Free energy machine?Interesting website by guy trying to test ways it could work

Summary of article:
All the Free energy reading here, reminded me that a few people in the last 100 years claimed to have invented such machines.

in simple words the website explains a bit of how what we call electricity is a radiant charge called a dipole, which is something free in nature.

It also shows a few diagrams of patented machines that were capable of producing more energy and less waste than what we have, including some by none other than Tesla. And a picture of a little machine that he says is what these diagrams referred to making.

Keywords for this article, are dipoles, energy, Tesla (he's quoted too often such its based on his work), and casimir effect.

any thoughts about this subject or article by people who know more would be appreciated.
