good morning everyone. thought i would try to take a few minutes to get caught up with here and now and myself.
@ dan33: i love steve mcqueen. great posters. your new avatar is very funny. 'man smell'!
@viral spiral: my job is going okay. it is much slower paced than the retail thing; this is good. however, i'm also enrolled in an online university to try and finish my degree, so i seem to be keeping myself busy. and this is good. it's nice to feel that i can do something for myself now.
@samsara: i am sending many blessings and good vibes in your direction. hope it helps.
@CivilDawn: your new guitar is awesome. i showed it to my sweetheart last night and he says it's a good buy. he loves guitars. i hope you can make some beautiful music with it.
@meeradas: is that your face in the lower right hand corner of your avatar? peek-a-boo style?
@ulli: so glad you're back. when you are not here, things seem very still. but in a hollow way. does that make sense? anyways, i'm glad that all is okay and that you are back with us here.
one final thought, question: does anyone know what has happened with the channeled information area? it is still there, but, i read that darla may not be posting there anymore because of another thread about stopping channeled info. is this what is happening?
i hope everyone has a beautiful day. it's snowing here and very cold. i am longing for spring.
warmest thoughts to all, corson
What happened is Blufire started a thread about channneling and the distraction and bad impression of it here at PA. She got herself a posse of some very angry critters and appealed to the mods to do something about it. One of the legal weasel wedges that was used was one of the forum guidelines about posting with out introductions of the size of a post. Things that many people in all kinds of threads do but was never enforced. So. Ilie, has decided to use existing 'rules' with regards to the channeling section with a mind to make it retroactive, which Darla says would require her to go back and re-edit her hundredof posts. Whether that was the case or her 'hearing; of it I do not know. What I do know is that when I reported an infraction on a non channeling thread, I was told by :cow: that my efforts would make a pariah of me, to the admins, if they were to continue.
It really does look like it was Blufire having an issue with Darla. The legal issues used having little do do with actual procedure and are being used in a narrow band of application. It seems Blufire found an ally in Ilie, who also is no fan of the channeled material. FWIW, I am not a fan either, but I do know how to mind my own business.
Plant eaters tend to conduct themselves in a less feral manner than those who take their daily nourishment from the bodies of other animals. There is a whole part of ones decency that has to be shut down or overridden to indulge in such a diet. Especially the factory farming of these days.
Blufire stared a thread about needing help becoming a plant eater but used it to explain why it doesn't work for a hard working lady like herself.
I hope that helped, Corson.

Thanx for the "news we can use" ... I knew about the blufire thread but didn't follow that nor channeled stuff enough to know about the follow through.
Do I smell the tinge of burnt witches about???
Well ... crap ... blufire is a good solid down to earth person. She was doing organic farming in Kansas and got the royal screw over by Monsatan (like most all do). She has a lot of fire (no idea about her chart ... just her nature).
I can add that I found it interesting to see her latest thread about changing timelines ... which is fine ... but is that any more etched in down to earth 3D reality than channeling???
I am not going to jump in the fray and I don't wish to drag it here ... but ***to me*** we should have freedom of expression.
One thing to have the PTB/W send their brute squads to take away that right ... but in a forum ... in *this* forum ... we should have the right to express ourselves.

Blufire apparently met someone endowed with a "deep pocket" who is interested in some of her farming projects.
When she told them about Project Avalon they had a look and dismissed it all because of the channeled materials thread.
Apparently this embarrassed her. Ilie sympathized.
I think I will now go to the mods about the fact that my contacts who have even deeper pockets don't like one of the classic rock music threads.

Beautiful sunny morning
We are expecting high winds in the forest; there is always a fire danger when they come through. The forestry and fire depts have been doing controlled burns -I hope it works.
I'm still on my phone, my computer went down & hope to have it up soon. Will have access to a computer later today. Just grateful that I have Internet access even if it's via a phone.
For me Ulli it wasn't so much a hollow feeling as to, where is our Ulli you are loved and very much
missed.
I'm gearing up for my 7 day fast... will keep you updated. I will be happy if I make it to 4 or 5 days. My goal is 7 days.
PL happy to hear your friend Rachel is out of the hospital and in good spirits.
Have a beautiful day

Beautiful, sun-shiny day...not a cloud or a chemtrail in the sky! The weather should be warming to about 65F by the end of the week. Anxious to dig in the dirt, I started planting my seeds in peat pots to get started for the garden...about two weeks earlier than usual.
Don't travel outside of Here and Now much. I figure you create what you focus on; and other than helping/getting help for my son at this particular moment in time, I choose to focus on those things that help me to disconnect from "society at large" so to speak...alternative medicines, living off the grid, becoming self-sufficient as much as possible, building community, etc....cleaning up my act on the outside as well as the inside. And I have learned much from the Villagers that has helped in my inner work, as well as building community...thank you.
As far as what is going on in the rest of Avalon, allowing space for each person to speak their truth is important, imo. It is my choice to listen or not.

It does feel good to be appreciated and I realize that is what Corson was expressing.
Meanwhile you, Nora, will be needing the Villagers' cheer to help you during these fist few tough days
of your fast.
Astrid the way shower showed the way ...
When it comes to fasting I will be the last Villager to try it....
although I must admit I have been thinking about it quite a bit lately.

One of the first questions I asked here (after many years of metaphysical background) was how did channeling and meditation (hypnotism, trance, this and that) really differ???
These things have gone on long before black op technology ... but when you look at multidimensional interference ... great question???

Hi Nora,
I'm in prep time also. I will be starting the lemonade fast on Friday (after the full moon). Maybe we can lean on each other, with the support of the Village.

Nora and Samsara, you have all the support I can give you both in your fasts.
I recently did a 10 day juice fast. I won't say it was easy, but I just kept giving it one more day...day after day. Figured if I made it 7 days, that would be good...but by day 7 I knew I could make it the ten. The benefits far outweigh any difficulties you may possibly come up against. I tend to liken it to childbirth...
Guess I haven't said it yet, sorry...sure did miss you, Ulli, and glad you are back. Happy to hear from you, too, Lisab. The silence of any of the voices on this thread leaves a void that only they can fill. Now where is 1inMany? Hope all is well.

Ulli, I cannot thank you enough for your words here. I knew, in my core, that there was a motivation that had little to nothing to do with the actual threads. I knew there was a personal egoic aspect to this because it was so bizarre and the reasoning so flimsy. I was off the mark about Darla as a causal factor, but I did not know about deep pocketed Lightbearers. It all makes perfect sense now and my radar can be assured that the 'bogey' reading was correct. Unidentified Personal Motive has now been identified.
I smell Sulfur. I wonder what the next dance steps will be for her. I imagine they will be happening away from this forum. There are bigger fish to fry.

Here and Now. Have been trying to keep up with the Village, gets a little tough sometimes lol. I've had to skim everything and skip the vids...I know I will be missing something...
I feel like shat. My nose is red and sore, when I breathe the air feels icy and burns, my chest cough is productive only the morning and tight otherwise. And I have a sore throat. Gave in and started Mucinex 4 days ago. I get to feeling better, then I go outside and dig in the dirt, the I'm hit hard again. Yesterday I mowed and then sneezed for hours. I received my new aquamarine in the mail, I ordered it when I was asking about allergies...have to look up what mw told me about distilled water, drops on tongue... There is simply so much to do here, and none of it (outside) feels like work.
Little one is also worrisome, and I have a hunch a lot of his is allergies as well. He has had a fever every day for over a week...if he is not given tylenol or motrin every two hours (rotating), his fever spikes again. Waiting for some type of blood work that the dr did last week, no idea what he is looking for.
All I can say is that I think I might be dead by now if it weren't for those of you who have helped. I have every faith and confidence in your loving healing energies, so I know they have kept me up and running every day rather than in bed. <3
Hubby's bp is down with the increase of his bp med, sugar is much better after he made changes to his diet-no meds needed for that :) The scary visit to the e.r. did one helluva job opening his eyes, and apparently he needed that :)
Love you everybody,

This is as loving and accepting a community as can be found (um ... village).
Please Paul ... help us to understand because we are all a "village" of sorts ... a "forum" on another level ... and *ONE* beyond that.
I have had a hard time with the treatment of channeled material as long as I have been here and I don't even follow it.
When it first broke (40 years ago or so) I was all over it (law of one ... seth) but fell away not long thereafter. That does not take away from some aspect of the phenomenon. I fully understand the watering down of valid and useful information has happened from several sources. Baby bathwater yet again.
Why does the censorship have to go beyond the paragraph which distances the "official" viewpoint of the forum from channeled material???
Is that not enough???
Is the official position of the forum such that membership has no voice???

You have a voice, Calz_Avaretard. I see your words here. Modwiz has a voice ... and blufire and all the other members ...
We on the mod team are doing what we can, within our modest means, to apply the forum guidelines to all. That does mean that other posts, besides those involving channeling, have (in the last few days) been changed from full copy and pastes, down to excerpts, with a link and a comment. That does mean we mods ask the members to follow those guidelines, and if they choose to do so, to encourage other members to do so. That does not mean that we take action on all such copy paste posts, or that we would take action on all Reports of such. Our mod energies are finite.
The mods, admins and owner of this forum strive, by several various means, to maintain the good qualities of this forum ... as do many members. This includes guiding members in line with the forum guidelines, vacationing those who we hope will benefit from a stronger message, and removing the occasional member in whom we've lost hope of following the guidelines or of working to support the common aspirations of this forum's membership, management and ownership.
It also includes commenting on what's presented here by others, encouraging what we suspect has value, and cautioning members of what we suspect is misguided. Different mods, admins and the owner have different areas of expertise, and different views, so we're aware that we are acting in a dual role when we do this, as both someone more likely to be noticed, and as someone just as likely to be wrong.
If someone were to tell us they were going to Report (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/images/buttons/report-40b.png) every copy and paste post, or bare link post lacking comment or description, then we would honestly tell them that we'd soon get annoyed with that, and that we would not take action on all their reports.
As I noted here (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?41890-Dana-Mrkich-The-Energies-of-March-2012&p=442261&viewfull=1#post442261)
We're still not enforcing that [excerpt, comment and link] rule, or any other rule, with some sort of draconian zero tolerance policy. We lack both the energy and the temperament for "zero tolerance". But we are asking all members to follow that guideline, and we are enforcing it ourselves within the reasonable limits of our available energy.
This is a moderated forum, and the mod team takes an active role, in a variety of ways, to support the forum, to nurture it's good qualities, and to weed out the harmful qualities. Many members do this as well ... in their various ways. Thanks :).
This is not a "free speech, anyone can say anything" zone. Those soon, in my experience, turn into places with either too much noise to hear anything, or too little worth hearing ... or both.
I do have a confession to make. I get annoyed by those would cry "censorship" when the mod team takes a moderation action that can be (whether accurately or not) portrayed by some as favoring or disfavoring some viewpoint.
We here are (almost?) all seeking to improve our awareness, understanding and cooperative efforts for a better world. Sometimes this really does involve being publicly clear to others, in our words and deeds (including forum mod, admin and owner words and deeds) what we have notice. I am well aware of the many twists and turns my own learning has taken ... I might be hard pressed to enjoy a conversation with someone who held the views I held one or three or five decades ago :p ... that guy was an idiot ;). So I tread gently, or not at all, most of the time (which in itself is interpreted by some as bias.)
But tread I do, and I shall continue to do, doing what I can to improve my personal and our common awareness and well being.

I will thank you Paul for your reply.
Very much so.
I have copied complete text from very many articles.
Again and again.
Is that what this is really about???
Am I now a criminal???
This in no respect is disrespectful to any of the mods.
We need some clarity here.
We need some consistency here.
Out of the 5000+ posts I have made I have been approached once regrading format. Not once have I had anyone suggest I cut down a post (although I understand the post limit). Am I to understand you (overall mods) are applying different standards on length of articles to channeled material than elsewhere?
Please understand that this is for constructive purposes.
We need a clear statement whether this is regarding length or type of post ... yes???
Time for  personally but please this is a serious issue that needs to be addressed for the forum.
I appreciate and applaud *all* the mods for their work. It really is undervalued. Perhaps one of membership requirements of the forum should be to view what the mods have to go through in a week's time???
As always IMHO

I want to, here and now, also acknowledge the efforts of the mods to be fair and balanced, in a very real sense. Since, I make errors in judgement, (I'll blame it on the mortal coil) it is to be expected the errors will be made by fellow Avalonians, of every description, and that it is never a conspiracy or premeditated. So, I want to thank Paul for jumping in here and keeping an open and honest dialogue between us all. I know we are all on the same side. I also acknowledge that I can wax polemical. It is who I am. I also know how to calm down and make nice.
BTW. I do see that an even approach is being seen to all of the threads here. It is all finding its' own level and balance.
I am happy for the guidelines. Dump and run threads have always been a pet peeve of mine. Videos without explanations feel like homework assignments which are as popular as that smell in the back of a bus.

Your point is well taken, Paul. And your gentle touch was evident, as always.
It goes without saying that if I were on a forum where astrology was considered a controversial subject I would not fling my astro stuff around.
Since quite a few here are interested and even well-versed I took that as an encouragement, and yet I am aware that not everyone approves.
So one has to mind one's manners, something that everyone ought to remember when in a public place.
Just as the channeling threads had the appearance of being-agenda driven after a while, so equally did the choir that wanted to close them down.
Since they finally got what they wanted one wonders what will they turn their censoring eyes on next?
I'm just so glad I'm not a moderator.

As long as deep pockets do not find another subject and a member to go along with them, we should be fine. Vigilance, now that we have seen a new tactic.

The guidelines are clear enough, in my view:
6. POSTING EXTERNAL MATERIAL
When sharing outside material with the forum, please do it in the form of links with summary paragraphs. Posting long passages (i.e. more than a few short paragraphs) of outside text, regardless of relevance, is prohibited.
The summary of the content of the link should be a paragraph of your own words and / or with a single-paragraph excerpt from the text itself.
“Naked” links, i.e. links without summary text, should be avoided, as most members do not have the time to blindly research such links.
I am making no effort to worry about past posts ... and I been letting long copy and paste posts pass with out concern in the past.
I am not consistently enforcing the guideline now ... nor are the other mods doing so. This is primarily due to lack of time and energy to do so. So no doubt, sooner or later, members will notice us impose these guidelines on one post that they enjoyed, and take no evident action on another such post with which they disagreed. As night follows day, some of those members will presume we're imposing our bias. Sometimes they might be right ... us mods are humans too.
However I do what I can to apply the rather mechanistic rules and guidelines of the forum with an even hand.
When I think some member's post is so misguided it should not pass without comment, I prefer to comment on the substance of the post itself, so others (and myself) can see clearly what I'm saying ... and choose for themselves whether to pay it any consideration.

Love you everybody,
I finally recovered from my last cold, so I know just how you must be feeling.
There were a couple of things that popped into my mind while reading your post.
I'm very glad that your husband's bp situation is on the mend and I can assure you that with a talented doctor and a healthy diet
your husband can look forward to a long life. So that one is now taken care of.
The little one is next. Obviously building an immune system is difficult and my hunch is that this child might be picking up your energies.
Not vice versa.
Which would mean that it is really important that you maintain your health at optimum. Avoid cold air at all cost until you are totally well again.
Anyway, you and little one have my best wishes for a speedy recovery.

hmmm is past life experiences basically the same as channeling...food for thought
One of the first questions I asked here (after many years of metaphysical background) was how did channeling and meditation (hypnotism, trance, this and that) really differ???
These things have gone on long before black op technology ... but when you look at multidimensional interference ... great question???
[get a download from god into your head ... whatta ya gonna do???]
indeed.
one of the first books that got me going on this journey was 'Conversations With God #1' , material that was purported to be divined (channeled?) from God himself. it was and still is a highly influencial source of information and spiritual inspiration for me. i think i always sort of subconsciously disregarded most channelers due to what i feel to be dubious content, and also because of my own personal research (see: The Mothman Prophecies, by John Keel). but it occured to me a few weeks back that this is a rather hypocritcal form of snobbery on my part, as i was indulging the same phenomena under a different guise with the 'With God' series.
man, it's a good question, Calz. like splitting hairs.

Cal
Cal,
We cannot be consistent, there are too few mods, and too many posts. Look at how often the mods get yelled at for not stopping rude posts or fights in progress. It is not that we are not willing to moderate, it is that it requires the cooperation of all members. If members do not hit the "Report" button, very often we will not know there is an issue. So many members sit back and complain that we do nothing, but they do not hit the "Report" button.
Lengthy quoted posts: This is a guideline to save members reading times. If someone posts a video with no information, then statistically there are going to be a bunch of pissed off members who "really" did NOT want to spend time on the video, once they have figured out what the video is about. It is a matter of civility and courtesy to post a brief description of the video, and the member's personal reason for posting the video in the first place. Again, if members do not cooperate with the guidelines, and others do not report, the consistency of the enforcement of the guidelines is going to suffer.
Consistency of enforcement of guidelines: We tend to enforce where people bitch and report, because this is where moderators are made aware of issues. The Channeling and News sections have most abused the guidelines, and hence gathered the most reports, hence received the most moderation. Also, we react when we get emails from other sites, upset that a member as posted an entire article, with no source or link. I just ran across two such posts today, complete quotes, and no source or link, in yes, the channeling section.
Also, when it is consistently one or two people who refuse to follow the guidelines, eventually their names, and their posts become irritating to the moderators (after listening to irritated members), because we can't get away from them and their refusal to care for the forum as we'd like them to. Also, WE get PMs behind the scenes where people say they are not willing to post their sentiments on the forum, but they will let us have it regarding this rude poster and that rude poster. If we hear 100 messages about a particular poster, but no one is willing to say anything on the forum, it is an uphill fight, to convince a member, there *really* is an issue with the way they post or the way they speak to another member. Someone brought up Blufire's name, but Blufire was not alone and not necessarily the first, in "instigating" the loosing of the hounds, baying for blood.
We affect one another. We influence one another. If someone is contemptuous or unkind or dismissive, it affects all of us, to either defend or attack or ache for another. If we defend or attack, we've polarized, and nothing we say or do is going to generate a positive outcome. This is not to say we cannot express a difference of opinion, but--we can be polite, we can annotate and supply information or data to support a viewpoint, and treat others with respect. And if you see a thread being obnoxious, you can avoid it. If there is a member who consistently rubs you the wrong way, you can put them on nice "pink" ignore. I certainly do so, when a member is getting loud or egotistical or self righteous about their point of view.
Channeling: I agree. They have a right to expression as well. I'm just not sure that "expression" should include full texts from other websites with absolutely no description, no point to begin a discussion of the material, and no personal take on the material. Again, this is not just channeling, the News posters have historically done this as well. It makes more sense to me that you'd present a POV to start a discussion with a link for those who are interested in joining the discussion. We hear a lot of flack on this issue that never makes it to the forum, and again, it influences us, when the noise gets generated by many PMs for a few offenders. And I have to say, when the members *have* brought up the issue in a member's thread, and they have been ignored on the member's thread, we notice that as well.
As well, some members will post five or six threads a day, without following the guidelines, and again, this eventually and inevitably will generate awareness that a member is becoming an issue for other members. It is not as if we sit waiting with bated breath to pounce on members. It is more an attitude of oh blast and hell, do we really have to say something here when we've already said something ten times previously on the same issue? Honestly, we do avoid controversy if we see the members calm themselves down, apologize or retract, and then address an issue in a more polite or dispassionate manner.
We LOVE it when members CAN MODERATE THEMSELVES. This is one of the reasons I love the Here and Now thread so much, people on this thread for the most part moderate themselves and if they don't, they for the most part respond in a mature fashion if notified by the moderators that a more moderate approach is needed. :) And this would be the only thread, where I'd put out the effort to help you understand why we look so inconsistent, because it is my opinion I'd get the crap kicked out of me if I were to do this on any other thread.
Consistency: As Paul has said, we do not look to enforce guidelines in a robotic fashion, coming down on all infractions with equal weight. The forum would vanish if we were to do so. We wait to see if there really is an issue, and sometimes we simply are not aware that something has become an issue. Sometimes, if a member attacks another member, we go back and examine their posts to see if this is a pattern. If it is, then we are more aware that this is someone we need to keep an eye on, and in some cases, ban from the forum immediately. Also, as someone pointed out on the Pila thread, we, as a forum, are getting more efficient at identifying and weeding. We as well, do ignore some reports. It is just too obvious sometimes, there is ego or agenda involved in the reporting of another member's behavior. Sometimes reports get ignored because we're tired from putting out fires in another location.
Curiosity: I've noticed a pattern lately, that *does* influence *me* in some respects. A member will after months of polite dialog, suddenly go all out with loud opinions and a argumentative attitude towards anyone who does not agree with their current POV on their current OCD issue. Because they used to be "civilized" I'll wait to say something. Sometimes, they will go quiet, and another member will take center stage as the loud and obnoxious one. I've learned to just wait it out to see if they can calm themselves down after a month or so. If they can, I'll chalk it up to an astrological configuration that they have met and successfully handled. :) Again, this probably makes me look inconsistent, sorry. I tend to go along with Paul's advice on this, sometimes the cure is worse than the disease, and the smaller the movement one can make, the less churning of the waters. It is an art, and I'm not that good at it yet.
Legal crap: And finally there is the issue of copyright. Because of copyright issues, we ask members to GIVE CREDIT, GIVE A LINK, that a site can then use as traffic statistics for their own articles. We ask members to GIVE A BRIEF DESCRIPTION, a POV as to WHY they are posting, and quote from the article *briefly*. We ask members to understand, that when we receive emails from original authors or sites to delete entire articles and to leave a link instead, we must comply or potentially face a lawsuit.
I'm somewhat embarrassed to say all this, because I feel like I've been saying this stuff until I am blue in the face, but I can see you are upset Cal, and I hope I am somewhere in the vague vicinity of answering your complaint as to why we are so "inconsistent". There are a lot of factors that influence our inconsistency ... but I hope between Paul and I, we have supplied an understanding.
Love you dearly Cal. Don't want you upset. We do our best. Forgive us please, if we have offended you. Thank you for telling us your upset.
Love, Sierra

Love to All...just caught up
Astrid, watched that movie "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" in South Carolina at the beginning of the year...'hard-core' You get back what You put out....She and Friends very clever enforcers of 'clarity' of who really are the bad guys and gals behind all the sick mayhem and getting their full just desserts. I saw one follow up movie of those books also, same characters, actors, actresses. Don't watch movies much...but they were good while I was visiting a Friend that does.
A snippet from the end of Clif's last update (I like it and am feeling the 'juice' of it for this month) :
Our collective victory over the entrenched elite spin machine BEGINS at 4:59pm pacific coast time on Friday, March 9, 2012. The word begins is shouted so that you will understand it will yet take time to complete, but the release language takes away their spin machine power....merely a matter of how long it will take to crumble. It starts going on that friday, and they never get it back....do not trust me on this...but give the process a few weeks before saying you're not seeing it...you may be particulary dense and be missing the early signs of it.
thanks for reading....an interesting morning to be sure.
now for pie, nap, and then work on the boat.

I'm gearing up for my 7 day fast... will keep you updated. I will be happy if I make it to 4 or 5 days. My goal is 7 days.
Hi Nora,
I'm in prep time also. I will be starting the lemonade fast on Friday (after the full moon). Maybe we can lean on each other, with the support of the Village.
Love
Hey Samsara,
Sounds good to me and I'm all for it. I think it's a great idea to support each other through a fast. I'm going to start mine on the 7th the day before the full moon. Hopefully end it on the 14th -the day after do some juicing with raw greens, this always seems to be the most agreeable to my physiological system anyways. I have done some fasts in the pasts. Did a 2 week carrot juice/water fast, a 4 day master cleanse and a 48 hr pure fast -didn't drink anything. Was worth it. Able to purge out a lot and felt a lot better.
Going through pre fast messing with my brain kind of thoughts.... started thinking about organic coconut icecream with fresh strawberries or peaches. LOL it's my favorite my second favorite is a fresh chocolate shake with bananas in it. I don't indulge very often.....I have an allergy to the protein in milk. Belle thank you for your support and example, if I can push the envelope a little bit further out I will.
1inMany -PL is right, raw local honey is good for producing good antibodies and a natural histamine. I can eat only raw honey -I have allergies to and do not react well to anything processed or chemically treated. Loving prayers to you and your grandson.
Paul and Sierria appreciate your posts.

Here and Now...just came from Open House at Em's new middle school. Hubby left work at 3 today so he could drive the hour and a half to be here for her. It will be a longgg day for him. Sometimes, he can be so incredibly sweet. I appreciate the amount of energy he put into getting here...very much. She beamed. Enough sap lol, we did the usual...met the teachers etc. Afterwards, during the car ride home, Em wants her Dad to tell her the aura colors of all the teachers Muahahahahaha. It's always fun.
In her English classroom, there was another parent finishing up his conversation with the teacher. His son was seated at a desk. We walk in the room, and I turned to my hubby and say, "that guy is a real azzhole." Hubby looks at me and agrees. In the car, he expands by telling me the guy has a muddy green/red/brown aura and hits his kids. He goes on to tell me the guy's wife was not all that bright, just kind of followed him along...like sheeple.
This is an example for me, in the here and now, of the source of my intermittent confusion with 3D and up. Hubby can tell how he knows the parent was an azzhole, there is something to point to...aura color, the mini-movies that he sees straight from the person's life. I have nothing to point to, and it is frustrating to try to explain...how lame is it to say, "I just know." Gee, Calz, maybe this goes back to what you were talking about...how people tend to not believe things they can't prove. That normally is not me, and I don't seem to be able to explain to myself why I am open minded when it comes to considering opinions and stories and experiences of other people yet I cannot seem to believe my own.
Maybe I'm just tired.
Thank you all so much for everything you are...Much Love,
astrid

That's GREAT ! I feel supported already. I'm doing the 3 day preparation to the Master Cleanse. Started slowly going on raw diet since yesterday. Tomorrow, raw diet only (no morning coffee  ) , juicing on Wednesday, orange juice on Thursday. I've fasted some days here and there in my 20's, that's a long time ago. So I consider this a first. I'll see where it gets me, one day at a time.
How will I live without cheese ? I guess I'll just have to breathe...
Thanks Belle for the pep talk. :)

Hey 1inMany,
Here is a link about the benefits of raw honey with the comb still in it.
What's raw honey? Isn't honey in itself raw? It's probably not too difficult to remember well what "raw" means when you associate it with uncooked vegetables and meat whereby any form of heating is avoided so as to preserve all the natural vitamins, enzymes (http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/digestive-enzymes.html) and other nutritional elements.
Raw honey is the concentrated nectar of flowers that comes straight from the extractor; it is the only unheated, pure, unpasteurized, unprocessed honey. An alkaline-forming food, (http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/vinegar-and-honey.html) this type of honey contains ingredients similar to those found in fruits, which become alkaline in the digestive system. It doesn't ferment in the stomach and it can be used to counteract acid indigestion. (http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/milk-and-honey.html) When mixed with ginger and lemon (http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/honey-and-lemon.html) juices, it also relieves nausea and supplies energy. Raw honey is the healthiest choice amongst the various forms of honey as it has the most nutritional value and contains amylase, an enzyme concentrated in flower pollen which helps predigest starchy foods like breads. (http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/baking-bread.html)
Most of the honey found in the supermarket is not raw honey but “commercial" regular honey, which has been pasteurized (heated at 70 degrees Celsius or more, followed by rapid cooling) and filtered so that it looks cleaner and smoother, more appealing on the shelf, and easier to handle and package. Pasteurization kills any yeast cell in the honey and prevents fermentation. It also slows down the speed of crystallization in liquid honey. On the downside, when honey is heated, its delicate aromas, yeast and enzymes which are responsible for activating vitamins and minerals in the body system are partially destroyed. Hence, raw honey is assumed to be more nutritious than honey that has undergone heat treatment.

Go check that drum intro again. That's Terry Williams, one of my dads close friends. He's played with Bob Dylan and BB King to mention just a few. I got to see him play with Meatloaf at Wembley. Him and his family are like family to mine. His daughter Dani is coming out for my birthday on Saturday. I've got to tell you, his rock n roll stories are amazing. Paul McCartney once called Terry "a drummers drummer". Topper Headon of The Clash also namechecked him.

More Vedic news, i can so relate to this one....
"A full moon in Leo on the 8th with Mars. This is in a Venus ruled Nakshatra purva phalguni which is highly creative...
expressed through Venus in Aries with Jupiter, the creativity is spontaneous,
pulsing with the spring growth energy. Issues around pride can be diverted into a more playfully creative mode.
Individual creative (Leo) is balanced and inspired by the group collective process (Aquarius) and given freely back.
Seeking to own this free energy creates pride and stops the creative flow.
Detachment creates a clear channel."

Lunchbreak in Belgium. Here (http://www.knack.be/zeer-zware-zonne-uitbarsting/article-4000059361904.htm)'s what I read this morning:
It said there's been a massive, X 1.1-type, explosion on the sun (Looks like things have been escalating over the past months, or am I seeing things). The explosion is directed ("but not directly") towards the earth. Consequences are minimized in the article to "a small shock or plasma cloud" (passing by earth) and set to reach earth Wednesday between 5AM and 5PM, Belgian time.

Eaglespirit no 'connections' unfortunately as I was only a child. I was lucky to get to see a lot of great bands and go backstage. My dad loved the festivals so we went to alot of those. I once had my face painted with Jade Jagger when we were kids but to me she was just another kid! Seems weird now. All my stories I've heard from the grown ups. I expect during one of our fireside gatherings i'l recall some good ones sometime in the future.

Violet thankyou for the update. A few of us here are quite sensitive to the solar energies. I read somewhere on the forum that those who say their sensitive to the energies are resisting, but it stands to reason if your the type, who say for example gets a headache (like me) before a thunderstorm your bound to be effected by earth changes. It's cold outside, the sun is shining. I am accompanying my friend Catherine at the hospital for a MRI scan this morning. I hate hospitals. I've spent months there for my Mom and then more months for my Dad. It was not an good experience. Still, I am thinking of expanding my volunteer work in palliative care to the hospital. The work would be very different than at the Home. The Home is a community organization and has its own way of doing things. My work there is mostly on the care of the body with much soul to soul understanding. If I go volunteer at the hospital, it will be very different but probably more in tune with my calling.
I've had my first lemonade drink in lieu of coffee this morning. Wanted to know what it tastes like. All is well.
Happy Birthday to your son PL.

Preparing for a huge bonfire soon, lots of leaves and sticks and branches that we have cleaned up have made a rather massive "burn pile" as they call it around here. I'll supply the marshmallows...anyone volunteer for bringing chocolate and graham crackers? Bring anything you enjoy, we will all try new stuff...oh, and musicians be ready!

Man receives three types of food.
Food #1 enters the stomach, food #2 enters the lungs, and food # 3 enters the mind.
Each one of these foods is a mix of desirable and undesirable.
The desirable is then absorbed. The undesirable is expelled.
Everyone knows how this works.
I came to the conclusion that what expels the undesirable mind food is the dream mechanism.
The biggest secret in my view is knowing how to choose from this buffet of foods.
And even to know that we have such a choice.

To keep things safe here, I'll say that a while back I was speaking with a church member..and that we spoke on the subject of 'sign inversion' as used by that which is nefarious ---in this plane of existence. How demonic energies (his terms) require physical vessels in order 'to be'. Part of their base desires. How they use these displacement tactics to subvert energies to their use and flow. And how each physical area of the planet that is appointed to lets say a catholic bishop, does indeed have a trained and experienced staff of exorcists, that actually get used, far more often than one might think. and that the existence in the given local are of this trained crew is held back from all involved except for maybe the given bishop and a few others (until they are run into by the given priest.. due to situations where these people are required, according to the overall group's thoughts and actions on 'possession' and the like)
I piped up that the consensus, according to my understanding... is that they need that energy to survive, to exist and I also said that, according to the bible 'did not god demand the same, for the same reasons?'. He agreed that yes, god did, for the very same reasons.
as for expelling in the dream world.
think of it as a practice area of creationism, for the developing occupant/avatar combination, where 'anything goes'. thus we are given opportunity to learn via our mistakes in this aspect of soul development as a training program. Like the star trek holodeck or the training programs and spaces in 'the matrix', but a total reflection of the avatar/occupant ---as a pair. All your emotional reactions and issues intact, If you support and be as that, in one's interactions with this fabricated/'cordoned off' space we call the dreamworld.
If one evidences emotional control then the manifestation aspect drops and then one sees this space for what it is and then one can transcend it's barriers and venture out into the 'real world of 3d' in spirit form, and integrate on that level. thus, remote viewing, seeing things, clairvoyance, and so on.
To reiterate: as awareness comes for the individual, they realize the dream world is ALSO just a layer of an alternative understanding and integration point with the fabric of the universe..and through that key.....they can then launch themselves consciously though and into a more true and more balanced integration with all aspects of dimensional reality and creation.

I once had a similar conversation with a retired bishop...so yes, I believe this is true. One only has to observe personality changes in alcoholics to see evidence of this "theory". Spent years investigating, not to convince others, but find out for myself. One only needs to know what it is one is dealing with here.
There are many layers, and at first it all looks very complex, but really is quite simple.
Matter is spirit, at it's lowest, and spirit is matter, at it's highest.

ulli have you seen the object in the sky again? I recall you mentioned translucent. I just picked up an important didbit from a recent email. It makes sense to me and I wanted to share with you. Certain technologies used by other species seem to have the ability to bend visible light to be seen. More likely the interdimensional ones. In the past I always compared the craft to a waterdrop because of the distortion that could be seen, i.e. the transparency you mentioned. Maybe that will help in your sighting to spot them. May I ask your general location? c. am?

Yes that sighting was in Central America, in Costa Rica. It was my husband who saw it.
He called his secretary to come outside who saw it as well.
That was in the late nineties, before I was even aware of these semi transparent craft.
Now I understand it might well have to do with their invisibility technology.
I'm not looking up to the skies these days as much as I did then...my focus has shifted elsewhere.

More about CITIZEN KUBRICK .
This room full of Napoleon stuff seems to bear out that comparison. "Somewhere else in this house," Tony says, "is a cabinet full of 25,000 library cards, three inches by five inches. If you want to know what Napoleon, or Josephine, or anyone within Napoleon's inner circle was doing on the afternoon of July 23 17-whatever, you go to that card and it'll tell you."
"Who made up the cards?" I ask.
"Stanley," says Tony. "With some assistants."
"How long did it take?" I ask.
"Years," says Tony. "The late 1960s."
Kubrick never made his film about Napoleon. During the years it took him to compile this research, a Rod Steiger movie called Waterloo was written, produced and released. It was a box-office failure, so MGM abandoned Napoleon and Kubrick made A Clockwork Orange instead.
INTACTO A film about Vampiring Energy. Excellent. Came to me during the night.

Getting back to Mad world. As in the end scene of Donnie Darko. Donnie's sister in the film looks like she is truly falling apart. That is because she really is. The person who played Donnie, Jake Gyllenhaal..has a sister who went into acting as well, Maggie Gyllenhaal. She acted in the film as his sister, Elisabeth.
All she had to do is stand there and feel what it would be like to loose him. She very obviously carried that scene. Watch carefully....

thank you astrid. i had a dream last night that i was lying in a field looking up at the clouds and i saw a cloud that looked like either the number 3 or the number 8. so i asked is that a 3? and a voice from somewhere said yes and when i looked back up it was indeed a 3. so i asked 3 weeks, 3 days, 3 years and the formation above spelled w k s. and then i asked what was in three weeks, and a very large cloud transformed into a very large trumpet.
now, i do not know much about what trumpets represent, but when i woke up, i definitely had the feeling that something is on it's way. any ideas anyone?

This one has my attention as i have
always been of the opinion that
there is beauty in all things
There! You've said it! One can find it anywhere.
Your quote, the exact sentence i'd use to introduce this:
[once i got that one rather listen to the whole, instead of merely noticing the permanent extreme screaming, i found... beauty]
One more thing: Should you need some serious grounding, listen.
P68fmKQJ-6g
All others forgive me, please.
Been a fan of these from the second i heard the first song in '98.
My [musician!] friends (initially) hated me for loving this.
PS:
I bought their "Destroy, Erase, Improve" album on 9/10/2001.
Y'all know what happened the day after that. How fitting, i thought.
This reminds me of the other strange synchronous thing that happened on 9/11/2001:
After work, sitting in an internet café, i had just found a long sought after book (http://www.amazon.de/product-reviews/8178221144/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1) onine;
at last, i could order it! I was overjoyed, the promise of reading it moved me to tears.
Then, my head turned, all by itself, and my glance fell onto a tv monitor in the corner above the counter.
A something crashed into the WTC on a sunlit morning. "What a sh!t movie is this", i thought, still fully
blissed out by ordering the book a minute before. Isn't that amazing, ladies and gentlemen.
This moment was a unique mix, i'd say.
PPS:
Here's sth easier enjoyable for all [without having to strain yourselves],
ah, and, not to be taken too seriously:

and he promisd to go to the heavy metal threads again with stuff like this, after posting that

Took my "lemonade" this morning. It is quite enjoyable, the cayenne giving it a little "thang". I am eager to try out different juice mix (fruits and vegetables) today.

This is a guideline to save members reading times. If someone posts a video with no information, then statistically there are going to be a bunch of pissed off members who "really" did NOT want to spend time on the video, once they have figured out what the video is about. It is a matter of civility and courtesy to post a brief description of the video, and the member's personal reason for posting the video in the first place...."
Hello Sierra,
I wasn't aware of the rules for posting videos. I understand that I should have read the rules more carefully. I did skim, but it was all greek to me simply because I've never participated on a forum before. So no point of reference with which to comprehend or retain. It was just a bunch of words on the page. And I found myself just reading the same sentences over and over.
As well, some members will post five or six threads a day, without following the guidelines, and again, this eventually and inevitably will generate awareness that a member is becoming an issue for other members....
And are there rules about posting a certain number of threads? Because I just may be I'm guilty as charged. If this is the case, I will be more mindful on both these issues in the future.
I know on one other thread, I was told the post didn't fit the topic. And the person needed further explanation of why it should be there. Kinds word, but thick with judgement. So as a "newbie to forum etiquette" my suggestion would be when one creates a thread please spell out guide lines clearly. Then I'll make an informed decision as to whether it's a fit that works both ways.
Truth be told, I have been off the grid since 2004 living as a modern day hermit "Oming-Out", so to jump into a place like this, it's extremely daunting. Not looking for pity with this statement. It just an honest feeling. The power animal that fits this feeling is a hermit crab... Skiddish, side stepping, but committed to forward action steps. PS Let pretend that the picture below is a hermit crab. Shhh!!
My learning style is tactile. Hands on approach. Trial and error. So my thanks for clearing some things up here.
Sincerely,
WhiteCrowBlackDeer ;)

I don't think there are rules as to quantity. Perhaps there should be, the flood of News threads is a new phenom relatively speaking based on the input from very few members ... (which is why we wince when new applications make it clear they want to post MORE news). With quantity, it becomes more important to preserve quality. So, as long as you give:
a) A brief description of the video
b) The reason you think it is a good topic of discussion
c) A brief quote of the material (if text) to give members the "flavor" of the video
You should be fine. We don't hammer newbies (I hope). It is when posters have been abusing the system for awhile, and fellow members get louder and louder about their time being wasted, the signal to noise ratio degrading, the "New Posts" search process not being able to see anything BUT news and channeling ... that we plead with members to please understand there are limits, and the forum space needs to be shared by all.
I know on one other thread, I was told the post didn't fit the topic. And the person needed further explanation of why it should be there. Kinds word, but thick with judgement. Sigh, yes. There are some members that look for opportunities to be judge mental (indulge in mental judgement). Learn who they are, and walk around them is what I tend to do. Good practice. Good for the soul (I tell myself, sometimes with gritted teeth lol).
Truth be told, I have been off the grid since 2004 living as a modern day hermit "Oming-Out", so to jump into a place like this, it's extremely daunting. Not looking for pity with this statement. Poison is unacceptable, IMO. Traps, however, are more effective and humane than cats and there are no litter boxes, clawed furniture or peed on things. Yes, they can be good company but the former will still most likely apply.

The whole poison thing is not a good idea. I live in the forest and I have seen what it does to our feathered friends -not to mention the mice, moles, voles and gofers. Nothing worse than finding a young dead hawk or bird and you know it wasn't natural causes.
I had a problem with opposeums and use to trap them, take them way far away and let them go in a field always near trees and bushes so they could find shelter. But I have to say they are not the friendliest creatures in the world.
I have always had cats really couldn't imaginne my life with out them. Right now I have one (hes half tabby and Mainecoon) who thinks the mice and moles are toys -he plays With them doesn't kill them -but still I have to rescue them from him. The mice & moles are a little leary about coming into the yard or the house.
And Astrid sorry about your ex roommate's dog and hope the bird is going to be ok.

Thank you for sharing the info. With the influx of new members it makes sense to look at how the forum can accomodate everyone. I will try and help and do my part and have already started limiting my posts. Maybe I should mention the search tool for redundant postings on subjects. Although I think you guys do a great job in merging threads on the same subjects. Best wishes to the mod team.

Yes i prefer traps to bait and would rather not do the cat option,
only these mice are smart and they take food off traps without setting
them off. No idea how they do this. I have been catching some in traps,
but not enough to wipe them out completely .
Now bird is waking up and even chirping in my kitchen

Can't sleep :(
When I clear my head, I get that a lot. the body is designed to sleep in two stages, it appears. Or before we had night lighting, this was the norm. apparently. We seem to have forgotten. Or, this at least a pattern of sleeping that people fell into. which comprised a n earlier sleep, followed by waking for a few hours (max) the wee hours, then return to sleep for 3 or 4 hours, again. To sleep 7-8 hours in a 10-11 hour period.
I tend to get the second part only.
If I'm allowed to cycle naturally, I move over to staying awake almost all night and sleeping late, and then variations where there is almost no sleep. I even do things like just drop down and dose out on the carpet. To sleep when the feeling and the mood strike me.
this is frowned upon by so called 'society's rigorous outlines of conduct and expectations in integration'. However, I think that the young ones have it right. To sleep when the mood strikes, is like fitting the life and the self together, IMO. The thing we do when youngest and the thing we do when oldest. thus the thing in the middle, the marching up and down the square in societal conformity uniforms (the job money life dance) as the thing that is unnatural, to me.
Two periods of potent psychic activity/energy/access, and they tend to be at around 3 to 5 on the given local clock. same in the afternoon, again, but we are so noisy at the afternoonish part that we cannot see it.
My friend does this exact same sleep cycle. He sleeps during both periods, the afternoon one as well.

I've been cleaning out stuff, getting ready for the move. Came across this bit of humor from the Falkland War and I cracked up once more. :pound:
A newspaper reports that bored Royal Air Force pilots stationed on the Falkland Islands have devised what they consider a marvelous new game. Noting that the local penguins are fascinated by airplanes, the pilots search out a beach where the birds are gathered and fly slowly along it at the water's edge. Perhaps ten thousand penguins turn their heads in unison watching the planes go by, and when the pilots turn around and fly back, the birds turn their heads in the opposite direction, like spectators at a slow-motion tennis match. Then, the paper reports "The pilots fly out to sea and directly to the penguin colony and overfly it. Heads go up, up , up and then ten thousand penguins fall over gently onto their backs."

IMO. The thing we do when youngest and the thing we do when oldest. thus the thing in the middle, the marching up and down the square in societal conformity uniforms (the job money life dance) as the thing that is unnatural, to me.
One of the many delights of being retired, divorced, children grown, ... my cat and I each sleep when we will :).

Grrrrr.
Cannot relate to any of dat ...
Unless of course we move beyond here and now and get a "blast from the past" when I was single, no children and I was so detached that the only cat I had was the next door neighbor's who I could shoosh home.
That said ... there is *NOTHING* in this life that means more to me than a big hug from my 10 year old ... (wifee and older son close ... don't get me wrong).
Only comfort from continuing to work is when the check hits???
[and yet ... it gives me time to have fun on Avalon so dat ain't all bad???]

my Dad retired a couple years back, and his personality changed almost immediately. he smiles constantly now, so much so that my brother and sisters and I affectionately call him 'The Joker'.
once tight with a buck, he's now a guy who'll have a few beers and start handing out $50 bills at the bar. he's actually done this several times!:)
i was thrilled when i was laid off a couple years ago. the 8 months of unemployment was a joy. i lived like an 80 yr old retiree--up late at night, wakeup late in the morning, sipping tea all afternoon between naps...boy, it was the life.

...I was going to upload this morning's photos of the chem dumpers overflying my house, but I can not yet figure out how to work the attachment / manage your photo/files of this site...
...at any rate, I watched them come up from the south and was just thinking about what a large craft it was when they opened the dump vents... really starting to make me feel betrayed... and the hits just keep on turning... taking a few photo's doesn't hardly feel like an adequate defense... :rain::rain::rain:
HA! I still have no idea how it got attached, or how the little smiles turned up from my feeble efforts... by the preview shows it all came out.. oh Lord... forgive me again... and again... and again...

We've had miracle days and days from he11 in our dealings with the medical community. Yesterday was a day from he11...spent today doing research, making calls, emailing. I think I've figured out the problem, though...the system is broken and irrational and I've been trying to deal with it logically.
Received payback from my little scene with the pcp...refusal of pain meds until Mike sees the neuro surgeon April 19th. Childish behavior from a doctor...almost makes me laugh if it wasn't so serious. Her superiors are not amused.
The crazier things get, the calmer and more clear thinking I become. Seems to disturb some of the people I have been talking with in seeking resolution to this problem...the calmer and more rational I stay, the more agitated they seem to get. Interesting.
Lucid dreams last night...about power grid going down, planes crashing and looking for things I forgot to put in our bug-out bags...oh, and making sure we have filled extra gas cans for the vehicles. Message...be prepared for anything...just in case. No fear, just be prepared and respond to whatever happens calmly, peacefully and with love. Self reminding me of how to deal with Mike's medical situation?
Hoping to catch up with the last two days worth of posts soon.
Love you all. :grouphug:

I do not understand why posting a link to an interview is not allowed. Many other links to interviews are posted every day and are not considered advertising those sites.
The Rulers of the World saga began in this forum and is a recent part of Avalonian history. The original interview and threads are still a prominent feature here.
Under this circumstance, I feel additional information on the subject should be allowed. Many other people can probably use further information to obtain closure on a situation that began here.

I stated why I moved the material in the post I linked to above (the post you quoted.)

Oh, time for “Catch and Release Program”. A banana stink bug just took a wrong turn and dive bombed my head. I’ve written him a sticky note to remind him to upgrade his GPS. Lady bugs have come back for a visit as well. I see they’ve brought new family members, along.
So I’ve invented the “Catch and Release Program” where you use a damp paper towel and gently lift and release. Note to self: fill out copy write application for “Catch and Release Program”. Selling Points: 100% natural, no chemicals, no pesticides. Also works on hornets, flies, and pesty sales people.

Being in a dialogue with Gaia and her crews changes everything and then you have millions of friends who are way less annoying than most of the people we know. I really love that they do not feel the need to tell you their opinion about everything, or what nasty times they had today, last week, last month, year, and think that what the date was matters anyway! Here and Now...it is getting chilly again, after so many beautiful days I suppose it's time. We are having thunderstorms here, real thunderstorms-not like the ones in Dallas. It's odd so little distance can make such a difference...on so many things. The thunder claps, and lightning, and the day long rain...it is beautiful and so powerful. I have missed this.
I had wondered if today would be another day of Super1, and it was but not the energy of me, the strength of me. I am trying very hard to remind myself to be. Be. Nothing more, nothing less. Between the solar activity and the planets, I had one huge burst, something must have happened that day, and now everyone around me is falling apart or stressing out or facing unexpected bullshat. The wonder of it...I have been calm all day. I must have gotten a shot in the arm a couple of days ago. I hope it doesn't wear off soon!
Thank you very much, Astrid, as I do not think I have thanked you...for keeping Tom in the village. I don't say much about astrology because I don't understand it and can't seem to get the learning process on my priority list :( But, I listen and I watch and I even look at my horoscope now...and you know what? I am so incredibly comforted by it at times. It helps me to understand my experience an bring clarity...it helps me be prepared at times, too. :) And, Ulli...thanks for your part in this as well!
@mw I had no idea how truly beautiful daffodils are...until now...they smell better than any perfume...and now grace my home every single day!

astrid or anyone else care to respond to this???
Here is a bit of a "refresher" for this story.
First of all, Pane Andov was a previous Avalon member going back to the PA1 days. He posted a lot of stuff here (there).
mojo and I both ran threads regarding his work/theories. Some very interesting material there but what proved to be the most contentious aspect was his suggestion that our Sun would soon be going to "Red Giant" phase due to the "superstorm" arriving from the galactic center (by whatever name you wish to refer to it). For many it becomes the typical "baby/bathwater" thing.
http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?25568-Pane-Andov-Our-Sun-becomes-a-Red-Giant-in-2012&highlight=andov
Part of his "proof" was based on the crop circle showing our solar system that was "updated" several days later showing a greatly expanded Sun without the inner planets.
Hence the suggestion to watch the video(s) on crop circles. I had always thought the real complex patterns to be well out of range for a few drunk lads having a laugh with planks in the middle of the night. Yes ... that still rings true.
When you pull in the alleged involvement of the intel agencies (mi5 or whatever) it changes the flavor of what exactly may be going on here.
Consider ... obvious interference from black-ops technology and multdimensionals with much of today's channeling (no I am not going down that road but drawing a comparison to make a point). Clearly the alarm bell rings that perhaps many are correct in that if humanity becomes convinced that the GFL (ninjas, 2nd coming or whatever) is going to be "saving" us that takes away or diminishes the sense of responsibility to act on our own behalf to clean up the mess we now find ourselves in.
So ... reconsider the crop circle pattern again. What if it was done by intel for essentially the same purpose???
Hey ... Gaia will be toast within another year so why do anything about cleaning it up ... let's party like it's 1999
Hi Calz,
I wonder if you can help me or know of anyone else who can basically shed some light on an experience i was part of please?
In brief, a couple of years ago, i felt compelled to investigate Shamanism, i was directed to a local Shaman who communicated with my guide.
As it transpired i had an ancient magical entity attached to my solar plexus region, and that 2 lost soul parts wished to be integrated again but could not until this entity was removed.
After negotiation between the shaman and entity took place it was agreed that i was to bury it in after the extraction in its place of choosing within one month. I was told i would know where. That night i had a very lucid dream in which i was to observe the exact location of burial. I will not go into detail but it was to be in the centre of a crop circle in a specific location. The next morning i researched this location and it existed with a very recent crop circle. I almost fell off my chair!!!! And to make matters more interesting, it was well known (Unbeknown to me however), locally for Freemason rituals. In fact the crop circle photographer who was first on sit to take photos caught 3 orange orbs on camera. ( I have this picture).
I found the centre and buried this entity there, and that is the last so far I know of it.
I thought crop circles were anything from ET art, to Disinfo using de-engineered tech, or perhaps something to either raise our consciousness via ET or perhaps to have some effect on the planets energy? It appears to me now that it may also serve as a portal to entities or maybe that entity leached or added something to whatever process could be going on.
The crop circle by the way was very intricate and had a symbol very similar to a bio hazzard warning sign and in the centre i think an atomic sign?
Here is a link for the crop circle design:
http://sacredswan.ning.com/profiles/blogs/crop-circle-at-guys-cliffe-nr
Here is another with the Orange Orbs:
http://www.thetruthbehindthescenes.org/2010/07/29/orbs-photographed-over-crop-circle-at-guys-cliffe-near-old-milverton-warwickshire-uk-reported-on-saturday-10th-july-2010/
Any help would be great please.
Blessings

Was reading about Spring coming in a post of our wanted criminal . Spring (my favorite season)
is showing herselve too out here in the Netherlands. Also read about Ulli's new Avatar.
I like Mickey Blue Eyes, but I also liked the stork. I see cranes, herons and storks since
a long time now. And I just know it's no coïncident I see them. Found this on the internet:
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_is_the_spiritual_meaning_of_a_crane
The Crane, Stork, and Heron are three similar birds that have similar spiritual meaning.
The Crane is considered a messenger of God, or a symbol of communion with God,
or Light Beings. It represents entering higher states of consciousness. In China,
it represents immortality, long life and happiness. In Ancient Greece and Rome,
the Crane was sacred to Apollo and was a herald of spring.
In Christianity, it represents goodness, loyalty, good order. The mysterious Ainu people
of Japan perform a ritual crane dance as do the people of Korea. The crane
is often seen in traditional Japanese art.
The Stork is also a solar bird, and is a destroyer of reptiles. It is associated with
creation and birth and the coming of spring. In China, it also represents longevity
and happiness. In Christianity, it represents chastity, purity, and piety. Seeing a stork
in a place where they are rare, or dreaming of one is considered a good omen.
The Heron is another solar bird. In China and Japan, the white Heron represents Light
while the crow represents darkness and together represent yin-yang. It represents
regeneration and rebirth. In parts of Africa, the Heron represents communication with God.
All three of these birds represent, in one way or another, solar energy or light. They are all
water birds so also represent going with the flow of life. Because all of these birds eat,
among other things, snakes, frogs, and other reptiles that often represent evil or Satan,
they also represent the constant struggle between good and evil.

WE ARE ALL SHAMANS-IN-TRAINING
In 1981 I spontaneously went into such an ecstatic state that I was hospitalized by what I call the “anti-bliss patrol.” The authorities had become alerted because I was simply unable to restrain my enthusiasm at the “good news” that was beginning to reveal itself to me about the nature of reality. Stepping out of my usual way of trying to control my experience, during that next year I was thrown in mental hospitals a number of times and (mis)diagnosed as having manic-depressive (bi-polar) illness. I was told that I had a chemical imbalance and would have to go on medication and learn to live with my “illness” for the rest of my life. Little did the doctors realize that although my experience looked like a typical nervous breakdown, I had actually gotten “drafted” into a deeper psycho-spiritual process of an entirely different order – a spiritual awakening/shamanic initiation – that was blowing my mind as it was simultaneously revealing it.
My inner process had spilled outside of my skull and just like a dream was synchronistically expressing itself through events in the seemingly outer world. Finding myself in a meaning-filled, meaningful, and enchanted universe, the world had become animated by spirit, as if it was a living oracle, a continually unfolding revelation that was speaking symbolically. It became glaringly apparent to me that there was an intimate correlation and synchronistic correspondence between what was going on in the internal landscape of my psyche and the seemingly outer world. The boundary between inner and outer was dissolving. It was as if something deep inside of me was expressing itself through the medium of the outside world, and was able to extend itself into the outside world and configure events so as to in-form and give shape to itself.
According to consensus reality, I was “certifiable,” and I was in full agreement, in that I had certifiably stepped out of my self-entrancing, self-limiting, and self-binding conceptual, cognitive mind into a much more expansive “space.” As if snapping out of a trance, I found myself not out of my mind, in the sense that I was crazy, but rather, inside of my mind, which was now discovered to be everywhere, in that I was beginning to realize that I was dreaming.
My parents bought into the psychiatrist’s diagnosis that their only child had a mental illness, as in my parents’ world doctors were genuine authority figures who knew what they were talking about. In the words of the late psychiatrist R. D. Laing, “Attempts to wake before our time are often punished, especially by those who love us most. Because they, bless them, are asleep. They think anyone who wakes up, or who, still asleep, realizes that what is taken to be real is a ‘dream’ is going crazy.” Tragically, with the support and blessing of the psychiatric community, both of my parents passed away convinced their son was crazy.
When we begin to spiritually awaken, our personality structure and sense of who we are can melt down and dis-integrate, as our inner “constitution” is being rewritten. This process can convincingly appear to others as if we are having a nervous breakdown or a psychotic break.
Stepping out of my normal, conditioned, repressed and domesticated self as if breaking out of a prison, I felt on the cutting edge of the big bang itself. It was as if I was becoming attuned to and a receptive vehicle for a deeper, more authentic, less self-conscious and much more unfettered, creative and ecstatic part of myself to freely in-form my experience and give shape to itself. My experience was so mind-blowing that I had trouble “keeping it together,” particularly because previous to the hospitalizations I wasn’t in a safe container but was unrestrained, out in a world that did not understand the value of such experiences. My situation was actually quite dangerous, as during the beginning stages of my awakening I was not able to mediate and channel the transpersonal energies that were activated within me in a way that was acceptable to the culture at large.
The dissolution and breakdown of the old structures of the psyche can become a breakthrough, however, depending on how it is contained and related to by the surrounding community and unfolded. The dis-integration can be the beginning of a coming together at a more coherent, and unified level of consciousness.
Our species and its civilization are currently in the throes of a collective (nervous) breakdown. If what we, as a species, are doing to ourselves (destroying the biosphere, the very life-support system of the planet, to use one example) isn’t collective madness, then what in the world is? Our underlying institutionalized and incorporated structures that are helping to keep us asleep are breaking down and coming apart. Just as with an individual’s psyche, only writ large en masse on the world stage, we are going through a collective shamanic initiation process, a genuine “death/rebirth” experience. The false, illusory separate self, which experiences ourselves as alien from one another is “dying” as the fundamental framework by which we relate to each other and the world, as we incarnate and give “birth” to a truer sense of who we are, realizing our deep interconnection and interdependence with each other and all living beings.
The shamanic personality is very sensitive to the unconscious, both in themselves and in others. The shaman has very permeable boundaries between their conscious mind and the unconscious, as if they’ve created a bridge which allows contents between the two to easily pass through and intermingle with and reciprocally co-inform each other. The shaman’s collaborative, creative interplay between the conscious and unconscious creates a synthesis, which is a “third thing,” a new birth, a further evolution in the incarnation of a more all-embracing, integrated and expansive consciousness.
The figure of the shaman is related to both the figures of the artist (see my article “The Artist as Healer of the World”) and the wounded healer – (see my article “The Wounded Healer,” Part 1 and Part 2). The archetypal figure of the shaman is the primordial medicine person and carrier of healing. The figure of the shaman (arche)typically takes on the illness that is in the community into themselves and literally becomes sick, as if they have “caught” the disease of who they are trying to heal. This process can become animated through the choice of a seasoned shaman, or it can happen spontaneously and unintentionally in a budding shaman who is unusually sensitive to the underlying contradictions and spiritual illness that pervade the social and cultural fabric which connects us and in which we are embedded. A fully cooked shaman, in internalizing the illness in the field, allows the sickness to fluidly move through them without getting stuck in them, which is the mark that distinguishes an accomplished shaman from a novice.
By embracing, assimilating, and metabolizing what has gotten triggered in them, however, the shaman is able to heal themselves and in so doing non-locally sends healing to the whole “community.” In our current moment in time, as interdependent members of an ever-more interconnected global village, our “community” is the entire planet. The shaman is operating in the realm of the collective unconscious, a “no-place” where information travels in “no-time,” faster than the speed of light. There is no part of the universe that is separate from the whole, which is to say that a change in any part of the universe is resonantly registered in no time whatsoever throughout the whole universe. Though the healing effects of the shaman’s process manifests “over time,” the shaman’s self-healing, transcending the seeming limitations of space and time, instantaneously insinuates its in-form-ation and informing influence faster than the twinkling of an eye throughout the entire universe in ways that can only be imagined.
OUR MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM IS CRAZY-MAKING
I tried telling the doctors that I wasn’t manic-depressive, but rather was having a shamanic initiation and spiritual awakening (as this couldn’t have been more obvious to me); but this only confirmed their diagnosis in a diabolically self-perpetuating feedback loop. In essence, the more I authentically expressed my experience, the more I was convincing the doctors that I was crazy. It was like I had stepped through the looking glass and found myself in a dimension of existence that was truly bewitched, as if I had entered a domain which felt, qualitatively speaking, under a curse of black magicians. It felt like I had shamanically journeyed into the underworld and wound up in some sort of weird, perverse hell realm where reality was inverted in a way which was get-me-out-of-here crazy. Little did I realize at the time, however, that this was all part of the deeper awakening process through which I was going.
What the psychiatrists were doing was truly maddening. By myopically seeing people’s behavior as being pathological, the psychiatrists literally drew out the pathology in the person, which only further confirmed to them the correctness of their diagnosis in a self-fulfilling prophecy, as if they were both under a spell and casting one at the same time. To again quote Laing, “Anyone in this transitional state is likely to be confused. To indicate that this confusion is a sign of illness, is a quick way to create psychosis. ..A psychiatrist who professes to be a healer of souls, but who keeps people asleep, treats them for waking up and drugs them asleep again…helps to drive them crazy.” To the extent they are projecting their own madness outside of themselves, the psychiatrists are unknowingly complicit in evoking the very madness they are hoping to cure, which is nothing other than an expression of the psychiatrists’ madness. Representative authorities of “the academy,” the doctors’ madness was a reflection of the madness which has become normalized, institutionalized, imprinted, and incorporated throughout our modern world. The doctor’s madness was the personalized signature of our collective madness.
TRAUMA AS A PATH TO AWAKENING
I tried to explain to the psychiatrists that I WAS sick, however, but just not in the way they were imagining. I had a creative, psychological illness, which is to say that my seeming madness was an expression of my creative self, alchemically transforming an underlying perturbance in the field of consciousness so as to heal itself. I wasn’t manic-depressive; rather, I was “perturbed,” in that my “emotions” were “disturbed” due to being the recipient of over-the-top abuse at the hands of a desperately sick, sociopathic father. I was suffering from a shamanic illness, as I was in trauma from the malevolent, mind-numbing abuse to which he had introduced me. My shock was due to the transmission I had received from my father, who by unwittingly and compulsively acting out his unresolved abuse, connected me as a link in a chain to an unbroken lineage of violence and abuse extending far back in time and throughout space. Like countless other recipients of abuse, I had been directly introduced to the dark side.
Shattered by the experience, it was like I had become broken. Dropping down into the darkness of the unconscious underworld, a part of me had died. Imprinted by the trauma, I would never be the same, as from that moment on the trauma had altered and reconfigured both my psyche and my destiny, simultaneously severing and initiating a connection to a deeper part of myself.
Trauma is a normal, healthy response to an insane and intolerable situation. If we put too much pressure on a bone and the bone breaks, the bone is not pathological. Paradoxically, trauma is a form of madness which is an expression of sanity. “Shock” is our healthy response to experiencing an event that is awe-full. The shamanic archetype becomes catalyzed in us by a severe emotional and spiritual crisis, oftentimes organically growing out of unresolved abuse issues from childhood – this was certainly true for me.
There is an intimate correlation between being traumatized, abused, and wounded, and having a shamanic initiation/spiritual awakening. Trauma is an experience that is overwhelming to the ego, in that it can’t be assimilated by the ego in the typical way. The trauma initiates and catalyzes the deeper process of the archetype of the shaman to begin to form-ulate and crystallize itself in the unconscious of the future shaman. This precipitates a deeper part of the psyche to become mobilized, as the shaman journeys deep inside themselves, flying on the wings of their creative imagination to address and become acquainted with what has gotten activated within them.
The shaman’s descent into the darkness can be agonizing, a veritable crucifixion. Part of the (arche)typical shamanic experience is to become dis-membered, which is a cooking and smelting of psychic contents that have become rigidified, ossified, and have outlived their usefulness. To quote Jung, “The shaman’s experience of sickness, torture, death and regeneration implies, at a higher level, the idea of being made whole through sacrifice, of being changed by transubstantiation and exalted to the pneumatic man – in a word, apotheosis (elevated from an ordinary person to a “God”).” The goal of the shaman’s death and dismemberment experience is to “re-member” themselves, which like true soul retrieval, brings all of their dissociated parts back together into a more integrated synthesis.
TRAUMA ON STEROIDS
An accomplished shaman, which I certainly am not, allows themselves to be “dreamed up” by whatever the situation in the field requires so as to help the field to get back into balance and harmonize. An accomplished shaman has developed a “container,” both within themselves and in the seemingly outer world around them, in which to process what has become animated within them. I certainly hadn’t developed this container when I was committed, as I was a novice, and quite young (in my mid-twenties). By being so out of control and over-the-top enthusiastic (“en theos” means to be filled with spirit) about what was being revealed to me, I had let go of control and was unwittingly expressing and giving shape to the spirit of madness which was non-locally enfolded throughout the greater field of consciousness, which is to say inside of all of us. I had a ways to go, however, to learn how to integrate, contain and more skillfully and artfully express what I was realizing so as to not freak people out so much.
Because they allow themselves to be dreamed up by the field, an accomplished shaman can embody and incarnate in crystallized form the unconscious madness in the field so that it becomes clarified and brought into consciousness. A shaman can reflect back the madness to the madness itself by taking over the madness and allowing themselves to creatively express it such that it is revealed in a new light. From the point of view of the collective madness in the field, when the would-be shaman acts out the madness that is in the field, the would-be shaman themselves are seen by the collective as being the ones who are mad. This is a potentially dangerous situation when the collective madness controls the levers of power, whether the psychiatric system or our current administration (please see the first chapter in my book, “The Madness of George W. Bush: A Reflection of our Collective Psychosis”).
Being “institutionalized,” I had fallen into a situation where the psychiatric community had power over me. They were in a position to unconsciously enact the “will to power” of the archetypal shadow through their own unconscious, unresolved power issues, with me as one of their guinea pigs. Being unaccomplished in shamanism and very vulnerable, I was eaten alive by the darker forces that I had unwittingly evoked in the psychiatric community. For example, once my lucidity was violently shut down, I began feeling depressed, which was a “normal” thing to feel under such horrible circumstances. My feeling depressed inspired the psychiatrists, however, to solidify their diagnosis of me as manic-depressive, and they then prescribed an anti-depressant to “help” my depression, adding to the anti-psychotic and lithium they already had me on. It was like I had re-created my family-of-origin trauma, only this time on steroids. Enacting a timeless, mythical process, I had gotten swallowed up by the darkness, and my task was to transform the darkness from within the darkness itself.
The experience was so traumatic that after my last hospitalization, in 1982, I couldn’t work for a year and had to go on disability and live with my parents, the original agents of my traumatization. I was living a nightmare. After the “care” of the mental health system, I had become truly “sick.” My illness was like a particularized, acute “break-out” of an underlying, more fundamental systemic illness, which pervaded both my family system as well as the field of consciousness itself. I had become the “identified patient,” the scapegoat who was carrying the family’s, and now the mental health community’s projected, unconscious shadow and madness.
My saving grace was never falling into and “buying” the viewpoint of the doctors that was literally being “sold” to me as it was forced down my throat. It couldn’t have been more obvious from my vantage point inside myself that I was having a spiritual awakening/shamanic initiation; fortunately I never lost sight of this, even during the darkest of times, which allowed me to trust the process through which I was going.
I was one of the lucky ones, however, as I was able to extricate myself from the stone-age horrors of the mental health (sic) community as soon as I was able. Tragically, many others are not as fortunate, and their potential spiritual awakening/shamanic initiation process becomes aborted as they become bound and captive to the psychiatric establishment. The psychiatric system and the pharmaceutical companies (Big Pharma) are co-dependently intertwined with each other in a genuinely pathological, mutually profitable, and crazy-making relationship. This is not to say that there aren’t many good, well-meaning people who work in the psychiatric system, only to point out that the underlying system has become corrupted. In essence, the sick part of the psychiatric system/Big Pharma is in the business of “making crazies” so as to support its pathology, which is to be guilty of genuine “mal-practice.” To people who have fallen into the black hole and become caught in the double-bind of the psychiatric/Big Pharma “field-of-force,” it is a very dangerous situation, as if an insect had gotten too entangled in a spider’s web to extricate itself. I was lucky to escape with my sanity intact.
Fortunately, soon after getting out of the last hospital I began meeting my spiritual teachers, some of the greatest living Buddhist masters from Tibet and Burma, who, unlike the psychiatrists, helped to evoke the healthy part of me. When I described to them what I was subjectively experiencing, instead of being pathologized, they reflected back to me that I was beginning to remember what in Buddhism is called our “true nature.” In finding my teachers, I had dreamed up the part of me that was seeing and relating to the part of me that WAS awakening. Having someone else bear witness and reflect back the healthy part of me created a bridge that helped me to see it, too. It was as if my teachers became engaged with me in an intimate relationship which helped me to not get stuck in the trauma of it all, to not get caught in being “sick.” By simply relating to the healthy part of me, which was an expression of their own level of health and wholeness, they helped me to step into and incarnate the part of me that was well. My teachers and I had instinctively created a supportive, nourishing container between us which cultivated healing. As if figures in a fairy tale, they had gotten dreamed up to help me learn how to “dis-spell” and transmute the darker forces with which I had been wrestling.
THE PSYCHIATRISTS ARE THE CRAZY PART OF MYSELF
The would-be shaman has to pass through the experience of madness without getting stuck in it. In the experience of madness the shaman descends into the underworld of the unconscious, where they have to come to terms with the darker parts of their being. My confrontation with the psychiatric community was a projection into real time and space of a darker part of me that “pathologizes” myself, as if my inner process was playing itself out in the seemingly outer world. Like “dream characters,” the “pathologizing psychiatrists” were the part of me that I had dreamed up into materialization who judged me and saw me as “sick,” who thought there’s something wrong with me that needed to be fixed.
Seeing the psychiatrists as characters in my dream, which is to say embodied reflections of aspects of myself, is to recognize these animated, living figures existing within myself as aspects of my mind. Recognizing that the psychiatrists were symbolically re-presenting, in full-bodied form the part of me that both pathologizes and is pathological helps me to see my own complicity in my experience with them, and to step out of feeling victimized by the psychiatrists and blaming them. Recognizing the psychiatrists as a part of myself enables me to forgive them, as well as myself.
Not only was the boundary dissolving between inner and outer, and between dreaming and waking, but the boundary was dissolving between self and other. I became aware that in the most deeply fundamental way I did not exist separately, in isolation from the psychiatrists, but rather in co-relation with them. Being each other’s dream characters, we were both reciprocally “dreaming each other up” to pick up and play out roles in each other’s unconscious process. We were interconnected parts of one another, intimately bound together in destiny. We did not exist “apart” from each other, but were “a part” of a greater, unified and unifying being that was becoming revealed through our interplay.
With the psychiatrists, I had synchronistically dreamed up a novel form of the very essence of the abuse which precipitated my awakening in the first place. Something was being revealed to me, however, through the analogous reiteration of my inner process fractally explicating itself in multiple arenas of my life, be it with my family or the psychiatric community. What was this recurring pattern, like a recurring dream, an expression of inside of me?
The psychiatrists were acting out an unconscious shadow aspect of the human psyche that projects itself outside of itself to avoid relationship with itself. Projecting the shadow is a universal, archetypal dynamic that exists deep within the collective unconscious of humanity. This unconscious shadow dynamic of projecting the shadow is a pattern which is playing out in all of our lives, both inwardly and outwardly in relationship with others, in a multiplicity of guises. To the extent the doctors reflex-ively and non-negotiably refused to self-reflect and insisted on projecting out their shadow was the degree to which they were abusing their position of power and rank simply because they could, which is a morally indefensible act. By projecting the shadow outside of themselves and then being in denial about doing this, the psychiatrists became possessed by the very shadow they were projecting. They then unconsciously and destructively acted out the shadow in a self-reinforcing, crazy-making ritual – a genuine abuse drama – which created “dis-ease” for everyone concerned.
To the extent that the psychiatrists were not in conscious relationship with their own madness, it was as though they had entranced themselves into thinking that the madness they were projecting outside of themselves was “objectively” true, located in their patients, since in their patients’ illnesses they had all the evidence they needed to prove the correctness of their diagnosis. By projecting the shadow, the psychiatrists were unwittingly creating a self-fulfilling prophecy which perfectly served to hide from them their role in helping to create the very situation they imagined was outside of themselves. The insanity of what the psychiatric system was unconsciously playing out was itself a crystallization of the more fundamental pathology that pervades the underlying field of human consciousness. Through my interaction with the mental health community, the mental health, or lack thereof, of our human community was revealing itself for all who have eyes to see.
In seeing the deeper, unconscious shadow that was animating the psychiatrist’s behavior, I recognized it as a process I know all too well. Seeing it out there as embodied by the psychiatrists helped me to see by reflection this same abusive behavior of projecting my own shadow outside of myself in myself. If this is a dream, I was dreaming up the psychiatrists to play out this unconscious part of me so that I could see and potentially integrate this asleep, crazy-making, abusive, and mad part of myself.
WE ARE NATURAL BORN SHAMANS
The shamanic archetype is one of the major processes that is becoming animated in the collective psyche of our species. We’d have to be truly “disturbed” if our emotions aren’t disturbed by what is playing out currently in our world. And yet, the darkness is a “disturber of the peace” in order to (potentially) create a higher-order integration of the psyche and its contents. Just as dreams are the unconscious’ way of balancing a one-sidedness in an individual’s psyche, the shamanic archetype is the dynamically evolving pattern of healing that is being constellated in the collective unconscious as a compensatory response to the trauma that is playing itself out on the world stage.
We are truly a species in trauma. Traumatized, we traumatize each other as we re-traumatize ourselves, collaboratively re-enacting the repetition compulsion of the traumatized soul on the world stage. Seized by something greater than ourselves, we are possessed by our compulsion to re-create our trauma, as we perform a holy liturgy en masse, structuring and ritualizing our experience as a way of potentially transforming it. And just like trauma, where the re-solution is hidden in encoded form in the very pathology, we are collectively re-creating our trauma in the world theater as if we are participating in a sacred mass in the holiest of temples, so as to potentially awaken ourselves. The madness of trauma is its own revelation, and how it manifests depends upon whether or not we recognize what is being revealed to us through what we are compulsively and unconsciously acting out as history.
Having the shamanic archetype activated in the collective unconscious means that we can re-contextualize our problems, our trauma, and our own madness. It’s been very helpful for me as I continually deepen my own healing to remember that my experience of trauma in myself is simultaneously a microcosmic, personalized fractal reflecting the greater trauma resonating throughout the collective field. This realization allows me to not personalize the moment of feeling the trauma, or concretize myself as being traumatized, but allows me to give myself over to and embrace my experience.
We all have a part of us that is mad to the extent that we are not fully, totally awake, and who among us can truly claim this degree of enlightenment? Thinking that we are not mad is an expression of our madness. How can we not have a mad part of us, as we are not separate from the world, which has clearly gone mad? (see my article “Diagnosis: Psychic Epidemic”). The world’s madness is a reflection of our own; we have all collaboratively dreamed up the world’s madness. Instead of pathologizing ourselves because of our madness, which is a mad thing to do, we can embrace and own it but not identify with it nor judge it. In a truly radical act, we can interpret our madness in a way that is sane.
Recognizing that we are picking up the madness that is in the field which resonates with, is an expression of, and constellates the madness within ourselves, is to step out of personalizing our experience, and step into the point of view of identifying ourselves as would-be shamans. We then can envision ourselves from this more expansive point of view to have, like a shaman, the intention to take into ourselves the madness in the field, which ultimately is our own madness, so as to creatively assimilate it into our wholeness in our own unique manner as a way to help serve the field. Recognizing the part of us that is a natural-born shaman is the very act that calls forth and manifests, as if by magic, the part of us that truly IS a shaman.
Recognizing that the madness within us is both ours while simultaneously being an expression of the field is to snap out of our self-limiting and self-alienating identity of being separate from the universe. Instead, we can recognize our deep intimacy with the universe, which is to say ourselves. This very recognition allows us to embrace our mad part as an aspect of our vast wholeness, our monstrous totality, thereby snapping us out of the infinite regression and self-generating feedback loop of acting out our madness as an unconscious reaction against looking at our madness. Crazy as it seems, embracing our madness is the very act which helps to actualize and make real our basic sanity. Compassion spontaneously arises as both a cause and effect of this realization.
We are being invited by the universe to step into our shamanic “garments” and consciously participate in our own evolution. Instead of our ritual implements being drums and rattles, however, as “modern-day shamans” our accessories might be something like the keyboard of a computer or the tools of multi-media, as we work to inspire change in the underlying consciousness of the field by a simple keystroke or the creative use of a video camera or website.
The formless bodhisattvic archetype of shaman/healer is thirsting for instruments to express and actualize itself in embodied form. Recognizing, and assenting, saying “Yes,” to the deeper shamanic calling that is pulsating through our veins inspires us to breathe life into and incarnate the living figure of the shaman within us. Following our calling with religious devotion, we sacrifice ourselves as we offer ourselves in service to a power greater than ourselves. Co-operating with our deeper shamanic calling constellates the universe to support us in our endeavor, as the universe itself is the sponsor of our calling. Like shamans in training, we are each being called to connect with the spirit which animates our being, a process that can only take place within the psyche, mediated by the human heart and fueled by the power of love.

Thank You for sharing Here and Now, Karamba...imho, You are in the appropriate place.
I will finish reading, but prompted to share that my message to help People in my life currently at the threshold of transition is to let each of them know (and hear it directly from me) that they have 'broken the chain' in their lineages and are doing the work to help all of humanity because of it.
Many of my Family and Friends have done this and we can create a 'spark' in Their lives now more than ever by letting them know things we inherently know about them and their lives and the good they have done beyond Their Own Imaginings. It Is Time...as never, ever...to share
Our Intuit with All that are ready to hear it...and we will know when they are there in front of us.

More a case of re-membering than being in-training as
Shamanism was/is the first spiritual practice.
The "First Shaman" was a star being, the second was a human.
Unless you have never been incarnate you have it in your DNA.
NO surprise there is a ground swell movement returning to this path either
as it cuts out any middle person when it comes to talking to your higher guidance.
Middle person is of course all religions.
The extraction story i will comment on in more detail later as its late here.
But usually the practitioner deals with the removal and transfigures the energies
to make sure they are deal with.
Getting the client to bury them in the earth would not be my way of doing this,
unless they were experienced and i was directed by spirit to do so.
Even then the earth has been a dumping ground for earth bound spirits for way
too long, and partly why the energy is so dense here. We don't handle the death/
funeral process well at all in the west and spirits don't cross over properly,
why shamans these days are so busy, there is just not enough to do this work.
That's the short answer, but i can't really speak on someone else's guidance.
The "do no harm" to all concerned is one of the few rules, in shamanism,
if its harmful to anything by intent its called sorcery instead.
Other than specific techniques that have been used for thousands of years
this modality is very very fluid we deal with trusted helping spirit teachers,
who teach us directly. Why its known as the path of direct revelation.
The interpretation of events is often left up to the client to work through,
and it mostly comes in the form of metaphors, and stories that are very
specific for that persons healing and growth.
All IMO all the good practitioners always do follow up with their
clients to make sure all is well.
Especially after soul retrieval work as it can take months to re- integrate
the parts back into your life.
Not sure it any of this is any help,
i need more sleep now though,
Blessings,
Astrid

Hi all,
With all the sun related material on different threads I thought I would ask one more thing. I came across an interesting hypothesis on Carbon 7 in relation to ascension. What if the suns CME's are something we a meant to be exposed to? There is some research implying that one of the Sun's elements is changing us on the DNA level.

Good evening from Belgium.
I just heard the verdict (http://www.standaard.be/artikel/detail.aspx?artikelid=DMF20120309_222) for Sanne Smets, the 24-year old woman who killed her baby with her own hands right after it was born. Hey Mojo,
Chief Joseph Seattle is one of my heroes and his people. His real name is Hinmuuttu-yalatlat translated means "Thunder Rolling Down the Mountain" and although he was not a medicine person, he was a thunder dreamer -very much connected to the skies and the earth.
His famous quote when he surrendered to the Calvary, "From where the sun now stands, I will fight no more forever." was a call for peace -it was so clear that he was a peaceful warrior.....and not a War Chief of his people, but a leader of his people.
Here is another one of his quotes, "It does not require many words to speak the truth."
I lived up in the PNW for a few years and have made a few trips back there since. You can actually feel and sense that the strong spirit of Chief Joseph's lives on up there.

Good evening from Belgium.
I just heard the verdict (http://www.standaard.be/artikel/detail.aspx?artikelid=DMF20120309_222) for Sanne Smets, the 24-year old woman who killed her baby with her own hands right after it was born. Look at the "elite" and their "minions" within the global system.
How many have they killed and how many have been held accountable???
We are playing in a rigged casino. These are the cards we are dealt (for whatever reason).
Up to us to come up with "better odds" for the "next cycle".

Im not familiar with the story, so I cant really comment but is it possible that Sanne Smets had post natal depression? I had it and had to have round the clock care. Either way, sounds like she needs help.

More About Lithium That's for Carmody
Found this on "Underground Bases and Tunnels"
"Nuclear subterrenes work by melting their way through the rock and soil,
actually vitrifying it as they go, and leaving a neat, solidly glass-lined
tunnel behind them.
The heat is supplied by a compact nuclear reactor that circulates liquid
lithium from the reactor core to the tunnel face, where it melts the rock.
In the process of melting the rock the lithium loses some of its heat. It
is then circulated back along the exterior of the tunneling machine to help
cool the vitrified rock as the tunneling machine forces its way forward.
The cooled lithium then circulates back to the reactor where the whole
cycle starts over. In this way the nuclear subterrene slices through the
rock like a nuclear powered, 2,000 degree Fahrenheit (Celcius? - SW)
earthworm, boring its way deep underground."

And this is from a different article about these tunnels
General vs Anomaly
Looking at pictures of Martian features, the scientific community is most interested in the general principles of planetary development. They look at such things as cratering, lava flows, mountain building, possible water sources & sinks, the plains, polar ice caps, etc.
Arthur C. Clark has begun castigating the scientific community for neglecting what to him are the most interesting pictures so far found in our solar system. Nothing is being said. The ostrich is doing his thing ... as expected.
Because of this abrogation of responsibility, you, the average guy, can fill the vacuum and do the scientific research to find "life on Mars". Just go to the Mars Global Surveyor Images site and download some pics ... or ... download the raw data from Mars as well as the decompression program and viewer ... and ... start lookin'. There are tens of thousands of pictures ... plenty enough for everyone. Experience the thrill of discovery (or self-delusion ;o) for yourself.
What I am posting here are my deductions based on the facts of the pictures, the physics of Mars, and basic biological facts known from earth. The end result is rather shocking (even to me) ... but what can I do but follow the trail where it leads? I've gone back over it many times to see if I've made some horrendous error ... and found nothing of consequence. This must be basically true ... or ... what? I don't know. The whole thing seems impossible ... we're way past improbable here.
I'm naming the creatures after Richard Hoagland (one could make the case for Bill Weller too). I just think of them in my own mind as "Hoagies" rather than "Welps". What the hay? ... as long as they're not named after me ;o)
If I'm proven wrong in any of my deductions ... that's great. I'm quite uncomfortable with this model as it is. It's just tooooooooooooooooo bizarre ... even for me.
The Story ...
There have been found in the Mars pictures these "tubes" often referred as glass tubes because they are translucent or even transparent. There are miles and miles of them ... some mostly buried ... a few completely exposed as in these pics. The diameter of the ubiquitous tubes is tremendous ... 20-40 meters in general. That's about big enough to put two interstate highways through. Supposedly, they are exposed through the mechanism of geological weathering of the surface. This gives them the possible (and acceptable to the scientific establishment) geologic explanation.
I shall show conclusively that these tunnels are not geologic. This leaves us with the awesome conclusion that they have another origin of which there are only two possibilities ... they are organic ... or ... they are artificial.
My conclusion is organic.
Let us proceed.
Here are the "Hoagy" tunnels or "glass tubes" with some comments. See if you can spot a fault in my reasoning along the way. Am I not seeing this right? Just ... what?

The Voice of Wisdom.
I met an old woman (during a meeting in Alava, Spain), the last of a Mexican lineage (aztec ?). Her eyes were deep, wise, sparkly.... She was lovely.
she was very polite and her voice humble and powerful at the same time. I saw her one day, but i still remember her energy. Can't remember her name. i'll try to find pictures on internet. Emilio Fiel was the bridge who opened again the ethereal bridge between Mexico and Spain. He named "El Puente de Wirikuta".

yes on the sun stuff, I'm also on the mind set that the sun and it's actions are actually beneficial to the raising of mass consciousness.
Problem is when people are woken up too fast havoc can result.
Contrary to popular opinion the spiritual path is not all roses,
it can be very very tough going,
And to be forceable removed from a position of coma and denial is a traumatic thing
if you are not prepared for it, and many aren't not and will not be.
These shifts are now becoming larger and will not always be gentle on us,
but it doesn't mean they are negative.
It's just our reactions that adds that part in.
The same as with how ET contact situations can make the contactee very ill, as
the levels of vibrations exposed to are so different and much higher than our own here.
Its all relative to where a person is at, frequency wise.
Not good or bad as most would have you believe,
but potentially uncomfortable?? Hell yes.

Hi all,
With all the sun related material on different threads I thought I would ask one more thing. I came across an interesting hypothesis on Carbon 7 in relation to ascension. What if the suns CME's are something we a meant to be exposed to? There is some research implying that one of the Sun's elements is changing us on the DNA level.
In the embrace of Nature and the Cosmos that birthed and sustains us, it in incomprehensible to me to regard the Sun as anything but benefic in Its' operation and intention. I do not hold to the science of Nature as hostile in intention. I see many instances of very awesome forces showing intelligence and care. In a create your own reality existence, your relationship to Nature and the Universe has a lot of impact on how one perceives and receives ones' life experiences.
The relationship so many have with Nature is dysfunctional and ugly. A case in point is this article title on Rense: Massive Solar Flare A Bust....So Far. WTF? It is from the AP and here is the opening line:
WASHINGTON (AP) -- The solar storm that seemed to be more fizzle than fury got much stronger early Friday before fading again.
How sick is it that the news which delights in telling us how scared we should be by these flares then uses words like "bust" and "fizzle" to describe the flares not causing us any distress. Is it because it make them look bad with all of their doom and gloom reporting that nothing bad happened? Maybe the energy woke up a few million people today and they will now, no longer, subject themselves to the intellectual insults of the "news" anymore.
I believe all of the Cosmic goings on is beneficial to those in harmony with moving up in frequency and consciousness. Especially on this planet, Gaia, a loving, living Being who is our Mother, is there much to feel safe about. She does want and need our participation though. I can not recommend strongly enough for us all to turn our thoughts and hearts toward Her to let Her know of our support for Her and willingness to help. It is a win/win situation, to be sure.
BTW, here is the link to the moronic article if you like pissing yourself off:http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_SCI_SOLAR_STORM?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2012-03-07-21-21-58
Another sample of the great minds that give us their science regurgitant:
"We were watching the boxer, expecting the punch. It didn't come," said physicist Terry Onsager at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's space weather center in Boulder, Colo. "It hit us with the back of the hand as it was retreating."
Such talk is knuckle-dragging.

I'm fasting,
really feeling it too. The first day I
released a lot. This morning awoke to
my third eye blasting blue, purple and white energy
was blinded by it, and even though I took it easy
getting out of bed I almost fell over.
Overall doing pretty well.
I concur with your posts Astrid and Modwiz on the sun stuff.
Can't get my head wrapped around the erroneous conclusions the scientist are making.
Reminds me of the splits of human consciousness -the sun, the earth shifting and different energies
coming in can/are organizing and restructuring human dna but, on some level they must go with it -accept it.
It would make it much easier for them if they did as would living more in harmony with the earth.
I would comment more -but I am fasting and for me it is a sacred time so I am trying to keep it light and simple.

Spent the night swimming in the "stream" of the collective consciousness, so to speak...clearing out the dross in a very lucid dream. As I swam, the yuck would come through me and out through my toes clean and clear.
Saw those who are run by their "reptilian brains" only...seeing them as almost another species altogether. Run by fear and a "protect" mentality...feeling like victims of this life...defensive...survival in this world by instinct only. Surrounded them with understanding and compassion and love.
Swimming on, came upon the ego-led...seeing them as described above with the addition of a need to control all things. Run by fear, controlling everyone and everything around them relieved some of the victim mentality and gave a sense of righteousness and power. Again, surrounded them with understanding, compassion and love.
What was in them was also within me...felt myself surrounded by understanding, compassion and love..and received forgiveness. As I took responsibility and was "cleared", I was able to clear/clean faster.
I was not alone...there were many in the "stream" cleaning and clearing...thick, dark "waters" becoming light and refreshing ever more quickly as our numbers increased.
Awoke with a feeling of joy and lightness.
I think I finally see and understand your words on an extremely deep, knowing level, eaglespirit. This cannot be stopped...the change is happening at lightning speed...and there is only love, love, love!

"Don't take risks to escape life, take risks to keep life from escaping" - Cool skydiving T-shirt my friend has on.
If you haven't gone into freefall at 120 MPH you should, its AWESOME!

boy, this sharing pics thing...I've got to get the hang of it.
Em is sick now...sheesh...102 fever, throat, nose, stomach, head. The one thing I would like to avoid with her is antibiotics. I used to ask for them without thinking twice...and of course, if she needs one we will get it for her...but I am reluctant to voluntarily give her chemicals.
As awkward as it feels to ask for help, this is one area in which I cannot help her myself...please keep her in your hearts today.
Much Love and Gratitude,
