I just heard the worst joke I've heard all year. Apparently JuLIAR Gillard thinks her party is "centre-left"!

I just clicked on the article, and read some of the comments as well. Wow, I am impressed with the calibre of the comments ... nary a cuss word I saw. Thoughtful, well-written commentary. In the U.S. the comment threads devolve to fights between the commenters with the foulest language and plenty of bleeps. >sigh<

Yes... Aussies are starting to wake up... I think that's why JuLIAR is so scared.....

That, and it seems that we entertain shipping off illegals only to a point, and sending them off to a country that isn't a refugee convention signatory seems to be where that point is reached (funny that ;) )...
