boy, this sharing pics thing...I've got to get the hang of it.

Em is sick now...sheesh...102 fever, throat, nose, stomach, head. The one thing I would like to avoid with her is antibiotics. I used to ask for them without thinking twice...and of course, if she needs one we will get it for her...but I am reluctant to voluntarily give her chemicals.

As awkward as it feels to ask for help, this is one area in which I cannot help her myself...please keep her in your hearts today.

Second, contribution from someone who grew up in Germany...
how to fight a fever while using it's heat factor to kill viruses.

You cover the patient in a ton of blankets, creating a sweat lodge of sorts.
You wrap their ankles in wet flannels, cold water, wrung out so not dripping wet...
around which you wrap a towel, so as not to keep the bed linen dry.

Cover and simmer, changing flannels every 15 minutes for one hour.

Lets the fever do it's virus killing job, while preventing overheating.
Trust me on this.

Apparently, Today is Saturday, where I am at. I thought it was Friday.

for the sake of others' impression of what is sacred and real, I, at times... act as if I am a bit bothered by the fact that I sometimes don't know what day it is on this 'calendar thing'.

Lisa, I bet your hair is gorgeous! It has been so long since I've done the salon thing. Where I live, a simple haircut costs 80.00 so I get my hair cut once every two or three years (I can do my own bangs) in Silver City, New Mexico (to visit my soul sistah) where a haircut costs 25.00 (and it gets blown dry and pulled straight and shiny).

How do you wake up someone who has zero interest and is indignant about staying uninformed. I can conceive of possible answers, but everything will finds its' own level. Gaia is on it for sure, but she does need our help. It is Our collective dream after all.

Had some sychros occur today.... I was thinking it would be good and would like to do a few things when I break my fast. Some friends of mine -a couple called me up today and told me they are in the middle of doing some transitional work in their lives and they really needed to do some things and process. They asked me to join them. It is exactly what I want to do too. I haven't talked with or seen them since early fall of last year. This is great will have a great time out in nature.

Carmody, I lose time a lot -especially when I am driving 3-4 hours or a day(s) can go by and I wont have any recollection of it. There are a lot of days where I have no idea what day it is or month and sometimes year. Just don't connect with it or grasp time at all. Sometimes I find it a bit nerve wracking.

I had a dream about Donnie Darko last week -LOL. I saw the movie with some friends a few years back -I really got that Donnie was dealing in parallel realities and everything is occurring now & what happens in one can effect another...... and then the time thing the 28 days..... in this 3d world everything cycles in a 28 day cycle....but in other realities it may not, co-exist with each other yes, but not time.
When I realized the movie was about parallel realities, I sat up said, "hey you guys this is about parallel realities" of course my friends thought I was a nut and said that Donnie was going crazy -which there is sometimes strangeness/psychosis when one is aware of parallel realities. But I told them no he appears to be going crazy but not really, he isn't. Anyways, I don't remember the whole movie -need to go back and watch it again, and yes it was a gem.

A big amen on that losing a sense of time thing, brother. I do it quite a bit and like it as you do. I help it by not asking my mind to catologue events is a linear fashion. When they happened is not relevant, only that they happened.

I also allow myself the freedom to remember things as I prefer them. I am aware of the editing, as with a hard drive there is a saved original if a roll back is needed. I gets buried in some folder I barely use on an extra partition I keep for stuff like that. Can anybody imagine a computer that attempted to keep information in a linear order? What a slow piece of crap it would be. I have alluded to the silliness of conversations where people interrupt flow of conversation as they fish for the right date of something in a story they are telling. I will usually tell them I do not need the time stamp for the story to have relevance for me, (and that is if the story has not already bored me into a trance) but one can often perceive an emotional 'need' or attachment to the placement in time for them. It is as if they are afraid they will get lost unless they maintain their place in linear time. If they only knew the joy of losing oneself in timelessness and the loosening of gravity that results from it.

Day 3. All is good, I do not feel hungry even though I find my menu a bit boring. Of course, not having to cook for anybody or smell others food helps. I'm feeling more pain in my hips and legs, nothing I am not used to though. Sick in, Sick out. The trick is to keep on moving.

The sun is shining, the sky is blue, nice warm weather expected today. This makes me very happy as I will see a lot of smiles on my daily walk. I love Spring. It makes people happy. Everybody comes out of the houses and smile a lot.

So I called my brother. He's got one ear open since December. (I am one of 8 kids and they think I'm the odd ball. I find that when I visit one-to-one they are asking questions.) I explained to my brother that I might have egg on my face, and he can laugh at me on the 24th. I was in a book store, looking at the magazine rack. Something made me look for the rag I always used to buy, "Atlantis Rising".

So I bought the thing, hoping something 'enlightening' might be in it.

the first thing I read, is an article on the downing of the titanic. As if anything new would come from that.

The article was on the journalist William Thomas Stead.

Sometimes I doubt what I did, even though I was the one there. I've never read of anything like it. Until now.

10 days later he was still involved in clearing those remnants, and with help.

I cleared an estimated 4000+ in less than a few hours. Who's energetic level of panic was total and absolute, and with total ignorance in the period leading into their death, through the death and in it. The number might even be higher than that - well...for reference...look back at the Titanic. Those people were well aware they were going down with that ship, with hours of preparation and knowing. Yet hundreds were lost and confused. Now project that onto a sudden tsunami, regarding numbers.

I knew it was a difficult thing to have done, which is why the bed and I were both absolutely soaked, when I finally woke up. But... I had no idea it was that difficult. It is just a thing I did, is all.

Nor was my hand as soft as I'd have liked it to have been. My usual custom was/is to occupy the body as an overlay and then calm the spirit by calming the body they still inhabit, as they die, so they clear themselves, with help....instead of being trapped by their fears as a snapshot, frozen into their astral/spirit self, in their passing. In that way they never know who or what helps them or if they where even helped. The most difficult method, possibly... but to me, the most correct. obviously, only required for the most difficult cases. One might put the tsunami in the same category.


There was no opportunity to do it slow and easy, in my estimation, and I sensed no help anywhere. So I set to that task, as a solitary endeavor, with whatever means was available. Depending on the time frame, we're talking 30-40 souls cleared, per minute. Even though I 'cheated' and made them help each other via sympathetic vibration and co-joining of energies/flow. I basically stopped after that one, as the stress of it was just too much, and needed to be processed. Now, with this extra bit I just read about, I can gain a bit more perspective.

The week with my colleagues was great fun, business is good and the biggest gift was that I had an evening to myself with my friend who lost his twin recently. He has still not accepted that he is gone. In his words:- I have grieved in front of the family, but I have not let go.
It was a precious evening.

Both of my daughters now have an "unidentified" seemingly bacterial infection, I think it is probably what Little One had last week...now wondering if it is also what I had last week. One was in the emerg room over the weekend when she first got it...was dehydrated though she had 9 bottles of water that day. The other one woke me up at 5 this morning, now afflicted, and (fingers crossed) will see the doctor today. But, going on the experience we had last week, this is not an easy thing to shake, and I sincerely believe it was those of you in the village who do healing work (but don't come out for accolades) who are responsible for Little One's recovery...and mine.

Please help my girls, if you can. Fever near 104, throat, head, stomach, tired... so much blood work has been done that we have ruled out: the flu (both strains), mono, meningitis, strep...can't think of what all. They have ruled out virus and decided it's bacterial from the lab work, but are not able to determine what kind. And so far, we are on day 4 or 5 for Em. Day 1 or 2 for M. :(

Healing energy on the way.

Sounds a lot like the Norovirus that has been so virulent around here...I think I mentioned it about a week or so back when a 12 year old died from it and several people I know had to be taken to the emergency room for dehydration despite drinking lots and lots of fluids, some of them taken by ambulance. It can last anywhere from a week to three weeks. It seems to have changed a bit...it now starts with a sore throat and fever before the rest of the symptoms.

I started with the sore throat last Thursday night, and by Friday morning it felt like I was swallowing glass, fever, earache and swollen glands, pounding headache and lots of time spent in the bathroom. Started the Beck protocol right away...drinking ozonated water, and taking colloidal silver while using a Croft terminator zapper. Seems to be working very well...symptoms lessened bit by bit over the weekend until this morning...am feeling very well.

By 'coincidence', both forms appear to have followed very heavy chemtrail spraying days.

There are reported "virus" conditions above and beyond the "normal" flu season.

The symptoms here speak well beyond what would be considered "normal" and hence my response.

Whether airborne or otherwise ... it simply doesn't fit into "normal" parameters.

In my area chemtrails have been cut in about half of the frequency we have endured over the last several years ... but "they" can change the content of the spray at any time. Many different laboratory results have proven that ... worst case (that I know of) is morgellons.

Of course if/when the endgame comes and it is not stopped ... who knows???

In my own here and now, I have been experiencing spaciness, just as Tom talked about, and bouts of creativity...which I enjoy very much.

In the past 2 days, I have also had an awareness, again, of my angel-ness...I don't mean angel in the isolated Christian, western meaning of the word, but I feel ilke I am existing as two beings at once...I can feel what it is like to have left my body, and the liberation of the moment I leave...but at the same time I don't go any where and I'm still me. Very.........bizarre. For me, 3d Here and Now is becoming more difficult to describe because it is evolving and encompassing more than 3D, isolating 3D senses is more difficult than it used to be.

@eaglespirit-the two images you posted raised me up...I felt a warm tingling rush as I looked at them. It started in my heart area and radiated out, and those physical sensations that accompany some Other-D seem to always catch me off guard. Thank you, kind one.

@astrid and ulli...what can I ever do to repay you? I know it isn't about repayment, but I really feel inadequate when I feel helpless to add to the lives of those who touch mine.

Most of the fantastic auroral views we've been getting over the past month have been from the north side of the world — but the southern lights are getting their day in the sun as well, thanks largely to the International Space Station.

The northern lights are more widely seen primarily because the high northern latitudes are more populated than similar latitudes in the south: The southernmost cities in Australia and New Zealand are in the 40s, latitude-wise, while Argentina and Chile dip down into the mid-50s. The International Space Station flies as far as 51.6 north and south latitude on every orbit, and its astronauts have a far more commanding view of the polar regions than earthly skywatchers. So it's no surprise that they're regularly seeing the auroral glow during the current period of heightened solar activity. Right now, the station's crew is in the midst of a viewing campaign that's being coordinated with the Canadian Space Agency's AuroraMAX project. Some of the reddish glows reach all the way up to the space station's level, 240 miles above Earth.

"We can actually fly into the auroras," space station resident Don Pettit said recently. "It's like being shrunk down and put inside of a neon sign."

Good morning to All, Day 5 and still going. I'm starting to smell like a lemon. Pain is subsiding.

It's a mild hazy day today. Will spend some time outside a bit.

For those of you that have included my friend Catherine in their healing work, she will be starting chemo tomorrow - 1 treatment every 3 weeks for a total of 8 treatments. This brings much anguish. Sending one of my manifestation specialists to work on those tickets,
never failed me, but not tried this on lotto before so will be interesting to see......

Major journey yesterday, to the Amazon no less, where i was thoroughly cleansed by a
waterfall. Lots of other things, too much to detail, but at one stage i merged with a tree
and lived a full cycle of seasons with that tree, mind blowing stuff.
In the end i was given a hut with the Shur so i can come back, so looks like that
is going to be a project or ongoing teachings with them. I'm not game to google anything
for fear of polluting things. Just going with it. Very cool.

Class back today after 2 weeks away, can't wait next 4 weeks is all around protection so
see if i can't pick up any extra tips than what I'm already doing.

First day of sun in many...1inMany lol...has been rainy and stormy, which I enjoy too. But nice to have some sun. There are pretty, white puffy clouds...real clouds...alas, they are overshadowed by more streaks in the sky. Made me think of a virus I had over the summer which spread to everyone in the fam. Ambulance had to transport me, the only time in my life I relied on that, only time in my life I was admitted for several days and really didn't care. I'm reminded how sick I was at the time the paramedics got to my home, I could not control my functions-any of them-and after 3 or 4 days at the hospital no one knew what the virus was. I think that was truly the Norovirus...this is something else. I remember after we were all over that virus, my husband jokingly referred to it as a manmade biochemical warfare type thing. Not funny any more. This virus...this is the respiratory equivalent to the stomach version. And these things go for the weakest parts of the body. I am not afraid. I am not alarmed. I am pissed. And...I'm worried for all the people whose health is being played with like it is some game. I must confess...I love you and I'm sorry are not coming easily. I suppose I have quite a way to go in my own evolution.

If we did not have this village, I tell you truly, there is no way we would have made it through this last round like we did. We are still fighting it, but the urgency is gone.

So, in and among the nastiness and the ugliness and the anger....is such beauty and gratitude and love and thankfulness and appreciation...no matter how dark it appears, there is always a beauty somewhere. I see the new rosebuds...and the first green sprout in the pot of soon-tp-be impatiens. I hear my Em giggle. I hear my Manyin1 bird with the pretty, wide white stripe...so nicknamed because he sings to me so many songs. He sits atop one tree, or the wood pole..at the very top...and sings to me. There are 4 large birds, I'm not good with identification but I think they are hawks, that soar over my house in big circles as if calling my attention to their presence and their peace. Today, I went out for only a moment and there was just one...round and round in this lazy strength...right over my head. For a moment I thought I might extend my arm and touch the gentle feathery wings.

It can't be all good, not with duality prevalent. But, I can always find good. Good is where the unity is. Beauty is where the balance is. Light is where the life is. And it is all around us.

Two beautiful days here in the NE, Northern Catskill mountain area. 65 degrees F today and 67 yesterday. Snow almost all gone. Morning birdsongs have announced the changing of the season with many new voices now singing. My meadow was filled with hopping robins yesterday.

I also finally finished my LOTR opus compilation. There were single soundtrack CD's and then complete 3 CD sets. 134 songs in all and 9 hours and 54 minutes of music. In a 128 kps MP3 format I can get all of the songs onto a single CD. Six minutes short of 10 hours of LOTR. I am pleased. :thumb:

I most respectfully disagree about the Kony story:
I believe the Kony story is more important than it is getting credit for. It would behoove us to keep this subject front and center until only a hermit in a cave does not know that this campaign is malicious and insidious propaganda of the worst kind aimed at the most impressionable minds. That they are trying to make a profit and get funding for the rape and pillage of a continent is a new low amongst a crew that already slithers on their bellies. I was ignoring it myself until I was made aware of it and the tentacles it was putting out. This is another 9/11 type psy-ops for war.

This could wake a lot of people up and shine the spotlight of shame on swathes of people considered respectable, with Bono being very noticeable.

How thoughtful of breeders to isolate and continue a genetic line of goats that is clearly not strong. When running from a predator is good for genetics, falling down is clearly very wrong. I don't care how cute it is, these goats deserve having human 'genius' help make this gene so recessive it almost vanishes. Breeding them with healthy goats would be a good start. The fainters would be 'boutique' pets for sure, but persistence would pay off. You just have to care and see it from Gaia's perspective and not a marketing one.

Why I have left the forum.

I have to leave the forum as I do not want to be the cause of disharmony, or bring the Dharma into disrepute. I'm not angry – but I am sad that the world is in such a bad state, and we are trying to find a way to help one another...but people are still choosing to be so negative.

For example, there is a thread about, let's say, how a cheese sandwich could be made, and someone keeps coming onto a thread and saying, “I don't like sandwiches!” Not only that, but they are telling people that cheese sandwiches are bad for their health!

That is not a discussion about how a cheese sandwich could be made. These are pointless, self-obsessed remarks. If you don't like cheese sandwiches, go to what attracts you - that would be a positive action. Whether you personally like sandwiches or not was not the topic of this OP!

A couple of individuals frequently try to disrupt threads I write, because they do not like my approach. And they are unable to let it be. Their reactions are antagonistic, and destroy the flow of a thread, so others who may come along later cannot follow a logical flow of discussion.
I have had to bring this type of action to the forum's notice before. I have spoken to the individuals about this on PMs, but this is still happening. These are not discussions: these are wilful attempts to break up the thread. My main concern is it drags others into thinking the same way.

If you wish to see this in action, analyse the thread, 'Buddhism in a nutshell'.

These are not positive actions,: they are negative actions.
This negativity creates problems on the forum – it does nothing to solve them. It is a pointless destructive activity.
The sad thing is the moderators see this and do nothing: maybe it's too subtle.

Buddhism is such a vast subject, and I can only give people a glimpse at what it is. The true Dharma will not be found in books or on websites.
A true knowledge of the Dharma is found in the practice. To find out about this, one has to go to a Dharma centre.

The point is, how will you know that you have a choice, if it is not presented to you? That is why I write.

A couple of individuals frequently try to disrupt threads I write, because they do not like my approach. And they are unable to let it be. Their reactions are antagonistic, and destroy the flow of a thread, so others who may come along later cannot follow a logical flow of discussion.
I have had to bring this type of action to the forum's notice before. I have spoken to the individuals about this on PMs, but this is still happening. These are not discussions: these are wilful attempts to break up the thread. My main concern is it drags others into thinking the same way.

If you wish to see this in action, analyse the thread, 'Buddhism in a nutshell'.

These are not positive actions,: they are negative actions.
This negativity creates problems on the forum – it does nothing to solve them. It is a pointless destructive activity.
The sad thing is the moderators see this and do nothing: maybe it's too subtle.

Buddhism is such a vast subject, and I can only give people a glimpse at what it is. The true Dharma will not be found in books or on websites.
A true knowledge of the Dharma is found in the practice. To find out about this, one has to go to a Dharma centre.

The point is, how will you know that you have a choice, if it is not presented to you? That is why I write.
I have to leave the forum as I do not want to be the cause of disharmony, or bring the Dharma into disrepute.

I have quite a few belief systems amongst my baggage. It could be fun to drag them out one by one and start threads, just to see the ensuing discussions and popularity contests.
But what exactly is fun, if it is not accompanied by the lessons that have been staring one in the eye (I) since birth, or at least since tantrum age three?

Certain points of a circle, the whole, stand in seeming opposition when posited individually. Language and sentence structure allows no other way to do it. One sentence at a time gets placed around the circle of the whole story when the story is of a certain depth or complexity. Sometimes I make opposite points to present both sides of an issue and demonstrate that a narrow vision has not been employed regarding a thought or opinion I am expressing.

In this instance of trolls and forums and their continued livelihood in plying their obnoxious trade there were some delicate issues that I wished to not be for just any eyes to see or to be quotable. I like speaking to people who understand me. It lends a pleasant energetic intimacy. If no one understands me, then I dance alone. Billy Idol wrote a song about it.

Well lets see... I'd vote for "Sagacity", it sound more quaint and homey. Whereas, "Sagapolis" sounds like megalopolis. Where there's lots of crowds that bump. And there's dirt in the cracks of the cement, where weed say no thank you we're heading out to "Sagacity". There's no round-up sprays, no GMO's, and no chemtrails. It's a "City of Angels", a city of "Shangri-La". So yes, put me down for "Sagacity", please. Thank you, ulli.

How to plan an organic city. Hmm....oxymoron, for sure.
But even the most organic homes, like the ones Meeradas posted, need some planning, some vision, some pruning.

The art is to find what the dwellers would like....offer them land, and there they can do whatever....yet ensure that the overall landscape doesn't get destroyed.
Because if you don't think of the bigger picture they all start cutting down the trees on their land....I have seen it....amongst the excuses you hear 'trees shed leaves, we needed the living space, the trees were too old...they posed a danger in case of storms...
all the while bitching about other people cutting their trees.
Despite their eco consciousness- when it comes down to it, unless legislation is in place AND enforced...trees get cut in enormous numbers.

It's a rainy warm day. We are breaking warm weather records in the area. Strange indeed, but not complaining.

I felt my wings last night. Hard to explain in words. I was very grounded but yet floating and very envelopping. I found it hard to have my friend breakdown in my arms. Yet, I am grateful to be there for her. I feel I would not make the same choices if it were me in her situation, but then, I am not, so I can't really know. Live and let live is not an easy path. They told her that even with the chemo, they will not save her breast... I'm keeping her in my envelopping thoughts today.

Day 6. I'll pass on the salami sandwich (would pass anyway, I'm a vegetarian... soon to be vegan ?)
