I have no clue what anyone is talking about.
Too sick to bother with googling anything.

I did like Crow's Bougainvilla Tunnel though.

Fat Tuesday is English for Mardi Gras, which is French.

Over 500 pages and over 10,000 posts...who'da thunk it? Such a simple little thread....about the being in the present moment. People sharing their moments....becoming a Village. Wow. Could you ever have imagined such a thing when you began this, Ulli?

I never could have possibily imagined the changes in myself since joining in. I now live in the present moment each moment, creating a centeredness I used to struggle to achieve...now effortless. Though life isn't always easy...sometimes it's downright nasty...by staying in the present, it becomes manageable. Like the saying, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time."...I can handle whatever comes, one moment at a time. Easier to see the little joys amidst the challenges...easier to find balance...easier to give thanks, and forgiveness, and love.

As you can tell, I get pensive as day turns into evening...action turns into reflection....a time to 'wash my spirit clean'.

Thank you all...

Just got the news, the parents of the client that commited suicide by stepping in front of a train, got a bill for 1000 euros cleaning cost from the railways, sick bastards, his parents are heartbroken, all that was left of this 19 year old was his left hand, thats what they just buried last thursday.

I must admit I never expected this. But I felt the time had come to get back to reality, where true magic lies.
Investigating conspiracy theories is empowering only up to a point, that of having knowledge beyond the MSM.
Then comes a moment when Santa Claus is no longer a big deal, and one even forgives one's parents for telling that Santa lie.

Sorry for the angry outburst i had just now villagers, i did not mean to spoil everybodys good times, but i had to vent this.

So to make up for that i have a very funny weird story from yesterday( at least, we, me and my coworkers thought it was really hilarious with hindsight)

Three times a day we meet with eachother to discuss whats going on with whom and how to proceed from there, we do this in an office, usually someone, or more clients who are completely wasted have a laugh at us and press their drunk faces of butts against the window to show their utmost appriciation for our efforts to brightern up their days. :p.

Just to clarify who lives in the homeless shelter, drunks, misfits, peeps with just a stroke of bad luck, psychiatric patients beyond treatment( they have to live somewhere right?) amongst those psychiatric patients are, borderline personalities, very human beings who suffer from schizofrenia, paranoia, abuse alcohol and hard dope to more or less medicate themselves and the always intereresting multiple personality disorder folks, and very often these people have to deal with a combination of all of the above. ( pretty bad right, but only when you know you are sick, if you dont know you will probably have a blast with ticking people of in very bizarre ways and dont care about the consequences of it, GREAT).

Well, we were having our little meeting session and a client who will not be named, pressed his big funny hairy ungroomed head against the window whilst talking to himself( as he usually does), suddenly he looked very scared into the office and started screaming and pointing into the office and was yelling, NONONO dont do it, thats dangerous, help help somebody do something, dont you see it, look, look.

We were a bit surprized by this, because this was not his usual unusual behaviour and we looked around in the office to get him at easy and play along with him.

In a second he picked up a bicycle a tossed it through the window, into the office, glass everywhere, bike on my desk, we all big eyes are almost crapped ourself.

........... why did you do that? Whats wrong with you, thats dangerous ....... explain please.

Now remember,........... has a multiple personality dissorder, has schizofrenia, hallucinates and a few other diagnosis behind his name.

Because we were a bit shocked and of course a bit angry with him and (sigh, the third window this week) .......... burst into tears( snot running down his messy mustache)fell on his knees and said very sincere and childlike, you did not see him, i yelled at him, he was trying to push the button, you would have been blown up by an atomic bomb, i saved your lives and now you are angry with me, i cant do anything right.

We could not punish him, ponder on this one, he has schizofrenia( cant blame the guy for it right), he hallucinates( for all he knows is what he saw what was actually what was going on outside of our perception), and multiple personalities.

So, WHO the he hell INSIDE OF HIS MIND ACTED with the only appropiate action TO SAVE OUR LIVES????????????

He did a good job by saving us and the planet( as soon as we find out wich HE trew the bike we are going to buy him a beer.) all it costed was one window and one bike, thats bloody cheap for such a good deed.

Just one of my crazy days, hope you can have a laugh about it, i guess its one of these things where you say, ya shoudda been there.:o

Maybe it's my different perspective, so a collective reality check is in order. I remember a time when punishment seemed like a reasonable response to certain actions, but no more. Now, I find punishment an emotionally retarded response of revenge couched in vague meanings of justice. Like two children playing and one accidently, or intentionally, hurts the other and the response is to hit the offender.

My son recently used my paypal account without my permission. Twice. The charges were small and I would have let him do it if he had asked me first. I wish to teach him common courtesy. In each case he emailed me and informed me of the purchases and told me he would pay me back, something I was not even remotely interested in. After the first offense, I told him it was unacceptable behavior and he must learn to control his impulsiveness as it is no excuse for bad manners. After the second offense I changed my password so that he could no longer avail himself of the privilege he was afforded. I did not do this to punish him. I did it to prevent him from a behavior that was becoming a pattern. He had been completely respectful for months, but after the first 'try' at something and not experiencing any real downside, he carelessly allowed his impulse to guide him again.

So, he has now 'suffered' the consequences of his behavior and has not said a word about it since. He knows it was wrong, but I did not bash his self worth with punishment. I simply let him know that I had to protect myself from his impulses and he needs to learn to control himself. At some point I may change my password back and give him access again. He hasn't needed it. All his purchases are games and upgrade related. I still give him his allowance through his mother to insure he does what is expected of him in the house.

What are others thoughts on punishment here?

astrid
22nd February 2012, 02:14
i don't call that punishment, i call that the appropriate teaching and setting of ones boundaries.
Which is totally crucial if one is to be healthy in this chaotic, mismanaged world we are in.

"Punishment" to me has too many negative conatations, ( my baggage) so i don't much care for the word.

People that have not good boundaries will take as long as you are giving,
and that can be totally exhausting and personally destructive also.

The other thing i noticed which was a big DUH moment on my journey is that
when i set limits people respected me more.
Interesting that.

I know I could probably design one in a lab with the funds..that could do..about ...XXX quintaflops per second.

To me, this tells me.... it has already been done.

I don't think XXX quintaflpos would be enough. :)

Clay and Shawn Pickering, Crystal beings, masters of the reptilians?

and:

http://www.physorg.com/news/2012-02-crystals-perpetual-motion-machines.html

Time crystals could behave almost like perpetual motion machines

(PhysOrg.com) -- As every young science student knows, moving objects have kinetic energy. But just how much energy does something need to move? In a new study, a pair of physicists has shown that it’s theoretically possible for a system in its lowest energy state, or ground state, to exhibit periodic motion. This periodically moving system can be thought of as the temporal equivalent of a crystal, which is defined by its spatial periodicity. What’s even more intriguing about these "time crystals" is that, by exhibiting motion at their state of lowest energy, they break a fundamental symmetry called time translation symmetry and become "perilously close" to looking like perpetual motion machines.

more from the link:

As the physicists explained, this discovery doesn’t mean that such systems actually exist in nature, but that they can exist. At first, the physicists were somewhat doubtful that they could exist at all, since such a system would behave very similar to a perpetual motion machine, the fantasy device that could run forever with no energy input. However, building such a system may actually be less improbable than showing that it can simply exist. As the scientists noted, under the right circumstances, a superconductor almost acts in this manner because ground-state electrons can continuously loop through it.

~~~~~~~~
Some things that I did not want to mention about the 'design' of the given 'optical computer, is that it would start simply, then branch out into being crystalline structures that have the capacity to develop neural flow structures within them, that could have 10's of thousands of operations or decision trees in the given cycle, and each cycle is limited only by the atomic structure.... and can be a completely different processor and design in each cycle, with many many different states available for each junction or transistor.
The final point was that they would be self driving or self perpetuation in energetic drive. And that each 'junction' could be within multiple dimensions at any given time. Dimensional or time translation in any given junction.
To dump the beginnings of such into the human sphere of existence.
That is the question.
What I was seeking when I was a child..... was a way to change the world with a word.
This is quite close, and it is not my first instance of such a realization.
Ripples in time and timelines.
Oktoberfest statistics: - Biggest party of the world. 17 days, approx 6,5 million people. That's a LOT of beer and chicken. Over 200,000 Italians visit, including 75,000 during just its second weekend. So many Italians come to the festival that the Munich police import Italian police for extra help! Mamma mia! :) A time and place I happily avoid.
Bwahaha sometimes the physical remains of fun have a burning sensation indeed, didnt see that one coming, when i read your response.
Some client told me in case of crabs, tackle them with a pube, they will trip, land on their back and bite your underpants, i nearly sh@t myself when he told me that one. had a talk with his lawyer an hour later, we ( me, client and lawyer) could not keep a straight face so we made another appointment to discuss things further the next week. This was just so wrong and funny, sometimes lawyers are people too.
Maybe it's my different perspective, so a collective reality check is in order. I remember a time when punishment seemed like a reasonable response to certain actions, but no more. Now, I find punishment an emotionally retarded response of revenge couched in vague meanings of justice. Like two children playing and one accidently, or intentionally, hurts the other and the response is to hit the offender.
My son recently used my paypal account without my permission. Twice. The charges were small and I would have let him do it if he had asked me first. I wish to teach him common courtesy. In each case he emailed me and informed me of the purchases and told me he would pay me back, something I was not even remotely interested in. After the first offense, I told him it was unacceptable behavior and he must learn to control his impulsiveness as it is no excuse for bad manners. After the second offense I changed my password so that he could no longer avail himself of the privilege he was afforded. I did not do this to punish him. I did it to prevent him from a behavior that was becoming a pattern. He had been completely respectful for months, but after the first 'try' at something and not experiencing any real downside, he carelessly allowed his impulse to guide him again.
So, he has now 'suffered' the consequences of his behavior and has not said a word about it since. He knows it was wrong, but I did not bash his self worth with punishment. I simply let him know that I had to protect myself from his impulses and he needs to learn to control himself. At some point I may change my password back and give him access again. He hasn't needed it. All his purchases are games and upgrade related. I still give him his allowance through his mother to insure he does what is expected of him in the house.
What are others thoughts on punishment here?
Correctly done with your son, based on mutual respect and expecting honesty from eachother, the only way to go imho.
Punishment is a strange term i think, imo its better to call it a appropiate response as a consequence of the wrong( knowing or unknowing)action taken. It its like every other thing in life i guess, it depends on the reason, circumstances, nessecety( spelling booboo here) person, means and intellectual capabillities and emotional skills and maturity of the person involved in the please dont do that again or else talk.
So thats a lot of things to take into account as far as i am concerned, a lot also depends on the seriousness of the non apriciated offense of course.
There is no one anwser to the question imo, but a very good question indeed.
Sorry for the angry outburst i had just now villagers, i did not mean to spoil everybodys good times, but i had to vent this.
No need to be sorry at the venting 6POTB. I thought about relaying a similar personal story of how callous greedy businesses can be with the bereaved simply because they can and they don't care. Perhaps, I will tell that story at a later time. Hearing your circumstances did not bother me. In fact, it helped me to clear away more of my mists of sorrow.
Well, in that case, thanks for your kind comforting words and glad to have been of a sort of service to you.
These guys must be the same ones that found the passports in the rubble of the WTC.
Honduras' Comayagua jail fire 'caused by cigarette' A prison fire in Honduras that killed 360 inmates may have been started by a discarded cigarette, officials say. Chief prosecutor Luis Alberto Rubi said that an initial investigation showed that the cause of the fire was accidental. Inmates at the Comayagua prison north of Tegucigalpa were trapped in their cells when the late-night fire broke out last week. Foreign experts have been brought in to help establish the cause. Mr Rubi told local TV that autopsies of 277 inmates showed no evidence of gunshot wounds. He also ruled out a theory that the fire had been started by petrol. He said investigators had been told by witnesses that a prisoner fell asleep while smoking. Mr Rubi said experts from the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives supported the accident theory. The US embassy in Honduras said American officials would not comment on current investigations.
I always considered it my job as a parent to teach my children. Punishment teaches how to strike back, and creates fear and anger rather than respect imo...not my idea of how to raise well-balanced, thoughtful children. Your response was appropriate to the offense...teaching much more than 'don't do that again'.
You're a good Dad, modwiz.
I would agree substantially to your thoughts on punishment, however, I might keep it in reserve for when it comes time to deal effectively with the psychopaths that plague our societies. Of course, when one takes a medicine to get rid of parasites, one does not think of it as 'punishing' the parasites.
Dealing with parasites is 'hygiene'. People who choose to pursue parasitic paths will encounter consequences. It is not punishment, it is blowback. Like gas building up and something you do causes a spark that creates a blast that renders you into chicken food. The gas is not punishing you, it is just a consequence of the circumstance.
on punishment...I looked up the definition of "sanction":
1. Authoritative permission or approval that makes a course of action valid. See Synonyms at permission.
2. Support or encouragement, as from public opinion or established custom.
3. A consideration, influence, or principle that dictates an ethical choice.
4.
a. A law or decree.
b. The penalty for noncompliance specified in a law or decree.
5. A penalty, specified or in the form of moral pressure, that acts to ensure compliance or conformity.
6. A coercive measure adopted usually by several nations acting together against a nation violating international law.
@mw, what a good Dad you are. Imho, punishment does little to deter, and not a thing to teach human beings how to treat each other...or other living things for that matter. I believe that teaching our children, no matter their age, that everything is interconnected is of the utmost importance. Along those lines, they should be able to comprehend the cause and effect principle. Every action or thought causes something else...natural consequences favorable or unfavorable, negative or positive, good or bad...whatever. When things start to disappear from my bathroom (i.e. hairbrush or soap), that causes me to expend energy searching for them, retrieving them, and becoming (somewhat) aggravated at the whole deal. This causes me to become weary, which causes me to need to rest, which causes me to not be able to fulfill some other duty, which means...one of my kids will have to do a little more so that I can get the needed rest. On the other hand, if I unexpectedly find the kitchen sparkling clean, I find myself with some free time and extra energy, which causes me to look for some other way to spend my time...which usually means something fun with my kiddos. Everything is related.
My thoughts...for what they are worth lol...
Many different songs heard this morning, so many types of birds. Air is breezy and fresh. Car passing occasionally. So much to be done outside, pondering the day. So much to be done inside as well. I crave rest, and I know everything that needs to be done will wait. I also know it will nag at me. Guess the key is not to let it.
Hope all my Village friends have a beautiful day...
I feel very strange today. Paralyzed after reading a Fritz Perls document. And realizing paralysis, can be a very good thing. Sometimes it is better not to budge. Seems that coming to rest between polarities can be the way to go for awareness. That middle point can allow you to see all possibilities, and what reaction might suit what situation.
Been cleaning up poops not landing in the litter box...
Had a dream this morning when I came out of it, felt like I had been in only what I can describe as a very strong vortex. I went into a depth of myself.... and my ego didn't like it very much. Took me a while to orient myself this morning.
What a nice surprise. Just in time for another party.
Sometimes I feel bad for having deserted the rest of the forum and nearly forgotten about the other members' existence.
But this Village here has kept me so busy with fun stuff and sometimes serious drama that had me alternating between laughing and crying. So there was never any time other than read a few headlines.
Here and now: just woke up. Had another tsunami dream, the first one in many, many years.
My tsunami dreams are personal and they signify major changes in my life. I dreamt that I was in a seaside resort with my husband and his sister's family. We were staying on the top floor next to a bay. Actually, the in- laws overlapped a bit having been married several times one get get the in-laws mixed up. The ex-husband's family dont feel like ex to me at all, since we go far back.
Anyway, as I looked out of the window I notice lots of people running and screaming towards higher ground. So right away I figure there is something going on with the ocean.
Have to walk to another part of the hotel to get ocean view and sure enough there is the familiar wall of water traveling towards us. Taller than the hotel. The interesting thing was that the crest of the wave was not a straight line; there were higher and lower parts. Anyway it was still a mile away, but there was not enough time to leave the hotel. We were trapped on the top floor.
I became fearful of what would happen to us all, surviving under rubble with broken limbs was worrying more than dying.
So we all decided to lie down close to a wall in a central part of the building and wait. Then the wave hit. And the building only trembled very slightly. We could not believe it. We had survived.
That's when I woke up.
Had another tsunami dream.
The interesting thing was that the crest of the wave was not a straight line; there were higher and lower parts.
We survived.
Wow, same here (yesterday; 2nd ever tsunami dream).
Mountainous wave height, impossible.
No fear of death, just facing it.
When it hit - shallow waters, unbelievable.
One hit only, then birds back on the beach.
Seems it was only a holographic projection.
[Last sentence has a funny feel to it, talking about dream images, inducing thinking about reality which in turn immediately brings up the question of who is the thinker... have a nice day/ night!]
I used to have tsunami dreams when I was around 16 except I used think tidal wave as had never heard the word tsunami. Years later i became good friends with a girl and we would discuss our dreams and it turned out she used to have the exact same tsunami dream as me when she too was young. The dream consisting of walking along the beach front promenade, very crowded, wave coming, screaming and running with the whole town. Anyway a few years later again and the same girl plus two other friends ended up surviving the 2004 episode in Sri Lanka. It was awful, everyone here watching the news and praying. Awful.
Of course people need to get a grip on their lives. It's happening.
Costa Rica is going through some major changes and the government wants to make everything like the US, especially install huge wheelchair facilities.
There is a hardware store which recently opened and the parking area has no less than 36 wheelchair bays. I'm imagining 36 plumbers and painters and electricians doing their shopping in wheel chairs.
Now my husbands office has been taken on by the Ministry of Health. The bathroom is too small. There has never been an issue with the bathroom. He has been there for twenty years, renting from a woman who inherited the house from her parents and she has never spent one cent on upgrading the building. Admittedly it is only $500 a month in rent, but husband has done eveything including paint the outside. But now they want this tiny house to be converted into a hyper-modern clinic.
Husband believes the big private hospitals are behind the new laws, which will force a lot of the smaller village doctors out of their offices.
This happened just yesterday, so I imagine my tsunami dream is related.
Tsunamis can have a lot of different forms indeed and its an excelent methaphore for everything thats large and floods any system in any way shape or form.
I was in Sri Lanka the year of the tsunami, the flood washed away people houses, livelyhoods, animals, memories, loves, fears etc etc.
When we were at the the beach some old lady who we remembered from our last vacation there invited us to dinner that evening and we shared some banana's and a coke. She told us after the tsunami she dreamt< ( This was only weeks after the flood another flood would come and she saw masses of bricks and timber rolling her way and the wave stopped on a hill where she fled to when the actual tsunami took place).
It was a scary but good dream as she found out later, some german aid in the form of cash and volunteers came to Unawatuna and build her a real brick and timber house with an actual front door instead of a palm leaf curtain, they did the same for the remainder of the surviving villagers there, we still send her a letter every now and then and get some pictures from her. When we can spare it we send some cash or a cheap mp3 player for her sons loaded with reggea.
Yeah its was really bad, we were staying in a hotel in Colombo and were rushed out of our room into a bus and driven further inland, a few hours later it hit, the only thing we saw of it was the news until two weeks later and we headed for shore again. Absolute warzone, very scary, teenagers with black pilotsunglasses in uniforms, and AK 47, did not contribute a damn thing, mostly the poorest of the poor who could not afford decent housing and lived of the fish in the ocean and the nuts an bananas from the trees were washed away.
Fact is, you' re putting sth of your Self into it.
To me, that's the essential thing to do; and you did.
Not saying "some cash or a cheap mp3 player" is nothing -
but through your loading it with music, it got 'personally charged' -
multiplying it's worth exponentially (http://youtu.be/F-QA2rkpBSY). For the recipients, and for yourself.
Lucky you eh, and they are great people, very sweet, social, loving, warm, welcoming, sharing, and the mountains, jungle, ocean, and FOOD, prices, tuktuks and flipflops and saris and tea, and snooker, and club sandwiches, spices are so cheap on the market or even in the supermarkets, and, and, and and.
Sigh, cant go now but if i could i would go back in a heartbeat.
We go to Hikkadoa and they celebrate Bob Marleys birthday every year with a big festival. My friends husband came here on holiday last year and cooked us a Sri lankan feast. Rice and curry, delicious! Unfortunately I won't be going back myself yet for a while.
Funny country isnt it, in the plane you ahve to fill out your visa, and make notice of the fact in case of smuggling any kind of dope in or out of the country, you will probably get a life sentence and if your lucky theyl hang you a bit sooner.
But when your in the country it get is ridiculous, everybody wtih a jungle backyard grows the HERB and they stole my roling papers any chance they got, ( no joints for me, i just like to smoke rolies.) The beats are busting out of nearly every tuktuk and if you say you are from holland you get the funny knowing grin aaaaaaaaaaaaah holland eh, yeaaaaaaah we know about hollaaaand, say no more say no more.
I called the strung out jungle brother sons of the old lady the doobie brothers, as soon as they got home from fishing they started to smell funny and got the munchies.
those where the times i just put a little distance between me and them for personal safety reasons. ( i'm sure a few rupees would have cleared the whole thing right up with the cops but nah, didnt take the chance.
At work, it's the end of a 2 month cycle for the students I work with. They'll be taking their exams tomorrow morning, I'll be proctoring one. Get to spend the morning reading or thinking. Perhaps some ho'oponopono if I can keep sacred space in the midst of it.
It's an odd day ... lots of stuff around. I noticed the thread this morning, people noticing a shift. I seem to be always shifting some way or other... growth by creeping, then by leaps, then a breather, then begin again.
I missed my walk last night ... waiting for hubby to finish his work in the garage, and a lightening storm came up, so we stayed in. Going tonight, come h-e-double hockey sticks or high water.
BC, love your pics!! You make us smile.
Love to us all,
Hi guys :) Wow, the energy here is....feathery... and... uplifting today. The Village Rocks!
Shout out to Corson :)
Ulli that leopard feels much better for you....I hope that doesn't sound conceited lol. Feeling other Ds than 3 again, and LOOVVVVIIIIINGGGGG it!
@Dan33...I just love you to death :) Went looking around yesterday because you keep reminding me of that darned Emperor card. It always makes me chuckle because while it does apply, it is not how I think of myself at all. lol. Guess my daughter gets her BaddAzz Biker Beach Attitude from someone I know ;)
Also pulled a couple of tarot cards yesterday looking for insight, possibly a bump in the right direction...haha as if any direction could be wrong anyway. After all the reading I did about strong masculine energies, the feminine was itching for some limelight. I did not ask questions with that in mind, simply how to still my mind, what direction I needed, etc., etc. Isis came up 4 times in a row. Hmmmmm.... The more i learn about the Tarot, the more it calls to me. Guess Tarot goes on my leap list.
Busy 3D morning today...finally found something that grounded me more or less. Got library cards - Em will freak after school :) - Got the newspaper (because that is how the school communicates with parents apparently) - Got stamps (because I don't like being around people and all their wild energies) - just the mundane. I needed that, and I am so glad I did. I did not enjoy the people so much, though they were friendly as far as that goes. Judgmental, religious, political....Bullshat. But...something about the act of being in my car and accomplishing one thing after another on such a glorious day weatherwise....it was very strengthening.
That's a paradox, is it not? Running around doing 3D mundane equals stronger spiritually. Hmmmm. That's interesting.
Lots and lots of love and good wishes!
Had a water dream too last night but not a tsunami dream. Dreamt that I was swimming in a harbor towards the port of entry -it was lit up by bright light. There were hundreds of fish swimming around me as I made my way to the dock. I got out of the water onto a floating dock and walked across the docks to the port of entry building. It had a well lit old fashioned veranda type deck -the wooden planks were old, but it was clean and well kept. As I walked onto the veranda an elderly woman emitting a glowing light met me with a towel and box full of water gear and said to me, "You made it, I'm so glad you did." She then handed me the box and said, "Here you are going to need this."
Last night was the first night I had a decent nights sleep in about 3 weeks. I feel pretty good. The moon has been void of course since yesterday -maybe that has something to do with it.
I do hope everyone here have this "stellarium (http://www.stellarium.org/)" on your computers [it's free, and open source; win, mac & linux versions available] - it's a great tool.
Let me at least know that i was overlooking Uranus lately, while watching...
I got back from paradise at the wee hours last night. I am slowly catching up on the village life (still have more than 20 pages to go) and am again wowed at how connected we are. I had a wonderful trip, even though I am shaken to my core. A lot of letting go. It is all good as this is only the start of my journey back to myself. I filled my eyes and my heart with beauty and my ears with the majestic sound of the sea, the birds and the laugh of my grandson and daughter.
I need to share this. I went with my grandson for an interactive encounter with dolphins. I am not for having dolphins in captivity. My teacher told me a while back that these dolphins have a mission and encouraged me to go if I could. So I went. Life has meant that we were the only two plus the trainer. Talk about VIP time. I am so grateful to the beautiful soul I encountered, Nautica. I sent her much love and man, did she ever shower me with hers. She was so gracious and enjoyed my grandson's laugh (I could see it in her eyes). She did this farting sound when we touched her head that made him laugh so hard. He did not want to kiss her at first. She later came on her own (not asked by the trainer) to kiss him on the cheek, and he kissed her back. It was so beautiful to see. We then went to see the pictures they took of us and there I saw a picture of me. I saw in my eyes something I have not seen for so long I can't even remember. I cried for the whole trip back to the hotel (good thing I had sunglasses) and the evening. There was some major healing going on. That sparkle I saw in my eyes... I want it back.
I am so thankful, grateful, overflowed.
:grouphug: I love you all.
Many pages back, your generous sharing brought this song to mind:
Hey Marianne,
I was relishing in that stiff southern breeze today too, here in the Miss'ippi! I swear I could smell and feel the Gulf of Mexico salt water on the breeze. I felt like I was standing on the edge of the Gulf on Dauphin Island, where I spent so much of my childhood. There was real nostalgia in that wind. It got up to 80 degrees here, too. I'm really lovin' the Winter this year! 80 degree February!! Woohoooo!
Cheers Village! I am very happy to see the constituency growing by the day in the Village. Keep on Keepin' on everyone!
Sometimes I just can't get enough of the Spotlight Kid, Captain Beefheart. This is one of those times.
I love hearing das junge Mädchen say, "I'm Gonna Booglarize You Baby" with her Deutsche Akzent. Also, notice The Mothers original bassist Roy Estrada playing in the Magic Band.
This was back when Rock n Roll was..........
I’ve said we have seen people dematerialize over one thousand times. It is a fact, humans are solid and not solid at the same time.
A Partial Dematerialization
The dematerialization is hard to photograph as the person is not there in 3-D, so their image reflects no light.
Here is a photo taken by a Kiwi friend of mine. It’s the best shot we have of a partial dematerialization. The man in white is in his hazy-wave state, he’s holding a ghoul under his chin that he has just pulled out of the lad dressed in black.
Removing the dross that accumulates in people’s etheric life force field is how we release them to feel better. Interesting eh?
When a person partially dematerializes one can put one’s hand right inside their body, so you could remove a bullet like Neo did for Trinity in one of the Matrix films, or you could set a bone, or remove an impediment. I have seen the hand go into another’s body about thirty times over the years, so I believe it to be true.
Khris Krepcik says when a part of the body dematerializes it can feel no pain. KK has the stigmata like me but he doesn’t get it all the time, but when his arms disappear from the elbows down, the stig’ pain leaves him.
Modern medical high-tech will fade away because of economic difficulties and these techniques may become the new inexpensive high-tech, available to everyone. It is all becoming real now. Fascinating to watch. Stuart Wilde
Not sure ... usually I have a hard time restraining myself here ... and for the first time ever I felt empty when trying to post.
Perhaps just me?
I normally have fun taking cues from other posts and simply could find nothing that I could "have fun with".
I blame it all on modwiz getting stuck upside down ... projection yes ... all his fault :laugh:
Haven't be chipper myself. Have had mean headaches for 2 days now and was not in mood to share as it sounds trivial when compared to others' genuine plights.
Calz, Enya is a one person dimension bringer. She creates an aural world of such beauty and healing in so much of her music. You really called it well with her.
Playdo, I totally agree about classic R&R. Today's music is as plastic as fast food. The industry is partially to blame. I say partially because the devil can only suggest, going along with the suggestion is always a choice that is made. It may be the only way to get to a world-wide audience. The price is your integrity/soul. Lady Gaga has the kind of voice for a lounge with piano and bass. Instead she is buried in over-production and and a score of dancers and whatever around her. She is a legitimate talent and the money changers are so jealous of people who have something real to offer the world.
Most things are relative except for 99.99999% which is absolute in the now & now.
As far as Villagers go there is a core group who are each others' relatives cemented together by their many shared here and now moments.
Our cloak is the vastness of the thread itself...I can't even get my arms around it any more.
Modwiz is only upside down while in retrograde motion which we all know is not really backwards. Soon he'll be doing another flip. Whether back to front or upside down we have to leave to his famous surprise surprise factor.
Just keep lighting your fire, Nora, there are new arrivals who came in from the cold only recently and need a place to huddle.
So true about talented people becoming distorted as a result of how the music business works. But there is more to it than jealous money changers...although jealousy is probably a factor...and not only with the money end, but also the journalists who write about them or who interview them or the stylists who fix up their appearance.
It is not much different from 40 years ago. Female solo performers always had a much harder time being authentic to their mission than a band, usually a gang of four young men who could sit around dreaming and yapping about creating their own record company.
Co-dependency is the name of the game if an artist wants more than just the noise of a hundred people clapping and shouting 'encore'. The question is, where does such a need come from? Lady Gaga herself, or her producers?
The Stuart Wilde picture is amazing, i like reading his books ( at least the two i read), when i come home from work i ussualy take a shower first to clean my body, and when i step into bed i always ask for all entities, thoughtforms and all, nets, cages etc within my aura and energy systems to be removed and patch up where ever needed. This actually works absolutely great, sometimes i can feel things being popped out, pulled out and being send on their way, its a great feeling to feel these things removed and i relax on the spot, the difference is very clear. I really need to do this every day, at work i have to deal with so much negative fear based energy from my clients, i could not survive otherwise. The psychiatric patients are absolutely tormented day and night by entities they ca not handle. For me it is completely impossible to touch on this subject with my coworkers, not fun, make me feel powerless and i do not feel the burning need to relieve them of these entities since i have no clue about the reason for it being there with a particular client. No darkness, no light and vice versa and everything in between.
You will just have to let go of this idea that you need your co-workers at all. You now have us, the Villagers. Think of a specific thing you could do and then ask us to stand by your side at that moment. We could coordinate the time.
For instance, you could go into a bathroom cubicle at work and there do a meditation while asking (commanding, even) for the highest Cosmic Being to suck out some entities from that centre where you work. Just a few at a time. Literally watch them being compacted and flicked off to some far away place in outer space where they can do no more harm.
Also look up that story about that Ho'o'ponopono psychologist who worked in a prison.
Thanks that offer is something i might take you up on.
I have to explain a bit more, but i will do this later on this day or tomorow morning, but in short, we have now 60 clients, we are swamped upto our necks at this time, the psychiatric problems, entities that acompany them are not all bad for the clients( they are just people too, some are f@ucked up and others serve the purpose of getting them to their day and they actually can have a lot of fun with eachothter). Nevertheless i have to do my job in a crowded place where it is impossible to avoid eachother bad vibes fly around all the time with poor aim i mght add, they have no clue of what they are hurling around all day, some of them do and screw things up on puspose, again, this is not a subject i can talk about with my co workers, let alone make time to take a breath in a bathroom cubilcle( booboo here). But Thank you very much for the kind words and offer.
Lotsa luv to everybody here.
Each One of You ARE This Energy...
...and Each One of You have Already done the Work to Fully Integrate It
...wherever You may be and whatever You may be doing, call on it, it is You
...You ALL Are Spiritual Commanders and Masters of Intent...now, now, now : ) : ) : )
.......Command Of The Eagle.......
When the warrior becomes fully aligned to the Dreamer they have the Command of the Eagle at their hand. Toltecs call the Creator of the Nagual (all that is), the Eagle. When a warrior has the Command of the Eagle at their hand they have the power of the Intent of all creation.
When we are fully aligned to the Dreamer, the Dreamer’s will and our will are one. We have free will but it is the will of the Dreamer. For those new to Toltec lore, the Dreamer is the entity that dreams our particular lifetime. We are the dreamed, dreamed by the Dreamer, our life is the dream.
We begin aligning to the Dreamer when we embark on the Mastery of Intent.
Neptunian dreams (speaking of)
Three consecutive dreams in which we were given a new house.
First was a huge manor house, parts of it downstairs were refurbished and modern, but the upstairs was untouched and in it's original, ancient (feeling) form. Walking the main, uppermost passage, I took out three stones from my pockets and placed them in the hall, a red ruby, a black tourmaline, and a blue sapphire.
in the second dream, lotusblossom was on the porch of our 3d home, and I was not far away standing in the yard. The man across the street came out of his garage apparently very upset, and at first I thought he was yelling at my wife, but then realized there were multiple vehicles in their yard, one of which was law enforcement, and he was arrested. While this was going down, we went back into our house, and I went to look out our front window, to discover the entire scene had changed completely. To the left of the house across the street, there is another house, but now was a long gravel road with a long caravan of yellow school busses coming out onto the road, mostly going to the right but every fifth or sixth one would turn the other way. I ran outside to see that our front yard was completely changed as well, and hollered at lotusblossom to come outside to see, and then realized the house itself had also completely changed. The house where the man had been arrested was now a pavillion, and behind it was some kind of gravel pit or mining operation where the school busses had come from.
in the third dream, I was pulling up to yet a third house, and in the driveway was met by a neighbors dog. It looked like a german shepherd, but was HUGE. The dog camu up and we introduced ourselves to one another. As I go inside the house, my wife is saying Hey, look at the other new tv, and in the dream I'm remembering the first dream in the big house there was a huge tv, maybe two yards(meters) wide. So I start to say Why we just got one, but she says don't worry it came with the house, they only wanted five dollars for it, and then I look and see it and it's white, and maybe a cm thick at most, super thin, and looks like something out of "the ship". Also, there was a cd/dvd that the "found in the yard" and although I can't grasp the significance outside of the dream, within the dream I was excited at what it was, more so than I was for the "five dollar et television".
Three new house dreams in a row, and in the middle one it almost changed before my very eyes. Houses in this case are a symbol of the mind/body/spirit, and these dreams speak to me of transformation. After an intense energy transfer between lotusblossom and myself last night, I went into a profound reverie where I was being further educated in the use of the "purple smiley(thanks for the title, ulli)" and was taught how to use the image in projecting it into the very DNA of my body to cause the change we've been waiting for, then had the three dreams of new houses, even seeing the current house change in a single episode. The purple smiley's representation in 3d, which I made out of matboard, is pictured on my profile.
Now is the time for those who are ready to SHINE with Creator's Light!
The house thing is not the most widely understood of dream phenomena, that's for sure. The houses tend to be very expressive of our current mode of consciousness, but they also can be relavent of the connection to the higher self or the shadow, or inner self. I'd like to say that my real hous is a ufo, but even that is such a limiting thought, so I say it more for entertainment purposes only. :)
Ha, PL! Just recently my coworkers and I were daydreaming and discussing what we would do if we had unlimited funds (I forgot to tell them about the caché in the Village Barn ;). They spoke of owning houses around the world, etc., and at first, when it was my turn, I thought that I would own a submarine after the fashion of, not Captain Nemo, but rather Hagbard Celine, from Robert Anton Wilson's Illuminatus Trilogy. But then, I realized that was seriously limiting. I thought for a moment and said, if I had unlimited funds I would possess a vimana and that would be my home, and I would scoot around the world ending poverty with my unlimited funds. The reply was: "What the hell is a vimana.......?" I said, "I'll let you know when I park it at the office." HA!
Hey Calz, the cloud on the bottom right is about what I pictured my vimana to look like on the outside! Conical and cloaked as a cloud.
Ha, PL! Just recently my coworkers and I were daydreaming and discussing what we would do if we had unlimited funds (I forgot to tell them about the caché in the Village Barn ;). They spoke of owning houses around the world, etc., and at first, when it was my turn, I thought that I would own a submarine after the fashion of, not Captain Nemo, but rather Hagbard Celine, from Robert Anton Wilson's Illuminatus Trilogy. But then, I realized that was seriously limiting. I thought for a moment and said, if I had unlimited funds I would possess a vimana and that would be my home, and I would scoot around the world ending poverty with my unlimited funds. The reply was: "What the hell is a vimana.......?" I said, "I'll let you know when I park it at the office." HA!
for all the newcomers...
since the Village has had 100%+ occupancy recently
it might be hard to spot the Village Barn.
This is a place anyone can sneak into when the need arises. All villagers have a password.
Here is what is still left after 10,000 posts.
I know most here have been quite modest
but that's because it is not as easy as one might think
what to do with this much abundance.
So many options. Creative thinking is needed, and figuring what one's priorities really are.
I'm finally all caught up with the village life. So many beautiful sharing, music, eye candy (I had never heard that saying... love it! ... du bonbon pour les yeux... it even translate nicely :) ) I thank you all so much.
I kept thinking that I should log off and do something. No way... I was enjoying the reading too much. It is snowing outside, we're expecting around 10-15 cm. I guess there will be no palm trees growing on my lawn for a while. I have to go out to get some food, might as well go now before the storm really kicks in. My big plan afterwards is to watch Meeredas's bird film... more eye candy. Yum.
Happy Anniversary to Calz and his lady !
Beautiful day in the forest. Sunny and warm -the sun is not intense am going to work in my olio of a garden for a while -pull weeds. Nice enough to wear shorts and go barefoot. Yeah!!!! and my rose bush that I thought the sun had burned to a crisp this winter is growing new leaves.
Good to see everyone in such good spirits.
First happy anniversary Calz. Last night I dreamed I was walking with you and your wife and as usual can't remember details but your wife was SMILING at me big time, the most happy, beautiful smile. Next I was running though a Market centre late for something. Rushing to get somewhere, when I spy a stall with Carmody,s avatar above on the sign so I knew it was Carmies stall but I couldn't stop to say hello cos I was late for something. I don't know what he was selling. Lots of boxes with 'stuff' in!
Meeradas, my hard rockin friend, glad you like Adele too. I love the fact she can just stand in front of the mic and belt her song out without having to strut about like a maniac on stage, like the good ole days, Janis etc. I hope the industry doesn't chew her up like the others. So much harder for female singers.
No panicking ;) The responses I get from my posts are still leaving me feel distant and not quite understood and I have no desire to explain myself. I love this thread so I look for places to insert myself into the dialogue. Some subjects move me and I respond irrespective of whether my point will be understood. I know my posts are well taken. My perception of not being heard clearly is my own and I am fairly sure my points do not appear hazy or ill-formed to others, nor their replies and reactions to them. I am experiencing a lot of frustration at an inability to have clear conversations, from my point of view. My reality to deal with and it is a private endeavor. I feel and give a lot of love here and now, and that is what's important. Words are secondary.
"Friends"
Bright light almost blinding, black night still there shining,
I can't stop, keep on climbing, looking for what I knew.
Had a friend, she once told me, "You got love, you ain't lonely,"
Now she's gone and left me only looking for what I knew.
Mmm, I'm telling you now, The greatest thing you ever can do now,
Is trade a smile with someone who's blue now, It's very easy just...
Met a man on the roadside crying, without a friend, there's no denying,
You're incomplete, they'll be no finding looking for what you knew.
So anytime somebody needs you, don't let them down, although it grieves you,
Some day you'll need someone like they do, looking for what you knew.
Mmm, I'm telling you now, The greatest thing you ever can do now... :)
You just expressed something that I've been feeling most of my life,
and alternatively efforted to overcome, or give in to, only to withdraw further as I got older.
My 3D connections tease me about what they perceive as an Internet "addiction",
when in fact this is communication at it's best, for me anyway,
and it is the last place I have where some meaningful thoughts are still being exchanged.
Whether we are on this thread visibly, or 'only' as lurkers, makes little difference...
the thread has a life of it's own already and all of us shift modes.
Part of the bi-cycles of a duality reality.
I had to switch to my dream mind set to look at this. First look made my stomach twist up and a swoon enveloped me. I reminded myself of dream situations like this where I jump off and fly and then I was able to look at this picture and enjoy it. Nice scenery for flying.
Can't look at those pics...height problem...vertigo. I'm sure they are lovely...can't see through the dizziness!
Welcome to all newcomers.
High winds today. The chill cuts right through.
What's up with the ho'oponopono sites? Talked with a friend about cutting unwelcome and negative attachments, remember reading how to do that as part of ho'oponopono, went looking for the site I had bookmarked quite a while ago...gone. Several sites are gone or have tampered with the ancient process by changing it with "zero limit"...kind of like what was done with the law of attraction by The Secret.
Love the soothing feeling I get when catching up on posts here and now.
Nightmares last night...a rare occurrence. Can't remember them, but woke up a couple of times with heart pounding and a sense of fear. Weird. Still feeling a bit disjointed. A long walk in the woods may clear my head...
Here and Now...Have become aware like nobody's business. Quite taken aback with the magnitude of connections, both in nature and in the Village. Very sensitive again, be-ing and remembering there is only this moment. In this moment, so much exists. I wish I had another word to use when referring to "energy"...sometimes there is nauseating electricity running through me, others a tranquil wholeness that is indescribable. Beautiful birds making these trees their homes...coming within feet of me to connect... different types of birds showing up constantly. Some soaring over my home, some approaching within feet, high-pitched chirping and low-pitched hoo-ing (morning doves)...
Yesterday had the most intense experience with energy in the environment, and energy moving within my body. Dizziness, cold sweat, nausea for prolonged periods, yet I know beyond all uncertainty that I am/was not sick physically...no virus, etc. Aching "knowings" that something is happening...something's wrong...followed by profound opportunities to help two people through very intense situations in their lives by allowing the turmoil in my body to exist and then allowing Spirit to express through my words...
And then I knew in an instant. Okay, it's allllll gone. Phew.
Interesting conversation...I say to my husband, just sort of making chit chat, "I think I am what some people call a 'sensitive'." He says, "yes, you are." One daughter asks, "what's a sensitive?" Husband says, "you know, someone who is sensitive to the emotions of other people." Younger daughter says, "someone who understands the natural order of things."
I'll betcha I'm not prepared for all this lol...
