I spent some of the morning at the botanical garden with my mom. She had a simple procedure on her knee, not an operation, and is doing well. It was a wonderful morning with her, for us both.

Heels spurs are starting to manifest again. Probably from jogging the last few weeks and I've had to deal with them now for over 6 years. I dont have alot of calcium in my diet and I stretch before exercise. I jog tippy toes. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

My husband has had a spur underneath his left heel.
He used to inject himself when he had the courage. After two days there is no more pain.
The last injection was over one year ago, and he hasn't had any trouble since.
The sooner you have it seen to the better, otherwise the funny walking you do can start fresh problems in other parts of the foot.
Good luck. Will also send pain killing energies, although a spur, being bone, is a bit tricky.

Took a half hour for the cops to find him, and he was stuck in a place that tow trucks were not allowed to go. So the police car pushed his truck for 1/4 mile to where the tow truck could get to him, hehheheehehe I don't know why but that hits my funny bone.

I'm in a state of paralysis right now, imagine me standing with Pippen and Gandalf on the balcony in Minas Tirith, that is what it feels like. Just waiting to move. :)

The bridge is of course symbolic of the change-over that is coming.
So in total I see this as a warning to handle this move with great caution. Space your energies well.
Do not rush anything. A house move is a destruction of one home and the resurrection of another home.
A home is made up of 20,000 or so articles, each one needs to be handled individually.

Three weeks after a move my hands would be totally numb from all that work.
If I had to move again, I would do it so slowly and gradually that I would allow up to five days for each room,

Thank you Sierra (and others). Catherine and JP married a year and a half ago... late love. They both have children of their own. JP's daughter did the film for a college project and got good recognition. The film was shown at a local film festival last year. As for Catherine, the chemo will be starting as soon as all the results from various tests comes in (sometime mid-March). The tumor in her breast is too big to operate on, so doctor's wish to have it reduce before they operate. Good news is the cancer has not spread to other vital organs. Thank you for inquiring. :o

@ Meeradas: I told them the cops would show up if they went there! LOL They usually do the soup thing in more "politically correct" environments. I love them.

I stopped taking calcium supplements when I ran across information suggesting there were side effects (as seemingly with everything not coming directly from nature):

Excercises such as Tai Chi or even weigh training are supposed to be good for maintaining bone density and you should be able to find a routine that works most muscle groups without pounding your feet with jogging.

Played this earlier today. After just a few seconds, let my grandson listen. He listened to it over...and over...about 4 times :) He says, "Did butterflies did this?" Such a dear one.

The way things feel...is changing for me. Wow. Just wow. It is SO big, whatever this is. After the "spell" I had Friday, yesterday I was exhausted. Today, had a headache in the morning, 2 dizzy spells that were nothing compared to Friday. In the past week, pressure coming and going in my head. I wonder if everyone on earth has gone through this, is going through this, or will go through this at some point. I still look around at other people and see/feel no sign of connection.

Had a difficult conversation over the phone. Told him I couldn't talk any more, hung up really crying. Let all that out and texted him instead. Almost caused a tantrum. Explained that his energy was killing me. I said that if he could pull it back some, and would agree to tone down the vivid language (not curse words...more just so vivid that I was experiencing them), that we could try talking on the phone again. He said he understood, and adjusted himself. Finished the conversation fine on the phone. Now..is that WEIRD? or is that WEIRD?

I have to be so very careful what I allow myself to be exposed to. It is really unusual.

Spent the day outside clipping and raking and pulling weeds...i LOVE dirt! It smells like home, so therapeutic, fills up my soul. Cut the rose bushes back, cleaned out the ... coi pond? Em and I think it will be a toy pond, and looked at some wind up frogs and fish that swim in the bath tub.

Hubby brought work stress, actually all kinds of stress. Talked him into buying sea salt, but he fell asleep before the bath. First thing here...he's in a salt bath, no ifs ands or buts lol. And he felt sooooo much better. Borrowed my sage :) I passed along every word of wisdom shared with me here.

No time to catch up this morning ... but noticed Mojo's comment about having not much dietary calcium. My best source of calcium (I don't do much dairy) is sesame seeds and leafy dark green veggies. They are loaded with calcium that's easily usable by the body. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on salads, on a baked potato, eat hummus (it has sesame butter = tahini). Crackers loaded with sesame seed are so delicious (homemade or bought at the health food store).

Wearing birkenstocks helps heel spurs a lot.

Had a difficult conversation over the phone. Told him I couldn't talk any more, hung up really crying. Let all that out and texted him instead. Almost caused a tantrum. Explained that his energy was killing me. I said that if he could pull it back some, and would agree to tone down the vivid language (not curse words...more just so vivid that I was experiencing them), that we could try talking on the phone again. He said he understood, and adjusted himself. Finished the conversation fine on the phone. Now..is that WEIRD? or is that WEIRD?

I have to be so very careful what I allow myself to be exposed to. It is really unusual.



DNA will take in energy from another source and then re-emit it...when it is full.

Thus, we can be in danger of becoming tuned to what is emitted toward or at us, or reflected at us ---and we vibrate in sympathy with. Thus we re-emit that and it becomes a game of ping pong, no-one realizing that to end the ping pong and repetition, one party must drop the energy and work at emitting something that is of a higher vibration or quality.

I was skeptical at first, but I found that in tense situations that have built up over time, that Hoʻoponopono (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ho%CA%BBoponopono) really does work. especially if the given person is 'aware' of it's capacities and intensities. After all, we know how to build tension and difficulty, but we seem to be having issue with figuring out how to tame it or break the loop. This is a consensus reality and we can even tap into into and use other people's energies to maintain or create our own, via controlled projection and reception. This can be the darker side of the coin, if we are not careful. First thing to come to the intelligent monkey avatar, that is emotionally driven as a base mechanism for keeping the body alive, is the idea of fear and extension of desire in the aspects of finding control levers and mechanisms. Thus.. religion, politics, negative people, vampiric people, controlling people, etc.

After that comes some semblance of knowing and minimal experience with these mechanisms as a known working truth in the face of perceived reality and...clam and sense returns and we move into a more positive expression with some of the aspects of ego and fear/desire tamed or becalmed. In those moments we find reason and logic with compassion can drive us forward into a world filled with even greater revelations.

Thus, there is no TV in my life, no nasty people or emotionally overpowering situations that are projected into me, as this is just a pile of energy that I might pick up and re-emit in some manner or another or have trouble separating myself from.

The ultimate end is to get all the rocks and pebbles out of the pockets of your mind and being..and rise to the top and see the world and universe as it really is. This takes dedication to separate from the world and then isolate and clear the self. Thus sitting under the bohdi tree, or in the cave, isolated. To clear the self after separation from the 'noise' of the world. To gain a better understanding that might then stay as state of some permanence,and then move forward from that new. to always have a balancing point in the new position to make sure backsliding does not occur.

I, for example, when I used to get lost, I would look at a painting made by a relative. The painting is of when this relative helped a friend in their passing from an accident,and the help occurred while the relative was sleeping and woke with the vision of the helping of the passing.

When I look at the painting I am reminded of the universal aspects of the reality of the ephemeral or dimensional or spirit world and how it couples to this awareness we call 3D reality. And, most importantly, that this coupling to this 3D world is in part connected to my level of personal awareness and being/vibration/condition.

A good storm blew in from the North rain, sleet, sheets of rain and now snowing hard -I have a roaring fire blazing in the stove and stocked piled enough wood in the house for the next 3 days. I am grateful for the rain and snow -it's like a gift from above for the life of the forest. But know better, it will be another night by the fire for me.

Had some computer glitches but I think I fixed them. Caught up with the last 4 pages of the thread.... Loved the soup video, the aurora borealis and Peter Gabriel, he is one of my favorite artists. The last 2 concerts my mom and I went to together before she died, were Bob Dylan and Peter Gabriel. She was a classically trained musician; played the french horn, flute, clarinet and oboe. Music and the Arts were always fun with her. I love you mom.

Working with the Natural Laws..... tough one for me right now, but am grateful. -another night by the fire.

@meeredas...I've been thinking about how to describe "pressure in my head coming and going" for you. For the whole day I've been thinking about it. I couldn't find the words, so I looked in the thesaurus...other words synonymous with pressure are: burden, compressing, compression, crushing, encumbrance, heaviness, load, mass, shear, squeeze, squeezing, strain, strength, stress, tension, thrust. None of them describe the pressure in my head. Forget the dictionary. The closest words I can find are ache and tightness. I do get headaches, but the pressure feeling is not a headache. In fact, I experience migraines, so I can tell you the pressure is not pain at all. I'm really sorry, but I just can't describe it any better. I tried for you though.

There is a tree in my front yard. I don't know the specific type of tree, but I don't think that's important. One morning I was watching it grow (lol). I saw something I have never seen before, nor have I ever heard of anyone else seeing this before. From within the space the tree occupies came some red square light flickers. I stared in disbelief for a good minute. Came to my senses and ran to get my phone. Took a 30 second vid of it because I knew I wouldn't be able to describe it, and also that no one would believe this. I panned left and right to other trees on the vid, and there is nothing like it anywhere else. It is not the following...light reflecting on the leaves, something behind the tree, something reflective in/on/around the tree, the camera, the lighting. I showed the vid to my husband, who is astounded and speechless as well. No idea what this is. I looked at the vid again today, and there are several other places in the tree that are doing this red-square-light type of thing that I didn't even see the day I was experiencing this. The only thing I have been told is that Native Americans believe trees can absorb the energy of something buried beneath them, so something might be buried beneath the tree. That doesn't resonate, but...could be. The other thing that was suggested is that the tree is trying to communicate something to me. Eegads, I do not know this language lol. Loving and open to all living things is what I hope I am, at the ready to help in any way is what I hope I am...but just about everything else is over my head.

Some of you have heard this story before.

Eileen was the person who died. My mother would always bring these people home. Second one with those eyes.


She was one with permanently dilated pupils, who was a master's student along with my mother. She was this crazy, jumping bean of a girl who would do the most childishly playful things at any turn. Being around her was a rollercoaster ride of "what's next?". I remember one time we had a party and we decided to dance to some early Kraut stuff.. Kraftwerk. Tough to dance to.

She gave in first ....and dived to the floor and made a big pregnant belly. Two seconds later there were 10 people on the floor doing the same, to see who could make the biggest preggers with our exposed bellies. Just a total childish riot to be around. And she literally did have permanently dilated pupils. No drugs, no sedation, no nothing. Just wired that way. Even fenceposts would fall in love with her. Nothing was immune to her charm. Anyway, a man who tried to be her partner, Chris, ended up following her out to the west coast.

She was jumping around in the car, like she usually did..and on a bridge, over a deep rocky gorge.. Chris was driving...and he hit a pole that was on the bridge. She flew out the windshield and hit the pole head on. Died instantly.

She had no idea she was dead. It happened too fast, no notice or preparation possible...like some of the people who drowned in the tsunami.

Meanwhile, at the same time, my mother was sleeping and dreampt she was at the bottom of a big ravine, with rocks all around, small river, and a bridge very high up, over the ravine.

My mother was kneeling on the ground, among the rocks/shoreline and Eileen's head was in her lap, Eileen stretched out in front of her. Eileen was confused and shocked, upset. She wanted to go, but did not know if she should or could or what was even going on. My Mother calmed her, and petted her head, smiled, looked her in the eyes and calmly told her she could go. And she opened her arms, raised them and Eileen floated and shifted out of there....just faded out....

My Mother awoke, and knew that Eileen was dead. She got the call a few hours later, when morning came. Eileen had died at that exact same time.

That is the painting - of part of my Mother's recall of the event. It is a textured oil painting.

When aiding a soul in it's leavtaking, I find that to get it done, one has to have the calm of spirit, of knowing, and compassion. As deep and as wide as one's own being and life force. Otherwise, it does not work.

All the sorrow, all the joy, all the life, and all the longing and all the completeness, (finality of peace and ending, to shift to new) and peace... that one can be, but overlayed into the space they occupy.

I like this song, simplistic as it may be... as it reminds me, in some ways... of that feeling.

New Eruptions at Rincon de la Vieja in Costa Rica

It has been almost exactly 14 years since the last eruptive period for Rincón de la Vieja in Costa Rica, but it looks like the volcano might be awakening from its break. Last Thursday (Feb. 22), the volcano experienced two small explosions in the early morning. Seismic records suggest the volcano also had small explosions on Feb. 19 and 20, according to the OVSICORI report for Feb. 25 (PDF). None of the explosions caused any damage to anything near the volcano and there are no reports of ash fall other than in the crater itself. These explosions are very similar in style to the September 2011 explosions that were like phreatic in nature — that is, not new magma but superheated water generated the explosions. Of course, it is likely that new magma intruding the volcano is the heat source for the water, but these explosions could precede a new magmatic eruption by months or years (or lead to nothing at all). The volcano sits within a national park in Costa Rica and after these explosions, the National Emergency Commission has declared the crater area off-limits to visitors.


The last major eruption from Rincón de la Vieja was in 1966, when it produced at VEI 3 event that generated pyroclastic flows. All the way back in circa 1820 B.C., the volcano produced the Río Blanco tephra from a larger VEI 4 eruption. The summit of the volcano hosts a small crater lake (see above), which could potentially add to the initial explosivity of any eruption as the water interacts with erupting magma. There are also abundant mudpots and springs within the national park as well, attesting to the persistent geothermal activity in the area. This geothermal activity is the reason why the Costa Rican government is looking to build a 200 MW geothermal energy plant in the National Park as well.

Great question, 1inMany. Ho’oponopono has been bandied about a lot lately…almost being ‘trivialized’ and used as a mantra without understanding what is being said and why. Here and now is a fairly simplified explanation of the sacred process of Ho’oponopono as I understand it to be…

Morrnah Simeona-A Living Treasure of Hawaii taught that whenever any type of problem comes up, we must look at ourselves, and that “Peace begins with me”.

What works ultimately, is when I realize that the world is within me, and that to change the world, I have to change it within myself….taking 100% responsibility. Ho’oponopono is a process of only looking at myself and working on the garbage (memories) in me (my subconscious mind). The idea is to work directly with 'The Divinity'/’The Creator’, saying:

Sometimes, I use the words "I understand" in place of the more accurate word "I feel this to be true." Before I moved to Shermany, I belonged to a "book club". 8 strong "whiney whineys". Although we might have spoken about a book or two, we met once a month to........ have a lil' fun. If, for some reason, you landed up in hospital on the set date, the party would take place around the hospital bed. It was that important to us. This was our theme tune. A part of me died in my dream last night. I was going out in the sea, wearing a white sweater and jeans. I thought that the jeans would be heavy so I changed for some black pants. Something happened, I don’t know what exactly, but I drowned. I was made aware of this because the clothes were returned to me by the police, but I did not see my body. I said something like… omg ! I died! And there I was with my mother (who has gone home) choosing a cremation urn for my body. Then I woke up saying … woo ... this is important I need to write this down. I was in a trance like state so I just could not get up, and went back to sleep. Woke up again later on, again wanting to write the dream in my journal, went back to sleep.

I did not get up once during the night… I usually get up a couple of times. Slept through until almost 8:00! Wow! Feeling very rested this morning. I wanted to write the dream down in my journal but lately I am strongly encouraged to share. Thank you so much for giving me the space to do so.

Since last summer, I felt something inside of me wanting to die, so that something else could be birthed. I feel this has happened. I am now pregnant…

If any of you have any input on this, your thoughts are more than welcomed.

The village feels like heaven this morning. I am grateful.

I met "my" tree. Overwhelming experience, and so simple at the same time, unexplainable and massive, and so small. I observed her, approached her, and ever so gently reached my hand out to her. (Like I could actually hurt a tree? lol) I placed both hands on her, and felt the smoothness of her bark. I moved closer to listen with my heart. Of course, I had to peer into the heart of the branches, wayyyy above my head, to see if there were any lights flashing-no, there weren't. I walked slowly around the whole tree, touching and feeling each branch.

My hands are tingling really powerfully, bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, and that is slowly moving up my arms, bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...and almost like my blood is moving through my body for the first time, there is warmth inside my cold fingers. I felt profoundly dizzy standing there looking up, but the dizziness didn't really subside when I looked away, like I would expect if I were experiencing dizziness from heights.

Can you feel the energy?

No accidents I was watching the tree
Scene from the LOTR only a few hours ago.
It struck me that th forest sounds were

Thunder and lightning flashes wind howling all night long. Around 8 inches of snow fell last night.
There are a lot of oak trees, a few pines and manzanitas in my yard -a haven for all of the creatures in the forest,
even the pesky raccoons and most unwanted possibly troublesome skunks are welcome here.
The birds were furiously pecking for little morsels of seeds around the trees this morning.
Awoke to one of the larger oaks losing a couple of its big branches -now its lop-sided hoping it doesn't fall over I don't want to cut its branches to keep it from faling over.

Had a large spirit wolf glowing and eyes glowing walk through my yard last night and onto my porch out the gate and into the 300 - 400 yr old giant dead hollowed out oak...... they are all welcome. Just passing through.....

The Yew, Taxus baccata , is an ancient tree species that has survived since before the Ice Age and as such as been revered and used by humankind throughout the ages. All races of the Northern Hemisphere, especially the Celts, the Greeks, the Romans and the North American Indians, have a right and powerful understanding of this unusual and remarkable tree. Because of its longevity and its unique way of growing new trunks from within the original root bole, it has now been estimated that some English Yews are as much as 4,000 years old, their presence spanning ages of time and history. No wonder the Yew is associated with immortality, renewal, regeneration, everlasting life, rebirth, transformation and access to the Otherworld and our ancestors.
There are about 10 different species of Yew in the northern temperate zones of Asia, Asia Minor, India, Europe, North Africa and North America. They are all thought to have descended from Paleotaxus rediviva , which was found imprinted on a Triassic era fossils laid down more than 200,000,000 years ago. Recently, more fossils of the Yew have been found from the Jurassic era, 140,000,000 years ago. So the Yew has managed to survive the great climatic changes of our planet, adapting and finding ways to live longer than most species alive today. According to pollen counts taken from peat bogs of Europe, the Yew trees grew in greater abundance at the time of the Ice Age than they do now. As the glaciers receded northwards, the great forests of Europe contained up to 80% of Yew trees, and since these times have been in continuous decline.

In the area where I grew up there were 2 different places where the Yew tree could be found. One of the places was a field near a large hill with a rocky out cropping -looks like someone planted it there. It was a small Yew -a lot of the children in the neighborhood would go there and play.


The other place by a pond, had many Yew some of them huge. Not too far from there were caves with Native American petroglyphs and paintings on the cave walls. I used to go swimming in the pond, explored the caves quite a bit and rode horses many times through the small grove of Yews. I later found out that the whole area is protected land by the local Native people.

It was interesting when i journeyed on tips with altar practices not that long ago.
And i was told that for me, placing things next to my heart was the best altar of them all. And just to make that clear it wasn't mean in the material sense.
I was reminded then of when my dog passed over and how her spirit entered
my heart Chakra when moving through and out of this realm.

Which also reminds me of the Aborigines here, ( the Koories). when you ask them where is home they point to their chest.

Another story comes to mind that one of my teachers told me about baggage,
she uses luggage as a metaphor here. She talks about how when times were
tough and people had to flee with nothing they converted all they owned
into a few precious stones, often diamonds, that were then sewn into the
hem of their clothing. She spoke about how most of us have loads of luggage,
all filled with coal, weighing us down and that the aim is to transform all that
coal into a handful of diamonds, releasing us of all the stories we tell ourselves,
leaving us to exist more at the level of our pure essences.

She is one of my favorite teachers, i love her metaphors very much.
The power of the metaphor is far reaching, yet so simple.

Hi, again, time for me to finally post something usefull on this thread, i hope someone can make good use of it, its very practical but you will have to exercise with it.

I know many of you/us are allready familiar with the concept of affirmations and the sometimes spontaneous effects they can cause(really surprising).

Why do i do this, well, about eight years ago i got very interested in Rebirthing, cause of this was i bought a book about it to inform myself about this very subject. Leanard Orr, Sondra Ray.

After reading the book i decided to have a go at this ( hey, no guts no glory, right?)and did about 15 dry sessions because they did the trick just fine.

For those of you who do not know what this Very vague hippie or religious sounding Rebirthing is, its really simple, its about breating, a continious inhalation and exhalation without pause for a set amount of time, actually you cause a form of hyperventing with this technique but hyperventing is the opposite off subventilation ( not enough oxy and an inbalance of the better and used up gasses in your system) Think yoga here, its connected.

Anywho, the effects caused by this are, trembling, vibrating, cramping up, warmth in your heart region or belly or whereever else and releasing stress from various parts of your body, these things are signals something got clogged up and want to find their way out, you added energy (chi, prana, or whatchamacallit)to your system and it wants to vent the tensions(held emotions) this is a natural proces you just gave it an opportunity to release, thats all there is to it.

Idea behind all of this is very simple and very logical as a matter of fact, theory, when moving through life itsself you have experiences, while experiencing this life you breathe, when your breath is not under your control it is a very normal reaction to respond with your breath on presented actual circumstances, you are startked, you hold your breath, you are scared your breathing pattern changes etc etc etc. If this accumulated tension is kept inside the body (by not regulating your breath and releasing the tension you will eventuaaly screw up your life because input and release are no longer in balance.

There is a zillion more things to say about his off course but there are 5 themes which are the main causes of stress in any given life on this planet if you are bipedal( who knows how other creatures experience live, but it seems obvious to me that everything thats born alive or has been attached to an umbellical cord kind of thingie can suffer as a consequence caused by stress)

The themes are.

1. The birthtrauma,

( the first thing that happens when you get born, its cold, rough towel, bright light, slapped on the ass, hose stuck down your throat, needles in your heels, taken away from your mother to get weight by cold hands etc etc etc. this has to come as a bit of a shocker, it did to me, what the f@ck just happened to me?Just a minute ago you where in a warm, loving, familiar place, perfectly happy and now this **** happenned to you, did not see that one coming did you now eh. You have never even seen the face of your mother and have no clue what a human looks like, this sounds like an alien abduction, RIGHT?)

Conclusion,

i cannot trust people they will hurt me.
Outside the whom its is very cold and unpleasant.
If this is whats life is i dont know if i want it.
People are out to get me and they will hurt me.
There is not enough air, love, food.( you where used to breathing fluid and you will gasp, your lifeline the umbellical just got cut and o f2ck how will i eat, i am going to die, you can think of more things here to add yourself, the things i just mentioned here are not strange thought and even worse they are feelings and while all of this is happening to you within a timespan of about ten minutes you will be in complete shock, these ten minutes are enough to give just about every living being a serious case of PTSS and the fun has only just begun, HOORAH, you are forced into the defensive while all you wanted was a warm welcome, enjoy, there will be more **** to come to you, effortless.

Your first emotions feelings and breaths have been screwed up allready, you WILL remember this on a subconscious level and the program is set, LIVE WILL NOT BE EASY FROM NOW ON, good luck son.

2. The parental disproval syndrome,

Do not know how to translate this because it is a long piece, to make a long story short, i you have read the Celestine Promise you will catch the general drift of this second issue that has be adressed to break free, every teenager has been through it and we try to live up to expectations we can never truly live up to, it goes much deeper then this of course, your parents are someones child to and they experienced this as well and provide you the great service of passing it along( maybe this is whats meant by the original sin parabel).

3. Specific negative thoughts,

You know all thats **** they made you believe about yourself way before you had the skillsets to descern fact from fiction and how to handle someones opinion about you, a lot of nature versus nurture sh!t. And holy crap, its to late allready, its in your brain now, in your energy system, your belief system, your body, i am sure you get the general idea by now, preaching in church here.

4. The subconscious death urge,

The belief that death is unavoidable, in fact you are in charge of your thoughts/ emotions about this very subject and your mind can turn just about everything into a selffullfilling prophesy. Some scientists say the only reason death is so popular is because nobody ever questioned it.
In the East they have a different view on this and if aging is possible then getting younger must also be possible, how about becoming immortal in the flesh, all you need is plenty of energy, how to get this energy is upto you, take your pick, you have plenty of choices to choose from. Fill er up babe!!

5. Information from previous lives(or better yet the current lack of knowing you have lived before and its a karma thingie)

Not going into this one further, i am sure you know what this about when you are on this forum or thread, its a wellinformed village IMNSHO in this case.



Energy flows where needed if provided.

I was dealing with a lot of stress and was unable to let go of it( reiki didnt do the trick as fast as i wanted it to and i had some serious commitment issues to get rid of the tensions) a lot of bad sh!t happened to me in my life but with some effort (a lot of it) things started slowly but surely turn out for the better, yet there is still a lot of work to be done, but i am no longer in a stressed out hurry to fix things since my understanding is now i have plenty of lives to work with and i have done a great deal allready.

The affirmations i will start to put in this post in a second have a trick to it, the trick is,

Write each and every version down by hand 10 to 20 times ( dont type, dont be lazy, your eyes hands and brain need to sync for this task to anchor these messages in your mind, swiftly and permanently).

So do it like this.

present time, second and third person.

example,

I, 665 now expand my willingness to receive and accept love.

You, 665, now expand your willingness to receive and accept love.

665,now expands his willingness to receive and accept love.


I have the book next to me and will make a serious attempt to schtick in my poor english 22 Self Apriciation Affirmations into this post, maybe they are of use to you, i will only post the present time ones, you have the example above to do the rest of it yourself.

15. I..... desrve the credits for the things i have accomplished whether they were easy of hard to obtain.
16. I..... am an worthy man/woman even when dead broke. ( grinn, hard one in these times)
17. I.... can feel great in anybodys prescence.
18. I..... am prepared to give up my........ behaviour.
19. The more i learn to be alone(by myself) the more i will enjoy the company of others.
20. I..... am loved and appriciated when alone and in company of others.
21. I..... am succesfull and i like it. ( yeah, right on bro/sis, keep it up)
22. Being selfindulgent make me a responsable person. ( to charge your system up, etcetc).

Perhaps it also gives a little insight to were i came from and the effort i put into getting out of it, maybe it will make me a bit less lokking like a one liner d!ckhead who prowls aroud here just for fun. There is a lot more to me like there is to everybody else.

Hi Plumber. I am so glad you found us. Sometimes I wonder why other Avalonians still see the need to be so combative,
but I think it comes from their deep love of truth. (I.e. fear of lies)

The waking-up process has to go through the mind stage before it reaches the heart.
Sorting the wheat from the chaff.
But when that sorting process is finished, after plenty of suffering,
it may look to others as if one has suddenly become stupid.

Of course we here know this is not quite the case.

Good Morning! Just checking in which I will do from time to time. Been busy of late, grand daughter to watch, laundry to do, house to clean, walls to paint, floors to tile, baby girl dresses to make, dinner to cook, cakes to bake...
