These times, it seems one cannot hold onto 'stuff' even if one wants to.
Gosh, i wish i could get rid of all unnessecary "stuff" in my life, just haven't got the energy having had Mars retrograding through my Virgo 12:th house crossing my alreday difficult Mars/Saturn conjunction there. Boy did Tom's astrology reading hit the nail!

I can see Mars and Saturn thru my window, right now.

All without the latter [how could i?], plus some.

You're the voice, try and understand it
Make a noise and make it clear
Oh-o-o-o, whoa-o-o-o!
We're not gonna sit in silence
We're not gonna live with fear
Oh-o-o-o, whoa-o-o-o!

Not in a mood for speeches right now...have lots to do.
But just wanted to present you all with the-best-village-on-earth award.
You deserve it.
Meeradas, you always get it right. Just thought you should know that.
And to anyone out there who happens to be a Scorpio, start assuming that people mean really, really well, and try burying any feelings of paranoia, just for one day, and then see what happens.
All the other signs are still allowed a little bit of paranoia, especially the Leos.
After the shift the word paranoia will be eradicated from Earth's dictionaries.

I'm excited. I'm brewing my first batch of distilled water. The machine was scheduled to arrive on May 17th, so I lugged four gallon bottles home yesterday.
So excited. Feels like Christmas mornin'. :whoo:
I posted some notes I took from the Lisa Harrison's YouTube with Andrew Norton Webber (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_msWtSljFQw).
“The Water’s of Life: the Literal Fountain of Youth”
The Water of Life will reveal the hidden senses. (higher states of consciousness) WATER IS THE CARRIER OF LIFE/LIGHT
Water won’t let inorganic matter settle in these “machines” (body) because it is magnetically attracted to it. The simple mechanics of water is that it’s negatively charged molecules. And every single garbage, dirt, debris, parasites, pathogens, that are not suppose to be in your body have a positive electrical charge to them. And we all know that in the electrical world that opposite attract. So with that river going through you, it stays in solution - it can’t settle. (joints, muscles...)
These are the original cleaning instructions for the human body: fruit juices, distilled water, urine, or precipitation such as rain water. We are gray and ashen because we are full of junk. Distilled water is the answer for prevention and removal because it’s magnetically attracted to all garbage.
Distilled water completely cleans out the body and removes the cause of all health problems. Pure water is 0 parts per million = distilled water. The crux of the whole issue is are they organic or inorganic minerals? Only inorganic minerals that are conductive or harmful to electricity, therefore the goal is 0 parts per million.
All I’m really offering is the original cleaning instructions for the human body. Doctors focus on removing symptoms and not removing the cause of the symptoms. That’s all distilled water does - it focuses on removing the cause magnetically attracted to all garbage.
Dr. Handley -http://drhandley.com/articles.html - Notes that follow are from one of the sources that Andrew Norton Webber referenced.
As our body begins to age, there are several things that happen:
- cells don't produce as well
- body doesn't digest as well
- body does not absorb as well
- body does not eliminate as well
- areas of the body begin to feel pain and have sore spots
One of the major causes of pain is the over consumption of grain in older people. It is softer, easier to eat and appears to be more easily digested. Well the true reality is that it is no benefit to the aging body at all and leaves an acidic residue that gets deposited in the joints which is the number one reason for arthritic pain.
"…distilled water does not take a single thing out of the body that the body needs. It never takes anything out of a cell. Everything that is cellularly locked remains within the body, but it is the greatest tool in the world for cleaning out the bloodstream, which is the only function water really has...to wash out, cleanse and purify the bloodstream..
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of drinking distilled water for cleansing the blood stream, for reducing arthritic pain and lowering blood pressure. It has also been known to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides. In fact, the only effect on the body is health.
Distilled water has been evaporated into a vapor, split apart into a molecule of hydrogen and oxygen, turning them into a gas that rises up in to the atmosphere, then cooled back down and condensed back in to water. The same process happens in a distillery when it distills water. It heats up the water in to a gas, all the impurities are left behind, all the waste products are left behind, then it is condensed and turned back into pure water and becomes the ultimate pure water because of one very important factor that is not present in any other water...it is molecularly unstable. It means that when it goes in your bloodstream it breaks apart easier and latches on to debris, waste products and unwanted materials that are floating around in your bloodstream."
As people quit drinking rainwater, cardiovascular diseases went up. When the blood vascular system is clean you have less headaches, you have less pain, you have more oxygen and nutrients available for the body and more healing capacity for the body.
It has been almost twenty years ago, his pain was excruciating. We put him on the detoxification program, took him off of all grain in his diet, instructed him to eat only fruit, vegetables, protein and meat products, and put him on distilled water every half hour while he was awake. It is hard to believe a month later this same man was out working in his garden having the time of his life.
There are rules of thumb on how much water to drink. The rule of thumb on a normal day is one half your body weight in ounces per day. If you are sweating and exerting yourself you should drink more. We have a tendency to grab pop, coffee, Kool-Aid and juices, but we need to get back to the habit of grabbing distilled water.

My distiller is sitting in my laundry room collecting dust. I have not used it in years.
Someone poisoned my mind against distilled water by stating it was inferior to our sping water here as it contained no minerals. So now I will do a thorough investigation. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

oh yes.. and we are still without a fixed abode
so any support/ energy in my direction will be greatly accepted and
appreciated. I must say though the growth spurts in this state of flux
have been something else....
The tension between freedom and security is something else
when it comes to growing ones soul.
But still, a roof and some walls would be useful, :p
I'm getting that there is a few crucial lessons i need to fully
integrate before this path can unfold.. and also that there are choices
that i need to make rather than just allowing things to unfold.
Problem is that there are so many options and so little time.
I'm dizzy just thinking about it. So im going to no think for a while
and make sure i am calm and well grounded.
For sure fascinating times.
As long as i stay out of fear and panic i should be just fine

Oh, I'm glad to hear that, ulli. My water comes from an artesian well. I also use Berkey filter system. But decided to take it up a notch. This is one of the lines that sold me: "Distilled water is the answer for prevention and removal because it’s magnetically attracted to all garbage." That and the decalcifying the pineal gland and higher state of consciousness.
I also reasoned that if I'm eating a balanced diet then I'm getting the minerals I need. I don't take vitamins either. Sea vegetables, miso, and "Green Super Food: Amazing Grass" are some of the things I eat that have important minerals. I'm never sick. Just an occasional migraine from stress or several days of eating garbage food.

The tension between freedom and security is something else
when it comes to growing ones soul.
As long as i stay out of fear and panic i should be just fine
I had my first life stress, at the age of 5 months gestation.
Then at birth, two-three weeks of polarized stressing.
Near death experience at the age of five months (after birth)
Then 3.5-4 years of daily stressing, between the two states. (and various other states)
Then I perfected forgiveness, moving past fears and stressing..and moved into love as an acceptance of all stressing and pressures.
I passed through my situation, into that state of near perfection. For most people, that is the pinnacle of an entire life.
Then, it came for us, it came for me.
At the age of 5, I went to war, on my own, with the machine. To protect my family, from their touch and path.
I lost....
....Most of my memory and mind.
It took me until the age of 35-36, to find..and unravel their touch. To find what was done. To find the origin of the twist in the mind.
But, since I was so close to birth, in this clearing and repairing work....so close to the door of the origin of the connection to the physical and spiritual, I went all the way.
Past birth, into this moment of 5 months gestation..which is on the cusp of soul inclusion/joining.
I brought the connection into conscious life, into conscious thought and memory.
It was a bit of mess, to say the least..but the gem in the mess..was the moments and situations themselves.
The changes left signposts, markers to be found and explored... to pass through.... and beyond.

I'm also used to stress, and too much of it.
I don't even have an adrenal response to it anymore.
This is more just a pain in the rear than anything else,
worst case i will just sell/store all my possessions, kennel the dogs
and live in a motel until i find somewhere.
I get that this next move is not going to be too cosy anyways,
i have keep moving on sorting out my stuff in this town,
rather than getting too rooted here. When i sell my block, which i have
not been active in doing.. then i will be free to live anywhere.
Thats what it is.. the lack of freedom and having to be dependent on others
for basic needs.. that is getting up my nose.
But again, its character building, what ever happens it will be what i need.

I saw NancyV 's post and she states the opposite. Quotes Dr. Emoto. I happen to be impressed by him. He was here in Costa Rica in 2000, before the Internet made him famous and I went to his talk.
So now I can't reconcile the two theories. I guess I'll be stuck a bit longer. It would be great if you could let us know what you discover.
I wonder if Dr. Emoto ever took distilled water and blasted it with Schubert, Beethoven or Mozart. Would crystals have formed then?

I want to say, without causing offence, on the posting about distilled water... Perhaps too many contrasting POVs or is it perspectives?
In my study and experience, the issue of joint pain is much more the natural result of "a confused immune system". Which unfortunately starts using it's #1 response, which happens to be inflamation. Inflammation is the body's method of stopping the spread of infection or contamination. This response is actuated in later life because we indeed have accumulated toxins, etc.. We ideed benefit from detox diets, like macrobiotics, etc... However to calm down the immune system, after correcting acid conditions and diet... To alleviate inflammation from other effects... I find herbs the best thing, since i have detox-dieted for decades, while still getting joint inflammations, from work stresses and cold rain chills...
My favorite herb in this season is meadow-sweet by name. As a day long tea, in well water (actually overflowing well, this season, actually a spring, no-less). This herb is fabulous for re-direcdting my inflammation and many other herbs can be found too. But this one is fresh and young this season. It really works wonders. It grows tall in summer, with fluffy blossoms-- It almost takes over, which bees and pollinators do need, in these days of stress.

Meadowsweet is one of my favs too -- it's an herbal Tums, helping with acidic conditions.
And it's so beautiful! Another name is Queen of the Meadow.

Hi, ulli. Yes, I’d be happy to keep you posted on the progress. As mentioned, my #1 goal is to decalcifying the pineal gland and higher state of consciousness. So I'm up for intense short term gain. Cuz, my plan is to not spend eternity in 3D.
In the vid, it's explained much better than I can ever about the science. Bottom line? It just seemed right for me. I'll know if and when to stop. Too, I can also mix it up with what I do now. Artesian well water, a Britta filters, and then I have a water bottle that has a Berkey filter in it. Win-Win.
As for the lack of minerals in water, I mentioned the macrobiotic lifestyle and foods. I also do Tai Chi, that exercise enhances bone density. So, for me it is more important to eliminate what the dark forces have added to water, soil, and air. And as strange as this sounds, I have always believed that this body comes back to center. It may take a bit depending on what I'm putting it through, but it obeys in the end. For me, the mind is a driver that takes it's instruction from the "Totality of Paula" and not the other way around.
Lastly, I was fortunate enough to have parents that never said, "Put a coat on. You'll catch a cold." Heartless (my judgement) other times, when in pain from such things as a sprained ankle, said, "Oh, you're alright." And showed my how to wrapped it up.
One last, lastly... in the vid, Lisa Harrison brings up the discussion on how there’s really one damaging article that circulates in the different platforms, all to curtail the hidden truth: “WATER IS THE CARRIER OF LIFE/LIGHT” and “The Water’s of Life: the Literal Fountain of Youth”. And from what we all know, that’s entirely possible. So, it’s my way of saying to the dark forces, “Hell no!”
I saw NancyV 's post and she states the opposite. Quotes Dr. Emoto. I happen to be impressed by him. He was here in Costa Rica in 2000, before the Internet made him famous and I went to his talk.

I added NancyV's link because it was counter to the vid I watched. My thoughts are: Why not do both?
I wonder if Dr. Emoto ever took distilled water and blasted it with Schubert, Beethoven or Mozart. Would crystals have formed then?
LOL... My new pineal recovery mantra: Use it or loose it. But, bust it with the water machine. (Well, sounds like I’ve got to work on that once this calcification dissolves.)
Toodles, and have a great day, All!

Meadowsweet contains salicylates, (aceto-salicylic acid is the modern drug from this, or aspirin) which are anti-inflammatory, as do most Willows and some Aspens. Bayer developed aspirin from meadowsweet. An interesting piece of info: Although the genus name for the meadowsweet plant is now Filipendula, it was originally Spirea. It is from this name that Bayer got the name of Aspirin for his new drug.
As usual, the drug is not allied with the many supportive agents Gaia includes in Her formulas.
Thanks to Wavydome for bringing this information to the Village and Marianne for her blessing.

Thanks, trisiten. I agree that all sides need to be considered. I would not want to harm anyone with misinformation. I like the disclaimer that everyone make their own decisions for their uniques body types. Please see post #13273. Another possibility is to combine both methods. Or for a period of time use distilled water. It depends on the reason for the method. (see post)

The thing with properly structured water, as in naturally flowing water in a brook - it's the only real deal.
Observations:
Couple of years ago, i went thru a process that had me "opened wide to what hitherto passed unnoticed".
Met someone who had some Schauberger style water enhancer, and tried the same tap water with/without the device's doings.
It was stunning.
Without: Greyish & dull[ing], flat, tasteless. 'Normal'.
With: Delicious, highly energizing, crystalline. I took two more glasses.
I was turned into a believer at once.
Another experience was even more amazing:
Lying in a mowed cornfield, body exposed to the sun, i fell asleep.
Must have been some time... woke with terribly stinging skin: Heavy sunburn.
Damn. Got up and ran full speed to the next patch of the woods, about 1,5 km from there.
Only thought: In there, and find a brook!
Indeed found one, undressed, just knew i had to let the water flow around the body at least 3 times,
so i fully submerged in it, holding my breath each time.
This was one of the best experiences in this lifetime.
Indescribably joyful. Very grateful for this. Bathing in... liquid crystal. So precious.
The sunburn was gone completely! Immediately. Unbelievably. Awesome.
I was astonished, and not, at the same time. 'Cause i "knew all this before".
Plus, energy levels were so high, that i found myself running home thru the woods,
lifting logs i found lying around, laughing all the way. Anybody watching must have thought "this guy is mad".
Put this here, as it would have put the "distilled water" thread way off.

Just as it is my belief that a macrobiotic diet can help cure many conditions, as a diet it leaves much to be desired and is best used medicinally, then finding the correct diet for oneself.
Similarly, distilled water has curative properties. Some conditions may require 'courses' of a treatment, but it would seem that distilled water is not good for long term use. This is why good healers are a breed apart from others and treat each person specifically and do not look for easy answers and routine approaches. Acute situations are a different situation and 'first aid' routines are not irresponsible.
My view: Distilled water has its' uses and can be very valuable in the right situation. As for the water we live and thrive on; vibrant, clean water with a healthy mix of dissolved minerals is 'mothers milk'. Schauberger is/was the Water Wizard on this planet and his wisdom cannot be held in high enough esteem.

As for pineal gland activation, I've mentioned using the atomidine, and of all the things I've tried over the years, this is the one thing I will never put back down. One of the number one things about the detoxified iodine aka atomidine is it fully supports glandular function, especially of the endocrine, or ductless glands, of which the pineal is one. The glands work in sequence together, and the energy that reaches the top starts at the bottom. A fully decalcified pineal will do no good if none of the other glands are also working properly.
I've also taken the fermented skate liver oil, that contains Dr. Peterson's activator x, or whatever they call it, so I can't say that's not a contributing factor, as well. I will say my stepfather was lined up to have hip replacement surgery, but in the last check up the docs decided his hip wasn't so bad after all, after he'd been taking the skate for about a month or so. The skate is best taken in combination to the high vitamin butter oil, from the same source, by all accounts.
I also have been spiking my bottled spring water with the celtic sea salt, and this also seems to be a significant factor, and it's delicious (thanks for the idea, zebra). The salt seems to be enhancing/balancing the conductivity of the body's energy system.
We've been phasing meat more and more out of our diet, which is good, I think. Last nights dreams ended with a short scene in a restaurant, and I chose a piece of fried chicken breast, and I was shocked when I was shown that this small chunk of fried meat was going to cost me twenty eight dollars and some change. I questioned the price and the black woman running the place assured me the price was correct, and then said mostly old people eat that stuff, as an aside. The message being the high cost of eating meat. It was the first meat we'd eaten in several days, last night, and it was indeed chicken.
If anybody has any good ideas on what to do with kelp powder, I'm all ears, as the higher ups have also insisted on that becoming part of our diet as well, so I have a few pounds coming. I've yet to research what to do with it, which I will also do.
For anti inflammatory properties, I must sing again the praises of alka thyme, from heritage. I seriously underplayed the severity of the burns I received last sunday, that were mostly healed within just a few hours, by using first the atomidine, then the alka thyme. The burns were easily third degree, as I was indicating by comparing them to the sparkler bomb incident.
I can see how a pristine, living water system, a natural clear stream or brook, could have remarkable healing properties. Makes perfect sense, to me.
From the material gleaned from Jay Weidner, and the Book of Aquarius, it seems the preferred method of distillation would be slow, involving very low heat, non conductive materials, and no electric elements, for the preserving of the life force that rises from the water. Dew collection would be quite preferrable to distilling municipal water sources, as well.
Funny, astrid actually made an appearance in my dream last night, a group of us were having a discussion in my mom's living room, and she was seated closest to me. I liken this to an energetic contact that was made a while back, that I would discuss perhaps through PM.

Since you are taking atomidine, your iodine needs will be met and this need is one of the primary reasons to use kelp. That said, kelp has many minerals/nutrients as most sea vegetable do. Another thing often missed is the fact that things like kelp are almost pure protein per weight. The small amount, per weight, we consume makes this fact somewhat ignorable in the bigger scheme. As for use, sprinkling on foods or in soups.stews is one way, but the inescapable 'taste of the sea' will be evident and not necessarily a gustatory plus. So, if you already have powder consider buying a package of empty capsules and filling them with the powder to ingest all the kelp you want without the unique flavor.
With your iodine intake your could skip the kelp, IMO. You will be able to source your other minerals and vitamins from a healthy diet rich in green leafies.

Put this here, as it would have put the "distilled water" thread way off.
meeradas, I think you should bottle the brook in large size bottles. And sell it on eBay. I'd buy a case. Beautiful share. Thank you.

My guess is the selling [if not already the bottling] would diminish its properties to a greatly unfavourable extent.
You're better off finding your nearest brook, and try it out yourself. It's flowing, and it's free [thanks, Mom]!
- and no prior sunburn is needed ;)

oh yes.. and we are still without a fixed abode
so any support/ energy in my direction will be greatly accepted and
appreciated. I must say though the growth spurts in this state of flux
have been something else....
Done, supportive energy sent. With much love to you Astrid!
I'm dizzy just thinking about it. So im going to no think for a while
and make sure i am calm and well grounded.
For sure fascinating times.
As long as i stay out of fear and panic i should be just fine
Great advice for us all!

The kelp is more for mother and baby, who aren't dosing themselves with atomidine, actually. I use a little of the kelp granules that we alredy have as a condiment, occasionally, as I actually like the taste in some dishes. Seeing as the kelp granules have over 2000 % the recommended daily allowance, I'm not especially worried about getting too much with the atomidine, which is 3-400%. Still, good pounts and good advice, mod, IMHO.

Do you people also feel an unjustified uneasiness and lots of anxiety for no reason at all during these past months?!
I've been feeling very anxious and i keep looking for what is the reason, but i cant seem to locate any source for this bursting of so much anxiety and confusion... Its like outside everything is the same, but inside this uncomfortable anxiety moves at a very high speed... I've been anxious before in my life, but not like this... so much for so long for no reason! I've heard many theories.. might be the energy upgrade now, might be the galactic area we are approaching at these times.. might be just my anxiety without any relation at all with exterior energies.. but i think its something i never had before like this...
I would liek to know what if some of you identify with this feelings.
Well, take care and peace! :)

Hello Rui,
I have also had a long period of anxiety due to a traumatic experience 25 years ago and I'm having a lot of anxiety at the moment probably most because of a late Lymedisease for which i'm under treatment. My symptoms started in september and i didn't suspect the disease until March and i was diagnosed 6 days ago. My "normal" life has just stopped and that increases the anxiety of course and i could not very well handle the heavy topics discussed on Avalon, Divine Cosmos and Bring4th so i had a long pause.
I just started posting again but i think i have to step back once more since i'm too sensitive at the moment and i have a tencdency to take things very personal. I might have a "herx-reaction" to the dying bacteria that makes me worse before i get better.
Because of this i cannot say whether it's my sickness or the energy shift or both. I can only say you are not alone feeling what you are feeling and personally i find it very difficult to communicate with pple while having an agonyattack or being depressed since this evokes their own fears and they immediately want to "fix" me and give good advices, think positive etc. It's the most difficult thing to just be present, close, accept and let it be. To think of somebody and send healing is perfectly OK though.
Hope you find the best healing/pple/circumstances where you are.

It's tough playing "catch-up" in the village but it's good to see spirits high and so much love for everyone being distributed here. My blessings to all who are having problems and symptoms of Ascension. I won't go into that since it's too much of a live wire topic, it seems, except to say that due to huge Solar Flares, loaded down with Adamantine Particles (believe it or not) we are each and every one of us feeling the pressures of unconditional love being beamed to us day and night and in all the spaces in between, as each must be opened to full consciousness or else....Just breathe deeply and give in to love...
These blessings are flowing in such huge amounts as to awaken all those sleeping ~ and it's an incredibly big job to do this, as we are all witnessing on most of the forums. There is a lot of resistance to new ideas from those locked in the Fear Matrix who cannot seem to find their way to pure and unadulterated love. They are objecting all the way HOME but it's okay, we are all headed to the same Source ~ scenic route or not, our choice.
To me, this explains why so many are huddled closely in the "Here and Now" for safety, comfort, and a sense of well-being. In many forums it's just not being found right now at all. All of these doubts and fears are ~ Subject to Change, of course. Once we all awaken; and it's only going to be a short time now ~ come what may. This choosing of a new Timeline and fully shifting into it. Woo Woo!
In the village ~ there is a lot of concern over distilled water versus spring ~ live versus dead ~ herbs and things to open your third eye and what a most interesting mix!
There seems to be a stiffness of joints, but it's mainly coming from our own inflexible mind-sets and attitudes more than anything else. Some have such a grip on their own lives, we are simply strangling ourselves and need to "release" this death grip along with our old wishes for total control. We need to go with the flow. Release. Release. Release. Before I came to the forest, I had a bunch of symptoms myself. Issues and medications. All have vanished one-by-one now as not needed.
Question is: Can we release the old stuff? ~ That's the only real question and when?
So ~ in my "Here and Now" ~ about two weeks ago, in separate incidents, two of my grandchildren came to visit me in the wild & wonderful forests of Sandpoint, Idaho. Nick (28 years old from Washington State nearby) and Kathryn or Kat (17 yrs old from California) and it's been lovely getting reacquainted with them. Each has their own story but the forest is a healing place, close to Mother Earth and all who come here ~ do find healing. (When you are having any problems, go touch a tree ; )
So on this day, it started out with a member of Avalon sending me some bear pictures. We have a little black bear - Yogi, who shares space with us (see him in "Welcome to Our Forest"). He is attracted and loves us for our cat food in the garage but Yogi has now grown too big to fit under the 5" we leave open for our cats to come and go.
Yogi came out of hibernation this year, very thin, still small and not much larger than when last we saw him prior to onset of Winter. So he's back and announced his arrival by coming up on our second story deck near the living room looking for food. Our two dogs, Buddy and Bandit scared him away with their barking but my husband, Harry, nearly had a heart attack to see Yogi staring at him through the sliding glass door, near enough to touch.
So all parties are pretty shocked seeing each other and Yogi is finally discouraged and leaves the second story deck by climbing over the little gate again and heads for the garage to attempt entry there. It's a lot easier entry without the noise and threat of the dogs.
Earlier, Nick and Kat found a broken bracket in the garage door opener, so I was concerned that if left hungry, Yogi might attempt to remove the rest of the door and it's hinges that we now have immobilized before it fell off the rest of the way by itself.
So I am thinking quickly of what offering could be made to discourage further attempts on the garage door and came up with PEANUT BUTTER. And now from my third floor balcony, I throw some beautiful slices of shepherder's bread in a sack and half a big jar of peanut butter to give our boy, Yogi, a bribe to stay away from the garage and the 20 lb sacks of cat food and hey, it works. He has to work for it but he is fully distracted for the night. Whew!
Next morning, I wake up to find our Crow, who I call my "heralding" crow down on the lawn below and as I watch, he finds the mostly empty jar and it's still got some yummy left on it ~ so he tries to fly off with it. Not so dumb this crow. He's going to drag it home if necessary. But then all our cats take an interest right away at this spectacle, so Mr. Crow flies away without his treasure. I would, too, if I were him.
A little after this, as I watch, two deer find it later that afternoon. By then, Celtman has sent me fun pictures of another black bear not Yogi climbing a rope to get to a bird feeder and I begin making a video of it ~ since my family and grandchildren all know about Yogi and this bear looks just like him. I am just so happy doing this video.
And I am feeling joyous playing around working on this video and I'm getting together images of the two deer, one who is eating and licking the remains of Yogi's peanut butter when suddenly I notice my heralding crow is doing this whole urgent show in front of my big windows. He is "harking" something important ~ I have no idea what it's about, but I wish to add this big, huge crow with his impressive ~ wingspan in flight to my video, so I jump up and go outside to get his picture.
Once outside on my little deck with camera in hand, I hear a cat crying frantically. I heard nothing from inside the house but it's loud now and I am looking around. To say the least, we have a few cats who might be candidates. Then to my left, I see one of the older cats, Dodger, stuck up on a three-story ledge. He is desperately crying for assistance and I am stumped for a moment about how to get him off such a precarious spot on a little rafter outshoot. Where is Spiderman when you need him?
Dodger looks at me with great pleading eyes and I start calling "Jenn, Nick, Kat" to see if they have an idea how to bridge the gap that looms before us and Dodger's location. His name is actually "The Artful Dodger" He was a wee short of "artful" at this moment even though he's always seemed to be a roof dweller. Our roof is now made of tin and too slippery to find purchase. Dodger is just plain stuck with a 3-story fall looming up.
So all this drama is added to my joyous video which now includes a rescue of Dodger by grandson "The Nick" who is our hero of the day. Yes, take a bow, The Nick!
Life is usually very quiet and serene in my forest but it sure got exciting for one day anyway. Mostly we are still thawing out from a very long Winter in Nardia.
We often try so hard, we miss the boat entirely in over-thinking, over-analyzing, the answer seems elusive because we bypass our natural healing instincts, our own higher power talking earnestly to us ~ and those gifts are always present but we just drown them out mostly by our own ego/monkey minds. As I stood watching Dodger's dilemma, my mind could NOT see a solution. But Nick's heart found one instead...
Allow nature and your own body and instincts to heal and you will find well-being has arrived, unexpectedly on your doorstep. Sometimes we try too hard and it ruins everything. Let loose those ties that bind us too tightly...and circumstances will intervene and do it for us if we allow things to flow naturally. All is well.
We need to be kinder to ourselves and just go with the flow. Here ~ watch "The Nick" save a life and be happier to know such things are only a moment away from each of us. Embrace the little joys and bigger ones follow...
Love you guys so much! Group hug! Group hug! Group hug! We journey on together and guess what? We are almost there. Time to hold hands and gather a little closer together for strength and comfort for the "Grand Finale Show of Wonders" and embrace our new vista ~ one filled with love, sharing and joyous intent.
Let's concentrate and allow for abundance! Be open to it. All things are possible right now, so imagine great things and they will manifest. Much love to all! xoxoxoxox

For those who missed Yogi, here he is from last year. I just love this guy but from afar. You can see how small he really is when he's by the chair and BBQ:

A beautiful morning on the mtn. No wind. The last couple of days have been windy.
White Tail has been enjoying the morning sunshine and is ready to be with his sister.
His stitches come out tomorrow.
I completely stopped any intake of meat in December of last year. My muscles and joints had ached for most of my life and sometimes had trouble with range of motion.
About a month after not eating any meat my muscles and joints completely stopped hurting and all inflammation was gone.
I didn't place any expectations on it or on any outcomes. Just lost all desire for it and never really liked it in the first place, always preferring fish, even as a child.
Growing up with a black Irish Mother who was raised on a farm, meat was a constant at every meal. All of the women in the family can make a mean Irish stew.... I still make the stew minus the meat.
I can say that 5 months into it I am still pain free and feeling so much better -much lighter.
Also, I have been doing a lot of research on the benefits of raw organic coconut oil -medical
researchers are finding that people with Alzheimers (late stage) are having improved cognitive
and motor skills by daily ingestion of the oil.
Prayers and love to all.

How is Lauric Acid Used by our body?
The human body converts lauric acid into monolaurin which is claimed to help in dealing with viruses and bacteria causing diseases such as herpes, influenza, cytomegalovirus, and even HIV (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-aids.html). It helps in fighting harmful bacteria such as listeria monocytogenes and heliobacter pylori, and harmful protozoa such as giardia lamblia. As a result of these various health benefits of coconut oil, though its exact mechanism of action was unknown, it has been extensively used in Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicinal system. The Coconut Research Center (http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/) has compiled various references on scientific research done on coconut oil (http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/Coconut%20Research-Coconut%20Research%20Center.pdf).

Before we move on to the benefits of coconut oil in detail, let us understand its composition.
Composition of Coconut Oil:
Coconut oil consists of more than ninety percent of saturated fats (Don’t panic! First read to the last word. Your opinion may change), with traces of few unsaturated fatty acids, such as monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Virgin Coconut Oil (http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-oils/organic-coconut-oil/virgin-coconut-oil.html) is no different from this. Let us have a bit detailed study of this.
The Saturated Fatty Acids: Most of them are Medium Chain Triglycerides, which are supposed to assimilate well. Lauric Acid is the chief contributor, with more than forty percent of the share, followed by Capric Acid, Caprylic Acid, Myristic Acid and Palmitic.
The Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids: Linoleic Acid.
The Monounsaturated Fatty Acids: Oleic Acid.
The Poly-phenols: Gallic Acid, which is phenolic acid. These poly-phenols are supposed to be responsible for the fragrance and the taste of Coconut Oil and Virgin Coconut Oil (http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-oils/organic-coconut-oil/virgin-coconut-oil.html) is rich in these poly-phenols.
Certain derivatives of fatty acid like Betaines, Ethanolamide, Ethoxylates, Fatty Esters, Fatty Polysorbates, Monoglycerides and Polyol Esters.
Fatty Chlorides, Fatty Alcohol Sulphate and Fatty Alcohol Ether Sulphate, all of which are derivatives of Fatty Alcohols.
Vitamin-E (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/vitamins/health-benefits-of-vitamin-e-or-tocopherol.html) and Vitamin K and minerals (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-minerals.html) such as Iron.
http://www.organicfacts.net/images/stories/food/Coconut%20Oil/FattyAcidComposition.jpg
Let us now explore the benefits of coconut oil in detail:
Hair Care:
Coconut oil is one of the best natural nutrition for hair. It helps in healthy growth of hair providing them a shiny complexion. Regular massage (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/other/health-benefits-of-massage.html) of the head with coconut oil ensures that your scalp is free of dandruff, lice, and lice eggs, even if your scalp is dry. Coconut oil is extensively used in the Indian sub-continent for hair care. Most of the people in these countries apply coconut oil on their hair daily after bath. It is an excellent conditioner and helps in the re-growth of damaged hair. It also provides the essential proteins required for nourishing damaged hair. It is therefore used as hair care oil and used in manufacturing various conditioners, and dandruff relief creams. Coconut oil is normally applied topically for hair care (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-dry-hair.html).
Skin Care:
Coconut oil is excellent massage (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/other/health-benefits-of-massage.html) oil for the skin as well. It acts as an effective moisturizer on all types of skins including dry skin (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-dry-skin.html). The benefit of coconut oil on the skin is comparable to that of mineral oil. Further, unlike mineral oil, there is no chance of having any adverse side effects on the skin with the application of coconut oil. Coconut oil therefore is a safe solution for preventing dryness and flaking of skin. It also delays wrinkles, and sagging of skin which normally become prominent with age. Coconut oil also helps in treating various skin problems including psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-eczema.html) and other skin infections (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-acne-scars.html). Therefore coconut oil forms the basic ingredient of various body care (http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-cosmetics/organic-cosmetics/standards-for-organic-body-care-products.html) products such as soaps, lotions, creams, etc., used for skin care. Coconut oil also helps in preventing premature aging (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-age-spots.html) and degenerative diseases due to its antioxidant properties.
Heart Diseases:
There is a misconception spread among many people that coconut oil is not good for the heart. This is because it contains a large quantity of saturated fats. However, coconut oil is beneficial for the heart. It contains about 50% lauric acid, which helps in preventing various heart problems including high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure. The saturated fats present in coconut oil are not harmful as it happens in case of other vegetables (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/vegetable/benefits-of-vegetables.html) oils. It does not lead to increase in LDL levels. It also reduces the incidence of injury in arteries and therefore helps in preventing atherosclerosis.
Weight Loss
Coconut oil is very useful in reducing weight (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=%22Lipids%22[Jour]+AND+44[volume]+AND+2009[pdat]+AND+ferreira[author]). It contains short and medium-chain fatty acids that help in taking off excessive weight. It is also easy to digest and it helps in healthy functioning of the thyroid and enzymes systems. Further, it increases the body metabolism by removing stress on pancreases, thereby burning out more energy and helping obese and overweight people reduce their weight. Hence, people living in tropical coastal areas, who eat coconut oil daily as their primary cooking oil, are normally not fat, obese or overweight.
Digestion
Internal use of coconut oil occurs primarily as cooking oil. Coconut oil helps in improving the digestive system and thus prevents various stomach and digestion related problems including irritable bowel syndrome. The saturated fats present in coconut oil have anti microbial properties and help in dealing with various bacteria, fungi, parasites, etc., that cause indigestion. Coconut oil also helps in absorption of other nutrients such as vitamins, minerals (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-minerals.html) and amino acids.
Immunity:
Coconut oil is also good for the immune system. It strengthens the immune system as it contains antimicrobial lipids, lauric acid, capric acid and caprylic acid which have antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties.
Healing and Infections
When applied on infections, it forms a chemical layer which protects the infected body part from external dust (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-asthma.html), air, fungi, bacteria and virus. Coconut oil is most effective on bruises (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-bruises.html) as it speeds up the healing process by repairing damaged tissues.
Infections: Coconut oil is very effective against a variety of infections due to its antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. According to the Coconut Research Center (http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/), coconut oil kills viruses that cause influenza, measles, hepatitis, herpes, SARS, etc. It also kills bacteria that cause ulcers, throat infections, urinary tract infections, pneumonia, and gonorrhea, etc. Coconut oil is also effective on fungi and yeast that cause candidiasis, ringworm, athlete's foot (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-athlete-foot.html), thrush, diaper rash (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-diaper-rashes.html), etc.
Other:
Liver: The presence of medium chain triglycerides and fatty acids helps in preventing liver diseases as they substances are easily converted into energy when they reach the liver, thus reducing work load on the liver and also preventing accumulation of fat.
Kidney: Coconut oil helps in preventing kidney and gall bladder (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-bladder-infection.html) diseases. It also helps in dissolving kidney stones.
Pancreatitis: Coconut oil is also believed to be useful in treating pancreatitis.
Stress Relief: Coconut oil is very soothing and hence it helps in removing stress. Applying coconut oil to the head followed with a gentle massage helps in removing mental fatigue.
Diabetes: Coconut oil helps in controlling blood sugar, and improves the secretion of insulin. It also helps in effective utilization of blood glucose, thereby preventing and treating diabetes (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-diabetes.html).
Bones: As mentioned earlier, coconut oil improves the ability of our body to absorb important minerals (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-minerals.html). These include calcium (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-calcium.html) and magnesium (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-magnesium.html) which are necessary for development of bones (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-bone-spur.html). Thus coconut oil is very useful to women who are prone to osteoporosis after middle age.
Dental Care: Calcium (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-calcium.html) is an important element present in teeth. Since coconut oil facilitates absorption of calcium (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/minerals/health-benefits-of-calcium.html) by the body, it helps in getting strong teeth. Coconut oil also stops tooth decay.
HIV and Cancer: It is believed that coconut oil plays an instrumental role in reducing viral susceptibility of HIV (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-aids.html) and cancer (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-cancer.html) patients. Preliminary research has shown indications of the effect of coconut oil on reducing the viral load of HIV patients (Reference (http://www.coconutresearchcenter.org/article10526.pdf)).
Finally, coconut oil is often preferred by athletes and body builders and by those who are dieting. The reason behind this being that coconut oil contains lesser calories than other oils, its fat content is easily converted into energy and it does not lead to accumulation of fat in the heart and arteries. Coconut oil helps in boosting energy and endurance, and enhances the performance of athletes.
Coconut Oil and Alzheimer's Disease: There are reports of research conducted by Dr. Newport (http://www.coconutketones.com/) stating that coconut oil is useful for treating Alzheimer's disease. Apart from this there is no scientific evidence or traditional knowledge or coconut oil being used for treating Alzheimer's. It was also not known traditionally that coconut oil helps in the brain function.
Why is Coconut Oil Solid?: Unlike most other oils, coconut oil has a high melting point - about 24 to 25 degress Celcius or 76-78 Farenheit. Therefore it is solid at room temperature and melts only when the temperatures go high. Hence, if you buy a bottle of coconut oil and find it solid, don't think that there is some problem with it. Coconut oil is like this only. And of course, don't keep it in your refrigerator.
How to Use Coconut Oil?: If you are using coconut oil for topical purposes, especially hair care, just melt the oil (if it is solid) by keeping the bottle in the sun or warm water (http://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/other/health-benefits-of-drinking-water.html). You can also take some coconut oil out and put it in a small bowl and heat the bowl over a flame (do not use microwave). Then take the oil on your palm and apply it to your hair. If you want to use it for internal consumption, simply replace butter or vegetable oils with coconut oil in your recipes. Remember, you need not switch to coconut oil completely, as you will miss the benefits of other oils and dairy products.
Can I Use Coconut Oil for Cooking?: Yes, in most of the tropical coastal regions, people use coconut oil for coooking.
I Don't Like the Taste of Coconut Oil. What Should I do?: Try using coconut oil in some different recipe. That may help. If you get nauseated after eating coconut oil, don't force yourself. As it happens with any other food (http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-food/organic-food-basics/health-benefits-of-food.html) item, your body may be allergic to coconut oil and it is best not to consume it.

Rui
Hello Rui, I do identify with this feeling, and I can also state that anxiety has been thick and prevalent around my place, and I must actively be on guard to realize it and act against it. I have a better ability to do this than others in my family, so I must always remain vigilant. If I give it negative energy in return, it amplifies, and encompasses those around me. It has been turbulent lately with work and family, and even tragic. My family suffered a miscarriage recently and a good friend attempted suicide. But the overwhelming source of my personal anxiety has been keeping up with too much alternative and mainstream media, which is rife with sorcery. In my opinion, MSM is withholding information, while the alternative media is just spinning the truth, all dis/misinfo. Just as dangerous as the MSM. If they had their way, we would all either be quaking in our boots at impending doom, or sitting back confident that others are gonna fix everything for us. As it says in "Dune," Fear is the mind killer. And, well, I guess it is the same with apathy.
One thing that keeps me in high spirits and anxiety free, besides having communion with my good buddy Hanuman ;) and meditating, is realizing how close this world is to actually changing. I think the key is the technology piece. The oil oligarchs can't keep the lid on free energy forever. Not that free energy is the ultimate panacea, but I believe it will be a catalyst that lets the genie out of the bottle. Once enough people realize the extent of the slavery, mind and body, that has been imposed on them, there will be no turning back nor will they accept that reality ever again.
And one other thing: the thing that gives me chills when I think of it, and fills me with the omnipotent spirit of the creator: My body and those I love can be taken, tortured, murdered, enslaved, imprisoned, poisoned with industrial food, chemtrails, and nuclear fallout, etc., but it doesn't mean anything. I have incarnated on this earth many times, and I will continue to do so until righteousness reigns. Patience, perspective, and understanding is my virtue and tranquility. And beyond that, too, I know that I ultimately exists as one with all. That is my true nature, not this animated amalgamation of water and carbon. It has all already been accomplished, and I sitteth at the right hand of God, along with each of you. We are all One.
And lastly, in my opinion, that anxiety feeling, which is as heavy as lead at times, is sorcery, and it is amplified by each person that falls prey to it. I'm not being critical, because it happens to me too, frequently. It's impossible to be "on" all the time. Black magic is being performed and one can approach that sorcery with acceptance and understanding, and transmute it with white magic in to love.
Well, that's my two cents. I wish I had three. Ha! Cheers and love to all!

Hi Darla,
I've had some neat encounters with animals and love them and my career has placed me in the positions to rescue some. It's easy to see you have a heart for them as well. I would be remiss in not mentioning your help with Yogi might end up causing more concerns. There are still a few options. Fish & Game or another agency/organization to your liking might offer some ways, or search the web and find a resource that resonates with something you would consider. And best wishes to yogi...

Well I had me another one of those darn expansion moments today conveniently at my lunch break as I was heading for my car for quiet time. My vision, is constantly out now but with a calm and good feeling in my head, weird I know!
Well I thought I would experiment while I was warping and buzzing so I began to meditate in the car with a simple visualisation that Kindred pointed me towards by way of a post in imagining an ocean of light above your head, drawing it down through the crown and then entering the planet.
Now, I do not meditate much so this may be a regular phenomena, and I am a little embaressed to share but as I imagined this light flowimg into me I actually felt it! Never felt anything before!
The embaressing bit is when the light entered my, how shall I put this, my root chakra! Well, this was extraordinary, the words bliss, sensual and ecstatic sprang to mind, I had to open my eyes and cease this activity, I became aware of my outer surroundings amd stopped, my wife would be most interested if she knew this was how I spent my work lunch breaks!!
So again I implore you good village people, is this also to be expected as a spiritual by product, if so sign me up LOL.
(sorry if a bit base but just telling it.how it is).
Blessings

I have been dreaming of water and stone outcroppings the past few nights, some bordering on lucid, which have a deeply peaceful yet surreal time-lapse quality to them. Enigmatic and healing sleep of the night, this wanderer is immensely grateful for.
Cellular memory of navigating rivers in birch bark canoes, (current incarnation) early childhood memories of exploring rivers, lakes and gorges of the upper midwest (US) and southern Manitoba by boat have presented as well.

A beautiful night in the village, as I wander here and there.
Just a little musing, to no one in particular. I got lyme disease the summer of my herbal apprenticeship in NH, about ten years ago. I had a relapse after moving back to Alabama, very stressful and was a misery guts, vibrations were low day after day. Then have had a couple of near relapses since then. It's taught me how important it is to find that place within yourself ... for me, it's a place where I can find something worthwhile, something to be grateful for. I don't know what it would be for others, but it's whatever brings you up.
Lyme disease has been an ultimate blessing for me. I still have the little guys in me, I know that. Someday they will go, we're working on it. The thing I found most helpful, besides finding something good in my life no matter how it seemed to be otherwise, was fresh veggie and fruit juices, made in the juice extractor. It's the method I'm using now, but I expect I'll end up doing Machaelle Wright's Microbial program at some point. (www.perelandra-ltd.com).
I wanted to say, when it was in full force, it brought me to feel helpless beyond what I'd ever known. I could hardly function, could barely get words out of my mouth to ask for help.
That's my story about lyme disease. Just in case anybody wanted to hear about it.
All love,
Marianne

Thank you Marianne for bringing Perelandra back to my memory. I had wanted to go there some 12 years ago... It also made me look what was up with the "Armoires aux Herbes". I was so sad when they closed business in March 2011 following a new Health Canada law for herbal products. Found out that Danièle Laberge (wonderful traditional herbalist) has a blog and that the Herbothèque is still in business.

PL, you mentioned how to use kelp. I don't have any favorite ways for kelp, it's one sea veg that still tastes strong to me. If it's iodine you're looking for, other sea vegs have it too. I've found some others I like. Have you eaten much sea veg in your diet? If not, dulse is a good one to start with, it tastes rich and not very seaweedy. You can toast it or even pan cook it in a little oil. Nori sheets, toasted (you can buy them already toasted) are good as wrappers for veggie or California nori make (like sushi but without raw fish). Or you can crumble them up and put them into your food, veggies, rice, potatoes, etc. Miso soup is traditionally made with wakame seaweed, but you can substitute alaria.
A delicious cooked dish is soba or udon noodles cooked in water then stir fried with sea veg bits, green peas, and walnuts, all dressed with a teriyaki type sauce (make your own, it's so easy and you control what goes into it).
Gomasio is a traditional recipe of sesame seeds and salt, ground up and used as a condiment. People have begun to add sea veg to it. 5:1 ratio of sesame:salt is traditional, but macrobiotic cooking uses more like 18:1. Some add seaweed powder to it -- dulse, or nori are good. Here's a website with more info. http://www.whole-body-detox-diet.com/gomasio.html
Sea vegetables are so good for you. I won't go into all the benefits, but here is a website if anyone's interested in learning more. This guy is in Maine, and when I lived in NH all his seaweedy goods were widely available. I miss him, find a few of his products here. I love it that he is passionate about it. http://www.theseaweedman.com/recipes
Here's a soup he and his wife Nina made with seaweed in it, called Sea Gypsy Soup. It makes me feel like cooking today.

Mornin’ & Evenin’, All
Rachel Willis of “Lightworker Magazine (http://www.lightworkermag.com),” channels individual messages from The Masters. The topic for today is: "Stop Trying"
Stop Trying!
If you have tried and failed, tried and failed, tried and failed, stop trying!
Trying is the antithesis of intuition, for it implies going away from your naturally balanced, content and assured state to force a situation, person or dream to be a certain way. Fear lays behind effort beyond the naturally passionate energy of the heart and soul, and as you are aware, fear will never create the happiness or peace you seek.
So set down your attempts to bring your dream life, dream income or dream person into your reality. Let go, let yourself rest, and THEN you shall experience the deepest meaning of success and abundant, effortless joy.
Have a great day/evening,

I've bookmarked the sea veggie site. I make a lot of miso soup. So, I've mixed all my sea veggies together with the exceptions of Kombu and Nori. I've store them in glass jars, and vacuum seal them for freshness. When I'm ready for a new batch of soup, it's quick and easy.

ok... updating
We are still with no future roof or walls,
but its certainly an interesting process
sitting in this state of flux.
Quite a vast open space, and its a spectacular view
And I'm being asked to sit in this vastness and fly around for a little while longer.
The question is also how much of my attachments I shed this time around.
What do i really need to keep?
So much re assessing, such a valuable time.
I noticed too that Jupiter is any day now moving into my 8th house,
no accidents there.
Ideally i want to have something secured by the 25th, so i can go on my trip and
come back to the big move. Worst case scenario - if i can't find anywhere
i have to take my landlords to a hearing to ask for more time.
Hopefully it won't come to that.

Good Morning :) Last night was Peanut's first graduation ceremony. Associates in Science. Two or three years to go for BS Architecture...another couple for the M Architecture I suspect. As my Dad used to say, a Degree does not prove intelligence, it proves stick-to-it-ive-ness. So proud am I. I took my first college class when I was 21, scared to death I would fail that course. It was an English course. I aced it, so I knew I wanted to continue my education...but it would be a while before I worked things around in my life so that I could continue. I loved, more than anything, the process of learning. I started back to school at around 27 I think. And I graduated with a Masters in Human Relations at 41...I think. So, a 20 year process, going to school slowly but surely for more than 10 years. I am proud of Peanut because she has had more experiences that could have led to her giving up than have added to her experience in an immediately positive way. That was wordy...what I mean is that she could have given up so many times. I think the best part of my "higher" education was that my girls saw me complete it no matter the circumstances.
Of course, I am not a person who believes college is the only way...and for anyone that does not know me I do not place educated people and uneducated people in categories at all. People are people. All "jobs" need to be done, none are more or less important. It just so happens that Peanut decided she wanted to be an architect at the age of 7...and has always been sure of that... which requires a college degree. (Don't even get me started on the state of education...) Just like M has been called to be with children, probably teaching, but young children. Em has wanted to be a vet for several years, but after a couple of miserable science teachers and quite impressive music teachers has changed to wanting to teach music, probably band. She is the most likely to change her mind right up until she lands in a career.
There are so many roads to get where we are going. I don't even know where that is, lol, as you all know, and I don't have a clue my role in it. Atm I feel like I am doing nothing, and that is probably because I haven't had many periods of time in my life that I was not involved. Doing nothing feels like doing something wrong. But I think Darla's right...I can't specifically remember everyone else who has joined in on the "All is well" bandwagon but I think you are all right. Doing nothing is not actually doing nothing, now is it? Doing nothing, if you think about it, just means doing something other than what one's used to. Because of the nature of human beings, the body can only do nothing when we leave it lol...
This is turning out to be the weirdest post ever. Think I'll stop now.

Hi ulli,
What you spoke about rings true and brought it to a different understanding to me especially the last 5 lines.
A sister and my partner of five years have passed on. Barbie and Wolfgang were both Capricorns. I learned different things from both of them. But for me as a Cancer, I was appreciative of how their ideas of the world bled into mine. I was able to add dimensions that I wouldn't have otherwise considered. They were driven in ways that were different from mine. I believe that they would still be here if they took longer "pauses".

Beautiful morning in the valley. I'm getting ready to go and finish off distributing the remaining compost. I'm feeling great this morning, getting stronger by the minute. There is still much work to do before we can start planting, and since help is not coming from ordinary channels, I've opened up another one. I am confident that it will come.
All the babies (plants) purchased last Wednesday are sitting in my backyard anxious to meet their new home... planting day is next Thursday, and confirmed help will be there.
I will get around at learning how to post pictures so I can share with you all. The director of the Centre told me yesterday that there is very good vibrations coming from the Garden. :) I know you are pitching in and helping to create this healing garden. Thank you!

Popping in to say hello to all of you Villagers seen and unseen . You have become part of my day and I thank all of you for your warm, informative, supportive thread. You have built and nurtured a true 'community' here - refreshing it is.
I have been feeling stress like you have mentioned and know that much is happening on deeper/higher levels. My little brain cannot possibly understand everything that is happening so I have felt it necessary to let go of the need to understand it all and simply try to look at any fear or stress as energy that I can transmute... very liberating! I really appreciate the sharing, support and spirit of comraderie that is here (and now) - it helps.
Regarding joint issues... I have had some problems with this and my Naturopath suggested Glucosomine/Condroitin/MSM and it helped tremendously but not for a couple of weeks of taking it. I don't seem to need much anymore. Something else that has helped me very much is juicing leafy greens. I think that has been mentioned in this thread a couple of times. I became ill when I let go of my healthy green habits and now am getting back on track... green juice, green super-food smoothies, raw veggie soups. When I am faithful in doing these things I never get sick and inflamation goes down in my body. I bought the best juicer (one that can extract juice from delicate greens) many, many years ago and it was the best investment I've ever made. I also bought a super duper blender that can handle all my veggies.

Well, well. Leave for a few days and everyone finds their voice!
So nice to see.
Great to see Meeradas here more often again. I've missed you, buddy.
Working in so many houses, so many people. So much confusion out there it seems. Or is that me?
Have tried to bless as many as I can in my small little way.
And I've lost myself more than a few times.
Only to find myself in time to say, "I am the servant of the Most High God. You are not welcome here."
And so life goes. In and out of the here and now.
I am so grateful for my life. I wish it would never end. Not until things are put right, at least (inspired by Playdo, thanx).
Considering that very sentiment very seriously. I have a lot of work I can do, in my little way.
I know it needn't end, do you?
May the Most High God Bless and keep all those that read these words.
And so it is.

Waking up to feelings of anxiety it's difficult to read posts about "choosing to live in fear or in love"...This really is an oversimplification. As i've come to understand we live in a dimension of opposites and it's the reconciliation of those aspects we are here to try to master not to achieve some kind of perfect "happiness fascism" but then again, what do i know?

"10 Common Signs of a Spiritual Awakening"
Hello, Village Family,
I've posted this on another thread. It rang true for me. Here are several:
#5 Your physical body can change. Your eating habits become more healthy. Your whole body and mind is changing. This will settle down as you deal with old issues. Your vibration will rise as you surrender with unconditional love.
#8 You will desire more and more of breaking free of restrictive patterns and old habits that do not sure you any more. Have courage and do it! Clear out the old to make way for the new.
#9 You will begin to see more and more signs that speak directly to you on a very profound level. They will have great meaning to you as your awareness blossoms.
#10 Synchronicity flows faster. These wonderful events flow when you are on the right path. Meetings, people, numbers, pictures... there are no limits to the ‘coincidences’ that come.Try to feel the message behind them and trust your intuition. And remember, you are not alone!

Good Morning,
Was sick yesterday, don't know why. Took some medicine and went to bed for a brief rest around 11am. Em woke me at 8pm to feed me toast, sweet angel. Went back to sleep and awoke at 3:33am from a wonderful dream. I used to have a store, walked away from it when we moved to TX 8 or so years ago. In the dream someone had given me $1000 and a storefront and had told me to "go for it." I was having the most wonderful time...the time of my life actually. Went back to sleep around 4:30am, just awoke for the day (I think). Awoke from the most delicious dream...I was so beautiful...I felt so beautiful. And loved. And with a slow and innocent kiss, fell in love. I felt the sensation of loving with all my being, and being loved the same way. I almost feel guilty that it wasn't my husband, but I don't because I can't even remember what this whoever-he-was looked like lol.
Writing about them...there are no words...words do not communicate the deep emotions and wonderment and excitement and hope and all the things going on. I am left wondering if these dreams were messages or symbolic in some way. I don't see it if they were.
Love the vid about spiritual awakening, thank you :)

Much Love to the Village,
Much love to you, too. The person you connected to was a fragmented part of yourself, someone who had never been integrated.
A dream like this is a sign that wholeness is being attained. It is a long, slow process.
Our spirit is sexless and has elements of both sexes.
Being in a physical body and having to deal with hormonal effects makes us feel we are dependent on the opposite sex to become whole. As the spirit self develops, however, this dependency becomes less prevalent, and we develop an energetic body of a finer substance than the physical. This is the body that survives death in a conscious state.
Interesting that your physical body was sick so your spirit body could experience the dream.
A clear sign of there being two identities, the animal self with its reproduction and survival mechanism and urges, and the angelic spirit self which experiences a permanent state of sublime love.
Now I want a dream like that, too.

Thank you, Ulli. The delectable dreams have even more meaning to me, all the more reason to not forget them. PL, reading about your dream makes me wonder if we will all begin receiving more loving messages, maybe of hope or messages that "All is well." I send out those wishes...
A most surreal experience just now...sitting in my spot on the porch outside. A hummingbird came to eat. After, it paused and looked at me, and then perched upon the shepherd's hook on which I hung the feeder. It stayed there for two minutes, I kid you not. I counted seconds until I hit 60, then stopped. I was sending out thoughts...she is with egg, lol. Going to be a mama soon. I don't know anything about hummingbirds, except that it is a ruby-throated something or other. She sat perched, at first looking at me, then looking away, back and forth and back and forth. Eventually she just looked at me and stopped looking away. For a whole minute. I was telling her how beautiful she is, sending light to her pudgy tummy, that her babies will be beautiful and healthy and I hope they visit me, too. It was an amazing moment.
Then, she got one last drink and in an instant another hummingbird was in my face, no joke, a foot from my face. Nearly scared the shat right outta me lol. I focused, barely, and they both flew away.
As soon as they flew away, another bird flew toward me, came very close but not that close...maybe a few feet away...as if it were jealous and wanted me to notice it as well. Looked like maybe a female cardinal, brown and smaller than the red ones but with a tuft on her head. So, obligingly, I noticed her for a moment. Only a few seconds, and she flew away...I watched. She flew into the nest that sits atop a disconnected lighting fixture attached to a beam under the roof of the porch. There are three babies in that nest, I know because I have been watching through the whole process. I never put it together that it was the cardinal babies, though. The mama and papa cardinal meet for breakfasts and lunch and stolen moments under a tree in my "serenity-garden-to-be" where the birdfeeder is hanging.
Well, now, isn't that something....
Much love to the flying creatures today...as well as all of us who do not realize we fly just yet...

Oh, for all of those (myself included) who have stiff joints...I bought some stuff at walmart on a lark that I thought I would try, not really thinking it would work but on the outside chance that it would...and it does. It's a foaming bath/body wash concoction called Aches & Pains Relief. I haven't progressed far enough to know herbs or crystals to use yet, and I humbly ask anyone who does to share!, but this stuff is wonderful. It was $4.97 and immediate relief (while waiting for something you ordered to arrive, etc.). It says it contains Eucalyptus, Rosehips & Chamomile, and instructs the user to inhale deeply while using it. I think it also contains something menthol.
My hubby did a little too much physical work out here in the country one day, and I ran him a hot bath with it. By the time he headed for the bath, I think every muscle in his body ached. Came out feeling great. Some of my stiffness is not from muscle aches, but I tried it after I saw what it did to him. Oh, yes, it truly works. It is made my Village Naturals, around the cosmetics stuff not the body wash and soaps. It's a clear plastic bottle and the liquid is green.
Anyway, you all know I'm not one to endorse anything or other, but it's a temporary symptom reliever so if there are others like me who are still at the point of buying stuff like this...it's worth a shot.
:)
oops-p.s. meant to say that the sea salt baths are also heavenly...and do help as well! And I appreciate those of you who remind me of that from time to time :)
oh, poo, also meant to tie the salt baths to anxiety...mine is a little better this morning but was at full throttle yesterday...hot sea salt baths help for me, maybe they will help for someone else, too...

Well said, 1inMany! We are all given at all times loving affirmation and mercy from the creation, but you must focus on it. It is so vital that one chooses to notice the subtle, ever-present reminders/shout-outs that the universe gives us that says, "You are loved, you are most important, and you are a part of everything." It's too easy to focus on the negative reminders from this distorted reality/society that tells you that you are disposable, a blight on the earth, separate, etc.. Focus on the positive voice of the universe, not the negative distortion, and the sweet loving music will fill your ears!

IMO one of the toughest things in wanting to become a more spiritually attuned soul is
resisting the temptation in pointing out someones character flaws.
It is so frustrating at times when it is so obvious and you feel like why should they walk around
with hugely inflated egos and judge others without being stopped or told they are assholes.
I know it is my ego talking here, and I used to be very judgemental but I realise now it is a trap.
Some days it is easy, but some days I feel irritable and aggressive and oh so easy to condemn.
Why is it so hard to be what I want to be in my heart?

A beautiful quiet and cool vibrant Spring morning in forest.
Listening to the Red Tails call out across the valley.
White Tail and his sister are together again. They are 2 very
happy dogs. They wore each other out playing. His visit to the vet yesturday went very well and
she said that he can go into water now. He and his sister are going to get baths today.
The vet was surprised at how well he healed and how fast.
Thank you villagers.

As a Capricorn, which is considered the most ambitious sign, I know all about "efforting".
It is our main compulsion.
The full spectrum of right living contains a bit of all, as life itself is rhythmic.
Problems arise if one gets stuck in one particular mode.
Different life situations require different approaches.
Hence there is wisdom in pausing. A meditation session is a pause.
At the opposite end of the spectrum there is obsessive struggle. Even though this sounds unhealthy,
yet there are times in life where it is appropriate, like when your are trying to reach a drowning child.
Conscious living to me means understang three forces which must alternate,
These forces are "affirming, denying, reconciling". Most people live in duality...affirming one moment, denying the next.
The attempts to reconcile duality lead to true oneness.
Understanding this principle one can lead a healthy life.
Wow, thanks Ulli. As a Capricorn, too, it is most helpful reading that. I know very little regarding the zodiac, planetary influences etc, and your statement makes sense to me though I never thought about it in that aspect. I find myself often expending energy that is not necessary, and rest is something I do not often do. AS Warren Zevon sang, "I'll sleep when I'm dead..."
Nora, dogs are such special creatures. I am happy that White Tail is healed. I always thought from aeons of contact with humans, dogs can exist in a higher sub-density in the orange ray and much more conscious than some other creatures. Cats, on the other hand, are special cases. I have no clue what's going on in a cat's brain! Truly incredible creatures. Any thoughts, PL?

My son has taken off to bicycle the country and I have no significant other to come home to. It's spring and I should be feeling great with the increasing amount of sunshine and all of the exercise I get.
I cannot shake this feeling of being a prisoner although my rational mind tells me that's hogwash. The emotions are stronger than the thoughts.
I know this stems from a very early trauma in my life that I have had counseling for and have accepted but when my life circumstances change it rears its ugly head.
Anyone have any ideas on how to make this black go away?

First of all, welcome!
This all sounds too familiar to me [there's even use of the same terms].
Every job [for the man] is doing this to me.
Every spring it's the same.
No idea how to make it go away otherwise - but to face it, and finally embrace it.
In my case, there's a lot of self-judgment, and self-pity involved [and i still "hate to admit it"...].
Patience, resilience, love [yourself] - no matter what.

These emotions are coming out of all of us at this time, you said it yourself, a past trauma
that has energy that needs addressing.
For instance today was not a great day for me, but I will not lend it more energy then I wouod be doomed,
rather I acknowledge ot and then continue as best I can knowing things will wrinkle out.
Its amazing how magnified things are when we focus on them, for instance, how often are you aware say for
instance of your feet while at work, as soon as you focus your attention there you feel them again, this is
the same for physical and emotional pain.
My advice to you is acknowledge there is negative emotion still there, ask the creator to help transmute it,
learn to to love yourself again and shift your focus on that sunshine, on the fact that your boy is on a great
adventure amd that you are never ever alone x
Blessings

Thank you, meeradas. It's good to know others struggle with it too. It's soul-crusing to work for Big Medicine. At least it is for me. So many others that I work with seem to be just fine with it all.
I try very hard to love myself, in spite of the feelings.

Thanks Mark, yes, I am acknowledging that the negativity is still here from that very early trauma. It's so deep that it cannot be ignored. I am grateful that my son is so amazing and isn't' touched by the black like I am. I hope to Source that he never is!

Well, this is something new :/ Spontaneous chakra whirling, the speed and power of which I cannot bring for myself when I try...red, orange, yellow, and made it up to green and blue...or root all the way to throat. Quite strong physical sensations, I must say. No ignoring them. Ulli, I am now thinking yesterday's sickness put me in bed for a reason. Still quite tired, no nap as Em has proclaimed it movie day. So far, watched Dragon Crusaders. A movie I would have never chosen, and have to admit I liked it overall. Such symbolism it contains. At least she conceded to allowing my pillow and blanket on the couch. I can tell you that no matter what happens today, I will not be involved. It's taxing to get the words out my fingers and through the keyboard.
Much Love,
p.s. @ nearing: I watched the vid shared earlier, signs of Spiritual Awakening, and one of them is past trauma rearing its ugly head. This happens to me frequently! I do not know what will work for you, but I am forced to allow it to be. I cry, I love the person I was when one thing or another happened, and it subsides. For me, trying to push it away makes it worse and it never gets smaller. Love and peace...

Seek to find all the Love and Gratitude that shows Itself. You'll be so busy with enJOYing that blackness will have to wait until another day.
Or sit right there with blackness. Don't filter, don't label anything that comes to the fore. Just receive, perceive, feel and bless... And see the Light come next...
(Clearing the gunk makes for a Lighter You. I'd combine both methods.)

Just been looking at a SRI Yantra.
I remember the first time I came across this is after I read a book by Drunvalo, I think it was called something like the "Sedona Vortex"?
Anyway, it had a picture of the Oregon Sri yantra and then a page with one for open eye meditation. Well being a young lad I thought I would try this....
After some time had passed due to the fact that my eyes were stinging, (very hard at first to perform open eye meditation when your programmed to blink), but after a short while I was in a non blinking trance then all of a sudden, "RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGG", it was as if an extremely loud alarm bell was ringing all around me.
Out of sheer panic I stumbled out of my bedroom and headed outside to an out building to where my brother was for help, and all I could see was this Sri Yantra emblazoned on my retina everywhere!
Well, eventually the ringing had subsided and the visuals were receding until normality had returned, my brother did not really know what to make of this, poor guy.
Of course now I know exactly what it was, and what a wasted opportunity I had missed indeed, still interesting to know that OOBE's can be achieved with your eyes open albeit somewhat red and puffy!
Sri Yantra, very interesting indeed and I would recommend it. The thing I noticed about it is as you stare you become aware that some lines are bolder then this changes to other lines and this simply continues never seeming to repeat and it seems there are almost endless combinations. I read somewhere in the past that this design was to bring both hemispheres together as the brain attempted to process what it was seeing, and the impression I had is that it is some kind of key in which by staring at it the brain unlocks something by running through these combinations?

The Legend of the White Lion
1626116262
According to legend the white lions appeared over 400 years ago during the reign of Queen Numbi in the region known as Timbavati. A shining star was seen to fall to the ground. The fallen star remained there for some days and then rose back into the sky. Since then white leopards, impala and lions where born in the region. The arrival of the white lions marked the fulfillment of an ancient prophecy that identified these majestic creatures as messengers from the gods. The white lions are called “The Sons of the Sun God” and are revered as the most sacred animal and represent balance and order. Some say when white lions are born the earth is about to undergo massive changes. Timbavati has been a sacred site for centuries and the name of the place in ancient Shangaan language means “the place where the star lions come down from the heavens”.

Short Synopsis
According to the legend of the Shangaan, white lions are the messengers of the gods, but it has been years since one has been seen in their remote African valley. When a white lion is miraculously born into that valley, a young Shangaan named Gisani, finds himself destined to protect this rare and magnificent creature at all costs. This young lion, whom will be known as Letsatsi, is cast from his pride and forced to embark upon a perilous journey of survival.
Close to starvation, Letsatsi befriends Nkulu, an older lion and together they learn how to survive in the harsh African wilderness Gisani, who is watching over Letsatsi, takes a job as a tracker with a local hunter, who has his sights set on leading the hunt for this rare and magnificent white lion. Gisani, guided by fate, believes that he must find a way to prevent this tragedy from happening. When Nkulu is killed by a farmer, Letsatsi is forced once again to survive on his own. After many trials and tribulations he finally learns to hunt by himself and grows into a magnificent adult.
But before he can take over a pride of his own, Letsatsi and Gisani must face their greatest challenge - the trophy hunter- for whom legends are worthless and rare skins priceless.
WHITE LION…home is a journey.

Hello WHOMADEGOD,
See if this has a ring to it:
If I recall, you've had some profound experiences of late during your lunch break. Kundalini energies lifting your right off your chair a couple of days in a row? I'd say you are on track. The heart chakra, along with all of the rest, are getting an upgrade or at the very least, a tune up.
If this is the case, then I'd say, Be kind, rewind. Adjustments are happening.

Anyone have any ideas on how to make this black go away?
Hi friend Nearing, you have worked so hard to achieve your goals, you are probably a role model for many others in your life. We all experience lows, and how you deal with yours could be an inspiration to others.
The black may not go away as quickly as we would like, but we can detach ourselves from it by observing it intellectually from our soul. Here's the first verse one learns from the Bhagavad Gita:
'The nonpermanent appearance of happiness and distress, and their dissappearance in due course,
Are like the coming and going of the winter and summer seasons.
They arise from sense perception, oh Scion of Bharata,
And one must learn to tolerate them without being disturbed'
It's very difficult when faced with feelings of hopelessness...hang in there! :) make sure to always get enough sleep. (serotonin levels)
I have heard that we all have two guardian angels who will assist us if we request their help...I have never tried it before, but I will talk to my angels to have a word with yours...it's worth a try!
Wishing you well, dear Nearing

Thank you all for your supportive words. I cannot express how grateful I am for them. They are like a blanket of light.
I have decided to stay home today. I cut my lawn and showered, did some laundry and will now steam some artichokes. Rain is coming. I hope it lasts through the night.
Maybe I will stream something on Netflix and curl up with my CAT on the couch. I wouldn't mind suggestions for some feel good movies...

Nice, Meeradas, and quite true. Was thinking if I should share how today was the day that a nightmare I had two nights ago came true. My peaceful home by the river became a noisy sports event place with loudspeakers blaring salsa music since 7:30 am. I wanted to strangle my brother-in-law for letting those people in here without consulting with the other residents first.
My husband works pretty hard all week and is entitled two some rest. Grrrrr....

I just sent out a newsletter for We Are Change Germany concerning the Drake issue and the mass arrests scenario. I sent it to one of my gmail accounts and to the others in BCC as usual and wondered why it didn't show up in my gmail inbox as usual. I later found it in the spam folder. The title was "Massenverhaftungen in den USA" (http://www.we-are-change.de/2012/05/13/massenverhaftungen-in-den-usa/) (Mass arrests in the US). So Massenverhaftungen / mass arrests is on the spam list obviously. For what it's worth.

I can assure you this is fact (at least for me). Kryon espouses this, and it has worked for me.
Simply sit comfortably. Get as quiet as you can. I find being with my emotions, allowing them, being open and honest about them, helps. Then raise your arms out in front of you as if inviting someone in for a hug (maybe this is why it works so well for me - I love hugs!). Then feel your heart. They will come. YOUR GUARDIAN ANGELS ARE ALWAYS THERE AND MUST COME WHEN ASKed (oops, accidentally hit caps lock, but there are no accidents so I'll leave it). Geeze, mine came just by writing this.
Can't type much, my wrist hurts from all the scrolling I have to do on this thread hehe. Carpal Tunnel, I guess. Two days rest did not help much.
But I got one more thing to write about cats. Cats and dogs, too, love me. Especially cats. At a customers house, she has two Siamese cats, one immediately took to me. Not so unusual but the other is afraid of everyone and will not come close. Well, after making friends with the other one, Squeek the scardy-cat, had to come out and say hi. The owner was amazed. Later, while working, not to be outdone, Mr. Sky, the first one, leapt right up on my shoulder and started licking my neck and purring. I got such a whoosh of energy it was incredible. We were fast friends after that. He'd come by every few hours and "mur" at me (that's cat for "whats up?"), then sit by my feet a bit while I worked away.
Dogs like me because I communicate with them on their level (they're much like kids of varying ages - depending on their personality). But, they always know I'm not to be messed with as I will not take their crap. Funny that (don't have a specific for that one right now). Except to say that I am not at all afraid of dogs, no matter what their temperment. Two black dobberman's tried to intimidate me one time by running at me full bore with fangs bared and snarling, while I was on a walk one night. I just kept walking as if they were not there, totally unfazed. When they tried to nip at my heels, then I turned and firmly said "No!". That's it, they turned and disappeared into the night. Who lets two full grown dangerous dogs loose? I was really mad at the owner, whoever it may have been.
So, getting back on topic, if there is a specific one in the here and now Village, not to worry Nearing, WMG and others feeling at odds with themselves. You've come to the right place. Already you are feeling better, and that is just for starters, you'll see. Take my word for it. We do not let anyone leave here without help as and when they need it. I'm living proof!
And since time is an illusion, the blessings given arrive exactly on time, every time.
I will light a candle for you two to add to the healing already on its way. Done! Peace gentle souls, and good cheer.

Hi Astrid,
I know this film is still churned out hollywood hogwash and maybe not as cultured as some films that others can recommend but I recommend "What Dreams May Come" with Robin Williams.
It is quite sad but essentially it, is a message of hope and thd power of Love triumphing over evil. I guarrante you will cry at some point it is a very inspirational and thought provoking film, rare for hollywood!
Without giving too much away my favourite scene is between Robin and his son, when his son tells his father to let go amd accept the situation and Robin swings around and with so much passion and conviction holds a finger up and says "ITS ABOUT NEVER, GIVING UP!....". When you see the context this is in you will feel it, I am going right now just writing this, I must stop lol

I've heard somewhere that there are over 40 different chemical compositions for tears, depending on the emotions involved. Do you think that is so?
No! I am sure that it is so.:p Only the number 40 is in question. There are unique variations that allow a chemical 'code' to be written according to the thought form that caused them. They would reflect the neuro-peptides produced by the emotions 'writing' themselves into a somatic experience.
With that said let me share something: If you make a homepathic preparation out of the tears you cry for a specific emotional pain, you will be able to resolve the issue by the unique vibrational signature of the tears you shed. The ability of this technique to remove old traumas/wounds could prove invaluable if pursued. Read about homeopathic Succussion. http://www.homeopathycommunity.com/TriturationandSuccussion.asp
Minor dilutions are not as potent, but they may be a good place to start, with more potentising if needed and/or go deeper. There is a point where none of the original chemicals are present in the liquid. This is where it enters the completely quantum vibrational state. It may be counter-intuitive to think of less, or none, being more powerful when one is trained to think of chemical dosages. At the zero point in dilution you go into minus numbers where -10 is greater than -5, for instance. Once this is understood you will understand how the more potentised vibrational remedies go 'deeper' into our non-physical being where emotions reside. All subtle bodies are non 3-D and work with different laws of physics. That would be metaphysics.
OK. Back into the broom closet.

I've heard somewhere that there are over 40 different chemical compositions for tears, depending on the emotions involved. Do you think that is so?
No! I am sure that it is so.:p Only the exact number of 40 is in question.
It may be counter-intuitive to think of less or none is more powerful when one is trained to think of chemical dosages. At the zero point in dilution you go into minus numbers where -10 is greater than -5, for instance. Quite interesting Ernie (Pisces=water and tears) and modwiz (Aquarius=waterbearer) and synchronicity over and over again. Yesterday i talked to an Aquarian woman (oversensitive to electricity, i have another Aquarian friend with the same problem, Uranus the ruler of Aquarius=electricity) about my Lymedisease whom i haven't seen for 1 year and we talked about water having "memory" the reason why homeopathic remedies work, rigth?

Yes, it is the memory holding capacity of water, the medium, that allows it to work. When I make gem elixirs, (gemstones, water and the Sun to release the imprint) I use distilled water because it is clear of any other mineral imprinting. Bach flower remedies recommend spring water. Flowers are different because they are states of consciousness instead of unique vibrational matrix patterns that gems and crystals are.

Thanx for a quick answer modwiz, i'm off to my allotment, slept 12 hours last night, had to succumb to take a slight narcotic calming drug since i was exhausted from not being able to sleep properly for some nights. I'm on the constant quest for a "naturopathic" sleeping drug though, Valarian is too weak. Maybe this time i will have to combine the harsh western meds with the homeopathic SanukehlBrucelD6...might this be the symbolism of reconciling the oppoites? Once the Lymedisease is gone i won't need any sleeping drug.

ok.. update on the house front.
I have found something that seems to fit us perfectly.
I was meant to see it on Tuesday, but I'm going to try and view it tomorrow, my Monday instead.
I drove past today and the owners were clearing out the sheds. Lots of sheds,
excellent work spaces, secure back yard and in a good area.
IF it turns out to be as good on viewing, i need to act fast,
and i will apply on the spot.
So I'm asking for the villages best wishes on the most successful outcome here.
There is nothing else currently listed that is even remotely suitable.
So if i don't get this one i will need to take then owners of the one I'm vacating to tribunal,
for extra time. Which is not pretty.. then i forgo any references.
Life sure can be messy.
I'm calm and i fully understand what this move is all about,
I just want to get on with the doing part .
So big week coming up for me.
It might even be a VERY speedy move,
and i don't even know if that is possible.
No sense of time, etc.
Regardless I'm busy boxing and packing.

"naturopathic" sleeping drug
Once had a colour lamp [working with different transparent coloured plastic foils - like an old-fashioned stage light] .
When nothing would work, i put in green, blue and purple, which gave a deep indigo light. Directed to the head.
Was excellent, worked perfectly, every time. Gotta get one, again. See if you can get a hold of one of these.

I've heard somewhere that there are over 40 different chemical compositions for tears, depending on the emotions involved. Do you think that is so?
When they were doing these studies they had groups of people sitting in a movie theatre watching tear jerkers and with plastic bags tied under their chins to capture any tear rolling down the cheeks.
The other group were giving lots of onions to chop, which later proved to have produced tears made of only salt water.
Can't remember the number of chemicals the emotional tears had produced.
Modwiz' answer was pretty impressive I thought.

Quite a productive day life boxing
Once I realized how deeply I ground into a place I set
about performing a ceremony to up anchor
After that it was so much easier to get on with the job
even though I have no where concrete to move to yet .
Does also help me understand more why it's so hard
for me to move house . I will make a point when I'm
done to be extra sure I have gathered up all my fragments ,
so that I'm moving forward with full power.
Rather than feeling like I have to have down time to
recover from relocating because I'm not fully intact energetically .
Interesting learning and it explains so much about the
sense of place .
Also why so many people end up returning to the place
they grew up, because aspects of themselves are still
there . When they return they feel more whole again
Fascinating stuff .
Tears aren't just associated with sadness, they are also associated with happiness. Remember/rejoice/create the greatest joy. Experience that, revel in it and perhaps that will clear the duct as well.
Be well.

Hearing old songs with memories attached will often bring a tear (actually more than movies at least for me).

Thinking of you, Astrid. Picturing you puttering in those work sheds. If it's your highest and best, of course. That place sounds very nice.
I found your words so interesting, about a sense of place and leaving fragments of self behind. It would explain a lot.
Modwiz, you always have deep and accurate explanations, I love what you said about vibrational energy. I know flower essences work at a very deep level. First time I ever took the Perelandra rose essences, I tested to need every single one of them, plus all the vegetable ones too. As I took the rose ones, I got a sense of energetic 'shaking' and waves of realignment. It went on for a few minutes, then all was well. I've never had that experience since. It was fabulous, and I probably needed it in order to believe what was happening at deep levels of my being. I'm always grateful for your wisdom.
Nearing, I've been thinking what to say to you. As I was chopping vegetables today for soup, some things came to me. I'll formulate it my brain's own time. In the meanwhile, much love and many blessings to you. I believe many of us know where you are and can help you in our own ways.

Safe?? you can't get much safer than that,
the only thing i would add is to use filtered water if you can.
Lemon is an excellent liver cleaner, when i remember,
i drink lemon water first thing in the morning.
If you have the peel on the citrus even better,
lots of good things in there. ( too busy to detail, I'm sure someone else will ),
Make sure you wash your citrus well though if it is store bought, you
don't want to ruin the efforts with pesticides in the mix.
Sounds yum though Ernie, i might try it myself.
Frustrated today, i want life to hurry up already,
i have been trying to see this house earlier than my allotted time,
but no doing. Call me a control freak, but I'm not a huge fan of having to
wait around for people to do things so i can move forward.
Sigh...... guess its a lesson in patience, but still its damn annoying.
I was thinking of going seeing the owner myself, and i still might do that.
Problem is that falls in the potential backfire category.

Hope everyone enjoyed some part of your day. I did. I am enjoying the peace of bedtime. At least I still have one young enough for a bedtime, and I am focusing on being grateful for that. Mother's Day was full of sh!t, but to tell the truth any time all 3 of my girls are present my bp goes through the roof. Add hubby and Little One, and sure enough the stomach crap I had Friday came around again. I've either been in some stomach strife or been asleep...for 3 days. That's a lot of sleep.
At the same time, though, the last week has brought new experiences...like the tingling in my head and upper arms...feels like I've covered myself in Mentholatum. That went away and the chakra thing happened. I had a couple of dreams that I tremendously enjoyed. And it rained. So, it seems the roller coaster is in full swing. My focus is to just watch everything happen.
That's why I say that my heartfelt hope is that this day brought little pearls to everyone, even though they may be overshadowed or hard to find. We can't drown in this, guys...keep the faith and keep the hope and keep the joy alive. At this moment, I am feeling so much love from outside my 3D life - immeasurably more than from inside. Try to feel it...connect with it...let it in...
And as I remind myself to take my own advice to heart, I close with Much Love,

About 5 weeks ago a dead tree near our house finally fell down. That tree was hollow in the top third of the main trunk and some feral honey bees lived there. I think they knew the tree was going down and evacuated some time before.
Trouble is they were a bit late, they collected on a tree in our house paddock while the scouts went out to find a new home.
They were there for the weekend - and it did not look good, I had noticed them when doing the last round of mowing of the year and it was pretty cold. They swarm round the queen to keep her warm but they are living on reserves at that point so they have to find a new home really fast usually one or two days - if they fail, the hive dies.
I looked it up and realized it was very late for the time of year as its getting cold - no bee keeper would have been interested.
They had been there two days before we left for Sydney.
Mrs A decided to intervene and petition the universe to ensure they got a new home - using all the techniques I have talked about before for envisioning and manifestation.
So, we went home and the next weekend the bee swarm was gone. Secretly I thought that they could not have made it, but there was an outside chance as there were some good hollow trees in the gully about 250m west of where they had gathered.
Anyway this weekend, about 6 weeks on, in our garden there are some Grevillia still flowering - all week we had noticed that they were surrounded by bees and there were bees all over it and anything else that looked like it had a flower - we wondered if they were the same ones. Finally, Mrs A was out gardening and suddenly a small stream of bees came over to her, each one came about 4cm from her shoulder and then flew off again.
After about the fourth one she's internally questioning "WTF, do they think I am a flower?", and then she told me she instantly heard a voice (in her voice) saying "They are saying thank you!".
So there you go...
Life is good.

Had a dream a bit earlier. A few actually. But this one in particular was a good one.
I dreamt I was escorting some newcomer around the village as orientation. Don't remember who but I knew them personally quite well. An old girlfriend or was that the dream before, can't remember. We were in the ultra-modern cafeteria and many of the villagers were there. I pointed out Meeradas to my friend, he waved back. Then I realized that I do not know the faces of most villagers so I started memorizing facial features if in case we ever meet in real life (so I guess I sort of was lucid dreaming, although at that point it seemed real to me and I did not exactly understand I was dreaming. But how would I make the distinction to remember faces for when we really do meet in real life, then?). So many smiled at me as I struggled to remember their features. One face I was directed to remember in great detail. I guess that maybe I will meet him one day. I will not forget that face, ever.

Morning All,
Em is home "sick" today, refused to go to school. I'm bigger than she is, well by 1/2" still, so I could have made her go. Any more, though, I find it harder and harder to do that. If she were getting more of an education, I probably would. Then again, I wouldn't have to, now would I? I already let her stay home Friday because she truly hasn't been feeling well. I just hope this does not come back to bite me, attendance regulations and all.
Woke up a grump. Hmmph. Sometimes I wake up bopping around and other times I want to pull the covers over my head. There is a teacher issue I have to address, and since I have had so many of those situations I dread it. Really, really dread it. I'm not sure how to handle this lady. It usually comes to me at some point, the way to handle a teacher. This one isn't coming to me, so it's causing added stress. I know it will have to be done, but more and more I am wanting to hide my head in the sand instead.
Much Love, and thoughts of a good day all around...

Clearing Energetic Confusion of Soul Assignee vs Soul Mates
Hello, Village Soul Mates, http://www.pic4ever.com/images/z5.gif
Rachel Willis of “Lightworker Magazine (http://www.lightworkermag.com),” channels individual messages from The Masters.
For some time now, the term 'soul mates' has indicated the one true love of someone's life. The challenge with this is that these words energetically mean something quite different; they mean the soul group that you incarnated to share this lifetime with, for work purposes, for life lessons, for lifelong friendships or moments of laughter and connection, for a neighbor or healer, and so much more.
Therefore, in order to clear the energetic confusion of asking to receive your 'soul mate' and instead being presented with more people in your soul set, we are renaming this your 'soul assignee'. It may not sound as loving, but an assignee is the one person assigned to be with you for lasting love, devotion, respect and honor. The person (male or female, depending on your soul's preference before incarnation) who is here for you and you only.
So going forwards, please ask to receive your 'soul assignee', use this term to denote romance, and teach others who seek love to do the same.
Peace,
WhiteCrowBlackDeer :ranger:

Finally, Mrs A was out gardening and suddenly a small stream of bees came over to her, each one came about 4cm from her shoulder and then flew off again.
After about the fourth one she's internally questioning "WTF, do they think I am a flower?", and then she told me she instantly heard a voice (in her voice) saying "They are saying thank you!".
So there you go...
Life is good.
Morning Anchor,
Layers and layers of miracles on Mother Earth. This touching story was a really nice way to begin my day. Thank you.

I'm officially declaring myself overwhelmed,
way too much to deal with all in one day,
so exhausted, emotionally and mentally spent.
Bath, wine, music, followed by a movie,
just really need to turn the world off tonight
Gulp... I'm going out on the limb... Most say, never use timelines, and I agree, 95%. But, I saw and continue to see sunshine in 3-5 days for you, Astrid. By Saturday, answers/solutions continue to unfold.
My calendar is marked. It's called, "Astrid's Sunshine".http://www.pic4ever.com/images/bighug.gif

If Em is still "sick" then just deal with that for now, and leave the teacher issue alone.
Thinking about it before the time is right will only drain your energies.
Surfers only start paddling when an actual wave approaches.
Main thing for now is to get Em's confidence levels up, that might dissolve the other issues.

I'm not sure how to handle this lady. It usually comes to me at some point, the way to handle a teacher.
It's been my experience that if someone is "handling me", I know it. How's this sound? Ask if you can set up a meeting, to ask for suggestions on how to assist, in strengthening Em's academic pursuits. When two meet on equal footing, that is felt as well.
This one isn't coming to me, so it's causing added stress. I know it will have to be done, but more and more I am wanting to hide my head in the sand instead.
It's been my experience that when I put my head in the sand, it leaves a gritty taste in my mouth.:whoo:
Peace,
WhiteCrowBlackDeer :ranger:
PS 1inMany, I promise not to wear an "advise hat". It's neither good for you or me. It's like saying I don't honor your ability to problem solve. This one just rang too deep. I know we are here to listen and be supportive. That boundary gets blurred sometimes for me. ))hugs & hearts((

Hey One,
You could say ho'oponopono for the teacher situation.
'I love you.
I'm sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.'
It's about forgiving the part of yourself that brought the situation/condition into your world.

At last ... life is ordered enough that I can think, communicate. First the move, then the unpacking, then house hunting with my sister, then a surprise party for my sister-in-law this weekend (we put up fairy lights, and little Japanese lantern lights for the party on the lower deck, and we decided to leave them up all summer heheh). Back to house hunting in a little bit...
Dawn is coming. a ceiling fan is lazily turning, two dim lamps on in the living room, and a chandelier spotlight shining on the dining room table.
Ulli, thank you. Without your interpretation of David running out of gas on the Bay Bridge, I would not have put my shoulder to the wheel as I did. This is the first time since March, I feel I can relax a little and let my body recover. I took the warning to David as well, and I asked him if he'd divorce me when it got rough, and he said, "No, I'll never divorce you but I might kill you." I found that hilarious. Hehehe, we made it.
Missed you all. Glad to be back.
I spend most dawns and sunsets out on the deck, overlooking the canyon ridge. :) There are quail, wild turkey and rattlers in the garden. All sorts of birds, hawks and buzzards riding the thermals over the canyon. Two days ago, I saw a flock of little birds crossing the sky, chased by two hawks. Saw a meteor, HUGE, green rectangle with a 1940's funky flame issuing out the back. It fell for two seconds in a arc, left to right downward, then the front end broke up into little flaming bits, and then the whole thing vanished. Five of us were watching the stars come out, when it happened, smack center in front of us, in the sky clearing between the pine trees. Heh. I feel as if I am living in Golden Gate Park, set in a wilderness. The gardens are constantly presenting me with new flowers, Iris and Daffodill (pink, red, purple, yellow, white), Wisteria, Jasmine, Forget-Me-Nots (oh a river of Forget-Me-Nots snaking through the pines!), Rhododendrons, ten Dogwood trees at the bottom of the garden, Azalea, Coral Bells, all sorts of flowering ground cover and flowering bushes, and my sister-in-law, always presents me with bouquets of wildflowers she picks from the garden when she comes over ... :) I put the bouquets in the green house window over the kitchen sink. Being so high over the canyon, the buzzards, and evening bats as well, are at eye level. It is so interesting to watch the bird activity below. I now know the bush the quail live in. :) Many many humming birds. I miss my Chickadees, Titmousies, Nuthatches, and Wrentits... when David went back to clean the apartment, after we moved, a Chickadee came into the dining room (one of the most inner rooms of the apartment), looking for me and walnuts. Sigh. I'm glad he got a picture of the little fluffball. :) The house is pretty. The furniture is in place, the pictures are hung, most of the boxes are out of sight lol, the bedroom and bathrooms are done, David's office is set up in the den, the jacuzzi works again (and you can sit on the floor and be submerged up to the neck) (it is one of those bathtubs with a door and a seat) and the hot and cold water are reversed on the washing machine. The deck overlooks Venus slightly to the left in the pines, and her accompanying stars in the sky clearing front and center. :) The moon wanders, first she is with Venus, and then she rotates a quarter turn, till she is shining into the bedroom window late in her cycle. Now that summer is coming, the creek is much quieter, can only hear it when the wind is coming from the north, where we think we hear rapids.
I had a dream of my sister who died five years ago. I entered a room that looked like a dorm at a summer camp in the woods. She was sitting in profile to me, on the bottom bunk across the room. The room was noisy with women and children. I could see her clearly. She looked utterly beautiful. She turned her head towards me, smiled radiantly, and I lipread her saying, "It's all right."
I'll take that to the bank. :)
Hope to be around much more soon. House hunting with my sister and her move, is the last big push coming up (I hope fervently).
If y'all could intend/pray/ask/speak/will that my sister gets the house she wants, I'd be so grateful and thankful. :) (There is only one so far, that meets her criteria of quiet, privacy, and a fireplace.)
OH dear, 125 pages to catch up! That is going to take me awhile!
Love, Sierra :grouphug:

Oh, Sierra, what a lovely description of what's going on in your life...can hardly wait for more lol.
Thanks guys for your thoughts on Em & the teacher. I am starting on the Ho'oponono (wonder if that was even close...I vote that should go into spell check lol). She won't return phone calls, I suppose I am interpreting that as a sign of difficulty. I will focus on Em. When it comes time to meet with the teacher, the words will come as long as my heart's in the right place.
See how much your love has an effect on me?
Well, that, and I just watched the Inelia interview. I do pull up the caboose, don't I lol? It spoke to me and had a profound effect.

I like this song very much. They exactly describe the world
we are living in today and people still don't understand there
is something completely wrong in this world. I am convinced
things will change for the better, but it's still sad to see people
keep watching tv and eating hamburgers instead of working on
a new earth!
Yes, it makes me feel sad. Yes, it frustrates me. And yes, it makes me feel angry.

What's wrong with the world, mama
People livin' like they ain't got no mamas
I think the whole world addicted to the drama
Only attracted to things that'll bring you trauma
Overseas, yeah, we try to stop terrorism
But we still got terrorists here livin'
In the USA, the big CIA
The Bloods and The Crips and the KKK
But if you only have love for your own race
Then you only leave space to discriminate
And to discriminate only generates hate
And when you hate then you're bound to get irate, yeah
Madness is what you demonstrate
And that's exactly how anger works and operates
Man, you gotta have love just to set it straight
Take control of your mind and meditate
Let your soul gravitate to the love, y'all, y'all
People killin', people dyin'
Children hurt and you hear them cryin'
Can you practice what you preach
And would you turn the other cheek
Father, Father, Father help us
Send us some guidance from above
'Cause people got me, got me questionin'
Where is the love (Love)
Where is the love (The love)
Where is the love (The love)
Where is the love
The love, the love
It just ain't the same, always unchanged
New days are strange, is the world insane
If love and peace is so strong
Why are there pieces of love that don't belong
Nations droppin' bombs
Chemical gasses fillin' lungs of little ones
With ongoin' sufferin' as the youth die young
So ask yourself is the lovin' really gone
So I could ask myself really what is goin' wrong
In this world that we livin' in people keep on givin' in
Makin' wrong decisions, only visions of them dividends
Not respectin' each other, deny thy brother
A war is goin' on but the reason's undercover
The truth is kept secret, it's swept under the rug
If you never know truth then you never know love
Where's the love, y'all, come on (I don't know)
Where's the truth, y'all, come on (I don't know)
Where's the love, y'all
People killin', people dyin'
Children hurt and you hear them cryin'
Can you practice what you preach
And would you turn the other cheek
Father, Father, Father help us
Send us some guidance from above
'Cause people got me, got me questionin'
Where is the love (Love)
Where is the love (The love)
Where is the love (The love)
Where is the love
The love, the love
I feel the weight of the world on my shoulder
As I'm gettin' older, y'all, people gets colder
Most of us only care about money makin'
Selfishness got us followin' our wrong direction
Wrong information always shown by the media
Negative images is the main criteria
Infecting the young minds faster than bacteria
Kids wanna act like what they see in the cinema
Yo', whatever happened to the values of humanity
Whatever happened to the fairness in equality
Instead in spreading love we spreading animosity
Lack of understanding, leading lives away from unity
That's the reason why sometimes I'm feelin' under
That's the reason why sometimes I'm feelin' down
There's no wonder why sometimes I'm feelin' under
Gotta keep my faith alive till love is found
People killin', people dyin'
Children hurt and you hear them cryin'
Can you practice what you preach
And would you turn the other cheek
Father, Father, Father help us
Send us some guidance from above
'Cause people got me, got me questionin'
Where is the love (Love)

My heel spurs have kept me from the typical jogging to maintain good health. Now I just checked my blood pressure and it was 158 over 94. I'm slightly concerned and curious as to what natural things I could do to help bring it down. I have been taking 81 mg aspirin regimen each day. thanks friends

Wild elephants gather inexplicably, mourn death of "Elephant Whisperer"
Author and legendary conservationist Lawrence Anthony died March 7. His family tells of a solemn procession on March 10 that defies human explanation

Elephants gathering at the Anthony home (Photo courtesy of the Anthony family)
For 12 hours, two herds of wild South African elephants slowly made their way through the Zululand bush until they reached the house of late author Lawrence Anthony, the conservationist who saved their lives.
The formerly violent, rogue elephants, destined to be shot a few years ago as pests, were rescued and rehabilitated by Anthony, who had grown up in the bush and was known as the “Elephant Whisperer.”
For two days the herds loitered at Anthony’s rural compound on the vast Thula Thula game reserve in the South African KwaZulu – to say good-bye to the man they loved. But how did they know he had died March 7?

A large glass of orange or grapefruit juice might temporarily lower your BP.
The spur can be treated with injections, my husband has one, and every 6 months he injects himself, right into the foot
It hurts a bit, but then he can walk again the next day.

Mojo, marjoram essential oil is a vasodilator, which causes the veins to widen a bit, and that lowers BP. Be sure to get the essential oil that carries a botanical name ... Origanum Marjorana.
Blend it in vegetable or nut oil, PM me if you want directions on how much. Here's a web page with more info. http://www.essentialoils.co.za/essential-oils/marjoram.htm

Immediately reduce your salt intake and increase water drinking. Start to chow down on Banana's and whatever to increase your potassium - look around for ways of increasing magnesium as well.
Essentially: you most likely need to ensure you balance the sodium salts with potassium and magnesium salts.
The basis for this advice is as follows:
When I was applying for residency Mr and Mrs Anchor had to take medical tests. We both had issues, but hers was that her blood pressure was rated (OMFG!!!!) over (Call an ambulance-- you are going to blow up!!!) which as you can imagine is too high for anyone - especially the General Medical Examiner of Australia.
So naturally frustrated but characteristically unconcerned we sought referral to a specialist. He did tests and confirmed the high BP, and also confirmed that no damage and she was completely asymptomatic.
He was almost rubbing his hands in glee at the idea of a new convert to big pharma's latest and greatest blood pressure meds, but my wife let him know, in no uncertain terms, that she would resolve the problem herself and his services would only be needed to confirm this had been done to the Australian Government.
Well she did some research and found out about the electrolyte imbalance caused by more sodium than the other two other metals in the salt intake is a prime cause of hypertension. Immediately we took action...
Interestingly Finland government know about this and mandated that there is always salt available in the shops that are balanced WRT to Na/Mg and K salts - and the results speak for themselves. They are the only country to do this I think.
Most westerners have too much NaCl salt (common table salt) and the salt in processed food. So the expedient thing to do is reduce the salt. Once these main electrolytes balance out, unless there are other things wrong (which I understand are testable - and you probably should consult an expert) the problem should go away.
Mrs A was withing safe limits within TWO weeks!
I had to buy a sphygmomanometer and a stethoscope and learn how to use it to do proper BP readings - that was fun (not!) -easier to use than spell once you get the hang of it.
The cheeky GP even tried to imply that it was in someway illegal for me to do this as I was not trained - jokers.
Nuff said.

Proves that the majority of cases of stroke, heart attack, and hypertension can easily be prevented by maintaining the proper ratio of potassium to sodium in the diet.
• Updated with scientific evidence from a recent Finnish study showing a 60 percent decline in deaths attributed to strokes and heart attacks.
• Provides a comprehensive program for balancing body chemistry at the cellular level.
High blood pressure is entirely preventable, without reliance on synthetic drugs. Dr. Moore's approach is simple: by maintaining the proper ratio of potassium to sodium in the diet, blood pressure can be regulated at the cellular level, preventing the development of hypertension and the high incidence of strokes and heart attacks associated with it. Dr. Moore updates this edition with a new preface reporting on the latest scientific research in support of his program. The most striking results come from Finland, where for several decades sodium chloride has been replaced nationwide with a commercial sodium/potassium mixture, resulting in a 60 percent decline nationwide in deaths attributed to strokes and heart attacks. Extrapolated to America, the Finnish statistics would mean 360,000 strokes prevented and 96,000 lives saved every year.

THE ALIGNMENT IS COMING ...LOL :wizard: ;)

There is actually no Astrological (or Astronomical) confirmation that this alignment will or can happen on May 20, 2012.
There cannot be an exact alignment with the Pleiades and there could never be an alignment with the Galactic Center on that date at all.
There is a New Moon (Solar Eclipse) on May 20. This Solar/Lunar alignment is located near to an alignment with the position in space for the Pleiades (which are about 430 Light Years from Earth). However, the Pleiades cluster is about 5 Degrees above the Ecliptic so there is no direct alignment of the Sun, Moon or Earth with them whatsoever.
Yes, there is a seeming ordering or arrangement between this star cluster and the Sun and Moon, (and this can happen quite regularly from year to year), but there can be no exact alignment.
The Center of the Milky Way Galaxy is approximately 27,000 Light Years from our Sun (and Earth) and is located in the Equatorial Coordinate System as: Right Ascension: 17h45m40.04s, Declination: -29° 00′ 28.1″. This puts it zodiacally near to the very end of Sagittarius, which the Sun will seemingly pass in front of (in our era) around December 18 or so every year.
The “alignment” of the Sun, Earth or Moon with the Center of the Milky Way Galaxy can only happen 2 times per year, around December 18 and June 18, give or take a day (given our irregular calendar system, leap year and all).
Relative to the Galactic Plane, the Solar System is not in perfect alignment with the Center of the Galaxy and we are presently about 5 degrees off from being in the Central plane, which means perhaps as much as 80 Light Years away.
As we revolve around the Galactic Center, (we are in the “Orion Arm” and it takes perhaps as much as 235 million years to make one turn), the Sun and Earth weave up and down within the Galactic Plane.
We are now most definitely above (or you could argue below) the plane and so there is no possibility of an exact alignment with what is at the center of our galaxy whatsoever.
On May 20, there cannot be any alignment with the Galactic Center since that will occur on or about June 18.

updating.
Saw the house was on the top of my list.
It's a dump. Carpets stinky, bathrooms barely usable.
But..
It has just been sold, tenants removed and new owners
are starting work this weekend ripping up carpets, sanding floors,
re-painting and renovating bathrooms.
I'm first on the list and i will know in 24 hours.
It's perfect in so many ways.
The area is back were i was before... no accidents as i have
to finish up projects in that part of town anyway.
Only now I'm considering doing an eco development with my parcel
of land myself, where as before i was just going to sell it.
Amazing what taking a year off and working on yourself can do.
This next house is not the garden hermit haven that this one was,
it screams, get on with it...
All is perfect, all is beautiful,
my down time is heading to an end, this next phase is going to be seriously busy,
but all in the right ways.

yes.. well i was even considering offering to take it as it is for lower rent and do it all myself,
i will sleep on it. I might be asking for trouble doing it that way.
Its a big place, and probably false economy given that I'm such a perfectionist,
i would just get stuck working on someone else's project.
Better to get a glup, housemate, and work at saving my time and money for my own
pile of projects.
I still think this is all so uncanny how I'm going away for 10 days on a study trip.
and coming back to a whole new life. It's quite an extraordinary turn of events.

I had a dream many years ago which was a very lucid spiritual dream (what i term "One of those Dreams!"), in which Archangel Michael refused to take me and Archangel Gabriel stepped in and said "I will have him".
When I awoke this left me very despondant and upset, jubilant and touched by Archangel Gabriel of course but being spurned by Michael was too much.
Apart from seeing an Angel once just before an accident that left me in a coma for a week, I have never really given much thought to the angelic realm, until a very kind poster here shared some invocations for me.
I was reading in particular the ones associated with Archangel Michael and recited one, I then went on to meditate a visualisation in which Michael lay his sword across me and it was absorbed within me for all time for protection.
Soon after I fell asleep.
Then with a start my phone gave out a loud beep signalling a text message had arrived, at that instant that I leapt up and awoke and I heard the words very loud and very clear ringing in my head, they were "YOURE SO CHOSEN!".
This is the truth, at first slightly dizzy from sleep it just shocked me with the clarity but then I began to piece it together, all it was is that I had to accept Archangel Michael!
Yep, the veil is thinning I am on the side of light, WHO'S WITH ME?
Blessings

Mark, thank you for your heartfelt posts. You are so chosen!
I've been taking pics on my phone some mornings as I leave for work. I've forgotten to upload them when I get here, so have a few ... spring time on the mountain at the homestead.

My dad's duelly truck that everyone borrows. This is up near the big garden that my brother planted this year. The sun was rising.

Same porch photo as before, but more growth now. And I have the little seed starter pots planted with herbs. I planted ten magical basil plants for a friend (basil brings in abundance and new business), using a technique Ruby L told me, you put the seeds on the tip of your tongue and hold them in closed mouth for a second, with your intention for them. Then plant as normal. I had planted some seeds the week before and they were just poking up when I planted the magical basil ones, in a fertile sign with waxing moon. Those basil seeds busted out in two days! They caught up with the ones planted days before.

Here's pineapple sage. The leaves smell just like fresh pineapple. It grows tall if planted in the ground, probably 6-7' by the end of the season. In NH it took all summer to bloom. Here in Alabama, it was already blooming when I bought it. It's tender and doesn't winter over if left outdoors.
At the bottom left to right is lemon balm, sweet woodruff, and lemon verbena.

Here's my hanging culinary basket, just outside the door so I can snip fresh herbs for cooking. I have parsley, marjoram, thyme, and sage. Thyme is a good herb to have, is a strong germicide. Doctors used thyme essential oil on wound dressings before the days of antibiotics, to keep down infections. It's actually more effective than antibiotics in some cases. So easy to grow, tolerates many conditions, doesn't need a lot of water, spreads year after year. And fairies come around it, so they say.

Lemon verbena, happy to pose for me. This is the most intensely lemon-flavored herb I've found. Makes a wonderful tea by itself or added to other herbs.
I'm taking up lots of room in the village today. Getting to work now. Love and happy times to all. xx

It's been over a week since I got back from the awesome London meetup. Only just recovering from the frantic energies of the big city. Been grounding in quiet hermit mode, but popping into the Village and enjoying the vibes. For everyone needing support I've been holding space for ya's!
Enjoyed the meetup so much. Everyone one was amazing. Six hours went by way too quickly but I could see it was probably time to leave for my friends sake! To be honest I could have stayed alot longer and next time i'l go it alone, altho to be fair to my friend she found everyone lovely.
Got back home and my laptops gone again so back on phone. Il just have to buy a new one when I find my cash feet again. Need to get to the barn!

Marianne I'm not seeing any of the pictures ?? sniff...
Spending the day at home. My car is at the garage having its spring tune-up and installation of summer tires (yeah !). I need to work on some documents for polarity therapy course I will be starting this weekend. It is really nice out, so I will get my small table installed on my princess balcony (out from my room). This way I will still be spending most of my day outside. :) The lilacs are in flower and are filling the air with their fragrance. They are my favourite flowers.
Help has come for the Garden... grateful. All is on schedule for the planting on Thursday. No cabbage in the garden WCBD ;)
I love you All.

Samsara, not sure why you aren't seeing pics. Anyone else missing them?
They are also in my home album on my profile.
Yahh, help for the garden!
Are you taking a course in polarity therapy, or giving it? It's an interest of mine too. My reiki teacher used it along with reiki, so many of my methods incorporate it because of what she taught me. One of my favs is balancing the chakras using reiki. (crown to heart, third eye to solar plexus, throat to sacral, heart to root)
Love-love-love lilacs! It's the state flower of New Hampshire, there are hedges and hedges of them growing wild.

Ectract of perwinkle is nan OTC vasodilator, good for brain functioning too.

Hmm... I closed the browser and they have now all appeared ! :) Beautiful ! Thank you for sharing.
I am taking a course in polarity therapy. It is a two year course - one weekend per month and very structured and complete. I plan to used it along with Reiki also. I also started Healing Touch Program last month... this one I really, really like (http://www.healingtouchprogram.com) There is a technique that I can use in palliative care... it is quite sacred and I cried when I first saw it ... too much beauty does this to me.
This is what my time off from work is doing to me... ;) Creating space for something new. My daughter (who is a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner) and I are now dreaming our health centre.... probably alongside an esoteric boutique. Dreaming.
Headges of lilacs.... heaven!

My thought for the moment: If one takes on and succeeds with a complex and difficult life, what is the reward?
Why..one more complex and more difficult. One you chose yourself.
Otherwise.... the system of incarnation would fail (if the choice was not self made).
Which is the origin and why of Plato's remark, 'Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle'.

Yeah! I'm taking my note off the calendar called, "Astrid's Sunshine". Now, I'm seeing lots of wavy rainbows... Have fun on your next leg of the journey!

Went for a walk yesterday while I wait for my job call (not sure what the delay, finally have some free time though.)
There is a system of creeks and ravines in Scarborough (east Toronto suburb) that most do not know are all interconnected - right to Lake Ontario (6th largest lake in the world {approximately - too lazy to look it up.})
Along the way I met an older gentleman who was taking a breather from jogging (actually walked right by him then that little voice told me to say hi, so I turned around and greeted him). We ended up walking together. Not hard to see what the topic would be. He was a staunch health nut, greying hair, lean muscles, bent somewhat by a back injury and scoliosis and osteoporosis - just a tiny man but fit, maybe 65? His doctor just told him not to run any more because of his knees. This was his last run, he said.
I've tried twice now to recount this tale in an understandable way, both times I deleted it. Basically, using a few examples and a metaphor or two, I put a seed of an idea in his mind. I peked his curiosity by suggesting I knew a "secret" or "magic" formula to keep me young (like I had some great key to youth) but strung him along with some stories to convey the idea first (it mainly involved sprinters and Usian Bolt, the fastest man in the world and how the world record keeps being bettered). Then, when I saw I held his attention rapt I sprung the idea on him. It worked! He got it, not fully but enough for the seed to grow in him.
The idea I tried to convey is that it is easier never to errect a barrier than to try and find a way around an existing one.
The last thing he said to me as we parted ways was that he would dwell on the idea of not accepting barriers or limits on his body others wish to place there for him. And he thanked me.
Still not saying it right - guess you had to be there. It wasn't about ignoring the obvious, or mind over matter. It was far more practical, and effective.
Later, as I conitued my walk alone, I had this realization that this leads back, of all places, to the two fundamental laws governing the behavoir of electricity. And how those two laws actually govern ALL LIFE, All EVOLUTION, ALL PROGRESS!
Namely: the shortest path and the path of least resistance, to a desired goal (instead of ground or zero potential, as with electricity).
I would like to start a thread on this idea soon but I need to meditate on it a bit more...
Hope this made some sense to somebody here and now.

This makes total sense to me. The duality thing is very precise and exact and if one could make the weight of one's thoughts or emotions a factor then outcomes are predictable. As in reality manifestation could be explained via mathematical formula.
But being able to see this connectedness is a gift and not everyone can see it unless they get the big Aha! moment.
What is totally strange is that you are expressing thoughts that I had a couple of hours ago, just as Carmody expressed a thought I had had an hour before that, but I just didn't want to go there at the time....
Weirdness is on the increase, for sure, and the sun is behind it.

As Hunter Thompson said, "When the going get weird, the weird turn pro." I appreciate your sentiment Ernie. That is a powerful and emancipating thought: not accepting barriers or limits that others place upon you. Thanks.
Fair warning, this is going to be a really random post. Here and now, I came across a link that led me to this website: http://www.eisp.org/ It's the Easter Island Statue Project, which is an archaeological project that is excavating around the Moai on Rapa Nui.
I had no idea, but some of the Moai are not just heads and torsos, but ridiculously huge full statues. I have no clue how many are like that, but you can check out some really great pictures of some that were excavated. There are a couple of photos below.
This immediately brought to mind the stones in Gobleki Tepe, and also brought to mind Michael Tellinger's fascinating research on and around the Adam's Calendar stones in South Africa. I wonder what type of technology the Moai were. Also, this reminded me of David Wilcock's recent interview on Coast2Coast, which I listened to last night. At some point, he speaks about the cataclysm that displaced the poles 12,000-13,000 years ago, that inundated and flash froze Atlantis/Antarctica and also the northern civilization that stretched form the Gobi desert into Northern Siberia. Cayce called the northern civilization Rama. Anyway, Wilcock believes that it was not a natural cataclysm, but nuclear warfare.
The picture of the Moai buried under so much earth made me think of this cataclysm, regardless of what caused it. Could it be that the Moai were buried in the same cataclysm? For anyone who is as fascinated with this subject as I am, and who has read Graham Hancock's work, I recommend Immanuel Velikovsky's work, "Earth Upheavel" which can be read at this link for free: http://archive.org/details/earthupheaval010880mbp Velikovsky goes into great detail describing and listing the archaeological fossil evidence around the world that paints the picture of a worldwide flood.
Lastly, speaking of nuclear warfare, I post a picture of the great scar of Mars (not sure of its technical name).
One time, Purple Lama and I were musing over this subject, and I pulled up this photo, and we both exclaimed at the same time: "Look! That looks like a huge bomb was detonated there and it fractured and ripped apart the martian crust!" I remember the Law Of One mentioning the destruction of Mars, and the relocation of the martian souls to planet Earth. Who knows, but I find it fascinating to contemplate.
Cheers and Beers, take care y'all!
I know none of our Villagers feel themselves addressed here, but I thought I'd share it anyway:

Which brings me to the idea of creating OUR meme here, our personal Utopia. The model Village were one is for all and all are for one....
After all, the real higher powers are going to help us make this vision a reality.
I'm not talking about the PTB, or the PTW, but the PTATB...the powers that are to be,
namely ourselves and our descendants.
We just have to become more creative. We need more wands for starters. Sierra is back, maybe she will show us her wand again.
So lets all join together here on Wand Day, which was formerly called Wednesday.
Wand Day also means Wish Day.
So far the Villagers have been doing mostly repair jobs...waiting for an emergency to happen before going into action.
But what if we could rise to the next higher level, where it is taken for granted that traumatizing emergencies will no longer happen? Instead we improve on where we were before.
Where we can just take delight in exploring our new powers?
Anyway, when Wand Day comes around (tomorrow) that's when each of us can make a wish..
Good health is fine, of course. But also real 3D stuff; so don't be scared to ask for a better phone or computer.
Lets then see if four weeks from now our first Wand Day has produced results and our wish has shown signs of coming true.
This is, after all, the time of the new earth...some may call it the Kingdom, some call it Shamballa.
But it was promised by many seers, and as far as I'm concerned it has already arrived.
Ultimately there is only one moment...the eternal NOW. (and right here, of course....)

Thanks so much for the link to Earth in Upheaval, Playdo.
Read Velikovsky's "Worlds in Collision" over 30 years ago when a dear friend was giving away some of his books before a move overseas and passed that one on to me. Spent quite some time looking for "Ages in Chaos" and "Earth in Upheaval" in old, used book stores after having written the publisher and learning they were no longer in print. Of course, that was before the internet....
Love Velikovsky! an 'out of the box' thinker who was ridiculed by the scientific community for his theories when they were first published.

@Samsara, nice one.
That's the first thing i do in a new house,
well after the dealing with the old energies ,
is start a new garden. It's a sure way to ground in to a new place
faster.
A few other places have come up as possible options,
and being a double Libran I'm getting tangled up in knots
thinking about all the possible different lives depending on
where I'm living. But at the end of the day, does is really matter??
As long as i step forward, and own that space, i know it will be all fine.
Silly 3D details can drive me nuts sometimes,
and i do have Merc Sextile my Saturn exact today...
which is known for getting stuck in details.
Less trees more forest is needed here.
ANyways.. i declare this day free of thinking about this all,
i have class in 30 mins, so I'm going to spend the day
conversing with my higher helpers.

As for the Moai, there are strange glyphs on them, but I do not know the extent of it. I am just now beginning to look into it. The glyphs are what reminded me of the standing stones at Gobleki Tepe in Turkey. It is so fascinating!

have you ever had to clear out the dead?
it does indeed happen...
(but... I believe we've had this conversation before)
astrid
16th May 2012, 03:43
Yep, I've had this job for as long as i remember.
As a small child it used to freak me out,
my father , working in palliative care used to bring the dead home,
and often. I would wake up to these in between souls sitting at my bed
asking me for help. As first it was terrifying, then i figured out, somehow how to
help, so now its just second nature,
Houses, places, often " call me" to assist.
This place i saw yesterday, was packed full,
as the agent was showing me around i was being followed from room to room.
I'm even thinking of offering them less rent as its that bad.
But all the more reason for me to move in there, to clean it up.
The area is really lovely, but this one house, lets it all down,
its like a sink hole.
12 months there and it will be a totally different place.
I was reminded only this morning when i was accessing places on their
aesthetics and amenities, that i was missing the whole point moving house.
Well the point for me moving house.
And I'm sure those with higher vibrations do this work
unconsciously all the time. Just being present in a space changes its vibration.
But the dead being stuck in the land of the living is a very big problem
both for them and for us. Our funeral practices do not help this, embalming
being one classic example.
Big topic, that would take pages and pages to discuss thoroughly.
