We are at the height of downgrading of documents "top secret" and is now points to the new style National Security Agency U.S. (NSA).

The NSA has published a document which acknowledges that it has maintained communication with extra-planetary beings, the particular document is the NSA Technical Journal Vol XIV No 1 with folio number 41472, entitled 'Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages' (Key to Alien posts ). They are a series of 29 messages received from outside the intelligence world. Apparently these messages came to Earth by radio signals, we leave the transcript of page 21:
"Recently a series of radio messages were recorded from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but broken into fragments by pauses that could be considered as units as they were repeated several times. Define the score breaks included in the message. The multiple combinations were represented by letters of the alphabet so that messages can be translated into text. Each message, except the first, is recorded only once. The serial number of the messages has been provided with each reference. "

In this way the NSA has joined other U.S. agencies or eat the FBI and CIA has declassified an important document that has to do with aliens.
