends that use standard dental products i.e. fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash, have zero or very few cavities and gleaming white teeth.

The people I've known or met over the years who use charcoal toothaste or oil pulling or some exotic homemade rinse ..they typically have poor teeth but are always eager to evangelize about their approach. Why is it that the people who are most eager to offer dental advice often have brown or yellow or gunmetal grey teeth?? Teeth are supposed to be white, and if they're not you need to rethink your approach. It ain't working!:)

I bring all this up because I've had gingivitis for years, and have tried every exotic option under the sun to remedy it, and they've all failed miserably. And on a whim I bought some standard, name brand stuff from the grocery store last week and it's working better than anything I've tried before! Go figure..

This is where they're telling you that they want to monitor, track and trace every so called kilogram of CO2 that you emit. They say that global average needs to be 2 tons per person, per year, while you are using 16 tons per year which means that your activity needs to go down by 800%.

So how do they plan to do that?


Well first of all they have created these new black master cards that are going to have carbon allowance for every single purchase that you buy, and to make sure that everything has a so called "Carbon Credit" when you buy food or anything else. It’s now going to show you this nice little chart of how much kilogram of CO2 has been used in making of that product.

Now for those that eat meat, it's going to be off the charts, so meat is a big no-no, but bugs are fine and completely safe until you consume them.

When you buy stuff even at your local restaurant, it's going to be a requirement to show the amount of CO2 that was used in the production. Literally every single thing that you buy is going to be a tracked.

They want to put limits on how much you can spend monthly, so we need to go down from 16 tons a year, per person, to 2 tons per year.

What exactly does 2 tons per year look like?


For example, let's check this on Google flights. If you wanted to fly from Florida to Paris, that flight is using 431 kg CO2. That's almost 25% percent of your YEARLY allowance, but don't worry if you happen to go over your limit, they will charge you $170 for every excess kilogram of carbon credit that you have used over the limit.

Now imagine all that in a world without cash where government gets to control every single transaction.

Like you, Doug, I shared my tears with the blessed action. I checked myself before I got lost in the beekeeper’s words. Cuz it'd take me out of the pure act of doing upon another that needed doing.

Love is here and is now. Love is the bee, the bees, the hive, the grasses, the flowers, the forest, the skies. Love is the action, the non-action, the interaction.

Lewis: “They try to control their lives so things don't go wrong.And when they go wrong, they freaked out. They break down.

Evy: “Yes, because you're thinking, “Why is this happening? Why is that happening?” Rather than, this stuff will happen. It will be going on. Now, I can mitigate it but that stuff is going to come.”

Lewis:”…a lot of people just don't set themselves up for challenging times. They try to have comfortable lives and when there is an uncomfortable situation their at breakdown.”

Evy: “Yes, because you think stress is bad. That's what everybody tells you.Relax go get a massage. Stress is bad. No. A certain level of stress is good… “”…I don't like doing interviews. Me coming in, making myself sit down, doing the interview and overcoming that, that is good stress. That builds resilience.

The stress that is not good is chronic stress. So chronic stress is our relationship with someone. The relationship is not healthy. So every day I'm dealing with chronic stress. I’m I gonna get yelled at. Is this person gonna do this to me? That is not good for you. And that causes a deterioration and your self-esteem and your psychic and all these different things. That’s the difference.”

Lewis: “OK so your circle matters is number one. What’s the second thing that the service taught you and that you wish everyone understood?”

Evy: “…There’s two motivational mindsets.It’s called sense making. One mindset is identity and the other is instrumental. In identity. a person is very self focused. (Now we move through these by the way.) When I’m in identity, I'm using the word ‘I ‘a lot. “I this.” “I feel this way.” I'm in an emotional space. I'm very egocentric so I'm looking at the world as how it affects me.

I'm not looking really for solutions or moving forward. I'm really just looking to talk about me. Maybe sometimes I talk about my problems to have somebody comfort me. It's a very emotional state of being. When you're there, you're not being very productive. We all visit identity land from time to time. I'm not saying we don't but you're stuck.

Instrumental is I’m mission focused." I'm focused. I have a goal. This is what my goal is and I'm looking how to get to that place. So if I get feedback on something, I’m not gonna take it personally. If I'm working on a project and the project manager says to me, “Evy, this proposal you put together, I didn't like it. Fix it.” If I'm instrumental, I will hear, “He didn't like what I put together. I'm going to fix it because he wants me to make it better.” If I'm if I am identity, I'm gonna hear he doesn't like me.”

Lewis: “What is the third skill you learned that you wish everyone else had? “

Evy: “Humility. In the Secret Service, you’re taught to put other things ahead of yourself. You taught that you're not that special. And I think in the world where everybody told you “you're special”, so if that's true, then I'm special than everybody else isn’t.

Evy: "Some people might not like this but I don’t want to put my daughter in a sport where she's gonna get a trophy along with everybody else. I want her to learn how to fail and fail. You fail well by not getting pissed off and having a temper tantrum thinking the world owes you something.

And then saying, “Why did I not get this trophy? How could I have done better? And how can I do better next time so that I can get it, and I can earn?""

Hi Sis. The “40 ibs” refers to a requirement for Blue Angel pilots to withstand an added forward/nose-down spring-enabled force on their control column, for the duration of any flight (practice, performance, transits). This is to tighten up the accuracy of ~‘muscular focus’, I guess. Word is that the the USAF Thunderbirds demo team flying F-16s, which is totes fly-by-wire and uses a hand/normal size gamer controller off on one side, can not fly as close in formations as the ‘Angels.

Abstract
This article, the second in a series published on my substack, provides an overview of the manipulations that led to the incorporation of the former Chinese Empire into the global power structure designed by the Global Mafia (or Glafia, i.e. the Predators), the criminal owners of most of the planet’s wealth, governments, corporations and institutions. Many details and references not mentioned here can be found in my book The Predators versus The People.

Introduction
Chinese civilization goes back thousands of years and is one of the oldest in the world. It has seen many changes and wars, and someof these wars were certainly not defensive. The same goes for the Great Wall, which in part protected the Empire’s newly annexed territories.

Until the early 1800’s, Asia and especially China, was the dominant player in the world economy and technology (James Petras; Joseph Needham). The ships used in Admiral Zheng’s “charm offensive” in the 15th century to visit India, Arabia, Egypt and Africa were up to 4 times bigger than the European ones. Yet China never colonized the world, probably for philosophical reasons (Confucianism, Taoism) and also because the rest of world had little of interest to offer to China (G. Arrighi).

In the early 19th century, the hidden driving force behind world history in the last 500 years – Glafia - placed China on its list of Eurasian empires to be “normalized”, to provide a “level playfield” for their plan to dominate the whole world. Activities were started to weaken all great Eurasian empires, in the case of China mainly the opium wars and the making of a subordinate (or comprador) elite.

However, for the final conquest of the still highly sovereign empires of Eurasia, a very strong force had to be established: an alliance between Glafia's already fading but still very powerful British Empire, and its rising American Empire, helped by its European proxy states. That coalition, in which many Zionist proxies also participated, would instigate and execute the World Wars, the communist revolutions in Russia, China and elsewhere, and financial crises.

Indeed, in 1897 Britain and the USA made a secret agreement to carry out the gigantic project to subdue and colonize the whole of Eurasia, China included. This project, which included the setting up of bogeymen Hitler and Mussolini, is here called The Great 20th Century Slaughter of Eurasia. It affected humanity more destructively and on a larger scale than had ever happened in history.

Rockefeller in China
In 1863, John D. Rockefeller (just 24 years old) sold his first (lamp) kerosene in China and made his first “disinterested” gift to China missions. In the usual Rockefeller style, he quickly established a monopoly. At the time, China had been made “the sick man of Asia”, due to the devastating opium wars launched at it by the British Empire. In cahoots with the USA, it forced China to accept opium produced in British India (and not bullion) as payment for its exports of luxuries to the West.

The Rockefellers and their influence would never leave China. Across the 20th century, their “philanthropic” investment in China’s science, medicine, and higher education officially surpassed one billion dollars. Mary Brown Bullock writes:

"Over the course of the 20th century, several hundred Chinese institutions and many thousands of Chinese scholars and practitioners received Rockefeller philanthropic support. Rockefeller philanthropy’s sustained emphasis on science and medicine transformed and secularized the American cultural role in Republican China. It legitimized an American scientific influence and a tradition of intellectual and professional relationships that transcended Mao’s China and continues to distinguish the bilateral relationship.

Rockefeller philanthropic institutions have long served as a bellwether for the American non-governmental presence in China. Their formative influence on China’s science and medicine defined the post-missionary era in the first half of the [20th] century. Their re-entry into China after Nixon’s [1972] opening was carefully orchestrated by China’s leaders."

Glafia, together with the Rockefellers and other minions, led China’s trajectory from sovereign Empire to global hegemon in three revolutionary steps, which are discussed below.

The first Glafia-led revolution in China: Sun Yat-sen
Japan had been corrupted since the 1860’s by Glafia’s British, and later also American, hegemon (for example through Jacob Schiff’s $200M loan to Japan), to serve as a future battering ram against China and Russia, which started with the 1904-05 Russo-Japanese war. Japan also served as the base for Sun Yat-sen’s overthrow of China's Qing dynasty in 1912, financed by Wall Street & The City. According to A. Sutton:

“The best-documented example of Wall Street intervention in revolution is the operation of a New York syndicate in the Chinese revolution of 1912, which was led by Sun Yat-sen. Although the final gains of the syndicate remain unclear, the intention and role of the New York financing group are fully documented down to amounts of money, information on affiliated Chinese secret societies, and shipping lists of armaments to be purchased.”

Sun, a Christian who had studied in the USA, wanted to develop China in the same way. But as in the case of Russia, Glafia's bankers did not, at least not at that time: their plan for the 20th century was to make the USA their new hegemon. China had to be suppressed, by placing it in the “communist fridge”, under Mao Zedong, together with Russia (which had been in the communist fridge since the 1917 Revolution). Never forget that communism was also a Glafia project!

In 1925, Sun Yat-sen was poisoned, probably by the British, and died. Under Chiang Kai-shek and his successors, the Chinese Nationalists were sabotaged by the treasonous Americans, who officially supported them. That's why, since 1928, they had to govern mainland China from Taiwan. In 1949, the Chinese Communists took over control of the Chinese mainland, and the Nationalists were left with the small island of Taiwan.

Glafia’s second revolution in China: communism
Already by 1919, Mao had been headhunted and earmarked by “Yale in China” school. It was a US intelligence front, in collaboration with members of the Skull and Bones Society at Yale University, which had been founded in the 1830’s by the US Russell family, opium dealers in China. Under the cover of WW2, the USA betrayed China into Communism (see James Perloff), with a treasonous key role for Glafia pawn General George Marshall, America’s wartime commander and name giver to the later Marshall Plan.

Mao received several Glafia advisors, all Jewish, to assist in the creation of a Glafia-desired totalitarian state. After David Rockefeller visited China in 1973 with his faithful agent Henry Kissinger, he was very satisfied about "this" - or should we say "his" - experiment:

"Whatever the price of the Chinese Revolution ... [this] social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history".

With "whatever the price", Rockefeller coldly referred to the fact that in the 1950’s and 60’s, Chinese communists slaughtered tens of millions of Chinese non-communists, often people dedicated to Tao. Today’s pro “pacifist, harmonious and Taoist” China and pro “multipolar order” Westerners – like Pepe Escobar and Matthew Ehret - seem to have forgotten this horrible episode.

An important reason for the US hegemon to put China on the communist path was to keep it backward and isolated for several decades, the same "refrigerator" trick as applied earlier on in Russia. That eliminated China and Russia as economic competitors, so the USA, the "great champion of liberty and free trade", could have a typical, soaring Glafia career. It was also an experiment in the creation of the modern, Glafia-controlled totalitarian Chinese state - which it remains until today. Klaus Schwab and his pupil Justin Trudeau are big fans of present-day Communist China, and they show it on YouTube.

Glafia's third Chinese revolution: global hegemon
When Glafia's US hegemon started to prepare their "China hegemon" project in 1971 (a year of great change), that was because:

· Glafia has no loyalty to any nation, religion, race, or ethnicity, and presently they see Communist China (assisted by Russia) as the best global system for their domination project (see also the Yalta Conference during WW2, in which the Allies gave Central Europe and North Korea away to communism).

· China, with well over one billion clever and hardworking people, had by far the largest economic potential - just as it had shown before 1850.

· China was severely humiliated in the 19th century, which it will never forget, and was only going to participate in Glafia's New World Order as its leader state (as confirmed in this George Soros interview).

In that very same year 1971, the People’s Republic of China, led by the Chinese Communist Party under Mao, was recognized as “the only legitimate representative of China to the United Nations”; with support of Glafia's US hegemon, of course. The representatives of the Republic of China in Taiwan were immediately removed from the UN organization. So again a seed for a future conflict was planted, a trick also used by splitting North and South Vietnam, North and South Korea, and the giveaway of Crimea by Khrushchev.

Forty years ago, Antony Sutton prophesied about the development of China by American corporations. As it turned out, he was right - again:

“Bechtel Corporation has established a new company, Bechtel China, Inc. to handle development, engineering and construction contracts for the Chinese government... It appears that Bechtel is now to play a similar role to that of Detroit-based Albert Kahn Inc., the firm that in 1928 undertook initial studies and planning for the First Five Year Plan in the Soviet Union. By about the year 2000, Communist China will be a "superpower" built by American technology and skill...

And who is to say that the Chinese Communists will not make their peace with Moscow after 2000 and join forces to eliminate the super-super-power, the United States?"

In recent years, it was easy to see how all Western actions against China and Russia – the Ukraine war included – had their unification and reinforcement as main goal. The Pentagon’s 2017 budget was the first driven by Glafia-created bogeymen China and Russia. Yet another Glafia project to upset the global balance of powers is arriving at its harvest time! History shows that the Global Powers have no loyalty to any nation, religion or race, and Glafia-supported China is now simply their best totalitarian and hegemonic model.

This is how countries are used as “pieces on a chessboard upon which is being played out a great game for the domination of the world” (Lord George Curzon, 1859-1925, British politician, Vice Roy of India). Remember that there’s only one player behind the board!

The Great Shift: after 500 years, Glafia goes East
To quickly recap: according to Giovanni Arrighi (1994), the world capitalist system developed in four cycles, each led by a temporary hegemon, respectively Spain, Holland, England, and the United States. Each cycle was divided into three phases:

1. An accumulation phase, through trade (piling up of capital).

2. A phase of industrial expansion.

3. A period of financialization (investment, mostly foreign, of capital), dominated by bankers (the earlier merchants lending out their capital).

This last phase is "burning hot and then fading away", or as Braudel called it, “a sign of autumn”. In it, not only the finance era runs its final course, but also the leader state itself. The gradual demise of one cycle would become the gradual birth of the next, on an ever grander and more global scale.

For Glafia's present hegemon, the Arch-Fascist informal empire of the United States of America - officially "the free and democratic USA" – the turning point to autumn can be dated to 1971. When we take the recent developments into account, including the war in Ukraine, there can be no doubt: China, and Russia too, will be the new horses pulling Glafia's chariot.

This time the move is cleverly being sold by stating that we will go from a bad and disgraced uni-polar world to a good, harmonious and even Taoist multi-polar world. With ALL LANDS now brought under control, and the Global Digital Prison on its way to controlling ALL PEOPLE, that powerful Western-Zionist coalition is no longer needed and is being dismantled.

The “China hegemon” project
Like practically all meteoric careers since the start of the Glafia project around 1500, either of persons, corporations or countries, Communist China's skyrocketing rise after 1971 was Glafia-made. Glafia's proxy for this new state-building project was of course its 20th century hegemon, the United States of America. Special roles were given to Henry Kissinger, Bill Clinton, and members of Yale's Skull and Bones Society, amongst others as US ambassadors to China.

The US hegemon started the "China hegemon" project overtly in 1971, when the visible part of the preparations took off, with Henry Kissinger's famous visit. No doubt that secret preparations had started long before (the book The Secret History of America’s First Central Intelligence Agency [OSS] provides evidence of such). To recap, the reasons for this project were:

Glafia's core of dynastic families sees Communism - which they themselves launched and helped to establish in Russia, and later in China and elsewhere - as the best control system for their global domination project. Under their guidance (see here for an example), China has become the global leader of the "Digital Prison" project. Many Western leaders criticize it, while omitting to mention that their own countries are covertly implementing the same system.

China, with far over one billion capable and industrious people, has by far the largest potential for economic capacity - as it had already showed for thousands of years.

China, which was severely humiliated in the 19th century, was only going to participate in Glafia's New World Order as its leader. George Soros openly admitted this in 2009 (see George Soros interview).

The rude, brutish, and ruthless USA, with its constant see-through lies, has on purpose lost its credibility in most parts of the world, while China has been doing its best to gain – and buy! - global popularity.

China wasn't the USA's first big-state-making project: it had also managed Russia's transformation into a communist empire, the Soviet Union. Then, after the Glafia-planned fake de-colonization, it made all the post-WW2 "newly independent" ex-colonies their dependent proxies, via bought and paid for sub-ordinate elites (also called vassals or puppet regimes). And in fact, there's no difference in how they "made" Israel, the European Union, NATO, Japan as their battering ram in Asia, the 19th century unification of Italy, and also of Germany, et cetera: as always, they bribed and corrupted the political and blueblood elites in those countries, including the mainstream media and academia.

Is China's new role a reason for HOPE?
Will an era of global peace, prosperity and freedom rise with the proposed multipolar order led by China and Russia?

The answer is: Sorry, but NO, for the five major reasons are given below.

First, the Covid litmus test: China, and Russia too, knew that cheap HCQ and Ivermectin work, as shown on a large scale in China, Uttar Pradesh, Japan. But even so they suppressed their people massively with such crazy measures as mRNA jabs (Russia, not China) and lockdowns.

Fourth, a shocking 2014 article shows how nearly 22,000 members of China’s communist elite hold secretive offshore companies in British and other tax havens, which makes them highly dependent on Glafia's banksters. Like all Glafia's proxies, they can never stray from the agenda, because just as Glafia made them, it can also break them. Yes, that’s “autonomous” China!

An important fifth reason is the money system litmus test. Indeed, the whole multipolar effort will be futile if the present usurious money system, fully under control of Glafia's banksters, is maintained, as it is totally incompatible with peace, prosperity, sustainability, and freedom. As long as Glafia's bankers stay in charge of our money system, there will be no “autonomous” China, nor any other "self-reliant" countries or regions, or a "sustainable" world, or a "free" world.

Of course the new Chinese hegemon is sold to the public as a benovolent, and even Taoist country, “on the path to socialism with Chinese characteristics”. Just as the criminal and genocidal American hegemon was always presented as “the great champion of democracy and free trade”!

Only if we can create awareness in lots of people, if we re-discover our strength as miraculous and spiritual human beings, and if we cooperate in an open-minded manner with others seeking the truth, can this gigantic problem be tackled.

Late Night Grocery Run




I was on a late-night grocery run when in the parking lot, I was approached by a couple. The woman was stoned and the man was very hyper. They asked if I could spare $50 to help them buy “s#&t we need” and laughed.

I said, “No, sorry,” and continued walking to my car.

They followed me and the man came within three feet and said, “I’m going to insist. I’m not giving you a choice.”

I said, “Ok, let me put my groceries in my car.”

The woman laughed. I opened the tailgate of my SUV and my black Belgian Shepard (a Tervuren) looked at me instead of wagging his tail and greeting me by trying to lick my face, stood erect and sniffed the air … and then jumped out of the car and stood between me and the couple baring his teeth and growling like I’d never seen before.

The woman turned and ran. The man backed up about ten feet before doing the same. My dog jumped back into my car and acted as if nothing had happened.

Lavender’s bright blue-purple flowers and soothing fragrance are both classics. Lavender has been used for thousands of years for healing, purifying, and and relaxation.

This ceramic jewelry dish celebrates the beautiful elegance of lavender. Lavender grows in my garden year round, and even in the winter the lavender is full of flowers.

Lavender needs to be pruned regularly, otherwise it grows tall and leggy/woody, so I always have a lot of lavender sprigs to bring inside or to use in my art.

I first press the leaves into clay capturing their impression. As I press the flowers into clay, the incredible calming fragrance of the leaves always fills my pottery studio. Working with clay is always relaxing and therapeutic, but lavender takes it to another level.

The painting process is also relaxing to me and I look forward to it every time - it’s like a meditation to watch the color flow into every leaf. When I paint the leaves it feels like watching a fossil spring back to life.

This ceramic jewelry dish is kiln fired stoneware clay, glazed and fired to 2200 degrees F in my kiln. The gold accent on the rim is real 22kt gold, fired onto the piece also in the kiln.

I check the hives today after a week of storms. I fed them banana slices and marshmallows to hold them over. Several Bee Research organizations are looking at feeding bananas to the bees for the potassium and micro nutrients.

Octopus Birth




Octopuses are semelparous animals, which means they reproduce once and then they die. After a female octopus lays a clutch of eggs, she quits eating and wastes away; by the time the eggs hatch, she dies. Once the males have mated, they die.

The dream flashed in my mind several times this morning. The image wasn’t even a hologram or gif. (moving graphic) It was a convincing piece of artwork readying to crash upon all the screaming bodies trying to out run this tsunami curtain.

I saw (understood) it was a trick and faced it squarely. I called out to whoever and said, “It’s fake.” Then water trickled out of some holes which made their attempts even more pathetic.

On my walk yesterday, I saw smoke coming up from the trees. In no time there were ambers burning on a branch that laid across the power lines. I didn’t have a cell phone so I ran to the nearest neighbor. When I rang the doorbell, a machine came on with instructions to leave a message. So I gave a brief description and the telephone pole number to the doorbell. https://i.imgur.com/JC4ll0L.gif

That left me with high tailing it home (clearly a relative term) which is about half mile away or flag down a car where mid-morning traffic is light. Fortunately, someone came long.

I let out a girlie screech (shhh, our secret) and bolted when a fire ball explode while the good samaritan was still trying to convince someone, who clearly needed a second cup of coffee, that it was a real emergency.

I should’ve had her move a safer distance away, but it all happened so fast. She stopped just beyond the electrical fire which was around a bend. That complicated the situation because there’s no pull over area on the country road, so I kept watch for cars.

It wasn’t long before a couple more good samaritans came along to direct traffic, the neighbor with the talking door bell ran down with her cell phone, and the fire department and utility trucks were on the scene. Within a couple of hours electricity was restored.
