Sure ulli, Late Stage Lymedisease makes you oversensitive and remember i've got Saturn conj Moon retrograding so i'm projecting my feelings of not being nurtured all over the place, Kiron squaring Kiron entering today opening my original wound:hug:

MMS is, from observing the reports, an overwhelmingly positive method of dealing with it.

If a person reads ONE single 'bad report', on the effects of a drug or treatment, that does not undo all the good or positive results.

I use unsweetened cranberry juice to take MMS. The ONLY thing I have ever found that does not interfere with the MMS, at the same time it makes it palatable to get it past the, er, palate.

Let me put it to you this way. I argue with physicists, who in the end tend to silently accede that I am right, as I make predictions on where science will go in the near future. I explain in detail, the next coming discovery while reading of the current discovery. I explain what their current discovery means, and what it will lead to. It's like being a gunfighter in the old west. Being good at that, only assured that the next idiot would be gunning for you.

what I'm trying to say is... look at MMS more closely.

As I don't have much faith in current medicine, regarding Lyme disease.

Watch the camelot/avalon Jim Humble videos, read about what it does, and the story behind it.

The overall human condition cannot function if it gets it's driving view from looking out a distorted rear view mirror.

Which is the problem that exists when a group of rotten people do their best to control, malign,and re-write the entire human record in all ways they can reach.

This I understood by the time i was an early teen, and I turned my back on that world and have never returned.

Thanks Carmody

The thing is that this guy was blogging all along while he took the MMS, i can't judge whether he was honest or not but suddenly i could not find any more videos and he was not cured in the last one??

Anyway, i'm taking the SanukehlBrucelD6 and I also took a 15 days cure of antibiotics, the homeopath didn't disagree since he sensed i did'nt trust the Sanum cure 100%. They don't cancel eachother out. Don't remember anymore what i told in this thread but this remedy "marks" the toxins and the cysts so the immunesystem can find the spirochetes and kill them, also the cysts are dissolved.

My physical symptoms are almost gone but the insomnia, anxiety, feeling of alienation and slight depression remain. The symptoms will prevail as long as there are toxins left and i don't know how long this will take. I have taken it for 1 month now and that's not enough. It was because of the Sanukehl that the rash appeared 8 months after the bite; i never had a rash/ring from the beginning.

If this will not cure me i will look for other treatments. Pple have been very supporting here on Avalon sending me all kinds of healing, links and advice:grouphug:

Maybe the symptoms you mention are just common menopausal symptoms?
I just recently returned to 1/2 dose HRT patches
and have noticed since that my anxiety level is dropping.
But maybe it's also the regular massages I'm having.

Another anxiety-causing factor, in my case, anyway, is simply a non-acceptance of my more mature emerging self
and having to say farewell to the more dynamic, active, yet outwardly dependent younger person I was in my thirties.
Also called aging process.
I have to admit I'm not taking it all in my stride the way I planned on doing 30 years ago
when the whining of older women got on my nerves and I swore I would never be like them.
Little did I know then how challenging it is in reality.

She is not torturing you. She only wants to help.
And clean you up. And perfect you.
You just haven't found the right shutter-upper.
Which is to tell her to start on number 1, herself.
But perhaps when you are not around she is already doing that,
and was only hoping for you to drop by so she could have some relief from self torture. ;)
All Virgos, to give themselves a break from workaholism need to learn
to at least once a day live in eternity and go to heaven where things are already perfect.

Carmody learnt this long ago, I understand.
He just has to start giving $400 a weekend seminars for Virgos.

No ulli, i've been browsing the internet for one month now, i know everything about Lymedisease called "the great mimicker" even if this coincides with me "maturing" these are not symptoms of ageing:

I've had gutpoblems like diarreah and constipation, metallic taste in my mouth, no appetite, food tasts strange, feverattacks, allergy reactions, a lot of phlegm, a feeling of influenza that never breaks out, extreme fatigue, rushing heart beating, my inner thigh swollen for 1 month (i had the tick on the inside of my knee), pressure in the forehead, deranged vision and finally sleeping too much changing to insomia, anxiety attacks and a slight depression and feeling of alienation.

There are up to 80 different symptoms of which pple can catch any mix of.

I never put the onset of gutproblems in relation to the tick bite since they started 1 month after the bite and i had no rash or ring until the SanukehlBrucelD6 brought it out on May 1:st, 8 months after the tick bite.

There are many websites about Lymedisease and pple telling their personal stories. Dr Phil had a Lyme show revealing the split btw Md:s denying Late stage Lyme disease and those who are specialists in treating Lyme with long term antibiotics.

Then we have the alternative natural practitioners of one is a German living in the US. dr Dietrich Klinghardt who suffered himself from Lymedisease.
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2012/02/05/dr-dietrich-klinghardt-on-lyme-disease.aspx

By the way the SanukehlBrucelD6 is also a German homeopathic: www.sanum.de

Just google Lymedisease f.y.i.

Virgo sun trumps Virgo moon. I got tired of hearing my sister, Virgo sun, say that she is a procrastinator. So Virgo moon, that’s me, purchased for her a small, but concise book on procrastination. You can guess what comes next. And I can’t believe that I even did this now. I read the book and made an even more concise outline form to help her with her paralyzing procrastination.

You can guess what comes next. The outline was in the same place I left it. On top of one of the many piles. So someone with a Virgo moon, that’s me, couldn’t help to point out that procrastination serves her well. Better not to begin, than to fail... that’s too dark a place to live 24/7. Causes me to shiver.

Here goes the Virgo trail: I've got Virgo Ascendant and Virgo Mars/Saturn conj in my 12:th house where Mars has been retrograding digging up all my unconscious fears triggered by this Lymedisease starting in my guts "Virgo area ". No detail escapes my Scorpio Sun/Mercury conjunction sextile my Virgo Ascendant.

But I can hide all this behind my sociable Libra Moon/Neptune conjunction fooling anyone to believe i'm a Gemini with Sun/Mercury in Gemini 3:rd house sextile Jupiter and Gemini MC:jester:

Well Mars is now conj my natal Mars and trine Venus, Mercury trine Jupiter, Jupiter opposite my Sun and Uranus 135 Mercury (among other aspects) so i might come across as a bessewisser and then my hubris will be knocked down once the Jupiter/Sun opposition is over.....

I'm actually happy i've got the energy to joke at all.

Hi

Just had one of these number synchronicities. While ordering a train ticket to finally go visit my father i was on the phone and as i waited i was told my number was 21 when time was 21.21

@Samsara! Est-ce que la pluspart parlent Francais (can't find the cedilj) a Montreal? I was studying French in 1968 during the student uprising. My female teacher was radical and we set up the play "Je ne veut pas mouirir idiot" "I don't want to die idiot" de Wolinsky, and poor me had to play "le flic=the cop":pout:

Went to bed at 7.30 pm totally exhausted
Woke up at 3am thinking about how
I'm going to set up new house and already
the energy of the house itself is informing
me with its worker way
The over sized master bedroom with a
wall of built ins will be my work room
It's at the front so perfect for loading
unloading and also showing my wares

At the rear will be my sleeping space
and also my shamanic room, both over
looking the garden

The garden has room enough for a labyrinth

The only down side is the brand new floating
floor in the lounge for that I will need loads
of rugs to keep in pristine condition.
I have only ever had solid timber floors
so I will need to read up on care and
maintainence

For a change I'm enjoying the mundane
Life is crazy busy but in the best way
I'm feeling such gratitude for all this
change . Just hoping I can maximize
the opportunities on offer

Thinking of all in the village and beyond
Sending blessings to those that are in
need at this time

Strange things happening while i'm posting, first i'm told my message is too short and when i try to fix it it's doubled? Mercury opposite Sun...anyway today is African weather here in Gothenburg!

this happened to me not too long ago. i started getting frustrated and began playing with the forums' language options, and noticed that out of all the names (in Spanish) mine was the only one that was changed -- "Chingy" it called me. ha!

being the paranoid type, i half-expected to see personal chemtrails forming over my house, but then i remembered that i'm not Carmody...;)

Chingy, eh? I wonder if that is a variation on the infinitive verb, chingar. (not proper Castilian).
Try this on. The censormatic will kick into high gear. LOL

chingar—originating from the Basque verb txingartu, meaning "to burn with coal" or from Caló (Spanish Romani) word čingarár, meaning "to fight."[2] In the work La Chingada, it was famously applied to La Malinche, the mistress of Hernán Cortés.
In Mexico, chingar means "to f**k" or "to make a mistake" ("to **** up"). For example: Chinga a tu madre or Vete y chinga a tu madre ("Go **** your mother") are often considered very offensive in Mexico. Vete a la chingada translates to "go **** yourself." Other uses are considered less offensive.
A Mexican might say No me chingues ("Don't **** with me")—a fairly strong way to say "Don't annoy me," "Are you serious?" or "Get out of here!" If a Mexican is cheated in a business deal or defeated in sports, me chingaron ("they ****ed me") might be used. Also used is the expression Estás corriendo de la chingada, literally "You are running very bad."
Soy chingón could mean in English "I rule" or "I'm the man," ¡No chingues! or (its euphemistic form) ¡No manches! means something like "No way!" (literally more like "Don't screw around"). ¡Qué chingón! could be used to say "Wow, that's cool!" in an aggressive way. ¡Qué chinga! could translate to "What a pain in the ass!" while ¡A la chingada! can be a curse at someone or an expression of shock. Un chingadazo can refer to a blow, or a strong punch.

Thank you Samsara

My computer keeps getting jammed up so watching videos is limited will try it on my phone to see if that works.
Calling the computer guy again.....

Had a beautiful dream last night.

It was a beautiful sunshine day. I was swimming in the most clean, pristine and clear salt water. White Tail was there too. He was standing on a dock barking at me and wagging his tail. Then he jumped in the water and played around in the water. Oh my gosh the water felt so good; it was just so amazing.

Yesterday when the Purple Energies came through, it was a total signal for me to work with it..... in a natural way..... not to force anything-could hear, feel and see it. When it happened I was sitting down, but was totally compressed back into my chair and my head was thrown back; felt similar to lightning and I almost fell asleep -very intense and strong force. Then I had a total heart opening and everything in my heart center -emotions that were stored up that are not mine or I do not need; some erroneously created by me started to leave or left. Many many deep layers. The day before (on Saturday), I had spent about 2 hours in very deep meditation. Felt like everything happened in a flash but almost 4 hours had gone by. This is some of the personal side of it for me.
The energy went throught the whole valley and surrounding areas. Which is a total blessing in and of itself.

Love

Nora

Gettting a BIG Strong "Add MMS to Your mix as the 'primary' daily healing cocktail" in Your Life, Transiten...right there with Carmody.

also getting strong intuitive feels that it will not interfere with anything You are taking or doing...it will simply be the balancer of all the imbalances...whatever it may be to You, just had to express this openly : )

....on a side note that is the primary 'musical note' in my life now...about everything in front of me is calling and falling into place in the simplest and most synchronistic fashion. I am sharing because the energy is there for all of Us now more than ever...it is as if every thought becomes reality in the purest and most fulfilling ways...getting everything I need as long as I listen and follow through....please understand that the commitments I make are of the simplest forms but each and every one of them have been put there when I need them...and I do not need much but everything is being provided as long as I keep things in motion with the best ethical pursuit in the moment.
We truly are on a ride of our own co-creation/creation now...there isn't even a thought of depending on the fulfillment...because it is always there now in some beautiful way, shape or form. Each of Us can affect/effect 'entrainment' of these energies by simply consciously riding the 'light' wave!

To start, to clear the self, in the more effective manner...complete isolation is required. Then... the process can begin.

It isn't selfish, it is merely 'the way'. As the hermits in the caves can attest.

This high up, winter sets in early, leaves late. I have no complaint.

I liked the light, and so I settled here.

A small fire, twigs and dried grass – my few books long ago bestowed their kindling grace.

The lure of the unknown no longer coincides with some urgent need for reasons — that’s the business of knowing, and I’ve closed up that shop.

Stalking my own mortality like a light-hunting night moth, it is as I suspected:

I am what I’ve pursued.

The futility of all effort: when I turn around, nobody’s there.

Turning back again, I find myself everywhere.

The phosphorescent trail traced by a snail in damp moonlight, a map on slick moisture — my pilgrimage is revealed.

Though everything born is destined to die, a mysterious presence endures.

If you seek to align with it, you have already abandoned it. If you try to attain it by following others, you cut off your own legs.

Everywhere I travel, I always meet the same one, the one I am, yet I am not that one.

That one aimlessly breezes along like a curious wind through rustled pines, while I just recline in the meadow, caressed by the crickets’ lulling songs, sifting me into the oncoming night.

The perfection of this moonlight’s seduction does not go unsung by the awed nocturnal voices, now raised in a synchronous harmony no artifice of pious chant can equal.

Draped in luminous vestments of star-shine, the night slowly disrobes, remembers itself all over again, exactly as I recall myself, embraced by this lit vastness, opening to that same vastness shining within, welcoming all as the quicksilver memories of myself.

This self-remembering — now unmistakably clear with impersonal truth, then utterly letting go and forgetting that too . . .

Cutting off all my hair was easy. Relinquishing schemes of renunciation is a much steeper path to tread.

I came a long way to forget myself, forgetting the one who remembers.

Roaming this strange wide world from shore to shore, I must confess:

my journey may have been in vain, yet there’s wisdom to be found in failure too.

The road’s red dust still clings to my clothes, but merciful tears have washed my eyes clear of regret. I have always been grateful for water.

I lean back against the crumbling wall of a long-abandoned ruin, eyes brimming anew with sudden tears, now woven with the wind that swirls a blanket of cricket peace around my shoulders.

What is there left to say — so many frosted moonlit nights cascading now behind me, sitting here amidst chill mists, mystified by dawn.

BOB!

This is seriously good, tell me your a writer?

You weave your words so well.

I use unsweetened cranberry juice to take MMS. The ONLY thing I have ever found that does not interfere with the MMS, at the same time it makes it palatable to get it past the, er, palate.

I concur.

Mrs and Mr Anchor did a fair bit of research on this once we hit 8 drops it was very necessary to have something to help get it down our necks when we were doing a course of it, u/s Cranberry was the best of all.

I hope you don't mind me chipping in here again...

Everything I have understood about healing points to the fact that one of the essential components is that you act in some manner to love and nurture your body.

In many ways, and a lot of the time it does not matter what course of action you take - what drugs, diet etc. There are a lot of techniques and systems out there and they all have pro's and con's.

One of the key components is that you are ACTING in a manner that has the objective of healing. You are taking RESPONSIBILITY for that and the methods chosen - and not just taking what some doctor gives you.

In my view, this is BOUND to be effective on many levels , and quite likely enough levels to get the job done. Even if you chose the wrong medicine!

I often wondered if this was why placebos worked the way they do.

I am reminded that Jesus could turn water into wine. He also remarked that those that followed him would do greater things. Pretty sure he meant all of us.

Who is not to know that any drug or remedy ingested, would under love and will be transmuted into that which was most appropriate to get the job done?

Is that not what we do when we bless food?

Should we not also bless our medicine?

Dear people,

I'd like to bring up a issue here that we are facing at home at the moment.
Maybe the beautiful people here can offer some input on the subject, which would be deeply appreciated.

Our son of 4 years old is facing fears for going to school at the moment. He's afraid of the teacher.
She gets angry at him sometimes (for reasons that are understandable and her anger is not out of proportion when you look at it in the socially accepted view) and now he is afraid and doesn't want to go to school any more.
The last few days have been a big drama of getting and leaving him there at school. At home he starts persisting to stay at home (crying, pretending to be sick etc), at school when we leave him, he shouts hell and murder.
Our son has great willpower and he really puts up a fight in this and this aint going to go away by itself.

There is an family issue involved here. I'm sure of that.
My father was afraid of the world and living in it until he became 20 years of age. Then he had enough of it and started doing everything he was afraid of and became successful in almost anything he focussed his mind on. I'm sure he didn't dissolve any fear but merely buried it. The fear still lingers in him.
I had and in a way still have the same fear for living and it kept me on the couch and in home for 20 years and kept social contacts to a minimum.
My sun has it too and now it's come to surface in this particular issue.

We don't know how to help our sun deal with this fear.
We understand that he has to face it to some sorts, but how we can guide him in this ... we're not sure.

I've tried to tell him that it is OK to be afraid and that all the people are afraid of many things and it is a normal thing for all. This seem to help a little bit, for this gives him a understanding that he doesn't have to judge his fear and so giving it more power.

So, we are searching for ways to help him get over his fears, but how do you reason with 4 year old on such a difficult subject that I haven't mastered myself anyway?
What can one do to help a little boy who is afraid of the way people interact with each other?

blessings,

Waky

Good call Astrid. Waky have you tried plant essences? Check out Nikki Wyatt at her site Spirit of Transformation. It looks like you have deep family issues and believe me this lady is a godsend. In the meantime go and get him some Bach flower rescue remedy. Kids and animals respond really well to the Bach remedies. But for deep trauma please visit the site I recommended.
Also get his natal chart looked at. Astro.com.

I think the first thing I would do is have another word with the teacher to make sure he's not being bullied. Some children think the bullying will get worse if they say who is bullying them so they pretend it's something else that's upsetting them.
Another thing is to get him assessed in case it is a chemical imbalance in his brain or a disorder of some sort. Sometimes you find that a child doctor who has seen something like this before have had successful results with other children with similar disorders.
With my autistic child I had to sing with him about everything. We made a washing hands song, dinner song, getting dressed song, bedtime song and many others lol it was like living in a opera but he seemed to understand everything a lot better with music, we also got him to start to give eye contact this way too.
Another way is a pretend tea party with toys to try to get him used to the interactions or maybe taking him somewhere where there is other children like the park and if he doesn't have problems there maybe it is just the teacher and ask for a new one. My sister used to hate her teacher and her teacher was lovely just a bit loud but we had to move her with another teacher, some children just don't like certain teachers like sometimes we don't like certain people. xxx

Hi Astrid,

Energetic work is most welcome from you and every one else who wishes to do so.

Lisab,

Bach flower therapy might be helpful indeed. I We must have a set of it somewhere and will look it up.

You're right about the deepness in the family issue. I have still difficulties to act in the outside world. I'm trying my best and I'm making big progress lately, but it goes deep and I still don't understand the fear fully.
I see this as a big opportunity for my sun and myself as well for working on this issue.
I will look to into Nikki Wyatt. This sounds interesting!
Thanks for Astro.com and your uplifting words as well.

Hi pugwash84,

Our interpretation is that this is not about the teacher really. recently he made us quitting him from having diner at school for the same reason with another person. My intuition tells me that this is about the family issue here.
I'd like to handle this problem through a game of some sorts, but I would know what game or where to begin.
Inspiring to hear how you handle your son though.
Will think about looking into the chemical side of the story.

Both with all the members of the house and the house itself.

Also your son has a new helping spirit now to give him extra power.
Please report back any changes. It may not happen straight away,

Wakytweaky what a wonderful "sun" son you've got, this is just such an amazing "misspelling" (is that correct in English anyone?) of the word since i can imagine he is the true SUN (soleil, sonne) of your life. I wish you all the strength to overcome your fears, fear has been the theme in my life for the last months and even more so earlier several times in my life; a fear that is not possible to describe in words but i came out of it every time. I'm not out of it yet this time but i hope for us both it will. Give your son a hug from me and one for you too:grouphug:

Waky, you are in my prayers.
Maybe this recent eclipse got to the toddlers.
Yesterday my husband saw a four-year old boy as a patient.
Mother says he is unmanageable.
This kid was raging with anger and came at him and hit him.
First time in over thirty years as a GP that he got hit by a patient.
He felt he was out of his depth there and referred the mother to talke her boy to a psychologist.

My three year old grandson is going to a Montessori school and has had issues with one of the teachers
He was born at full moon, with a Libra Sun and Aries Moon, and when he desn't get his way he is extremely wilful.
I feel for all parents with such children, including my own for having had to raise me. I was so difficult at that age that the teacher asked the headmaster to intervene and he brought some rope the next day and tied it around my waist and tied me to the school bench.
Wow, Astrid, your new job is going to keep you busy. So many people need energetic help.

Lisab
22nd May 2012, 12:38
Yes I'm thinking of calling on Astrid myself for some I can't quite get to grips with on my own.

I never thought about the eclipse effects. The other night in my little boys karate class all the children were playing up and completely unfocused! The poor Sensei a normally patient man was completely out of his depth! At one point my little six year old kept looking up and staring out this poor little nine year old girl. He's
a usually placid Libra but his Scorpio Moon stare got to the poor lass. she burst out crying and ran to her mother! I felt awful and so did Rudy later. Mayhem it was. Now I know why! Thanks Ulli

“...Being a highly sensitive adult may be helpful in understanding your child's temperament and particular needs as to their sensitivities (lights, people, sounds, clothes, and preferences). It is especially helpful if a highly sensitive child is born to a well-adjusted, happy and healthy sensitive adult that can steer them in the right emotional direction. Of course that can be true of any child with good role models - sensitive children though need especially good role models because they are learning how to use their incredible gift in a world that sometimes doesn't value it's inherent worth.”

I was just reading on Yahoo about how Bee Gee Robin Gibb's cancer
began as a colon cancer and should have been prevented.
With regular colonoscopies this could have been detected AND treated in a single session.
The article said that colon cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the US.
Each year over 100,000 people are diagnosed and half of them die from it.

I had gastro problems last year and since had two colonoscopies done
and now feel neither embarrassed nor fearful about having the next one when the time comes.
Even the prep is not such a big deal any more...two days of liquid diet to clean out the colon.

The clinic where I went to have the test done is in the nearest town (Cartago) and they charged me $175, which included the anesthesia.
I have no idea what an uninsured person would have to pay in the US, but I'm sure it is a lot more than $175.

Some American friends from LA were quoted $35,000 by their dentist for treatments, and so they came to Costa Rica to have it done here instead and paid only $6000. This was for several implants, crowns, all sorts of complicated dental work. And if they had come to a rural dentist it would have been cheaper still.

So I was thinking how maybe someday I could provide a service by organizing medical treatment tours here,
seeing that my husband is a doctor and would know where the best clinics for such procedures are.
Some of the hospitals which advertise overseas trying to attract US patients are actually rip-offs and don't even do a great service.
Meanwhile right here in rural Costa Rica you can get amazing medical attention,
all the doctors speak English and the prices they charge are a fraction of the big private hospitals in the city.
I could find people inexpensive accommodation, make appointments with specialists, do airport pick ups, and so on.
And even meet some Villagers in person, which would be the neatest part of all.
But even thinking along these lines might get me in trouble with PA forum rules, since it could sound like an advertisement.
Which was not my intention.

Well Astrid,

It might be too early to be sure, but after his diner this afternoon, he started protesting again. He didn't want to go to school for the rest of the day.
15 minutes later when my girlfriend brought him to school...... he went..... and didn't as much as say a word about it.
This is not like him. When he builds up to something He'll see it through normally.
So it looks like your work has brought change in him already.

Very nice to hear he has a new helping spirit. I've prayed for one at his side and now it seems the prayer is answered through you :)
I'll let you know about the progress in the time to come.

transiten,

Classical case of a freudian slip of the tongue ;) He's indeed my son and 'the sun in my life'.

Thanks for you prayers Ulli,

Your husband must have had a day to remember then...
I think this issue with my son is not about the eclipse, but I can imagine lots of children are influenced bye it in the way you describe.
To be frank, I think it's somehow a good thing that my son is having this now, because I used to see the fear in him, but he never felt,nor expressed it until lately.
As my heart is more and more opening up the past 8 months, my children are opening op also and this is one of the effects that come with it I believe. The issue was always there for him, but now it's coming to surface.

Lisab,

That Ho'ponopono is powerful indeed.
I agree that teachers are not to become angry with children, but I feel blessed on the other hand with the teachers on our school who are somewhat more gentle and understanding then your average school here in Belgium. She gives him a reprimand and not in a ANGRY way when he's not listening and doing his own way , but just with a firm voice and my sun is sensitive to that.

WhiteCrowBlackDeer,

Thanks for the articles,
Me and my mate are both categorised as such, which most often feels like a burden, but lately feels like a blessing also.
Our children will probably be highly sensitive as well and we're trying to guide them with it.

Thank you al for your love, help and understanding.

Excellent, so far so good.

Don't be surprised if he starts talking about Tigers.

Today I had a brilliant session with one of my teachers who is very advanced, energetically.
Whenever i work with him, I'm always vibrating very high for a few days afterwards,
so it was good timing that you asked for assistance.

He was saying that i have excellent remote skills, much better than face to face,
which suits this happy hermit just fine.

I'm honing in a few new techniques so feedback is always very useful thank you :)

First i check the earth energies, and clear anything that is out of alignment,
then i check the house, same deal.
And last it's the occupants.
Often people keep spending loads of money on a health issue only to return
day after day to a house that is making them sick . It has to be a holistic approach if
the real cause of an issue is to be found. That's all I'm interested in, not treating symptoms,
to me its a total waste of time.

The humans will be at a higher vibration so I predict that words like malpractice and sue will simply vanish from all dictionaries and mind-traps.

I like the concept. I haven't figured out what my skill set would be. For now, it's a little of this, and a little of that. I'm patiently waiting for total recall of the gifts I've collected over lifetimes. ("Mostly patiently waiting, some days are more challenging than others," she said with a grrrr and a soft sigh.)

Regarding Cristobal Colon, I just came across this article (synchronistically) today. It was the first time I read Columbus' name in Spanish, and your post was the second. Anyhow, the evidence proposed by this researcher suggests a different take on history and Colon's ancestry. Who knows......

My ex has really bad rheumatoid arthritis. Growths on all her fingers makes it hard to even open/close her hand. Her hips are attacked often making walking severely painful. Yet she is a mail carrier, walking miles everyday. Sometimes she gets home and calapses on the couch, unable to move the rest of the night. She has tried everything, or so she says. She has even tried experimental drugs (I know, crazy, but nothing works for her). But the reason for her illness has not been looked at, and she does not want to go there, so her illness continues - and is getting worse.

She is the most active person I know. Taking on all sorts of causes and projects. She has piles of papers everywhere, and projects on the go. Nothing can stop her, not even her illness, which she virtually ignores in her stoic and stubborn come-what-may attitude. She is in pain but she will not slow down. She lives with her pain.

And now she goes to move in with her 86 year old dad - to help him cope in his old age, so he does not have to go to a home! I tell you it is unfair, no matter what the reason for the illness. She does not deserve it and I wish I could take her pain away for her - to heal her.

These illnesses that sweep into a person's life and either take over or are carried about like a martyer's badge, are really too much for me. I see that thinking slowly seeping into my reality and I do not want any part of it.

To say more would only have adverse effects on my life. I refuse to take on this thinking, is all I will say. I choose never to put such an obstacle in my path - until my path is nigh close to its end!

May the Most High God bless all those in pain, alleviate and remove all illness, and heal the mind of its false belief. This I ask for all the world's people, in the sacred name of your servant and through the intercession of my guides and helpers.
And so it is.

Looks like great research there...pretty convincing.
How long before the curriculi in 200 countries will now be rewritten?

Or is it becoming so confusing and overwhelming now that future educators will not even bother to rewrite,
but just tell school kids not to believe a single word in their text books.

Coming across Cristobal Colon twice in a single day is definitely a cool synchronicity...
has me puzzled at my end too...someone trying to say: pay attention to your colon??

So, Playdo, when did you last have your colon checked??

Have you never noticed that people are actually attached to their suffering?
Many are so attached to their pain that even if you offered them instant relief and cash on top of that they would not
allow their world to change.

What would happen if you were to harden your sensitivity instead?
Or at least put up a shield so that when you see someone suffering you can still continue
as normal, without missing a beat. The way hospital staff do.

I forgot to mention that I had my first polyp removed from my nostril at age 4 and my second polyp was taken out of my colon at age 25.
That was before laser surgery, I.e. cut and stitch. It hurt like hell afterwards, unlike the modern procedures where you feel absolutely no pain at all.
Another Capricorn brother-in-law has a polyp factory inside his colon and they take out at least 8 polyps every two years.
So there are exceptions.

Hi WhiteCrowBlackDeer,

Thank you for the great compliment.
I feel obligated to say that I am not all about what I display on a forum which is in many cases and unconsciously a show case window for our personalities isn't it?
Here you don't get to see the part of someone that you would see when that someone is your partner or parent.
I have my shadow parts as well for which my son will have to come to terms with in some stage of his life.

I don't know anything about the life of your son, but I can tell you that in this moment in my life, I can see clearly why I chose to be with my parents and how they raised or failed to raise me. I'm thankful for the experiences I've had when I was a child that lead up to the man I am now, although they were not all positive to begin with. Maybe your son might appreciate his past somewhere in the future too.
We have no way of knowing the path of life that the souls of our children set out for themselves in this life.

Also from the heart,

Waky

Ernie - I can't do any deeper energetic
work without your exs ok and knowlege
sorry . But if you get that I can try to find
out the source .
Side note - When children get these types of older
people conditions like arthritis its often
ancestral healing that is needed . Especially if
you can track the same condition down one
of the four lines . Unresolved family patterns
is one cause of illness another is soul loss
which leaves one with holes for intrusions

Yet another is that the illness is a teacher
for you and it's how you are getting your
messages - you can actually ask that this
stops and that you learn through other means
Or when you start to see and understand the
teaching then the suffering often eases .
Illness it often used when the more gentler
ways are not being heard

And yes another issue is that the person
does not want to get better that illness has
a function for them . I saw this in my own
family with my mother, to me that is the
greatest tragedy of all with a life that is
stalled on its tracks . But it's their free will
so hands are tied there . They will eventually
get it but it may take many life time .

Christian programming has a lot to answer for-
put your self last etc to the point of being a
martyr and then blaming the world and
others ad infinitum . So exhausting to watch
and be around especially when you can see
the cause . Detachment the only way to keep
sane sometimes .

Anyways digressing here

Its hard to know ways to tell people about the permission thing without feeling like you are letting people down when you cannot act without it - and that sometimes making these problems go away is not the right thing to do. Just so you know, I appreciate the tips you teach through demonstration.

I agree. So many options of interacting.
Unless you set up office, publish your fees, and wait for patients/clients to turn up
it can become quite tricky to know what to do when you hear about their problems.
How many times have people like family members come to me with some sob story and
I immediately jumped into my problem-solving mode.
Or astrologer mode.
And how many times it backfired because they got annoyed at me.
"Why can't you just listen?" is what they say.
Their agenda was to vent. From my side it felt like a waste of time to just sit there and go "Oh, dear! Poor you! You'll get it sorted it out. Just wait and see. Just be patient"
But that's what "normal" people do and it is expected behavior, in a way.
Nowadays I feel like saying first
"Shall I turn on my blow torch and make it go away?"

Ulli...great thoughts and possibilities...You are the Lady that could get it done.
aaannnnndddd... I just may be a client in the future for dental work : )

http://projectavalon.net/forum4/images/misc/quote_icon.png "Healing Unseen Negative Influences"

Many have asked for this healing technique during these amazing shifts of energy
where the veils between worlds get thinner and thinner. Practice and do them
until you feel clear. If you dont like what you are feeling, do a healing.

Healing is a must for all those who desire to operate in other realms of
consciousness. You must have self - authority and maintain control.If you are
experiencing negative vibrations, they are either thought forms, limiting mental
concepts,psychic bonds or discarnate entities(lost souls) in need of healing.
They are bound to the earth vibration due to lower vibrational attitudes and
emotions. Some are coercive and desire to manipulate or control.Love heals.
Casting out only sends them to another place, another personal . IN all
healings, remember that god is love. It is the power of love that heals and
lifts., We will give you the following steps to clear the energy.

1. Close your aura by visualizing a white or gold light around you.

2. Call upon your chosen cultural representative of God, be it
Jesus,Buddha,Babaji,Mary,Mohammed, White Eagle or another one of the beautiful
Many Christed Ones.

3.Tell the entities they are healed and forgiven, lifted and enlightened.(repeat
is you feel it is needed)

4.Tell them that they are filled and surrounded with the Christ light and the
Christ love (or the highest consciousness and energy available)

5.Ask that your chosen representative to take them to their perfect place and
highest expression.

6.Ask that all negative thought forms, and limiting mental concepts be
dissolved, and lifted into the light of truth.

7.Ask that all psychic bonds be severed, and close their auras to all but spirit
of the highest vibration.

Repeat this process until you feel clear. There may be more than one healing to
do. Remember that your word is very powerful, and what is spoken on their level
manifests instantly. Many enlightened ones use this process before opening. It
creates a clear and safe environment and it also lifts the one who is doing the
healing. Intent is nine-tenths of the law!

Hope this helps, please share with your family and friends.

Thanks Nora, I will use this!

On the subject of "Veils getting thinner", I had a visitor last night. I have not been sleeping at all well since the 21st of this month (New energies most likely?), in fact the children have been up a lot more than usual which is in part why I was awke last night to hear 3 knocks on the wooden base at the bottom of my bed near my feet.
These three knocks were exactly the same time intervals apart, very controlled and precise, say approx one second and a half between each knock.

My wife bless her was in deep sleep as usual, I sleep lightly, and I sat up but could not see anything out of the ordinary? I felt no fear and just said "Hi", then when nothing further happened drifted back off to sleep. I believe the Victorians coined the term "Rapping", (not to be confused with ICE T of course!).

Coincidentally it was my late fathers birthday yesterday, he passed over on New Years Day just short of two decades ago.

Blessings

Cool indeed, VS.
And today is also the birthday of the Bahai Faith/religion/ movement, and the day is called "Declaration of the Bab".
On May 23, 1844 a young Persian merchant declared that he was the promised Qua'im.
He called himself The Bab, which means The Gate. He was imprisoned as a result and executed 6 years later, and a similar fate befell over 20,000 of his followers who were also tortured and executed.
Baha'is believe it was the blood of the early martyrs, called the Dawnbreakers, that watered the tree of the Bahai Faith.
The Bab's role was that of a herald, similar to the role of John the Baptist in Christianity.
His announcement that the world would become unified caused an uproar among the Muslim clergy.
When the revealer of the Bahai Message later announced that clergy needs to be abolished and each person needed to find a direct and private link to God the fate was sealed. To this day Iran is executing Bahais.
The movement itself appears to have been infiltrated on the world stage also, as the reality of today's community bears few signs of the mysticism of the original founders.
The administration has instituted "counsellors" who have taken on the role of clergy, thus going against the original teachings.

The story of the Bab is worth looking into.

The movement itself appears to have been infiltrated on the world stage also, as the reality of today's community bears few signs of the mysticism of the original founders.

So true. Sad that true mysticism soon gets muffled or pervaded by doctrines and dictators....
How grateful we can be that the original teachings remain in the heart.

Took this in an outdoor shop for you, MW ;)

Hi Astrid. Thanks for looking into my ex's condition. I thought of asking for help but I am not convinced she really wants it - I will point-blank ask her and see what happens. She'll probably say yes but I think that's because she does not truly believe in healing at that level. There is a deep issue on the mother's side that gets passed down the generations, yes. I tried to show her this and the window of opportunity it offered her but she declined to rectify it, but she did address it.
She may have passed it to our daughter...but I believe her illness is proof she did not. Her suffering is her gift to her daughter, I believe. She broke the chain at great personal cost.

Meanwhile, my parents are slowly working their magic on the youngest sibling and family, who live nearby (all in Abottsford, near Vancouver). The black sheep has long ago been marked and has assumed her role (I even participated in the passing of the batton when I was there years back). Now the oldest child is sick, some sort of inexplicable pain. She has been to specialists but no one knows what's wrong with her. Nothing works to allieviate the pain - not even morphine! Morphine? A 14 year old child? I had to speak out there...but it was evident long since that she carries the karmic load, as first born. Both parents are ill with I forget what. Only little Rickie, the youngest, seems clear of the dynamic. Dad and mom continue their worship of the medical profession and I can only give secret advice to my mom when she asks.

And that is what I wish to say here. Healing is an intention. Healing energy must be accepted. It has to be expected, or at the very least awaited. It is the attitude of openess that allows healing to take place. But healing actually addresses the initial state of illness, the initial intention to be ill. By opening to healing the "patient" "agrees" to be healed, thereby reversing the intention to be ill.

That is why I advocate health. Intending to be healthy is easy. Maintaining health sidesteps the issue of illness altogether. This requires introspection to some degree but honesty with the self is health at its most sublime level.

On the other hand, I know healing works because I understand, to some degree, the nature of illness. I can sense this energetic level and I know there are some very powerful people on this thread. Healing works on many levels because many levels are involved. The more avenues of healing employed the greater the efficacy of the whole treatment regimine. The placebo effect is a great one too, and easily used to one's advantage. And medicines are obviously another effective route if needs be such.

The most important thing to remember is the knowing, the certainty. Like Morpheus said to Neo while training, "Don't think you can, know you can."

So don't think you can heal, know that you can. Know that if you open your heart, you are healed. For our hearts are connected in love. And through love all healing is already done.

Hugs

"Sometimes we can be so clever with our words that we become confused by our own double-talk. What I mean by double-talk is that we have words that refer mainly only to other words. We have symbols that refer to other symbols. Symbols can be very useful because they can instruct us in something, they can tell us how to do something, in which case the symbol refers to something that we actually experience, but when symbols only lead to other symbols, then it seems to become a closed system.We become so good at language, at words, at names, that we really do begin to confuse our experiences with our names for our experience."

Yes, the danger of the avatar's 'need' (primarly first filter system) for safetly in body..first.

Black -white, good-bad, run-don't run, and so on.

Labels. Symbols.

As in that there are no facts... save one. That there are no facts. In the most clear headed scientific terms, that is the final and running synopsis. Which is subject to change.... :p

Same here. That there is no definition but that which we wish to interpret. ourselves. And that in a growing being, no permanence, especially of label or symbol..exists. such a thing can only be a reflective-reflexive manifestation.

The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957)
[closing soliloquy narration]

Scott Carey: I was continuing to shrink, to become... what? The infinitesimal? What was I? Still a human being? Or was I the man of the future? If there were other bursts of radiation, other clouds drifting across seas and continents, would other beings follow me into this vast new world? So close - the infinitesimal and the infinite. But suddenly, I knew they were really the two ends of the same concept. The unbelievably small and the unbelievably vast eventually meet - like the closing of a gigantic circle. I looked up, as if somehow I would grasp the heavens. The universe, worlds beyond number, God's silver tapestry spread across the night. And in that moment, I knew the answer to the riddle of the infinite. I had thought in terms of man's own limited dimension. I had presumed upon nature. That existence begins and ends in man's conception, not nature's. And I felt my body dwindling, melting, becoming nothing. My fears melted away. And in their place came acceptance. All this vast majesty of creation, it had to mean something. And then I meant something, too. Yes, smaller than the smallest, I meant something, too. To God, there is no zero.

Scott Carey [shouts]: I still exist!

Hey Ernie,

I was reading through page 692 and when I saw your post and avatar picture my memory was triggered and I remembered that I encountered you in my dream last night. In the dream, you were a hugely famous rock n' roll star from Canada. I saw you on TV and I thought, "Hey, I know that guy from Avalon! How cool is it that such a huge rock star would participate with us "hoi polloi" on Avalon. That's awesome!" And that's all I remember from the dream.

So, are you in reality a huge rock star that I just don't know about yet?

Whoop, whoop!!! :whoo: I put my air conditioner in the window.

Each year that machine seems to gain a little more weight. Note to self: hide the cookies. Today, I tried a different approach. I asked, "My Group", to assist. The experience was that it wasn't so much heavy, as it was bulky. I thanked them and said let's do this again in the fall.

This account reminds me of another time only with a butcher block table about 10 years ago. I had it delivered because there's no way I could carry it up the stairs. I had to assemble and then turn it right side up.

:moil:What? It was top heavy. It's not something that can be hidden for very long. I'm glad I hadn't figured that out before I finished adding the legs.
:focus:

Back to lifting this bleeping heavy oak block. I tried a system of pulleys. Hoisting inch by inch, sneaking another book to the already zig-zaggy pile. It was hot, I was angry, and in a panic. The table just kept sliding out from the little progress I made. Grrrrr. So, I put a call out to my Angel peeps. And that butcher block almost lifted itself. I was only there to guide it.

I always want to add a qualifier to these kinds of accounts. Like it's okay if you don't believe me. Because if I wasn't right there in the struggle, I'd have trouble buying it; or at least I use to think that way.

Here's my point for posting: http://www.pic4ever.com/images/computer3.gif

We've got so much hidden potential. I for one need to tap into it more regularly. Even if it seems like in small ways. My objective is to see it as "5D Weight Training"; honing in on the skills of our new era.

Thank you for the interpretation, Ulli. That is an affirming and optimistic interpretation, and actually, my wife and I, only last night, discussed and came to better terms with a pertinent issue, that wasn't being avoided, but was finally ready to be dealt with. She very recently suffered a miscarriage, refused the D & C, and for the last two weeks dealt with it naturally. And now, after last night, together, we emerged from the other side more committed to our life together and stronger from the experience. It took a while to grieve and process, and now we do feel much lighter and more affable in spirit. This 3D rock moves forward, and we decided to again move along with it. Also, (open to interpretation), early that day, my son and I were searching the yard for lubbers, a large local grasshopper, and he said, "Daddy, look a snake!" And sure enough between my legs was 18 inch long snake. I froze, not to make any sudden movements, but quickly realized his head was destroyed, and the ants were beginning to cover its head. It was still warm, malleable, rigor mortis had not set in. It was a fresh kill. I assumed one of the chickens had pecked it to death (they have a good track record of killing snakes; I've witnessed it before). Later, I identified as a chicken snake. I like snakes and never kill one unless it's poisonous, but I didn't begrudge the chicken considering what type it was. Anyhoo, in hindsight, I reckon there had to be a synchronistic connection.

So it goes, here on Gaia. I was moved this evening by a quote that Another Bob posted in the Pub that I related to myself, and I would like to thank you wherever you are, and also to re-post it here:

Isnt it a shame we have to add these disclaimers?

I know exactly what you are talking about. At the weekend I work on my farm, and I do jobs that I really should not do on my own. Very often I need to call in assistance, my lesson is also remembering to do this as often as possible and to move to that conciousness that recognizes that at all times we are not alone, we are a part of a group and part of the infinite creation, and so we ought not act as if we are alone and when we do we get trouble for it as a reminder.

Last weekend I was chopping wood and got a lump I could not split - even after a few goes.

I took a pause, analysed the grain repositioned the wood, took a deep breath, went into Kwai Chang Cain Kung Fu mode :) Took aim, and in addition I called on the "team" for assistance and then struck.

I split the wood and the chopping block and the buried wood splitter in the dirt.

I could almost hear them laughing.

I was pretty much laughing myself!

Then I had to extract the axe, select a new log for a chopping block and split the remains of the old chopping block. Nice firewood :)

I decided to start with my garden, which includes some
planting/ transplanting with a small ceremony.
That way i can continue to build on grounding my energies there
when I'm away on my trip. I have to decide what to do with my chickens as
I'm moving to a more fox prone area, and there is not a coop there- yet.

The yard is large enough that i can build them a run this time, so it will be both
chicken and dog heaven.

Also re thinking the layout of the house and how i was going to use the house.

This time i am going to make the spaces fit in more with the way i work/ don't work
to help me get more done. Rather than just use the house as it appears it is set up
to be used.

The big main plus with this new house is it has so much more natural light,
all the Victiorian houses i have been in and doing up for the last what feels like
eons are notorious for being very dark. Which does not work well for me at all.
And adding lights everywhere only increases the use of power .
Back then houses were not usually healthy places to be .
Especially with so many wood fires internally for heating.

Anyways.. i am getting a vague sense that i will be building from scratch before too
long, but only after i have worked through all these projects i have stalled on.

And lastly, in the aforementioned dream, I like to think Dream-Ernie was singing this rock song, written and sung by the late and incomparable Ron "Pigpen" McKernan of the Good Ol' Grateful Dead....

Well, that's a blast from the past! It must have been sometime in the mid-1960's, but in any case, it was before they had cut their first album. I was home for the summer and wandering around some of my favorite haunts in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park, when I came upon a group of about 2 dozen hippies gathered near the old Bandstand, where my Grandmother used to wheel me in a stroller as a child on Sundays to hear concerts. It's adjacent to the Japanese Tea Garden, the Planetarium/Aquarium, and the old De Young Museum. The whole area is wonderful, and indelibly engraved in my fond memories.

Well, when I walked over to see what was happening, I saw there was a rock band tuning up to play. I hung around to listen, and soon some of the most joyous music I'd ever heard began blasting out, with Jerry Garcia wailing on his guitar, and Pigpen echoing back on electric organ. I was told who they were, and the band's name -- The Grateful Dead -- and I was hooked. They were followed by another gang -- Country Joe McDonald and his Fish, as it so happened. When they started in with the Fish cheer ("Gimme an F . . .), I couldn't help laughing out loud, and when I found out they were planning to play for free every Thursday afternoon at Speedway Meadows, I made sure to be there. That summer, I was introduced to the Jefferson Airplane, Moby Grape, Quicksilver Mesenger Service, Janis Joplin and Big Brother, and a few others I've since forgotten -- all for free out in the Park.

Thanks for reminding me!

Das ist die Wahrheit, Ulli. And, as Jimmy Buffet sang, I am a sailor born two hundred years too late. This Village rocks, and in a broader sense so does this Avalon forum. Peace be to all. Good night everyone.

The day after the Av London meetup, I made my way down to a place called Tonbridge in Kent to see my father. The place is beautiful in an Enid Blyton kind of way (makes me want to drink lashings of Ginger beer and solve a mystery!). Anyway we watched a DVD together. The Last Days Of the Phillypott I think it was called...just wanted to chime that in, talking of those amazing, heady San Fran days.

I always want to add a qualifier to these kinds of accounts. Like it's okay if you don't believe me. Because if I wasn't right there in the struggle, I'd have trouble buying it; or at least I use to think that way.

Hello Anchor,

This post is timely for me. I was reading on another thread how some had experience that I can only imagine at this point. I had to think hard about not deleting some of my posts. I do understand that we all have different journeys. In this moment of clarity, I feel that I am not worthy. I don't post this for sympathy, just as a thanks for the opportunity to be vulernable and stand in truth for what I am feeling.

I hadn't noticed until now the line at the bottom of your post. One more synchronicity for me: "Every majestic oak tree was once a nut who stood his ground."

Peace to you and the Mrs.,

There is not even such a thing as my god or your god.
The God who made the universe and us is beyond such quibblings.
The god who made things in such a way that the thoughts of his creatures can manifest their intended reality
cannot be fathomed.
We can only be grateful that we have such powers of manifestation bestowed upon us.
So it is best that we just use the manifestation feature that was designed into us
to manifest the highest plan of all for this earth.
As in "Thy will be done".
I'm sure even Gaia Herself would agree with that.

Hello Taurean, that article reminded me of this one I read recently: German Police Used Only 85 Bullets Against People in 2011 http://www.theatlanticwire.com/global/2012/05/german-police-used-only-85-bullets-against-people-2011/52162/

Hell, in Jackson, MS, my hometown, I bet the cops use that many bullets in a month or less! Anyhow, I'll never forget once when I was living in Jena, Deutschland, I was waiting for a girl to show at her flat, and she never did. I passed the time with a jug of wine, and passed out on the corner. Not one of my best moments. I was awoken with a nudge from a couple Polizei officers. In Jackson, if that would've happen, I would most likely have been handled roughly, and thrown in jail for the night, and fined heavily. I would've had to appear in court, hire a lawyer, etc.... Very expensive. The Polizei were laughing at me, and after a brief conversation, they realized I was an American student, and they told me to go home. Scared, and not believing this was true, I made haste! But then they yelled at me to come back, adn I thought to myself, this is it! they were just toying with me, I'm going to jail!! I'll be deported!! The Officer simply asked if the jug of wine was mine, and I said yes, and he said, well don't leave it there and litter! Take it away! I couldn't believe my aching head! I got to take what was left home with me! That was my only experience with the Polizei.

Carmody is busy elsewhere today, I see.
He is using the current Mars transit to the max.
What a guy!!
Yes, even Mars can be used to do God's will.

Talk about getting his priorities straight....

Carmody:

And I add:

My point is that it does not matter if a alien struts across the road in front of you, or staggers across from gunshot wounds, or prances across in a ballerina's dress. the main point is that an alien crossed the road in front of you.

You've got someone out there doing the kind of job that needs to be done, in at least some fashion, and you are dumb enough to try and tear him down.

I repeat. dumb enough.

I repeat. dumb enough.

selfish enough.

if you want to attack him and tear him down... then have the integrity to get out there and replace his value, in absolute concreteness and reality.

Offer yourself, in reality as a target and get the job done as well as he has.

If you can't and won't do that, then I'm not so sure (and nor should anyone else be) about your own value ---to yourself.

I think that they are getting the point. The point that there is no police, no police function, no society to police, at all.... with fascism moving in.

Fascism means that when you are done killing and subjugating the population, then the policeman is next.

Germany's policemen found that truth and reality.....in WWII.

Okay.

I have never had any run ins with the police ... but will share a couple interesting stories.

You picked up on the yoda lighting a bong with his light saber here (and now) (and another thread come to think on it).

Have not done anything like that for 25-30 years ... but did in my youth. Well ... *of course* I didn't inhale :doh:

http://www.pollsb.com/photos/o/381822-bill_clinton.jpg

... depending on your definition of what inhale is ... is ...

http://punditkitchen.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/political-pictures-bill-clinton-michelle-hawt.jpg

... anyway (sorry I digress) I was driving with a friend and we were both quite stoned (going for pizza :doh: ) and I got into the left hand turning lane of a 2bl lane street (4 counting the two turning lanes). At a stoplight and unbeknownst to me a cop pulled up in back of me.

Well ... of course ... I needed to be turning right rather than left and when the light changed I opted for cutting across all the other lanes ... and the police officer took issue with that.

So we get out of the car (no doubt with a cloud of smoke) and I even remember dropping my keys talking(?) to the officer.

Should have had my ass hauled off but nope ... not even a moving vehicle violation ... only a warning ticket.

One other time didn't involve the police but will include it.

Back in "those days" I had a corvette and on one occasion I was so drunk I could not even walk ... yet I was driving close to 100 mph on a country road with sand/gravel. I should never have lived.

Life is full of mysteries. Why some people are "protected" and others are absolutely trashed on seemingly for no reason can be tossed about and debated forever.

Must be a rational reason in there somewhere???

I must have been about 17, as I recall. There were 5 of us, joy-riding around San Francisco one night, with a bag of pot and the goofy mindset of invulnerable youth. Having recently had a run-in with some cops during an anti-war demonstration, I was feeling a bit emboldened, so I suggested that we pull up behind a cop car and tail them, which we did. I was the driver, and I followed a squad car around town for about half an hour, keeping right on its tail. When it parked for a bit, I pulled up and parked right behind it. When it drove off again, I followed. I actually think we were freaking the poor guys out in the cop car. Eventually, they couldn't take it anymore, and one of them got out and began approaching my car. One of my friends said, "What about the weed?" I said, "Stash it!" Another said, "No, they'll find it -- just swallow it!" We all then grabbed a handfull and swallowed, emptying the bag. When the cop got to the car, he had me roll down the window, and asked what were we up to. I replied that we were studying modern police behaviors for an anthropology course, and I hoped they didn't mind us following them. The cop looked at me for a minute, then took a sniff in the car, smiled and winked, then said, "Get the f*ck home!"

It's a wonderful medicine for some, but medicine should never become our food. Food can be our medicine, however. The thing about marijuana -- it will mess up memory, and for that reason, should only be used as needed, imo. What I found, back in the late 60's, was that its use actually impeded my ability to enter deeper states, so I discarded it. I did get into fine wines for a bit, but when I met my Beloved, she proved to be all the intoxication I needed, and so I gave away a nice wine collection and haven't had a drop since, nor do I miss any of it.

I did get into fine wines for a bit, but when I met my Beloved, she proved to be all the intoxication I needed, and so I gave away a nice wine collection and haven't had a drop since, nor do I miss any of it.

Can you share how Mazie is doing?

Oooh it's a long time since I smoked weed, but most of my family do. I was brought up around 'creative' types and live by the sea. Stoner surf city.

It's a wonderful medicine for some, but medicine should never become our food. Food can be our medicine, however. The thing about marijuana -- it will mess up memory, and for that reason, should only be used as needed, imo. That is both the problem and charm of weed. It brings you to the edge but removes the precipice access. Nice view. too bad you can't jump in.

Thanks for asking, Brother!

She will need a total knee replacement asap, but first she is going to have to undergo another gastro surgery to "hot needle" her bile duct. She has also just gotten over a horrendous case of shingles, prompted by the huge AR flare-up which resulted from being manhandled during the last surgery. Her spine is fused, but they ignored that fact and twisted her into positions that left her screaming in pain for the next 72 hours. She's just getting over that, and fighting off an associated infection. She's down to under 100 lbs. Rather than bemoaning her situation, she shares that she has never loved more fully, nor has the beauty, the unbearabe beauty of this life, been more vividly apparent to her, and that the love between us has triumphed over any physical set-back. She is so my Teacher, I can't believe my good fortune! She's taken me into hell, and shown me heaven there.

Oh I agree and have posted on this subject before. My sisters and I tread eggshells around my brother, he's always on a short fuse, but won't give up. My dad grows his own and back in the day was friends with Howard Marks whom I have vague memories of popping round the house. My dad believes in it wholeheartedly. Marks tours the uk giving funny , provocative talks on the virtues of the green stuff. Lucky for me it dropped me back in the early nineties. Made me paranoid. Being a Piscean I'm glad or I would have continued for a long time after. Happy memories but I wish my son didn't smoke it but I don't get in his face too much about it. I just tell him to take a look at his uncle.

Anyways digressing here

Hardly....

:yo:

Wow, Bob. All I can say is that I wish I could've been there. I've visited San Francisco, and that area and fell in love with it. I couldn't imagine living there, much less during those times. My oldest brother took me to see the Dead when I was 15, in Memphis, TN, in April a few months before Jerry died that summer. He told me it would be my only chance ever to see them, and sure enough it was.

You give your heart and soul to those who you believe need to believe, you live your life in a positive light. You come from a place of love, but who gives to you and who believes you in this world of black and white. It doesn’t matter plant the seed, Let God take over when you can't see, cos

You should know out of everybody you are really never alone,
You should know out of everybody you are loved, you have a beautiful soul
Even in the dead of silence, you are being blessed by what you hear,
You should know out of everybody, you should know out of everybody
You are a beautiful soul, you are a beautiful soul

You don’t ask for anything in return, yet sometimes you get burned,
You pick yourself up, cleanse your soul of the dust, you live your life with love,
When people take from you, mislead, misunderstand you, you never give up
And that’s what matters plant the seed let God take over, when you’re down on your knees, cos

You should know out of everybody there are signs in front of behind you, you should know out of everybody, messages from above all around you, they are there just to remind you of the love that stands right beside you and in those times you seem to forget I don’t mind reminding you that, you are a Beautiful soul, you are so Beautiful.

You should know out of everybody you are really never alone,
You should know out of everybody you are loved
You have a beautiful soul, even in the dead of silence
You are being blessed by what you hear,
You should know out of everybody, you should know out of everybody
You are a beautiful soul, you are a beautiful soul!!!!!

We all felt the world was just on the brink of a massive change in consciousness, a kind of ascent into a new dimension of peace love and enlightenment. There were many prophets who told us that the big turnaround was imminent. Well, I guess the more things change, the more they stay the same, eh. If I learned anything from that, it was that real change is not external -- at least the change that really matters.

Everything turned purple in the valley for 4 hours today....tonight

The Violet Flame The Violet Fire

16419

SELF-TRANSFORMATION was the goal of the most spiritual of alchemists. They sought a way to change the lead of negative human energy into the gold of divine energy, and some of them achieved this by using the violet flame. But first, let's explore what the violet flame is, what it does and how it works.

The violet flame (also called the violet fire) is a unique spiritual energy that can help you in all areas of your life. It can heal emotional and physical problems, improve your relationships, help you to grow spiritually, or just make life easier.

The flame is the essence of a unique spiritual light. Mystics of all ages have glimpsed a "spiritual spectrum" behind the physical spectrum. Radiant colors, more pure and rare than those found on earth, emanate from a brilliant, "inner" divine light. Just as a ray of sunlight passing through a prism refracts into seven colors, spiritual light splits into seven colors, or "rays" - each of which has specific divine qualities. The violet flame comes forth from the violet ray, which has the qualities of mercy, forgiveness, freedom and transmutation.

The color violet has long been associated with spirituality. Having the highest frequency in the visible spectrum, violet is at the point of transition to the next octave of light. To the ancients, this transcendental color was a spiritual rather than a physical phenomenon.

The Alchemist's Dream
The violet flame is a tool of self-transformation. Physical experiments in alchemy whereby base metals are transformed into gold are symbolic of what the violet flame does.

In medieval times, alchemists attempted to transmute base metals into gold, using heat to separate the "subtle" from the "gross". While there have always been alchemists who sought to create wealth by transmuting base metals, this process of transmutation is symbolic of a higher and more noble alchemy - the alchemy of self-transformation.

Alchemists of the Spirit did not seek physical wealth, but spiritual wealth. They sought to transform themselves into more spiritual beings, by becoming more loving, wise and compassionate. The violet flame has the capacity to bring about this transformation by transmuting negative elements within ourselves. It has the unique ability to transform fear into courage, anxiety into peace and hatred into love.

Alchemists of all ages have sought the mystical philosophers' stone. Early alchemists pored over minutely ciphered texts in search of this stone. For them, it was worth a lifetime to decode the mystery of this "stone" which symbolized the transmutation of the lower animal nature into the highest and divine. The coveted philosophers' stone - "the stone which is no stone" - was not physical, but spiritual, and created out of fire.

Nora

Read this morning. Serpent of Light. by Drunvalo.

"Shortly thereafter, a bright ray of violet light was thrown from the lake into the sky and old memories were connected. Was the beginning of a new era of light and brotherhood to mankind.

One additional note. For those of you who have read my first two books and know the story of the woman who raised the old spaceship from beneath the Sphinx of Egypt, it is the same person. At that time she was twenty years old and lived in Peru, and so it remains today."

We are all related.

Well, don't know about that . . . remember, we were just emerging from the Eisenhower years, with the strong accompanying anti-communist ethic, civil rights was a heavily disputed subject, and as for women's place, well, it certainly wasn't anything like today. Read through some of the textbooks of that era, just to get a feeling for the consensus reality we were up against. Imo, the mind control factor is much shakier now, given the development of the internet, etc. Back then, if you appeared even slightly different, you were considered an outcast, and there was little community you could turn to for support, unlike today.

I have posted on this subject, at some length, before in this thread. I concur with Bob, completely. Habitual use really doesn't work for anybody, both of them, (chemically induced schizophrenia) unless managing two separate personalities in one body works for them. Since we create our own realities, consistency makes for coherency.

Since this is a second pass at this topic for me, this will be the conclusion of my thoughts on the matter.

Iron Butterfly -- yeah, their big hit (Inna Gadda Davida) turns out to have been a stoned slurring of "In the Garden of Eden". Wow, Bob. All I can say is that I wish I could've been there. I've visited San Francisco, and that area and fell in love with it. I couldn't imagine living there, much less during those times.

Glad you had a chance to see Jerry. When I'm shopping and see his name on ice cream now, I sigh to myself, and continue down the aisle.

Bob, my sincere belief about our generation and the vision we had for the future was inhibited by heavy drug usage. We could dream the dream and talk the talk, but 'git 'er done' had to wait until we got a buzz, and a buzz and a buzz. And.........:note: "Ain't s(he) sweet, I'd like to get them off their feet" :note:

We did end a war and the draft though. Our 'hippieness' is still a look and concept, along with the music, that has continued to be embraced. Wasn't a complete failure

:yo:

Thanks for reminding me too Bob, it truly is a small world. My dad, who turns 70 next week, was one of those "long haired hippie freaks" who frequented Golden Gate Park during these times. This was of course just after he had his fill of hitchhiking around Mexico with his buddy named Owen. Whole other story.

His impressions of "The Haight" ain't quite what legends of those days have it to be though, but from what I gather he wouldn't trade them for all the gold that ain't in Fort Knox.

Just by and by, I took the opportunity to spend the day outside of a Grateful Dead concert when they came to my area back in the mid 80's...Whew...That's another whole story in itself (LOL)http://nexus.2012info.ca/forum/images/smilies/hippie.gif

Thanks! I can feel what he feels in that picture - Very Nice.

He got that one good!

Projection of power is an interesting thing.

Here is are two sections from my secret, hither to mostly unshared life story.... I have the rest but I am wary about putting so much of myself out there. I wrote it all down last year to close a long period of my life and move on with another - leaving some anger and frustration behind me, forgiven and balanced in its wake.

Heat

I'm 12. Its a very cold day. I am waiting for the school bus. My hands are freezing cold.

I breathe in, and something makes me think about my hands, and I hold my breath and I think about my hands, and they are not cold anymore.

I breathe out, and as I breathe I move some of the energy that came in down my arms and into my hands and they warm up.

I explore this.

For once I told my Mum about it.

She thinks I may be a healer.

Kung Fu Mojo!

I'm 8 or 9.

The 70's TV series Kung Fu is on the TV starring David Carradine as Kwai Chang Caine.

I am absolutely spellbound by it. Dad loves it too. We watch it together. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0068093/

Every episode is watched. Dad explains to me that the monks use special energy to be stronger than they can be as normal people.

Later, I'm 14

My best friend tells me an amazing Chinese guy has set up a Chinese Boxing School in the church hall near where he lives. So, this is interesting. Not only am I taking some heat from bullies at school, but I am still besotted with the Idea of acquiring some of that Kwai Chang Caine mojo. I petition my Mum and Dad, and amazingly they agree to let me train and pay the fees.

My mum drives me to the first class.

The teacher takes a look at me, and says to Mum "He looks like naughty boy. If he naughty I smack him?"

Mum's handing over a five pound note, doesn't even think and says - "Of course, whatever you need to do, do"

! B14tch !

After she leaves me there, he says to me "Your Mum ... She good looking woman. She still married?"

Mmmmm'k!

So then, so I start to train. It's such fun. A lot of the other kids want to be like David Carradine as well.

The teacher is strict and takes no ****. But I work hard and he doesn't smack me much.

After about 4 months, I don't get bullied anymore. What happened was I broke some kids arm who was trying to get me to fight him, actually I was trying to get away - we were trained to do that first, but somehow his arm got stuck behind a radiator and he broke it while still trying to get to me. I didn't do any "Kung Fu", but the story that spread was that I had Kung-Fu'd his arm. I still felt bad I broke his arm. It made me cry in fact. However, no-one bothered me after that. I never really lied, but I didn't see the point in explicitly telling the truth as it was working to my advantage.

----

I'm 22. I'm still doing the Kung-Fu and getting pretty good at it with a senior grade and now I get to teach beginners.

Ever since I got to 16, the teacher lets me attempt two goes as destruction once per week (chopping a house brick) - you have to do this for the master grade. I can't do it. 6 years of trying and bruised hands and I can't do it. I know I can't do it and I just can't.

My friend is a rebel. He has found a 6 week intensive tai-chi course. I go with him. Its naughty because we should really tell our other teacher but we don't. So I learn some tai-chi. By week four, we both have discovered we can move the chi and we quit the course, as it was boring after that.

So... I get an idea. I remember the warming my cold hands thing. I remember the tai-chi. The cogs turn and I start to put two and two together. The next weekend, the brick is set up. I'm being spotted by a junior master. He is coaching me. I am listening, but I am breathing and gathering my chi, my balance, my "connection".

I take my stance; I rehearse the swing with no contact.

Then I go for it. Exhale and chop, a timeless flow of power and movement.

I look down, the brick is not just broken in two like normal, it is a pile of freaking dust and rubble!

I swear I did not feel my hand go through the brick and there was not a mark on it.

Yay – at last - Kwai Chang Caine mojo!

My life was not the same after that.

( I have not repeated this stunt by the way and I don’t intend to, that kind of power is best kept tucked away IMHO – I was in peak physical condition at the time, if I tried today I would probably end up in hospital ! ).

The look on my coaches’ face at the time was interesting. He was an older guy and he said to me, "you know, I knew you were going to do it that time - I could just feel it".

I never let on about the tai chi though.

One thing led to another and I stopped with the martial arts. It was a full contact sport and I had been injured / concussed a few times. It didn't seem sensible for me to take hits to the head when I was working as a computer programmer with a professional requirement for fully working brains.

Also I was getting wise to the ways of what we later come to know as “The Powers That Be”, if you got your black belt you had to sign the black-belt register – after that, if you ever got in trouble brawling or hurt someone the charges could be bumped up to the next higher level (same as for pro-boxers) by the police. I wanted none of that, I was starting to be wary about what interactions I had with “the system” – not bad for the mid 80’s pre internet times eh?

Yep, you can say that again! I feel lucky/blessed to have lived through it, and am still able to walk and talk!

Funny -- for kicks, Mazie and I just watched an old early 60's movie with Troy Donahue, featuring a good sampling of the interpersonal mores of that time, and we both kept saying, "Wow, things sure have changed!"

I spent my whole career working for that change in a manner where I felt I could serve the best. I helped to create what became Whole Foods Supermakets, and went on to set up Natural & Organic Food departments throughout the country. It seemed to me that starting with the basics -- what people put into their bodies -- was as good a place as any to change consensus consciousness, so that's where I decided to embody the spiritual training I received in the monastery, which btw served me well in the business world.

After 30 years, enough was enough -- things were well developed by then in the Organic arena -- so I returned to my heart's first desire and built a cabin for my Mate and myself high in the mountains, far from the crowds, and left the dreamy world of commerce behind to plunge fully into the breathing heart and soul of the Mother.

Yes, IMO and IME, it will move as slow or as fast as it needs to on and in the individual and collective sense.

When one understands that it is a boat of the collective individuals, then they can see that the group must be served, not just the individual. The collective boat MUST move slower, otherwise disaster will be the result. The individual can do as they please, but within the confines of that exception. These things being essential lessons, when taken elsewhere, as they will be.

Also a big kick in the butt to SERIOUSLY lighten my load,

Something odd i noticed today while driving through the centre of town,
I was seeing doubles of people from other times in my life.
Same posture, same mannerisms, even same habits,

Very odd.

I had a visitor last night. I left a crack open in the back door for my cats. I was sitting quietly at the computer, my cat Mademoizelle was with me. She suddenly became nervous and I heard someone munching on the cat food. I thought it was Romeo, the stray cat. As I got up to greet him, I saw this big furry ball running to the door. Then it turned around to look at me .... a racoon ! I love the little buggers and I know I should not have done so, but I brought a pot full of cat food outside in the yard for her/him.

I heard a noise in the middle of the night that woke me up. There was the racoon walking on the edge of the princess balcony from my room. He had to climb up there, no stairs, and there is definitely no food there to attract him/her. I guess she/he was spying on me while I slept.

Needless to say that I've looked up racoon medicine. I feel blessed.

taken, or cross posted from my recent posting in the 'pub at the end of...' thread:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
By the way, I don't really get them either, but I also enjoy them tremendously...:nod:
The great Poet Ikkyu once said, "The only koan is you!"
Ramana suggested that the best method was simply to inquire, "Who am I?"
The point was not to come up with some intellectual response, but to let the question act like a diamond drill, burrowing through layers of superimposed beliefs and notions, all temporary self-images, until finally reaching the live core at the heart, beyond mind's smoke screen. Only then could you recognize your true nature, stripped of all interpretation and conceptual encrustation.
Oh yeah, I know their purpose, they're just not my cup of tea on the path of the ongoing awakening process. Now when you get into the realms of "The only koan is you", and the method of simply inquiring "who am I?", well now we're talking.
In the Sanzen Room, where Zen Masters conduct such formal interviews with students, they require the student to answer with their whole being. Mere verbal play is rewarded with a quick dismissal, if lucky, or even a blow. At Mt. Baldy Zen Monastery, my first few months' answers to the initial koan he gave me were gently laughed off, and often I was dismissed before I could even open my mouth.
After exhausting every conceivable approach, I was left with an interior devastation that I could not have imagined. Somehow, the inquiry proceeded regardless, on a level I had never known, nor can even now describe. More months followed, and I became very quiet, absorbed in an internal process deeper than thought.
The thinking mind was breached early one morning during Kinhin (15 minute walking meditation interspersed between hour-long sitting sessions). It was during a sesshin (a week-long intense meditation interrupted by 4 visits a day with the Master) . As I walked in the slow procession, shivering in the predawn icy mountain chill, my heart suddenly welled up into my throat, and then something exploded there, and I was overtaken with convulsive sobs, so much so that I had to be led to the side to recover.
All that I had cherished about any sense of self was obliterated in an instant -- as if it had never existed in the first place -- and I stood alone in the universe, which was nothing but my own immense body, within which an unspeakable silent perfection manifested as the immaculate nature of being itself. These are only words for something that words cannot touch.
Tears come even now, in the recollection.
For the next several hours, all I could do was weep with a relief that, again, cannot be described. When it was my turn to go before Roshi, I was still weeping. He took one look at me, skipped the usual demand for an answer to my koan, and smilingly broke into English with, "Ahhh, crying buddha!"
I don't have much memory of the weeks that followed (it felt as if I was in a serene floating world, not even in a body), but about a month later, in Sanzen, when he finally asked for an answer to my koan, I spontaneously shot my arm up and shouted a monosyllabic reply that surprised both of us.
He grinned and said, "So, the flower has finally begun to open!"
Now I was ready to begin in earnest . . . .
About a year later, I had reached a point in my practice in which even the overlay of “zen” on whatever this IS had simply become so excruciating that I walked out of my cabin in the middle of the night, dressed in my thin cotton robe in freezing weather, and not even giving a damn where I was off to.
About an hour later I found myself way up the side of the mountain, well above the small monastery nestled below, but now vaguely heard the faint but growing sound of the monks and students beginning the morning sutra chants, and this infuriated me! I rolled around on the ground, threw rocks in the air, smashed logs into trees, and finally just sat down, numb.
The chanting continued. I began to weep, not because of what the sutras were proclaiming, and not even because of the dearness of the fools down there going on in that strange fusion of one syllable Sanskrit and Japanese that constitutes the traditional zen chants, but just because …. Just because of what? Who the hell knows? I just wept. In those tears, it suddenly struck me how sweet the mountain air was, how fresh the morning breeze, how dazzling the vast blue sky! All my cares fell away like tattered old robes. I felt utterly clear, reborn, in love, but I didn’t know with whom, nor did it matter.
Hours passed. I had stopped weeping and just sat there on a rock, with a huge grin on my face. I missed the morning Sanzen (interview with the master). Roshi sent someone out to look for me. Somehow, I knew this, I “experienced” Roshi beckoning me, so what the hell, who cares, I walked back down the mountain and eventually found myself kneeling in front of him in his room. He sat facing me, studying my face, it seemed, and assessing my state. For the first time, I had no interest in his remarks. Who cares? He’s a bald-headed little man with poor English. I said nothing. He looked at me, I looked at him. There was nothing happening. There had never been anything happening, except this ridiculous game of persona, and frankly, I couldn’t raise an idiot’s thought about any of it.
Contrary to the pop-psych cliché, this was not a form of disassociation, although there were certainly aspects of it that would seem so. I had no “affect”, no sense of any movement in mind, just the immediacy of the moment, of bare attention. All my previous frustration had vanished, and I felt no relation to the person who had stormed up the side of the hill in the middle of the night. There was simply this, without any superimposition. It wasn’t zen, it wasn’t me, it wasn’t any of a thousand names we use to attempt the impossible – describing “this”. Nevertheless, it is no different than what is right now, these fingers typing away, your eyes glancing over the little dots and dashes, earth spinning around the sun, the galaxies turning in vastness, the same vastness that moves these fingers, your eye muscles, our heart.
Roshi finally made a kind of grunt, nodded to me, and I got up and walked out of his room and into myself, and what that is I still can’t say with any words of men or gods, but it's certainly not a problem to be solved nor a riddle to be figured out, and that's fine with me.
:yo:
Micheal Newton talks about how the individual, after death, goes through the intense life review. But, this is done in a space and place....where there is no body to cloud the issue and 'hold the line'- ...with wiring, and instincts as a tied grouping of driven life/avatar force. No life force and avatar system of 'body and associated wiring design and paths' that will attempt to stop those lessons learned in the life review..from being what they really are. Clarity, without the 3d life originated and, for the reader, actual interference, coloration, offset drive... that is so much the backdrop of their integrated existence....that they cannot know it or see it.
Thus, in the Zen and Buddhist, etc way, the lesson can be one of finding the opening but the original pressures that create the disassociation from center (as the given life path has unfolded) are still there, unless addressed.
What I did, is I went into self hypnosis and worked backward through my life and addressed each difficult moment and situation with my 'up to date' eyes and thinking. I went back and re-lived them all, until all emotional turmoil and undesirable 'shift' from each was dissolved. Once it was done with one, I would go one step further back in the personal timeline, to the next shift inducing knot or time/moment.
I went all the way back to earliest childhood, right to the point of birth..and then into the womb..and back through the doorway by which this one came in. This took about 18 months or more, with daily meditative practice tied to kundalini exercises. Just the mix I came up with, is all.
When I was done with that, I was as fresh as the morning dew, in that state you speak of.
Open, clear, no preconceptions, no conceptions, just being.
No bodily interference in the window of life. But.. with kundalini levels..very very high.
I had no idea what to do with the energies and capacities that were available to me, for I was on my own. No direction, no other influence.
So I reasoned.... that due to lack of information, the best I could do, is 'do no harm'.
So I ended up doing what I knew, what I had done. Which is to help those in difficult passing. The compassion I had shown myself was useful. I could then use the same to help others leave this place. People who had such difficulties that if I did not help them, they would not make the passage cleanly. (I was dealing with the ones who would otherwise, not make it, at all)
Simply due to this one having, within them, the note, the vibration, the shifting state required, in order to slip free of the madness into the moment of self compassion and clarity to 'get free' of the bardo, and shall we say..go home.
But what I had, could only be done from inside of them, with them, enjoined with their situation, in the full. An overlay within them and in those horrific moments. The ones that will destroy the balance and cause a loss of a given life lived. energies and lessons that might never have returned to be understood and integrated. And so it was done.
So that is what I did, for nearly a few years. I was in the sleepless state for nearly two years, subject to the whims of the astrological conditions (for the doorway is scalar, dimensional and dimensionless), the electromagnetic/electrostatic ebb and flow of the world.
It was and I was... as I told my mother, when I was 13: "Go anywhere, Be anywhere. Do anything, Be anything. No Limits."
I could only hold that space for so long, while integrating with the general world at large... and after a few years, it broke. I started to slip back into the mundane, the mind was coming back again. But newer, different, repaired from that of the old.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To conclude, I agree. And, clarification, that is borne of my experience.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To think that one can come to some understanding of the backdrop of life and then launch into a creationist mode is very very likely nothing more than an ego/body/doorway/ avatar trying to reinstate itself as being in control.
Something running totally rampant.
Thus the warning that the elitists get. They have the same issue:
To do this sort of thing from a more evolved state of knowing... and then..... the costs will be and are, much higher.
An extremely costly mix of knowledge and ignorance.
I erased this yesterday. Not sure why - or why I kept it in a file.
It was so different back in the early seventies. Missed the "flower power" and "free love" movement by that much. But it was the wild and crazy days, the drug daze, the anti-establishment mentality that fueled a revolution in so many aspects of society. People seemed to come awake - to ask more questions, to suspect the voice of authority, to look for vested interests. The numbers were low but the passion was high. I had my little group, that included an honor student with an eidetic memory (very good for looking up references in any book she'd ever read - before internet). We discussed all manner of topics on a weekly basis for years.
I think all the voices of those individuals, ours included, may have been small but purvasive and unavoidable. After all, we are really talking about a code of conduct, the ethics of society, and its direction. Chivalry, valor and honor are not dead words, belonging to a time of knights and round tables. They are very much alive today embodied by the wise among us. Some are never heard of, they do their work in silence. Others gather together to amplify their effect like here at Avalon and similar sites. Some are still preparing their accoutrements, shining their badges, sharpening their swords, polishing their crystals, gathering their energies. This wave of change has long been building. Some day soon it will crash upon us all. Then we shall see how men and women of honor comport themselves. And that demonstration will melt our hearts and humble us all. From there all manner of possibilities opens up.
What I did, is I went into self hypnosis and worked backward through my life and addressed each difficult moment and situation with my 'up to date' eyes and thinking. I went back and re-lived them all, until all emotional turmoil and undesirable 'shift' from each was dissolved. Once it was done with one, I would go one step further back in the personal timeline, to the next shift inducing knot or time/moment.
So that is what I did, for nearly a few years. I was in the sleepless state for nearly two years, subject to the whims of the astrological conditions (for the doorway is scalar, dimensional and dimensionless), the electromagnetic/electrostatic ebb and flow of the world.
Hi Carmody,
* Was it due to the self hypnosis that you were able to find back all the moments and situations in your memory? Because in the books from Carlos Castaneda, the same method (to some extend) is used and ROMANWKT (here on PA) speaks of a method like this too. Problem is... my memory isn't all that well when I'm in a daily state of mind.
I always wondered how it is possible for people to get access to all these memories.
* You actually didn't sleep for 2 years?
* You actually didn't sleep for 2 years?
Yes. exactly that. I had the body sleeping, at times, but the consciousness fully active, 24/7. I'd miss maybe..1.5 hours of time in each day, at most.
The deal about the rest, regarding Bob's experience and possibly mine, is that there is no substitute for actual action in dedication and commitment, and that words will not suffice, that there are no words to get there, to be there... and in the end..no words to describe.
As Yoda said, "there is no try, there is only do". The dedication required to get there, is as big as your life force itself, or as big a resistance that you allow it to be.
taken, or cross posted from my recent posting in the 'pub at the end of...' thread:
My reply, cross-posted too:
Wonderful insights -- you've done some profound work, that's clear to see, and also raise some very good points for consideration!
For example: "What I did, is I went into self hypnosis and worked backward through my life and addressed each difficult moment and situation with my 'up to date' eyes and thinking. I went back and re-lived them all, until all emotional turmoil and undesirable 'shift' from each was dissolved. Once it was done with one, I would go one step further back in the personal timeline, to the next shift inducing knot or time/moment.
I went all the way back to earliest childhood, right to the point of birth..and then into the womb..and back through the doorway by which this one came in. This took about 18 months or more, with daily meditative practice tied to kundalini exercises. Just the mix I came up with, is all."
That's what I call getting to the root of the "core story" of identity, and you have described the process so well! Usually, from what I have seen, there is the revelatory insight first, which then allows for the review, but you seem to have reversed the process, which is pretty rare, to my knowledge.
Great work!
Then you write: I had no idea what to do with the energies and capacities that were available to me, for I was on my own. No direction, no other influence.
So I reasoned.... that due to lack of information, the best I could do, is 'do no harm'.
So I ended up doing what I knew, what I had done. Which is to help those in difficult passing. The compassion I had shown myself was useful. I could then use the same to help others leave this place. People who had such difficulties that if I did not help them, they would not make the passage cleanly. (I was dealing with the ones who would otherwise, not make it, at all)
In Buddhism, this is called the birth of Bodhicitta, the aspiration to serve all beings in their passage, and only awakens truly (as opposed to "idiot compassion") when one has cleared their own books to a large extent. Wonderful!
Then you note: I could only hold that space for so long, while integrating with the general world at large... and after a few years, it broke. I started to slip back into the mundane, the mind was coming back again. But newer, different, repaired from that of the old.
Yes, it is very rare that even the more profound awakenings are not eventually accompanied by such slipping back, and there will be some "flip flop" until the root of the story is severed. Mind can co-opt even the most brilliant insights, and so relaxed but alert vigilance is always needed.
You finish by stating: To think that one can come to some understanding of the backdrop of life and then launch into a creationist mode is very very likely nothing more than an ego/body/doorway/ avatar trying to reinstate itself as being in control.
Something running totally rampant.
Bingo!!!
Thanks so much, Brother -- inspiring contribution!
My favorite miracle – just appearing here, awake and aware, with nothing before or after! Whatever happens otherwise is not unlike the made-up stuff mind fashions while we dream.
If so, why interfere? Dreamers are dear when they’re dreaming. They have many humorous facial expressions which hardly anyone notices, because everyone else is dreaming too!
Still, how is it that we seem to meet each other in these dreams, yet not even recognize our own face?
I have no idea who or what I am -- even when I thought I knew, I realize now, I didn't know. Nor has it ever really been about what "I" know.
When what moves me, what breathes me, does so without my interference, without my "knowing" being added, then the free Heart functions unimpeded, unrestricted by prior programs, clever strategies, artificial flavors, imitation emotional colorings, or suave identity preservatives.
We can call it “the Heart”, yet this free Heart cannot be defined in opposition to bondage. It is as free in bondage as it is in liberation.
It is open-ended, spontaneous, and dangerous -- dangerous to beliefs, concepts, projections, willfulness, pride, arrogance -- dangerous to all that still clings to the known for that slippery sense of certainty.
Nevertheless, at the Heart, whatever is needed is always granted, graciously, and then the only question is, the only test is: love or fear.
Love is not knowing, and so is indiscriminate -- it loves saints and sinners equally. Even in the grip of fear, it doesn't fall in or out.
A deep and simple recognition, Love meets itself in all -- in and through each pair of eyes, each touch, each word of humble kindness.
Why is fear of Love the only fear greater than fear of death? Perhaps because we are most vulnerable when we drop off our masks and stand naked in Love.
Without being anchored in Love, truth itself becomes a mental abstraction. Even so, Love can make friends with the mind. Why fuel more struggle? In such a friendship, mind itself is finally recognized as Love.
All positions are positions in mind – Love has no position, no opposite. Why make more mind about Love? Love ushers the mind into silence.
Call Love a fire – even what says so, will also be consumed by it. Fire goes where there's fuel, and truth is the tip of the flame – never fixed or static, ultimately ungraspable and thus unknowable.
The caterpillar cannot understand the butterfly, nor kindling the flame.
We claim we want the truth, but resist submitting to Love’s burning away of all that’s not true. We tend to prefer the coolness of dreaming, the security of knowing, even though none of it is actually true.
After all, it’s easy enough to close our eyes, but waking up is hard to do!
Thanks for your long post, Carmody, and sharing your story of your meticulous self analysis and self purification process.
This inner work cannot be avoided if a person wants to get past their childhood programming. At least you had a family background that didn't force such program, the way most people are stamped, and which keep them stuck in their mold for the rest of their lives.
In one of your more recent posts you mentioned something about the collective awakening, but I can't recall where.
For anyone who has had inner purification and awakening experiences such a concern about the rest of humanity becomes quite pressing, and a natural next step.
I was reading Idries Shah this morning and came across this interesting parable
which addresses the different stages or domains of states of being.
The parable of the three domains
(traditional, retold by Idries Shah)
Human life, and the life of communities, is not what it seems. In fact, it follows a pattern evident to some and concealed others. Again, more than one pattern is moving at a time. Yet men take one part of one pattern and try to weld it with another. They invariably find what they expect, not what is really there.
Let us consider, for example, three things: the wheat in the field, the water in the stream, and the salt in the mine. This is the condition of natural man; he is a being which is both complete in some senses and has further uses and capacities in further senses.
Each of the three items is representative here of substance in a state of potentiality. They may remain as they are, or circumstances (and in the case of man, effort) may transform them.
This is he condition of the First Domain, or state of man.
In the Second Domain, however, we have a stage in which something further can be done. The wheat, by effort and knowledge, is collected and ground in to flour. The water is taken from the stream and stored for a further use. The salt is extracted and refined. This is a Domain of a different activity than the first, which was merely growing. In this Domain, stored knowledge is brought into play.
The Third Domain can come into being only after the three ingredients in correct quantity and proportion, have been assembled in a certain place, at a certain time. The salt, water and flour are mixed and kneaded to become dough. When the yeast is brought, a living element is added, and the oven is made ready for the baking of the loaf. This making depends as much upon ‘touch’ as upon stored knowledge.
Everything will behave in accordance with its situation: and its situation is the domain in which it is cast.
It seems timely to link to this article. I like that the article reveals a movement in process that has to be there for a successful turnover of power. Most here are somewhat aware of Wilcock and the 'Drake' conversation. The article linked here shows what would be the web being woven, even if all of the weavers are only peripherally aware of the others. The coordination sources from higher, interconnected levels.
An excerpt:
"The movement includes young and old, “Occupy” people, student activists, and what one older participant describes as thousands of “people in their 60s from the ’60s” rolling up their sleeves to apply some of the lessons of an earlier movement."
As Yoda said, "there is no try, there is only do". The dedication required to get there, is as big as your life force itself, or as big a resistance that you allow it to be.
I understand that and I can feel it.
It's just that I'm fairly new in this game and I'm still trying to find out what and how to do it.
What Eckhart Tolle discribes about giving up identification with thought, emotions, imago etc etc. is working for me. I understand how to do it.
This taking back energies from past personal events and situations isn't working for me .. yet, and I'd like to find out why and how to overcome that.
Then I could use it, point at it.. and say, 'There you go. In a nutshell!'.
Of course, it would be open to misinterpretation, as all manifestations are. :p
Exactly so. One's path is..one's own. Information can be shared, but to not interpret as specific direction.
That would be the the unity of non-change (specific direction), which is 'not life'. Life, and thus intelligence, consciousness... being difference, contrast.
Individuality and individual will, as a basic component, causes this to be one of the more functional aspects of expanding creation.
Ode of Solomon
You split me and you tore my heart open and you filled me with love.
You poured your spirit over mine. I knew you as I know myself.
My eyes are radiant with your light. My ears delight in your music.
My nostrils are filled with your fragrance and my face is covered with your dew.
You have made me see all things shining. You have made me see all things new.
You have granted me perfect ease and I have become like paradise.
And having become like paradise,
my soul is healed.
Bowing, Sister!
I once transliterated the Song of Solomon:
Come,
my Beloved!
Let us go fearless to the bonfire!
Let us spend our dark night among the holy
hyenas and all that would rip and tear at
our facades until we are cleansed raw
of any pretense, any subtle sense of self
believed in need of preserving.
Let us rise early to the mist-kissed vineyards,
let our lingering sleepiness and dreamy self-images
be crushed like bunched grape clusters --
tart juice to sweet fruit wine.
Let us see if the vine of real love has budded,
its vulnerable tenderness blossomed open, light
into light, a song, a miracle of sound birth,
what no heart has even known, this
particular touch, this one.
Ancient balm, ever-fresh, the supernal grace
of welcoming spaciousness, of blue sky
dawning, this touch of Presence,
the mysterious movement
of life itself.
The jasmine beckons with its fragrance,
and at our doors are delicious fruits,
both new and old,
which I have kept for you,
my Beloved --
each is perfect death to
one whose appetite for truth is
greater than their need to salvage
dusty relics from the weary search.
By night on my worn cushion
I sought that which my soul loves;
I sought it, but I found it not.
I rose up then, and searched
the temples and high holy places,
and yet found it not, that which
my soul loves, that which
grants the heart
true peace.
Oh my Beloved,
you who tantalize the very air
with your majestic absence, why do you
yet hide your countenance from me,
why hold your sweet tongue mute?
My Beloved is mine, I am My Beloved’s.
Between us is the vast and windy chaos,
a filmy, blowsy garment stitched of
luminous dreams and dark imagination.
When we are at last stripped bare in the furnace
of love’s annihilation, our naked brilliance will
outshine sun and moon; our starry joy, bliss
entwined, will whirl through the shattered
gates of time.
Yes, for what I have sought, I am
not other; the eternal is not elsewhere,
and what I am, Beloved, and where I am,
You are.
Come, come my Beloved,
my Radiant One, my breath,
my blood, my tender heart beat!
The fire awaits, its impersonal flames
leap up at our approach.
Come, my Beloved—
we sleep now, but our
heart wakens.
We sleep now, but
our heart wakens.
My experiences tell me that the doer can only be the residual bits of the mind/body trying their best, as usual. The reflections in the mirror trying to save (to safety, to make safe) the projection into the future.
Interesting, Ulli!
I've been reading this fascinating account lately, "Testimony of Light"
http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/BookDetailsPL?bi=7576528800&searchurl=kn%3D9780854351640%26n%3D200000237%26sortby%3D2
Part of the thesis details that very issue described in the article in your link, and goes on to predict that we will all become much more aware of the power of thought to create our reality, although 2500 years ago, Gautama Siddartha noted, "As you think, so shall you be", but most think that's just a nice slogan, without really delving into the implications. That's all about to change, according to the Testimony.
What an original angle of vision!
I speak as Thou makest me speak;
I move as Thou makest me move.
It is not I !
It is all Thou !
It is all Thou !'
Hers is the glory;
we are only Her instruments."
~Ramakrishna
Over the years, my own understanding has gone through a number of changes regarding that statement. I also looked deeply into dependent origination, as part of the puzzle. Now, rather than seeing some external or internal divinity at work behind the scenes, or even an impersonal playing out of cause and effect, I see a conscious "energy" that has never been separated from myself, ultimately leading to the realization that God is, because I am, and I am, because God is. Indivisible Mystery.
Thou art the indweller.
I am the chariot and
Thou art the Charioteer.
I do as Thou makest me do.
I speak as Thou makest me speak;
I move as Thou makest me move.
It is not I !
It is all Thou !
It is all Thou !'
Hers is the glory;
we are only Her instruments."
~Ramakrishna
Over the years, my own understanding has gone through a number of changes regarding that statement. I also looked deeply into dependent origination, as part of the puzzle. Now, rather than seeing some external or internal divinity at work behind the scenes, or even an impersonal playing out of cause and effect, I see a conscious "energy" that has never been separated from myself, ultimately leading to the realization that God is, because I am, and I am, because God is. Indivisible Mystery.
I am, as you may be surmising, talking about that false aspect of internal director, the one that desires, based on interpretation of manifestation, to have a specific outcome that is 'favorable'.
"to and for what?", I say to myself. "Be careful now."
That I may ever, so slightly, read... via the filter of my past and how I interpret reality...and project that into the future. Thus the danger of driving the future by reading the rear view mirror.
Knowledge is to be built, based on experience, but each thing is to be come to anew (arrived to the point of integration with), not pre-labeled by one's past. Which is that problem of 'judgement anchoring one in the self lies of their own past'. (that descriptor would make this use of the term 'knowledge', more akin to 'understanding')
Which through such a device or manifestation as a body/avatar, can be as deep as the life itself, regarding potentials in autonomous function.
Thank you another bob and Carmody,
It's nice to know that there is no such thing as 'the right thing to do' in this game.
I kind of figured it already, but I'm still full of 'help... I'm might be missing the boat' energies.
It is such a inspiration to read all your stories here on PA.
I read the book of Eckhart Tolle 7 years ago and it only gave me some extra intellectual baggage then.
Now... here ... being connected with such beautiful people ... It's beginning to connect on a different plane.
Keep on sharing your amazing stories and insights!
lots of gratitude!
Facing one's fears of missing the boat...
Could this be the bottom line?
Thank you Ulli......
You see. I have to give in to some of the urges I have once in a while.
Sometimes I see myself in a situation where my GF is yelling at me for not doing this and that in the house and I'm just sitting there... in awe of the hurricane of feelings and emotions that this moment is creating. facing them... facing the fears and response urges... not giving in to them.
My GF thinks there's something wrong with me when I'm not responding. I just keep quit until I find something useful or helpful to add to the conversation... (monologue), from the heart.
Well said, Yes!
As long as we do not see that it is mere habit, built on memory, prompted by desire, we will tend to continue to create and grant reality to the false persona, or "internal director", as you call that bundle of projection we take to be "me".
We can question ourself, inquiring, "Is it so?" "'Who am I?" "What is behind and beyond all things?"
Deconstruction is a very effective tool. Without resort to transient phenomena such as memory, concept, emotion, sensation, or interpretation on perception, is there a me, no me, both, or neither?
Without resort to memory, concept, emotion, sensation, or interpretation, what does "me" or "mine" even mean?
