Ram Bahadur Bomjon now known as Dharma Sangha is from Ratanapuri village in Nepal and a practioner of Vajrayana Buddhism

after spending 6 years in the isolation of the jungle living on herbs meditating and getting revelations from the heavenly hierarchy

he is now available to the public at large turning the wheel of Dharma which Gautama Buddha set in motion some 2500 years ago

when Ram Bomjon in 2005 started his intense isolation and meditation at the age of 15 some village people taught he was the reincarnation of Buddha

but the child sage told them not to call him a Buddha because he didn't have his energy yet and he needed 6 more years of meditation to become a Buddha

since those years are up and he has achieved enlightenment is he Maitreya Buddha

time will tell

where is Almighty God in the view of a Buddha

even a Buddha recognize the Trimurti or Trinity of the Godhead

and in the case of Dharma Sanga God is affectionately called Bhagavan

Personal God who directs all the players and the play

the 8 moralities rules or precepts of Dharma Sangha

1) Not to discriminate against human beings according to their cast religion gender or color etc

2) Not to humiliate religions by comparing them as superior or inferior

3) Not to accept discriminative doctrinal principles

4) Not to think of nations as separate or treat countries as friends and enemies

5) To avoid debates and arguments as to whether something is true or false as one view will likely be undervalued and another exaggerated

6) Not to practice 10 negative actions (3 of the body: killing, stealing, sexual misconduct; 4 of the speech: lie, words that divide, bad words and twaddle; 3 of the mind: desire (to have something what belongs to an other), malevolence and mistaken visions).

7) To practice three training techniques: discipline, concentration and wisdom and the dedication of your life to social and national services

8) To attain perfect enlightenment or dedicate yourself to get liberation for oneself or others

Whether he is enlightened still remains to be seen.
Always wait for proof, always.

Can't remember who said this, but it has always been one of my favourites!!!

Before Enlightment...... Chopping wood, Carrying water,

After Enlightment....... Chopping wood, Carrying water!

A bit off topic, I know......But there are many people who just get on with life, and spread there own light around, these are the enlightined ones to me!

There is no such thing as proof. Apply your sight. apply your heart. How does it feel? How does it vibrate? Is it or is it not in harmony with the flow of universal consciousness. If you tune in, the answer becomes self evident.

Westerners have a tendency to apply the principles of scientific inquiry to that which transcensds all inquiry. Because it is and it is not.

Just a point of view.

humanity has never in history come to an agreement or a consensus about holy men and enlightened ones

it is possible to pass by even an Avatar and not recognize it

there will no proof but the pudding ; )

There is no SAVIOUR coming to SAVE US!
We have to SAVE OURSELVES.
ONLY WE CAN DO THIS!
There is no looking outside for someone to do anything for us.
We have to go within ourselves and do it ourselves.
Time to wake up and take responsibility.
The only thing we have (potential) control over is Ourselves!
Only we can control ourselves.
Lets take hold of the rudder and start sailing our ships ourselves.
How difficult can it be?
Just got to get rid of this silly notion that someone else is coming to sail our ship???
Crazy really? lol

Buddha Boy was a media catch phrase when the boy was in motionless meditation for months without food and water

Wonderfully put. And one who has not achieved enlightenment is in no position to decide whether or not another has. It's humorous to consider.

"Aye, there´s the rub." ;)
Money for jam.
A shame that this has turned into a media circus.

I watched a documentary about "The Buddha Boy" and was perplexed how he suddenly vanished after sitting under the tree for so long. Cameras were fixated on him for weeks, months even, and all of a sudden no one captures the moment when he disappears? Only to reappear later as an "enlightened one"?
Just as I question many stories, I really wonder about this one.

Then isn't that YOUR proof? All proof should come from personal experience, and not just information obtained from others.
In Buddhism, rigorous questioning and testing is what it is all about - not hearsay or belief.

it's right to question everything

we are all on a personal journey here

spiritual giants come and go and few are those that benefits from them

as with all things spiritual one must put some teeth into it to taste the juices

this thread is information about a remarkable boy which i'm sure we will hear more about in the coming days

It's an awesome frequency and buzz. The whole world just fuzzes out, at the same time you flit around into everything... I'd like to go and do what he is doing, but..too much to do this time round.
